&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Preincalziti cuptorul la 200°C. Bateti albusurile spuma. Ungeti cu unt formele de soufflé. Puneti smantana la incalzit.Adaugati imediat faina si amestecati cam 5 minute pana cand smantana se ingroasa. Luati de pe foc si adaugati untul, apoi galbenusurile, unul dupa celalalt, morcovul ras si cascavalul. Amestecati bine.Adaugati albusurile, amestecand usor, de jos in sus.Varsati in forme, puneti-le la cuptor timp de 25-30 de minute.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Asa imi place sa ii spun. E o metoda veche, de student,&amp;nbsp;de care mi-am adus aminte&amp;nbsp;citind o carte de JF Piège. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Puneti o cratita cu apa la fiert. Frecati o farfurie cu un catel de usturoi. Ungeti farfuria cu putin ulei de masline, puneti-o pe cratita cand apa a inceput sa fiarba, puneti in centru fileul de peste, acoperiti cu o alta farfurie si lasati la fiert &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;cam 5 minute pe fiecare parte, 10 minute in total.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Adaugati sare si piper si serviti imediat ce ati scos soufflé-ul din cuptor. Cu cateva rosii daca doriti.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

2 cartofi&lt;br /&gt;
2&amp;nbsp;cepe rosii&lt;br /&gt;
2 catei usturoi&lt;br /&gt;
2 vinete&lt;br /&gt;
2 arderi grasi&lt;br /&gt;
500 g suc de rosii&lt;br /&gt;
ulei&lt;br /&gt;
patrunjel&lt;br /&gt;
sare si piper&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;Curatati legumele. Taiati ciupercile, cartofii, cepele si&amp;nbsp;vinetele felii. Taiati ardeii si usturoiul marunt.&lt;br /&gt;
Fierbeti 10 minute cartofii. Lasati-i la racit.&lt;br /&gt;
Prajiti vinetele in ulei. Lasati-le la racit pe un servet de hartie absorbant.&lt;br /&gt;
Incalziti cuptorul la 180°C.&lt;br /&gt;
Turnati putin ulei intr-o cratita mai adanca, asezati un strat de cartofi, apoi altul de ceapa, unul de vinete, unul de ardei gras si asa mai departe, pana terminati toate legumele. Adaugati sucul de rosii si usturoiul taiat mic, puneti oala cu capac la cuptor 30-40 de minute. Adaugati sare si piper dupa gust.&lt;br /&gt;

160 g ciocolata neagra (60-70%)&lt;br /&gt;
40 g unt&lt;br /&gt;
4 oua&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Topiti ciocolata si untul pe foc. Nu fierbeti. Lasati putin la racit.&lt;br /&gt;
Bateti albusurile spuma.&lt;br /&gt;
Adaugati galbenusurile la ciocolata, unul dupa altul, amestecand cu un mixer.&lt;br /&gt;
Incorporati albusurile spuma folosindu-va tot de mixer. &lt;br /&gt;
Varsati in pahare. Lasati la frigider cateva ore.&lt;br /&gt;
Puteti sa adaugati coaja rasa de citrice, vanilie, putin rom, cafea, etc.&lt;br /&gt;

3 banane mici, coapte&lt;br /&gt;

Pregatiti zaharul vanilat cu o seara inainte, taiati pastaia si puneti semintele in zahar. Amestecati.&lt;br /&gt;
A doua zi amestecati din nou.&lt;br /&gt;
Preincalziti cuptorul la 180°C.&lt;br /&gt;
Amestecati zaharul cu untul. Adaugati ouale, unul dupa celalalt. Apoi faina si praful de copt.&lt;br /&gt;
Curatati bananele si striviti-le cu o furculita destul de bine. &lt;br /&gt;
Adaugati laptele la aluat. Amestecati din nou. Adaugati bananele si amestecati pentru ultima data.&lt;br /&gt;
Varsati intr-o forma de chec. Coaceti timp de o ora.&lt;br /&gt;
Serviti.&lt;br /&gt;
Pofta buna.&lt;br /&gt;

2 pumni de pastai de fasole tip mange tout&lt;br /&gt;
1 morcov&lt;br /&gt;
1 piept de pui &lt;br /&gt;
2 pumni germeni soia&lt;br /&gt;

Fierbeti mazarea si pastaile de fasole.&lt;br /&gt;
Radeti morcovul. Spalati germenii de soia si lasati-i la uscat.&lt;br /&gt;
Fierbeti puiul in apa si putin ulei. Lasati-l la racit, taiati-l apoi bucati mici.&lt;br /&gt;
Puneti smantana la fiert, adaugati curry si vegeta. Amestecati bine, tot timpul. Luati de pe foc imediat ce incepe sa fiarba. Lasati la racit.&lt;br /&gt;
Puneti impreuna legumele si puiul. Adaugati sosul si amestecati inainte de a servi.&lt;br /&gt;

Puneti toate ingredientele pentru aluat in masina de paine. Folositi programul aluat (2 ore si 20 de minute pentru masina mea). Daca programul masinii pe care o aveti nu include o prima etapa de incalzire a ingredientelor, scoateti-le cu cateva ore inainte de a incepe reteta.&lt;br /&gt;
Preparati umplutura batand&amp;nbsp;albusurile spuma. Incorporati apoi&amp;nbsp;zaharul, nuca macinata, stafidele si pudra de cacao.&lt;br /&gt;
Intindeti aluatul, umplutura cu nuca peste aluat, rulati sau impletiti aluatul, asezati-l in tava si lasati-l la dospit intr-un loc cald pana isi dubleaza volumul.&lt;br /&gt;
Preincalziti cuptorul la 175°C. Puneti cozonacul la copt timp de 25-30 de minute.&lt;br /&gt;

125 ml apa&lt;br /&gt;
50 g unt&lt;br /&gt;
2 oua&lt;br /&gt;
75 g faina&lt;br /&gt;
100 g cascaval ras&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Preparare&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Preincalziti cuptorul la 180°C. Puneti la fiert apa, untul si sarea. &lt;br /&gt;
Indepartati de pe foc&amp;nbsp;imediat ce apa incepe sa fiarba.Adaugati faina dintr-o data. Amestecati. Repuneti cratita pe foc, amestecati timp de un minut. Luati cratita de pe foc, adaugati ouale si amestecati bine. Adaugati cascavalul si amestecati din nou. Formati gogosi cu posul sau cu o lingura. Puneti la cuptor timp de 25-30 de minute. &lt;br /&gt;

Adaugati supa de pui, dovleacul, para si patrunjelul. Lasati la fiert 30 de minute.&lt;br /&gt;
Adaugati smantana. Mixati, adaugati gorgonzola, amestecati pana se topeste. Adaugati sare si piper dupa gust.&lt;br /&gt;

1 lingura otet balsamic&lt;br /&gt;
3 linguri ulei de masline&lt;br /&gt;
1 mango&lt;br /&gt;
1 pumn de afine&lt;br /&gt;
1 pumn de merisoare uscate&lt;br /&gt;
1 pumn de seminte prajite&amp;nbsp;(in, dovleac, etc.)&lt;br /&gt;
cateva fire de busuioc&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Fierbeti quinoa. Scurgeti si adaugati untul si sare dupa gust. Lasati la racit.&lt;br /&gt;
Amestecati otetul cu uleiul si cu busuiocul taiat fasii subtiri.&lt;br /&gt;
Curatati fructul de mango, taiati-l in bucati mici, de marimea afinelor. &lt;br /&gt;
Spalati afinele, lasati-le la scurs. &lt;br /&gt;
Amestecati toate ingredientele si serviti.&lt;br /&gt;

Ca pe vremuri...excelenta.... Adaugati putina dulceata de portocale si obtineti un desert divin...&lt;br /&gt;

500 g frisca lichida&lt;br /&gt;
1 pastaie vanilie&lt;br /&gt;
5 albusuri&lt;br /&gt;
50 g zahar&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Puneti frisca la fiert, taiati pastaia de vanilie pe lung, adaugati semintele in frisca. Luati de pe foc imediat ce incepe sa fiarba.&lt;br /&gt;
Incalziti cuptorul la 125°C. Pregatiti un bain marie. Umpleti pe jumatate o tava cu apa calda. &lt;br /&gt;
Bateti albusurile cu zahar dar nu spuma, doar atat cat sa se amestece bine. &lt;br /&gt;
Varsati albusurile putin cate putin peste frisca amestecand continuu. Varsati frisca in pahare, puneti paharele in tava cu apa calda. Nivelul apei trebuie sa fie cam la jumatatea paharului.&lt;br /&gt;
Puneti tava la cuptor 1 ora.&lt;br /&gt;
Lasati la racit, puneti la frigider. Varsati cate o lingura de dulceata (lichida) de portocala, Serviti. Daca dulceata nu e este destul de lichida, adaugati putina apa si amestecati.&lt;br /&gt;

sare, piper&lt;br /&gt;
cateva linguri de ulei de masline&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Amestecati faina cu cascavalul si cu ouale.&lt;br /&gt;
Sarati feliile de dovlecei. Presarati cimbru peste dovlecei.&lt;br /&gt;
Adaugati-le la aluat. Amestecati.&lt;br /&gt;
Incingeti uleiul in tigaie. Adaugati cate un polonic de aluat. Aplatizati aluatul. &lt;br /&gt;
Lasati-le 5 minute pe o parte si apoi alte 5 minute pe cealalta parte. Scoateti gogosile pe un servet.&lt;br /&gt;

1 pachet praf de copt&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 lingurita sare&lt;br /&gt;
200 ml lapte &lt;br /&gt;
1/2 lamaie&lt;br /&gt;
50 g stafide&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Varsati stafidele intr-un castron, adaugatic cateva linguri de apa. Puneti castronul 1 minut la microunde. Scurgeti stafidele, lasati-le la racit.&lt;br /&gt;
Incalziti 100 ml de lapte, adaugati sucul de la jumatatea de lamaie. Stingeti focul, asteptati cateva minute pana cand laptele devine batut. Adaugati 100 ml de lapte, amestecati.&lt;br /&gt;
Preincalziti cuptorul la 220°C. Puneti tava in cuptor in acelasi timp.&lt;br /&gt;
Taiati untul rece in bucati mici.Amestecati faina, zaharul, sarea si praful de copt. Varsati untul peste faina, amestecati cu degetele pana obtineti un aluat sfaramicios. Adaugati laptele si amestecati cu o lingura de lemn.&lt;br /&gt;
Varsati aluatul pe masa de lucru, framantati 1-2 minute pana cand obtineti un aluat compact.&lt;br /&gt;
Intindeti-l cu degetele pana obtineti o grosime de 3-4 mm. Taiati bucati rotunde cu o forma sau cu un pahar.&lt;br /&gt;
Scoateti tava de la cuptor, puneti repede formele in tava. Puneti tava la cuptor 15 minute.&lt;br /&gt;
Serviti calde, cu dulceata si smantana. &lt;br /&gt;

250 g smantana
&lt;br /&gt;
2 oua
&lt;br /&gt;
2 felii somon afumat
&lt;br /&gt;
coaja rasa de la o lamaie
&lt;br /&gt;
marar, sare, piper
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Curatati cartofii de coaja. Amestecati 200 g smantana cu ouale, adaugati sarea, piperul si marar dupa gust.&lt;br /&gt;
Dati cartofii pe razatoare.Varsati cartofii peste smantana si amestecati din nou.&lt;br /&gt;
Incalziti bine pe foc o tigaia anti-adeziva. Varsati aluatul, egalizati. Lasati cam 8-10 minute pe fiecare parte la foc mijlociu. &lt;br /&gt;
Serviti cu somon si smantana in care ati pus coaja rasa de lamaie si putin marar.&lt;br /&gt;
Pofta buna.&lt;br /&gt;

Preincalziti cuptorul la 180°C.&lt;br /&gt;
Amestecati zaharul cu untul taiat in bucati timp de 5 minute la viteza medie, pana obtineti o crema spumoasa.&lt;br /&gt;
Adaugati oul si amestecati timp de 1 minut la aceeasi viteza.&lt;br /&gt;
Adaugati faina si praful de copt si amestecati din nou timp de 3-5 minute. &lt;br /&gt;
Adaugati stafidele si ciocolata taiata bucati. Amestecati usor.&lt;br /&gt;
Formati bile folosind o lingura de inghetata, asezati-le pe o hartie de copt, la distanta destul de mare una de cealalta.&lt;br /&gt;
Coaceti timp de 12-15 minute, transferati-le cu tot cu hartia de copt pe un gratar. Lasati-le sa se raceasca. Scoateti-le cat sunt inca moi, biscuitii continua sa se coaca si dupa aceea.&lt;br /&gt;

250&amp;nbsp;g zahar&lt;br /&gt;
2&amp;nbsp;oua&lt;br /&gt;
2 lingurite de aroma de vanilie&lt;br /&gt;
95&amp;nbsp;ml lapte batut&lt;br /&gt;
90&amp;nbsp;g ciocolata neagra topita&lt;br /&gt;
1&amp;nbsp;lingura praf de copt&lt;br /&gt;
180&amp;nbsp;g faina&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Amestecati untul cu zaharul pana obtineti o crema. Amestecati ouale cu vanilia apoi adaugati-le la crema. Amestecati totul pana crema devine usoara si spumoasa, cam 5 minute (viteza medie). Adaugati ciocolata topita si amestecati din nou la viteza medie.&lt;br /&gt;
Amestecati faina si praful de copt, adaugati o jumatate la crema, amestecati din nou. Varsati laptele batut si restul de faina. Amestecati din nou.&lt;br /&gt;
Varsati aluatul in formele de muffins, puneti la copt la 150°C (cuptor preincalzit) pentru 23 de minute.&lt;br /&gt;

60 g branza Philadelphia scoasa cu o jumatate de ora inainte de preparare&lt;br /&gt;
400 g zahar&lt;br /&gt;
165 g ciocolata topita&lt;br /&gt;
1 lingurita aroma de vanilie&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Amestecati branza cu untul la viteza medie timp de 5 minute. Adaugati ciocolata topita si mai amestecati un minut la viteza mica. Adaugati zaharul si, dupa aceea, vanilia si amestecati din nou la viteza mare timp de 3 minute. &lt;br /&gt;
Decorati.&lt;br /&gt;

250 g faina de grau alba, tip 65&lt;br /&gt;
125 g faina de secara, tip 130&lt;br /&gt;
125 g faina de grau neagra tip 110&lt;br /&gt;
10 g&amp;nbsp; sare&lt;br /&gt;
125 g miez de nuci &lt;br /&gt;
335 ml apa&lt;br /&gt;
1 lingura ulei de nuci&lt;br /&gt;
1 lingurita de zahar&lt;br /&gt;
2 lingurite de drojdie uscata&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Varsati apa si faina in cuva masinii. Demarati masina pe programul pizza (sau&amp;nbsp;pe cel care incepe sa framante aluatul imediat)&amp;nbsp;timp de 5 
minute. Opriti masina si lasati aluatul sa se odihneasca timp de 30 de 
minute.&lt;br /&gt;Adaugati uleiul, zaharul, sarea, drojdia si porniti din nou masina, 
lasati-o sa framante aluatul timp de 10 minute. Opriti masina. Scoateti cuva, acoperiti-o cu o folie de plastic 
si puneti-o la frigider timp de o noapte.&lt;br /&gt;
A doua zi intindeti aluatul presarati miezul de nuca,&amp;nbsp;dati apoi forma dorita&amp;nbsp;aluatului. Puneti-l intr-o tava. Lasati-l la crescut pana isi dubleaza 
volumul.&lt;br /&gt;Preincalziti cuptorul la 200°C, puneti tava la cuptor timp de 30 de 
minute.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;em&gt;P.S. Multa lume ma intreaba ce fel de faina folosesc la paine. Nu sunt specialista...gasiti multe bloguri cu mult mai bune informatii decat cele pe care le stiu eu. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;em&gt;Pot insa sa va spun cum procedez cand aleg un pachet de faina. Asadar, cumpar&amp;nbsp;:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;em&gt;Acest mod de a clasifica tipurile de faina e specific Europei (cu un 0 in plus sau in minus). In Statele Unite clasificarea se face in functie de continutul proteic.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

coaja rasa de la o jumatate de lamaie&lt;br /&gt;

Puneti pe foc mijlociu laptele de cocos, ceapa taiata fin,vegeta, patrunjelul taiat, tulpina de lemongrass, curry, sare si coaja de lamaie. Amestecati. Adaugati pestele si lasati-l pe foc timp de 10 minute sau pana cand s-a facut. Luati pestele din cratita, lasati cratita pe foc si adaugati smantana. Lasati sosul sa se ingroase inca 5-10 minute. Adauagti migdalele. Serviti cu paste. &lt;br /&gt;

500 g zmeura si mure&lt;br /&gt;

Preincalziti cuptorul la 200°C. Amestecati cu degetele pudra de migdale, untul, faina si zaharul pana obtineti bucati mici de aluat (cateva minute).&lt;br /&gt;
Varsati fructele in vas, adaugati zaharul si presarati deasupra bucatile de aluat.&lt;br /&gt;
Puneti vasul la cuptor timp de 15 minute.&lt;br /&gt;

Un iulie zbuciumat, pe fuga, uitat deja. Poate ca nu in totalitate. Cateva zile furate...la mare. Si ce imagini, si ce lumina, si ce culori. Ale vacantei. Imi era dor de fericire.&lt;br /&gt;
Gatesc destul de des un clafoutis cu branza de vaci, dovlecei si rosii micute, dulci precum ciresele. Si cand gasesc, cumpar un ananas Victoria, il tai felii, adaug putina miere diluata cu apa calda si presar zmeura congelata. Impreuna, dejunul devine un deliciu...&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;u&gt;Clafoutis cu rosii si dovlecei&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
200 g rosii cherry&lt;br /&gt;
1 kg dovlecei&lt;br /&gt;
3 oua&lt;br /&gt;
200 g branza de vaci &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Spalati dovleceii, taiati-le cotoarele, dati-i pe o razatoare mare si lasati-i la scurs cu o lingurita de sare timp de o jumatate de ora. Stoarceti-i bine, lasa destul de mult zer.&lt;br /&gt;
Preincalziti cuptorul la 180°C.&lt;br /&gt;
Amestecati branza de vaci cu ouale. Adaugati dovleceii si amestecati bine. Adaugati sare dupa gust. Varsati totul intr-o tava, egalizati. Spalati rosiile si taiati-le pe jumatate. Adaugati-le in tava.&lt;br /&gt;
Puneti tava la cuptor o ora.&lt;br /&gt;
Serviti cald sau rece.&lt;br /&gt;

Amestecati oul, galbenusurile si zaharul. Adaugati laptele si fisticul macinat. Varsati in borcane.&lt;br /&gt;
Incalziti cuptorul la 180°C. Varsati apa intr-o tava mai adanca. Puneti borcanele cu crema in tava si tava in cuptor timp de 30 de minute.&lt;br /&gt;
Spalati caisele, scoateti samburii, taiati caisele in sferturi. Puneti-le pe foc cu 1 lingura de apa si cu cele doua linguri de miere. Lasati pe foc mijlociu un sfert de ora sau pana cand se inmoaie. Mixati.&lt;br /&gt;
Scoateti crema de la cuptor, asteptati sa se raceasca, adaugati dulceata de caise.&lt;br /&gt;

1-2 lingurite de scortisoare (depinde de cat de mult va place scortisoara)&lt;br /&gt;
1 kg de caise&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preincalziti cuptorul la 180°C.&lt;br /&gt;
Intindeti aluatul intr-o tava rotunda. Nu taiati marginile.&lt;br /&gt;
Amestecati zaharul cu scortisoara. Presarati jumatate din cantitate pe aluat.&lt;br /&gt;
Spalati caisele, taiati-le in doua, scoateti samburii. Asezati jumatatile de caise in tarta cu miezul in sus. Presarati restul de zahar si scortisoara. Adunati marginile catre centru. &lt;br /&gt;
Puneti tava la cuptor timp de 40 de minute.&lt;br /&gt;

Si de checul pufos si bun, cu aroma de portocale si glazura de caise. Si de
Luis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;O vizitam in fiecare duminica. Ma pregateam
ca de sarbatoare, bateam incet la usa grea, strabateam coridorul lung de casa
veche, atingeam cu varful degetelor fata de masa alba, apretata, ma asezam la
masa asteptand. Avea o voce calda, venita din departari. Renastea, povestind...
&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Imi vorbea de Luis, o dragoste mare,
infinita, . &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Il cunoscuse pe 12 septembrie, ziua
Armistitiului. Cand nu mai astepta nimic de la viata. Ii murisera parintii, fratii erau departe,
vroia sfarsitul razboiului, vroia sa se opreasca din
mers, sa se aseze pe pamant&amp;nbsp;si sa moara. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;S-au intalnit pe Calea Victoriei, undeva in apropiere de Cec. Ani dupa aceea, o data pe luna, lua tramvaiul pana in apropiere, se aseza pe un scaun langa scarile Muzeului, pleca cu gandul in timp,&amp;nbsp;inchidea ochii aducandu-si aminte de acea fericire. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;S-au iubit trei zile, apoi el a plecat acasa, la sotie. Nu i-a cerut sa ramana, nu i-a promis ca revine. Timpurile erau grele pentru toti. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;L-a asteptat fara sa il astepte, viata a continuat si ea s-a bucurat de viata, de tot. Dar n-a mai iubit. Pe nimeni. Inima ei a impietrit in a treia zi de fericire. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Mi-a povestit, ani de-a randul, despre cele 72 de ore de fericire. Am trait fiecare moment, fiecare clipa ca si cum as fi fost cu ea. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Am sperat intr-o minune, intr-un sfarsit fericit. Mi-l imaginam sunand la usa, venind de departe, cautand-o mult timp. Nu s-a intamplat. A murit singura, intr-o seara de duminica, tinand&amp;nbsp; in mana o batista veche, a lui. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;Acum, cand trec pe bulevard, inchid si eu ochii si imi amintesc de ea,&amp;nbsp;imi amintesc de amandoi.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Retraiesc acele 72 de ore de fericire, si ma bucur ca ele au existat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

zaharul si ouale impreuna. Adaugati faina macinata si praful de copt.
Incorporati uleiul. Separati aluatul in doua parti egale, adaugati in prima
parte coaja rasa de portocala si cacao in cea de a doua parte.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/span&gt;
&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Preincalziti cuptorul la
200°C. &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;

&lt;/span&gt;
&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Varsati cele doua parti intr-o forma de
chec. Puneti forma la cuptor timp de 40 de minute. Lasati checul la racit.
Varsati dulceata calda peste chec si serviti.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

100 g feta&lt;br /&gt;
3-4 frunze de menta sau de marar&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Taiati fin dovleceii. Incalziti cuptorul in pozitia grill. &lt;br /&gt;
Puneti feliile de dovlecei intr-o tava anti-adeziva,&amp;nbsp;ungeti-le cu ulei folosindu-va de o pensula.&lt;br /&gt;
Puneti tava la cuptor timp de 10 minute sau pana cand dovleceii incep sa se arda pe margini.&lt;br /&gt;
Scoateti tava, puneti feliile de dovlecei intr-o farfurie, adaugati feta taiata bucati mici si menta taiata fin. Serviti. Daca vreti, puteti sa adaugati seminte de floarea soarelui.&lt;br /&gt;
