Take the antelope or zebra, for example. Every day is a drama: predators lurking, rivers to cross, dodging poachers, and somehow remembering where the best grazing spots are. If they were granted a single wish, what would they pick? Faster legs? Stealth mode to disappear from lions? Or maybe a tiny “don’t get eaten” force field?

Elephants? Their biggest worry isn’t finding water—it’s remembering exactly where they left it last. I imagine them wishing for a built-in GPS… or a human assistant with a clipboard. Penguins? Cold, slippery ice, predators, and fish that won’t jump into their beaks. I’m convinced most penguins would wish for a global warming pass—just a tiny 5 degrees warmer.

Now here’s the twist I joke about in Divine Matrix: perhaps it won’t be the animals that take over. Maybe it will be machines. AI. Imagine a world where the Superior Being decides to outsource the “leadership of creation” to a very religious AI. When Machines Start Running Our Lives (And Maybe Our World)

Back in 2008, I wrote that the next world war would not be man versus man, but man versus nature. COVID-19 proved me right. It brought the world to its knees, not through bombs or tanks, but through something invisible, microscopic—and merciless. The strange thing is, many of us still don’t see it as a war. We locked down, we counted deaths, we made memes, but most of us missed the lesson: the enemy was nature itself, and we were hopelessly unprepared.

But here’s the twist. If World War III was nature versus man… then World War IV might be man versus machine. And I don’t mean the sci-fi version with red-eyed robots marching in the streets. I mean the quieter, subtler war that’s already happening right now—where machines dictate our choices, control our time, and even tell us when to breathe.

Take my friend Joe, for example. His smartwatch beeps to tell him to “stand up and stretch.” His smart fridge nags that he’s low on oat milk (never mind he hates oat milk). His smart TV auto-plays shows he never asked for. His smart car refuses to start until his “carbon footprint” score improves. The poor guy doesn’t even argue with his wife anymore—Siri already took that job.

And here’s the ridiculous part: Joe doesn’t even realize he’s already surrendered. He thinks he’s living a smart life, but it’s really a machine-controlled life. Every choice he makes is nudged by an algorithm. Every ad he clicks feeds the beast. Every “update” on his phone isn’t just software—it’s another little leash.

Sound funny? Sure. But it’s also terrifying. Because this is exactly how we didn’t notice COVID until it was everywhere. Small, invisible, creeping into daily life until—boom—the world shut down. Now imagine the same pattern with AI. One day, your devices are just “helping.” The next day, they’re running the show.

We are damn too interconnected, and that’s the real danger. Just as globalization turned a small outbreak in Wuhan into a global pandemic, our hyper-dependence on AI could turn one miscalculation, one runaway model, into a global catastrophe.

So here’s my plea: let’s not lock the stables after the AI horses have bolted. We need rules, watchdogs, and yes, some humility. If we wait too long, our “smart lives” will turn into smart prisons.

Was Covid-19 the Real World War 3? Lessons from History and Einstein’s Warning

According to Wikipedia, war was defined as a period of military conflict between nations or groups of people, usually involving weapons and armies. Yet, when the Covid-19 pandemic struck, I could not help but think: weren’t we already in World War 3, only this time our common enemy was not another nation but a virus?

So, I dug deeper. A world war was described as a war involving many nations across the globe, usually over an ideal. The term itself first appeared in 1914, when German biologist Ernst Haeckel declared that the “European War” would become the first world war in the true sense of the word.

Traditionally, people considered the Third World War as something nuclear—a catastrophic battle following World War II. Even Albert Einstein, in 1947, famously remarked: “I know not with what weapons World War III will be fought, but World War IV will be fought with sticks and stones.” Einstein, though a lifelong pacifist, admitted that force could sometimes be justified when survival was at stake.

But here was the question that struck me: what if our enemies were not only human? Couldn’t diseases, pandemics, and plagues be seen as global wars in their own right? If so, Covid-19 might have been the fiercest one yet.

Financially, history showed the toll of wars clearly. World War I cost about $208 billion and left the world in depression. World War II cost $4.1 trillion for the United States alone. Yet, economists later estimated that Covid-19 cost the world between $8.1 and $15.8 trillion—more than both world wars combined. And unlike traditional wars, it was fought in hospitals, homes, and laboratories, not battlefields.

If the world wars created the United Nations to safeguard peace, should not Covid-19 have birthed an equally powerful system to safeguard health? Scientists warned that two new viruses on average jumped from animals to humans every year, leading to outbreaks like HIV, SARS, MERS, H1N1, and finally SARS-CoV-2. Without preparation, history was bound to repeat itself.

Some progress was made: for instance, China’s ban on the wildlife trade was a step in the right direction. Yet, many experts—including Les Kaufman of Boston University—argued that governments needed to invest far more in prevention and global cooperation.

Looking back, the pandemic was indeed a war—a war without bombs, but with trillions lost and millions of lives changed. Whether we called it World War 3 or not, its lessons remained: humanity could not afford to treat such threats lightly again.

And just as Einstein’s words outlived him, perhaps Covid-19’s shadow should live on too—not in fear, but as a reminder that global survival often depends not on weapons, but on unity, foresight, and science

Imagine this: what if humans, regardless of religion or belief system, decided to pray or focus their intentions at the same time, with one unified message? Not seven different prayers scattered throughout the day, but one joint, pre-agreed prayer—same time, same purpose, same request. If God—or any higher intelligence—is out there, do you think such a unified effort could be ignored?

This idea isn’t just theoretical. I think about a rural community I read about: every member initially had their own wish list—roads, schools, markets, playgrounds—but nothing got done. Conflicts arose, resources scattered, energy wasted. Then, after debate and compromise, they focused on one shared goal: building a dam. Suddenly, everyone worked together, pooled their time and resources, and in months, the dam was completed. The community thrived because their effort was unified and focused.

Here’s a relatable story: a group of neighbors wanted to improve their village. Some demanded a new market, others wanted a clinic, some pushed for a playground, and a few even wanted a football pitch. No single project succeeded because energy was scattered. Then, one member suggested focusing on a community irrigation dam. Everyone aligned. They shared labor, pooled funds, and coordinated tasks. The result? Success beyond their expectations. The project became a catalyst for other improvements.

The lesson is clear: individual effort is limited, but collective, aligned effort is transformative. What if the trumpets aren’t sounded everywhere, or they sound only in one corner of the world? What if the signs of the rapture come years apart, leaving humanity confused, skeptical, or indifferent? History has shown us that people often miss the divine cues. Jesus’ first coming was foretold, yet many doubted it would happen. John the Baptist prepared the way, warning of what was to come—but even he could not make everyone ready. In the end, those entrusted with keeping the laws and guiding the faithful were the very ones who led to Jesus’ crucifixion.

So here’s the challenge: if the second coming of Jesus occurs in your lifetime—tomorrow, next month, or next year—are we truly prepared to recognize it and act correctly? What if it’s not as imagined? What if the arrival is subtle, or even deliberately different? Perhaps it’s not a grand spectacle but a quiet, unexpected event. Maybe it’s another virgin birth, or maybe it’s a messenger in the guise of a humble teacher, a child, or even someone in a place you least expect. Are we ready to perceive it for what it is?

Now, imagine if he sends ambassadors, akin to John the Baptist, across the globe, reaching out to different religions and cultures to prepare humanity. Think thirty—or more—messengers speaking in parables, guiding people toward spiritual readiness. Would we listen, or would we dismiss them as ordinary strangers? The human tendency to cling to what is familiar often blinds us to new truths.

Consider our current practices. Many of us are so attached to our own churches, temples, or mosques that we rarely step into another place of worship—even when traveling. How often do we pass by a local prayer center, a mosque, or a temple near our homes and ignore it simply because it is not the one we belong to? Imagine if spiritual lessons came through these unexpected channels. Would we recognize them, or would we be too entrenched in our own traditions to notice?

We are creatures of habit, creatures of comfort. We build walls around our faith and our understanding, much like we build walls around our homes and communities. Yet, the divine often works in ways that challenge these walls. The first coming of Jesus was a shock to many—unexpected, humbling, and outside conventional expectations. We were not ready then, and we might not be ready now.

Think about the human psyche. When children are repeatedly warned but ignore instructions, sometimes the parent must let them experience consequences to teach the lesson. Similarly, humanity may continue to stumble through familiar patterns of doubt, denial, and distraction, only to face events that force awareness. Are we learning? Or are we still waiting for a visible, unmistakable spectacle?

Let’s take a closer look at our behavior today. Social media, smartphones, and global news keep us connected, but they also create distractions. People are so absorbed in the mundane, the scandalous, and the entertaining, that moments of spiritual reflection are often lost. We forget to pause, to observe, to recognize subtle signs. We are like a child chasing shadows, missing the real source of light.

Humanity’s attachment to comfort and familiarity extends to how we perceive divine interventions. We expect grand miracles, trumpets, or earth-shattering events. But what if the second coming is quiet, patient, and subtle? What if the divine chooses to communicate through someone ordinary, in a way that challenges our assumptions? Will we recognize it? Will we act?

The test may not be in grand gestures but in daily choices. Will we honor compassion, justice, and humility? Will we see the messenger in the poor, the overlooked, or the unexpected? Will we listen when voices speak across religious lines, offering guidance, warning, or hope? Or will we dismiss them as irrelevant because they do not fit our preconceptions?

💡 Reflection: The first coming of Jesus taught us that divine timing and signs often defy human expectations. As we consider the second coming, we must examine our habits, our attachments, and our readiness. Are we prepared to act wisely, beyond comfort zones and traditions? Will we recognize truth, even if it comes in forms we least expect?

Before diving into questions about God, we can try this simple checklist:

Is God all-powerful?
Can God exist and not exist at the same time?
If God is all-powerful, could He be the same divine Creator across all religions?
Could believers and atheists both be correct in their perspectives?
Are we simply like the blind men in Aesop’s fable, each perceiving only part of the “elephant”?

Reflecting on the Checklist

Now that we have our starting point, let’s think outside the box. The checklist encourages humility in understanding the divine: maybe God’s reality is larger than any single belief system can fully capture. Perhaps the reason debates rage endlessly is because human perspective is limited, just like the blind men each touching a different part of the elephant and insisting they’ve grasped the whole truth.

This brings us to one of the most ironic stories in spiritual history: the Pharisees and Jesus. These were the guardians of God’s law, the most knowledgeable about scripture, the ones keeping the religious system running. And yet, when the very Messiah they had been anticipating walked among them, they didn’t recognize Him.

The irony is powerful: they had studied the law, debated endlessly about its interpretation, and worked to maintain the spiritual structure of Israel—yet they missed the very presence they had been preparing for. They were experts in doctrine, but blind to life itself.

Think about it: maybe our rigid expectations, ideas of how God or truth “should” appear, prevent us from seeing divine reality when it manifests in ways we least expect. Just like the Pharisees, we can be so focused on rules, dogma, or a mental image of the divine that we miss the living, dynamic truth.

This is why the checklist matters: it’s a way to pause, reflect, and consider possibilities beyond conventional thinking. Whether God appears as Jesus, in a form we don’t recognize, or through ways we never imagined, the ultimate lesson may be to stay open, humble, and perceptive.

Lerrato’s checklist doesn’t give easy answers, nor is it meant to. Instead, it encourages us to think outside the box, to challenge our assumptions, and to consider that the ultimate reality may be far more complex—and far more inclusive—than we imagine. Believer or skeptic, Muslim, Christian, Hindu, or secular thinker, the exercise is the same: question boldly, explore deeply, and recognize that our understanding is always partial.

At the end of the day, perhaps the checklist is less about proving God and more about expanding our minds. By asking the hard questions—about power, existence, and universality—we open ourselves to a richer, more nuanced understanding of the divine mystery. And maybe, just maybe, that is exactly what John Lerrato intended: a reminder that truth, like the elephant, is bigger than any one perspective can grasp.

The Pharisees, the Law, and Missing the Messiah

The irony is staggering. These religious leaders were experts in scripture, guardians of tradition, and yet they were blind to what was happening right in front of their eyes. They argued, they questioned, they challenged Jesus—but in doing so, they failed to recognize the purpose their own dedication was pointing toward.

It raises a bigger question for us today: how often do we miss the obvious because we are too focused on our rules, our expectations, or our “ideal image” of how God or truth should appear? Just as the Pharisees were so consumed with law-keeping that they overlooked grace in action, perhaps we too miss the divine in our midst—because it doesn’t fit the mold we expect.

The lesson here is twofold:

Knowledge without perception can be blind. You can know all the rules, history, and principles, but if your heart and mind are rigid, you may fail to recognize the transformative truth when it arrives.
Expect the unexpected. The Messiah may not arrive in the form or manner you anticipate. Whether in robes, jeans, or a digital avatar, divine revelation rarely conforms to human expectations.

So, the next time you find yourself judging, debating, or assuming, remember the Pharisees. They had all the answers—and yet missed the Answer Himself.

First it was the original smartsphone, then we had its second model, and so on. And here’s the kicker: sometimes the older devices are actually better than the new model! But does that stop us? Not a chance. Tech addiction and gadget obsession have us scrambling for every upgrade, whether it truly improves our lives or not.

I once knew a guy—let’s call him Kevin. Kevin was a hardworking man, a loving father, and a devoted husband. But one day, a new smartphone was upgraded to a new model. Suddenly, Kevin’s life revolved around getting that shiny new gadget. He camped outside the store for three days, surviving on energy drinks and leftover donuts. He posted live updates on social media, documented every sneeze, every step toward the store.

By the time Kevin got home with his prize, he realized he hadn’t fed his kids in three days, his wife had packed up and gone to visit her sister, and his boss had fired him for missing important meetings. Kevin had chased the new gadget so hard that he lost everything that truly mattered. Yes, it was an extreme case—but isn’t that the point? Our obsession with the “latest and greatest” can make us blind to reality.

This is the essence of our new gadget craze. Consumption disease—once a term reserved for tuberculosis—is now better applied to our insatiable craving for the newest, shiniest tech. Our digital overconsumption risks are real: sleepless nights, endless scrolling, compulsive downloads. We are literally training ourselves to crave novelty, to click first and think later.

Now imagine this on a global scale. Suppose someone—be it a rogue hacker, a malevolent AI, or a mischief-loving alien—decides to exploit our obsession. All they need is one controversial game, app, or piece of content, and our consumption disease will have us diving in like hungry piranhas. Whether it’s harmless entertainment or something dangerous, the effect is the same: millions of people blindly following the trend.

Here’s the ironic part: sometimes the latest device is actually worse than the previous model. Yet tech upgrades, even when inferior, feed the consumption disease. This obsession makes us vulnerable, easily manipulated, and oblivious to consequences. Kevin’s story might seem funny in hindsight, but it’s a warning we all need to take seriously.

Is it just me, or does it feel like the world is constantly under pressure from one crisis after another? Imagine if a single human leader had to manage everything—that person would go completely insane.

Look around: Europe is roasting under intense heat waves. Texas experienced severe flooding just a few months back, and now parts of Asia are facing devastating floods again. On top of that, the Russia-Ukraine war drags on, and the Israel-Gaza conflict remains unresolved, fueling more instability. And let’s not forget climate change, which underpins so many of these disasters, and the looming possibility of another crisis that might force us back indoors yet again.

And then there are the man-made hazards: nuclear weapons, unchecked technological risks, and environmental neglect. I’m not here to argue for or against these actions—but it’s clear that each of these events adds fuel to humanity’s metaphorical tinder boxes, pushing us closer to tipping points we don’t fully understand.

Small Human Actions, Big Consequences

Sometimes it’s the little things—or the personal dramas—that fan the flames. Take this example: A man, recently fired from a high-stress tech job, decided he’d “get back” at the world. Not the boardroom or HR, mind you—oh no—he wanted to make a mark. He started small: sabotaging his company’s servers, sending cryptic emails, and playing pranks that escalated daily. Luckily, no one got hurt—but imagine if someone in that position had access to bigger toys: nuclear codes, air traffic systems, or mass communication channels.

Remember the case of that pilot who, in the grip of personal despair, deliberately ended his own life—and tragically, those of his passengers too? One person’s unpredictable action cascaded into a catastrophe that affected hundreds of lives. That’s the reality of human unpredictability: even a single individual can fan the tinder boxes, sometimes with deadly results.

So, what are we doing about it? How do we safeguard our sanity, our communities, and our future? Covid-19 has already shown how quickly life can be disrupted. Extreme weather, wars, and man-made risks remind us that we’re all connected—and vulnerable.

Here’s a truth we can’t ignore: our world is fully interconnected. Borders are only lines on maps. A hurricane in Texas affects global markets. A flood in Asia can disrupt supply chains worldwide. A decision in Moscow or Jerusalem ripples across continents. Our actions, small or large, accumulate in ways we often fail to see.

That’s why thinking globally matters. For every tree cut down, plant two. For every risky experiment or environmental shortcut, consider alternatives that protect life and the planet. For every potential weapon or destructive technology, invest in feeding the hungry or improving healthcare. Each small, conscious choice reduces the tinder in humanity’s global fire.

I’ve been thinking—sometimes in very odd ways—about what would happen if Jesus Christ returned today. And I don’t mean in the style we’ve grown used to from paintings, movies, or Sunday school sketches. I mean really came back. New body, new vibe, maybe even a new wardrobe.

Picture this: Jesus in modern clothing, strolling into town in jeans, a crisp hoodie, and sneakers. He has a fresh haircut, maybe even a man bun because hey, style evolves. And the first thing he says is: “I’ve got a deal to save everyone!”

Instantly, chaos. Some people cheer, some protest, and some are busy comparing his outfit to the latest celebrity Instagram feed. You know, priorities.

It makes you wonder: Are we even wired to recognize divine presence when it doesn’t fit our mental template? We all have this image of how prophets should look and act, how miracles are supposed to happen, and how messages should be delivered. But what if He doesn’t perform the miracles we expect—or chooses to reveal himself in a subtle, quiet, human way?

Would we notice him if he opened a small coffee shop instead of walking on water? Or if he started a life-changing blog called Life Tips from Above? Would we read his posts, or scroll past because a trending cat video appeared first?

Think about it: Moses, Buddha, Muhammad, or any other great teacher from history—if they were reborn today, would we recognize them amidst our distraction-heavy, social media-driven modern lives? Or would their messages get lost in TikTok, Instagram, and celebrity culture?

And here’s the kicker: even if he came in exactly the same way as last time—born humbly, performing miracles, speaking profound truths—there’s no guarantee we’d notice. We might dismiss him as just another “regular guy.” Our collective wiring may be so clouded by entertainment, comparisons, and personal biases that we’d completely miss the point.

The truth is, all the divine guidance, wisdom, and solutions we might need could be right in front of us. But we’re too busy scrolling, judging, or waiting for fireworks to recognize it. If a prophet really did show up tomorrow, most of us might treat it like a mundane Tuesday—unless he went viral online.

Here’s the challenge: If a life-changing prophet arrived in the most unexpected form—jeans, sneakers, or even a virtual avatar—would you recognize it? And if you don’t, can we really blame past generations for missing opportunities to live better lives, when we ourselves might be equally distracted today?

Makes you laugh, doesn’t it? And then makes you think. Maybe the question isn’t whether Jesus—or any modern prophet—can appear differently, but whether we can see beyond the image, the hype, and the distractions to truly notice what matters.

Spoiler alert: it rarely is.

It’s almost like being on a journey where something—or someone—is whispering, “Notice this!”, but we’re too busy scrolling our phones, arguing on social media, or watching cat videos. And so, the loop continues. You think you’ve figured it out, and then, surprise! Here comes the universe with another iteration.

🌍 Life’s Global Déjà Vu

Look at world events. Climate crises, economic instability, conflicts that seem like reruns of the same bad soap opera—how many times do we need to see these before we realize something is off? And don’t get me started on politics. It’s like the planet itself is sighing: “Really? You didn’t learn last time?”

In my book Divine Matrix, I explore how human flaws can be exploited, sometimes subtly, to teach lessons or expose truths. Funny how I first wrote this back in 2012:

"I’ve just woken up to a loud beat that echoes Chapter 4 in my book “The End.” CNN just flashed it across the screen: five American men arrested in Pakistan on suspicion of terrorism. And honestly, I’m not the least bit surprised."

Back then, I had this strange sense of déjà vu. It felt predictable—as if we were all extras in some global “plant and pay off” drama, performing our roles with zero clue about the final act. And of course, if the claims were true, history was about to repeat itself.

Fast forward a few years, and now the phenomenon has escalated. We have an alarming number of Western jihadists—Caucasian natives joining conflicts against their own countries. The most striking—and perhaps troubling—part? It’s becoming normalized. It no longer shocks us the way it used to. We scroll past the headlines, maybe shake our heads for a second, then move on, as if extreme lifestyles and radical choices are just another part of modern life.

It’s a curious shift. What once seemed extraordinary—people abandoning their homes and communities to fight in faraway conflicts—is now treated almost like routine news. And therein lies the question: are we gradually accepting patterns of behavior that, a decade ago, would have been unimaginable? Are we desensitized to global unrest?

History has a way of repeating itself, but human memory seems to have a short attention span. Maybe that’s why I keep noticing the same patterns echoing through headlines, decade after decade. And maybe, just maybe, the story isn’t about surprise or scandal—it’s about recognizing the cycles we let repeat, often without learning anything from them.

So here we are: a world where déjà vu is just the new normal, and where predictability feels like fate wearing a familiar face. Will we ever truly break the cycle, or are we content with rehearsing the same global play over and over again?

The Movie Star Cannot Die, right?

Think of life as a movie, but not just any movie — a blockbuster that every civilization has tried to review. The star of the film is humanity, and whether the director is called Yahweh, Allah, Brahman, or simply “the Universe,” the plotline always circles back to the same question: will the protagonist rise, or will the antagonist steal the show?

Take the Bible’s Job story: Satan strolls in like an arrogant film critic. “Of course Job worships you,” he sneers. “You’ve given him everything. Take it away and he’ll curse you.” God allows the test, and Job becomes the world’s first documented stress-test dummy.

Islam echoes the same theme: this world is dunya, a temporary exam hall. Wealth, hardship, politics — all are questions on the divine sheet. Even Iblis admits his wager: he’ll mislead mankind, except for those who stay tethered to their Lord.

Hinduism stretches the metaphor into an endless franchise: karma tallies the reviews scene after scene, life after life, until you finally graduate into moksha. Buddhism points out we don’t even need a Lucifer — our own desires and egos are enough villains. And African traditions remind us that ancestors and spirits keep score as well; a greedy man in famine may not just face guilt, but ancestral displeasure.

Different accents, same refrain: this is a test.

And hovering in the background? A bet. Lucifer watching like a smug critic: “They’ll fail.” God, the patient director, lets the film roll. Humanity—the lead actor—fumbles lines, trips on props, forgets cues. But the role is too important to waste. Movies where the villain wins don’t sell well.

So why not dolphins, ants, or elephants for this starring role? Simple: they weren’t given the toolkit. They don’t wrestle with morality, power, greed, or eternity. The burden — or the blessing — of choice was reserved for us. To whom much is given, much is demanded.

Sometimes it feels like God is “ruining our weekends” with endless workshops—losses, trials, catastrophes. But like a tough employer pushing you to grow, the pain of the drill is meant for the prize of the performance. Maybe the Creator is nudging us back to the original plan—without Lucifer being able to say, “They only followed because You forced them.”

That’s why the story matters: the star cannot die. Evil winning forever would be like a cinema where every movie ends with the villain dancing on the hero’s grave. Who would keep watching? The universe itself demands a redemptive arc.

And here’s the uncomfortable truth: we’re not extras. We’re not background noise. We are the lead cast. Whether you quote Job, the Qur’an, the Gita, or your grandmother’s proverbs, the script is clear: wake up. Stop letting the antagonist steal the spotlight.

Creation Versus Evolution--Who Is Right

Here’s my take: one need not spend sleepless nights cracking their brains over this unanswered question. If a truly powerful being exists, then it’s entirely possible—actually quite easy—for such a being to exist and not exist at the same time. Think about it: if they can achieve that, they’re living proof of unlimited power.

Otherwise, we start pinning limits on what they can or cannot do—and then, by default, we deny them omnipotence. I’ll be sharing a more detailed supporting argument soon, but for now, just consider the idea: fret less about who is right or wrong. It’s like dying of hunger because you insist on only eating blue bananas—utterly pointless.

Truth is, just as antibiotics were discovered to solve real problems, the truth about creation or evolution will eventually emerge, one way or another. And, given all the end-of-the-world scares, from 2012 predictions to modern doomsday theories, it’s possible that the truth is already making its final lap, quietly running the last stretch while we argue at the starting line.

This reminds me of a recent heated—but friendly—discussion I had with a brother from the Middle East. Though neither of us wanted to spoil the conversation for the sake of argument, it became clear that our worldviews were so divergent that changing each other’s minds was like trying to convince lions to eat grass or zebras to eat meat. Impossible, yet amusing to watch.

The beauty of it all? These debates highlight the limits of human perspective. We want concrete answers, clear definitions, and winners and losers—but the universe, or perhaps the Supreme Being, may operate on a level far beyond our linear thinking. And maybe that’s exactly the point: that we should focus less on certainties and more on curiosity, exploration, and humility.

Imagine this: a lion, wearing a little scholar’s cap, paces back and forth while a zebra takes careful notes. The topic: Evolution versus Creation.

The lion roars: “Clearly, I evolved to be the king of the jungle! Survival of the fittest, everyone knows that!”

The zebra flicks its tail, unimpressed: “And clearly, stripes are a divine design. You’ll never convince me that evolution alone gave me this level of style.”

A curious monkey in the back raises a hand: “What about me? Am I a bridge between the two? Or just here for snacks?”

The lion and zebra glare at each other. The monkey shrugs and tosses a banana.

Moral? Just like the lion and zebra, humans often argue over things we may never fully resolve. Sometimes the real lesson is to watch, learn, and maybe chuckle at the absurdity—because some truths, like stripes or roars, exist outside our need to classify them.

So, my advice: stop overthinking the debate. Whether you lean toward Evolution, Creation, or something in between, remember that the universe is bigger than our categories. The answer may be closer than you think.

Are the world’s religions, beliefs, and traditions from around the globe a load or a lift? Do they weigh us down, or do they lift us higher? Do they ground us in wisdom, or chain us to outdated rules? Are they a dead end, or can they be a live end—a source of growth, perspective, and purpose?

Let’s try to be honest. Do you go to your place of worship on your own volition most of the time, or is it because it’s expected of you? Do you follow rituals because they resonate, or because you fear judgment?

Across cultures, religions, and philosophies, there’s an age-old tension between freedom and obligation. The Bhagavad Gita teaches: “You have the right to work, but never to the fruit of work.” In Islam, the Qur’an reminds us, “God does not burden any soul beyond that it can bear” (Qur’an 2:286).

Christianity emphasizes inner devotion over outward show: “The kingdom of God is within you” (Luke 17:21). Yet, in practice, many of us feel the weight of external expectation more than the lift of inner guidance.

Take the clash between tradition and modern life. Pre-marital sex, divorce, gender equality, corruption, and even casual dishonesty have gained a tacit acceptance in many societies. Yet most world religions, beliefs, and traditions from around the globe explicitly discourage these behaviors. Buddhism speaks of ethical conduct and refraining from harm; Judaism emphasizes justice and integrity; Hinduism teaches dharma—right action—as central to a meaningful life.

So, what happens when human-adjusted exceptions become the norm? Are our beliefs bending to accommodate the world, or is the world bending our beliefs until they lose their original purpose?

Imagine being placed in a quiet room, asked by your Maker: “What do you want to change in your life?” Would you include the need to worship on your list of exclusions? Or would you recognize it as a potential lifeline, a guidepost amid chaos?

I am thinking aloud as I plan another book, building on the ideas in Divine Matrix. This one would dive deep into world religions, beliefs, and traditions from around the globe, exploring how they shape us, how we interpret them, and how the world is changing them in turn.

Because the truth is, whether we recognize it or not, these beliefs are dynamic forces. They can elevate us, guiding decisions with compassion and wisdom. Or they can weigh us down, turning into ritualized burdens that stifle curiosity, creativity, and growth. As the Tao Te Ching says, “The wise man is not rigid; the rigid man is not wise.”

So, I ask again—honestly: are your beliefs carrying you on wings, or are you carrying them as bricks in a backpack? And if it feels like a burden, maybe it’s time to ask: is it the belief itself, or the way we interpret and practice it?

Perhaps the ultimate question isn’t whether religion is a load or a lift—but whether you are using it to elevate yourself, or it’s using you.

When Will the World End? (Asking for a Friend)

Hey people—here we go again. The infamous question: “When will the world end?” or “end of the world 2025 predictions”.

If we truly have free will, as most religions insist, maybe the whole apocalypse thing is partly in our hands already. Think about it—if you suddenly decided that the little snail crawling through your garden is God, congratulations! You now worship a snail. Will you be struck down? Nope. In fact, the snail might be the only one listening to your prayers—at least it looks like it’s nodding sometimes.

When will the World End

Here’s the kicker: you could actually be right. Because if we believe “with God all things are possible,” then why not a snail, a coconut tree, or even that broken WiFi router that only works when it feels like it? Maybe the Supreme Being plays along with whatever makes you notice His presence.

But here’s the chilling twist: nothing happens immediately. You don’t drop dead for calling your fridge “God.” You don’t get instant blessings for worshipping your dog. Instead, you get silence—and maybe that silence is the ultimate test of faith.

Now flip the script. Imagine you’re God. You want genuine love from humans, not fear-driven worship. Would you blow up the world every time someone misbehaves? Nope. That’s too easy. Instead, you’d set subtle traps—puzzles in everyday life—to see if we stumble into truth. Maybe you hand out metaphorical blue pills of pleasure and see if we choke on them, or whether we pause and ask, “Wait, what’s actually inside this thing?”

A Modern-Day End-of-the-World Test

Meet Sam. Average guy. Works a 9-to-5. Owns three smart devices, a smartwatch, and a voice assistant that nags more than his mother ever did. During the pandemic, Sam’s obsession with “end of the world signs” reached peak levels.

Every morning, his smartwatch pinged:

“Danger: AI robots detected nearby. Run to the safe zone.”
“Reminder: Apocalypse in 5 hours. Eat your kale.”
“Weather update: 99% chance of global chaos today.”

Sam even started consulting his smart fridge. It refused to open unless he recited the latest doomsday prediction from a viral video. His cat, clearly judging him, walked off in disgust.

Soon, Sam missed work deadlines because he was busy mapping AI “takeover zones” in his apartment. He forgot his girlfriend’s birthday because the apocalypse was “imminent.” His friends stopped answering his calls—apparently, constant end-of-the-world panic texting is socially taxing.

The moral of Sam’s story? Obsessing over “when will the world end” or “doomsday predictions 2025” might just make you miss life itself. The world may not end, but your sanity, relationships, and career could.

So maybe, when we obsess over dates, end-of-the-world signs, or watch viral apocalypse countdown 2025 videos, we’re just like lab monkeys waiting for the bell to ring so we can grab a banana. Our Creator might be laughing: “Really? That’s all you’re worried about? Dates and doomsday clocks?”

Perhaps God is letting us spin all these theories—atheists, theists, flat-earthers, doomsday prophets—just to see if anyone will finally pause and realize: both could be true. All could be true. Or none. Because for a Supreme Being, nothing is off the table.

So instead of obsessing, maybe it’s time to knock on the invisible walls of this cosmic lab and say: “Alright, we get it. We’re being tested.”

And if you’ve ever wondered what the answer really is, here’s my take: the world ends the day we stop asking the question.

When Man Fails, Who Guides Us? Reflections on Human Tragedy and Divine Strategy

I don’t know about you—or the cow in the viral story—but every day, as I watch the news, my suspicion grows stronger and stronger.

We’ve already seen a series of earthquakes this year, devastating floods, and countless other natural disasters. But it’s not just nature’s fury that alarms me. It’s the human tragedies—the atrocities committed by man against man—that weigh heaviest on the soul. I often wonder what the pope, or any spiritual leader, must endure daily as they confront the failings of their flock.

This week, I got a glimpse of that peril. The very people entrusted to guide others seem to falter constantly. They stumble, they mislead, and they forget their calling. What hope remains when the shepherds stray? Where is the true way forward? That’s the question that many of us now silently ask.

Now, imagine you’ve discovered a profound truth—something that could transform lives. And imagine that your duty is to spread this truth to all people. But the very individuals you’ve trusted to help disseminate it choose instead to show lies or ignorance through their words and actions. What would you do? How far would you let humanity stray before intervening?

Here’s a deeper question: how many religions, beliefs, and doctrines exist in the world today? Hundreds? Thousands? Each has its own teachings, its own understanding of morality, divinity, and purpose. So, here’s the challenge: if you were a Supreme Being, and your ultimate goal was to lead humanity toward eternal life, how would you engage with this fragmented, free-willed species?

Would you let humans stumble, test their patience, and learn lessons the hard way—just like a parent allowing a child to experience consequences? Or would you orchestrate subtle nudges, guiding the race gradually toward spiritual alignment without overriding their freedom?

And then comes the heavier question: if a Supreme Being has been watching, learning, and nudging through history, through prophets, disasters, and miracles, are we even capable of recognizing these cues? Are we too distracted by politics, ego, and everyday struggles to see the threads of guidance woven into our lives?

Consider this: if the end is nigh, what does that really mean? Is it literal? Spiritual? Personal? Collective? How would you know it’s near, and what choices would you make today if you were truly aware of it?

Perhaps the real question isn’t whether the end is near, but whether we are ready to act rightly—individually and collectively—despite the failures around us. How much of our life is spent in distraction, and how much in conscious reflection? How often do we ignore lessons because they arrive in unexpected forms—through strangers, events, or even tragedies?

When the people we trust falter, how do we determine the truth?
How much are we influenced by human failings versus divine guidance?
Could catastrophes, conflicts, and crises be nudges from a higher order to awaken us?
How prepared are we to act rightly when faced with a chance to align with truth, even if it challenges our comfort or beliefs?

Sometimes, the end is not just a calendar date or a prophecy—it’s a mirror. It reflects the cumulative effect of human choices, follies, and opportunities for awakening. Are we willing to look? Or will we continue ignoring the signs while they quietly pile up?

Are We the Modern-Day Job? Humanity, Divine Challenges, and the Cosmic Wager

In Job’s story, we see a man of great faith subjected to immense trials. His friends came forward with advice, often misguided, attempting to convince him that he must have sinned to deserve suffering. “Does not the Almighty deal justly? Are not your ways pure before him?” they argued (Job 4:17). Yet Job remained steadfast, questioning but never abandoning the divine. His perseverance amidst confusion and despair set an example of resilience, introspection, and moral courage.

Now reflect on our modern world:

We face disasters—pandemics, wars, climate catastrophes, famine, corruption.
Friends, leaders, and influencers all around us offer advice, opinions, and judgment, sometimes adding confusion instead of clarity.
We are constantly tested—morally, spiritually, and emotionally.

From an interreligious perspective, the “Team God” concept takes on a fascinating dimension. God—or the ultimate creative force—may see humanity as one, unified in potential and purpose. Yet we fragment ourselves into diverse belief systems, religions, and even scientific paradigms, often arguing about methods instead of acknowledging the ultimate goal. Christians, Muslims, Hindus, Buddhists, atheists, agnostics—all experiencing different “tests,” yet facing the same underlying challenge: to act with conscience, compassion, and awareness.

So, how are we faring? Are we modern-day Jobs, navigating a labyrinth of trials while retaining integrity? Or are we succumbing to the distractions, temptations, and follies of the world, letting the “opposing team” score point after point?

Some reflections to consider:

Just as Job’s friends tried to persuade him to forsake God, modern influences—peer pressure, media, extremist ideologies—seek to divert us from truth, empathy, and moral action. How often do we fall for these distractions?
Job’s suffering was personal, yet universal principles emerged from his story: perseverance, reflection, and alignment with higher moral standards. Are we applying these lessons collectively in our global community?
If humanity is tested as one entity, how do we measure “success”? Is it spiritual awakening, moral resilience, social harmony, or simply survival?

Counterpoints and Questions:

Some argue that divine tests are unfair—why put humans in impossible situations? Yet without challenge, can growth, wisdom, or choice truly exist?
Others question the notion of a singular “Team God.” If different faiths perceive God differently, is the challenge personal, communal, or universal?
From a scientific and interfaith lens, are we merely products of evolution, cultural narratives, or divine orchestration? Or some combination of all three?

Ultimately, the analogy of Job invites us to reflect deeply on our current reality. Our trials may not come in the form of boils or lost wealth, but they are equally potent—ethical dilemmas, environmental crises, social inequality, and moral corruption. The cosmic wager continues, and humanity’s performance is still unfolding.

So I leave this question for reflection: if we are all modern-day Jobs, undergoing trials of faith, intellect, and morality, is Team God winning—or are we inadvertently scoring for the other side? And more importantly, what can we do individually and collectively to align ourselves with the higher purpose that, perhaps, is being quietly observed?

The Courtroom of Eternity

Picture this: we all file into a grand cosmic courtroom, bigger than any cathedral or parliament ever built. The ceiling stretches beyond galaxies, the floor polished with something brighter than glass, and at the center sits the Judge. Of course, the Judge is God Himself — who else could it be? He is who He is. The gavel is His thunder, the silence in the room His command.

But here’s where the twist begins: God isn’t just Judge; He’s also standing in the dock as the Accused. Yes, you read that right. The Prosecutor? Lucifer. The fallen angel who once knew the Judge personally, who had access to the throne room, who now has the audacity to file a case against the very One who made him.

The charges?

Mismanagement of creation.
Unfair favoritism toward humans.
Setting laws He doesn’t seem to obey Himself.
And above all: creating beings with freedom of choice, then daring to hold them accountable when they misuse it.

The courtroom audience gasps — some in disbelief, some in agreement. After all, haven’t we all whispered similar doubts late at night?

Now, here’s the real kicker: we, humanity, are the jury. Yes, atheists, believers, skeptics, armchair philosophers, TikTok prophets, church-goers, scientists, shamans — everyone. The case outcome, in a sense, rests on us. God, the ultimate Judge, can dismiss the case at any time, of course. He could thunder, “Case closed!” and that would be the end of it. But instead, like a wise teacher, He lets it play out. Because if there’s one thing He’s proving, it’s that His law isn’t about force; it’s about justice, peace, and thriving.

And so the trial begins.

Lucifer paces the courtroom like a slick lawyer, suit sharp as obsidian, voice dripping with mock sincerity. He calls witnesses: war, famine, disease, corruption — each pointing an accusing finger at the Creator.
God? He doesn’t yell or argue. Sometimes He just smiles. Sometimes He answers a question with another question. Sometimes He points to us, the jury, as if to say: “They are the evidence.”
The Jury sits confused. Some nod with Lucifer, some feel uncomfortable at his logic, others cling to the idea that maybe the Judge knows what He’s doing.

And what of the audience? It’s no passive crowd. They murmur, they debate, they cheer, they boo — like spectators at a courtroom drama or even a football match. Every culture, every worldview, every doubt and belief is in that room.

The tension rises. Is the Judge guilty of mismanaging His creation? Or is this entire case the grandest scheme of all — a divine drama to show us what justice really looks like?

One thing is clear: this isn’t just His trial. It’s our trial too. Because if the Judge falls, so does the jury. And if the Judge stands, we must decide if we’re standing with Him. So what will it be people ?

Can Humanity Return to Eden? Exploring Our Cosmic “Do-Over”

I can’t help but imagine life in some heavenly abode—or a second Garden of Eden. When I picture it in 4D, I see ways humanity might navigate back to paradise, avoiding the missteps that caused the first fall. Let’s assume the story of Adam and Eve, as shared in the Christian tradition, captures an essential truth. If not, perhaps it’s time to explore deeper truths about our origins and purpose.

With today’s world and its chaos, I wonder: could we truly return to Eden if we were allowed to act on all our desires—the good, the bad, and the morally gray—without collapsing society? A Supreme Being, I believe, could negotiate with us; after all, all things are possible with Him or Her. Sin has proven impossible for humanity to eradicate on our own. From the first humans to the billions alive today, our record is… less than stellar.

The idea isn’t reckless. In fact, it’s a paradox that might benefit both humanity and the Creator. The Being I envision already understands our nature, weaknesses, and patterns that lead us astray. If all men are born sinners, what’s to stop the Almighty from guiding us back, provided we approach with humility and intention?

In Divine Matrix, I explore these possibilities: a framework where human folly, divine patience, and cosmic rules intersect. Perhaps the path back to Eden isn’t about eradicating sin—it’s about learning how to navigate it wisely and purposefully.

Here are some reflective (and slightly humorous) questions to consider:

If humanity were handed an “Eden redo,” which flaw would you fix first: greed, impatience, or obsession with technology?
Would the first humans have passed the test if they had Wi-Fi in Eden?
Suppose the Supreme Being offered a contract: “You may do anything, but consequences follow.” Would you sign, or hide under a bush like Adam and Eve?
If we fail, does the lesson reset like a cosmic video game, or is it “Game Over, start from scratch”?
And the fun twist: if AI were the gatekeepers to Eden, would it improve humanity, or simply enforce divine instructions literally?

The first step isn’t perfection—it’s curiosity. Click, think, question, and maybe we’ll figure out how the next Garden could be less… problematic.

Was Covid-19 the End or Just a Passing Cloud?

Some people quickly claimed that Covid-19 was the beginning of the end times—a fulfillment of prophecy, a divine wake-up call, maybe even the “labor pains” of the last days.

Well, it wasn’t quite that simple. But the question remains: how should we interpret a global pandemic from a spiritual or religious point of view? Was it just another wave in history, or was it a signpost placed before humanity?

This thought takes me back to an earlier blog post—and to the central theme of my book The End. I have long wondered whether a Supreme Being could be introducing certain events in our lives to push us toward reflection, unity, and ultimately, toward Him. Could Covid-19 have been one of those markers, nudging us to pause and reconsider the path we’re on?

Could Covid-19 Be a Spiritual Signpost?

I don’t pretend to have all the answers. But I suggested once that perhaps we too can create signposts for God—markers of faith, unity, and attention that invite Him to act on our behalf.

If we agree there is a Creator, then surely He is the Alpha and Omega, the One beyond all comprehension. Such a God must be just, good, and concerned with our well-being. After all, as scripture reminds us: “Which man would give his son a stone if he asked for bread?”

But here’s the dilemma: with billions of people on earth today, how can one God answer conflicting prayers all at once? One person prays for rain, another for sunshine. One prays for success in business, another unknowingly prays for the competitor’s downfall.

The Power of United Wishes

Perhaps the answer lies in unity. When humanity aligns in desire, results come quickly. During Covid-19, almost everyone wished for the pandemic to end. Yes, some hoped to be the first to discover the vaccine or profit from the solution—but the shared wish was the same: “Let this virus go away.”

And eventually, that wish was granted. Not instantly, not without suffering—but through science, perseverance, and a strange kind of collective alignment.

Imagine if we applied this same principle elsewhere. What if humanity united—not just against a virus—but against climate change, corruption, or even spiritual confusion? What if, instead of endless division, we united to ask one big question: Who is the true Creator, and how can we walk in His way?

Unity of wishes could change the world. Divided, we mumble countless conflicting prayers. But united, our voices form a chorus too powerful to be ignored.

A Missed Lesson

Sadly, most people will miss the spiritual lesson of Covid-19. We will go back to business as usual, forgetting that when united, humanity can overcome almost anything.

But the question remains: will we wait for the next crisis to find unity again? Or will we learn to seek the True God together before the next storm arrives?

Because maybe Covid-19 was not just a passing cloud. Maybe it was a gentle warning—a reminder that humanity has the power to align, to pray, and to change its destiny.

The Monkey Test and God: Are We Being Tested?

Imagine a locked monkey in a room with only a bell and a light. When the bell rang and the light was switched on, food was delivered.

What was expected to happen was that the monkey would eventually know the drill before expecting food. In other words, it wasn’t supposed to anticipate food when only the bell rang, or when only the light came on. This experiment is even tried when the monkey is satisfied. But the real question is: did the monkey ever know it was being tested?

Now imagine this—what if you wanted to go to heaven but God said wait, we’ll have the same monkey test first?

Today we have with us various religions, different minds, races, abilities, conflicts, challenges, and the modern ability to “think outside the box.” Yet still, there is no universally agreed upon proof that God exists. Maybe some higher Being wants us to connect the dots through life’s challenges—climate change, wars, diseases like cancer, or the overwhelming Covid-19 pandemic.

Perhaps man was—and still is—being tested. Only this time, the God test is far more complex, involving Covid-19 and other global dangers. I thought of this when my kid asked me recently, “What if you wanted to go to heaven but God said there are things you must do first—like buy me an iPhone?” Maybe, just maybe, God is waiting for us to call out to Him first, in unison.

So… are we being tested?

You know a test fails if there’s an unintended external influence. So if the Supreme Being exists, then He can’t just appear physically, send angels, or reveal Himself supernaturally. If indeed life is our monkey test, then it’s up to us to bang on the walls and scream: “We get it! We get it!”

If that’s the case, then the “end time” we keep hearing about may not mean doomsday, but rather the glory days we yearn for. (I explain this more in my book The End, which dives deeper into the question, does God exist?)

And now that humanity is approaching its limits—with threats like Covid-19, cancer, and a world glued to the internet—maybe we’re already in God’s counter-test. One that borders on science and faith working together. The challenge is not just about asking who is the right God—whether Hindu, Muslim, Christian, or Buddhist—but about facing the real question: does God exist, and what is the proof?

Once we find answers to that, we may finally turn to our Maker and say: “Okay, we get it. Free will is great. But hey—you made us, and we’re struggling with these diseases and wars. Please take it away. And oh… finally we meet. You are the One.”
