I have contemplated the concept of "Power"

over the last year and came to that realisation of how

much outside influences can affect how we "Embrace"

or "Relinquish" our "Power". This would not be a

new concept of "Power"...it is an "Understanding"

of yet one more "Dynamic" or "Pattern" we use

within our own "Personal Survival"

I have observed, not only Myself, but those I care for

do the "Dance of Power"

I have witnessed how it either " Dis-Empowers" or

"Empowers" the "Spirit"...

depending on where "They Move" within

"Their Power"

Consider this...

"HOW DO YOU MOVE WITHIN YOUR

DANCE OF THE POWER?"

Bringing The Vision

Power to run across the open plains

Or the bring the Vision

Of the Shields

Horse is a Physical and Unearthly Power.

In Shamanic Practises,

he allows Shamans to fly through the air and reach Heaven.

Before Horse humanity was Earthbound, Heavy Laden

and slow.

This could Metaphorically represent how we tend to be

...Stuck...

...Feel Powerless...

...Fearful of Change...

...Laden with the weight of Life Challenges that we do not

seem to be able to Rise Above...

...Slow to Change...

However, upon aligning ourselves with Horse

humans altered their self concept.

Do I Even Know or Understand When I am Empowered?

Do I Know What Events Led Me To Feeling Empowered?

When Was The Last Time I Felt Empowered?

What Does Feeling Empowered Feel Like For Me?

I am White Stallion and I am the Message Carrier for all the Others.

I am Wisdom and Power.

When was the last time you were able to Deliver a Message to Others

from your Own Truth and Understanding?

Did you ask the Question for that which you Seek?

Did you recognise Truth when it spoke to you?

Did you step into the Wisdom and Power of White Stallion

Or did you make it OK to be dis-empowered by Others to be Loved

and Accepted...or to get your Needs met?

Were you Untrue to Self because you were afraid of Change?

These are just some of the hard questions we need to ask ourselves

before we can begin to Understand the Wisdom and Power that is

brought by White Stallion and most of all, already resides within us.

Personal responsibility is a tough one...so often we make excuses as to why we chose and did what we did...trying to make it right...make it OK. Just the process of making a choice can be so stressful...is it the right one, how will others react, will I still be loved, will I get the outcome I am expecting or need.

Will I be OK?

If I choose, no matter what, will I stand up for my Choice and be Responsible, no matter what the outcome?

The Land and Power.

As Butterfly was the symbol of the Human Soul in First Nations Culture, Owl is believed to be the symbol of the Soul Departed.

As in the Medicine Wheel, we can look at this not as a physical death, but as a Soul's

He is associated with the North. It is the place of Winter where the Knowledge of the Elders exist in the place of True Wisdom.

We may sink into the Silent Flight and begin to integrate the Teachings of the Medicine Wheel and take those first steps to begin our transformation of Butterfly....entering into our state of Transition within the Cocoon Stage.

In the book " I Heard the Owl Call My Name" by Margaret Craven the Myth of the Coast Salish of British Columbia, Canada believe that when you hear the call of the Owl it foretells a death.

However, Death is not always a physical death....it can be a Death of Old Ways and in this case..." Dis-mantling the Old Me"

Let us just consider letting the old ways " End" because of "Completion" or " They no longer serve the greater good of who you are."

Within the concept of Re-Birth, how many times have you re-defined yourself....even if it is just a small change? It is still a Re-Birth within the original definition of self. Each small change becomes a movement that plays upon your own "Web of Life"...taking it in a different direction...but silently revealing a little more of the unknown and the unseen.

As we become comfortable within our choices we begin to see clearly and recognise the strength within....embracing the "Will" to "See" who we choose to become...no longer living in that state of Deception.

To do this I feel you need to be willing to focus on the"Now"and be truly in "The Moment"

This is not always Easy as Life is constantly pulling us into a State of Automatic Pilot where we function on an unconscious level.

When you start to hone the skill of being fully in the moment you can begin to flow in the change as it happens. Here you "Own It"

This takes time and practise and it is easy to slip back into Automatic Pilot. Remember...this is what you are used to and it is a Pattern or Habit.

However, over time the new Pattern of living in the moment of change becomes familiar and you begin to recognise the nuances of being in that flow of energy.

Each awareness builds on the next until this becomes "Your New Automatic Pilot"

This becomes the Practise of Letting Go of Old Habits which is essential to Knowing who you are becoming.

This would be a Choice...stepping into this Year of Transition...setting into motion the outcome you Seek.

Will you link with Owl Wisdom, Foresight and Keeper of the Sacred Knowledge?

He is ruler of the Night and Keeper of the Sacred Souls. The symbolic meaning of Owl within Native Culture revolves around Guardianship of the Underworlds and this relationship gave the Owl some negative associations with Death.

The Strength of Owl would be invoked during ceremonies when prophesy of Secret Knowledge or a Message of the Unknown is involved.

He is Illumination

" I Heard the Owl Call My Name" becomes the Metaphor for allowing Illumination from the East in the Medicine Wheel to Guide you...as he silently flies through this Year of Transition.

When you ask " Who Am I?"

....you invite Owl to Guide you...

Within our human condition, we can be afraid of the Night and the Unseen or Unknown.

How often have you spent the Night awake...all those Fears Looping through your mind until you fall asleep in pure exhaustion?

Owl is Nights Friend. They are the Night Hunters. Their feathers are Silent as they pierce the Nights Sky

Let Owl pierce your Nights Darkness of Fear.

It is Fear that keeps us from our "Full Potential" ....Stops our Tides of Change....

It is too Hard

Butterfly that flutters in the morning light....you have known many forms before you e'er took flight

We are transforming on a cellular level within every breath we take...quietly re-defining our physicality .

The Metamorphosis of Butterfly is one of the Mysteries of Nature and within this post I will be using Butterfly as a Metaphor for Transformation within "Your Own Creative Cycle"

Butterfly is very sensitive to the Harmony of the Earth. We, as sentient beings are also connected to the Harmony of the Earth. When we feel that discord within our own connection to the Rhythm of the Earth...we are no longer in Harmony within our Physical, Emotional and Mental Bodies.

Many of the Ancient Civilisations believed that Butterflies were symbols of the Human Soul. The Greeks believed a new Human Soul was born each time a Butterfly emerged from it's cocoon. ( I will refer to this later in the process of transforming within the Spiritual Death)

( For clarity purposes, a Spiritual Death is not a Physical Death. It is a Metaphor for the "Death of that which no longer serves The Spirit")

You can physically and mentally hear and feel that call when you feel out of sync and out of step with your Earth Rhythm or your World. This will register in your body or mind in different ways. Be aware of your thoughts at this time or how your body is feeling or reacting. This is where you begin to build your own understanding of your Message-Language ( your Internal Dialogue)

What is the Message your body is trying to send to you?

How does your body Speak to you? Once you start to understand your own Message-Language you will start the process of Releasing your Spirit to its own Cycle of Transformation.

She allowed herself to surrender her old form, trusting she would be born again in her new form...her Creative Cycle Process of Faith.

If I Surrender I am no longer in control. When I control I do not have to feel or deal with those Inner Demons that Taunt my Pathway to Harmony.

It is easier to Live with the Familiar Old Patterns than to "Change" or "Transform"

I am going to give you an example of a Physical Reality and we will look at how that would equate into a Message Language ( Inner Dialogue) .

You are running in 10 different directions...you feel out of control...you are exhausted...your coping skills are at nil....nothing is getting completed...others are pulling at you, wanting their own needs and wants met....life is unravelling in your work place, in personal relationships...or all of the above...

MESSAGE-LANGUAGE

Emotional Body

I feel cranky and angry

I feel overwhelmed and bunched up

I feel a loss of control over my choices

I feel fear, I may loose my job

I feel a drop in my coping skills

I feel I have to give more to others, but I have nothing left to give

I feel out of sync with my personal relationships

Mental Body

I am done!

I can't do this!

I am better off the way it was!

I will go back to doing things the old way because it is easier and that is the way I have always done it!

I will not change....It will Fix itself!

Physical Body

I am physically exhausted!

I have no energy!

I am getting sick all the time, cold and flu!

I am getting headaches lately!

I have an upset stomach!

My nerves are always on edge and my body is off today!

All I want to do is sleep...then I do not have to deal with all this!

I am not sleeping well these days!

These are just a few examples of how our built in defence mechanism can keep us stuck in old patterns and we do not even know how we got there.

The lack of historical data or traditional oral accounts from pre-Colombian times have resulted in an opening for creative interpretation of Medicine Wheel teachings. ( for clarity purposes I am using the Medicine Wheel as a metaphoric symbol within the message brought forth by Ravenmyth in this post)

When you walk the path of the "Initiate" within the " Esoteric" you become the observer of "Life's Magic" in all things.

Within our human condition we are always searching for our "Signature" or "Purpose" within our own existence. We Never Stop. Our Spirit is in constant flux, needing to understand "Itself".

Let's go back to the Medicine Wheel. It will now become that symbolic metaphor to help us to see and understand that dynamic...Revealing...our strengths within and our areas lacking in strength.

Are you prepared to take that Journey of Self....to look into the "Mirror of the Soul" and to "Participate" within your own Reflection?

It is when we choose that we begin our walk of the Initiate from " North" to " East" within the Directions. This is not the common directions that most walk, but it is the Direction I was drawn to within this post.

The North

The North is the place of Winter....it's colour is White and it is the place of True Wisdom. The symbols of the North are the Great Mountain, The Sacred Lake, Crystals,....The Moose ( Self Esteem) ... The Snowy Owl (Deception or the Night Eagle)...and The White Buffalo (Prayer and Abundance)..

When we embark on our Journey to look into the " Mirror of the Soul" we rise above our earthly physicality and become the observer from above...standing upon the Great Mountain of the North...

Every breath you take will have an affect from both external forces and internal forces ( your own inner dialogue) that will have fracturing and healing aspects on the different bodies. The bodies are in constant flux from these forces and are "Seeking Harmony".

This is where we hold our "Consciousness"

...I am not perfect...

...I am too tall....I am too short....

...I don't like the way I look...

...I weigh too much...I am too skinny...

...I hate my hair...I don't have enough hair....

What patterns have you developed to compensate for your "Perceptions" of inadequacy within your "Physical Body?"

The Mental Body

"This is where we "Think"

...Why do I have so many negative thoughts?...

...I have thoughts of Anger...

...I have thoughts of Fear and Jealousy...

Please note that some of these thoughts are not a bad thing..they are part of being human..but what patterns have you developed to Guilt yourself over having these thoughts?

The Emotional or Astral Body

...I feel useless...

...I feel pain and sorrow...

...I feel jealous...

...I feel hopeless...

...I feel fearful...

What patterns have you developed to facilitate the feelings that keep you stuck in your "Illusion"

You are out of sync and you do not know why...how could you know that these 3 bodies (Physical, Mental and Emotional) are being bombarded daily with inner and outer influences that will shake your very foundation...keeping you in a state of discord.

What are the "Signs" being presented to you ...to "Look" from your own "Perspective"?

When do you say " It is ok to look at my own Big Picture"?

Do you seek to "Look" at your own "Potential"? Do you get insight into parts of your life that need to be "Looked" at? Do you get a sense that you need to "Look" at making a course correction...even though it may be fearful?

Will you trust when you hear the "Cry of Hawk"....for our time, compared to the Sequoia is short.

Have you had an idea...... shared it with someone and they say..." Wow that is great, you should do that". But alas, then you agree....run...hide...and all the phrases start to play out.

...What if I fail?...

...I can't do that!...

...How do I even begin?...

...What if others disapprove?...

To Actualize "Joy" of your Spirit...knowing that you are expressing the "Self" from Within...not the Perception of the Needs of someone else just so that you "Think"you will be loved or accepted.

To Actualize "Peace" within from the Knowing that you are walking in the "Wisdom" of "Self"...now by example Teaching Others....Healing the Wounded Soul...

To Actualize "Wisdom" freeing your Spirit from the constraints of those who need to dominate...due to their own Lack of Spirit Within.

To Actualize the essence of the Knowing and Fulfillment of your Spirit within the Physical you must walk the Path of Silence, calming the Internal Chatter, releasing yourself from the "Fears" imposed upon you from others. Remove yourself from people and places that you know to be restrictive to the fulfillment you seek. This is neither a judgement or a bad thing.

If you feel the "Agitation and Stress" of your Spirit...you are in the wrong place.

If you are in an environment where you do not feel good about yourself and you are being physically drained, you are in the wrong place.

If you feel "Fear" "Anger and Hurt" you are in the wrong place. It is OK to take time out and honour your own needs. Choose for yourself, and when you feel the strength of your own Power within returning...choose again. You may return to those places, a wiser and stronger person, or you may not. It is OK...

This is an Acrylic I did from a Photo I had taken while visiting Rudyard Kipling's Home, a 17th Century Jacobean House in Burwash, East Sussex, England. The home was called Bateman's (please follow the links to see the actual home as it is today and another artist's rendition of his home.

Sometimes I like to do what I call " Small Pieces of Art"...that do not take up too much time....so I make Cards and have done some Scrap booking. I made this Sympathy card for a Friend who had just lost her Dearest Friend.

We are sentient beings....yet we tend to keep ourselves cut off from the "Feeling Heart". "Emotions".....are felt in every cell in our body...yet they can "Be-Still the Beating Heart".

When did "You" become Locked in "Your Heart"...afraid to "Feel"...?

Throughout History, Humanity has written about "Love"...in Poems, Stories and Novels. The Human Heart is that symbol for the Expression of all that encompasses "Our" understanding of "External Love" and "Internal Love"

We profess our love freely , as individuals, in our beautiful poems, our stories of love to aspire to and love lost, the little card sent along with a bouquet of Flowers or the Hallmark Card sent on that special occasion.

Today has been a day of Heartfelt Wishes to all our Dad's. My Dad passed on December 19, 2010 at the age of 85 years young.

Today, my Heart is Sad...for it feels the loss of this wonderful "Spirit" who touched my life in so many ways. He lived his Joy and Bliss...like Hummingbird, he was not loud, just a whisper on the wind, quietly guiding from strength and Love.

Whale Legend says, there is a D.N.A. coding that sound frequencies can bring up memories of "Ancient Knowledge". Some people who have this ability, to "Know" and are unaware of where it comes from are usually psychically developed and "Hear" frequencies that others can not. It is here where we can re-define ourselves. I feel a great cry to heal. It is everywhere. It is an energetic signature that is permeating our space and time. As a " Sensitive" I feel things that others do not. I have been noticing, more and more, the feel of this signature and the strength of its cry.

....The key is " I". What am " I " going to do to Change " Me? "......

Bring this Stair Way into mind...it is a new Path...we are re-defining. We are all evolving at different paces, each taking that next step...higher...and higher...or maybe, sometime a step back. It does not matter. Let it be a choice.

Your Spirit Evolution is within the realms of your Own Creation....your own comfort of time and experience. ...choose.

Look around... there you will see the " Helping Hands"..reaching down a stair to Lift you Up...and you in turn doing the same for the person on the stair below you...and sometimes...another...will drop a stair, just to reach up and give you that little push you need...to " Soar"...

....Two Eagles Soar....

I felt that lift of the Spirit within as I watched two Eagles Soar over Deer Lake Park. We have a family that lives here...each year returning to nest and raise their young. I watched them Soar...forever going higher...and higher...lifting me as they went...that feeling of being at " One" with something greater than me.

Witnessing this experience became the inspiration for this post. I started to think..." Why do we put ourselves in that position to " Fall" and not " Soar?" " Why do we Hide that beautiful " Spirit" within....

Roslyn Chapel-Myth, History and the Quest for Truth

This post was inspired while reading " Primitive Mythology, The Masks of God" by Joseph Campbell. I was not sure if I was going to post this, as it could be controversial. My intention is to expand our thinking beyond the physical into the Limitless...through and within the " God" of your own understanding.....

I had the privilege of visiting Roslyn Chapel, in Scotland in 2010. This beautiful little Chapel along with its History has long been an intrigue to me. Even though it was under major restoration at the time I could not help but feel the energetic imprint of the place, or what I call the " Spirit of Place" that was present.

Ok, so here goes....

The " Spirit" and our " Belief's " are "Within" and then we create a place to exercise them from.

Religion is a cultural system that creates powerful and long-lasting meaning by establishing symbols that relate humanity to beliefs and values..... Wikipedia-Religion

Can I stretch the imagination by bringing this dwelling into a " Symbol"....?

Is there a need to express ourselves through a Defined Religion...rather consider...a Religion Defined through and within the " God" of your understanding...to be "Limitless"....

Bear with me...this is " Food For Thought"....maybe confusing I know, but lets see if I can bring this into some form of context.

Why do we as humans, take some events, and limit it to the restriction of a " Defined Religion ? "

Why can it not be Limitless...yet to unfold...and in time, through life's experience be understood from your own perspective in that moment in time.

Or, as a human race do we adopt the process of definition through that symbol, to relate those experiences, beliefs, values and concepts of who we are. It is yet another form of searching for self and how we fit into that whole.

If God is limitless, time is limitless and we are limitless...why then can we not make our Symbol Limitless?....again " Food for Thought"....or, we become that Symbol of the Limitless....

This brings to mind an experience I have been having. That flow of intuition coming through in words...written on paper, yet loosing something in the translation. I feel and know there is a depth to the concept being given, yet I can not bring it totally from the Essence of Limitlessness to the Limited Physical interpretation. Is it because it is being brought through the Physicality of the Human Mind...a more restrictive tool as it needs to analyze and define from that limited understanding?

Or, maybe it is mitigated so that the mind can comprehend the phenomena of the experience.

We are, from time to time, touched by experiences that takes us beyond the realm of the everyday mundane to a place that we know to be outside ourselves. Maybe, just maybe...we are to witness ...a reminder for self that we are being mindful and in the moment. It is for just us alone to know. It is....maybe...a time when we enter our own place of " Limitlessness" for just a moment. This, if felt again, becomes a " Signature" for you alone to remember...I have done this before...and I can do it again. And maybe....you can build on this Signature until it becomes the " Norm" rather than the " Exception"

....Maybe....

We carry the D.N.A. from the beginning of time within us. We are " Infinity" evolving through it's many stages...each a " Lifetime" unto itself.

Could the " Religion" of your understanding not become " Infinite" also, as it is of the " Limitless Time"...consider moving it beyond the constraints of the Human Condition. Let it flow through that " Knowing" that you are in that space outside of yourself, part of a " Whole" yet still " One"....within the " Whole"

Being One within the Whole

This photo re-iterates that statement. I watched these magnificent birds, soaring, linked to each other, yet each " One" a part of the formation and dynamic that was taking place. There was no fighting for territory or a place within the formation of flight. There was no evidence of any one bird going hungry or competing for food. There was no evidence of exclusion. There was no evidence of destroying just because of a difference. The " Whole" working as " One" yet part of the " Whole". Continuity within the " Dance of Life"

1. I love conviviality through the art of Fine Dining and full bodied Red Wines.

2. I feel blessed, living where I do at Deer Lake, looking out over a landscape of Snow Capped Peaks, Deer Lake, Eagles Soaring and Nature bursting forth through all its beautiful seasons.

3. I am very sociable, yet need my space to just be. I am very comfortable in my own skin and with my own company.

Phoenix Rising

These are times of Global Restructure, not only in Politics, Religion and Finance...but in Weather Systems, Melting of the Ice Caps and the Extinction of Species.

Through all of this we are beginning to see a change in consciousness. Symbolically, as the Rising of the Phoenix, we must surrender to the Destruction...or burning...to Rise again.

To Burn is to Cleanse. Everything must return to it's natural element before it can re-define itself...to become again, unfolding in the process.

But, to become what?

Own and become the Creation in every " Now". Each thread weaving the cocoon to become the Potential Outcome...

Through our Thoughts and Actions we can be that Potential for a New Creation.

We cling to " Hope" like a Moth to a Flame. It is " Hope" that beats within our Hearts...to Love again, to achieve again, to have success again, to work again, to be healthy again, to feel that life force running through us again.

Everything you need to know to actualize that " Hope" and " Create" its desires you carry within. This is not new stuff, it is just a reminder.

Are you ready to Participate within your own Creation?

Try this for one hour. Be " Thoughtful within your Thoughts." What I mean by this, is start the process of " Knowing" where your " Thoughts" are in the Moment. Have that awareness of what is going on within and then being shown outwardly. From here your thoughts become " Choices" that are finally " Acted Upon."

How does that reverberate throughout our Home, our Neighbourhood, Our Community, and finally our Universe?

How do our Choices affect Humanity? Our Families? Our Partners? Our Children?

This is where we, as individuals, become part of the Creation, the Restructuring that takes place.

This Post, along with " Own our Creation" was inspired by my experience with Wolf. Please visit the Wolf page to understand where this came from.

Everything comes to us through our senses. From here, it is interpreted through the mind. I believe that we then bring forward our perception of the event. Based on our experience we then begin to form patterns, or pathways of being, through interpretation.

These pathways can be mitigated by our beliefs, experiences and data input from others. We start to formulate these pathways through the mind from the moment we are born. I will correlate this to a computer, programs working behind the scenes and layered deep within our hard drive.

So often I hear people say......" Well, I am just hard-wired that way"...." This is how I was taught"...." This is the way I have always done it"...

Well, how is that working for you?

For me, when I find myself thinking or using phrases like this I realize I am taking space, because someone is asking me to make a change in how I do something. Change of pattern means I may have to be responsible for my choice. It means I have to work at doing something differently. I am asked to be Out of my comfort zone.... out of my Safe Place....Out of My Normal....now how scary is that?

I too have patterns I still repeat and some I have learned to re-route through a New Pathway.

Somewhere along the way I learned that I did not always have to do things based on what others told me. Sometimes these came with agendas to meet their needs, not my needs. I could do it differently. Then came the baby steps. I changed one little pattern, or pathway of being. When I realized it was not as hard as I perceived it to be, I changed another. For me, this brought me to conscious choices through knowing myself. ( Within the Teachings of Wolf, in the aloneness of a Power Place, you may find the True You)

I say this, because when you start to change the way you choose, it makes those around you uncomfortable. You may hear..." I just don't understand you anymore"..." I don't know who you are anymore"

However, within this, you are igniting the fire for change. You do this by changing the Perception within your Mind as to how your Spirit fits in with the Whole. Is your purpose being directed by others? ....or ....Are you in charge of your purpose of direction?....This is not always clear. Sometimes we feel manipulated. Sometimes we will choose for others. When we choose for others, know....you made the choice. There is freedom in that.

When you open that Doorway and walk through, a pathway of opportunity lays before you. You are now the Artist of your own Destiny. It may start and stop. It may take a side path...but know that " You Chose."

When you feel you have strayed from what you Perceive you Pathway to be...know too that this perception can change within the re-routing of your pathways. Your Spirit will always guide you back.

Answer the Calling of your Spirit. Choose your own Pathway. Be open to the Inner Guidance.

The Journey Begins Here...just open the Door...

How many times have you held back the tears. Those tiny little crystals of salt that lead us out of the mists of confusion and fear... to hope...that we may understand, live and then grieve our loss of things gone by...and from here begin to heal the change within the pattern we have created.

There are tears of Love, tears of Joy, tears of Wonder, tears of Hope, tears of Loss, tears of Hopelessness, tears of Tragedy, tears of Despair....just tiny little crystals of salt....and so often, " We do not cry...."

I was reminded today, while looking out my window over Deer Lake Park how our Earth, cleanses, nourishes and brings new growth through her beautiful tears...Rain...

There is no confusion or fear....just trust and knowing. This is what is needed. She is unencumbered by the constraint and patterns created to live in a Society, to belong, to be loved, to be accepted, to be strong.

How many times, has emotion touched you, where the Tears just naturally, well up and you swallow them, for whatever reason. A thought, what if the Earth stopped Raining her Tears upon our beautiful home, wherever we are. The planet would slowly die and all things upon it. I think, every time we choose not to shed our tears, a little piece of us dies inside. It is only another form of our Spirit expressing itself, not unlike ....Hello, How are You, I Love you, I Miss you, where have you been.....I had a Bad Day....I Lost someone I Love Dearly....

.....Tears are a part of the Human Condition.....

I believe, Tears bring new beginnings. This photo is all about Spring and without the Rain...there would not be the amazing wonders of this Season. It is Spring that leads us out of the long sleep of Winter. Through the Rain...the Earth Flourishes.

It is said, in some Native cultures, that the "Rainbow" is the " Bridge Between Two Worlds"

Through the Rainbow we may experience the understanding of the " Spirit Within"....

Spider Web In The Fall

Within adversity, this one little spider, spun his web...starting with one little strand, never knowing if he would complete the process. It was at a time when the Earth was preparing to rest. Yet he spun. The wind may come up and bring down the grass he had attached his web to. A small animal may have run through, tearing it apart. A person, passing by, may have been fearful of something he did not understand, and tear it down. Yet he spun.

While walking in Deer Lake Park one day, I heard a phrase running through my mind...."Nature Walks Softly and Whispers in Your Ear, Are You Listening?"

We are all connected to Nature, yet we have strayed from it's teachings. I believe that we walk in the Mysteries of our world everyday, and it speaks to us softly, yet with all the noise around us and the Human Condition of plain old survival, we do not hear. No, we do not need to sell everything and move onto the top of a mountain....just consider...turn down the volume.

The phrase, Human Doing is the process withing the day to day mundane.

The phrase, Human Being is essential for the Participation within the Living of Life. It is the pathway to self discovery...here we spin....

When I started on this adventure with my new Blog, I became aware of the tremendous searching from so many for that Connection to a new way of Being. Moving away from the constraints of the Human Doing to the" Fall" when life surrenders, goes back to the Earth, to come forth again in the " Spring".....and yes to spin again.

So often I hear the phrase..." I feel so alone"

It is the times when we are vulnerable and life is just kicking us hard that this feeling of being alone takes hold. We look at our friends and loved ones and somehow their world looks better than ours. We may feel that no one understands.

For me, this is where the Common Thread comes in. That link to the "Whole". We have all been there and others are in that spot right now at different parts of the world..connected within that web of humanity just living...and yes, like you may be " Feeling Alone and fearful"

Another way to look at this. Just maybe, your coping skills are down today. Outside influences beyond your control are at play...this is where my mind jumps to the Minor Arcana in the Tarot.

As humans we need to control where we are in the moment. This is our need for comfort and safety. But know..." This too shall pass." This is what I do. Once I recognize that I am in this state of being I surrender to the process. The interesting thing is it starts to feel better. No, I have not fixed the outside influences taking place, however, on an emotional level I have released the outcome. I have taken an active roll in my day as opposed to a re-active roll.

I have chosen this photo of the Blue Heron to illustrate what it is I am trying to convey.

"He stands alone, a vast sea before him, yet he trusts that everything will be provided."

If you feel alone, bring the Heron to mind and let that veil of peace encompass you, the day will unfold , but with a new perception...and yes, tomorrow is another day.

My goal is to be informative and help others to understand not only themselves, but the truths behind what we do as Mediums and Psychics. As a Medium, I do talk to those who have passed over. My job is to bring the Two Worlds together and allow healing to take place. When I work on a Psychic Level the information is to help you to understand who you are and to bring to light what you already know on a deeper level.
