I get up early in the morning and get ready for the office. I pick up my bus and after one hour of journey, I reached at my stop. From there I used to walk around 3 kilometres for office not because I like to walking, it is because there is no transportation facility to reach at that area. It's really hot almost 47°c but at last I reached at my office. And after nine hours of shift, my duty was over and again as usually, I used to walk 3 kilometres from my office to the bus stop where I used to get the transportation for going home. Until now everything was normal because it was a daily routine. But what happened after that was very fustrating.

I was waiting for bus. But my wait didn't over as after waiting for 3 hours there was no bus which was going at my destination. Which was unusual, because I used to get bus daily for my destination.
After three hours of wait I quit the waiting for bus because it's time for plan B until it get late.

I was fully exhausted and walk back for picking another transportation to reach out the Railway station which was 30 km away from that location. And the best part was I have to reach there with in 50 minutes. After waiting for 10 minutes there was no sign of any bus or taxi. Now my frustration level is at it's best but suddenly a vehicle arrived and I sit down in vehicle and finally I reached at railway station.
Thank to our railway system in which train used to arrive late, this time it's work for me. Finally I got the train which took nearly one hour to reach at my destination. I walked out from the train and suddenly rain started. I got wait due to the rain and I have to stay at platform and wait for the rain to stop. It got half an hour to stop the rain. And the time was 12 o clock. Finally after the rain got stop I reached at my home.

The day was full with many fustrating events like high temperature, Waiting for bus, sudden raining. This was a bad day for me which cross the llimits and made me tired physically as well as mentally.

Union Budget 2018 Highlights In Hindi

(आम बजट 2018):

वित्त मंत्री अरुण जेटली ने आम बजट 2018 में इनकम टैक्स स्लैब में कोई बदलाव नहीं किया गया है। बजट 2018 में डीजल और पेट्रोल पर 2 रुपए की एक्साइज ड्यूटी कम की गई है। हालांकि एक्साइज ड्यूटी की जगह अब 2 रुपए प्रति लीटर का सेस लगा दिया गया है। मतलब डीजल और पेट्रोल की कीमतों में कोई बदलाव नहीं होगा। विदेश से आने वाले सभी सामान महंगे हो जाएंगे, क्योंकि सरकार ने कस्टम ड्यूटी बढ़ा दी है। मोबाइल, टीवी से लेकर विदेशी पैन तक सब महंगे हो जाएंगे। इसके अलावा सेस में भी एक फीसदी की बढ़ोतरी की गई है। सेस बढ़ने के बाद अब इनकम टैक्स भी ज्यादा देना होगा। अब हर बिल पर 1 फीसदी ज्यादा भुगतान करना होगा। वहीं सैलरी पाने वालों को थोड़ी राहत दी गई है। अब सैलरी पाने वालों को टैक्स में 40,000 रुपए का स्टैंडर्ड डिडक्शन दिया गया है। आम बजट 2018 में सरकार ने हेल्थ और किसानों का खास ध्यान रखा है। सरकार को 5.95 लाख करोड़ रुपए का घाटा हुआ है। सरकार दिल्ली एनसीआर में प्रदूषण से निपटने के लिए नई स्कीम लाई जाएगी।

1.कॉर्पोरेट के लिए बजट:

वित्त मंत्री ने कहा कि 250 करोड़ का टर्नओवर करने वाली कंपनियों पर 25 फीसदी टैक्स लगेगा। 99 फीसदी एमएसएमई को 25 फीसदी टैक्स के दायरे में लाया गया है। डिपॉजिट पर मिलने वाली छूट 10 हजार से बढ़ाकर 50 हजार रुपए की गई। लॉन्ग टर्म कैपिटल गेन टैक्स 10 फीसदी होगा। शिक्षा और स्वास्थ्य सेस 3 से बढ़ाकर 4 फीसदी किया गया है। वित्त मंत्री ने कहा कि डायरेक्ट टैक्स कलेक्शन 12.6 फीसदी बढ़ा है। यह काले धन के खिलाफ मुहिम का असर है। टैक्स देने वालों की संख्या में 19.25 लाख की बढ़ोतरी हुई है। इनकम टैक्स कलेक्शन 90 हजार करोड़ रुपए बढ़ा है। जीएसटी पर बात करते हुए वित्त मंत्री ने कहा कि इसे आसान बनाने की कोशिश जारी है।वहीं 14 सरकारी कंपनियां शेयर मार्केट में आएंगी। इनमें 2 सरकारी बीमा कंपनियां भी शेयर बाजार में आएंगी। सोने के लिए नई नीति आएगी। नई नीति से सोना ले जाने में आसानी होगी। वित्त मंत्री ने कहा कि देश में एयरपोर्ट की संख्या पांच गुना करने की कोशिश की जा रही है। व्यापार शुरू करने के लिए मुद्रा योजना के लिए 3 लाख करोड़ रुपए का फंड, वहीं छोटे उद्योगों के लिए 3,794 करोड़ रुपए खर्च होंगे।वित्त मंत्री ने कहा कि आधार से जरूरतमंद को फायदा मिला है। राष्ट्रपति, उपराष्ट्रपति और राज्यपाल की सैलरी बढ़ाई जाएगी। बढ़ने के बाद राष्ट्रपति की सैलरी 5 लाख रुपए महीने हो जाएगी। वहीं उपराष्ट्रपति की सैलरी 4 लाख रुपए महीने और राज्यपाल की सैलरी 3.5 लाख रुपए महीने हो जाएगी।

2.शिक्षा:

वित्त मंत्री ने कहा कि प्री नर्सरी से 12वीं तक सभी को शिक्षा देने पर जोर दिया जाएगा। डिजिटल पढ़ाई को बढ़ावा देंगे। बच्चों को स्कूल तक पहुंचाना सरकार का बड़ा लक्ष्य है। आदिवासियों के लिए एकलव्य विद्यालय बनाए जाएंगे। बडोदरा में रेलवे यूनिवर्सिटी बनेगी। स्कूलों में ब्लैक बोर्ड की जगह डिजिटल बोर्ड लगाए जाएंगे। 24 नए मेडिकल कॉलेज खोले जाएंगे।

3.मेडिकल:

वित्त मंत्री ने कहा कि हेल्थ वेलनेस सेन्टर बनाने पर 1,200 करोड़ का फंड खर्च किया जाएगा। 10 करोड़ गरीब परिवारों मेडिकल खर्च मिलेगा। हर परिवार को एक साल में 5 लाख का मेडिकल खर्च मिलेगा। देश की 40 फीसदी आबादी को सरकारी हेल्थ बीमा मिलेगा। 24 नए मेडिकल कॉलेज खोले जाएंगे।

4.कृषि:

वित्त मंत्री ने कहा कि बिचौलियों पर लगाम से भ्रष्टाचार पर लगाम लगी है। कृषि उत्पादन रिकॉर्ड पर है। न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य डेढ गुना बढ़ाने का ऐलान किया गया है। किसान का कर्ज लेना आसान बनाएंगे। किसानों के कर्ज के लिए 11 लाख करोड़ रुपए का फंड अलॉट किया गया है। आर्थिक सुधार पर सरकार ईमानदारी से काम कर रही है। जरूरतमंदो तक सुविधाएं पहुंचाई जा रही हैं। अनाज का उत्पादन रिकॉर्ड पर है। 27.5 करोड़ टन अनाज का उत्पादन हुआ है। सभी फसलों का समर्थन मूल्य मिलेगा अभी कुछ ही फसलों का मिलता है। नया ग्रामीण बाजार ई-नैम बनाने का ऐलान किया। खरीफ की फसल का समर्थन मूल्य उत्पादन की लागत से डेढ गुना है। आलू, प्याज और टमाटर के लिए ऑपरेशन ग्रीन चलाया जाएगा। आलू, प्याज, टमाटर के लिए 500 करोड़ रुपए मिलेंगे। किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड पशु पालकों को भी मिलेगा। 42 मेगा फूड पार्क बनाए जाएंगे।

5.गरीबों के लिए क्या:

वित्त मंत्री ने कहा कि 2022 तक हर गरीब को घर देने का ऐलान किया। देश में 2 करोड़ शौचालय और बनाए जाएंगे। 4 करोड़ घरों में सौभाग्य बिजली योजना से कनेक्शन दिया जाएगा। 8 करोड़ गरीब महिलाओं को मुफ्त गैस कनेक्शन दिए जाएंगे।

6.अर्थव्यवस्था:

वित्त मंत्री ने कहा कि हम दुनिया की पांचवीं सबसे बड़ी अर्थव्यवस्था बनेंगे। अर्थव्यवस्था पटरी पर है। हम 2.5 ट्रिलियन की अर्थव्यवस्था हैं। हमरा फोकस गांव के विकास पर होगा। सरकार ने पारदर्शी शासन दिया है। सर्विस सेक्टर में 8 फीसदी की दर से तरक्की हो रही है। सरकारी सेवाएं ऑनलाइन करने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है।

College should not be a place from where someone get the degree, It should be a place which polish the career of students according to their field of interest.

The biggest reason of unemployment at present is most colleges are just a source of income and opened for business purpose only. This think made most of the colleges just a way of getting degree and nothing else.

In the past we had University like Nalanda and Takshila, which taught the students about goal of life and moral values. They guide them according to their strength and they provide students the goal of their lives.
That's why students all around the world used to came at Takshila and Nalanda.

The colleges should prepare the students according to their strength and interests.
Because if we love our profession we will enjoy our work and it is good for us and our country in every way.

For example most of our colleges not contain the courses like photography, Social values, professional Gaming etc in their syllabus, if these courses are available definitely students who like these courses will enjoy their study.

Moral is that we need a Education structure which is entirely support us as our strength and we enjoy our education. And we will definitely get the goal of our life. Because we don't know who we are and what is the goal of our life just because of this sick education system.

England lost the five test match series against India by 4-0. The main problem comes out in this series for England is consistency as a team. England batsmen failed to use the conditions properly. They made good score and showed passion but Never looked like they will get big score and carried away by to much premeditated batting.
They have to be in positive frame of mind while playing the spinners.

As far as England bowling concern there is not to much for fast bowlers to do as they were Good but spinners are not effective. Main problem is that England only played with one specialist spinner and made extra pressure on rashid.

For India this series was awesome as far as their batting and bowling concern. But fielding part specially catching positions are still a very big concern for them. There were many dropped catches at slip position which is unacceptable in test cricket. They were lucky that dropped catches didn't cost them.
