This takes a great deal of focus, commitment, and compromise, but the rewards are well worth the effort. Actually, this concept is not limited to only relationships, but applies to other aspects of life such as work and career.

Remember, when you really love yourself, you cannot help wanting to give some of your love away. You must learn to be alone and happy before you can be together with someone else and still be happy. Your happiness always depends upon how you feel when you are alone.

Brothers charged with banker murder

Two brothers have been charged with the murder of a banker who died after confronting a gang in a city centre.

Tom and Ben Cowles, aged 21 and 20, of Costessey, Norfolk, are due to appear in court accused of killing 45-year-old Frank McGarahan.

The chief operating officer of Barclays Wealth was pronounced dead on Monday following an incident in Norwich in the early hours of Sunday.

A Norfolk Police spokeswoman said Ben Cowles had also been charged with three counts of assault - one against a Lithuanian man and other offences against Mr McGarahan's brother and cousin.

Why do people dwell on past memories?

Why do people cope up with all this suffering, when there is nothing and if at all there is any, it should be flushed down a toilet.

These are common characteristics of depression. Failure, to comprehend realities, dwelling on past miseries and most of all gaining satisfaction from it.

On the alternate side, there is this innate fear that something bad might happen to people whom you like.

Is there a solution?

Yes…

But it takes some time and a bottle of common sense.

I say this not because of the above options, but to shake of the system or social supporters of such a system.

They need a scapegoat, and it is high time you realize that you are the evangelical scapegoat.

Take time off, give each of the a piece of your supposed, hypothetical miseries, the ones you are afraid off, the ones you try to hide.

Don’t give it with any anger or remorse. But give it as if you are sharing something valuable, such as say you have received some huge parcel of food or even a prize. Make it look like something valuable, and then you won’t feel bad about it.

Give after a week, list down the number of miseries and fears left.

Should there be no improvement, don’t despair. Go back to the old schedule, but you have a few less of your hypothetical fears and worries left.

Do this again after two weeks. Note the improvement.

Now, also you would start receiving feedbacks from the people you have shared your prizes. If there is a positive response, then you have to really work with yourself.

It would help even if you discuss these problems with a counselor.

Alternately, if your friends, colleagues, neighbors or relatives start politely turning down your prize giving habit, then you don’t have much to worry.

Yahoo Buys Social Bookmarking Firm Del.icio.us

Yahoo recently acquired Del.icio.us, a New York-based startup that is considered a pioneer in social bookmarking, a type of online service that lets users save, annotate, and tag links to their favorite Web pages and share their lists with other users.

Both Yahoo and Del.icio.us separately announced the deal via postings on their official blogs. Financial terms were not disclosed.

"Together we'll continue to improve how people discover, remember and share on the Internet, with a big emphasis on the power of community," Del.icio.us founder and Chief Executive Officer Joshua Schachter wrote in his company's official blog.

In the official blog from the search engine unit at Yahoo, Jeremy Zawodny wrote that the Del.icio.us team will be working "in close proximity" to Flickr, a photo-sharing service that Yahoo bought in March of this year.

Flickr works in a very similar way to Del.icio.us by letting users not only create online photo albums but also tag and share their pictures with other users.

Schachter said today he's convinced that Del.icio.us will thrive as a result of the acquisition because Yahoo truly comprehends the concept of social bookmarking.

For now, Del.icio.us users will not see any immediate changes to the service. It will remain at its current Web site and will continue to operate in its usual manner, Schachter said.

Flickr and Del.icio.us are considered good examples of what some call the Web 2.0 era of Internet services. Web 2.0 is a much-debated term used to describe many of the Internet companies born after the dot-com bust of 2000 and 2001.
