Why was Pippa Middleton spotted dressed like a nun? It wasn't Halloween and she wasn't going to a costume party. The only thing missing from the outfit that looks like it came directly from a convent closet is the veil. Is Pippa considering taking some holy vows?

According to a report from SFLuxe, Kate Middleton's sister always looks stylish and very pretty. That's why the bad take on a habit seemed rather out of the norm for Pippa.

Pippa wore a black dress with a white Peter Pan collar and white trim on the sleeves. Now the dress alone might have been okay if paired with different accessories and shoes. However, Pippa paired it with black tights, flat black shoes, a black laptop case, and a black handbag. Even her sunglasses were black. It truly appeared as though she had either become a nun or was in the throes of heavy mourning.

Elisabeth Shue is returning to Las Vegas!
The 48-year-old actress, who earned an Oscar nomination for her role in Leaving Las Vegas, has been tapped to replace Marg Helgenberger on CSI beginning in February, CBS announced Friday.
Shue will portray a new CSI, fresh off an anger management course, who may have been fired by D.B. Russell (Ted Danson) when they worked together in Seattle.

Katy Perry has dyed her hair bright pink! She has been wearing colorful wigs throughout the Teenage Dream album cycle, but this is the first time that she has dyed her own hair a bright shade. Katy is a natural blonde but has dyed her hair black for years.
Those years of dyeing made the transition from black to pink a bit messy — she first attempted the dye job in mid-June, but tweeted that she couldn’t get the color done in one go and would have to be ginger for 3 weeks before trying again in order to avoid damaging her hair. She continued the process last week, showing off a much lighter yellow-blonde shade at the movie premier of “The Smurfs” on July 24th. Now more than a month since the redhead phase began, we can finally we can see the finished product.
I like all of her fun wigs, but I wonder why she chose to make this one permanent, especially since blue has been her go-to wig. Personally I think that black hair suits her best and allows her to pull off wearing heavy colorful makeup, while I can only envision the ginger shade with more natural looks. I'm the most stylish among my friends. Growing up in Miami's tight-knit Cuban community, I was the girl everyone sought out for fashion advice, the one who transformed boring outfits into head-turning looks with the flick of a collar or the cinch of a belt. Of course, it surprised no one that I decided to pursue a career as a fashion stylist—though at 5'2" and 220 pounds, I'd need an elaborate pulley system and a can of Crisco to shimmy into the clothes I dress models in. Instead, I'm relegated to the plus-size racks, where trendy usually translates into "when's your due date" empire waists and cinch-sack drawstrings. It's not easy being chic, but it's an epic struggle when you're a big girl.
Case in point: Not long ago, while interning at a fashion trade publication, I scored a last-minute invitation to an industry cocktail party. I was giddy with anticipation—I can't believe I get to mingle with Marc Jacobs! But my joy quickly turned to dread when I realized that I was wearing boyfriend jeans and an oversize blazer, hardly appropriate for this Stoli-and-stilettos mixer. As I stood in the fashion closet, scanning the sparkly numbers that would barely make it up my thigh, I frantically weighed my options. There wasn't enough time to run home and change, and dashing over to the nearby Banana Republic was out of the question—their XLs are typically available only online. With literally nothing to wear, I bagged the event and spent much of the evening sulking on my couch.

I've struggled with weight—and how to camouflage it—my whole life. The skinniest I've ever been was in high school, when I weighed 150 pounds and subsisted on nothing but undressed salads. I long ago made peace with the fact that I'll never look good in a slinky dress or pleated paper-bag-waist pants, even if Coco Chanel herself came back from the dead to hand-stitch them for me. So I stick to cuts that always flatter—even in a size 18—like wrap dresses and pencil skirts. Then I'll style up dowdy items with high-end accessories, like the staggeringly awesome Louboutins I scored for Christmas or the YSL bag I recently got on sale. Big girls love accessories—they always fit, no size tags required.

My most persistent, most daunting wardrobe challenge is finding that perfect, all-occasion pair of slimming, lengthening, ass-hugging jeans. Let's face it, it's a maddening task for girls even half my size, but I go through at least a few pairs of jeans every year, routinely wearing holes in the area where my thighs rub together. My requirements: no muffin top, butt crack, or camel toe. That's a tricky set of demands considering that most jeans for the size-14-and-up set are either woefully ill-fitting or designed like industrial coveralls—solely to hide the body, style be damned. I suspect that's why so many big girls squeeze into sizes far too small for their ample builds. At least sausages have shape, right?

Still, I won't settle when it comes to jeans and insist on buying only those pairs that make me feel comfortable, sexy, and confident. They must work for my body. Which is why I've spent untold hours in countless fitting rooms squeezing into hundreds of pairs of relaxed fits, boot-cuts, straight-legs, and low-rises.
Ladies, I've road tested them all.

This generation believes in being first to flaunt the latest trends. And they are ready to experiment with colours, pattern & style for that. Any new launch has to be with them as soon as it goes online. This is where online shopping portals come into picture. In countries like India, people were not comfortable with the idea of online shopping, physical touch & trial being the main constrain. But now more and more youngsters prefer online shopping over the usual ones for the very fact its latest, fast and more choices are available. Jena Gambaccini is a multi-tasker, having started the ChiCityFashion blog while in college, and now working as a social media manager for eDrop-Off. The go-getting style writer has been at it for a year and a half now, perfecting her craft and covering everything from shopping events to runway shows to lines she wished would come to Chicago.

We recently caught up with the lovely Ms. Gambaccini, who shared with us her local haunts, her favorite Chicago designers, and a few fashion do's and don'ts.

The Feast: What have you been wearing non-stop lately?
Jena Gambaccini: Colored jeans! My go-to (in life) is color...so I was beyond excited when it happened to be one of this season's biggest trends. Now it's easy for me to find bright colored everything! My favorite colored jeans this season are Rag & Bone for Intermix and Current/Elliott. J Brand for colored cut-off shorts.

What's one current look that makes you wish you were a millionaire?

What are a couple of fashion do's and don'ts for summer 2011?
Fashion do's: colorblocking (don't fear color...it's your friend this season!), white lace and crochet (minimalist chic), and oversized sunhats (why not? they're fabulous).
Fashion don'ts: too-short cut off shorts (please, leave something to the imagination), wearing a bikini top and shorts outside of the beach or pool (this happens way too often) and jeans and gym shoes (this is for all season 'round...not just summer).

Which local designers do you love/what makes them so lovable?
Dana Levy of Dana Rebecca Designs because she's an awesome person but she also designs incredible jewelry. I normally don't like fine jewelry because it all tends to look the same and isn't as exciting as costume. Dana Rebecca Designs makes fine jewelry fun. I also love Christina Fan of C/FAN. Not only is she a super talented designer (obsessed with her Spring '11 prints), she even makes great basics.

What was your favorite store in the mall when you were 15? And now?
I hate to admit it but I have to say Abercrombie & Fitch (literally wore it from the ages of 14-15 then was over it). Now it's Barney's...nothing compares.

What shop do you wish was in Chicago? What's your favorite indie one here now?
I wish we had a Bergdorf Goodman or Kirna Zabete...but then again it's probably good for my wallet that we don't have these stores. My favorite boutique in Chicago is Sofia Vintage. I've been shopping there since they were on Clark Street and they've done so much in the past year, it's incredible! They carry the coolest up and coming designers which I always appreciate.

If you could have lunch with any designer, who would it be, where would you go, and what would you want to know most?
Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez from Proenza Schouler. We'd eat at Fred's at Barneys after I picked up a Proenza Schouler PS1 (or 2) from the handbag department. I'd want to know everything about them from where they like eat and go out in NYC to how they come up with the amazing prints they use for their collections.

One of the most important things to consider when selecting what to wear, no matter your size, is that the clothes are actually the correct size. A lot of people wear clothes that are the wrong size, both too large and too small. The whole point of clothing is to flatter your body, not hide it or try and shape it into something it isn't.
Many plus sized women wear clothes that are too big for them in an effort to hide their size. By doing this, they are making themselves look even larger. If your clothing doesn't hang well, you turn from a feminine creature into a barrel or box-shaped thing. I am not saying to wear tight clothes, but fitted clothes in the correct size will make the world of difference.
To make matters worse, a lot of women don't actually know what size they should wear, so it is worth visiting a store with a tailor or someone who can take your measurements and suggest sizes. Of course, it's important to remember that different brands often fit differently so one size in one place may not fit the same elsewhere.
The goal of most women is to lengthen their stature and slim the torso. Styles that add length to the leg and torso are definite winners. Jackets should be a bit longer, ending at the top of the legs. Wearing a longer jacket will add balance to a look and support a larger chest. Also, by not tucking your shirt into your trousers, the torso is again being elongated. You really don't want to go with a top that is longer than the top of the leg or mid-butt or else you'll start to create added volume where you don't want it. Trousers should be a bit wider in the leg and have a bit of a flare at the bottom to balance out the top. Lastly, a fitted jacket creates an hourglass shape and draws attention to the waist. You have curves, accentuate them!
V-neck tops, whether sweaters, blouses or button up shirts, are a great way to elongate your neck. If you are busty, you may want to add a lacy camisole to downplay your chest area. If you are uncomfortable wearing multiple layers, this season, two-in-one tops are a key look. They hold an outfit together with multiple necklines creating the illusion of layers. Find the right top that mixes the styles you want. Straight lines such as a deep V or a crisp starched collar can give your appearance a sharp sophisticated edge. Softer lines like a scoop or turtleneck round you out for a smooth comfortable look.
If you would like a more feminine look, an empire top raises the waistline, creating the illusion of length. Its classic shape also accentuates the bust line and is great at concealing a wider mid-section.

Finally, make the most of your legs with styles that elongate the silhouette and show them off. Trendy wide leg pants give the illusion of being taller. For mile-long legs top them off with sexy heels or wedges. Another great way to set off your lovely legs is with a dazzling dress. Chose dresses and skirts that break around the knee and have volume. Fuller cut skirts and dresses that flare away from the body balance out a larger chest area. You can never go wrong with a classic black dress, but for the more daring, eye-catching prints and bold colours will speak volumes about your fashion sense.

Whether you prefer sweet and girly or bold and graphic, make sure these prints and colours work with the rest of your look. Balance a daring print with simple trousers or an understated top with colorful accessories. Remember to consider your physical stature in relation to the size of the print you select. You want it to complement your frame, not overpower it.

Romantic floor-sweeping maxis, cool midi-skirts and fun “mullet” dresses are all DOs for fall, whether you buy something brand new or simply restyle your summer favorites. DON’T stop wearing them when the temperature drops—just add tights and boots and you’re good to go!
