When that salty sweet, tender crispy soft crab craving hits you and you just have to have a soft crab sandwich or else..

Features
Size: Live

* Prime soft shell crabs measure 5" to 5.5" from shell point to shell point
* Our cleaned/frozen Prime soft crabs are cleaned, individually wrapped and fast frozen
* Must be shipped via the Expedited shipping option

Downeast Lobster Rolls & Whoopie Pies, Six Each

Ingredients
Lobster, mayonnaise.

Spring is finally on the way! This will be the third time I have sent this to her as she absolutely loves this taste of Maine - she misses New England. She tells me it is always carefully packed in ice (I assume dry), and everything is fresh and tasty. She used to make Woopie pies as her own specialty, but she tells me these would give her some competition. She also reports the lobster comes in large pieces and is very flavorful. Order without hesitation!

<link rel="alternate" type="text/html" href="http://feedproxy.google.com/~r/blogspot/Vkit/~3/4TmG9VSV8HE/downeast-lobster-rolls-whoopie-pies-six.html" title="Downeast Lobster Rolls & McTigue
This is the best vegetarian slow cooker cookbook that I've found, though there really aren't many others. I own two vegetarian slow cooker cookbooks and this is the only one I use. In the year that I've owned this book I've made close to 30 of the recipes. The photos in the book are enticing and the recipes are easy to follow and for the most part have been flavorful and popular with my family. I especially like the spicy recipes like Caribbean Pepper Pot Soup and Red Lentil and Carrot Soup with Coconut. There have been a few duds- Cannelloni with Tomato Eggplant Sauce didn't turn out well from my slow cooker. I have come to really embrace the technique of precooking the vegetables as suggested by Finlayson since this lends much better flavor and texture to the finished dishes. I am back today to purchase a copy for my sister, also a vegetarian and soon to be a regular slow cooker.

Fresh from the Vegetarian Slow Cooker: 200 Recipes for Healthy and Hearty One-Pot Meals That Are Ready When You Are

Vegetarian cooking instructor Robertson (Vegan Planet) turns her attention to the growing number of slow cooker owners. Starting with Slow Cooker Basics, she takes the user through the ins and outs of the appliance from the size of machine suitable for good results to cooking times and 10 quick tips for cooking success. She also devotes a small section to those vegetarian ingredients, such as seitan, that
nonvegetarians may not be familiar with. Branching out from the traditional casseroles and stews so popular in the early days of the slow cooker, she tackles appetizers, soups and desserts as well, using the appliance with great effect to produce vegetable stocks as well as flavorful offerings like the Indian-inspired Curried Cauliflower Soup with Chutney and Cashews as well as Asian-influenced Hot and Sour Soup. The fundamental chilis and stews are not forgotten, but beans and grains so essential to the vegetarian diet put the slow cooker to best use. Pastas and vegetables nicely round out the book.
Copyright © Reed Business Information, a division of Reed Elsevier Inc. It tastes better and it’s good for you. Plank gives more comprehensive pre-pregnancy and pregnancy diets than those in What to Expect, and her lively, genuine and personal approach makes it easy to absorb a lot essential information." - Publishers Weekly

Following the success of Real Food, Nina Planck’s Real Food for Mother and Baby explains why real food is better for woman and child.

Nina Planck, one of the great food activists, changed the way we view old-fashioned foods like butter with her groundbreaking Real Food. T hen she got pregnant. Never one to accept conventional wisdom blindly, Nina found the usual advice about pregnancy and baby food riddled with myths and misunderstandings. In Real Food for Mother and Baby, Nina explains why many modern ideas about pregnancy and infant nutrition are wrongheaded and why traditional foods are best. While Nina can be controversial—her op-ed in the New York Times on vegan diets for infants was one of the paper’s most e-mailed articles— she’s no contrarian. Readers applaud her candor; they also trust her research and welcome her advice.

Nina’s basic premise hasn’t changed—whole foods are best—but some of the details are surprising. Pregnant women need meat and salt, not iron supplements. Nursing will be easier if you act like the mammal you are. Delaying the introduction of certain solid foods doesn’t prevent allergies. Cereals are not the best foods for tiny eaters; meat and egg yolks are better. From conception to two years, the body’s overwhelming needs are for quality fat and protein, not for carrots and low-fat dairy. Even as she casts a skeptical eye on the conventional wisdom, Nina is reassuring. She shows you how to keep your baby healthy on good, simple food. Real Food for Mother and Baby will be the new classic on eating for two.

Traditional Foods Are Your Best Medicine: Improving Health and Longevity with Native Nutrition

Review
A provocative contribution to the debate on what constitutes a healthy diet. Drawing upon the basic sciences of chemistry, physics, microbiology, and physiology, it provides readers with an understanding of the complex nature of food and the changes that occur when it is prepared, processed and stored, whether at home, in the industrial kitchen, or in industry. Anderson
I have been a huge fan of COOKING LIGHT magazine for the past few years. I started reading it when I would visit my folks over the holidays. I borrowed a copy of one of my mom's CL issues and loved the results I got when I tried the Korean Bolgoi (grilled strips of beef in a sweet, salty marinade). I was immediately hooked on the magazine. I eventually started receiving a subscription to COOKING LIGHT. I have been a subscriber to both BON APPETIT and GOURMET magazines, let me just say that I think COOKING LIGHT is vastly superior to those magazines (although I do like reading them) because the recipes are not so high end (i.e expensive) and involves expensive, hard to find ingredients. I also enjoy the health tips and articles the magazine provides. I have tried a lot of recipes from COOKING LIGHT and they are all delicious as well as healthy. This magazine is not just about eating healthy but staying healthy too.

Eating Well

A delicious balance of cooking and must-have nutrition features, EatingWell is the award-winning magazine where good taste meets good health on every page. This is the new proprietary ground-breaking "carbon-bond" technology. This technology benefits the body by instantly infusing over 315+ life promoting, 100% carbon-bond organic microcomplexedTM nutrients into the cells. Second, it converts inorganic elements and molecules to be 100% organically microcomplexedTM for maximum intra-cellular and extra-cellular detoxification. Lastly it helps with detoxification by surrounding, then polymerizes an inorganic molecule (toxin) with living organic carbon, then instantly breaks it into very tiny restructured organically complexed molecules which can be eliminated out of the body.

Ingredients
315 Vitamins, Minerals & Superfoods can be found in this product. Pana C-315® is an all natural liquid nutritional supplement. The product contains more than 315 nutrients that are microcomplexed with organic carbon. This means that all the nutrients have been bound to organic carbon, the very substance that comprises most of the earth's matter. Therefore, Pana C-315® is very homogeneous to the human body. Its liquid form is extremely well tolerated and efficiently absorbed. It is efficacious and safe for all members of your family. Pana C-315® is all natural, vegetarian, drug free, caffeine free and preservative free. What type of multivitamin is best for my family? Carbon-Bond Organic Supplements.Modern research supports the assertion that every individual needs a good daily multivitamin as a foundation of health and nutrition. What kind to take is a very important question. There are many types of multivitamins on the market, and there are equally varied messages about what is good. Here are a few considerations that are truly important: Look for a good quality supplement without binders, synthetics and excipients. These are the agents that are used to manufacture many pills. These agents can be harmful to the body. Avoid synthetic vitamins, often Vitamin A (retinol), Vitamin C (ascorbic acid), and Vitamin E (dl-alpha-tocopherol). These are less bio-available (takes more to gain effective dose) and may even be harmful. Organic vitamins are higher quality than non-organic.

<link rel="alternate" type="text/html" href="http://feedproxy.google.com/~r/blogspot/Vkit/~3/9hZV3_Wklrg/pana-c-315-panacea-33-oz-liquid-vitamin.html" title="Pana C-315 Panacea 33 oz. That's why we eat when food is available, choose the most calorie-dense foods, and hate the feeling of hunger. Today, these same drives are leading millions down the path of obesity. But Dr. Susan B. Roberts, an internationally recognized nutrition researcher at Tufts University, shows how to turn our food instincts into an engine for permanent, healthy weight loss.

The Instinct Diet—the "I" diet—is a pleasure to follow: a diet based on impeccable research, a diet where the dieter never goes hungry, a diet that's unequivocally healthy, thoroughly grounded in the metabolic, genetic, and psychological workings of the human body. Essentially, it shows how you can control the controls. Through its focus on delicious, deeply satisfying dishes like Orange Crumbed French Toast, Pork and Lemongrass Soup, Watercress and Citrus Salad with Parmesan Toast, and Chocolate Bread Pudding, plus proven behavioral modifications (Dr. Roberts is a professor of nutrition and professor of psychiatry), the diet is a fat-burning marvel. At Tufts, 85 percent of participants in Dr. Roberts' research program lost 10 to 50 pounds in the first six months, and 90 percent of them kept the weight off for at least a year. The Instinct Diet shares everything learned by Dr. Roberts over 17 years and more: better ways to lose weight whatever you eat; also a three-stage diet plan; over 100 recipes; eight weeks of menus (with vegetarian and "non-cook" options throughout); and dozens of ideas and strategies for how to retrain our bodies—how to combat the "Gulping Syndrome," use the "Sandwich Technique," why tapping your forehead is an emergency measure to reduce food cravings, and more.
