Search Character Map

Open character Map and click on the blank Coloumn

Click on Select Button

Click on Copy Button

Now create a New folder anywhere you wish to

Right click on this folder and select Rename option

Now paste the name by pressing CTRL + V

Your folder with blank name is now created.

Lets hide the folder icon now.............................

Right click on the folder that you have created without name in the previous step.
Click on Properties>>Customise>>Change Icon
Now will get a popup windows with various icon.Select the blank Icon
Press OK

Lets now hide the Invisible Folder In Windows 7 And Vista

Right Click on the Invisible Folder
Select Properties and now select the Hidden Checkbox.

- When we tell you that you're not fat, believe us.We lie in some cases only.

- We absolutely do not care about The Backstreet Boys, 'NSYNC,Justin Timberlake, or what any other guy looks like for that matter.

- Just cause you think you're always right, doesn't mean that you don't have to apologize when you do something wrong.

- You expect us to say and do sweet things for you, but it would be nice if you did the same every once in a while. We like to know that you love us.

This one is the Boomerang, I tell you, this guy has done lot of thinking after the vast experience.

Run Windows Applications In Linux

The windows .exe files are run by the help of WINE application in Linux.
WINE stands for Windows Emulator.
Wine can be installed from the root login or even from your regular login.

If you are logged in as the normal user (not as root)... then follow these instructions for Ubuntu:

Goto Application -> Accessories -> Terminal

Open Terminal
We will use sudo (Super User Do).

Installing WINE in Ubuntu
Type the following commands:-

sudo apt-get install wine and enter.

It will ask for your password. Type the password and enter.

thats it ..you are done. The wine will be installed ...

Using Wine
Download the .exe file in linux.
Right Click and select the option : Open with wine windows program loader.
You can also goto Application -->Wine --> Uninstall wine software

You will find an option saying:

Yes, we are going to change Explorer, the backbone of your Windows XP, but don’t worry. Everything should be safe as long as you follow the steps closely.

As explorer is a binary file, we need a special tool to modify it. One of the best ones for this purpose is Resource Hacker.

There are of course others that will get the trick done, but we will be using RH. Install it and let’s continue.

As always before changing anything. you want to back up. So open My Computer and navigate to and look for explorer. Copy paste it to a safe location on your hard drive.
Now that you’ve backed it up, fire up Resource Hacker and find the same explorer.exe.

When you’ve found and opened explorer in RH, navigate to
String Table -> 37 -> 1033.

The “start” value is on line 4, after the 578.

Change the text “start” to anything you want, making sure you keep the quotes.

Press the Compile Script button to make Resource Hacker put together the code.

Now click File and Save the script as explorer.exe. into C: \WINDOWS\inf or another C: \WINDOWS subfolder.

Note: make sure you choose Save AS, NOT just save!!

Step 2: changing the registry.

By now, you have a modified explorer sitting in the /inf/ subfolder, so we need to tell Windows to use that one, instead of the original one still resting untouched.

To do this, we need to make just one simple registry modification. To open up the registry, press start -> run and type regedit.

In the registry editor window that opens, navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ SOFTWARE\Microsoft\ Windows NT\ CurrentVersion\ Winlogon and look for the registry entry “shell”. Click it.

Change the explorer.exe to inf/explorer.exe or whereever you saved the modified explorer.

You’re done!!!!!!!!!!! All you have to do now is reboot or log out

It is a choice that anyone can make. But everything in this world needs dedication and sincerity. To achieve excellence, sincerely dedicate yourself. This article is the gist of the lecture given by Mr. Tony Swartz in Harward Business School.

Here are few keys that can help you in the pursuit of excellence.

Pursue what you want: Passion an incredible motivator creates focus, resilience, and perseverance. Don't quit. Passion is the state in which your heart and mind is in unison.

Do hardest work first: Most great performers follow this strategy. They take on the difficult work of practice in the mornings, before they do anything else. That's when most of us have the most energy and the fewest distractions.

Practice intensely: Without interruption for short periods of no longer than 90 minutes and then take a break. Ninety minutes appears to be the maximum amount of time that we can bring the highest level of focus to any given activity.

Seek expert feedback, in intermittent doses: The simpler and more precise the feedback, the more equipped you are to make adjustments. Too much feedback, too continuously, however, can create interference.

Take regular renewal breaks: Relaxing after intense effort not only provides an opportunity to rejuvenate, but also to metabolize and embed learning. It's also during rest that the right hemisphere of brain becomes more dominant, which can lead to creative breakthroughs.

Ritualize practice: Will and discipline are wildly overrated. As the researcher Roy Baumeister has found, none of us have very much of it. The best way to insure you'll take on difficult tasks is to ritualize them — build specific, inviolable times at which you do them, so that over time you do them without having to squander energy thinking about them.
