Obama said Gadhafi to leave power

American president Barack Obama has paid attention in the fact of strike in Libya. He is very much conscious about this issue. He is trying to make a solution of this problem. The president has already ordered all his officials to take necessary action.

President Obama has sent a message to Libyan leader Col. Moammar Gadhafi. President said that Gadhafi must leave office and he must leave his power also. President also said that he is going to take necessary actions to stop this violence. President also said he has sent aircraft to the Libya-Tunisia border to help the Egyptian refugees.

About ten thousands of people are suffering near the boarder line. President Obama said that their government want to return them safe home. Their govt. has already taken all necessary actions. They engaged military in Libya already. Obama has also said that his govt. is also consulting with many other countries and many organizations.

In a news it came to know that in the oil-refinery town town of Brega the rebelian has sized the city’s oil refinery Wednesday morning.

Beautiful Hollywood singer with her boyfriend was arrested yesterday. She and her boyfriend was in the car and her boyfriend, Matthew Rutler was driving the car. The pop star was caught by the police for public intoxication.

While they were driving the car under the influence the police stopped their car around 2:45am. She and her boyfriend spent yesterday morning in a West Hollywood police station. But the pop star was released later. But the police were desiring that she will not be free in a easy way.

Police described the situation in this way that………. When she got down from car she couldn’t even stand. She was in a sence. She couldn’t know where she was and she did not know her own address even. She was a very bad condition.

The pop star was not arrested for any type of crime offence. She and her boyfriend was driving car after drinking. Her boyfriend faced a drink-driving charge. He has been released on $5000.

Charlie Sheen a great TV actor is very much popular to all. He was doing well with his best TV show Two and a Half Men. This is a hit comedy series. People of America will miss the series now.

Charlie Sheen while working with his fellow actor, Lindsay Lohan and advising him to work on his impulse control and advise to think everything just before he is doing that particular thing.

But it’s a irony of fact that Charlie Sheen is now loosing his job. And he is very much upset with this news. All the fans of his are also much very disappoint.

US’s action in LIBYA

The condition of Libya is now very terrible. Violence is everywhere in Libya. All the people of Libya are suffering very much. Everyday the matter of killing is a very common issue now. All the people are in big trouble now. All the official works have already been stopped. All time there is violence in the street. So people are in big trouble as they can’t go outside.

All the foreigner and the other persons who were employed in Libya are trying to go back them in their own country. Many of them are unable to go their own country because of the violence.

All the Diplomatic personnel had been ordered to leave the country as soon as possible. A US ferry with 167 American and 118 foreigners arrived at the Mediterranean port of Malta on Friday.

The White House has announced that they are going to take action to reduce violence. The US president has ordered the peace maintaining council to be very aleart. Jay Carney, the White House spokesman has announced that the spy of US are also monitoring this issue. He did not give the details about the sanction in a press conference of Washington.

Carney also said that Washington has closed all embassy’s work in Libya. The embassy temporarily stopped their work.

On Friday the UN’s top human rights officials have reported to stop mass killing to stop violence. The human rights officials are trying their best to stop this violence.

Oksana Grigorieva is in trouble now, but this time the fact is not with her ex Mel Gibson. This time his battle with her lawyer. She and her layer is in fight now. TMZ reports that she never paid her layer’s fees on a $15 million settlement. She signed with her layer but then she disavowed.

But the layer is very much conscious about his payment. Now he is fighting for his payment. Her layer Eric George has taken legal action claiming he did his job, and the fact that she later disavowed it does not let her off the hook in paying his fee. Now he wants his legal payment.

TMZ says that Oksana has refused to pay George and filed legal documents trying to dismiss his claim, but the motion was denied. So she is in big trouble. The D.A. is now considering whether to file extortion charges against Oksana, reports TMZ, who say Mel's camp claiming she used the audio tapes as leverage to make the $15 million deal.

5 Browns’ dad faces prison for child sex abuse

The father of musical group The 5 Browns felt guilty Thursday because of sexually abusing his daughters when they were children and could spend at least 10 years in prison.

In a barely audible voice, Keith Scott Brown, 55, felt guilty to one count of first-degree felony sodomy upon a child and two counts of second-degree felony sexual abuse of a child. Sentencing was scheduled for March 31.

Because of plea agreement, Brown would face 10 years to life for the sodomy charge and one to 15 years on each of the second-degree felonies. The sentences would run concurrently.

Brown declined to comment as he left 4th District Judge David N. Mortensen’s courtroom Thursday morning.

Steven Shapiro, Brown’s attorney, said the plea was the result of nearly six months of negotiations between prosecutors and Brown.

"Today was the next step in a very long process of accountability for a reprehensible act," Shapiro said. He said the plea deal will minimize the harm a public trial would cause the family.

Hibernating Bears May Hold the Key to Deep Space Travel

Bears can do that. They have done it in their shade. They usually don’t have to work, they get to spend all day outside, they become busy to wear natural fur without fear of paint cans being flung at them and they get to sleep for six months out of the year. We should all be so lucky. While I have spent many a night envying the bear , I never thought that a bear’s hibernation habits could ever lead to unlocking the key to deep space travel for humankind and it’s very interesting. Hibernating bear can really help the whole mankind. They can be very good friend for us the human being.

According to Brian Barnes of the Institute of Arctic Biology at the University of Alaska in Fairbanks, the black bears’ ability to hibernate could lead to several breakthroughs. One of them was in regards to medical trauma such as heart attacks, which creates “a problem of supply and demand.”

After an episode of 'This American Life' aired what they claimed is the original Coca-Cola recipe, the beverage giant responded with claims that the formula for the real thing is still a secret.

In response to an alleged original Coca-Cola recipe that went viral yesterday, after an episode called ”Original Recipe” aired it on "This American Life" last weekend, The Coca-Cola Company asserts that the formula published in a 1979 column in the Atlanta-Journal Constitution is not "the real thing."

Coca-Cola Company spokeswoman Kerry Tressler debunked the global furor over cracking the company's well-protected secret in a follow-up article the Atlanta-Journal Constitution:

"‘This American Life,' along with many other third parties, have tried over time to crack our secret formula," Tressler said. "At the end of the day, there is only one ‘real thing.' "

This stance, of course, is consistent with Coca-Cola Company's most powerful marketing message: We have the secret and you never will. As historian Mark Pendergrast pointed out on "This American Life," should Coca-Cola actually feel their secret was threatened they would have to produce the formula in a court of law. And this will never happen.

One thing is sure: The world is suddenly once again fixated on Coke. The original formula may have been a "cure-all" for digestive ills but the real secret formula is the company's adaptability to bottle whatever it is the American (and now global) public is yearning for.

"Throughout its history, Coca-Cola has always tried to express a refreshingly positive view of the world," chirps a 2009 press release announcing its”Open Happiness" marketing campaign right at the time when foreclosures were gaining momentum across the nation.

The global chatter has also brought attention to Charles Slater, the now-retired Atlanta-Journal columnist who first "broke" the story in his column "Georgia Rambler" in 1979. In a post for Fast Company, his son, Chuck Slater, describes informing his dad that his long-forgotten column was driving so much traffic to "This American Life" its website had buckled:

STRIKE IN EGYPT

Workers in Egypt's largest factory relaunched their strike for higher wages and better conditions, defying the warning by the Supreme Council of the Armed Forces that more strikes would be "disastrous."

Faisal Naousha, a strike organiser, said workers in the Misr Spinning and Weaving textile factory - which employs 24,000 people in the city of Al Mahalla Al Kubra - also want two top managers to resign.

The workers suspended a strike three days ago, but Naousha said at the time they would continue to press for higher wages.

Last year a court ruling raised the minimum wage from $68 to $205, but the workers have not received their dues, he said.

The political protests that toppled the 30-year-old regime of Mubarak have given way to a nationwide explosion of pay strikes.

Workers in banking, transport, oil, tourism, textiles, state-owned media and government bodies were striking to demand higher wages and better conditions.

Many trade unions are headed by people affiliated to Mubarak's former regime, leaving workers with few formal channels to air their grievances.

Strikes and protests spread across Cairo, the Mediterranean city of Alexandria, the province of Qaliubiya, the canal cities of Suez and Ismailiya and the southern city of Aswan.

Meanwhile, senior leaders of the Muslim Brotherhood said Wednesday that the influential Islamist movement would not seek a majority in parliament when elections are held later this year.

The opposition group, which says it wants to build an Islamic state through peaceful means, was seen as the government's most powerful foe until a popular revolt forced president Hosni Mubarak to resign on February 11.

"We do not aspire for a majority in the upcoming parliament, and this is a message to all political parties," said Essam al Erian, a member of the group's politburo. "This is not the time for competition."

The Brotherhood won a fifth of seats in the 2005 election but boycotted run-offs in the poll in November last year after failing to win a single seat in the first round. Rights groups widely denounced the election as fraudulent.

Some in the West feared that the revolt that brought down Mubarak, despite being spearheaded by secular youths, would empower the Islamists, who oppose Israel and are critical of US policies in the region.
