Greetings to my Christian friends patriots 3% ers, and tea party freedom fighters.

They are God-given rights!

If you think and believe that the rights that you have come from man or government,

Then you have already lost Them!

The rights described to us in the Bill of Rights were not given to us by man or government or King, But by God Almighty himself!

If you're willing to let your God given rights! that God has granted to you to be taken away by man,or a political party or some another ideology then you have stopped believing in God!

This war that were about to engage in on earth one more time, is about the belief in God and those who believe in nothing, and those who believe in nothing want those who believe in God to give up their belief and their faith in the creator!

So I say to you are you still willing to give up your God given rights?

Be it the freedom of speech, or the freedom to defend one self or family!

Are you going to let government or man enslave you by taking your faith and your belief away?

Because that's what's going on in America today, these politicians and these political parties these pagan army of ill will and evil wish to destroy Christianity!

And they are doing this by taking your rights away!

We hold these truths to be self evident. that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with Certain Unalienable Rights, that among these are life liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the Blessings of liberty to Ourselves and our prosperity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America!

Our Constitution states that the rights of the citizens have are granted by our Creator, which means no man, no political party, no king or government owns these rights, to grant or take away!

I've been telling you my Christian friends, patriots 3%ers constitutionalist, for quite a few years now at the Constitution of the United States of America as a Christian document, written by Christian men to defend Christianity!

If you believe these things to be true, pass this on and share it with your friends and family, because we need to stop at all cost what's going on in America today, even if it means us sacrificing our own lives!

New York Pension Boss Demands Mark Zuckerberg Relinquish Facebook Chairman Role

Calls to wrestle power from the hands of Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg have officially begun. One New York pension fund boss is demanding the social network giant boost oversight by replacing Zuckerberg as Facebook’s chairman.

Zerohedge reports:

Though New York City’s pension fund – which has about $1 billion invested in Facebook stock – doesn’t have the clout to unilaterally push for change, Stringer said he’s pushing for a shakeup on the company’s board of directors. Specifically, Stringer wants Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg to relinquish his role as chairman, and hand the position over to an “independent” advisor.

“I think this is a wake-up call. This is a company that lost $50 billion after this scandal broke that’s not an insignificant amount of money even for Mark Zuckerberg – the value of the company has gone down and my job is to represent the firefighters, teachers, police officers, the people for whom we invest on their behalf. We thinkthere needs to be more independent board oversight I think there needs to be an independent chairman of the board.”

Federal investigators have begun probing Facebook’s use of personal data after reports surfaced that Cambridge Analytica ‘improperly gained access to the data of more than 50 million users.’

CNBC reports:

“We are aware of the issues that have been raised but cannot comment on whether we are investigating. We take any allegations of violations of our consent decrees very seriously as we did in 2012 in a privacy case involving Google,” a spokesman for the FTC said Tuesday.

A violation of the consent decree could carry a penalty of $40,000 per violation, which could mean a fine conservatively estimated to be “many millions of dollars in fines” for Facebook, The Washington Post reported over the weekend, citing a former FTC official.

“We reject any suggestion of violation of the consent decree. We respected the privacy settings that people had in place. Privacy and data protections are fundamental to every decision we make,” the social network giant said in a statement to the Washington Post

How the Swamp Drains

Draining the Swamp is Messy.

Our home is in a community of 2,000 homes located on the intercostal in North Carolina. Everything lives here. Alligators. Water moccasins. Rattle snakes. Sea hawks. Egrets. Giant blue heron. Mosquitoes… blood sucking mosquitoes. We’ve watched from our back porch as dolphins chased sail boats and motor boats up the intercostal and watched the moon rise over the ocean to cast its glow over the intercostal.
When the community decided to drain the swamp in the center of the community, it was a big deal.

Draining the swamp was messy. The swamp was about 10 football fields, about 6 feet deep, with lots of creatures living in it. It was a dangerous swamp. Not one that you would walk or swim. You would not dare sit next to it in the dark of a moonless night. If not the snakes, then the mosquitoes would eat you alive.
As the water level decreased, the creatures were exposed. As the water level disappeared, all that was left was 3 feet of yucky black mud and the roots to dying cypress trees. The fish, snakes, frogs, rats, and birds were all stranded in the yucky mud.

Those creatures of the swamp fought for their lives as the swamp disappeared. The fish flopped around in the black mud looking for some water for life. The frogs croaked incessantly all night while their young pollywogs were stranded lifeless at the top of the black mud. Snakes slithered in every direction in the black mud in search of food. The rats that live in hollows all along the water abandoned their nests while the birds that feed off the swamp creatures also abandoned the area.

Finally, the mud dried out. No more snakes. No more rats. No more fish. No more frogs. No more mosquitoes. And no more birds that feed off those creatures of the swamp.
That same thing is happening to the political swamp in America. Trump is draining the swamp. His picks for his cabinet are all swamp drainers. Yeah, 3 are from Goldman Sachs. 3 of 23. Practically all of his cabinet have executive experience (military, or government, or private sector) .. and it is the executive branch, now isn't it?

The mud is becoming visible as all the creatures who live in the swamp are fighting for their lives. Government employees at the IRS, EPA, and Education are flapping in the mud like dying fish. The lobbyists are slithering here and there looking for government funds like the snakes in the mud ... especially those who wrote Obamacare.

The liberal media cartel is chirping and croaking all the time like frogs trying to reverse the draining. The tax and spend politicians are dying off like the blood sucking mosquitoes. The political appointees of Obama are fleeing DC for other jobs like the birds who lost their meal tickets. And the information leakers like Comey and Lynch are looking for new places to nest like the rats that left the swamp. Soon, all that will remain will be the dying institutions like public education as the dying cypress trees of our society.

Everyone who lived off the swamp is praying for rain. Election rain so Democrats might win some elections from Republicans since the Democrats suffered such horrible defeats during the 8 years of Obama. Impeachment rain so the professional politicians can get rid of Trump as the swamp drainer. Low approval rating rain so the media can claim they were correct about Trump. Virtual rain, fake rain, so pundits can claim that Trump is not making any progress even though the results say the opposite.

Draining the swamp is messy, muddy. But the mud will soon dry. Democrats just lost special elections in Arkansas and Omaha after sinking millions into them. Democrats might grab an election here or there in places like Georgia where the demographics are changing to black communities, but not without millions and millions of campaign money ... and Democrats cannot afford to do that for all the elections in 2018. Democrats must defend 23 Senators in 2018 as compared to 10 for Republicans and Democrats must win 25 seats in the US House from Republicans and then win back 900 state legislative seats and 14 governorships. If Georgia is an example, that will cost Democrats hundreds of millions to try.

SCOTUS will be rendering its decisions about Trump executive orders just before the 2018 elections ... and more than likely, SCOTUS will rule against the Obama appointed judges who live in the lower court swamps. SCOTUS will help Trump.

Comey is gone. Lynch is in trouble. Clinton is back in trouble. The Clinton Foundation donors are talking. Clapper and Yates both said that there is no evidence of collusion between Trump and the Russians.

Schumer is gasping for rain like one of those stranded fish. His Republican swamp buddies like McCain will abandon him as he dies … a rat leaving the swamp even though they shared an apartment together. His Wall Street swamp buddies cannot help him. The Washington Post and The New York Times and CNN and NBC are all trying to seed the clouds. But none of it is producing enough rain to help Schumer stop Trump from draining the swamp.

Draining the swamp is loud. Listen to all the hysterical liberal media cartel who are trying to make it rain in order to save the swamp where they live. Chanting. Lies. Rain dances. But no real rain is coming. Only fake rain. The swamp will soon be dry. And when it is, then the next task to make America great again can begin.

No Excuse for the Ignorance of Gun-Grabbers

Anti-gun zealots don't have to be experts, but they need basic knowledge of the things they are trying to ban

Unfortunately, one side in the gun debate is not just ignorant of basic facts but militantly and willfully so. In fact, many are just plain idiotic.

Gun control advocates demand “commonsense” gun control measures, like expanding background checks, closing the “gun show loophole,” and banning “assault” weapons, machine guns and “high capacity” magazines. They claim it’s easier to buy a gun than to buy books, and anyone opposing their “commonsense” reforms must want children to die.

Setting aside momentarily the reprehensible charge that a disagreement on policy is evidence of a desire to see more dead children, these proposals are riddled with errors and logical fallacies.

For example, though gun control advocates routinely refer to banning “assault” weapons, the truth is there are almost none in civilian possession. The U.S. Department of Defense defines assault weapons as “short, compact, selective-fire weapons.” In other words, a battlefield rifle capable of both semiautomatic (one round fired per trigger pull) and fully automatic (repeated fire with single trigger pull) fire. Fully automatic weapons (i.e., machine guns) have been banned for civilian use since the National Firearms Act of 1934.

The AR-15 (which stands for ArmaLite, not “assault rifle”) is the most popular rifle in America today. Though militaristic in appearance, it is a semiautomatic rifle, functionally no different than the millions of hunting rifles that gun-grabbers claim they have no desire to confiscate. In fact, it fires a smaller round than many hunting rifles. So why ban one gun that is functionally equivalent to another simply because it looks “scary”?

Regarding the other items, “high capacity” is really standard capacity, and there is no gun show loophole. Even at gun shows, firearms dealers are required to perform background checks prior to sale, and they sure aren’t going to risk massive fines and imprisonment just to sell you a gun.

So as a practical matter, there is no logical reason to ban so-called “assault” weapons unless gun control proponents are also going to ban all semiautomatic weapons, including handguns, which they claim they are not trying to do.

While we don’t expect opponents of gun rights to be gun experts, we do expect them to have basic knowledge of the things they are trying to ban. The problem is that basic knowledge might change their minds, and they can’t have that.

Does the Pope Believe in Hell?

So ran the riveting headline on the Drudge Report of Holy Thursday.

Drudge quoted this exchange, published in La Repubblica, between Pope Francis and his atheist friend, journalist Eugenio Scalfari.

Scalfari: "What about bad souls? Where are they punished?"

Bad souls "are not punished," Pope

Francis is quoted, "those who do not repent and cannot, therefore, be forgiven disappear. There is no hell, there is the disappearance of sinful souls."

On the first Holy Thursday, Judas betrayed Christ. And of Judas, the Lord said, "Woe to that man by whom the Son of Man shall be betrayed; it was better for him if that man had never been born."

Did the soul of Judas, and those of the monstrous evildoers of history, "just fade away," as General MacArthur said of old soldiers? If there is no hell, is not the greatest deterrent to the worst of sins removed?

What did Christ die on the cross to save us from?

If Francis made such a statement, it would be rank heresy.

Had the pope been speaking ex-cathedra, as the vicar of Christ on earth, he would be contradicting 2,000 years of Catholic doctrine, rooted in the teachings of Christ himself. He would be calling into question papal infallibility, as defined in 1870 by the Vatican Council of Pius IX.

Questions would arise as to whether Francis is a true pope.

The Vatican swiftly issued a statement saying the pope had had a private conversation, not a formal interview, with his friend Scalfari.

The Vatican added: "The textual words pronounced by the pope are not quoted. No quotation of the aforementioned article must, therefore, be considered as a faithful transcription of the words of the Holy Father."

Sorry, but this will not do. This does not answer the questions the pope raised in his chat. Does hell exist? Are souls that die in mortal sin damned to hell for all eternity? Does the pope accept this belief? Is this still the infallible teaching of the Roman Catholic Church?

However one may applaud Francis' stance on social justice, on matters of faith and morals he has called defined doctrine into question and created confusion throughout the Church he heads.

In his letter Amoris Laetitia, "The Joy of Love," the pope seemed to give approval to the receiving of Holy Communion by divorced and remarried Catholics, whose previous marriages had not been annulled, and whom the Church holds to be living in adultery.

Relying on the pope's letter, German bishops have begun to authorize the distribution of Communion to divorced and remarried couples.

Cardinal Gerhard Muller, former prefect of the Vatican office for the Doctrine of the Faith, the position once held by Pope Benedict XVI, says this contradicts Catholic doctrine as enunciated by Pope John Paul II.

Said Cardinal Muller, "No power in heaven or on earth, neither an angel nor the pope, not a council, nor a law of the bishops has the faculty to change it."

Four cardinals, including Raymond Burke of the United States, in a formal letter, asked the pope to clarify Amoris Laetitia. The pope did not, nor has he addressed the Cardinals' concerns.

Indeed, when asked early in his papacy about the immorality of homosexuality, the pope parried the question, "Who am I to judge?"

But if not thee, who? Is not the judging of right and wrong part of the job description?

Nor is it only in the realm of doctrine that the pope has sown confusion among the faithful.

To legalize the underground Catholic Church in China, the pope and the Vatican have agreed to ask Catholic bishops to stand aside for bishops approved by the Communist Party that seeks tighter control of Christian faiths.

The Vatican has also agreed to approve the consecration of a bishop named by Beijing, whom Rome previously regarded as illegitimate.

The capitulation is necessary for the Catholic Church in China to survive and prosper, argues the Vatican. But what kind of church will it become, asks retired Archbishop Joseph Zen Ze-kiun of Hong Kong.

The Vatican is "selling out" the Church in China, says the archbishop: "Some say that all the effort to reach an agreement is to avoid the ecclesial schism. How ridiculous! The schism is there, in the Independent Church!"

Archbishop Zen concedes his criticism of the Communist Party and the Vatican's diplomatic efforts are causing problems in closing the rift between the underground Church and the Communist Party-sanctioned church, but makes no apology: "Am I the major obstacle in the process of reaching a deal between the Vatican and China? If that is a bad deal, I would be more than happy to be the obstacle."

There is a division inside Catholicism that is widening, between a Third World and traditional church that are growing, and a mainstream Church in Europe and here that is taking on aspects of the Anglican Church of the 20th century.

Gowdy, Goodlatte Demand Another Special Counsel

Gowdy, Goodlatte demand appointment of special counsel, citing FISA abuses

House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte and Rep. Trey Gowdy on Tuesday demanded the appointment of a special counsel to investigate “conflicts of interest” and decisions “made and not made” by current and former Justice Department officials in 2016 and 2017, noting that “the public interest requires” the action.

Gowdy, R-S.C., and Goodlatte, R-Va., penned a letter Tuesday to Attorney General Jeff Sessions and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein.

“Matters have arisen—both recently and otherwise—which necessitate the appointment of a Special Counsel. We do not make this observation and attendant request lightly,” Gowdy and Goodlatte wrote.

In an exclusive interview with Fox News, Gowdy and Goodlatte spoke about the discovery of new information as their reasoning behind calling for a second independent counsel.

“What changed for me was the knowledge that there are two dozen witnesses that Michael Horowitz, the [DOJ] Inspector General, would not have access to,” Gowdy said. “When I counted up 24 witnesses that he would not be able to access were he to investigate it, yeah only one conclusion, that’s special counsel.”

That list of witnesses included former FBI director James Comey, Gowdy confirmed.

Last week, Sessions announced that Horowitz would investigate allegations of government surveillance abuse in light of memos released on Capitol Hill by the House Intelligence Committee which suggested, at least on the Republican side, that the dossier compiled by ex-U.K. intelligence officer Christopher Steele was used to obtain a FISA warrant to surveil former Trump campaign adviser Carter Page.

“Absolutely, this whole FISA warrant was on Carter Page,” Gowdy told Fox News.

Goodlatte agreed to state that the case on which the warrant was built was “highly suspect.”

The lawmakers wrote, “There is evidence of bias, trending toward animus, among those charged with investigating serious cases.”

They added, “There is evidence political opposition research was used in court filings. There is evidence this political opposition research was neither vetted before it was used nor fully revealed to the relevant tribunal.”

Both lawmakers said they didn’t know when or if a second counsel would be appointed at all.

“This fact pattern is unique and compelling and I think he really ought to consider it,” Gowdy said.

Asked why a special counsel was needed, Gowdy told Fox News earlier, “Congress doesn’t have the tools to investigate this... We leak like the Gossip Girls.”

Gowdy and Goodlatte wrote that because the “decisions of both former and current Department of Justice and FBI officials are at issue,” they did not believe the DOJ was “capable” of investigating the “fact patterns in a fashion likely to garner public confidence.”

Both Gowdy and Goodlatte have announced in recent months they would not seek re-election this year.

President Trump blasted Sessions' decision to use Horowitz, saying he appointed an “Obama guy” to investigate “potentially massive FISA abuse.”

Horowitz also is investigating former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, and whether he wanted to avoid taking action on new Clinton emails found on disgraced Democratic New York Rep. Anthony Weiner’s laptop, reports said. According to records, McCabe knew about the emails belonging to Hillary Clinton in September 2016 but did not choose to brief former FBI Director James Comey until October 26, 2016 — prompting the re-opening of the Clinton email investigation just one week before the presidential election.

“While we have confidence in the Inspector General for the Department of Justice, the DOJ IG does not have the authority to investigate other governmental entities or former employees of the Department, the Bureau, or other agencies,” Gowdy and Goodlatte wrote. Gowdy also serves as chairman of the House Oversight Committee.

GOP LAWMAKERS RENEW CALLS FOR SECOND SPECIAL COUNSEL, SAY IT MAY BE 'UNAVOIDABLE'

They added: “Some have been reluctant to call for the appointment of a Special Counsel because such an appointment should be reserved for those unusual cases where existing investigative and prosecutorial entities cannot adequately discharge those duties. We believe this is just such a case.”

Goodlatte, who penned a letter to Sessions in July 2017 and September 2017 calling for the appointment of a second special counsel, received only one response from the Justice Department, suggesting that Sessions had directed senior federal prosecutors to investigate matters involving the Clinton Foundation and the sale of Uranium One — leaving the door open to consider whether “the matters merit the appointment of a Special Counsel.”

House Intel ranking member Adam Schiff, D-Calif., who recently released the Democrats' response memo, said the call for a second counsel was a way for Republicans to investigate “everything but what is most important: Russia’s interference in our election.”

House Oversight ranking member Elijah Cummings, D-Md., also called the letter an attempt by Republicans to “protect Trump.”

Cummings added, “The Department’s Inspector General is fully capable of conducting an independent review. Here in Congress, our attention should be on investigating how Russia attacked our electoral process—not trying to protect President Trump.”

Goodlatte and Gowdy’s letter came just days after more than a dozen other House Republicans penned a similar note, requesting the appointment of an independent counsel to investigate the same issues.

The 13 lawmakers signed onto the letter that stated: “Evidence has come to light that raises serious concerns about decisions and activities by leadership at the highest levels of the Department of Justice and Federal Bureau of Investigation regarding how and why the Clinton probe ended and how and why the Trump-Russia probe began.”

It was Monica Lewinsky’s infamous blue dress that finally did lying Bill Clinton in. Is Stormy Daniel’s ‘Impeach-Trump Dress’ like her impossible-to-prove affair with the president, a destined-to-fail, no-evidence knock-off?

…”It turned out that woman Miss Lewinsky had saved a blue dress that contained a semen stain and never washed it. Resulting DNA tests proved it came from Mr. Clinton, and only then did he admit that “Indeed I did have a relationship with Miss Lewinsky that was not appropriate.”

Gargantuan ’60 Minutes’ limelight notwithstanding, how can you prove a one-night stand without DNA backup?

“The Daniels team has dropped several broad hints in recent days that they have hard proof that she is being truthful and Mr. Trump is lying about whether an affair took place. For example, attorney Michael Avenatti tweeted a photo of a compact disc repeating the cliche about a picture being worth a thousand words.

“The existence of a dress became a key turning point in the Monica Lewinsky scandal in 1998. The first claims of an affair prompted absolute denials from President Bill Clinton, including the iconic moment in which we wagged his finger and said: “I did not have sexual relations with that woman, Miss Lewinsky.”

Although it is highly unlikely he would ever make them, all of Trump’s Clinton-like finger wagging denials: “I did not have sexual relations with that woman Stormy Daniels” would be patently ignored by both the Fake News-producing MSM and social media.

Just as many pictures of Trump that appear in the media are British Daily Mail ones that come with far-fetched stories “worth a thousand words”.

Endless photos of Melania Trump supposedly ‘hiding’ her hands in her coat pockets, holding the rail climbing up or down the steps to Airforce One, instead of holding her husband’s hand, yadda, yadda, yadda.

Interestingly, it wasn’t Stormy Daniels or her lawyer who raised the dress flag during the ’60 minutes’ interview, it was one of her porn industry colleagues the day after.

A colleague who calls the porn industry the “adult-film star” one:

“A friend of Stormy Daniels said Monday that the adult-film star has the dress she wore on the night she says she had sex with future-President Donald Trump.

“Alana Evans, also an adult-film actress, told CNN in an interview that she doesn’t know whether this dress has proof of sexual intercourse on it.

“All I know is that Stormy still has the dress that she wore from that night,” Ms. Evans said.

“Maybe a keepsake, maybe it’s because it’s actual proof,” she added. “I can only speculate the things that may be on that dress, especially if it’s never been washed.”

Speculating the things that may be on that dress—especially if it’s never been washed—leaves lots of room for other imaginings and downright nagging suspicions.

Suspicions like the one that asks how is it that Stormy Daniels would say Trump told her “she reminded him of his daughter” when the most salacious charge from the Big Women’s March was that he lusts over his own daughter.

In a 12-year-old ALLEGED affair with Trump, Daniels seems to have had her own crystal ball.

Did Stormy Daniels, whose affairs could have been legion, keep all the dresses she wore on the night she had sex with men in the hope that she could cash in should any of them go on to a future of political fame?

Meanwhile, Gossip Grand Central, run by the MSM and social media are losing ground.

CNN’s latest poll indicates that ‘Trump Gets Highest Approval in Nearly a Year’:

“It may have been a bitter pill to swallow, but CNN shared its latest poll on President Trump. It seems that the president now has the highest approval rating in 11 months. He is now at a 42 percent approval, up 7 points from February.”

And folks can bet that because the poll comes from CNN, it was even higher than that.

Then there’s how female supporters told @RandiKayeCNN that they aren’t bothered by Stormy Daniel’s allegations: “You are looking for a way to impeach my president.”

The sun seems to have gone down on Stormy Daniels Day in the Media Sun.

Do the 20 million ’60 Minute’ viewers who tuned in on Sunday night, or the millions of readers who read about it for two days running on the Drudge Report, want to see something more proof-worthy and substantial about Daniels ALLEGED affair with Trump?

If Stormy Daniels cannot show them any more proof than a never-washed 12-year-old dress with no DNA backup, she should move to the back of the ever-burgeoning ‘MeToo Donald Trump line’ and remain there.

The Changing Landscape of Political Parties

There is overlap between the parties in ways that you might not expect. And there's still hope.

The surprising outcome of the 2016 election and talk about Democrat hopes of flipping the House and/or Senate in 2018 have a lot of people speculating about political party alignment. Will Donald Trump drive Republican voters away from the Grand Old Party? Are we looking at 2018 or 2020 to be a “wave” election for Democrats?

A recent study by Larry Bartels of Vanderbilt University’s Department of Political Science asked these questions and more about the current state of affairs. What he found suggests some points that confound the prevailing wisdom.

Bartels maintains that there have been no mass defections from either Republicans or Democrats. His research found that the splits within each party break out in contrasting ways. Democrats are, of course, more united in their belief in an active government, but somewhat surprisingly they find themselves less united when it comes to cultural issues. Republicans tend to have the opposite leanings, being more united in their view on cultural issues but more at odds with one another when it comes to the role government should play in peoples’ lives.

Hence the failure to repeal ObamaCare and budgets that keep the Democrat pace on deficits.

Surveys Bartels conducted in his research found that nearly 25% of Republicans were closer to the average Democrat on the role of government when compared to the average Republican, while only 11% of Democrats were closer to Republicans on that role when compared to the average Democrat. On the flip side, over 26% of Democrats were closer to the average Republican on cultural issues. This is likely due in part to the Democrat Party’s small tent, in which elected officials and voters are practically coerced to toe the party line on abortion, same-sex marriage and other topics.

The one area that Bartels doesn’t go into but should cause concern among Republicans is the loss of Millennial women. A Pew Research report found that in 2014, Democrats held a 21-point advantage over Republicans with women in this group. By 2018, the number of women who self-identified or leaned Democrat rose to 70%. Nearly three-fourths of women in the Millennial age group now identify as Democrats. Certainly, the election of Donald Trump played a big role in this, but we cannot discount the fact that Hillary Clinton was not nearly as popular among young women as Bernie Sanders. But with Clinton no longer a factor, Republicans will need to work much harder to reach this voting bloc with the message of Liberty.

In fact, Democrats aim to exploit women voters to take down Trump.

This issue aside, if we accept Bartels’ numbers and the idea that a larger percentage of Democrats are growing closer to Republicans on cultural issues, then why does the Left appear to be winning the culture war? This is where the power of the media comes into play. With much of the media and academia leaning heavily to the left, it becomes easier for progressives to steer the message. Consider the point that Republicans have been labeled increasingly more radical in recent years even while their fundamental policy stances have not changed all that much.

That’s because if any party has moved its fundamental policy stance, it’s been the Democrats. Former Clinton adviser and political prognosticator Dick Morris observes that Democrats tend to move further left based on negative outcomes during election cycles. This happened throughout the 1980s, and continued during the midterm drubbings Barack Obama received while in office. It seems counterintuitive to move further in a direction that voters reject, but leftists’ strategy is to drive everything their direction so the very terms of debate change over time.

So, if more Republicans are finding common cause with Democrats about the role of government, and young women are leaving the GOP in droves, is there any good news? Yes, and that is that progressives have not necessarily moved the electorate to the left, they have only succeeded in moving themselves further to the left. And in doing so, according to National Review’s David French, they are deceiving themselves about the impact they are having on voters. They are not changing many minds; they’re only browbeating people. And they are in fact illustrating to the rest of the country just how out of touch they truly are. The downside is that we can expect deeper polarization. The upside is wave elections are not born out of polarized electorates.

Bend The Arc: A Jewish Partnership for Justice: This organization condemns Voter ID laws as barriers that “make it harder for communities of color, women, first-time voters, the elderly, and the poor to cast their vote.”
Bill of Rights Defense Committee: This group provides a detailed blueprint for activists interested in getting their local towns, cities, and even college campuses to publicly declare their opposition to the Patriot Act, and to designate themselves “Civil Liberties Safe Zones.” The organization also came to the defense of self-described radical attorney Lynne Stewart, who was convicted in 2005 of providing material support for terrorism.
Black Alliance for Just Immigration: This organization seeks to create a unified movement for “social and economic justice” centered on black racial identity.
Blueprint North Carolina: This group seeks to “influence state policy in North Carolina so that residents of the state benefit from more progressive policies such as better access to health care, higher wages, more affordable housing, a safer, cleaner environment, and access to reproductive health services.”
Brennan Center for Justice: This think tank/legal activist group generates scholarly studies, mounts media campaigns, files amicus briefs, gives pro bono support to activists, and litigates test cases in pursuit of radical “change.”
Brookings Institution: This organization has been involved with a variety of internationalist and state-sponsored programs, including one that aspires to facilitate the establishment of a U.N.-dominated world government. Brookings Fellows have also called for additional global collaboration on trade and banking; the expansion of the Kyoto Protocol; and nationalized health insurance for children. Nine Brookings economists signed a petitionopposing President Bush’s tax cuts in 2003.
Campaign for America’s Future: This group supports tax hikes, socialized medicine, and a dramatic expansion of social welfare programs.
Campaign for Better Health Care: This organization favors a single-payer, government-run, universal health care system.
Campaign for Youth Justice: This organization contends that “transferring juveniles to the adult criminal-justice system leads to higher rates of recidivism, puts incarcerated and detained youth at unnecessary risk, has little deterrence value, and does not increase public safety.”
Campus Progress: A project of the Soros-bankrolled Center for American Progress, this group seeks to “strengthen progressive voices on college and university campuses, counter the growing influence of right-wing groups on campus, and empower new generations of progressive leaders.”
Casa de Maryland: This organization aggressively lobbies legislators to vote in favor of policies that promote expanded rights, including amnesty, for illegal aliens currently residing in the United States.
Catalist: This is a for-profit political consultancy that seeks “to help progressive organizations realize measurable increases in civic participation and electoral success by building and operating a robust national voter database of every voting-age American.”
Catholics for Choice: This nominally Catholic organization supports women’s right to abortion-on-demand.
Catholics in Alliance for the Common Good: This political nonprofit group is dedicated to generating support from the Catholic community for leftwing candidates, causes, and legislation.
Center for American Progress: This leftist think tank is headed by former Clinton chief of staff John Podesta, works closely with Hillary Clinton, and employs numerous former Clinton administration staffers. It is committed to “developing a long-term vision of a progressive America” and “providing a forum to generate new progressive ideas and policy proposals.”
Center for Community Change: This group recruits and trains activists to spearhead leftist “political issue campaigns.” Promoting increased funding for social welfare programs by bringing “attention to major national issues related to poverty,” the Center bases its training programs on the techniques taught by the famed radical organizer Saul Alinsky.
Center for Constitutional Rights: This pro-Castro organization is a core member of the open borders lobby, has opposed virtually all post-9/11 anti-terrorism measures by the U.S. government, and alleges that American injustice provokes acts of international terrorism.
Center for Economic and Policy Research: This group opposed welfare reform, supports “living wage” laws, rejects tax cuts, and consistently lauds the professed achievements of socialist regimes, most notably Venezuela.
Center for International Policy: This organization uses advocacy, policy research, media outreach, and educational initiatives to promote “transparency and accountability” in U.S. foreign policy and global relations. It generally views America as a disruptive, negative force in the world.
Center for Reproductive Rights: CRR’s mission is to guarantee safe, affordable contraception and abortion-on-demand for all women, including adolescents. The organization has filed state and federal lawsuits demanding access to taxpayer-funded abortions (through Medicaid) for low-income women.
Center for Responsible Lending: This organization was a major player in the subprime mortgage crisis. According to Phil Kerpen (vice president for policy at Americans for Prosperity), CRL “sh[ook] down and harass[ed] banks into making bad loans to unqualified borrowers.” Moreover, CRL negotiated a contract enabling it to operate as a conduit of high-risk loans to Fannie Mae.
Center for Social Inclusion: This organization seeks to counteract America’s “structural racism” by means of taxpayer-funded policy initiatives.
Center on Budget and Policy Priorities: Reasoning from the premise that tax cuts generally help only the wealthy, this organization advocates greater tax expenditures on social welfare programs for low earners.
Center on Wisconsin Strategy (COWS): Aiming to redistribute wealth by way of higher taxes imposed on those whose incomes are above average, COWS contends that “it is important that state government be able to harness fair contribution from all parts of society – including corporations and the wealthy.”
Change America Now: Formed in December 2006, Change America Now describes itself as “an independent political organization created to educate citizens on the failed policies of the Republican Congress and to contrast that record of failure with the promise offered by a Democratic agenda.”
Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington: This group litigates and brings ethics charges against “government officials who sacrifice the common good to special interests” and “betray the public trust.” Almost all of its targets are Republicans.
Coalition for an International Criminal Court: This group seeks to subordinate American criminal-justice procedures to those of an international court.
Color Of Change: This organization was founded to combat what it viewed as the systemic racism pervading America generally and conservatism in particular.
Common Cause: This organization aims to bring about campaign-finance reform, pursue media reform resembling the Fairness Doctrine, and cut military budgets in favor of increased social-welfare and environmental spending.
Constitution Project: This organization seeks to challenge the legality of military commissions; end the detainment of “enemy combatants”; condemn government surveillance of terrorists; and limit the President’s executive privileges.
Defenders of Wildlife Action Fund: Defenders of Wildlife opposes oil exploration in Alaska’s Arctic National Wildlife Refuge. It condemns logging, ranching, mining, and even the use of recreational motorized vehicles as activities that are destructive to the environment.
Democracy Alliance: This self-described “liberal organization” aims to raise $200 million to develop a funding clearinghouse for leftist groups. Soros is a major donor to this group.
Democracy 21: This group is a staunch supporter of the Bipartisan Campaign Reform Act of 2002, also known as the McCain-Feingold Act.
Democracy Now!: Democracy Now! was created in 1996 by WBAI radio news director Amy Goodman and four partners to provide “perspectives rarely heard in the U.S. corporate-sponsored media,” i.e., the views of radical and foreign journalists, left and labor activists, and ideological foes of capitalism.
Democratic Justice Fund: DJF opposes the Patriot Act and most efforts to restrict or regulate immigration into the United States — particularly from countries designated by the State Department as “terrorist nations.”
Democratic Party: Soros’ funding activities are devoted largely to helping the Democratic Party solidify its power base. In a November 2003 interview, Soros stated that defeating President Bush in 2004 “is the central focus of my life” … “a matter of life and death.” He pledged to raise $75 million to defeat Bush, and personally donated nearly a third of that amount to anti-Bush organizations. “America under Bush,” he said, “is a danger to the world, and I’m willing to put my money where my mouth is.”
Demos: This organization lobbies federal and state policymakers to “addres[s] the economic insecurity and inequality that characterize American society today”; promotes “ideas for reducing gaps in wealth, income and political influence”; and favors tax hikes for the wealthy.
Drum Major Institute: This group describes itself as “a non-partisan, non-profit think tank generating the ideas that fuel the progressive movement,” with the ultimate aim of persuading “policymakers and opinion-leaders” to take steps that advance its vision of “social and economic justice.”
Earthjustice: This group seeks to place severe restrictions on how U.S. land and waterways may be used. It opposes most mining and logging initiatives, commercial fishing businesses, and the use of motorized vehicles in undeveloped areas.
Economic Policy Institute: This organization believes that “government must play an active role in protecting the economically vulnerable, ensuring equal opportunity, and improving the well-being of all Americans.”
Electronic Privacy Information Center: This organization has been a harsh critic of the USA PATRIOT Act and has joined the American Civil Liberties Union in litigating two cases calling for the FBI “to publicly release or account for thousands of pages of information about the government’s use of PATRIOT Act powers.”
Ella Baker Center for Human Rights: Co-founded by the revolutionary communist Van Jones, this anti-poverty organization claims that “decades of disinvestment in our cities” — compounded by “excessive, racist policing and over-incarceration” — have “led to despair and homelessness.”
EMILY’s List: This political network raises money for Democratic female political candidates who support unrestricted access to taxpayer-funded abortion-on-demand.
Energy Action Coalition: Founded in 2004, this group describes itself as “a coalition of 50 youth-led environmental and social justice groups working together to build the youth clean energy and climate movement.” For EAC, this means “dismantling oppression” according to its principles of environmental justice.
Equal Justice USA: This group claims that America’s criminal-justice system is plagued by “significant race and class biases,” and thus seeks to promote major reforms.
Fair Immigration Reform Movement: This is the open-borders arm of the Center for Community Change.
Faithful America: This organization promotes the redistribution of wealth, an end to enhanced interrogation procedures vis a vis prisoners-of-war, the enactment of policies to combat global warming, and the creation of a government-run heath care system.
Families USA: This Washington-based health-care advocacy group favors ever-increasing government control of the American healthcare system.
Feminist Majority: Characterizing the United States as an inherently sexist nation, this group focuses on “advancing the legal, social and political equality of women with men, countering the backlash to women’s advancement, and recruiting and training young feminists to encourage future leadership for the feminist movement in the United States.”
Four Freedoms Fund: This organization was designed to serve as a conduit through which large foundations could fund state-based open-borders organizations more flexibly and quickly.
Free Exchange on Campus: This organization was created solely to oppose the efforts of one individual, David Horowitz, and his campaign to have universities adopt an “Academic Bill of Rights,” as well as todenounce Horowitz’s 2006 book The Professors. Member organizations of FEC include Campus Progress (a project of the Center for American Progress); the American Association of University Professors; theAmerican Civil Liberties Union; People For the American Way; the United States Student Association; theCenter for Campus Free Speech; the American Library Association; Free Press; and the National Association of State Public Interest Research Groups.
Free Press: This “media reform” organization has worked closely with many notable leftists and such organizations as Media Matters for America, Air America Radio, Global Exchange, Code Pink, Fairness and Accuracy in Reporting, the Revolutionary Communist Party, Mother Jones magazine, and Pacifica Radio.
Funding Exchange: Dedicated to the concept of philanthropy as a vehicle for social change, this organization pairs leftist donors and foundations with likeminded groups and activists who are dedicated to bringing about their own version of “progressive” change and social justice. Many of these grantees assume that American society is rife with racism, discrimination, exploitation, and inequity and needs to be overhauled via sustained education, activism, and social agitation.
Gamaliel Foundation: Modeling its tactics on those of the radical Sixties activist Saul Alinsky, this group takes a strong stand against current homeland security measures and immigration restrictions.
Gisha: Center for the Legal Protection of Freedom of Movement: This anti-Israel organization seeks to help Palestinians “exercise their right to freedom of movement.”
Global Centre for the Responsibility to Protect: This group contends that when a state proves either unable or unwilling to protect civilians from mass atrocities occurring within its borders, it is the responsibility of the international community to intervene — peacefully if possible, but with military force if necessary.
Global Exchange: Established in 1988 by pro-Castro radical Medea Benjamin, this group consistently condemns America’s foreign policy, business practices, and domestic life. Following the 9/11 terrorist attacks, Global Exchange advised Americans to examine “the root causes of resentment against the United States in the Arab world — from our dependence on Middle Eastern oil to our biased policy towards Israel.”
Grantmakers Without Borders: GWB tends to be very supportive of leftist environmental, anti-war, and civil rights groups. It is also generally hostile to capitalism, which it deems one of the chief “political, economic, and social systems” that give rise to a host of “social ills.”
Green For All: This group was created by Van Jones to lobby for federal climate, energy, and economic policy initiatives.
Health Care for America Now: This group supports a “single payer” model where the federal government would be in charge of financing and administering the entire U.S. healthcare system.
Human Rights Campaign: The largest “lesbian-gay-bisexual-transgender” lobbying group in the United States, HRC supports political candidates and legislation that will advance the LGBT agenda. Historically, HRC has most vigorously championed HIV/AIDS-related legislation, “hate crime” laws, the abrogation of the military’s “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” policy, and the legalization of gay marriage.
Human Rights First: This group supports open borders and the rights of illegal aliens; charges that the Patriot Act severely erodes Americans’ civil liberties; has filed amicus curiae briefs on behalf of terror suspect Jose Padilla; and deplores the Guantanamo Bay detention facilities.
Human Rights Watch: This group directs a disproportionate share of its criticism at the United States and Israel. It opposes the death penalty in all cases, and supports open borders and amnesty for illegal aliens.
I’lam: This anti-Israel NGO seeks “to develop and empower the Arab media and to give voice to Palestinian issues.”
Immigrant Defense Project: To advance the cause of illegal immigrants, the IDP provides immigration law backup support and counseling to New York defense attorneys and others who represent or assist immigrants in criminal justice and immigration systems, as well as to immigrants themselves.
Immigrant Legal Resource Center: This group claims to have helped gain amnesty for some three million illegal aliens in the U.S., and in the 1980s was part of the sanctuary movement which sought to grant asylum to refugees from the failed Communist states of Central America.
Immigrant Workers Citizenship Project: This open-borders organization advocates mass immigration to the U.S.
Immigration Advocates Network: This alliance of immigrant-rights groups seeks to “increase access to justice for low-income immigrants and strengthen the capacity of organizations serving them.”
Immigration Policy Center: IPC is an advocate of open borders and contends that the massive influx of illegal immigrants into America is due to U.S. government policy, since “the broken immigration system […] spurs unauthorized immigration in the first place.”
Independent Media Center: This Internet-based, news and events bulletin board represents an invariably leftist, anti-capitalist perspective and serves as a mouthpiece for anti-globalization/anti-America themes.
Independent Media Institute: IMI administers the SPIN Project (Strategic Press Information Network), which provides leftist organizations with “accessible and affordable strategic communications consulting, training, coaching, networking opportunities and concrete tools” to help them “achieve their social justice goals.”
Institute for America’s Future: IAF supports socialized medicine, increased government funding for education, and the creation of an infrastructure “to ensure that the voice of the progressive majority is heard.”
Institute for New Economic Thinking: Seeking to create a new worldwide “economic paradigm,” this organization is staffed by numerous individuals who favor government intervention in national economies, and who view capitalism as a flawed system.
Institute for Policy Studies: This think tank has long supported Communist and anti-American causes around the world. Viewing capitalism as a breeding ground for “unrestrained greed,” IPS seeks to provide a corrective to “unrestrained markets and individualism.” Professing an unquestioning faith in the righteousness of the United Nations, it aims to bring American foreign policy under UN control.
Institute for Public Accuracy: This anti-American, anti-capitalist organization sponsored actor Sean Penn’s celebrated visit to Baghdad in 2002. It also sponsored visits to Iraq by Democratic Congressmen Nick Rahall and former Democrat Senator James Abourezk
Institute for Women’s Policy Research: This group views the U.S. as a nation rife with discrimination against women, and publishes research to draw attention to this alleged state of affairs. It also advocates unrestricted access to taxpayer-funded abortion-on-demand, stating that “access to abortion is essential to the economic well-being of women and girls.”
International Crisis Group: One of this organization’s leading figures is its Mideast Director, Robert Malley, who was President Bill Clinton’s Special Assistant for Arab-Israeli Affairs. His analysis of the Mideast conflict is markedly pro-Palestinian.
J Street: This anti-Israel group warns that Israel’s choice to take military action to stop Hamas’ terrorist attacks “will prove counter-productive and only deepen the cycle of violence in the region”
Jewish Funds for Justice: This organization views government intervention and taxpayer funding as crucial components of enlightened social policy. It seeks to redistribute wealth from Jewish donors to low-income communities “to combat the root causes of domestic economic and social injustice.” By JFJ’s reckoning, chief among those root causes are the inherently negative by-products of capitalism – most notably racism and “gross economic inequality.”
Joint Victory Campaign 2004: Founded by George Soros and Harold Ickes, this group was a major fundraising entity for Democrats during the 2004 election cycle. It collected contributions (including large amounts from Soros personally) and disbursed them to two other groups, America Coming Together and the Media Fund, which also worked on behalf of Democrats.
Justice at Stake: This coalition calls for judges to be appointed by nonpartisan, independent commissions in a process known as “merit selection,” rather than elected by the voting public.
LatinoJustice PRLDF: This organization supports bilingual education, the racial gerrymandering of voting districts, and expanded rights for illegal aliens.
Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights Under Law: This group views America as an unremittingly racist nation; uses the courts to mandate race-based affirmative action preferences in business and academia; has filed briefs against the Department of Homeland Security’s efforts to limit the wholesale granting of green cards and to identify potential terrorists; condemns the Patriot Act; and calls on Americans to “recognize the contribution” of illegal aliens.
Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights: This organization views the United States as a nation rife with racism, sexism, and all manner of social injustice; and it uses legislative advocacy to push for “progressive change” that will create “a more open and just society.”
League of United Latin American Citizens: This group views America as a nation plagued by “an alarming increase in xenophobia and anti-Hispanic sentiment”; favors racial preferences; supports the legalization of illegal Hispanic aliens; opposes military surveillance of U.S. borders; opposes making English America’s official language; favors open borders; and rejects anti-terrorism legislation like the Patriot Act.
League of Women Voters Education Fund: The League supports taxpayer-funded abortion-on-demand; supports “motor-voter” registration, which allows anyone with a driver’s license to become a voter, regardless of citizenship status; and supports tax hikes and socialized medicine.
League of Young Voters: This organization seeks to “empowe[r] young people nationwide” to “participate in the democratic process and create progressive political change on the local, state and national level[s].”
Lynne Stewart Defense Committee: IRS records indicate that Soros’s Open Society Institute made a September 2002 grant of $20,000 to this organization. Stewart was the criminal-defense attorney who was later convicted for abetting her client, the “blind sheik” Omar Abdel Rahman, in terrorist activities connected with his Islamic Group.
Machsom Watch: This organization describes itself as “a movement of Israeli women, peace activists from all sectors of Israeli society, who oppose the Israeli occupation and the denial of Palestinians’ rights to move freely in their land.”
MADRE: This international women’s organization deems America the world’s foremost violator of human rights. As such, it seeks to “communicat[e] the real-life impact of U.S. policies on women and families confronting violence, poverty and repression around the world,” and to “demand alternatives to destructive U.S. policies.” It also advocates unrestricted access to taxpayer-funded abortion-on-demand.
Malcolm X Grassroots Movement: This group views the U.S. as a nation replete with racism and discrimination against blacks; seeks to establish an independent black nation in the southeastern United States; and demands reparations for slavery.
Massachusetts Immigrant and Refugee Advocacy Coalition: This group calls for the expansion of civil rights and liberties for illegal aliens; laments that illegal aliens in America are commonly subjected to “worker exploitation”; supports tuition-assistance programs for illegal aliens attending college; and characterizes the Patriot Act as a “very troubling” assault on civil liberties.
Media Fund: Soros played a major role in creating this group, whose purpose was to conceptualize, produce, and place political ads on television, radio, print, and the Internet.
Media Matters for America: This organization is a “web-based, not-for-profit … progressive research and information center” seeking to “systematically monitor a cross-section of print, broadcast, cable, radio, and Internet media outlets for conservative misinformation.” The group works closely with the Soros-backed Center for American Progress, and is heavily funded by Democracy Alliance, of which Soros is a major financier.
Mercy Corps: Vis a vis the Arab-Israeli conflict, Mercy Corps places all blame for Palestinian poverty and suffering directly on Israel.
Mexican American Legal Defense and Education Fund: This group advocates open borders, free college tuition for illegal aliens, lowered educational standards to accommodate Hispanics, and voting rights for criminals. In MALDEF’s view, supporters of making English the official language of the United States are “motivated by racism and anti-immigrant sentiments,” while advocates of sanctions against employers reliant on illegal labor seek to discriminate against “brown-skinned people.”
Meyer, Suozzi, English and Klein, PC: This influential defender of Big Labor is headed by Democrat operativeHarold Ickes.
Midwest Academy: This entity trains radical activists in the tactics of direct action, targeting, confrontation, and intimidation.
Migration Policy Institute: This group seeks to create “a North America with gradually disappearing border controls … with permanent migration remaining at moderate levels.”
Military Families Speak Out: This group ascribes the U.S. invasion of Iraq to American imperialism and lust for oil.
Missourians Organizing for Reform and Empowerment: This group is the rebranded Missouri branch of the now-defunct, pro-socialist, community organization ACORN.
MoveOn.org: This Web-based organization supports Democratic political candidates through fundraising, advertising, and get-out-the-vote drives.
Ms. Foundation for Women: This group laments what it views as the widespread and enduring flaws of American society: racism, sexism, homophobia, and the violation of civil rights and liberties. It focuses its philanthropy on groups that promote affirmative action for women, unfettered access to taxpayer-funded abortion-on-demand, amnesty for illegal aliens, and big government generally.
Muslim Advocates: Opposed to U.S. counter-terrorism strategies that make use of sting operations and informants, MA characterizes such tactics as forms of “entrapment” that are inherently discriminatory against Muslims.
NARAL Pro-Choice America: This group supports taxpayer-funded abortion-on-demand, and works to elect pro-abortion Democrats.
NAACP Legal Defense and Education Fund: The NAACP supports racial preferences in employment and education, as well as the racial gerrymandering of voting districts. Underpinning its support for race preferences is the fervent belief that white racism in the United States remains an intractable, largely undiminished, phenomenon.
The Nation Institute: This nonprofit entity sponsors leftist conferences, fellowships, awards for radical activists, and journalism internships.
National Abortion Federation: This group opposes any restrictions on abortion at either the state or federal levels, and champions the introduction of unrestricted abortion into developing regions of the world.
National Coalition to Abolish the Death Penalty: This group was established in 1976 as the first “fully staffed national organization exclusively devoted to abolishing capital punishment.”
National Committee for Responsive Philanthropy: This group depicts the United States as a nation in need of dramatic structural change financed by philanthropic organizations. It overwhelmingly promotes grant-makers and grantees with leftist agendas, while criticizing their conservative counterparts.
National Committee for Voting Integrity: This group opposes “the implementation of proof of citizenship and photo identification requirements for eligible electors in American elections as the means of assuring election integrity.”
National Council for Research on Women: This group supports big government, high taxes, military spending cuts, increased social welfare spending, and the unrestricted right to taxpayer-funded abortion-on-demand.
National Council of La Raza: This group lobbies for racial preferences, bilingual education, stricter hate-crime laws, mass immigration, and amnesty for illegal aliens.
National Council of Women’s Organizations: This group views the United States as a nation rife with injustice against girls and women. It advocates high levels of spending for social welfare programs, and supports race and gender preferences for minorities and women in business and academia.
National Immigration Forum: Opposing the enforcement of present immigration laws, this organization urges the American government to “legalize” en masse all illegal aliens currently in the United States who have no criminal records, and to dramatically increase the number of visas available for those wishing to migrate to the U.S. The Forum is particularly committed to opening the borders to unskilled, low-income workers, and immediately making them eligible for welfare and social service programs.
National Immigration Law Center: This group seeks to win unrestricted access to government-funded social welfare programs for illegal aliens.
National Lawyers Guild: This group promotes open borders; seeks to weaken America’s intelligence-gathering agencies; condemns the Patriot Act as an assault on civil liberties; rejects capitalism as an unviable economic system; has rushed to the defense of convicted terrorists and their abettors; and generally opposes all U.S. foreign policy positions, just as it did during the Cold War when it sided with the Soviets.
National Organization for Women: This group advocates the unfettered right to taxpayer-funded abortion-on-demand; seeks to “eradicate racism, sexism and homophobia” from American society; attacks Christianity and traditional religious values; and supports gender-based preferences for women.
National Partnership for Women and Families: This organization supports race- and sex-based preferences in employment and education. It also advocates for the universal “right” of women to undergo taxpayer-funded abortion-on-demand at any stage of pregnancy and for any reason.
National Priorities Project: This group supports government-mandated redistribution of wealth — through higher taxes and greater expenditures on social welfare programs. NPP exhorts the government to redirect a significant portion of its military funding toward public education, universal health insurance, environmentalist projects, and welfare programs.
National Public Radio: Founded in 1970 with 90 public radio stations as charter members, NPR is today a loose network of more than 750 U.S. radio stations across the country, many of which are based on college and university campuses. (source)

National Women’s Law Center: This group supports taxpayer-funded abortion-on-demand; lobbies against conservative judicial appointees; advocates increased welfare spending to help low-income mothers; and favors higher taxes for the purpose of generating more funds for such government programs as Medicaid, food stamps, welfare, foster care, health care, child-support enforcement, and student loans.
Natural Resources Defense Council: One of the most influential environmentalist lobbying groups in the United States, the Council claims a membership of one million people.
New America Foundation: This organization uses policy papers, media articles, books, and educational events to influence public opinion on such topics as healthcare, environmentalism, energy policy, the Mideast conflict, global governance, and much more.
New Israel Fund: This organization gives support to NGOs that regularly produce reports accusing Israel of human-rights violations and religious persecution.
NewsCorpWatch: A project of Media Matters For America, NewsCorpWatch was established with the help of a $1 million George Soros grant to Media Matters.
Pacifica Foundation: This entity owns and operates Pacifica Radio, awash from its birth with the socialist-Marxist rhetoric of class warfare and hatred for capitalism.
Palestinian Center for Human Rights: This NGO investigates and documents what it views as Israeli human-rights violations against Palestinians.
Peace and Security Funders Group: This is an association of more than 60 foundations that give money to leftist anti-war and environmentalist causes. Its members tend to depict America as the world’s chief source of international conflict, environmental destruction, and economic inequalities.
Peace Development Fund: In PDF’s calculus, the United States needs a massive overhaul of its social and economic institutions. “Recently,” explains PDF, “we have witnessed the negative effects of neo-liberalism and the globalization of capitalism, the de-industrialization of the U.S. and the growing gap between the rich and poor …”
People for the American Way: This group opposes the Patriot Act, anti-terrorism measures generally, and the allegedly growing influence of the “religious right.”
People Improving Communities Through Organizing: This group uses Alinsky-style organizing tactics to advance the doctrines of the religious left.
Physicians for Human Rights: This group is selectively and disproportionately critical of the United States and Israel in its condemnations of human rights violations.
Physicians for Social Responsibility: This is an anti-U.S.-military organization that also embraces the tenets of radical environmentalism.
Planned Parenthood: This group is the largest abortion provider in the United States and advocates taxpayer-funded abortion-on-demand.
Ploughshares Fund: This public grantmaking foundation opposes America’s development of a missile defense system, and contributes to many organizations that are highly critical of U.S. foreign policies and military ventures.
Prepare New York: This group supported the proposed construction of a Muslim Community Center near Ground Zero in lower Manhattan – a project known as the Cordoba Initiative, headed by Imam Feisal Abdul Rauf.
Presidential Climate Action Project: PCAP’s mission is to create a new 21st-century economy, completely carbon-free and based largely on renewable energy. A key advisor to the organization is the revolutionary communist Van Jones.
Prison Moratorium Project: This initiative was created in 1995 for the express purpose of working for the elimination of all prisons in the United States and the release of all inmates. Reasoning from the premise that incarceration is never an appropriate means of dealing with crime, it deems American society’s inherent inequities the root of all criminal behavior.
Progressive Change Campaign Committee: This organization works “to elect bold progressive candidates to federal office and to help [them] and their campaigns save money, work smarter, and win more often.”
Progressive States Network: PSN’s mission is to “pass progressive legislation in all fifty states by providing coordinated research and strategic advocacy tools to forward-thinking state legislators.”
Project Vote: This is the voter-mobilization arm of the Soros-funded ACORN. A persistent pattern of lawlessness and corruption has followed ACORN/Project Vote activities over the years.
Pro Publica: Claiming that “investigative journalism is at risk,” this group aims to remedy this lacuna in news publishing by “expos[ing] abuses of power and betrayals of the public trust by government, business, and other institutions, using the moral force of investigative journalism to spur reform through the sustained spotlighting of wrongdoing.”
Proteus Fund: This foundation directs its philanthropy toward a number of radical leftwing organizations.
Psychologists for Social Responsibility: This anti-capitalist, anti-corporate, anti-military, anti-American organization “uses psychological knowledge and skills to promote peace with social justice at the community, national and international levels.”
Public Citizen Foundation: Public Citizen seeks increased government intervention and litigation against corporations — a practice founded on the notion that American corporations, like the capitalist system of which they are a part, are inherently inclined toward corruption.
Public Justice Center: Viewing America as a nation rife with injustice and discrimination, this organization engages in legislative and policy advocacy to promote “systemic change for the disenfranchised.”
Rebuild and Renew America Now (a.k.a. Unity ’09): Spearheaded by MoveOn.org and overseen by longtime activist Heather Booth, this coalition was formed to facilitate the passage of President Obama’s “historic” $3.5 trillion budget for fiscal year 2010.
Res Publica: Seeking to advance far-left agendas in places all around the world, RP specializes in “E-advocacy,” or web-based movement-building.
Roosevelt Institute: Proceeding from the premise that free-market capitalism is inherently unjust and prone to periodic collapses caused by its own structural flaws, RI currently administers several major projects aimed at reshaping the American economy to more closely resemble a socialist system.
Secretary of State Project: This project was launched in July 2006 as an independent “527” organization devoted to helping Democrats get elected to the office of Secretary of State in selected swing, or battleground, states.
Sentencing Project: Asserting that prison-sentencing patterns are racially discriminatory, this initiative advocates voting rights for felons.
Social Justice Leadership: This organization seeks to transform an allegedly inequitable America into a “just society” by means of “a renewed social-justice movement.”
Shadow Democratic Party: This is an elaborate network of non-profit activist groups organized by George Soros and others to mobilize resources — money, get-out-the-vote drives, campaign advertising, and policy iniatives — to elect Democratic candidates and guide the Democratic Party towards the left.
Sojourners: This evangelical Christian ministry preaches radical leftwing politics. During the 1980s it championed Communist revolution in Central America and chastised U.S. policy-makers for their tendency “to assume the very worst about their Soviet counterparts.” More recently, Sojourners has taken up the cause of environmental activism, opposed welfare reform as a “mean-spirited Republican agenda,” and mounted a defense of affirmative action.
Southern Poverty Law Center: This organization monitors the activities of what it calls “hate groups” in the United States. It exaggerates the prevalence of white racism directed against American minorities.
State Voices: This coalition helps independent local activist groups in 22 states work collaboratively on a year-round basis, so as to maximize the impact of their efforts.
Talking Transition: This was a two-week project launched in early November 2013 to “help shape the transition” to City Hall for the newly elected Democratic mayor of New York, Bill de Blasio.
Think Progress: This Internet blog “pushes back, daily,” by its own account, against its conservative targets, and seeks to transform “progressive ideas into policy through rapid response communications, legislative action, grassroots organizing and advocacy, and partnerships with other progressive leaders throughout the country and the world.”
Thunder Road Group: This political consultancy, in whose creation Soros had a hand, coordinates strategy for the Media Fund, America Coming Together, and America Votes.
Tides Foundation and Tides Center: Tides is a major funder of the radical Left.
U.S. Public Interest Research Group: This is an umbrella organization of student groups that support leftist agendas.
Universal Healthcare Action Network: This organization supports a single-payer health care system controlled by the federal government.
Urban Institute: This research organization favors socialized medicine, expansion of the federal welfare bureaucracy, and tax hikes for higher income-earners.
USAction Education Fund: USAction lists its priorities as: “fighting the right wing agenda”; “building grassroots political power”; winning “social, racial and economic justice for all”; supporting a system of taxpayer-funded socialized medicine; reversing “reckless tax cuts for millionaires and corporations” which shield the “wealthy” from paying their “fair share”; advocating for “pro-consumer and environmental regulation of corporate abuse”; “strengthening progressive voices on local, state and national issues”; and working to “register, educate and get out the vote … [to] help progressives get elected at all levels of government.”
Voter Participation Center: This organization seeks to increase voter turnout among unmarried women, “people of color,” and 18-to-29-year-olds — demographics that are heavily pro-Democrat.
Voto Latino: This group seeks to mobilize Latin-Americans to become registered voters and political activists.
We Are America Alliance: This coalition promotes “increased civic participation by immigrants” in the American political process.
Working Families Party: An outgrowth of the socialist New Party, WFP seeks to help push the Democratic Party toward the left.
World Organization Against Torture: This coalition works closely with groups that condemn Israeli security measures against Palestinian terrorism.
YWCA World Office, Switzerland: The YWCA opposes abstinence education; supports universal access to taxpayer-funded abortion-on-demand; and opposes school vouchers.

B. Organizations that do not receive direct funding from Soros and OSF, but are funded by one or more organizations that do:

Center for Progressive Leadership: Funded by the Soros-bankrolled Democracy Alliance, this anti-capitalist organization is dedicated to training future leftist political leaders.
John Adams Project:This project of the American Civil Liberties Union was accused of: (a) having hired investigators to photograph CIA officers thought to have been involved in enhanced interrogations of terror suspects detained in Guantanamo, and then (b) showing the photos to the attorneys of those suspects, some of whom were senior al-Qaeda operatives.
Moving Ideas Network (MIN): This coalition of more than 250 leftwing activist groups is a partner organization of the Soros-backed Center for American Progress. MIN was originally a project of the Soros-backed American Prospect and, as such, received indirect funding from the Open Society Institute. In early 2006, The American Prospect relinquished control of the Moving Ideas Network.
New Organizing Institute: Created by the Soros-funded MoveOn.org, this group “trains young, technology-enabled political organizers to work for progressive campaigns and organizations.”
Think Progress: This “project” of the American Progress Action Fund, which is a “sister advocacy organization”of the Soros-funded Center for American Progress and Campus Progress, seeks to transform “progressive ideas into policy through rapid response communications, legislative action, grassroots organizing and advocacy, and partnerships with other progressive leaders throughout the country and the world.”
Vote for Change: Coordinated by the political action committee of the Soros-funded MoveOn.org, Vote for Change was a group of 41 musicians and bands that performed concerts in several key election “battleground”states during October 2004, to raise money in support of Democrat John Kerry‘s presidential bid.
Working Families Party: Created in 1998 to help push the Democratic Party toward the left, this front group for the Soros-funded ACORN functions as a political party that promotes ACORN-friendly candidates.

The above 206 organizations are just the Soros-funded groups in America.

And that’s why the evil SOB who looks like a corpse wields so much power and influence.

Some GOP senators want Justice Kennedy to retire so the Supreme Court is a midterms issue

Justices Anthony Kennedy and Ruth Bader Ginsburg are the two oldest sitting judges at the Supreme Court, and Ginsburg has made clear she has no intention of stepping down while President Trump is in office. That makes Kennedy the next probable departure, and several Republican senators told The Hill they hope he steps down by summer so the nomination of his replacement can galvanize the GOP base to retain a Senate majority in the 2018 midterms.

"He's a Republican; his wife's a Republican; his kids are Republican. You'd think he wants his successor to be appointed by a Republican president," said one Senate Republican, who asked not to be named. "The only reason we won the White House and kept the Senate was because of that open Supreme Court seat," the senator added, arguing that the same circumstance could assure victory in 2018.

Sen. Dean Heller (R-Nev.) made similar remarks in a speech earlier this month. But other Republicans, including Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) and Senate Republican Whip John Cornyn (Texas), stressed to The Hill that Kennedy should serve as long as he likes.

Kennedy's office has not commented on potential retirement. And while it is true he was nominated by then-President Ronald Reagan, Kennedy often functions as the court's swing vote, providing a moderation valued by many on the left and right alike.

What Stephen Hawking Couldn’t Unlock About the Mystery of the Cosmos

Hawking made some incredible discoveries over the course of his life but remained ignorant about the mysteries of the universe.

After world-renowned physicist Stephen Hawking died last week at the age of 76, there was an outpouring of positive remarks by commentators, politicians and celebrities from all over the world. People universally praised Hawking and unanimously agreed that he was one of the world’s most brilliant minds. But even though Hawking studied the universe for the majority of his life, he was unable to unlock the greatest mysteries of the cosmos.

Hawking was born in Oxford, England, in the early 1940s. His mother was a medical research secretary and his father was a research biologist. Hawking first attended University College–Oxford where he studied physics and chemistry. He went on to study cosmology at the University of Cambridge.

It was during this time in his early 20s that he was diagnosed with a rare motor neuron disease called amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (als). The disease causes the death of neurons that control muscle movement, causing Hawking’s muscles to shut down. Doctors gave him only a few years to live. Though he lived far longer, his illness confined him to a wheelchair and he was unable to speak without a voice synthesizer.

Hawking certainly accomplished a lot over the course of his lifetime. Most people know him for his work in cosmology, general relativity, quantum gravity and black holes. He also wrote 15 books—his most popular being A Brief History of Time, which was published in 1988 and sold over 10 million copies.

When he died on March 14, the world heaped all kinds of praise on him, saying things like: “he was utterly remarkable,” a “brilliant mind,” “a rock star scientist,” “a visionary scientist,” “he transformed our view of the universe,” and “the world loses one of its greatest minds and its most famous scientist.”

cnn wrote that he was “considered by many to be the world’s greatest living scientist.”

Physicist Roger Penrose, who worked with Hawking, wrote in Guardian that Hawking was “the brightest star in the firmament of science, whose insights shaped modern cosmology and inspired global audiences in the millions” (emphasis added throughout).

Astrophysicist Neil DeGrasse Tyson tweeted, “His passing has left an intellectual vacuum in his wake.”

Even politicians weighed in.

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi tweeted: “Professor Stephen Hawking was an outstanding scientist and academic. His grit and tenacity inspired people all over the world. His demise is anguishing. Professor Hawking’s pioneering work made our world a better place.”

British Prime Minister Theresa May said Professor Hawking “was a brilliant and extraordinary mind—one of the great scientists of his generation. His courage, humor and determination to get the most from life was an inspiration. His legacy will not be forgotten.”

Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn even weighed in, saying, “Stephen Hawking inspired the world with his determination to explain the mysteries of the cosmos.”

British astronaut Tim Peake said, “He inspired generations to look beyond our own blue planet and expand our understanding of the universe. His personality and genius will be sorely missed. My thoughts are with his family.”

With the disadvantages that Hawking had physically, the way that he pushed himself in the scientific community certainly is a remarkable side to this story. But there is a lot Mr. Hawking did not know about the universe.

In a ted Talk from several years ago, Hawking explained some of his conclusions regarding the universe: “The universe can spontaneously create itself out of nothing.”

Further on he said, “Are we alone or is there other life in the universe? We believe that life rose spontaneously on the Earth, so it must be possible for life to appear on other suitable planets of which there seem to be a large number in the galaxy. But we don’t know how life first appeared.”

After all those years studying the cosmos, these were Hawking’s conclusions: The universe created itself and life spontaneously arose on the Earth.

What does God say about that kind of reasoning? What does the Bible say about individuals who conclude that the universe sprung into existence without a great Creator God making it?

God says, “The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God” (Psalm 14:1).

The Psalm continues, “The Lord looked down from heaven upon the children of men, to see if there were any that did understand, and seek God. They are all gone aside, they are all together become filthy: there is none that doeth good, no, not one” (verses 2-3).

This is God’s assessment of mankind’s “progress.” Look at the world! Of course, there have been stunning advancements in the world of science and technology in the past century. But we have drifted further from God. And because of that, this world is not getting better! It’s getting much worse.

In a Trumpet article from 2006 titled “Religion—and the True Faith,” the late Ron Fraser referred to a piece by British historian Paul Johnson. In his piece, Johnson wrote about a tvinterview where Hawking was asked, “What existed before the universe began?” Hawking’s reply was, “That’s a meaningless question.”

Don’t even ask that question, he said. There is no sense in even asking it!

Johnson responded: “No question is meaningless if it is prompted by a genuine thirst for knowledge.” He said, “Physicists expect us to believe their claim … that not merely something but everything was created out of nothing, thus breaking the fundamental law of physics.”

To say that something was created out of nothing breaks their own fundamental law!

“[T]hey fear that trying to answer [questions about what happened before the ‘Big Bang,’] or admitting that they are meaningful, will involve them in debate about the three-letter word which, to them, is the final obscenity—G-O-D,” wrote Johnson.

Scientists today consider this subject to be so far out, so outlandish and crazy that it’s not even up for debate!

But contrast this modern, scientific mind with some of the “fathers of science,” such as Copernicus, Kepler, Galileo and Newton who all used science to learn more about the Great Designer behind the universe—the great Creator God!

For example, Nicolaus Copernicus said, “The search for the mechanism of the universe, wrought for us by a supremely good and orderly Creator—the system the best and most orderly artist of all framed for our sake.’”

These scientific minds from centuries past were driven by the quest to get a glimpse of the mind of God! They didn’t have all the answers of course, but at least they believed in a Creator God!

The Bible has thorough and detailed explanations for the universe, its origin, and even what happened before God brought it all into existence.

Most Americans Believe ‘Deep State’ Secretly Runs the Country

Public trust in government institutions is falling fast.

A supermajority of Americans believes a group of unelected government and military officials secretly runs the United States, according to a Monmouth University poll published on March 19. Pollsters found that 63 percent of the 803 respondents were unfamiliar with the term “Deep State,” but when told that it referred to the “existence of a group of unelected government and military officials who secretly manipulate or direct national policy,” most agreed that the Deep State exists.

Only 27 percent of respondents said the Deep State “definitely exists,” but 47 percent said it “probably exists.” Assuming this poll is representative of the U.S. population, it means 3 out of 4 Americans believe that elected representatives of the people are not truly governing the country. This issue is not politically partisan. Pollsters found 59 percent of Democrats, 59 percent of Republicans, and 62 percent of Independents agree that appointed officials have too much power in the government.

“This is a worrisome finding. The strength of our government relies on public faith in protecting our freedoms, which is not particularly robust. And it’s not a Democratic or Republican issue. These concerns span the political spectrum,” said Patrick Murray, director of the independent Monmouth University Polling Institute.

The same poll estimated that 8 in 10 Americans believe the government spies on the activities of American citizens. Public trust in government institutions is plummeting. This trend is troubling, but there are legitimate reasons for people to be worried about government overreach.

While the country’s population has increased 80-fold since the U.S. Constitution was ratified in 1787, the size of the executive branch has exploded to almost 3,000 times its original size. In 1790, there were about 1,000 nonmilitary workers in the executive branch. Today, there are well over 2 million nonmilitary civil servants in the executive branch—spread across 15 departments, 69 agencies and 383 nonmilitary subcommittees.

While these employees technically answer to the U.S. president, there are far too many of them for one man to effectively manage. That is why new presidents often find themselves in conflict with “deep state” operatives appointed by their predecessor. An administrative state of sprawling departments and agencies is starting to act like a fourth branch of government; a branch that arguably has a larger impact on American citizens than the other three branches combined. No wonder so many people are concerned.

In this environment, where people lose faith in government institutions, many join radical groups like Antifa and the Democratic Socialists of America, which want to replace, rewrite or ignore the Constitution. Others buy guns and join militias in an attempt to defend the Constitution. As these trends continue to unfold, tensions are building and the rule of law is breaking down.

But protests and armed resistance are not real solutions. Government corruption and declining trust in its institutions are symptoms of a greater sickness in the nation. The Prophet Isaiah wrote about the spiritual sickness that besets a nation that turns away from God. “Ah sinful nation, a people laden with iniquity, a seed of evildoers, children that are corrupters: they have forsaken the Lord, they have provoked the Holy One of Israel unto anger, they are gone away backward. Why should ye be stricken any more? ye will revolt more and more: the whole head is sick, and the whole heart faint” (Isaiah 1:4-5).

More and more Americans are realizing that the government is sick and the nation is faint, but too few are willing to consider what the Bible has to say about the root cause of this condition. God does not put the primary blame on political leaders the way many political commentators do. In the end, America’s problems are actually correction from God to help people see their sins and repent. All Americans must come to realize that only Jesus Christ can solve the serious problems in their government!

The U.S. Federal Trade Commission is investigating whether Cambridge Analytica’s use of the personal data from 50 million Facebook users violated a consent decree the tech company signed with the company in 2011 before the 2016 election.

The Obama Campaign and Hillary Campaign also used Facebook and social media data to target voters in 2012 and 2016.

Carol Davidson, a former Barack Obama campaign official, admitted that the 2012 campaign led Facebook to “suck out the whole social graph” and target potential voters. They would then use that data to do things like appending their email lists.

Senate conservatives fuming over $1.3 trillion funding bill

Conservative senators are fuming over a mammoth government funding bill, raising questions about how soon the chamber will be able to vote on the measure.

The $1.3 trillion legislation passed the House early Thursday afternoon, sending it to the Senate less than 36 hours before funding is set to expire.

GOP leadership wants to pass the bill on Thursday, allowing lawmakers to leave as scheduled for a two-week recess.

But key holdouts are remaining mum on whether or not they'll allow for a quick vote.

Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.), the senator viewed as most likely to force a brief partial closure, has yet to announce his plans despite constant peppering by reporters.

"Well, here it is, all 2,232 budget-busting pages. The House already started votes on it. The Senate is expected to soon. No one has read it. Congress is broken," Paul tweeted on Thursday, along with a photo of himself looking unamused as he held the omnibus.

Paul antagonized his colleagues last month when he forced a brief, hours-long shutdown after leadership refused to give him a vote on an amendment to cut government spending. But Paul isn't the only senator playing coy about their intentions. GOP Sen. John Kennedy (R-La.) told reporters that he hasn't made a decision about if he would slowly walk the legislation. "I don't know yet. I don't even know what's in the thing" he said, adding that the legislative process "sucks." "This is a great Dane-sized whiz down the leg of every taxpayer," he said. The conservative backlash isn't expected to block the Senate from ultimately passing the bill. But it could kick the Senate's debate into Friday or even force a brief lapse in government funding. Under Senate rules, the earliest the Senate could take an initial vote on the omnibus bill is early Saturday, roughly an hour after the midnight deadline. If they want to speed up the votes they'll need the consent of every senator. GOP leadership is hoping they'll be able to set up a vote for Thursday.

"If I had to guess I would guess it would be before we leave today, though I don't know what that means. ... It could be two in the morning; it could be 8 p.m.," Sen. Roy Blunt (R-Mo.) said.

But Blunt added he didn't know if Paul would let them speed up the votes, adding "hopefully he had time to make the point he wanted to make three weeks ago."

Sen. John Cornyn (R-Texas) added that the Senate could vote on Thursday but noted any senator could block that.

Fiscal hawks have balked over the funding bill and blasted leadership for giving them only a matter of days to digest the legislation before bringing it up for a vote.

Sen. Bob Corker (R-Tenn.), who will oppose the funding bill, described himself as "discouraged" and chided his colleagues over a "lack of responsibility."

"This is one of the most grotesque pieces of legislation I can remember," he said.

We very well knew that the globalist, the deep state cabal is now acting gloves off. Media matters founded in 2004 and funded by Soros, belongs to David Brock, the ex-boyfriend of James Alefantis; AKA Jimmy Comet, the famous star of Hillary Clinton’s email scandal. He has a close relationship with the Rothschilds and is an A-list fixed party guest on the list of all names involved in the HRC ’email-scandal. Media Matters is a nonprofit, tax-exempt organization which is violating the nonprofit code of conduct.

Well, another Trump-Russia collusion hoax-peddler from another leftist media rag is out with another spacious, conclusory attempt to reinforce yet another bunch of Schiff floated downstream by House Intelligence Committee Democrats in the form of a 10-page “rebuttal” memo replete with all kinds of clever stories and, as expected, absolutely ZERO evidence to support anything in the Democrats’ ceaseless carousel of phony allegations against the president and his 2016 campaign.

This time the designated Trump-Russia collusion conspiracy theorist is an actual creature of the Beltway Swamp, where democracy goes to be thwarted by “Democrats.” But to call the duplicitous Trump-deranged neo-liberal Washington Post warmongress-in-chief Jennifer Rubin a ‘conspiracy theorist’ would be a terrible insult to that moniker, even as a CIA-invented pejorative.

After reading Rubin’s flimsy attempt bolster the Democrats’ Schiffy, heavily-redacted memo the term conspiracy fantasist is far more fitting. Rubin’s brand of conspiracy-peddling follows the modus operandi of the Clinton spinmeisters who manufacture intrigue and fabricate complexities to cleverly if cynically, insinuate their seething ulterior animus into the public discourse surrounding any controversial issue or contentious question.

Rubin is one of the phoniest of all phony fake news poseurs who would never be accused of trying to inform or explain or illuminate. Quite to the contrary, Rubin’s raison d’etre is to disinform, confuse and obfuscate, so she can capitalize as thoroughly as possible at every turn (including every “Right Turn”) on the rotten fruits of her underhanded literary machinations.

Just like that of her fellow travelers in the fascist left’s pseudo-intelligentsia, Rubin’s aggressive casuistry is conscious and purposeful, serving as both a tactic and a tool.

Create confusion, exploit confusion. Divert and distract from the simple, obvious truth of the matter by concocting complicated, convoluted conspiracy claims that conveniently dovetail with ulterior partisan and ideological motives, while providing cheap cover for more deception, disinformation and defamation.

Rubin’s cursory memo on the Memo is weak sauce, rich with irony coming from someone whose entire political identity is itself a cynical fraud. Rubin’s Washington Compost blog is laughably called “Right Turn” and purports to offer “reported opinion from a conservative perspective.” Rubin’s “conservative perspective” is on par with Sasquatch. We’ve all heard that Bigfoot exists, but who among has every actually seen one?

Prior to her arrival to the Swamp with her carpetbag full of authoritarian statist bromides, ready to launch her illustrious career as a shrill militarist described as “conservative” by everyone except, you know, actual conservatives, Rubin was a failed left coast “labor and employment” lawyer who followed seven years of indoctrination at U.C. Berkeley (undergraduate and law school) with a 20 year stint in L.A. shilling for Big Corporate Hollywood.

This is not to say that someone with a “conservative” pedigree on par with Jane Fonda’s is incapable of being cured of her leftist lunacy. Yes, miracles happen. But it has been more than a decade of (actual) conservatives’ having to suffer false association with Rubin’s dubious opinion columns that one of her WaPo colleagues described as “at best … political pornography” before suggesting Rubin be canned “not because she’s conservative, but because she’s just plain bad.” Given that Rubin is actively in bed with the worst of the worst of far-left Democrat deceivers, it is long past time for Rubin and her Bezos Post puppetmasters to finally drop this offensive charade and cease and desist from any further false claims that Rubin is anything remotely resembling a conservative.

Like David Brooks and Bill Kristol, Rubin is a darling of the leftist media establishment because as a counterfeit conservative she serves the function of either embarrassing conservatives with her strident warmongering or teeing up the opportunity for her leftist cronies to mischaracterize real conservatives as somehow extreme or unreasonable when compared to Rubin’s much more acceptable-to-leftists (i.e. counterfeit) rendition of conservatism. All the better if Rubin simply goes on the attack against real conservatives, as suits her fancy.

The WaPo and its crony fascist hierarchy, like all left-bent corporate media, likes their conservatives like they like their news: FAKE. Unfortunately for Rubin and the continued viability of her long standing ruse as an impostor conservative, her compulsion to attack those not aligned with her big government proclivities and global interventionist militarism has escalated into an unhinged obsession as it concerns anything and everything Trump.

Consistent with her enamor for Mitt Romney, Rubin is an evangelical never-Trumper whose seething hatred for our president…for HER president…is so intense in both word and deed that she is now effectively-indistinguishable from the worst of the unhinged Democrats in Congress.

In other words, Rubin has finally become her true self, showing her true colors as a disingenuous quisling that neither leftists nor conservatives can credibly suggest is an actual conservative.

So it is just another bonus benefit of the Donald Trump presidency that his mere existence in that office has forced the permanent, involuntary unmasking of a longtime ideological grifter who has consistently been a willing tool of the most ardent enemies of all things conservative.

Returning to the Democrats’ ‘much memo about nothing’ with all its Schiffty hedges and dodges and hair-splitting sophistry, it is quite clear that Rubin’s attempt to declare victory, and somehow breathe life back into the same discredited narrative the Democrat distractionists have been pushing since the summer of 2016, is not a sign of its strength, but its weakness.

Were the memo anything close to as persuasive or dispositive as the Schiff wagon has been busy for the last 48 hours clattering around the Hill to proclaim, certainly Ms. Rubin would not have saw any need to spend her Saturday cobbling together such a sloppy, wishful declaration of its success as a Democrat counterpunch.

Without getting into Rubin’s cherry-picking around the memo’s rather-scatterbrained contents to prop up the steaming pile of Schiff that it is, I will simply address Rubin’s deceitful attempt to bring me into her fantasy narrative. Specifically Rubin wrote:

The memo also states that “Russian agents previewed their hack and dissemination of stolen emails.” Was this a heads-up to Roger Stone? If they were previewing the email release to anyone associated with the Trump campaign, that surely constitutes collusion by anyone’s definition.

Rubin really shows her smarmy leftist lawyer-liar chops with this little-cherry-picked tidbit. The actual memo section from which Rubin lifts this single sentence about Russians “previewing their hack and dissemination of stolen emails” is as follows:

Now, I can certainly concede that this memo contains a good bit of language and syntax that are exactly what one would expect from a bunch of sleazy partisan lawyers on a mission to manipulate and obfuscate details with confused or confusing phrases and sentence construction. I must admit, even a Berkeley-trained lawyer who worked for Harvey Weinstein’s cronies for 20 years would, as I did, ask themselves what the hell that sentence even means, specifically.

Rubin, of course, like a good leftist ambulance-chaser, is not one to let the sloppy, Schiffty drafting by her fellow lawyer scum stand in the way of using it in just as deceitfully as it was intended to be. There is NOTHING in that sentence or paragraph that makes it anything but unclear as to what is even meant by “previewing”, nor how one can preview a “hack and dissemination”, versus previewing documents themselves.

Nor do I understand at all what Miss Rubin means by her own sloppy, inarticulate drafting of her comment: “was this a heads-up to Roger Stone?”

What exactly the hell do you mean, Jenny?? A heads-up? From whom? To whom? How?? Please feel free to email me to let me know what exactly you are suggesting.

In the meantime, permit me to set your confused fake news brain right on this question. I will repeat what I have stated verbally and in print, repeatedly, over and over and over, including under oath before your soul-sister Schiff and the entire House Intelligence Committee: I have NEVER had any contacts with any Russians in any way whatsoever having anything to do with my work for the Trump Campaign or any campaign or any business or professional or even personal undertaking, EVER.

I did not have and have never had access to, or possession of, any leaked materials, hacked or otherwise, from any source, by any means other than what has been published openly on the interent, i.e. any view I had of any materials of any kind from any source by any means was from the same place that anyone else in the general public would find and access them on the internet.

No Russian intelligence “preview”, no “heads-up”, no Russian collusion, nothing that would ever validate or even come close to resembling your demented defamatory delusions. Period.

You have now been warned that your fake navel-gazing comment, and any other like it, suggesting or speculating or wondering aloud in a manner that casts me in a false light and attempts to imply that I participated in any activities with any Russians for any reason, is purposefully-defamatory and flat-out deceitful.

Kindly cease and desist and, if at all possible, please consider going back to where you most belong: chained to a desk in the bowels of some degenerate Hollywood sweat shop for 3rd-rate lawyers…

CA Law Promoting Abortion Is So Disturbing Even Justice Kagan Slammed It

Liberal Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan cast doubt on the constitutionality of a California law forcing pro-life clinics to promote abortions in their facilities.

During oral arguments on Tuesday at the high court, Kagan said the Reproductive FACT Act — signed into law by Gov. Jerry Brown in 2015 — looked “gerrymandered” to target pro-life crisis pregnancy centers and the conservative majority, and other liberal justices appeared to agree.

Some of these Christian-based facilities brought suit against the state of California in National Institute of Family and Life Advocates v. Becerra, saying the new law violates their First Amendment free speech rights.

The FACT Act requires pregnancy counseling clinics to post notices that patients might be eligible for free or discounted abortions

The law appeared to be directed at facilities that morally disagree with abortion.

“If it has been gerrymandered, that’s a serious issue,” said Kagan, who was appointed by President Barack Obama to the Supreme Court in 2010.

But even Justice Elena Kagan seemed troubled by idea that this California law, as drafted, is "gerrymandered" to target crisis pregnancy centers specifically.

The Associated Press reported that the court — including other liberal justices — was “skeptical” about the FACT Act.

The conservative 5-4 majority “signaled sympathy toward the Christian-based facilities,” according to the AP.

“Even some of the liberal justices voiced concern over parts of the law during an hour-long argument in an appeal by a group of non-profit facilities called crisis pregnancy centers of a lower court ruling upholding the Democratic-backed 2015 law,” the news organization added.

California Deputy Solicitor General Joshua A. Klein said during oral arguments his state was only “promoting informed choice” for pregnant women, The Washington Post reported.

Alliance Defending Freedom President Michael Farris — who is representing the pro-life facilities — said the law violates the First Amendment by targeting “disfavored speakers.”

The pro-life group Susan B. Anthony List was heartened by what happened at the Supreme Court on Tuesday.

“It was encouraging to see that most if not all of the Justices recognized that the California Act targeted ProLife pregnancy centers,” attorney Dorinda Bordlee said in a statement to The Western Journal. Bordlee is senior counsel with the Bioethics Defense Fund, which filed a brief in the case on behalf of the Susan B. Anthony List.

“Justice Kennedy observed that the law created an ‘undue burden’ that justifies it being invalidated,” Bordlee continued. “And Justice Kagan could not seem to get a coherent answer from the California counsel on why the state ‘gerrymandered’ the ProLife pregnancy centers without requiring other health centers to post the free abortion notice.”

Americans United For Life President Catherine Glenn Foster shared these views telling WJ, “The California law at issue in this case is gerrymandered on its face because its exceptions exclude all facilities except pro-life pregnancy care centers.”

She added, “Justice Kennedy’s response was emphatic: ‘I don’t need a [trial] to tell me what a billboard is.’”

Both pro-life and pro-abortion rights groups demonstrated outside the Supreme Court during oral arguments.

Hillary slips, nearly falls down stairs in India

Twice-failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s mind isn’t the only part of her that seems unbalanced these days. Sure, Clinton has accomplished her share of intellectual blunders of late — such as when she told an audience in India that women failed to vote for her in 2016 because of “ongoing pressure” from their husbands and bosses.

But for every social faux pas committed by the former secretary of state, Clinton proves that she would have been the clumsiest commander-in-chief to occupy the Oval Office. In fact, after a recent series of stumbles during the same India trip, Clinton’s lack of balance has both her loyalists and detractors worried about the state of her physical health.

India tripped

Even with the help of two escorts whose arms she grasped with white knuckles, Clinton couldn’t seem to stay upright for long as she descended a set of stone steps in India. A video provided by the American Mirror captured the entire embarrassing display.

While enjoying a “girls trip” to India with some of her closest friends, the misstep occurred, although the trip appeared to ultimately constitute the international leg of her post-election blame-all.

Speaking to a business conclave sponsored by India Today in Mumbai, Clinton pointed out the red section of the U.S. electoral map without hiding her disgust:

So I won the places that are optimistic, diverse, dynamic, moving forward. And [Donald Trump’s] whole campaign – “Make America Great Again” was looking backwards.

Later, Clinton made national headlines when, during a Q&A, she explained why Democrats were losing the female vote:

And part of that is an identification with the Republican Party and a sort of ongoing pressure to vote the way that your husband, your boss, your son, whoever believes you should.

Poor health?

Clinton just can’t seem to stay on her feet for very long, prompting some to assume that she may be suffering from some health problems. Twitter users held nothing back after viewing the clip, brutally condemning the Democrat:

Since the election, Clinton has been recorded several times fighting to stay upright. Following a 9/11 memorial, Clinton was spotted collapsing on a curb as Secret Service agents helped her into a nearby van. Former President Bill Clinton has also admitted that his wife has “fainted on more than one occasion.”

When she finally reached the safety of the bottom of the stairs, Clinton quickly removed her shoes — as if the flat-toed sandals she was wearing as the culprit.

Besides, a host of other pedestrians in similar footwear followed Clinton’s descent without so much as a half-step or stumble.

Friend, and co-conspirator Huma Abedin, obediently proceeded down the steps behind Clinton in a short dress and tennis shoes, absentmindedly toying with what appeared to be a phone or camera, yet walking calmly down the stairs just like the crowd of onlookers behind her.
Ultimately, Clinton paid for her vindictive blame-casting with a bit of ill fortune in the land where karma is a central tenet of practicing Hindus.

As they say: “what goes around comes around.” Additionally, “what goes up, must come down.”

Oh, how low Clinton has fallen …

FAKE EVIDENCE

With regards to the Mueller ‘investigation’ of President Trump, I have been asking for quite awhile: “How is conducting an investigation based upon fake evidence legal?” Thus far, I haven’t received even a mediocre reply or one that resembles a modicum of logic. Others merely try to change the subject.

§ 600.1 Grounds for appointing a Special Counsel—states:

“The Attorney General, or in cases in which the Attorney General is recused, the Acting Attorney General, will appoint a Special Counsel when he or she determines that criminal investigation of a person or matter is warranted and - (a) That investigation or prosecution of that person or matter by a United States Attorney’s Office or litigating Division of the Department of Justice would present a conflict of interest for the Department or other extraordinary circumstances; and (b) That under the circumstances, it would be in the public interest to appoint an outside Special Counsel to assume responsibility for the matter.”

Criminal investigation or a counterintelligence investigation?

Counterintelligence (CI) investigations are conducted to prove or disprove an allegation of espionage or other intelligence activities, such as sabotage, assassination, or other national security crimes conducted by or on behalf of a foreign government, organization, or person or international terrorists.

A criminal investigation is an official effort to uncover information about a crime. There are generally three ways that a person can be brought to justice for a criminal act.

Weren’t we told at the beginning of this whole process that it wasn’t a criminal investigation but, it was a counterintelligence investigation?

It seemed to switch very quickly from a faux ‘counterintelligence’ mode to criminal…didn’t it? I strongly suspect—as do many other US citizens—that the original investigation was a huge ruse, as a counterintelligence investigation does not require nor even investigate a crime.

It also appears to neither require nor allow the appointment of any “Special Counsel”; a counsel who is only to address criminal investigations.

Furthermore—and despite this sleight of hand delivered by Deputy USAG Rosenstein to switch from counterintelligence to criminal—even if Special Counsel Mueller is now addressing a criminal investigation, under the law a crime must be identified before the investigation may proceed. To date, no original crime to begin a criminal investigation has ever been identified.

Shall we count how many apparent illegalities that have been engaged in by Deputy AG Rosenstein and Special Counsel and former FBI head Robert Mueller…thus far?

Then, on top of these “irregularities,” Mr. Mueller and his crew of (at least one of whom is as unsavory character as may exist) attorneys are now on a full-fledged leaping and diving fishing expedition in search of a crime against Trump and everyone who works for him

So…now we have the ruse of an investigation that began as counterintelligence and almost immediately switched to a criminal investigation, which requires the identification of a crime.

Gee…did Rosenstein, and Mueller just forget? Very doubtful. Were we-the-people not supposed to notice the man behind the curtain and all of his tricks, machinations and misdirections? I think we were!

Oh…and what about Mueller using the fake created-out-of-whole-cloth ‘dossier’ to both help the DNC and Hillary Clinton win the US presidency and…as the central product to obtain a FISA warrant to surveil candidate and now President Trump and his team? We still don’t know whether or not FISC Judge Contreras knew the dossier was false or not. However, we do know that he was courted by FBI employees Peter Strzok and his paramour Lisa Page; both of whom—along with their other 7th floor colleagues—hold a deep-seated hated for candidate and now President Trump.

So…we have a Special Counsel who was appointed to investigate ‘counterintelligence’—which is not an SC’s purview—so that a crime would not be identified, we have the SC along with the Deputy US AG changing the investigation to criminal—but never identifying the crime—and basing the counterintelligence-turned-criminal on a “fishing expedition’ to find a crime—which SCOTUS has said is a “no-no” And with the FBI, DOJ and Hillary Clinton campaign conspiring together to have Hillary elected and to destroy Donald J. Trump.

And one additional item—and there are many…many more with new ones cropping up almost daily. We even have a former FBI Director Andrew McCabe (demoted then fired for lying under oath) having put together an “insurance policy” with Strzok and Page to destroy Trump should he win the US presidency! Wow! These are your tax $Dollars at work.

This saga seems to have no end and there seem to be almost too many felonies and misdemeanors than one can track. But, maybe one of you can help. My question is still: “How is Conducting an Investigation Based upon Fake Evidence Legal?” I don’t think it is. And if it isn’t, it’s a crime to have begun an investigation at all. Fake “evidence” to “get” someone you hate is 3rd world “justice.”

In my humble opinion, Mueller has been working illegally on this since its inception and appears to be dragging it out to influence the 2018 election in the DNC’s favor. Therefore, none of his findings are—legally—likely admissible in any court in the USA. So, “How is Conducting an Investigation

Based on Fake Evidence Legal?”
