It has been a long time since I've written. The world financial institutions have collapsed, we have done nothing to put the architects of the robbery in jail or make the controllers loosen up the flow of money so we can recover.
America wants to blame political leaders. Have a good time with that but it won't help.

My suggestion is to start looking to ourselves for solutions. Start growing your food so we have extra money for other things. Return to a simpler way of living. Go green and off the grid as much as we can. Become self sufficient instead of depending on some conservative to save the day.

Lose the Lobbyist that are killing our country and our laws. Start thinking and listening to what is happening before it is too late.

President Obama don't believe that IHC is a good provider. They deny services that will keep people healthy and only treat if forced to. No one understands what the poor are dealing with except the poor.

Don't wait for anyone else to take care of the problem do it yourself.

It’s been a tough winter for the FCC, caught in the icy grip of what’s been described
as a “climate of fear.” But the heat was turned way up on the Commission’s top
dog, Chairman Kevin Martin, who is under fire for abusing “FCC procedures by
manipulating or suppressing reports, data and information.” On December 9,
2008, the House Committee on Energy and Commerce, the congressional body
that oversees the FCC, released its majority staff report, concluding a nearly
year-long investigation. The report was ominously tiltled “Deception and Distrust:
The Federal Communications Commission under Chairman Kevin J. Martin.”
Among Martin’s key transgressions— for our readers at least—was his handling
of the broadband over power line (BPL) issue. Martin vigorously promoted
BPL during his tenor as FCC Commissioner, apparently to the point of “egregious
abuses of power,” though not necessarily criminality. Congress has been
looking into allegations that the agency ignored complaints from broadcasters
concerning interference caused by BPL, delayed an enforcement investigation
for two years, and withheld engineering data regarding BPL from the public. BPL
systems use frequencies between 1.7 MHz and 80 MHz, and the interference
they cause can affect the spectrum used by amateur radio, low-band VHF public
service, and shortwave communications— the only frequencies in the entire
radio spectrum on which worldwide communications are possible without satellites
or other relays. Obviously, cherry-picking data concerning a technology that
can seriously hamper such a broad swath of communications is not in the public
good.
In addition to its findings concerning BPL, the report also concluded that:
• The results of an FCC study of possible consumer benefits in requiring cable
companies to sell channels on an “a la carte” basis were manipulated by Martin.
The House investigation found Martin “undermined the integrity of the FCC staff
and may have improperly influenced the congressional debate on the matter by
ordering agency employees to rewrite a report to conclude that a la carte mandates
would benefit consumers.”
• Martin attempted to manipulate findings of an annual FCC report on the state
of competition in the market for cable and other video services “to show that the
industry had a big enough market share to permit additional government regulation.
When the full commission voted to reject that conclusion, Martin suppressed
the report by withholding its release.”
• The FCC’s oversight of the Telecommunications Relay Service Fund, which
pays for special services for people with hearing or speech disabilities, was slack
under Martin’s leadership, resulting in overcompensation of the companies that
provide these services by as much as $100 million a year—costs that were ultimately
passed along to phone company customers.
In a more general condemnation of Martin’s reign, which was expected to end
under the new administration, the report also found that the commission had
become politicized, had failed to carry out some important responsibilities, and
suffered an undermining of open and transparent regulatory process.
Luckily, winter is nearly over, and with the coming of spring we look forward
to a new chaiman who will throw open the FCC’s windows, put the house back
in proper order, and get down to the business of faithfully serving the public
good.

A CONSERVATIVE LIE CASE STUDY....

A CONSERVATIVE LIE CASE STUDY.... To paraphrase Twain, a right-wing talking point can travel the media world, while the truth is still getting its pants on. We've seen a classic example over the last 48 hours.

On Monday, Bloomberg ran an opinion piece from Betsy McCaughey, a staffer at a conservative think tank who also used to be a Republican Lt. Gov. of New York, attacking the economic stimulus plan. Specifically, McCaughey insisted that the policy would create a "new bureaucracy" called the National Coordinator of Health Information Technology, which will "monitor treatments to make sure your doctor is doing what the federal government deems appropriate and cost effective." McCaughey said the federal government would then "'guide' your doctor's decisions," adding, "Keeping doctors informed of the newest medical findings is important, but enforcing uniformity goes too far."

The claim, not surprisingly, isn't true. The National Coordinator for Health Information Technology isn't "new"; it was created by George W. Bush five years ago. More importantly, the measure is about medical records, not limiting physicians' treatments.

In fact, the language in the House bill that McCaughey ... referenced does not establish authority to "monitor treatments" or restrict what "your doctor is doing" with regard to patient care, but rather addresses establishing an electronic records system such that doctors would have complete, accurate information about their patients "to help guide medical decisions at the time and place of care."

So, the opinion piece Bloomberg ran was wrong. Ordinarily, that's hardly worth getting excited about; news outlets run misleading opinion pieces every day. But what's interesting about this particular story is they way in which it spread.

Step One: Rush Limbaugh told his minions audience on Monday about McCaughey's piece, insisting that a "national coordinator of health information technology will monitor treatments that your doctor gives you to make sure your doctor is doing what the federal government deems appropriate and cost-effective."

Step Two: By late Monday, Drudge was trumpeting McCaughey's mistake with this headline: "'National Coordinator of Health Information Technology' Slipped in to Stimulus..."

Step Three: Fox News and members of the Wall Street Journal editorial board got in on the act on Tuesday morning, arguing that the government will "essentially dictate treatments," thanks to the "secret" provisions in the stimulus bill. FNC's Megan Kelly said the non-existent language "sounds dangerously like socialized medicine," while FNC's Bill Hemmer said the recovery plan includes "new rules guiding decisions your doctor can make about your health care." All of this, of course, is patently and demonstrably false.

Step Four: Limbaugh took a bow yesterday, taking credit for the misinformation campaign, and telling listeners that his show "uncovered" all of this. "I found it," Limbaugh said. "I detailed it for you, and now it's all over mainstream media."

Remember, McCaughey got it wrong. Limbaugh and Drudge took the wrong information and exaggerated it further. Then Fox News took Limbaugh's lies, and stretched them even further still. That none of this is grounded in reality in any way was of no importance to any of these clowns. Untold thousands of Americans, who don't know better, get their "news" from these people, and have no idea they've been lied to.

DDay added, "This is how the conventional wisdom often gets set in Washington -- an article that 'the right people' read builds among the chattering class and then is distilled out to the people, no matter its veracity. While zombies like McCaughey are still churning out the lies, there's a whole new set -- Rush, Drudge, Fox -- of opinion leaders that get to set the agenda on these matters."

Write a letter to these media zombies, tell them you are angry that their people are too lazy to check the facts before passing them on. Then cc: it to the sponsors of the respective talking heads' segment, add that they should be ashamed to be connected with lazy, uncaring people who don't check the facts before talking about them: perhaps they don't check the trustworthiness of their sponsors claims either? Embarrass these clowns.

This was written many years ago but it is still of value. What has come of this 8 years of hell. We have found a President that is a leader. We hope now that Americans will step up and encourage those in the Legislature to work with our new President putting Party Politics aside.

Not long ago I was contemplating the ethical values we esteem in America. We want to believe our values are based on religious principles. If we valued religious teachings women who stay home to raise their children would be considered a cherished resource with pay and retirement benefits. The obvious conclusion was Americans value anything that provides possessions and status within the community no matter how honest or moral the means.

We don't even value human life, we talk about abortion being evil but once the baby is born we could care less if that child has a home or food to eat.

If you don't believe me start listening to the people we are electing. Compare what they say to what you know to be right.

Utah County Hot bed of corruption.

Ms. Waugh,

November 1st was my flight to freedom from Utah County. Three years ago I uncovered fraud in the H.E.A.T Program at Community Action in Provo. The refusal to give clients a copy of there application for heat assistance, funneling money into Provo City Power even if the client wanted the cash sent to them so they could use the money to pay their own bills, which is an option according the government guide lines. The money is suppose to go to the Client unless they owe a utility company.

This had been going on for years and continues even now. I contacted my City and my State representatives and confronted the program manager. She had to give me my client copy, of the paper work, because my State Representative ask her too. What I found was miss configured information. Changing figures in documents after being signed by the client and because they don't give the client a copy it just looks like a mistake by the worker. My documentation was changed once after I did the paperwork then changed again after they were forced to give me my copy of the paperwork. I went in and saw how the papers had been changed with my City Representative I was told by Lois the woman that runs the program in Provo, that those people wouldn't pay their bills and that was what the money was for. That is the problem in Utah County, people who think they are right and have to tell everyone else what to do and how to do it.

Last year after the worker filled out my paper work and refused to give me the client copy I explained that Bob knew me and I was suppose to get my copy. After asking him she came back and gave it to me but said the amount might be wrong. I got more money back when the check came in the mail. How much money has Prove taken from the poor and put into the bank account of Provo City over the past years of Republican domination. We will never know unless we stand up for what is right and stop letting people get away with corruption.

My City Representative said she would get on the Board of Directors and make sure things changed at Community Action. Nothing changed and I had no one to tell because I felt corruption within the State of Utah is so rampant I would only hurt the people in need rather than end the corruption.
Nothing has changed over the past three years. They still take money from the program and use it to cover up the waste and mismanagement in Provo City Government.

Do you know who to contact about this? I have been afraid to say anything while living in Utah County but now that I'm in Salt Lake and all my children are grown, I'm hopeful that I can find out who to contact and how to end the gross mistreatment of the poor and elderly.

Looking Forward Learning from the Past

My brother sent me this email this morning. He is on the Republican email list because he owns a business. I was thinking about the future and this past election and wondered what inspired me to vote for Obama. Then I opened my email and found a typical Republican email. This is the email with commentary from me.

I was thinking this morning about what makes Barack Obama so appealing. He isn't good looking but he is intelligent but neither one is unusual.
Big ears are funny but not appealing enough to inspire confidence.
I finally came to the conclusion that if I was his mother I would be proud of him because of his humor and love of people. He has the ability to let the garbage go and not hold on to defaming or the negativity Americans have embraced over the past eight years.

Barack Obama, unlike the other candidates for President, sees the greatness in people. He inspires goodness the positive view of reality.
Remember when he didn't have a flag pin? I do because it was very important to some people like the person that wrote the email I received from my brother.
This man was making a big deal out of ABC banning flag pins. President elect Obama eventually got a pin to wear because he knew it meant something to some people. He was respecting others.

An American is real when they do something selfless for their country. That doesn't include buying a flag pin and wearing it on TV. That is more a statement of support for the Republican Party than patriotism.

People who go into the service and serve their country, join the peace corp, serve after college as community organizers or a number of service related projects are real patriotic Americans.

They are the positive do something for someone else types that we need in this country.

Maybe ABC is trying to reverse a trend in America. That trend is superficial patriotism like the ribbons on the cars that say I support the troops and the wearing of flag pins that show a persons bad taste in jewelry.

Well if we support the troops then we should make sure they are the first to get the jobs when they come home. Or provide the best medical care available if they need physical or mental healing when they come home.
I personally think going to your local Veterans Hospital and painting a flag on someones cast or prosthetic leg would be more fitting. At least they would have personal contact with the people they went to war for. The people that sent them into a war that changed their lives forever.

George W. Bush and his administration do not support the troops. Anyone one that votes to cut support in any way for the troops is not a patriot even if they have a flag pined to there expensive suit. We owe these kids, we owe a lot of people for our freedoms but they can not be repaid with flag pins, plastic ribbons or flags flying every holiday.
Our troops should get the respect they deserve and to hell with flag pins and all the trappings used to show off support but not get our hearts and minds involved in the suffering of real Americans who served our country unselfishly.

Send this to your friend. I'll watch ABC or any station I want. I don't watch Fox because the programing is negative propaganda. An Australian,who became an American in the 90's owns Fox. I don't like there not to britht, angry talking heads.
Were in a depression people, we need to buy American so we can work and keep our country strong.
The political strife in America needs to be over. We have work to do. I'm not working so I think I'll go to the Veterans Hospital and volunteer to be a friend to some wounded soldier.

I would challenge all of us to heal this country. We are facing hard time because we have allowed negative pundits to rip out our hearts and feed us hate for the past eight years.

1996 The first few years were difficult and we did the best we could with dumpster diving to find furniture.

2004 I was staying at home so much during those first few years even illness couldn't stop me from fixing up my home and making it what I wanted. After being homeless I needed to feel secure.

2008 I've been cancer free for two years. The past few years people have given me furniture as they have improved their circumstances and my home looks much more like others. Now I will go to the next phase of my life in Riverton. I've decided to live. To become all that I can. What ever it takes or doesn't take I am going to enjoy the rest of my life. I will post my new look when I'm done.

It is hard to leave a place after thirteen years. The friendships I have made, the loved ones I have lost and most of all the security of being part of a community.

A Time For Change

I've been blowing off steam for awhile now and it's time for a change. I've resolved my major life problem of dissociation recently and feel a new freedom in my heart and mind.

My first realization that I was one with myself was when I was remembering an event from earlier in the day and I was seeing from my own eyes and not as a third person. This was a unique experience that has persisted for over three weeks. I've been more at peace with myself, I feel as though I am growing and accepting myself completely.

One of the best experiences I've had concerned a man who is suppose to be morally strong but I found out he is lacking in integrity. Instead of feeling betrayed I felt relief.
I was told the truth about this man and it allowed me to know that my impressions were correct. I could trust myself and my instincts. Having been lied to all of my life it was a real blessing.

I don't need anyone to validate me anymore. I feel like I'm an equal to all people. It's time to live for awhile.

While reading Sen. Obama's Book “ The Audacity of Hope” I found I was in agreement with his belief that all of us are accountable for thinking of solutions to our many social and economic challenges.

These are some of my thoughts on the problems I find most debilitating for our nation as a whole. We need to invigorate our economy through employment opportunities for individuals that enjoy working in manufacturing and are not suited to business or self employment. Those corporations that removed complete manufacturing facilities from our country and started manufacturing in 3^rd world nations need to compensate our nation for all the tax breaks we gave them. What needs to be done is an investment in America's future. Our quality products that upheld the best of health and construction standards have been compromised by substandard cheap often hazardous products made in nations that have no quality control. They can sell their products to their citizens and other nations that don't care if their children have brain damage from lead poisoning.

Building new manufacturing facilities in America using updated energy efficient technologies would put America back to work. We would have an opportunity to rebuild our nations manufacturing capabilities with eco friendly technologies, self sustained wind powered companies that would produce power in the day time and create power for the grid at night.

We need the stock market to invest in America's future. We don't need a wealthy class and a slave labor class because it is morally corrupt and unproductive.

We need a country determined to rebuild the infrastructure with mass transit. Our local government is not looking to the future. We are still widening roads for more cars. Maybe we need to put people in office that live on a working wage. Then our focus could be on a rapid transit energy efficient transport system using the rails we already have in place. These rails could also be used by business to transport products as well as people.

The most obvious waste in our state is the building of coal burning energy production. Why don't we use the new technologies from Sweden and other nations that create energy from natural sources wind, sun, etc. and let the coal stay in the ground. Train the miners in these new energy producing constructions.

Bio Fuels are not the answer. We are not the bread basket of the world we are the stupid people of the world that starve people so we can drive. Wasting land on fuel production is a crime against humanity.

America is in need of a wake up call before we lose everything our fathers built before us. Letting bridges fail and roads degrade, always looking for the cheap way to do something and getting the worst possible results.

If we take the money we give to the leaders of foreign governments and instead invest that money in providing training and assistance with building infrastructure in their countries we would be providing skills and training to change their economy. Using the peace corps and other organizations including our troops to teach basic solar, wind and farming skills, how to drill water wells, building homes for the populations of other poor nations we create new markets and better lives for everyone. Giving money to leaders of these nations only makes the leaders rich and powerful. Time for us to stop controlling government and help people live better lives.

Open Letter to Congress and the Attorney General Mukasey

Attorney General Mukasey, Honorable Women and Men of Congress,

It is a burden to this Nation when those who have been elected and assigned the honor to uphold the standards of this Nation take that opportunity and use it for personal gain or individual objectives that may be counter to the best interest of the Country.

I ask you to consider what you stand for. Do you stand for Freedom, Honor, The Constitution and the Bill of Rights?
Do you sit in this great body as Representatives of your individual party affiliation. Does special interest, big business and money own this Nation or do we the humble people you have been ask to serve? Furthermore, do you represent the people of your State or your own political ambition? These are serious questions and you will be remembered for your actions.

1. Are you willing to honor your Oath of Office as Representatives of these United States?

2. Will you investigate and prosecute all individuals responsible for crimes against humanity and the honesty and integrity of these United States? Even if the evidence proves corruption in the highest office in the land?

3. Will you Impeach this President if he pardons the men responsible for these crimes?

You owe the people of this great Nation, those who have served their country with honor, living and dead, your personal honesty and integrity.

As a citizen of this nation I believe this President and Vice President are criminals with no regard for the law. To allow the highest office in the land to be corrupted out of loyalty to one party or the other is treason and you stand for nothing. Honor is more valuable than fleeting power or position.

As a descendant of men and women who founded this nation and settled on her shores over 300 years ago, and a multitude of family that fought and died in the struggle for Independence, I ask you to honor their sacrifices.

As the mother of men who have served this nation in peace and are serving in the Army National Guard right now; I ask you to honor them and their service. They serve with integrity because they were taught correct principles by their parents. All people who serve this nation with honor need to know if you will do the same?

I ask you to honor those that served in the wars fought to establish a free nation and those that were ask to put an end to terrorist throughout the world. I ask that you put and end to War for financial gain, businesses that poison children and corrupt our nations ability to produce quality craftsmen and pride in industry.
End the outrageous greed of this Nation and bring America and her people to a future of prosperity and reason. Do you serve your country or the people building empires on the products that are poisoning us?
We need leaders strong enough to stop this insanity. Our Government is failing us, you have the power to change direction and return us to our former Greatness.

Pass laws that provide radio and television air time to candidates so they can represent their ideas and plans for this nation instead of serving corruption, greed, and party politics. Limit the amount that can be spent and use only funds from taxpayer deductions to finance campaigns. We have the ability to offer free air time through cable stations and public access air time. Are you doing your job when most of your time is spent raising money for your next campaign?

If you fear losing your seat in Congress or your job as Attorney General take into account Americans are loyal to those that serve the best interest of the Nation. The majority of Americans know what is best and all they need is leaders that know how to lead with honor. Have the Courage to be Honest, the Integrity to do what is in the best interest of all the people. Make it possible for all Americans to be Free. If we do not change course and honor The Constitution and the Bill of Rights we will fail as a Nation.
The signs are already obvious, our new Technologies, Standards of Excellence and Social Responsibility is now the forte of the European Union not the United States.
Stand up for Justice or Stand Aside and let better men and women serve.

Belief

God the Father has a body of flesh and bone, immortal and incorruptible. Jesus Christ is the literal son of God the Father and Mary whom we are told is a descendant of David and Bathsheba. Interesting that he would choose that linage to come from; maybe he is teaching us about repentance by his choices. David was a Prophet and he was responsible for the death of Bathsheba's husband. He made a huge mistake and paid for it the rest of his life. I don't project into the next life. Jesus Christ is the judge.

I was talking to a friend of mine at church and he is the smartest spiritual man I know. He ask why do we accept the Hollywood version of Bathsheba and David. If Bathsheba was bathing on the roof of her home it would have been with a washing cloth and a basin of water. You know washing her arms, feet and legs. Maybe her personals but she would not have been naked. David, being a Prophet and having many wives was not your hot to trot teenager. He was a King and had all the women he could handle. He had no need to look for something new.

Could God have revealed to David that this woman was to be his wife and that from her line the Messiah would come? Did David decide that God needed help getting the job done and jump the gun instead of letting God handle the when and where?

The children of Israel are a matriarchal society. With all the raping going on and conquering the only way to know the line was through the mother. The father could have been of unknown linage. In this case we have David confessing to his sin so we know the linage.

He spent the rest of his life begging forgiveness of God which shows he was a man who wanted to do what was right. Like most of us he made some serious mistakes. The reason I think we should all stop judging. We don't have enough information to judge anything. That must be why we are told to forgive one another.

Only Christ knows and he had to suffer for the information so he could be a righteous judge. Do you see what I mean by the greatest of us all? Can you imagine loving your brothers and sisters so much you would died and suffer for them? The Atonement is something that we do not understand completely. We never will in this life. It is bigger than anything that has ever happened. A war of idea's was waged in Heaven that determined the plan of Salvation.

The son of the morning, Satan, put forth a plan where he would come down and save all of us and assure our return to our Father by forcing us to be good. He would received the power and the glory for forcing his will on all of us. What would have been the outcome? We would have all remained dumb as stumps and not have learned a thing during our life, except how to be dominated by force. Not really a good model for the Children of a God. Would God want that for his children? Would he want them to learn how to be free and experience the joy of overcoming weakness, loving and living and learning how to be their best by exercising their free will and learning how to control their desires. That is why we needed a body. The vessel that allows us to be tempted and experience bliss and pain.

That is what got Satan all angry and he convinced a third of God's children to follow him. They were the children who didn't believe they could pass the test. They wanted to remain as they are, spirit children forever. They got what they wanted.

God does not force his will on anyone. He is the champion of free will. That is why we need a Savior. It isn't as much about original sin as it is repentance and forgiveness for our poor choices. We do hurt people during our life, we do lots of stupid stuff and if we are smart we repent and improve until we learn our lesson and move on to the next one.

Jesus offered us the plan of salvation. We come to earth, get a body, go through trials, not to see if we are worthy of God's love, to learn who we are through free will. To love and be loved and overcome our own weaknesses. God is our Father and he loves us. We don't have to prove anything to him we have to find out who we are for ourselves.

In case your wondering we also believe in a Heavenly Mother but we don't know enough about her except she is as wonderful and loving as Heavenly Father. As a mother I often wonder if she feels like we do as mothers, knowing our children are struggling but for our own good she has to let us grow up and stay out of it.

Jesus Christ as the Savior of this World. He is also the God of this world. (I'll get into that later I don't have time right now.) God the Father, His Son Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit are three separate beings who are one in purpose. Does that fit better with scripture and the concepts the Bible teaches and why we are here?

Jesus comes out of the water and a voice from Heaven says: This is my beloved Son in whom I am well pleased as the Holy Spirit descends on him like a dove. The Holy Spirit will receive a body during the 1000 years Christ will rule on the earth before Satan is loosed for a season.

I believe Christ does talk to Prophets today and he answers prayers. James 1:5
I also believe we all have the right to choose what we want to believe. I grew up without a mother, I went to church with my Aunt but wasn't accepted by Sunday school teachers because I had read parts of the Bible and they didn't like me asking questions.

The LDS missionaries answered my questions so I felt I had found home. Everyone has to look and search for what rings true to them. I have my own personal revelations that sustain me, I read scripture and study so I will be strong. I'm not good at telling everyone else how to live. I have made too many mistakes in life to tell anyone anything. I only pray for forgiveness and direction. I can tear things apart but I can also pray to know the truth and ask for spiritual conformations. It works. We just have to remember we don't base our faith on what others believe we base it on truth and what the spirit reveals to us.

My son tells me we don't have the same belief system. I tell him I know he is a good person and lives a good life and he will find the truth. I believe that is what my Father in Heaven told me before I came here and that he loves me and wants what is best for me and my son. I do pray my son will find his way but all I can do is be a good example. No power or control just live what we believe.

Remember the Bible is a group of Books written about the History of a People. It contains information on a man who did nothing wrong and harmed no one but was killed for teaching truth in a time when men were more interested in money and power.

Isn't that the way it is today? Those same type of religious people are in control today. Christ would probably be killed today by the same type of people. He promises that is when he will return. When? I don 't know but I do see the signs of the times and I don't see Hollywood as the ones that would kill him. It would be the religious leaders of the world.

So believe what you want for yourself and those you love. The biggest draw for me is the idea that when we leave this life we will still be a family and I will know my children and all the people I love in this life and those I knew before because we are all brothers and sisters. Even the ones that get on our last nerve. LOL

Your the Greatest and so is your wonderful wife,
Kiss the kids and think about eternal life as a journey of learning and loving that never ends and you don't have to give up everything you love when you move on. If we don't meet in this life we will on the other side.

Being a woman of a certain age I find the attitude of people in our country counter productive. If we could work together to create opportunity without central government it would be nice. The problem is without central government things like interstate transportation, a huge need in todays society, would be impossible to create. Individual rights could be compromised by certain groups that would like to see us revert to an earlier time with fewer freedoms for people of color and isolation from the rest of the world.
We may not need to have a world market for fresh food but we do need to have some business with other nations.
What we need is unlimited capitalism; That means an open system within our country that doesn't limit or give special consideration to one type of business over another.
Now that I get up early I find that I'm learning from the science channel about alternative energy sources. I would like to see wind power, turbines that can catch any wind from any direction, has little or no sound, electrical storage for night and cloud days a real chance to end the grid and put power in our hands. It would create new industry and more jobs.
Do we need to support the old way over new and inventive ways to solve our fuel problems? Corn grown fuel is still a burning process and is more polluting than gas? Ethanol is toxic, we were forced to put it in our fuel out west and then it was found to be more polluting. We need new industry to look at all the choices, create new kinds of cars.
This kind of electrical power is being used in Chicago to power buildings. Other places in America and Europe are using alternative power on a small scale on buildings to clean up the environment and to reduce the stress on the grid. We don't hear anything about them out west where we have plenty of wind but the local power companies don't want competition. We have coal mines that kill miners and add to global warming so why should we make better choices? It's a state industry so that means we should use it? WRONG!
I want a world where we are considerate of all people and respect people for what they can offer society. Retired people are not dead. We have intelligence, maybe we have to think longer, but we have the time to research and find what you need to make your life better. Lets start a movement to put the old folks to work for the good of the country. You can only travel so long before it get boring.
So kids, look at mom and dad as a resource, not just a babysitter, a real resource of information the can be used to improve society. I'm open to suggestions on how to put this together. I'm poor but I have ideas anyone interested in changing the world?
