The forex market is all about trading between countries, the currencies of those countries and the timing of investing in certain currencies. The FX market is trading between counties, usually completed with a broker or a financial company. Many people are involved in forex trading, which is similar to stock market trading, but FX trading is completed on a much larger overall scale. Much of the trading does take place between banks, governments, brokers and a small amount of trades will take place in retail settings where the average person involved in trading is known as a spectator. Financial market and financial conditions are making the forex market trading go up and down daily. Millions are traded on a daily basis between many of the largest countries and this is going to include some amount of trading in smaller countries as well.

Commercial companies are also trading more often in the forex markets. The commercial companies such as Deutsche bank, UBS, Citigroup, and others such as HSBC, Braclays, Merrill Lynch, JP Morgan Chase, and still others such as Goldman Sachs, ABN Amro, Morgan Stanley, and so on are actively trading in the forex markets to increase wealth of stock holders. Many smaller companies may not be involved in the forex markets as extensively as some large companies are but the options are stil there.

Central banks are the banks that hold international roles in the foreign markets. The supply of money, the availability of money, and the interest rates are controlled by central banks. Central banks play a large role in the forex trading, and are located in Tokyo, New York and in London. These are not the only central locations for forex trading but these are among the very largest involved in this market strategy. Sometimes banks, commercial investors and the central banks will have large losses, and this in turn is passed on to investors. Other times, the investors and banks will have huge gains.

And Asian screens can be used in order to 'section off' the room or hide the piles of laundry or cluttered areas that you wish not to be detract from the overall romance of the room. Fans make a lovely decoration for the walls in a bedroom as does Oriental art or framed calligraphy in the words of love. Use wall sconces and indirect lighting rather than harsh, glaring overhead lights.

An Asian theme can be one of the most beautiful in the realm of home decorating if you are truly willing to invest the time and money it takes to do this theme properly. It can also be one of the most gaudy if you choose cheap and tacky decorations rather than quality accessories. If you want to add ground cover such as creeping thyme or alyssum to your garden here is a

great way to get started early and a fabulous way to create instant borders without the backache

of having to plant each flower. Measure the area you want covered with ground cover. Let’s

say you want to create a border along an existing garden that is 10 feet long. Cut newspaper

(about 2 pages thick) into two feet long by one foot wide strips. To cover 10 feet you will need

five of these two foot strips. Place the strips in a slightly sunny area but where the seeds won’t

be disturbed or pelted with rays of light, such as basement shelving near a window. Place

garbage bags on the shelves then add the newspaper strips. Do not overlap strips.

Sprinkle the seeds on the newspaper like you would if you were planting them in the ground.

Place a layer of paper towel over each strip and then spray the towel, seeds and newspaper

with a water bottle. You want to saturate the towel and the newspaper, but you don’t want it to

drip. The paper must never dry out (if it does spray immediately.) Remove the paper towel

when the seeds germinate (in about a week.) Two months later, weather permitting, you can

plant your newspaper strips, now bursting with seedlings, outdoors. First carefully arrange each

seedling strip where it will be planted. Once you are happy with the arrangement cover bare

newspaper areas with soil to anchor the strip

Family Puzzle Time - Peaceful Pieces

In today's world, stressed-out families are rediscovering ways to spend more affordable quality time together at home: A $1 Redbox movie and 1/2 cup of popcorn sauteed in a skillet with olive oil and rosemary. A game of "catch" in the backyard, or an interactive video game on the Wii. A board game, card game, craft, or, my favorite, a jigsaw puzzle that the whole crew can peacefully settle around while listening to music or even the pounding drops of a passing thunderstorm.

John Spilsbury, owner of a print shop in London, has been ascribed as the creator of the jigsaw puzzle in the year 1767. In an effort to make geography more fun, he glued a hand-painted world map to wood, and then separated each country with a fine-toothed saw. Hence, students enjoyed their first jigsaw puzzle as they pieced each country and county back into its proper place on the map (until the jigsaw was actually invented, however, this was called the "dissected puzzle.")

This children's learning tool grew in popularity until it expanded into a form of entertainment. The earliest known light-hearted puzzle was a 1785 depiction of John Gilpin's wild ride on a runaway horse from a comedic ballad by William Cowper. None of these were interlocking until nearly a decade later when power tools were invented. Unlike the Springbok jigsaw puzzles of today that can actually be lifted and displayed once completed, back then even the slightest careless move by the puzzler could ruin a whole days' effort.

By 1908, upper class American adults demanded a new puzzle every Saturday morning for their weekend house parties. The meticulous sawing of one piece at a time on these wood puzzles made these puzzles a very expensive pastime that could only be enjoyed by High Society. Once the Great Depression struck, however, unemployed architects, carpenters and skilled craftsman designed their own puzzles and sold them locally, making them more affordable. Jigsaw puzzles eventually settled into an everyman's peaceful and affordable escape from troubled times.

How similar that sounds to why so many of us enjoy our "puzzle time" today - it allows us a brief respite, one quiet moment to piece together a little jigsaw island of order in the sea of our crazy chaotic lives.

When it comes to the dynamics of a family, nothing is ever "posed" and stiff! A day in the life usually involves chaos and craziness at every turn. Have you ever seen those family pictures where everyone matches, the background is a muddy shade of tie-dye blue, and the kids have gone bug-eyed from posing too long? I couldn't imagine looking at a picture of my family like this and thinking, "Wow, this picture really encapsulates who we are together." Um, I don't think so!

Families involve happy times, angry times, silly times, crazy times, and everything in between. The only way to get the real-ness of a family is to find a photographer that can catch those in between reactions and go on a fun (no, really!) family photo shoot with you.

1) Go OUTSIDE the box (Or studio, that is)

Sometimes being in a studio just creates that stuffy stifled atmosphere that suppresses the real interactions of a family. I believe that each family member gets nervous because it is an out-of-the-ordinary setting and one no one is used to. So, get out of there! Take the kids and go to a park. Visit the zoo or go get some ice cream. For fun family photos, take a trip somewhere to do something your family is used to doing together. Your family photos will look more real, your photographer will have an easier time of catching those moments that make your family unique, and everyone will be relaxed and at ease with each other. No nervousness allowed!

2) Matching Smatching

I don't know any families that wear matching clothing all of the time. If you want family photos that look real, look believable, and look like YOU, wouldn't it make sense to do the things you're used to doing every day? If you don't wear matching shirts every time you leave the house, don't wear them to the photo shoot! Wear things you are comfortable in and that make each of you feel good. Bright colors usually work the best for the camera and help each person to stand out from the background. My suggestion is to pick a color scheme and stick with it. Choose just a few colors for your family photos that everyone is comfortable with and looks attractive in. Blend - don't match.

3) Ignore the Camera....no, seriously

I have seen so many occasions where people get in front of the camera and automatically freeze. There is just something about that big glass lens that makes people stiffen up and become nervous! The BEST way to become comfortable in front of the camera is to act like it isn't even there. IGNORE IT. Tell the kids to ignore the camera like they ignore you when you tell them to clean their room. Yep, that should get the message across. The more you act like yourselves, the better your family pictures will turn out.

4) Photographer knows best

Moms, you may have to take a breather on this one. For your family photos, ask your family photographer for suggestions and tips on how to make your day more successful. For example, I would tell a client to make sure you scheduled your family photo session around your normal daily schedule. Be aware of naptimes, wake-up times, work-times, and any other time that you are used to during your daily routine. Also, be very aware of the time of day that you choose for your shoot. If you want to take a trip to the park for your family photos, don't plan on having the shoot at 1pm in the afternoon. The light will not work nearly as well as it would closer to evening or late afternoon. Squinty eyes can ruin a picture! Always ask your photographer for some helpful tips and ideas to you can plan your shoot accordingly. Remember: The photographer wants to work with you!

5) ALL Day is okay!

Here is a fun family photo idea that I often like to throw out there: why not book a family photographer for the entire DAY? Have the photographer get the real low-down on what your family is like on an hour-by-hour basis. Booking your family photographer for an entire day of shooting will get many moments of daily life you wouldn't capture otherwise. For the moms, you are usually the one taking the pictures, right? Or you dads? This way, you BOTH can be in the photos without having to set a timer and run to pose in front of the camera. These shoots produce photojournalistic style photos - ones that tell a story, moment to moment, emotion to emotion. Get the kids in their jammies eating breakfast, the family making dinner together, and the parents tucking the kids in bed. You could break apart the day any which way you like, just so long as you get the memories that you want to hold on to.

The biggest part of fun family photography is getting everyone to act in the normal way they do when together, without a strange camera in your face. When a family is real and comfortable with each other, the true spirit of the family dynamic comes across. Using these tips for better family photos, getting that spirit across to the photographer is what will give you lasting and memorable family photos for years to come.
