O house of Jacob
Jacob is the patriarchs of Israel, the Lord chose one, in which we are one through our faith in the Lord Jesus Christ son of the highest God

Isaiah 2:5 O house of Jacob, come ye and let us walk in the light of the Lord

The lord is calling you to service, to walk accordingly to his will, and please him in all your ways

Walking with God
One with God is one with all.
Walking with God in holiness and faithfulness, you can't walk with him with doubt or unholy heart, be ye holy as your father is holy. Jacob walks with God faithfully and he blessed him continually.

John 4:24 says God is a spirit and they that worship him, must worship him in spirit. This shows that the only way we can meet or see him is in spirit.

The first gift given to us after the ascending of Jesus Christ is the holy spirit, to comfort us, uphold us, and reveal unto us, the hidden things: Role of the holy spirit in Christian life

You should walk with him wholeheartedly because you are of the Lord not of the World.

Blessing through walking with God

Gen17:1-4 And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, the Lord appeared to Abram and said unto him; I am Almighty God, walk before me, and be thou perfect.

2.And I will make my covenant between me and thee, and will multiply thee exceedingly

3.And Abram fell on his face, and God talked with him, saying,

4.As for me, behold my covenant is with thee and thou shalt be a father of many nations.

Blessed under grace, the Lord has chosen us as the holy nation and weren't saved by our power or knowledge but: through faith we are saved

God is ever faithful, you're expected to walk perfect, with no blemish and the blessing shall be yours

Jesus Christ is the light
John8:12, Then Jesus spake unto them, saying I am the light of the world, he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness but shall have the light of life

You can read this because there is light around you. Though the world is full of darkness, as Satan is having dominion over people but those that walk in the light of the Lord shall be saved

The war is against the darkness, when you are not of him then you are against him. The father's of liars, roaming every day in search of who to kill and destroy. BEWARE

John 1:5And the light shineth in darkness, and the darkness comprehended it not. When you walk in the light you can see and understand, the tiny and hidden things clearly,

Jesus Christ is the life, the light, and the way, we need these three.
The lord is calling you today COME! BE HIS FRIEND

Ephesians5:2 And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us, and hath given himself for us an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet savor

Walk in the Love
The greatest law is love, without love we can't obey other laws and how will you love God and hate his handwork? for God is love and has shown man love from generation to generation.

Walk-in love to walk in God

Offering and Sacrifice
No matter who you are, someone out there needs your help, either temporal or spiritual things. Sacrifice your comfort for others as Jesus leaves the throne and his glory for our sake

Sweet savor
Your deeds come from your heart, clean heart and unblemished sacrifice brings a sweet savor unto God
Walk diligently, perfectly, and faithfully

What is prayer
Prayer is a way of communicating with our heavenly father. Prayer is essential in your life and its should be daily activities.

How to pray(luke11:1-4)
Jesus gives the lord's prayer to guild us
And he said unto them,when ye pray,say, our father which art in heaven

(acknowledge him as the father,know who you are praying to)

Hallowed be thy name (praise him always)

Thy will be done as in heaven so in earth (Obedience to his love and law)

Give us our daily bread(Your need)

And forgive us our sins(Ask for forgiveness)

For we also forgive every one that indebted us(You should hold no grudge against anyone, if your prayer should be answered)

And lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil(Protection).

When to pray(1Thessalonians5:17)
Pray without ceasing.
We are wagging war against demons and devils. You need power and personal communication with God.

Lucifer is out all the time,searching for what to kill and to destroy

Fasting
Abstaining one's from food and drinks, to refresh and renew your spiritual strength and move closer to God
Fast not because you have no food but for your spiritual blessing and benefits.

Fasting and prayer is important, Don't just fast,but pray when fasting, request what you want from him.

Why you should pray and fast.
There are grades in spirit, every time we need to move from one level to another, you cant be stagnant, is either you increase or decrease.

Until you pray and fast some challenges and temptation wouldn't bow for you.

Lesson from disciples
They pray but do not fast.
Luke10:1 After this thing the lord appointed other seventy also sent them two by two before his own face into every city and place,whither he himself would come.

He send them out and give them authority to cast out demons and vs17 The seventy returned again with joy,saying,lord,even devils are subject unto us through thy name.
But they left something's undone.
Mat17:16 And I brought him to thy disciples and they could not cure him.

Why because the requirement is unmet, they are too low for the job.
Are you not too low for the job too?

Jesus rebuke the devil
Mat17:21How be it this kind goeth not out but by prayer and fasting(He give them the key) Jesus lead by example he pray and fast Mat4:2 And when he had fasted forty days and forty nights he was afterward hungry

Jesus was born with superpower as a son of God,he never neglect the power of fasting and prayer

Benefits of fasting and prayer

Wisdom(James 1:5)
If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, up braideth not and it shall be given him.

Do we still need scientific prove that God exist?

Religious or non religious,we all want to make heaven,if its ever exist. Then will need God to clarify our doubt
Who is God

Do you know
The reason you still doubt God is because your heart is not being open to the gospel 2corinthian4:4 The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers so they cannot see the light of the gospel that displays the glory of Christ, who is the image of God

Your heart can't be empty, either you are with God or Satan,you have being giving the right to choose. Believing in your power knowledge or beauty will lead you to destruction Ezekiel 28:17

We cant make heaven nor see God through our might or wisdom but
Through faith and by his grace we are saved

Confession of our faith
Holy spirit gives us the confidence to proclaimed and confess our faith in Christ to the world. The same coward Peter that denied Christ in Matthew 26:70,now preaching the gospel to thousands without fear,when the spirit of the lord descend on him Pentecostal day. Act2:14-37
1Corinthian 12:3
Therefore I want you to understand that no one speaking under power and influence of the[Holy]spirit of God can [Ever]say, Jesus be cursed! And no one can [really]say,Jesus is [my]lord,except by and under the power and influence of holy spirit.

Worship
We can't choose to worship the lord the way its pleases us but in accordance to his will .
With the guidance of holy spirit we can have true and acceptable worship

Teacher and comforter
Through the help of holy spirit, we can understand the scriptures and know the meaning of every verses. He has being our comforter during time of trouble to strengthen our faith and remind us the promise of God

Forefather of liars
Lucifer will tell you the truth and the sweetest word you like to hear,knowing that once you taste it,he will be the ruler
Let learn from eve and the serpent.
Serpent told eve the truth, the only lie is you wouldn't die Gen3:4-7

Lucifer knows potential in you

Mat4:3 And the tempter came,to him,if thou be the son of God,command that these stones be made bread

Jesus have the power to turn the stone to bread like you and I have the power to do anything we wish now but it will lead to destruction

Mat5:6 And saith unto him,if thou be the son of God, cast thyself down for it is written, he shall give his angels charge concerning thee;and in their hands they shall bear thee up,lest at anytime through dash thy foot against a stone

Don't be surprise Lucifer too is also quoting the scripture, Lucifer is also an angel,he will manipulate it to suit what he want,CHRISTIAN have to read the scriptures,meditate in the word all the time,so that wolve in Shepherd cloth wouldn't lead us astray

The supreme achievement of life is to find God and to know he lives,and this can only happen through faith

Here we are going to talk about Faith in the Lord(creator of heaven and earth)
Hebrew 11:1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for,the evidence of things not seen
Jesus said unto him thy shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart,and with all thy soul,and with all thy mind. This is the first law and greatest law if you obey this you would be holy in the lord sight and he will reveal personal revelation as to divinity of lord's work

Seen is believing but in John 20-29 Jesus saith unto Thomas because thou hast seen me,thou hast believed, blessed are they that have not seen,and yet believed (Don't act like Thomas)

Those that work in faith
Hebrew 11:8 Abraham was called to go out into a place(unknown) which he should after receive for an inheritance, obeyed and went out knowing whither he went. Abraham did this only by faith and without child at old age he still hold onto the promise,is by faith he offered Isaac as sacrifice believing God can still raise him from death

By faith Noah being warned of God things not seen yet (things that have never happen on earth) move with fear prepared an ark to the saving of his house;by which he condemned the world,and become the heir of the righteousness which is by faith

Faith sometimes is like acting unwise cause faith means believing a thing to be true where there's no evidence or the evidence is not sufficient to establish knowledge

Salvation
Genesis6vs13-Noah save his households and the beast by being faithful to the lord. Because of his faith he was saved and became heir of righteousness

Blessing
I kings 17vs3-4 Elijah said bring me I pray thee,a morsel of the bread in thine hand which is the last food for the woman and her only son to eat and die but faith makes her obey the word of the prophet and she was bless and save from death and debt. Carnally she should have asked you are hungry and I am,you are a man and am a widow, you should give unto me not me giving you. But she obey and she was blessed

Deliverance
John 9vs6-7 Jesus spat on the ground and make a clay of the spittle and anointed eyes of the blind man with it and said go wash in the pool of Siloam. If not for faith I think the man should have asked Jesus what medicinal properties are in your saliva,dust with that dirty pool
Faith delivered him

Also the story of Naaman and Elisha. When Naaman believe in God of Elisha he went and dipped himself seven times in Jordan then his flesh came back again

Whether seeking for knowledge of scientific truths or to discover God,one must have faith

But without faith it is impossible to please him,for he that cometh to God must believe that he is and that he is a rewarder of them diligently

Lesson to learn from the story of king David and king Saul

King Saul and king David was favoured and chosen of thy lord through prophet Samuel to lead the people

But there behavior and obedience to the people and the lord differentiate them
Obedience and forgiveness
ISamuel9vs15 king Saul disobey the law of the lord by offering sacrifice by himself which is duty of prophet Samuel, Samuel makes him realise but he does not think there's need for forgiveness
David sin unto thy lord by sleeping with his servant wife (IIsamuel11vs3-4) and when he was called to order (IIsamuel12vs13)He realise his wrong doing and ask for forgiveness
Oppression
Saul oppress the people of Israel (Isamuel14vs24)And the men of Israel were distressed, for Saul had adjured the people, saying,cursed be the man that eat any food until evening,that I may avenged on my enemies so none of the people tasted food. He add to there burden after going to war,his asking for fasting while they are dying
IIsamuel23vs16-17 Be it far from me,O lord that I should do this the blood of the men that went jeopardy of their lives?therefore he would not drink. David reject the water which was been fetched for him because its was of too much risk and thinks he doesn't worth that sacrifice

Do not touch nor curse anointing men of God
David have the chance to kill his enemy,the king but he said Isamuel24vs6 And he said unto his men,the lord forbid that I should do this thing unto my master,the lord's anointed to stretch forth mine hand against him,seeing he is the anointing of God(David fear thy lord)
When Saul is angry he doesn't have respect nor regard for men Of God (Isamuel22v17)And the king said unto the footmen that stood about him,turn,and slay the priest of the lord,because they knew when he fled,and did not shew it to me .But the servants of the king would not put forth their hand upon the priests of the lord. But Saul insists and called on Doeg the Edomite and he killed the priest(The servant fear thy lord but the Edomite,unbeliever will doesn't care)
Spirit of David
David always rejoice in the work of thy lord and praising him Isamuel8vs1-3 O lord our lord,how excellent is thy name in all the earth!who hast set the glory above the heavens,out of the mouth of babes and sucklings hast thou ordained strength because of thine enemies, that thou mightest still the enemy and the avenger. Whenever I consider thy heavens, the work of thy fingers, the moon and the stars,which thou hast ordained
But Saul find it difficult to appreciate it goodness
Note:We are all favoured in the sight of the lord. Our responsibility is to obey is LAW and appreciate is LOVE

All things were made by him and without him was not anything made that was made. He is our lord and master from the beginning of the world.
Matthew 28vs18 And Jesus came and spake unto them,saying, all power is given unto me in heaven and in earth
What he want from you (Luke6vs27-36)
He want us to show loves to our friends and enemies, live peacefully with all men,be merciful, do good always and be holy as the father is holy.
Reward(luke19vs9-10)
Accepting him your reward is uncountable but the overall is Salvation
Jesus said unto him,this day is salvation come to this house, forasmuch as he also is a son of Abraham for the son of man seek and to save which was lost...
In Salvation there is Peace,Deliverance,Joy and also blessing of Abraham
