Bizar de calda pentru o toamna tarzie. Imi voi aduce aminte toata viata. De lumina aparte, oprita&amp;nbsp;de zgarie nori. De taxiurile galbene, de oamenii grabiti si de linistea din parcuri. De orasul in care m-am simtit bine de la inceput.&amp;nbsp;De acel sentiment de regasire a unui loc pe care nu il mai vizitasem decat in gand. La care am sperat, ca tot romanul, ani de zile. &lt;u&gt;Preparare&lt;/u&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Puneti ingredientele in masina de paine, folositi programul de framantat (doua ore si douazeci de minute).&lt;br /&gt;
Intre timp topiti untul pe foc, lasati- l sa se raceasca. Amestecati,&amp;nbsp;intr-un al doilea vas, zaharul pudra, scortisoara si cele doua lingurite de cacao. &lt;br /&gt;
Cand masina de paine s-a oprit, scoateti aluatul si&amp;nbsp;framantati-l cateva secunde. Taiati apoi bucati de forma unei cirese, dati-le o forma rotunda si treceti-le prin unt si apoi prin&amp;nbsp;umplutura. Puneti-le una langa alta intr-o forma de chec. Formele nu trebuie neaparat sa aiba aceeasi marime insa aveti grija ca straturile din tava sa fie egale, astfel incat briosa sa se tina bine.&lt;br /&gt;
Lasati briosa la crescut pana isi dubleaza volumul. Preincalziti cuptorul la 180°C. Puneti briosa la copt timp de 30 de minute.&lt;br /&gt;

Puneti cratita pe foc mic, amestecati tot timpul pana cand crema incepe sa fiarba si se ingroasa. Stingeti focul, lasati crema sa se raceasca fara sa o puneti la frigider. Amestecati din cand in cand.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Amestecati untul cu o lingura de lemn pana obtineti o pasta. Incorporati untul in crema racita lingura cu lingura. Amestecati indelung dupa fiecare lingura de unt. Adaugati cele 5 linguri de cognac si amestecati din nou. Puneti crema la rece.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: #006600;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Bateti galbenusurile cu zaharul. Bateti albusurile spuma. Topiti untul si lasati-l la racit.Adaugati faina si si untul la galbenusuri. Adaugati apoi usor si albusurile. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Preincalziti cuptorul la 180°C. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Varsati aluatul intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt. Puneti tava la copt timp de 12 minute. Rasturnati foaia peste un prosop uscat pe care ati presarat putin zahar pudra. Rulati foaia cu tot cu prosop si lasati-o sa se raceasca. Derulati-o cand s-a racit si insiropati-o cu cognac. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Intindeti trei sferturi din crema peste foaie, presarati cirese si coaja de portocale, rulati si puneti prajitura la rece timp de o ora. In fiecare saptamana a acestui an mi-am pus intrebarea daca mai pot sa mai scriu pe acest blog. Din lipsa de timp. M-am decis de zeci de ori sa il inchid si apoi am revenit. Asa cum revii acasa. La mine, la voi. 300 de abonati si, de curand, o mie de cititori pe zi, e enorm pentru mine, pentru un blog de duminica, pentru un blog simplu, facut de cineva care doreste sa invete sa gateasca. Multumesc mult de tot pentru fiecare cuvant citit, mesaj lasat, gand impartit cu mine. Multumesc pentru dorinta voasta de a reveni aici, din cand in cand. Va doresc tot binele din lume si va las cu o crema verde, plina de vitamine pentru cateva zile. In timpul acesta eu...eu plec acasa, la ai mei. &lt;em&gt;Am auzit ca a nins si e frumos afara&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;

3 dovlecei mijlocii&lt;br /&gt;
1 broccoli&lt;br /&gt;
2 catei de usturoi&lt;br /&gt;
1 l supa&lt;br /&gt;
1 lingura de ulei&lt;br /&gt;
100 g smantana&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Spalati bine dovleceii, indepartati cotorul, taiati-i felii. Spalati broccoli, rupeti-l in bucati mici. Curatati usturoiul. &lt;br /&gt;
Incingeti uleiul in oala, adaugati usturoiul, lasati-l pana devine transparent. Adaugati legumele, amestecati bine si lasati-le timp de 3 minute. Adaugati supa si lasati sa fiarba 25 de minute. Stingeti focul, adaugati smantana, sare si piper. Mixati sau pasati supa. Serviti. Decorati cu putina smantana si suc de rosii. &lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;Ingrediente&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br /&gt;
500 g faina pentru paine &lt;br /&gt;
100 g cereale (mac, seminte de floarea soarelui, dovleac, susan, etc.) &lt;br /&gt;
50 g cereale (aceleasi, pentru decor) &lt;br /&gt;
300&amp;nbsp;ml apa &lt;br /&gt;
1 lingura ulei&lt;br /&gt;
1,5 lingurite sare &lt;br /&gt;
10 g drojdie uscata &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Preparare&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br /&gt;
Varsati in cuva masinii apa rece, uleiul, sarea, faina, drojdia. Alegeti programul aluat (2H20 pentru mine).&amp;nbsp; Adaugati cerealele in timpul programului.&lt;br /&gt;
Scoateti aluatul din masina. Lasati-l 5 minute sub un servet uscat. Impartiti-l in bucati de 65 g. Dati forma de chifle. &lt;br /&gt;
Puneti restul de cereale intr-o farfurie adanca. Intr-o alta farfurie turnati putina apa. &lt;br /&gt;
Treceti partea de sus a chiflei prin apa si apoi prin cereale.&lt;br /&gt;
Lasati chiflele sa creasca (cam jumatate de ora sau pana isi dubleaza volumul). Preincalziti cuptorul la 220°C. Puneti in cuptor un vas cu apa calda. Micsorati temperatura la 200°C si puneti chiflele la copt pentru 20 de minute.&lt;br /&gt;

Adaugati lingurile de cacao. Amestecati usor. Adaugati smantana si untul topit si racit. Amestecati din nou timp de 1 minut. Varsati intr-o forma de chec. Puneti forma la cuptor timp de aproximativ 45 minute.&lt;br /&gt;

Spalati bine merele. Decojiti-le folosindu-va de un cutit de curatat fructele sau legumele. Infasurati coaja in jurul ei, pana ii dati forma de trandafir. Fixati fiecare trandafir in caramel. Incepeti cu marginile si continuati pana ati acoperit toata suprafata. Presarati zahar pudra.&lt;/div&gt;

Amestecati faina cu praful de copt. Adaugati zaharul, untul topit si racit si, apoi, iaurtul. Amestecati pana obtineti un aluat, nu mai mult de 1-2 minute.&lt;/div&gt;

Intindeti aluatul, taiati-l in triunghiuri. Veti obtine cam 6 - 8 bucati, in functie de marimea dorita. Puneti cate&amp;nbsp;o lingurita de Nutella la baza fiecarui triunghi apoi rulati. &amp;nbsp;Asezati-le intr-o tava antiadeziva. Puneti tava la cuptor 20 de minute. Lasati cornurile la racit, presarati zahar pudra si serviti. Sunt foarte fragede si se pastreaza bine 2-3 zile intr-o cutie metalica. &lt;/div&gt;

Incingeti uleiul, adaugati ceapa taiata marunt. Dupa cateva minute adaugati celelalte legume. Lasati-le sa se inmoaie 5 minute amestecand din cand in cand. Stingeti cu sucul de portocale.&lt;br /&gt;
Lasati sa fiarba 5 minute si adaugati supa de legume. Fierbeti o jumatate de ora sau pana cand morcovii s-au patruns. Stingeti focul, adaugati smantana si mixati totul cu un robot plonjor. Serviti.&lt;br /&gt;

cimbru sau paprika sau coaja de lamaie rasa&lt;br /&gt;

Puneti intr-un robot pestele, ceapa, painea, mararul si uleiul. Mixati bine. Adaugati oul,1-2 linguri de faina si sare. Formati chiftele, adaugati putina faina daca vi se pare ca chiftelele nu se tin bine. &lt;br /&gt;
Taiati rosiile, ceapa si usturoiul bucati mici. Incingeti uleiul, adaugati ceapa, usturoiul. Dupa cateva minute adaugati rosiile. Lasati rosiile sa fiarba pe foc mic 15 minute. Adaugati chiftelele si putina apa, daca aveti nevoie.Lasati cratita pe foc 30-40 de minute. Adaugati apa, din cand in cand. Amestecati usor. La sfarsit adaugati cimbru sau paprika sau coaja de lamaie rasa. Serviti cu orez sau paste.&lt;br /&gt;

1/2 lingurita de bicarbonat de sodiu&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 lingurita de praf de copt&lt;br /&gt;
1 lingurita extract de vanilie&lt;br /&gt;
1 1/2 lingurita de ness instant&lt;br /&gt;
200 g ciocolata taiata bucati mici&lt;br /&gt;
50 g de nuci (sau nuci de pecan, alune, fistic,etc.) taiate bucati mici.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Preparare&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Preincalziti cuptorul la 140°C. Amestecati cu un robot untul cu zaharul cam 30 sec. Adaugati oul, vanilia si mai bateti inca&amp;nbsp;30 de secunde.&lt;br /&gt;
Amestecati intr-un alt vas faina, praful de copt si bicarbonatul. Varsati totul in vasul cu unt si zahar, amestecati cam 20 de secunde. Adaugati ness-ul, ciocolata si nucile si amestecati putin cu lingura. &lt;br /&gt;
Luati cu o lingura bucati de aluat de forma unei nuci, puneti-le intr-o tava anti- adeziva la un interval destul de mare pentru ca aluatul se intinde la copt.&lt;br /&gt;
Puneti tava la cuptor timp de 20-25 de minute, nu mai mult. Cand ii scoateti din cuptor trebuie sa fie inca moi, se vor intari pe masura ce se racesc.Asteptati cam 10 minute inainte de a ii scoate din tava. Eu ii prefer inca moi, destul de calzi.&lt;br /&gt;

Amestecati ouale cu uleiul si cu laptele. Adaugati faina si praful de copt, amestecati din nou.&lt;br /&gt;
Adaugati celelalte ingrediente si amestecati usor pana se incorporeaza totul. Varsati intr-o tava de chec.&lt;br /&gt;
Puneti tava lla cuptor 45 de minute. Serviti cald sau rece.&lt;br /&gt;

Puneti cele doua jumatati de aluat invelite in foile de cuptor&amp;nbsp;la frigider timp de 2-3 ore. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Daca nu aveti foi de copt, folositi metoda obisnuita, puneti aluatul la frigider, dupa 2-3 ore&amp;nbsp;intindeti-l cu telul,&amp;nbsp;folosindu-va de cat mai putina faina. Eu presar cu strecuratoarea, astfel pun foarte putina faina.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Curatati merele de coaja si de samburi, dati-le pe razatoare, amestecati-le cu zahar si scortisoara. Caliti-le pe foc mijlociu cam 15 min. Lasati-le apoi la scurs inclinand putin&amp;nbsp;tigaia in care le-ati calit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Preincalziti cuptorul la 180°C. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Scoateti o jumatate de aluat, desprindeti&amp;nbsp;o foaie de copt, asezati aluatul in tava.&amp;nbsp;Varsati merele calite, egalizati. Scoateti cea de a doua jumatate de aluat, desprindeti-o de foile de copt, intindeti-o peste mere.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Puneti tava la cuptor timp de 40 de minute.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Presarati zahar pudra peste placinta rece. Serviti.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Repuneti cratita pe foc mijlociu, tineti-o cam 15 minute dupa ce a inceput sa fiarba. Varsati in borcane curate, astupati imediat. Va iese cam 1,2 kg de dulceata.&lt;/div&gt;

Amestecati cu un tel&amp;nbsp;ouale si zaharul. Adaugati faina si migdalele si amestecati, din nou, cu mainile. Adaugati untul moale, taiat bucati mici si amestecati, nu foarte mult, pana incorporati untul. Puneti aluatul la frigider 2-3 ore.&lt;/div&gt;

Scoateti aluatul, intindeti-l pana obtineti 2-3 cm grosime, taiati in forme, jumatate pline, jumatate decupate din nou ca in fotografie. Aveti grija sa pastrati aluatul rece tot timpul. &lt;/div&gt;

Preincalziti cuptorul la 180°C, puneti tavile cu biscuiti, una dupa alta, cam 15 minute. Scoateti biscuitii din cuptor, asteptati sa se raceasca, puneti dulceata pe formele pline si presarati zahar pudra pe cele decupate. Asamblati biscuitii. Pastrati-i intr-o cutie metalica.&lt;/div&gt;

Adaugati dovlecelul si mai lasati inca 5 minute, amestecand din cand in cand. Adaugati puiul si marinada, lasati puiul sa se faca timp de 7-10 minute. Puteti adauga putina apa daca vedeti ca ca sosul s-a evaporat.&lt;/div&gt;

Curatati ceapa si usturoiul, taiati-le foarte fin. Puneti-le intr-o oala mare, adaugati vinul, dati drumul la foc destul de mare. Amestecati faina cu untul, adaugati aceasta pasta la vin si amestecati bine. Adaugati scoicile si acoperiti oala cu un capac. Lasati scoicile sa se deschida 5-6 minute. Amestecati din cand in cand.&lt;br /&gt;
Adaugati patrunjel si serviti cu cartofi prajiti.&lt;br /&gt;

Coaceti ardeii si vinetele. Curatati de coaja si taiati-le destul de gros cu robotul sau cu cutitul. &lt;br /&gt;
Curatati ceapa si taiati-o cuburi mici. &lt;br /&gt;
Curatati rosiile de pielita, taiati-le bucati. Caliti ceapa in ulei. &lt;br /&gt;
Adaugati toate legumele. Fierbeti. Cand toate legumele au fiert mixati cu robotul plonjor. &lt;br /&gt;
Fierbeti din nou pana cand uleiul iese la suprafata. Sterilizati o jumatate de ora. &lt;br /&gt;

45 ml otet de vin &lt;br /&gt;
1 lingurita de zahar &lt;br /&gt;
Sare &lt;br /&gt;
Frunze de telina &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Preparare&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;br /&gt;
Spalati vinetetle, taiati-le in bucati, puneti-le intr-un vas cu apa rece, presarati o lingurita de sare. Tineti-le o ora sub apa. Strecurati-le bine. &lt;br /&gt;
Curatati usturoiul, caliti-l in 4-5 linguri ulei, adaugati vinetele timp de 10 minute. &lt;br /&gt;
Scoateti vinetele si lasati-le sa se scurga de ulei. Spalati ardeii, taiati-i bucati. Curatati ceapa, taiati-o bucati. Caliti-o in 4 linguri de ulei, adaugati ardeii si tineti-i 10 minute. Scoateti ardeii si ceapa. Varsati rosiile in aceeasi tigaie si puneti-le pe foc 10 minute. &lt;br /&gt;
Adaugati vinetele, ardeii, maslinele, otetul, zaharul si sare dupa gust. Tineti-le 10 minute, varsati totul in borcane. Sterilizati o jumatate de ora. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;em&gt;Puteti sa o mancati rece sau mai putin rece. Serviti ca aperitiv sau alaturi de friptura, peste, orez sau salata de paste.&lt;/em&gt; &lt;br /&gt;

Caliti usturoiul si ceapa taiate bucati in ulei, adaugati ardeii, adaugati dupa 15 minute si rosiile. Sarati. Acoperiti si lasati sa fiarba la foc mic timp de o ora si jumatate. &lt;br /&gt;
Varsati in borcane si sterilizati o jumatate de ora. &lt;br /&gt;

Nu mai auzisem de mult aceasta intrebare, semn de seara impatimita de jocuri :&amp;nbsp;domino, yams, puzzle, etc.&lt;br /&gt;
Lui Olivier nu ii place esecul iar grisinele sunt antidotul lui pentru stres si nesiguranta in serile de joc&amp;nbsp;ce au loc, intotdeauna,&amp;nbsp;la etajul doi, in camera galbena, sub mansarda, inconjurati de lucruri vechi, mostenite, amintiri dragi noua. &lt;br /&gt;
Acolo, sub lemnul solid si gros, s-au incins cele mai aprige partide, pe viata si moarte. Acolo, ieri seara, la sfarsit de partida, ascultand in surdina RTL, cu pisicul obosit si din ce in ce mai greu in brate, mi-am jurat ca nu mai fac niciodata grisine.&amp;nbsp;Niciodata. Pana data viitoare.&lt;br /&gt;

Puteti sa folositi un robot cu carlig pentru paine sau masina de paine.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Ingrediente&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
27 cl de apa&lt;br /&gt;
2 lingurite de drojdie uscata&lt;br /&gt;
1 lingurita de zahar&lt;br /&gt;
500 g faina alba&lt;br /&gt;
2 lingurite de sare&lt;br /&gt;
3 linguri de ulei de masline&lt;br /&gt;
seminte de susan, floarea soarelui, mac, etc.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Preparare&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Varsati 12 cl apa intr-un vas mai adanc. Adaugati drojdia si asteptati&amp;nbsp;5 minute. Adaugati zaharul si amestecati bine. &lt;br /&gt;
Varsati intr-un alt vas adanc faina si sarea. Adaugati apa cu drojdie si zahar, sarea si uleiul de masline. Amestecati totul cu o lingura de lemn. Adaugati restul de apa.&lt;br /&gt;
Framantati 10 minute pana cand aluatul devine suplu, elastic. Acoperiti cu un servet curat si lasati aluatul sa se odihneasca timp de 10 minute. Framantati din nou 10 minute. &lt;br /&gt;
Impartiti aluatul in 4 bucati. Intindeti fiecare parte intr-un dreptunghi cu grosimea de 1,5 cm si&amp;nbsp;de lungimea tavii pe care doriti sa o folositi. Taiati benzi subtiri sau mai groase, formati rulouri ajutandu-va de palme.&lt;br /&gt;
Ungeti cu ulei o tava, nu puneti mult, o lingura, stergeti excedentul cu un servetel.&lt;br /&gt;
Preincalziti cuptorul la 200°C.&lt;br /&gt;
Puneti grisinele, ungeti-le cu apa, ajutorul unei pensule. Presarati (cu aceeasi pensula sau cu mana) semintele. &lt;br /&gt;
Puneti tava la cuptor timp de 15-20 de minute. Procedati la fel si cu celelalte parti de aluat.&lt;br /&gt;
Serviti.&lt;br /&gt;

La sfarsit de luna, asteptand soarele ce evita Franta cu indarjire. Practic e greu sa scrii despre inghetata si salate cand gandul si timpul de afara te indruma la torturi, sosuri si mancaruri grele. Chiar ieri treceam in revista cizmele si hainele de iarna. In Romania e canicula, aici e toamna. Aproape si totusi atat de departe.&lt;br /&gt;

Din punct de vedere caloric, Frozen yogurt se situeaza undeva intre sorbet si inghetata . Usor si rapid de facut, fara sorbetiera, fara multe ingrediente, o mie de posibilitati. Iaurt, fructe inghetate, miere sau zahar dupa gust.&lt;/div&gt;

Iata reteta mea, sincer, considerati-o ca o baza, adaugati apoi fructe, sau zahar, sau iaurt, in functie de gustul vostru.&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;strong&gt;Ingrediente&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
200 g de faina&lt;br /&gt;
1 lingurita de bicarbonat&lt;br /&gt;
100 g zahar&lt;br /&gt;
75 unt &lt;br /&gt;
1 ou&lt;br /&gt;
125 g de iaurt&lt;br /&gt;
+&lt;br /&gt;
coaja rasa de la 2 lamai&lt;br /&gt;
75 g afine&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Preparare&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Topiti untul la foc mic.&lt;br /&gt;
Amestecati faina cu bicarbonatul&amp;nbsp;in primul&amp;nbsp;vas. Radeti lamaile si adaugati coaja la faina.&lt;br /&gt;
In al doilea vas, amestecati zaharul cu oul, adaugati untul cald (nu fierbinte) si iaurtul.&lt;br /&gt;
Varsati faina in al doilea vas, amestecati dar foarte putin, doar cat sa se lege ingredientele.&lt;br /&gt;
Preincalziti cuptorul la 180°C. Varsati aluatul in formele de muffins (6 mari).&lt;br /&gt;
Puneti tava la cuptor timp de 25-30 de minute.&lt;br /&gt;

Il pun in checuri, prajituri, iaurturi, il torn peste clatitele perfecte.... &lt;br /&gt;
Iar noaptea, cand marea imi tine companie, il torn peste inghetata de vanilie. Ssssst, e un secret....nimeni nu stie....&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Ingrediente&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
20 cl frisca lichida&lt;br /&gt;
100 g unt sarat sau 100 g unt si 1/2 lingurita sare&lt;br /&gt;
150 g zahar pudra&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Preparare&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Turnati zaharul intr-o cratita. Puneti cratita la foc mijlociu. Lasati zaharul sa se topeasca. &lt;strong&gt;Nu amestecati&lt;/strong&gt;. Incetul cu incetul zaharul se va topi (3-5 minute).&lt;br /&gt;
Intre timp incalziti frisca fara sa o fierbeti. &lt;br /&gt;
Luati zaharul topit de pe foc, ajutati incetul cu incetul frisca. Aveti grija sa nu va frigeti cand amestecati, lichidul se umfla. Turnati incetul cu incetul si amestecati in continuu.&lt;br /&gt;
Adaugati untul (si sarea, daca e necesar). Amestecati pana cand s-a topit.&lt;br /&gt;
Puneti din nou cratita pe foc si mai amestecati inca 2-3 minute.&lt;br /&gt;
Varsati in borcane si lasati la racit. Nu il puneti la frigider. Se pastreaza 3-4 saptamani, mai mult...nu stiu. Nu am reusit.&lt;br /&gt;
