In fact, all one need to start an online business would be an internet connection and a personal computer. Next you will need a bit of a capital to grow your business but mind you the number of capital required is really low when compared to the capital needed to start an offline business.

However, the statistics have it that more than 80% of the online businesses that started actually failed within the first five years and to add more insult to the injury, these people failed without knowing what really happened. Businesses succeed as much as they fail so by learning from past mistakes, real entrepreneurs take these failures as a milestone to success.

Hence if you are new to internet marketing and are wondering what kind of obstacle that you would be facing, then read on because in this article you will find out some of the main reason why first-time online marketers fail and how to avoid it.
Yes, why not learn these mistakes early in the game to avoid pain and suffering? Let’s see what first-time marketers have to face in the online business world.
No carefully written plan.
Most people who first start out online and trying to make a living out of it does not have a
written plan. The thing is, most people do not bother teaching you all these basic stuff and most people do not bother writing one either. Yes, some will buy a course and inside, there’s a plan all laid out nicely for you. And yes some courses teach you the simple steps that are required to make money online.
However, while educated, most people just do not have the discipline or even the knowledge onhow to write down a plan that ensures your idea to be slowly turned into a reliable business that makes money for you consistently.
Bad Monetizing Model.
A lot of people jump into the marketing business thinking that it’s all going to be glory and
no pain. This is the exact opposite; the competition is cut-throat and there’s just no room for mistakes. Most entrepreneurs will do whatever the gurus are doing, and thus they will start in the wrong niche and giving out free products that will never turn into cash.
With every free product that you give away, there should always be a plan to monetize the leads that you acquired. However, too many people are focusing only in building their subscribers because they were blindly promised that if they built a list, they will make money. The truth is you won’t make money just by building a list; you will only make money when you have a good funnel that monetizes that list which you built.
To make things worse, some first-time marketers actually went ahead to lose money first for every sale hoping to make it back in the back end. This is good for those people who have proven and strong back end products that sell like hot cakes. Otherwise you will face a hard time trying to just break even with your operating cost. Some of these costs may include outsourcing fees and other smaller fees such as hosting and purchase of tools that helps with your business.
Lastly, you could be marketing to the wrong kinds of people. Some people are rich, and some are not. Some are freebie seekers, and some will keep buying your stuff. So to become a successful marketer no matter what niche you are in, you need to make sure that you are selling to a crowd or people who are rich and can spend money on the items that you are selling.
If your customers have very little money, your business won’t be able to last for a long time at all.
No demand.
There is no substitute for market research. Go back and read that again. Too many people jump into a niche market because they liked the niche. Some jumped into a niche because they think they have a great product that everyone needs. Little did they know that even if you have a great product that everyone needs, bad marketing will always mean zero sales.
Hence always take a sufficient amount of time to do your niche’s market research. Always
market a product that everyone are already buying, that’s how you can guarantee that your
efforts will not go to a waste.
Bad execution.
When you have a million-dollar idea, but you are not able to execute your plans well that usually means it’s worth nothing. Anyone can have the idea of building a city in Mars for attractions, but if you can’t make it into a reality, and if you can get enough sponsors that believe in your dreams, it will never happen.
Often times as a business person, you will be faced with very decisions to make, and those are the times that will test you as a marketer and those are the times that will have you taking risks. Without proper risk management and decision making, you and your business will probably not do well. Hence whenever possible, seek out ways to help yourself improve in the right areas mentally and become a master of your own.
Giving up too early.
Perhaps the biggest killer of online entrepreneurs is that people tend to give up too early. Hey, we know it’s hard but no one ever said it is going to be easy (unless you are referring to those scammers and hyped sales letters). One way or the other, starting your own business does take time, money and there’s work involved. Never give up just because you are tired and feeling overwhelmed. Instead take small steps each day, and soon you will realize that you are getting closer to your goals.
When you succeed all these hardships won’t even matter because the benefit will greatly
outweigh all that things that you had to go through so make sure to push through the hard times and go all out to grow your business until success finally reaches out to you.
I surely have been through then ALL, but, can tell you it’s ALL Worth It!
Just, Take Action and … Don’t Give Up!

A woman in the audience asked the question how can she get more energy? He responded with three simple tricks to improving energy. That being said I can say that Dr. Oz is no genius, and that I do not agree with many of his tactics because while they may work eventually they take way to much time to see results and many people will slack off and not stick with the program.

What does this have to do with swimming workouts? Well one of the tips he had for more energy was to rub ice on your arms in the morning to wake up and to trick the body into using up some fat stores for energy. Basically if you make your body think it needs to keep warm it will utilize stored fat for energy to keep it warm. This idea can be transfered into a good swimming workout when the pool temperature is lower than body temperature. While you are swimming your body is surrounded by cool water, making it use up fat for energy rather than muscle. Combining the temperature with exercise you double the amount of fat you burn. Pretty simple ideology.

Rather than just doing a basic cardio routine where you run miles and burn off both fat and muscle try to work in a good swimming routine 2-3 times per week. While swimming mointor your heart rate every couple minutes and try to keep it between 60-70% of your overall heart rate for maximum fat burn and minimum muscle loss. Hopefully this will work for you as well as it does for myself.
If you have a lot of friends or people that you get along with life will be so much easier. This boosts self confidence and and boosts motivation to do better. Obviuosly if you don't feel good and look good your social self will not be as high, but the reverse side of this is also true. If ou have no friends or anyone that cares about you why would you get out of bed and do things to better yourself? Most people wouldn't have the motivation to be healthy if it wasn't for social interactions and social replication. This is why I have put together a self confidence challenge to help boost your moral and motivation. Starting with baby steps and focusing on little things to help boost self confidence will greatly appreciate your motivation for wellness. So here are the steps I would like you to try out in the next few weeks to improving your life.

Week 1: Focus on holding your head high and not looking down at the ground all day. This is simple enough and may sound dumb, but you would be surprised how many more interactions you will have with others just by keeping your head up and looking for them. focus on this every day for the first week.

Week 2: Along with keeping those eyes up, this week I would like you to say "Hello" or "Good Morning" (whatever greeting is appropriate) to two strangers every day. It will amaze you as to how many people you have been passing by and not talking to. Any of these people could share the same ideas or personality as yourself and to think you have just now met them because of a simple "Hello".

Week 3: To keep building on steps one and two and meeting new people, this week do somehing for yourself. Go out and buy yourelf a new outfit that represents who you are, or go get a new haircut, get that tattoo etc. Do something that represents you in a bold new way. Showing off who you really are may be a shock to others, but most will respect that you were brave enough to be yourself. If not then oh well, you will be happier because you had the confidence to do it.

Week 4: Ask one someone you know to grab coffee, dinner or just go do something that sounds fun. This may not go as well as you plan and they may cancel on you, but don't give up. If they cancel they are missing out, ask again or ask someone new until you find the right person to add to your life circle. Once you find someone to be close with your social life will start booming.

These are some simple tips to finding the better you. Use this as a guide and really stick with it you will be amazed by the results. Good luck!

Next Generation Abdominal Workout

Your core is the most important part of your body when on any training system. Most people work on their core way too much. Everyone thinks the more strength you have in your core the better looking and more in shape you will be. While it is true you must work on your abs to give them the look as if they are popping out it is also true that over working the core can result in looking like a gut. The abs will grow very fast so it is not necessary to work them out with heavy weight every day. Instead of lifting very heavy weight with your core, lessen the weight to little or none. an efective cardio workout combined with a core workout helps you lose extra body fat while toning those abs; a result of this is a lean, tight core without being too bulky.

My workout is as follows:

15 min. cardio warm-up

Super set: Alternate each of these with little or no rest between sets.

Hanging Leg Raises 3 sets 15 reps

Crunches (can be done on machine) 3 sets 15 reps

Super set: Alternate these with moderate rest between set (30 seconds)

Cable Crunches 3 sets 15 reps should be heavy weight

Cable Side Chop 3 sets 15 reps should be medium weight

Next:

Standing Cable Crunches 3 sets 15 reps light weight

Bosu Ball and Medicine Ball Alternating side bounce 2 sets Max reps

Bench or Medicine Ball Alternating Leg Pulls to Chest- lean either on a bench or medicine ball and alternatingly pull legs to chest. For more resistance use a resistance band with you feet in the handles and the band around a pole. Do this for 2 sets Max reps.

NUTRILITE CLA 500 can help you get the maximum return on your workout investment. CLA basically helps break down fat in the body and allows for a better fat burn. CLA seperates the fat cells which makes them easier to be used in the body and eliminated as waste rather than for storage. It is recommended that you use CLA with an exercise plan because you will need to be actively keeping up your heart rate to burn fat. CLA is not a magic pill that will burn fat while you sit around eating it will however help seperate fat cells making them easier to be burned while exercising. This product targets only fat cells so if you are trying to burn fat and retain muscle this is the best product to do so.

Basically this tape helps strengthen weak muscles and joints by providing an elastic support to the area that is weak. This tape is supposed to leave athletes with a non restrictive support so they can move as well as if they didn't have anything. It has replaced many bulky braces and can help support areas braces can't. There is a science behind the placement of the tape and it comes in pre cut strips. Trying to do your own taping may or may not actually help without knowing what you are doing. This tape reminds me of the balance bands which have been proven not to really work in recent studies. I am not sure I will be wasting my money on this tape in the near future but if it actually works it may be worth looking into for current athletes looking for an edge.
Going into this class I was dreading it simply because I do not do much cardio in my workout routine. I was expecting to get my butt kicked and be on my way to exhaustion before I even started my lifting routine.

We got to the class about 5 minutes late due to traffic and were thrown into a mix of young and old people doing the routine. It was very intimidating to say the least. We both started out looking like idiots as we had not been around to learn any of the routine before this class and there were some obvious veterans in the class. For about the first 10 minutes we goofed off and made it a joke because we had not been there before and could not keep up with the class.

After the first couple minutes we finally started to get in the groove and tried to take it a little more seriously. We both had moments where we got lost throughout the course, but stuck it out to the end and were actually covered in sweat by the end of the course. It was not as hard as I had imagined before I tried it out.

Will I go back again? Probably not, but just because it wasn't for me doesn't mean it's not for everyone. I am a big time bodybuilding style enthusiast so this class was not really my forte'. I did have a lot of fun trying to keep up and looking like an idiot; and it was a good warm up for my lifting routine but it just wasn't for me.
I would encourage everyone to get out of there comfort zone and try different things like this. You find your niche in one of these classes. There’s been a lot of buzz concerning the antioxidant lately, and for a good reason: It controls your internal clock. Like an electric alarm clock that can be set and reset, your body’s is adjustable as well.

In a recent study, for example, people who drank an ounce of cherry juice twice a day for a week enjoyed an extra 25 minutes of sleep every night and slept more soundly.

How? Tart cherry juice is laced with tryptophan, an essential amino acid that converts into serotonin, which, in turn, transforms into melatonin in your body, says study coauthor Jason Ellis, Ph.D., the director of the Northumbria Centre for Sleep Research.

Your body naturally creates melatonin—a neurotransmitter—in the pineal gland throughout the day to control your internal clock.

Melatonin stabilizes your sleep and wakefulness patterns by regulating the chemicals in your body that make you feel either drowsy or alert—it doesn’t induce sleep like a pill might. If you’re a shift worker, you’re trying to overcome jetlag, or if you’re struggling with random bouts of sleeplessness, increasing your melatonin levels can help you overcome a mismatch between the timing of your internal clock and your environmental routine.

Apart from tart cherries, there are other melatonin-producing food sources you can eat to increase your circulating melatonin. These foods will boost your melatonin the most (in nanograms produced per gram eaten):
Raspberries 387
Almonds 39
Sunflower seeds 29
Tart cherries (up to) 15
Flaxseeds 12
Strawberries (up to) 11

Questions

I have been around the exercise industry for about 7 years now and have tried many different things. They are the most versatile piece of equipment you can buy. Whether you are looking for cardio or strength training help, a kettlebell can provide both. If you want to bulk up I would recommend a kettlebell that has different levels of weight so you can switch the weight as your muscles strengthen. If you are just looking for something to get your heart rate up a 10-15lb kettlebell would probably do the job, depending on your size and strength level.

You can also purchase kettlebell training videos to find out how much you can actually do with a kettlebell. Some stores even have packages that contain the bell and a video guide. I personally like to use the kettlebell in conjunction with other types of workouts. I will do my basic routine and for the last exercise, to really exhaust my muscles, I will use a kettlebell. This gets your heart rate up just when you need it the most. It helps increase the blood flow so protein can be more rapidly absorbed into muscles.

Lastly use a common sense approach with the kettlebell. Don't try to do too much too soon. Until you are coordinated enough to actually do then exercises use a lighter weight, your back will thank you later. The wall mirrors at the gym are also expensive, it is a good idea to keep back from them because these exercises contain a lot of risky moves that could wish you seven years bad luck.

Get out there and try something new and different. If the kettlebell doesn't impress you work harder at it!

Weighted vests

Weighted vests are a great way to up your body strength. Weigted vest basically give you more all around resistance for each exercise you do. They are typically used for exercises where you only use your own body weight, but even when combining them with strength training exercises they will give you a little added resistance to peak your level of strength and speed. When I competed in sprints in teck I would use the vest to add weight while using the staring block or even while just running around the track. By the time I had to race I felt much lighter and faster than when my training only included my own body weight. I now use the vest for total body strength. Doing workouts with an extra 5-10lbs. of weight lets you reach your maximum level of lifting on days when you are not using the vest as you are much lighter and less constricted. I would recommend using the vest for beginners so they can train muscles to lift more than they will actually need to in competitions or just for recreational contests. Overall it is a good way to get that added boost to any training routine.

Protein Blenders

Blenders are a necesity if you are in the bodybuilding world. You are constantly on the go with your current life and need to find meal replacements that are fast, health and easy. I recomend either getting a small bullet blender that you can blend a one serving shake, slap a lid on and run. This will get you on your way to a better lifestyle very fast. I also use a blender bottle when I am just trying to quickly make my powder protein into drink form. Depending on the type of protein you get, these can either mix your shake smoothly or chunky. Don't settle for a cheap, slow digesting protein that won't mix up in a blender bottle when your going to be on the go. I have found Nutrilite Protein to be easily broken down in these cups and be ready to drinks in seconds of adding water and shaking. Go for the quality protein and quality blenders so you can enjoy your meals on the go!

Body Mass Index

Have you ever calculated your BMI and come up with unexpected results? I have always been a very fit person, but I recently calculated my BMI and my result was 27.1 or overweight. Pretty shocking for anyone who has ever seen how healthy and fit I am. Basically the BMI should be thrown out the window in my opinion. The government says all of these people are overweight and according to this it would be accurate.

Anyone who does weight training will basically be overweight because of the density of muscle compared to fat. Muscle weighs more, it's a simple fact, so why does the basic BMI not factor muscle vs. fat into the equation? I can't answer this question but I think it's ridiculous that I am overweight but I have a body fat % of less than 8 at all times. I never take a day off from my diet and I always workout 4 or more days a week.

I would recommend not taking your BMI as seriously as everyone says you should. If you really want a good indicator of overall health calculate your body fat % rather than your BMI. Almost every local gym can help you figure out your body fat % so if your not sure how to do this make a stop and ask to have it checked. Hopefully this motivates you more than the government standars of a healthy weight level.

Thermogenics

I do not agree with the use of thermogenics. Thermogenics are basically extreme weight loss supplements that market themselves to be the cure to all weight loss. I would like to first say there are no magic pills out there that will make you rapidly lose fat. It just doesn't happen over night and it doesn't happen without diet and exercise. Fat is very hard to lose because the body stores fat and only uses it when your body is very depleted of fuel or when metabolism allows it to be used. There are aids on the market to re-design the way your body acts to lose fat, but they must all be used with healthy diet and exercise.

Thermogenics say they help you with weight loss, but what they don't tell you is what ype of weight you are losing. When you take these supplements your body temperature goes up along with your heart rate. Basically they make your blood flow better, or blood pressure higher so your body heat will go up thus causing you to sweat more. When you sweat more what are you really losing? You will actually be losing a lot of water weight and muscle tissue before you lose any fat. This is basic science, your body uses muscle and water before fat because it is easier to convert to energy. When you step on the scale you may see big numbers, but these numbers are from the few pounds of water and muscle you have, not fat.

In addition to the false weight loss thermogenics contain a ton of un-needed herbs that have not been tested. I once took a thermogenic that contained Yohimbe, an herb normally used for male enhancement, which can also have anxiety effects on the body. I took this on my way to work. After a half hour drive with the A/C cranked up in the winter months and my hands shaking rapidly I decided it may not be a good product. There are many people out there that have the same issues because of products that have never been tested being used in combination with other herbs.

If you have had success with thermogenics I commend you because you are probably also doing hard work in the gym. Beware before you buy these products and if it doesn't seem right I reccomend not taking it anymore!

Multivitamins

A good multivitamin is the building block to overall health. Whether you are looking to build muscle or just stay in shape multivitamins are a must have to any supplement regimen. Multivitamins help with overall health and absorbtion of proteins and other supplements.

Is your multivitamin living up to the needs of the human body?There are a lot of vitamins out there that are loaded with artificial fillers and glues to hold them together. There are no vitamins that are regulated by the FDA so what you read on the label isn't neccesarily true. Vitamins do not have to have what they say they have in them. There is a good experiment to prove this;

1. cut up an apple

2. place your vitamin in a cup of water

3. place the apple in the water and wait 24 hours.

4. if the apple is brown or even black you know it hasn't absorbed any of the nutrients in the vitamin to keep it young and fresh.

The multivitamin I reccomend is Nutrilite Double X. Let the games begin. Some of the hardest working people on earth competing for gold medals, what could be better? I strongly encourage everyone to watch the games but it is no excuse to be lazy. In every sport there is the encouragement to work harder and stretch farther. The athletes in the games have shown the spirit of a winner and the heart of a leader. They are no different from every man and woman on this earth. They have just taken what the love to do to the next level. I hope everyone is inspired by the courage of all of the athletes and the hard work they have done to get there. When I workout legs it seems to be more of a cardio workout than a power lifting workout. You must use your entire body to support weight being lifted with you legs which is why it is probably the most important body section to workout. When working out your legs you must be in the right mind set and be motivated to hit them hard. I have recently replaced creatine with a product called Nutrilite Rhodiola 110 to get me amped up for any workout. Rhodiola increases energy and endurance to give me that starting pump and get into the right mood to workout any body part, especially legs. Here is the workout I currently do for my legs:

10 min. cardio warm up

5 set 5 reps deadlift

5 sets 5 reps hang clean

3 sets 10 reps leg press

3 sets 10 reps cable reverse leg extension

3 sets 10 reps seated leg extension (quads)

3 sets 10 reps seated leg contraction (hamstrings)

5 sets 20 reps calf raises

Before and after this workout it is always good to stretch and let your muscles recover. It is also important to get a good source of protein to start repairing muscle tissue.

In the days of the cave man fat was stored to prevent starvation and the easiest place to store it is the belly. Evolution has not been kind to us as human beings this is why anyone with a flat stomach and a six pack is seen as attractive today. If you have this going for you socially you will be seen as a very motivated, hard working individual. This is not true in all cases but the reality is, if you are a committed person to regular diet and exercise it will show.

The key to burning fat is to actually keep your body fed well. Everyone thinks that if they stop eating they will lose fat but in fact this is the opposite. Just like water weight fat is stored when you do not have enough food intake to support your body. Food will be stored for a later use in the body because the body does not have enough coming in to to output the amount of energy being produced. This id why marathon runners tend to be skinny all over but usually have a little belly fat on them. They are storing the food as fat so they will have enough for a later time. Talk about thinking ahead.

This idea is not to take away from a good diet program. If all you take in is sugar and you take in a lot of it obviously it will be stored as fat because it has little nutritional value. The same goes for carbs. Sugar and carbs are used for bursts of energy and if you are not using up that energy your body will tend to store more of those. High protein diets are the best way to lose belly fat for everyone. Protein can come from lean meats, shakes or bars and even from plants. I can not tell you exactly what your body needs to start burning more fat, but there is a source that can test you and see what body type you are to give you a better diet plan. you can find out more about this at:

http://www.amway.com/Nauman/Shop/Product/Category.aspx?dsnav=N:4294966654

This genetic testing site will guide you to a better body. There are also meal plans that go hand in hand with Inherent Health Genetic Testing. Each test will be done in about a week and it will tell you exaclty what your body is lacking to burn more fat. I recommend this to all people looking to lose weight naturally.
As a result diet products are selling more than ever, so why are people not losing as much weight as they want? Many people don't realize there are no magic pills out there that will just make you lose weight without a healthy diet and atleast 20 min. of exercise 3-4 days per week. People buy supplements as an easy solution to their weight issues and never consider them to just be an aid to reach their goals.

If you have ever tried a new diet you know all of the feelings involved with it. You start out very motivated and get everything you need in place, because organization is the biggest part of diet, right? Wrong, organization is definitly a key ingredient to diet, but motivation and being able to keep your mind on the goal are the main components of a successful diet. It is so easy to let life get in the way and say why bother after about a week. You may start out with success, but continuous healthy choices will eventually test your focus.

It is very hard to break old habits, especially one's you have had for years. Just like choosing to quit smoking you must go at this with all of your might. A diet eventually fails because people are on a diet for a quick fix to their health problems. Diet should mean more than a couple of weeks with low calories and high exercise. Diet should be a lifestyle choice that you continue with forever. With saying diet is a marathon I do not want people to get overwhelmed. A marathon is just a long race made up of a bunch of 100 meter dashes. You can't expect to go into a healthy lifestyle all at once, it takes time. If you want to have success take this day by day. Start out by making one good choice and build it up to a day full of organized healthy eating and exercise. I wish everyone luck and find a way to stay motivated!
Jersey Shore

You may ask why I am blogging about Jersey Shore. To me the MTV show was an inspiration to start gaining muscle. If you cut out all of the drinking and drama you are left with guys who stay in shape and up to date with fitness. Even though there are rumors the guys do steroids or other things you have to hand it to them they seem to hit the gym very often. If this show would have never aired i'm not sure I would have ever gone looking for a fitness plan. To me this has been the start of the fitness revolution that is constantly growing. I hope this doesn't make me seem like an idiot blogger, on fitness topics, but I do have to thank the cast for making me have fitness goals to look better.

Diet

When trying to build lean muscle diet is very important. The basic rules of dieting to build muscle are to get 50 grams of protein every 2.5 hours. This will help repair torn muscle tissue allowing your muscles to recover faster and recover stronger. I use Nutrilite Protein Powder during the day in between meals to keep up with this demand. After I work out I use Nutrilite Protein Shakes in the pre-mixed form (optimal for getting protein into muscles fast). Always try to get a fast absorbing protein into your system within a half an hour after your workout. I sometimes even start drinking my shake during the last couple of exercises.

The next focus are when dieting is carbs. Carbs are essential to keeping your energy level up. When I am in a bulking time I use more carbs than when I am trying to cut for summer. Carbs are normally seen as being used to build fat, but if you are working out hard enough more carbs will be essential to keeping the energy level up. If you can't get away from the carbs while cutting I reccomend Nutrilite Carb Blocker 2. This is mostly designed to be a cheaters pill, not for every day use. It is safe, but it is not good to build up high carb habits. Carb Blocker 2 basically blocks the two enzymes in the body which use and store carbs for energy so the carbs will sipmly pass through your system. It's an amazing protective halo when trying to lose fat.

The last bit of dieting is focusing on fats. There are good fats and bad fats, but don't wrap your head around cutting them out completely fatty acids are needed for burning fat. Getting more good fats such as flax seed oil and omega 3's will boost metabolism thus cutting off the fat. I use Nutrilite Glucose Health to keep my insulin spike up and to help cut cravings for bad fats such as sugars.
