Seems like it's not a good idea to poke fun of coworkers on facebook. Even if you don't mention them by name, referring to a coworker and calling them an ugly bitch is almost enough to get you suspended from work. I'd advise against it. And the fact that she had the audacity to claim that I call and threaten her is even more ridiculous. She goes to my boss and says she feels threatened and fears for her life, over calls that I clearly did not make, My advice to her? If you feel threatened by someone and fear for your life, and you allegedly have saved voice mails of me threatening to hurt you, go to the fucking police. Jesus christ, I dunno how my boss didn't see right through it. He should have been like, "you feel threatened and scared for your life? Why the fuck are you telling me? Call the god damn police!!"

Defamation—also called calumny, vilification, slander (for transitory statements), and libel (for written, broadcast, or otherwise published words)—is the communication of a statement that makes a claim, expressly stated or implied to be factual, that may give an individual, business, product, group, government, or nation a negative image. It is usually a requirement that this claim be false and that the publication is communicated to someone other than the person defamed (the claimant).

This is where my statement is not bad. My comment cannot be proven since there are no strict guidelines on how to prove if someone is ugly or not. But her comments can be proven false. Her intent was to discredit me at my job causing a loss. I'm considering taking legal action. Would be fun. :D

Sleep, Video Games, Panda Express and Blogging.

I didn't sleep very well last night. My own fault. But to be fair I was woken up early. Shit happens. Went to chill with Paul and Alan again today. We played some Video Games. Still in love with Scott Pilgrim. Old school gaming bliss. Wisg more games had the artistic style and retroiness this title has. Playing it makes me feel like a child. Great times.

At Panda Express, one of the lovely employees, was very friendly, and cute, although she is still in high school, putting her about 8 or so years younger than me. She said she had a present for me, and gave me a 10% off discount card, and gave me a pretty sweet discount on my meal purchase. As I was leaving she asked for permission to blog about me and my shirt. Of course I said yes.

So, she's Gonna contact me after the blog is completed, and I'll link it or post it here. Probably the most random thing that has ever happened to me, but It's cool with me. And speaking of blogs, I checked out over 300 posts today on people I follow. I didn't comment ALL of them, but I commented as much as I could. If I hadn't gotten so far behind, I'd have commented more, but I did give views. Hopefully you all do the same. Thanks for everything guys. You guys make me happy.

Sodapop, Gladiators, Slavery, RL Friends, and A Thing Called Sleep

Been hella busy for the last few days. Yesterday I worked 10am to 10pm. Was not a very good day for me. I got home and was very exhausted, so I just called it a night. Slept almost 12 hours, so that was a very good thing. Made me feel really good when I woke up this morning. Sleep like that is something Jerbear can definitely recommend.

I've been watching the show Spartacus: Blood and Sand. Pretty good show. Although it overdoes sex scenes and definitely over uses the word cock. Other than that, and the 80's like gore film quality gore scenes (during fights and what not) It's pretty good. Something that would definitely take a few episodes to get into. I'm sure later on down the road it's gonna go all Prison Break on us and get shitty, I mean how long can he stay in captivity as a Gladiator without it becoming shitty? Season 1 is worth a watch though, so check it out. :)

I'm trying to stay awake and check everyone out, but all of the Mountain Dew in the world, and I'm still exhausted. Spent most of the day with my friends Paul and Alan. Just goofing off and what not. Fun times. Man, this was supposed to be like a triple blog, but my life just isn't interesting enough to have whole page blogs. :(

Maybe tomorrow I'll blog about a topic that you guys all select. Everyone make a suggestion and I'll pick 1 really really good one, or 2 just regular good one, or 3 really short crappy topics. Also, feel free to ask me anything about myself. I'll put that in there for everyone too. After all, I owe every one of my dedicated, devout and wonderful followers for all of the support I've gathered in such a short time. Thanks again for everything you guys do. Makes me happy to matter in a strangers life for just a few minutes a day. It means a lot to me, it really does.

And we are not without another Hater Bot episode today. Thought I'd keep it out of the title so it would be a surprise. This one is kinda long, but oh so worth it. Til next time ladies and gents.

First off I wanna give a big big shout out to the 63 wonderful, amazing people who are currently following this blog. If I weren't under time constraints I'd individually thank each and everyone of you. But I'm exhausted so that'll come tomorrow after the Vikings and Saints game. Gonna be reppin with my purple on tomorrow :D

I'm exhausted and falling asleep. Too lazy to make anything for dinner tonight, so it's Cheez-its for dinner. Gotta work early tomorrow so I can be home for the game.

Hater Bot, Sons of Anarchy and Brand New Things.

Today was pretty meh in most senses of the word. Work was slow and boring. I had a few coworkers goading me into talking to the ex. Not gonna happen. Now or ever. The next time that bitch talks to me I better be in a fucking casket.

I bought myself a spiffy new dry erase board today for 2 bucks at Walmart. It's pretty awesome. I threw my old one out because I couldn't bring myself to erase what my ex had written on it. I'm such a bitter person towards her. I mean I won't even address her by name. Oh well. Fuck her.

Sons of Anarchy was pretty amazing tonight. It started off really slow, but the last 3 minutes were OMG awesome. One of the greatest written TV shows on TV. Tonight's episode titled SO was easily the greatest episode yet. Looking forward to an incredible season. Can't wait.

I also do believe I promised everyone some Hater Bot. Well here it is. Couldn't decide which video to load so the next few days I'll pick one to show. This one is my favorite.

Terrible Internet and "The Middle"

Came home from what was a very slow day at work. Holiday and people having left over food from cookouts all weekend meant less customers, an epic stomach ache and a heart to heart with potential lady friend. I came home to find my internet not working. Wireless devices worked fine, but wired connections were not working. After 10,000 cable switches, and spending 2 hours unplugging, plugging and reboots I finally managed to get it back working.

During this time I had a chance to watch a new TV show. The Middle. Honestly, I really only watched it because it had The Janitor from Scrubs in it. Surprisingly, it's actually kinda funny. I mean not Scrubs or Boondocks funny, but it's lighthearted and consistent. It makes good mindless not really wanting to think or chill watching. Pleasantly surprised. 6/10 is what I would rate this show.

I could have written a longer blog today, but after spending 3 hours trying to get internets back, I decided that this would be good enough to hold me over until tomorrow. Tomorrow I'll talk about random youtube videos and the goodness known as Hater Bot.

It was a pretty amazing time. We didn't get to make it to the park. We ended up renting The Losers on DVD from Redbox. Was a pretty good movie from what I saw. We really just ended up cuddling, making out and talking. She's not really ready for a relationship, and I'm not sure I am either. I mean I really like the girl, or as much as one can like someone after just three dates. We have a lot in common and she really makes me laugh. And she's quite the amazing kisser. I hope she decides she wants to be in a relationship soon. I'd love to date a girl like her. She's beautiful, funny, and we have music, games, tv shows, and even web hangouts in common. We're quite similar. We have another date lined up for Thrusday and possibly Friday too. Wish me luck. Going to bed now. 5am and I'm very tired.
