On Friday October 31st NRgize will have an activity at the Jones' home from 8pm-11pm. We will be making homemade pizza and sharing candy! Plus we are going to celebrate our first quarter birthdays (Sept. Oct. & Nov.). That includes: Dawson, Olivia, Alyvia, David, and Sonie.

Bake Sale Round 2

Since the Bake Sale went so well last Sunday we decided to go ahead and do a second Bake Sale this Sunday. Same time and place. The Youth Room before and after Sunday School and also after Church. Come early since most things sold out quickly.

*Even thought it's Memorial Day weekend we decided to have Youth Group like normal (Sun. night 6-8pm) since most kids said they would be in town.

Bake Sale Fundraiser

This Sunday, May, 18th the teens will be selling breakfast in the Youth Room.

Stop by the Youth Center before Sunday School &/or the Church services starts to pick up yummy pastries/desserts/and beverages to help send the teens to summer camp.

Teens we need you to help set up and sell so arrive early (between 8am-8:30am) this Sunday.

April Activity: The Pottery Place

For April's Youth Group activity we will be painting pottery at The Pottery Place.

Friday the 18th we will meet at the church at 5:40pm and return by 8:30pm.

Food will not be provided so eat before you come. You may bring a drink with you and candy can be purchased at The Pottery Place.

Who: All teens (6th-12th grades)
When: Friday, April, 18th 5:40pm-8:30pm
Where: The Pottery Place (meet at the church)
Cost: $5 for the studio fee + the cost of your pottery. Pottery ranges in price from $8-$40. Most items are around $10.

*This marks a perfect time to make your moms something special for Mothers Day (May 11th)

Accountability

Last Sunday morning Nathan asked you (the teens) to hold him accountable to a daily quiet time and prayer because this is something he struggles with. Nathan challenged us all (including the leaders) to get into the Word and pray each day this week Mon.-Sat. even if we start small by only reading a chapter or even a verse. This is not for Leader Loot dollars or to make ourselves look/feel good. Its about being honest with ourselves and one another so we can better walk along side each other in our Christian walk.

We love you guys and our hearts desire to grow closer to Christ and as a Youth Group.

A warm sunny day would be nice right about now. I love waking up early, going out to eat for breakfast with Nathan, walking around town (with coffee in hand) checking out different shops, or places we've never been to before.

Activity: Progressive Drive-Thru Dinner

This Friday, January, 17th the teens will enjoy a progressive drive-thru dinner. We will meet at the church at 5:20pm hop in the church van and drive to different fast food restaurants all over town. You may choose to purchase food at each stop or wait for your favorite place. This will be a fun time of fellowship and a chance to enjoy all of our favorite foods at various fast food restaurants. If you need a ride or have any questions please talk to one of the youth leaders. Hope to see everyone there!
