I am sure He must have, be it small or great. Rev 12:11 says, “They overcame him (Satan) by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony.” So when we testify to what God has done in our lives, we are crushing Satan underneath our feet. Keep in mind that your testimonies can bring comfort to people reading them and also build someone’s faith. Send your testimonies to the address given in the About Me section and they will be posted on this blog.

<atom10:link xmlns:atom10="http://www.w3.org/2005/Atom" rel="self" type="application/atom+xml" href="http://feeds.feedburner.com/blogspot/VwgA" />
<atom10:link xmlns:atom10="http://www.w3.org/2005/Atom" rel="hub" href="http://pubsubhubbub.appspot.com/" />

Laptop Miraculously Recovered from Robber

Recently a colleague of mine Kumar (not the real name) lost his laptop in a robbery that happened in his room in the middle of the night. When Kumar told me about the incident the next morning, I told him that I will be praying to Jesus to have his laptop recovered. Although the odds of him receiving back his laptop were pretty slim, I kept praying and also asked some of my close friends to pray as well. In about 15 days, Kumar came to office beaming with joy with the news that the police have nabbed the robber and recovered his laptop. I, for one, was both stunned and happy to hear of this news. I began to thank God and reminded Kumar that I had been praying to Jesus and that He had answered the prayers. It is important to understand that the chances of Kumar receiving back his own laptop were slim, as more often than not the robber would sell the equipment immediately. This sure is a miracle work of God. What a super-awesome God we serve!

I was standing outside my classroom after school, waiting for my dad or elder brother to pick me up. I was standing with a classmate of mine, who was waiting for her mom. A stranger approached us and said to my classmate, “Your mom is waiting outside the gate and has sent me to bring you to her.” He even added, “Your mom has a mole on her foot right?” She refused to go with him. Then this stranger started calling me. I decided to go with him, then for some reason I declined. I still do not know why I refused all of a sudden, but I do know it was a supernatural intervention of God. The next day this incident became big news in our school. My school tightened the security. Many believed that the stranger must have been a kidnapper, because many kidnapping incidents were reported during that period of time in our locality. That stranger could have taken me, pulled my eyes out and thrown me on the roads to beg, but God had other plans. Jeremiah 29:11 says, “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
