1. Sosor bebek
Ambil 50 helai daun sosor bebek, cuci bersih, lalu diangin-anginkan sampai kering. Kemudian tumbuk halus dan simpan dalam wadah tertutup rapat. Satu sendok makan bubuk daun sosor bebek itu seduh dalam satu cangkir air panas (boleh ditambah madu). Aduk-aduk. Minum setelah hangat. Ramuan ini bisa diminum 3 kali sehari.
2. Tapak liman (Elephantopus scaber)
Rebus 0,5 kg daun tapak liman dalam 1,5 l air mendidih. Sebaiknya rebus dalam dalam panci dengan tutup berlubang di bagian tengah. Setelah cukup panas, segera angkat panci dan uap air yang keluar dari lubang tutup panci diarahkan tepat ke lubang dubur penderita wasir. Lakukan 2 kali sehari.
3. Buah tomat
Rebus beberapa buah tomat yang sudah masak dalam minyak kelapa selama kira-kira 10 menit, lalu disaring dengan sepotong kain bersih. Setelah dingin oleskan pada wasirnya.
4. Lidah buaya (Aloe vera)
Lidah buaya secukupnya dijus, tambahkan norit dan bubuk gambir secukupnya. Aduk hingga merata kemudian oleskan di bagian wasir. Resep kedua, daging lidah buaya diparut atau dijus. Tambahkan segelas air matang dan 2 sendok makan madu murni. Aduk lalu disaring. Air sarinya diminum.
5. Akar kangkung
Sebagai obat luar untuk wasir, akar kangkung dicuci bersih lalu direbus. Air rebusannya digunakan untuk membasuh atau membersihkan anus. Resep kedua, segenggam kecil akar kangkung dicuci bersih, lalu rebus dengan 3 gelas air hingga separuhnya. Setelah dingin, minum sehari 2 gelas setengah gelas.
6. Terung ungu
Ambil 15 gr akar terung ungu, lalu keringkan dan giling hingga menjadi bubuk. Kemudian 3 g bubuk akar terung ungu itu dicampurkan dengan bubuk sambiloto, jus lidah buaya secukupnya dan diaduk rata. Oleskan pada bagian wasir.
7. Pisang batu/klutuk
Ambil 3-5 pisang batu muda, cuci bersih kemudian parut dan diperas. Air perasannya ditambah sedikit pulosari dan gula aren atau gula merah. Diaduk merata, disaring, dan diminum 1-2 kali sehari.

The U.S. capital market has been battling with increased stock volatility, rate uncertainty and the NAIC. The NAIC's approach to bank and insurance hybrid instruments has led to some spread weakness. Yet the market has remained open (witness Swiss Re's US$750 million perpetual issue) and has traded well (Swiss Re's issue has maintained its relative value). Swiss Re's Euro transaction, launched at the same time, has traded in a narrow range as well. Thus, the fixed income capital raising market has shown greater resilience than many expected – allowing issuers to have greater confidence that markets will be available when they want to issue.
More importantly, the market's appetite for absorbing real insurance risks has continued to grow. This is best underlined by a groundbreaking transaction from Swiss Re. The deal, at $950 million, is the largest single bond sale from a Catastrophe bond programme. The securitization, called Successor, covers Japanese and California earthquakes, North Atlantic hurricanes and European windstorms risk. This continues Swiss Re's innovation and leadership in this market both as an issuer and as an advisor. As an advisor, Swiss Re Capital Markets were a lead manager for Liberty Mutual's $200 million BB+ protection against hurricanes in the north-east of the U.S., covering all states bordering the Atlantic from Maryland to Maine, as well as Vermont and Washington DC. "Bisa dilihat dari jumlah hari raya besar yang jatuh dalam kurun waktu berbeda," ujarnya. Bagi pengusaha konveksi di Kalibata Pulo, hari raya yang merudi masa panen raya bagi mereka adalah Lebaran, hari raya Kurban, Natal, dan tahun baru. "Tahun ini kebetulan waktunya tak bersamaan, beda dengan tahun lalu yang berbarengan. Jadi kita bisa manfaatkan itu untuk mendongkrak penjualan," ujar Jamaludin.
Selain itu, untuk bertahan pemilik usaha juga harus jeli melihat peluang dan pintar membaca tren mode. "Kita harus pintar membuat desain mana yang kira-kira lagi booming," ujar Haji Ali Umar, salah satu pengusaha pakaian anak di Kalibata Pulo. Jika meleset dari tren, pakaian yang mereka buat tidak laku di pasaran. "Biar kreatif, kita juga harus melihat contoh di majalah, tinggal kita gambar sendiri desainnya dan langsung dibuat," imbuh Jamaludin. Mengetahui karakter segmen pasar, juga membantu memperlancar pemasaran produk mereka. Karena pangsa pasar pakaian anakanak di Kalibata Pulo adalah kalangan menengah bawah, tak heran jika para pengusaha konveksi di kawasan ini memilih model pakaian yang ramai, dihiasi berbagai aksesori, dan warna-warna cerah. "Kalau bajunya polospolos gitu kagak laku. Coba dikasih pita sedikit, laku deh," kata Jamaludin.
Para pengusaha konveksi rumahan di kawasan ini sempat ingin menjadikan daerah Kalibata Pulo menjadi sentra, semacam di Cibaduyut. Untuk itu, tahun 2000 lalu mereka sempat mengadakan bazar di sepanjang jalan Buncit Raya, yang diikuti seluruh industri rumahan di Kalibata Pulo. Hasilnya laris manis. "Bang Yos sampai melihat besarnya potensi kita," ajar Jamaludin. Namun karena pengelolaan yang tidak baik, acara itu hanya berlangsung sekali saja, dan ide menjadi sentra pun menguap begitu saja.
Permasalahan ternyata tidak hanya itu saja. Pembuatan wadah koperasi yang diprakarsai Pemprov DKI Jakarta tidak jalan. Ada persaingan tidak sehat di antara pelaku usaha. Mereka saling membanting harga boju-baju buatan mereka. Hal serupa juga dilakukan pengurus koperasi yang notabene bukan berasal dari warga setempat. Alhasil, "Warga jadi tidak percaya sama koperasi," ujar Haji Jamaludin.

Penyakit Leptospirosis sesungguhnya tergolong zoonosis, yakni jenis penyakit hewan yang bisa menjangkiti manusia. Penyebabnya adalah bakteri leptospira, bakteri yang berbentuk panjang dan spiral, yang hidup dan berkembang biak di tubuh hewan. Hewan pengerat seperti tikus dan tupai, adalah hewan yang paling mudah terjangkiti bakteri ini. Namun, bukan tak mungkin hewan ternak seperti babi, ayam dan hewan peliharaan seperti burung, kucing dan anjing bisa terkena bakteri ini juga.
Bakteri leptospira keluar bersama denga urine hewan dan masuk ke tubuh manusia melalui telapak kaki, selaput lender, mata, hidung, kulit luka atau terkena eksim, air, dan makanan. Begitu masuk ke aliran darah, dalam 4-10 hari, bakteri ini akan menyebar ke seluruh tubuh.

In a display of rare patience, more than three years after the first future book was posted, 16 months since the start of the campaign, and 54 primaries and caucuses later, some politically savvy Presidential election betting fans finally moved closer to cashing a ticket when Barack Obama secured the Democratic Party nomination to face Republican John McCain in the race for the White House in November.

Obama, a first-term Senator from Illinois who debuted on a February, 2005 future book as the 40th (yes, 40th) choice to be elected President at a price of 100/1, is poised to beat enormous odds if he is able to defeat McCain in November. McCain, who in 2000 ran unsuccessfully for the Republican Presidential nomination against George W. Bush, opened as the leading Republican and second choice overall in futures at odds of 7/1. The overall favorite in the future book was New York Democratic Senator Hillary Clinton, at odds of 6/1. Clinton battled Obama to the end of the primary season before finally losing the delegate fight on June 3. Besides Clinton, future book ducats were discarded on former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani (R) (8/1); Senator George Allen (R) (15/1), whose Presidential aspirations were dashed when he lost his Virginia Senate seat to Democrat Jim Webb in 2006; former Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist (R-TN) (20/1); former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney (R) (20/1); New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson (D) (20/1); Indiana Senator Evan Bayh (D) (20/1); former Florida Governor Jeb Bush (R) (25/1); and former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee (R) (25/1).
Even if you're not one of those astute (more likely, lucky) bettors holding a 100/1 future book bet on Obama or a much more modest 7/1 on McCain, it's not too late too wade into the Presidential wagering waters. Obama opened as the -200 favorite (bet $200 to win $100) in his head-to-head matchup with McCain, the +160 underdog (bet $100 to win $160). Given an unpopular war, a sagging economy, President Bush's 28 percent approval rating, and the fact that 80 percent of those polled believe the country is headed in the wrong direction, as well as the general tarnishing of the Republican brand, and it's to see why the experienced McCain opened as the underdog. But as Presidential betting devotees can attest, things can change rapidly in politics. Remember, George H. W. Bush enjoyed a 90 percent approval rating following the Gulf War but winding losing his 1996 re-election bid to Bill Clinton. What's more, the race to become US President really is 51 individual races, the 50 states and the District of Columbia. In that regard, each candidate begins with a base of roughly 200 Electoral votes (it takes 270 to win), leaving a dozen or so of battleground states, including Ohio, Michigan, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, Iowa, Missouri, Virginia, New Mexico, Colorado, Florida, Wisconsin and Nevada as pivotal. It's possible that a candidate gaffe or an unforeseen event could tilt those states.
Now that the Presidential candidates have been chosen by the voters, the speculation-—and betting-turns to who will fill out the respective tickets. Hillary Clinton is 3/2 to be Obama's Vice President with Jim Webb 5/1 and John Edwards, himself a Presidential candidate this cycle, listed at 6/1. Bill Richardson is held at odds of 10/1 with Kansas Governor Kathleen Sebelius offered at odds of 12/1. Showing that bookmakers have a sense of humor, the list also includes Oprah Winfrey, 100/1, and Bill Clinton, 150/1. Mitt Romney is 4/1 to be McCain's top choice for Vice President, (especially if internal polls show he can deliver Michigan, where his father was Governor), while Tim Pawlenty, the Governor of Minnesota, is listed at 6/1. Florida Governor Charlie Crist, whose presence would lock up that important state, and Alaska Governor Sarah Palin each are held at odds of 8/1. No one knows for sure who will shine or stumble in the debates and which global events will shape the tenor and substance of the campaign, two more unknown factors that make Presidential election betting both intriguing and potentially profitable.

If project staff do not know what their tasks are, or how to accomplish them, then the entire project will grind to a halt. If you do not know what the project staff are (not) doing then you will be unable to monitor project progress. And if you are uncertain of what the customer expects of you, then the project will not even get off the ground.
Maintaining open, regular and accurate channels of communication with all levels of project staff and stakeholders is vital to ensuring the smooth flow of instructions from customer to factory floor and sufficient warning of risks and changes to enable early assessment and preparation.

The Information that You Need to Give
As Project Manager, it is your job to keep a number of people well-informed. It is essential that your project staff know what is expected of them: what they have to do, when they have to do it, and what budget and time constraints and quality specification they are working towards.

The Information that You Need to Receive
In order to keep the relevant people informed, you must have regular and complete access to all information about the project: customer needs, objectives, plan, constraints, changes/risks and progress. PRINCE2TM, the government-standard Project Management methodology, suggests that a system of ‘management products’ (documents used to make management more efficient) is set up.
