LOOT ON GUDLUR RTO CHECK POST

It is not a RTO check post , is it a Looting check post?

THE GUDLUR check post between Mysore & Ooty is now looting post , i gone from Bengaluru to Ooty on 29.10.11 , when i reached at Gudlur RTO check post by maxi cab no. KA02C-9235 , i have to take the permit for entering in Tamilnadu , so i gone at check post , i was in line , i saw that the tax collector Mr. Palnipapur is collecting double money from the original receipt

When my trun came , he given me the receipt of RS 265/- & demanded 500/- , i asked him why he is asking for 500/- , the receipt is only 265/- , then i told him that i & my wife is going to sit on AN-SHAN

When i gone to call my wife , in between that Mr.palnipaur write on the receipt +200/- & driver given 465/- , i came & i asked what is for 200/- extra

Mr. Palnipapur told that it is a fine, i asked which fine & what act? Tell me , he didn’t give me any answer

I told him that i am sitting here & i will not go from

here , then he returned me 200/- & requested me to leave

But i asked him to take a promise not to take bribe, but he never taken

A huge corruption on this check post

& no one is taking action against this huge corruption

I don’t know, why people are paying extra money?

I hope you are fine and doing well in delhi. You are the only person who has dared to talk with people in front of camera. Only problem with your comments that you don’t think about the impact of you comment.

People think Congrss has appointed you as their soldier to divert people attention from real issues. Most of time your words don’t match with words of other people of your party. I hope you are not following Rakhi Sawant as your Ideal.

I read a joke about you “Once upon a Time a boy was speaking very few words in his school debate competition. Rajni told him to speak more and today that boy is known as Digvijay Singh.”

I would like to make your attention that instead of making comments on all use less issue. Please try to speak about real issues of India. We don’t care either RSS supported Anna or not. We care that when real culprits of 2G will go behind bar.

WHILE Congress leaders are hell-bent on damning the RSS – it is an old game that has long ceased to have any meaning – they seem to be unaware (or deliberately wish to ignore) that as late as on July 4, 2010 the right hand of a 53-year old Christian college professor (one TJ Joseph) was chopped off by Muslim fundamentalists, at Thodapurzha, Iduki district, in Kerala, for alleged blasphemy.

Digvijay Singh probably doesn’t want to be reminded of this. Nor, one suspects, would he be anxious to know that police found out that this heinous crime was committed as part of the implementation of the verdict of a Shariah court run by fundamentalist elements in Kerala. The police apparently discovered that 14 such parallel courts have been running in Kerala for the last twenty years and Kerala State Home Minister Kodiyeri Balakrishnan has been reported as confessing that since 1993, twenty two murders have taken place under the direction of the Shariah courts in Kerala (vide, Mangalam Daily Kottayam, July 21, 2010).

The Asian Human Rights Commission (AHRC) has received information that A 12-year-old Christian girl was abducted and raped for eight months. The rapists have not been arrested because of their affiliation with a militant Muslim organization. The police are also refusing to order a medical checkup. The Judicial Magistrate of the area took her statement under section 164 Cr Pc (Criminal Procedure Code) but has not made any orders for her security. One of the rapist claims that he has married the girl but she denies that any marriage took place during her abduction and captivity.

LUCKNOW, 1 OCT: Janata Party president Mr Subramanian Swamy today said he was gathering proof of corruption against Congress chief Mrs Sonia Gandhi's son-in-law Mr Robert Vadra.
"I am in the process of gathering evidences to prove his (Robert Vadra) involvement in corruption...As of now, I am not going to disclose anything further in this regard," Mr Swamy told reporters at a Press conference here.
Declining to share the "nature of the scam" Mr Vadra is allegedly involved in, Mr Swamy said: "Whenever I make an attempt to expose corrupt individuals, my integrity is questioned."
"When I exposed A Raja's involvement in the 2G scam, the opponents termed me an anti-Dalit. Likewise, when Kanimozhi was arrested in the scam, it was said that I acted against her just because she was a woman, and I hated women in general...it's all baseless. I always substantiate my charges with the documents I collect on my own," he said.
Pulling up the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) for its probe into the 2G scam, Mr Swamy added: "Even as there are records indicating P Chidambaram's role in the scam, he has not been made the co-accused in the case...I will try to make him a co-accused in the case."
He said his party would contest 50 seats in the upcoming Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections, and that he was ready to make "adjustments" with the BJP in this regard. "Now, it depends on BJP to decide on the matter," said Mr Swamy.

Lucknow 1st October : Janata Party President Subramanian Swamy on Saturday said that his party would contest the upcoming Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections from 50 seats for which it is open to forming an alliance with BJP.

Swamy, who was here to take part in a seminar organised by the bar association, said that Janata Party has decided to contest the Assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh scheduled to be held early next year.

"Janata Party is planning to field candidates on 50 seats in Uttar Pradesh," Swamy said.

To a question, he said if the BJP so desires, his party can have an alliance with it for the Assembly elections.

Secularism: a doctrine that rejects religion and religious considerations

That is how the Princeton University dictionary defines it. That of course is a short description. But who coined the word? Why did he/she coin it? What did he/she mean by it? The various encyclopedias tell us that one British writer by the name George Jacob Holyoake coined the word secularism in the early 1850s. The entry for secularism in The Oxford Companion to British History tells us that Christians in the 19^th century believed that atheists lacked morals and therefore were incapable of exercising civil rights and thus were looked down upon. To circumvent this unfavourable connotation Holyoake came up with an alternative. And that alternative was to define secularism as a school of thought that was not concerned with religious beliefs but entirely with our own world. He argued that humans were capable of ethical life because they were inherently inspired to do good for our own sake. This is how Holyoake described secularism –

Every time secular India has demanded that the system of personal laws based on religious injunctions should be done away with, that Article 44 of the Constitution of India which enjoins upon the government to adopt a Uniform Civil Code should be taken for what it was meant to be, a cornerstone of State policy in a modern nation state, a countervailing cry has gone up, alleging that it is an assault on the identity of minority communities.

That, of course, is a misnomer; what those opposed to a Uniform Civil Code mean is that the State should not interfere with retrograde personal laws that discriminate on grounds of gender, laws which are not in tune with the social realities of the 21st century. The best example of such laws is the Muslim personal law that remains unaltered in sum and substance despite vacuous words of assurance by leading lights of the ulema.

The All-India Muslim Personal Law Board, which has vested itself with full and absolute powers, though it enjoys neither legal sanctity nor official approval, to implement personal law, at its recent conference in Bhopal has presented what is being described as a 'model nikahnama.'

Dr. Swamy threatens to move court against Delhi Police

New Delhi: Janata Party president Subramanian Swamy on Saturday threatened to move court against Delhi Police if it does not provide to him by tomorrow a copy of the FIR registered against him for spreading enmity between communities.
In a letter to Police Commissioner BK Gupta, Swamy said he had already sought a copy of the FIR but has not been provided with it.
"The courts have now come to recognise that law of torts provides for a suit against misfeasance in performance of duty and therefore the police failure to act according to the provisions of Articles 21 and 22 of the Constitution will invite a suit of damages against Delhi Police," Swamy said.

He also said the FIR was registered on September 26 or 27 according to media reports and it was more than two months after a controversial article written by him was published.
"Hence you are required to give a satisfactory explanation for the delay and if the said explanation is not satisfactory in court, it will vitiate the FIR itself, and liable to be quashed," he said.
Delhi Police had recently registered a case of spreading enmity between communities against Swamy for his certain suggestions made by him. The Crime Branch registered a case under Section 153A (spreading enmity between communities) of Indian Penal Code for his newspaper article in July this year.

Indore Sep 26 : Janata Party president Subramanian Swamy has said that it would not be possible to stop terrorism till P Chidambaram is home minister.

“He is a traitor and the most corrupt minister in the UPA government. There are proofs of his anti-national activities, which I have placed before court.
