Oggi voglio spiegarvi come si preparano i tonnarelli cacio e pepe, sono davvero facilissimi da preparare e possono essere cucinati anche all&#39;ultimo minuto, perchè servono pochissimi ingredienti.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ingredienti (4 persone):&lt;br /&gt;
- 500 gr. di tonnarelli all&#39;uovo&lt;br /&gt;
- 250 gr. di pecorino&lt;br /&gt;
- pepe&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 mestolo di acqua della pasta&lt;br /&gt;
- olio&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preparazione:&lt;br /&gt;
Mettete a bollire l&#39;acqua della pasta, nel frattempo prendete una padella e mettetela sul fuoco con olio e pepe. Versate la pasta e,&amp;nbsp;in una terrina, mettete da parte un mestolo di acqua di cottura, che vi servirà per mantecare la pasta.&lt;br /&gt;
Una volta scolata la pasta, versatela nella padella e iniziate a mescolare con cura, e a fuoco spento,&amp;nbsp;per far&amp;nbsp;amalgamare bene l&#39;olio e il pepe. Una volta completata questa operazione versate il pecorino poco alla volta e continuate a mescolare bene, per evitare che si possa seccare troppo, iniziate a versare l&#39;acqua che avete precedentemente messo da parte e&amp;nbsp;continuate a mecolare fino a far venire una crema assolutamente squisita. Servite quando è ancora calda, perchè il pecorino tende a seccarsi in fretta. Questa ricetta la prepara sempre mia nonna il giorno della Vigilia di Natale, ma a parte il giorno di festa, si tratta di un dolce davvero squisito, ma per prepararlo serve un pò di pazienza...però ne vale davvero la pena!!!&lt;br /&gt;

- 1/2 scorza di limone&lt;br /&gt;
- 100 gr. di noci&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 bicchiere di latte&lt;br /&gt;
- 50 gr. di burro&lt;br /&gt;
- 1/2 lievito istantaneo&lt;br /&gt;
- rum&lt;br /&gt;
- cognac&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preparazione:&lt;br /&gt;
Versate in una terrina la farina, lo zucchero, le uova, il latte, il burro e il lievito. Mescolate fino a raggiungere un composto quasi omogeneo. Nel frattempo fate a pezzetti le noci e aggiungete al composto, versando anche l&#39;uvetta e la scorza di limone e di arancia. Iniziate ad impastare con attenzione e, quando avrete ottenuto un impasto omogeneo, infornatelo a 180° per 35 minuti.&lt;br /&gt;
Una volta terminata la cottura, fatelo raffreddare e mettetelo in un contenitore, dove lo lascerete circa 10 giorni coperto con la stagnola. Durante questo tempo, dovrete bagnarlo ogni 2 giorni con un cucchiaio di rum&amp;nbsp;o di cognac, alternandoli. Per fare il salame di cioccolato occorrono pochi semplici ingredienti, può essere preparato in breve tempo ed è sempre una ricetta molto richiesta, soprattutto dai bambini! &lt;br /&gt;
Ingredienti: &lt;br /&gt;
- 1 scatola di biscotti oro saiwa&lt;br /&gt;
- 25 gr. di cacao amaro&lt;br /&gt;
- 100 gr. di uvetta&lt;br /&gt;
- 100 gr. di zucchero&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 fialetta di rum&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 uova&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preparazione:&lt;br /&gt;
Spezzate i biscotti e fateli in pezzi piccolissimi in una terrina, aggiungete tutti gli altri ingredienti e iniziate ad impastare il tutto. Date all&#39;impasto la forma di un salame e avvolgetelo all&#39;interno della carta stagnola.&lt;br /&gt;
Mettetelo qualche ora nel freezer. Trascorso il tempo, affettatelo e servitelo!&lt;br /&gt;

Questa ricetta delle melanzane alla parmigiana arriva dritta dritta dalla mia mamma, che ha voluto insegnarmi con cura e a volte tanta pazienza l&#39;arte di cucinare, mettendo come primo ingrediente in tutte le ricette la passione! La ricetta che sto per proporvi non richiede troppo tempo ed è assolutamente irresistibile!!!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ingredienti:&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 kg di melanzane,&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 passata&lt;br /&gt;
-&amp;nbsp;100 gr. di parmigiano&lt;br /&gt;
- 300 gr. di mozzarella&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 uovo&lt;br /&gt;
- olio &lt;br /&gt;
- sale q.b.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;
- basilico&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preparazione:&lt;br /&gt;
Iniziate a lavare le melanzane, togliete la buccia e tagliatele a fette sottili (spesse circa 2 cm).&lt;br /&gt;
Mettetele a scolare sotto sale per circa mezzora, per fare in modo che perdano l&#39;acqua. &lt;br /&gt;
Nel frattempo scaldate l&#39;olio in una padella. Al termine della mezzora&amp;nbsp;sciacquate le melanzane e iniziate a friggerle.&lt;br /&gt;
Iniziate a preparare il sugo, mettendo in un pentolino la passata, l&#39;olio, il sale e, in ultimo,&amp;nbsp;il basilico. Mi raccomando mantenete una fiamma bassa, altrimenti rischiate di rovinare il sugo, e continuate sempre a mescolarlo.&lt;br /&gt;
Al termine della frittura, mettete le melanzane in una ciotola e versate al suo interno un uovo sbattuto, per fare in modo che possa amalgamarsi bene alle melanzane. Prendete una teglia e iniziate a preparare i vari strati: come primo passo dovrete stendere uno strato di sugo, poi uno di melanzane e di nuovo uno strato di sugo.&lt;br /&gt;
Cospargete di parmigiano e di mozzarella tagliata a pezzi, create poi un altro strato di melanzane, un altro di sugo e, in ultimo, cospargete nuovamente con il parmigiano.&lt;br /&gt;

La nonna è sempre la nonna...ieri sono andata a pranzo da lei e le ho raccontato di questa mia nuova idea di creare un blog con le ricette di cucina più sfiziose e lei ha iniziato subito a cercare tra i suoi mille foglietti di ricette, quella della pasta al forno siciliana che, devo dire, è uno dei suoi piatti migliori!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ingredienti:&lt;br /&gt;
- 200 gr. di macinato&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 passata&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 carota piccola&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 sedano&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 cipolla&lt;br /&gt;
- 1/2 bicchiere di vino&lt;br /&gt;
- sale q.b.&lt;br /&gt;
- 200 gr. di piselli&lt;br /&gt;
- 4 uova&lt;br /&gt;
- 200 gr. di ricotta&lt;br /&gt;
- 500 gr. di penne o sedani (volendo anche rigatoni)&lt;br /&gt;
- olio&lt;br /&gt;
- parmigiano&lt;br /&gt;
- pangrattato&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preparazione del ragù:&lt;br /&gt;
Fate un soffritto con la cipolla, la carota, il sedano, l&#39;olio, il sale e il macinato. Aggiungete il vino e, nel momento in cui evapora, iniziate a versare il sugo e fate cuocere a fuoco lento per circa 1 ora.&lt;br /&gt;
A metà cottura, versate anche i piselli (ancora surgelati) e continuate a mescolare mantenendo la fiamma molto bassa. Mettete a bollire l&#39;acqua per la pasta e, nel frattempo, fate bollire 4 uova.&lt;br /&gt;
Una volta pronte, prendete una terrina e metteteci le uova, fatele a pezzetti e metteteci anche la ricotta.&lt;br /&gt;
Una volta scolata la pasta, versatela nel sugo già pronto da un pò e cospargetela di parmigiano, mescolate il tutto per farla amalgamare.&lt;br /&gt;
In una teglia versate un primo strato di pasta (esattamente la metà) e copritelo con le uova e la ricotta. Mettete un altro strato di pasta e per finire coprite il tutto con il parmigiano e un pò di pan grattato.&lt;br /&gt;
Coprite la stagnola con la carta stagnola e infornate a 180° per 20 minuti.&lt;br /&gt;

I muffins sono ufficialmente i miei dolci preferiti...dopo la Sacher (ma vi darò anche&amp;nbsp;questa ricetta)!!! E&#39; un tipico dolce americano, che non ti sazia mai...è talmente buono che me ne mangerei milioni!!!!&lt;br /&gt;
Ma veniamo a noi....&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ingredienti:&lt;br /&gt;
- 500 gr. di farina &lt;br /&gt;
- 60 gr. di zucchero&lt;br /&gt;
- 3 cucchiaini di lievito&lt;br /&gt;
- 50 gr. di gocce di cioccolato&lt;br /&gt;
- 250 ml di latte&lt;br /&gt;
- 3 cucchiai di olio&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 uovo&lt;br /&gt;
- sale q.b.&lt;br /&gt;
- stampi per muffins&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preparazione:&lt;br /&gt;
Accendete il forno a 200° e iniziate ad imburrare gli stampi. Versate e mescolate in una terrina la farina, lo zucchero, il lievito e il sale. In un&#39;altra ciotola sbattete con le fruste l&#39;uovo, il latte e l&#39;olio. Aggiungete questo secondo composto al primo e mescolate il tutto amalgamando per bene, aggiungendo in ultimo le gocce di cioccolato.&lt;br /&gt;
Mettete il composto negli stampi per muffins e infornate per circa 20 minuti, finchè non si saranno gonfiati.&lt;br /&gt;
A fine cottura lasciateli raffreddare e toglieteli dagli stampi.&lt;br /&gt;

Prendete una padella e iniziate a scaldare l&#39;olio vegetale....una volta pronto inserite le ciambelle un pò per volta e, quando iniziano a dorarsi, toglietele e ponetele su un piatto con qualche strato di scottex.&lt;br /&gt;
Per quanto riguarda la glassa, fate fondere il cioccolato fondente in un pentolino, mantenendo la fiamma molto bassa per evitare che si bruci. In un altro pentolino, fate fondere il burro e&amp;nbsp;mettetelo poi in una terrina, dove aggiungerete la vanillina, l&#39;acqua e lo zucchero a velo. Mescolate con cura finchè non si crea una glassa omogenea, aggiungete il cioccolato fuso e continuate a mescolare. Quando la glassa è ancora calda, immergeteci una ciambella alla volta e lasciatela raffreddare, in modo tale che la glassa si asciughi completamente.&lt;br /&gt;
Ed ecco a voi le ciambelle di Homer Simpson...ovviamente la glassa può essere fatta in tantissimi modi...per darvi un&#39;idea vi ho aggiunto la foto qui sotto! Buon appetito!!!&lt;br /&gt;

A grande richiesta vi scrivo la ricetta del cheesecake, si tratta di una delle torte più sfiziose che ci siano...e allo stesso tempo non richiedono molto tempo per essere preparate. Personalmente la faccio alle fragole, ma voi potete farcirla come volete (cioccolato, amarena, mirtilli, e molto altro ancora!) Pronti a scrivere?&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ingredienti:&lt;br /&gt;
- 300 gr. di biscotti (frollini)&lt;br /&gt;
- 150 gr. di zucchero&lt;br /&gt;
- 150 gr. di burro&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 uova&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 vanillina&lt;br /&gt;
- 500 gr. di formaggio (Philadelphia o&amp;nbsp;ricotta)&lt;br /&gt;
- 300 gr. di fragole&lt;br /&gt;
- 1/2 limone spremuto&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preparazione:&lt;br /&gt;
Per realizzare la base dovete innanzitutto frullare i biscotti, al termine dell&#39;operazione metteteli in una terrina e iniziate a fondere il burro. Aggiungete il burro fuso ai biscotti e mescolate bene fino a raggiungere un composto omogeneo. Lasciatelo riposare in frigorifero per circa 1 ora.&lt;br /&gt;
Nel frattempo frullate il formaggio, lo zucchero, le uova e la vanillina. Quando otterrete un composto omogeneo, finite di mescolarlo un un cucchiaio per controllare che non ci siano grumi.&lt;br /&gt;
Mentre fate riposare il composto con il formaggio, tirate fuori le fragole dal frigorifero e frullatele (lasciatene qualcuna da parte) con il succo di&amp;nbsp;limone, aggiungendo anche un cucchiaio di zucchero.&lt;br /&gt;
Al termine di questa operazione riprendete la base del cheesecake dal frigorifero e imburrate una teglia.&lt;br /&gt;
Iniziate a stendere la base dei biscotti nella tortiera, cercando di livellarla con attenzione. Aggiungete il composto con il formaggio e stendetelo con cura.&lt;br /&gt;
Ora potete inforrnarlo a 180° per circa 45 minuti e, a fine cottura, lasciatelo raffreddare in frigorifero per circa 4 ore.&lt;br /&gt;
Trascorso questo tempo, tirate fuori il cheesecake e cospargetelo con le fragole che avete frullato in precedenza. Altra ricetta assolutamente indispensabile per festeggiare in allegria è quella delle castagnole....assolutamente favolose!!! Diversamente dalle frappe, queste dobbiamo friggerle, altrimenti perdono il loro sapore!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ingredienti:&lt;br /&gt;
- 400 g di farina&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 cucchiaio di Mistrà (liquore all&#39;anice)&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 cucchiaio di olio&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 scorza di limone&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 vanillina&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 uova &lt;br /&gt;
- 1 cucchiaio di zucchero&lt;br /&gt;
- zucchero a velo&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preparazione:&lt;br /&gt;
Mettete in una terrina la farina, le uova, la vanillina e lo zucchero. Iniziate a mescolare e aggiungete anche gli altri ingredienti fino a raggiungere un impasto omogeneo.&lt;br /&gt;
Prendete un pò di pasta alla volta e iniziate a lavorarla allungandola, come se doveste preparare gli gnocchi.&lt;br /&gt;
Una volta allungata, prendete un coltello e tagliate la pasta in pezzetti grandi circa 2 cm.&lt;br /&gt;
Mettete sul fuoco una pentola piccola dai bordi alti con olio abbondante, una volta che l&#39;olio si è scaldato iniziate a metterci poco alla volta le vostre castagnole e lasciatele friggere finchè non diventano dorate.&lt;br /&gt;
Terminata la cottura lasciate intiepidire le castagnole su un piatto con sotto almeno 2 strati di carta assorbente. Cospargeteli di zucchero a velo!&lt;br /&gt;

In pieno periodo di Carnevale ecco a voi la ricetta delle frappe!!! Ho scelto di farle al forno perchè sono decisamente più leggere rispetto a quelle fritte...fanno meno male e possiamo mangiarne di più ;)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ingredienti:&lt;br /&gt;
- 500gr. di farina&lt;br /&gt;
- 100gr. di zucchero&lt;br /&gt;
- 50 gr. di burro&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 cucchiaio di olio&lt;br /&gt;
- 3 uova&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 cucchiai di grappa&lt;br /&gt;
- 1/2 bustina di lievito&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 scorza di limone&lt;br /&gt;
- sale q.b.&lt;br /&gt;
- zucchero a velo&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preparazione:&lt;br /&gt;
Impastare tutti gli ingredienti in una terrina per 15 minuti, formate una palla e lasciatela riposare in frigorifero per 1 ora.&lt;br /&gt;
Al termine del tempo prendete l&#39;impasto e stendetelo con il mattarello, formando una sfoglia sottilissima.&lt;br /&gt;
Iniziate a ritagliare la pasta con una rotella o con un coltello dandole la forma rettangolare tipica delle frappe e fatele un segno anche al centro (altrimenti si gonfiano).&lt;br /&gt;
Mettetele in una teglia foderata con la carta da forno e cuocetele al forno a 200° per 10 minuti (controllate sempre la cottura).&lt;br /&gt;
Terminata la cottura, lasciatele raffreddare e cospargetele con lo zucchero a velo!&lt;br /&gt;

La ricetta delle meringhe richiede pochissimi minuti ma molta attenzione, perchè spesso durante la cottura non riescono a formarsi nel modo migliore...ma sono riuscita a trovare una ricetta facilissima!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ingredienti:&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 albumi&lt;br /&gt;
- 120 gr. di zucchero a velo&lt;br /&gt;
- sale q.b.&lt;br /&gt;
- sac a poche&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preparazione:&lt;br /&gt;
Montate a neve gli albumi con un pizzico di sale finchè il composto non diventa gonfio. Continuate a montare con le fruste e aggiungete lo zucchero a velo con il cucchiaio, poco alla volta.&lt;br /&gt;
Alla fine il composta deve essere sodo e lucido...la prova del 9 sta nel prenderne un pò con il cucchiaio e capovolgerlo...se il composto non si rovescia, allora vuol dire che è pronto!&lt;br /&gt;
Inserite il composto nella sac a poche e iniziate a formare le meringhe su una teglia con carta da forno.&lt;br /&gt;
Infornate nel forno ventilato già caldo a 100°, per 1 ora.&lt;br /&gt;
A fine cottura aprite leggermente il forno e lasciatele intiepidire per circa 15 minuti.&lt;br /&gt;

La torta al cocco è la classica torta da domenica pomeriggio...quella che fai perchè ti viene voglia di dolce...ed è talmente veloce che farla è proprio un piacere...mangiarla poi lo è ancora di più :)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ingredienti:&lt;br /&gt;
- 360 gr. di farina&lt;br /&gt;
- 250 ml di latte&lt;br /&gt;
- 250 gr. di zucchero&lt;br /&gt;
- 160 gr. di cocco in polvere&lt;br /&gt;
- 160 gr. di burro&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 lievito per dolci&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 scorza di limone&lt;br /&gt;
- zucchero a velo&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preparazione:&lt;br /&gt;
Versate in una&amp;nbsp;terrina la farina, lo zucchero e il lievito. In un&#39;altra terrinasbattete le uova, il latte e il burro fuso. Aggiungete il secondo composto al primo e amalgamate bene. Aggiungete il cocco (lasciatene un pò per dopo) e la scorza di limone e continuate ad amalgamare per bene.&lt;br /&gt;
Imburrate la tortiera e versateci il composto, cuocete per 45 minuti a 180°.&lt;br /&gt;
Lasciatela freddare, e cospargetela con cocco e zucchero a velo.&lt;br /&gt;

Pronti a preparare un ottimo strudel di mele? Allora, ci vorrà un pò di tempo ma ne varrà la pena!&lt;br /&gt;
Ingredienti per la pasta:&lt;br /&gt;
- 300 gr. di farina&lt;br /&gt;
- 50 gr. di burro&lt;br /&gt;
- 250 gr. di zucchero&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 uovo&lt;br /&gt;
- latte q.b.&lt;br /&gt;
- sale&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ingredienti per il ripieno:&lt;br /&gt;
- 5 mele ranette&lt;br /&gt;
- 100 gr. di zucchero&lt;br /&gt;
- 50 gr. di burro&lt;br /&gt;
- 50 gr. di mandorle tagliate&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 cucchiai di uvetta sultanina&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 cucchiaio di pinoli&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 scorza di limone&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 fialetta di rum&lt;br /&gt;
- zucchero a velo&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preparazione:&lt;br /&gt;
Preparate la pasta mescolando la farina, lo zucchero, il sale...aggiungere l&#39;uovo e il burro fatto a pezzetti. Impastate il tutto mettendo il latte, quanto basta per far venire una pasta di media consistenza, liscia ed elastica.&lt;br /&gt;
Preparate il ripieno sbucciando le mele, fatele a pezzetti piccoli e mettetele in una terrina. Aggiungete le mandorle, lo zucchero, l&#39;uvetta (prima fatela rinvenire in acqua tiepida), i pinoli, la scorza e il rum.&lt;br /&gt;
Scaldate il forno a 200 °. Stendete la pasta fino al limite e datele una forma rettangolare, mettetela sopra ad un canavaccio (vi servirà per arrotolarla) e metteteci sopra il ripieno. Arrotolate la pasta su se stessa solo una volta, chiudete le estremità dello strudel e imburrate la teglia.&lt;br /&gt;
Cuocete lo strudel per circa 45 minuti, una volta cotto lasciatelo raffreddare e, infine, cospargetelo di zucchero a velo.......a voi! :)&lt;br /&gt;

In seguito aggiungete la farina e mescolate con un cucchiaio di legno, continuate a mescolare fino a formare una palla compatta che si stacca dalle pareti della pentola. Togliete dal fuoco e lasciatela&amp;nbsp;reffreddare un pò, dopo di che aggiungete un uovo alla volta e fatelo amalgamare finchè l&#39;impasto non diventa morbido.&lt;br /&gt;Riscaldate il forno a 170°. Vedrete però che con la mia ricetta sarà tutto semplicissimo!&lt;br /&gt;Ingredienti impasto (per 4 persone):&lt;br /&gt;- 500 ml di latte&lt;br /&gt;- 4 tuorli&lt;br /&gt;- 80 gr. di farina&lt;br /&gt;- 170 gr. di zucchero&lt;br /&gt;- sale&lt;br /&gt;- vaniglia&lt;br /&gt;- 250 gr. di panna fresca da montare&lt;br /&gt;- pasta sfoglia (5 strati) ---&amp;gt; la sfoglia può essere acquistata pronta, oppure si può fare in casa (la ricetta la troverete nel blog)&lt;br /&gt;- zucchero a velo&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preparazione crema pasticcera:&lt;br /&gt;Montate le uova con lo zucchero in una pentola, aggiungete la farina, il latte e la vaniglia. Mettete sul fuoco e fate addensare mescolando costantemente per non farlo bruciare. Una volta terminata la cottura mettetela in un contenitore, copritela con la pellicola trasparente e lasciatela raffreddare.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cottura sfoglia:&lt;br /&gt;Stendete la sfoglia e datele una forma tonda, fate dei forellini con una forchetta e mettetela in forno con sopra una placca (anche una teglia piatta al contrario) per evitare che si gonfi durante la cottura. Cuocetela in forno a circa 200°. A fine cottura lasciatela raffreddare.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preparazione torta:&lt;br /&gt;Montate la panna e aggiungetela alla crema pasticcera preparata precedentemente. Iniziate a comporre la torta creando una serie di strati di sfoglia coperti ogni volta dalla crema pasticcera, fino ad arrivare all&#39;ultimo strato. Vi basterà iniziare a lavorarci dalla mattina, per poter poi realizzare i vostri dolci o i vostri piatti salati già nel pomeriggio, senza dover aspettare una notte intera.&lt;br /&gt;La difficoltà di questa ricetta sta nel cercare di spiegarvi come si piega la pasta sfoglia, ma cercherò di essere molto chiara. La ricetta che voglio proporvi oggi di solito viene proposta durante le vacanze di Natale, ma in realtà di tratta di un dolce davvero buono, che può essere preparato in ogni momento dell&#39;anno...soprattutto se si hanno dei bambini in casa!&lt;br /&gt;
Sto parlando dell&#39;omino pan di zenzero, il famosissimo omino biscottino del cartone di Shrek...e vi posso assicurare che ogni volta che decido di preparare questi biscotti, ricevo tantissimi compliementi!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ingredienti (circa 30 biscotti):&lt;br /&gt;
- 350 gr. di miele&lt;br /&gt;
- 220 gr. di zucchero di canna fino&lt;br /&gt;
- 150 ml di acqua fredda&lt;br /&gt;
- 50 gr. di burro&lt;br /&gt;
- 900 gr. di farina&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 cucchiaini di bicarbonato&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 cucchiaino di sale&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 cucchiaini di zenzero in polvere&lt;br /&gt;
- 5 chiodi di garofano in polvere&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 cucchiaino di cannella in polvere&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 formina dell&#39;omino biscottino&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ingredienti per la glassa:&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 albume&lt;br /&gt;
- 200 gr. di zucchero a velo&lt;br /&gt;
- colorante (se volete mettercelo, altrimenti non è indispensabile)&lt;br /&gt;
- Sac a poche (professionale o fai da te, nella seconda ipotesi potete prendere una di quelle bustine per congelare gli alimenti e tagliare una piccola punta con le forbici)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preparazione dei biscotti:&lt;br /&gt;
Mescolate in un recipiente il miele, lo zucchero, l&#39;acqua e il burro. Unite la farina, il bicarbonato, il sale e&amp;nbsp;le spezie, utilizzate la frusta per dare maggiore compattezza all&#39;impasto, dopo di che procedete con le mani, fino ad ottenere un impasto compatto.&lt;br /&gt;
Copritelo con la pellicola trasparente e lasciatelo riposare in frigorifero per 2 ore.&lt;br /&gt;
Fate riscaldare&amp;nbsp;il forno a 180° e&amp;nbsp;stendete l&#39;impasto su una superficie infarinata, fino a raggiungere uno spessore di circa 0,5 cm.&lt;br /&gt;
Spolverate la formina dell&#39;omino pan di zenzero e iniziate a tagliare l&#39;impasto, mettendo poi le formine su una teglia imburrata.&lt;br /&gt;
Infornate per circa 10 minuti e, una volta cotti, lasciateli raffreddare.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preparazione glassa:&lt;br /&gt;
Mentre aspettate che i vostri biscotti si raffreddino, iniziate a preparare la glassa. Sbattete l&#39;albume con le fruste e aggiungete lo zucchero a velo, poco alla volta.&lt;br /&gt;
Continuate a sbattere finchè non si addensa il composto e, infine, inseritelo nella vostra sac a poche per decorare i biscotti.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Aspettate che la glassa si asciughi...di solito ci vogliono 10 minuti....ed ecco a voi i Gingerbread man pronti da gustare ;)&lt;br /&gt;

La ricetta che sto per darvi è assolutamente preziosa, perchè me l&#39;ha passata una persona a me molto cara, che ai fornelli è davvero un portento!!!&lt;br /&gt;
Il tiramisù è spesso protagonista di &quot;dispute&quot; sul fatto se si debbano mettere i pavesini o i savoiardi...io metto i pavesini, ma alla fine ognuno mette ciò che preferisce ;)&lt;br /&gt;
Ingredienti per 4 persone:&lt;br /&gt;
- 3 uova&lt;br /&gt;
- 6 cucchiai di zucchero&lt;br /&gt;
- 3 macchinette di caffè&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 pacchi di pavesini&lt;br /&gt;
- 250 gr. di mascarpone&lt;br /&gt;
- 1 fiorello (se non lo trovate al supermercato potete metterci altri 350 gr. di mascarpone)&lt;br /&gt;
- cacao in polvere&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preparazione:&lt;br /&gt;
Iniziate a preparare il caffè, perchè ci vorrà un pò di tempo...una volta pronto&amp;nbsp;versatelo in una terrina e fatelo raffreddare.&lt;br /&gt;
Montate a neve gli albumi in una ciotola, prendete un&#39;altra ciotola e sbatteteci i 3 tuorli con i 6 cucchiai di zucchero.&lt;br /&gt;
Unite ai tuorli il mascarpone, il fiorello e gli albumi e montate tutto con le fruste.&lt;br /&gt;
Prendete il vassoio nel quale intendete mettere il tiramisù e iniziate a fare il primo strato di pavesini intinti nel caffè, che coprirete con il preparato, e così via...formate una serie di strati fino ad arrivare alla fine del vassoio. Lasciate riposare per almeno 2 ore e, alla fine, cospargetelo di cacao in polvere.&lt;br /&gt;

Mescolate con cura finchè non si forma un composto omogeneo e liscio.&lt;br /&gt;Prendete una ciotola e metteteci la farina, lo zucchero, le uova, il sale, le noci tritate e il composto di burro e cioccolato. Impastate il tutto finchè non riuscite a formare un impasto compatto.&lt;br /&gt;Prendete una teglia e riponete il composto al suo interno, infornate per circa 20 minuti e, una volta pronto, fatelo raffreddare. Bene, oggi vi proporrò una ricetta semplicissima per preparare un piatto talmente buono da leccarsi i baffi.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredienti per 4 persone:&lt;br /&gt;- 1 pacco di lasagne senza precottura-&lt;br /&gt;- 1 passata&lt;br /&gt;- parmigiano&lt;br /&gt;- 1/2 cipolla&lt;br /&gt;- 200gr. di macinato&lt;br /&gt;- 1/2 bicchiere di vino&lt;br /&gt;- 1 carota piccola&lt;br /&gt;- 1 sedano&lt;br /&gt;- sale&lt;br /&gt;- 500 ml di latte&lt;br /&gt;- 50 gr. di burro&lt;br /&gt;- sale&lt;br /&gt;- 2 cucchiai di farina&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preaparazione ragù:&lt;br /&gt;Tagliate a pezzetti finissimi la carota, il sedano e la cipolla, metteteli in un pentolino con un pò di olio e sale e fate soffriggere. Mantenete il fuoco basso e aggiungete il vino, quando evapora potete aggiungere la passata e lasciarlo cuocere per circa 1 ora.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preparazione Besciamella:&lt;br /&gt;Mettete il burro in una pentola e lasciatelo sciogliere mantenendo un fuoco basso, aggiungete il latte e continuate a mescolare, infine aggiungete la farina poco alla volta, in modo tale che inizia ad addensarsi.
