Somos fabricantes, no constructores. Esto significa que nos encargamos exclusivamente de la fabricación y montaje de la estructura portante de la vivienda, dejando en manos del cliente o su equipo técnico la ejecución de instalaciones, acabados y cimentación. Nuestro enfoque está en la excelencia estructural, utilizando tres sistemas constructivos en madera:

CLT (Cross Laminated Timber) o madera laminada cruzada

Estos sistemas permiten una gran versatilidad en el diseño y ejecución de proyectos, desde casas unifamiliares hasta edificios de varias plantas, pasando por viviendas adosadas. Además, contamos con una oficina técnica que puede colaborar en el diseño, realizar cálculos estructurales y visados, garantizando que cada proyecto cumpla con los estándares europeos de calidad y seguridad.

¿Cómo se calcula el precio de una casa prefabricada en madera?

Uno de los aspectos más importantes para nuestros clientes es el precio. Sin embargo, no trabajamos con precios estándar por metro cuadrado, ya que cada proyecto es único. Para poder realizar una estimación precisa, necesitamos que el cliente nos proporcione el proyecto en formato AutoCAD / DWG. A partir de este archivo, nuestros ingenieros elaboran un modelo mecánico de la vivienda, lo que nos permite calcular el volumen de madera necesario y ofrecer un presupuesto ajustado a la realidad.

El precio final depende de múltiples factores:

Tipo de cubierta (inclinada o plana)
Dimensiones de vigas y alturas
Accesibilidad a la parcela
Complejidad del diseño
