Please note, you can pay via bank transfer. Paying via a Turkish bank in this case is advisable as chasing up payments may be difficult given the language barrier.

Bank transfers and credit card payments are official methods of payment which require no receipt. It is only cash payment that require a receipt.

Your online account will be updated to show your payment. This may take a week if paying by bank transfer, but paying online gives you an instant result. When a payment is made by credit card you will get an online payment notification and also an email with the payment information.

First go to the website.

http://www.milas.bel.tr/genel_bilgiler.php

There is an option to translate the site into English, but this is a scaled down version of the website, although it does have some local tourist information if you wish to view it. For now, we just need to select e - BELEDİYE.

A new window will open up with ENGLISH TÜRKÇE. I suggest you select the ENGLISH option!

Another completely new window will open. You will see in the top left hand corner two boxes with USER ID and PASSWORD. Please enter the respective number as given to you by the council or your property management company and click ENTER. If you do not have these number you need to contact the Milas Tapu office.

You should see you name in the bottom left hand side of the screen.

Select DEBT ENQUIRY.

You should now see personal information held at the council office in the middle of the page.

To the right of the page is the information you will need if you are transferring payments using the bank transfer method.

I have highlighted 4 areas on the image. Select the payments you wish to make using the tick boxes. You can click the + sign and the section will open up to show more info.

You will see the total payment change as you make you selection. If you would like to pay the total bill then tick the TOTAL DEBT BOX highlighted. The amount to pay will show up in the TOTAL PAYMENT box.

Once you are happy with your selection, just click ONLINE PAYMENT.

The Payment.
Type your full name, use a Turkish phone number (02521234569) as there is not enough room for the international code for the UK, and then your email address. This is where the receipt will be send to.

Then, using the virtual keyboard on the right, complete the card holder name as it appears on your card, the card number. This can be tricky as the number randomise after each selection for security reasons. Dial in the cards expiry date and using the virtual keyboard again for the last 3 digits of your security number on the back of the card.

That's it, press FINISH PAYMENT

The website will now process your information. A small window will open in the middle of the screen which asks you to wait while the payment is being verified. If all went well, a screen should open showing your payment information and receipt. A receipt will also be sent to your email address. The new account balance will now reflect your payment. If this does not happen, the chances are the website was unable to process your payment due to a fault, which happen sometimes or there was a problem verifying your credit card. If this happens, try again later or let us know if you are a client. As the system is automated, it is not possible to pay twice. I have made many payments using this system without any problems.

If you do not have a username or password, please follow these guidelines:

If you are not an Idealworld client then you will need to claim your username and password from the council. This is the procedure (thanks to Brian Watts for this info):

This petition is intended for delivery to the Turkish President & Prime Minister.

"To the Turkish President Abullah Gul & Prime Minister Recip Tayyip Erdogan"

We the undersigned respectfully wish to draw to your attention the abuse of property purchasing which currently exists within Turkey. There are a small number of Emlaks/Builders/and lawyers who collude to effect transactions with the intent of de-frauding would be purchasers of their money -and not delivering the Tapu and in some cases the Habitation certificates for these properties.

In the worst cases they will "sell" these properties a number of times and dispose of the proceeds of these "sales" to ensure that they have no assets and cannot be made by the turkish legal system to repay the monies obtained.

We would respectfully suggest that this would be much more difficult, if all such cases were enshrined in criminal law with severe penalties for those convicted; and would request that the following measures be included in any such legislation-

All properties may only be sold by either
(a) the person named on their tapu;
(b) An individual holding power of attorney for the tapu holder/s; or
(c) An agent legally instructed to market said properties who is in receipt of a written instruction from the owners along with copies of the Tapu & Habitation Certificates for these properties.

All property contracts in Turkey should be notarised.

No contract may require payment of the purchase price until delivery of Tapu & habitation certificate - less only a deposit which should not exceed 10% of the purchase price.

No person convicted of any offense under any such property law shall be permitted to be a director/shareholder/investor in any other property business.

No emlak convicted shall ever be permitted to trade in association with any other emlak.
All property contracts in Turkey should include a clause placing an immediate Ipotek on the property, until such sale is concluded.

All Tapu offices could be supplied with a map showing the zones where property cannot be purchased by foreign nationals. Possesion of such information would enable immediate grant of Military Clearance on payment of the appropriate fee - ending an unspecified period where many problems originate.

Many of the signatories listed below have fallen victim to these abuses and all wish to draw to your attention the negative impact which such abuse has for anyone considering investment in Turkey. It is our hope that you will effect direct and urgent action to end the actions of a few individuals who can do so much to destroy the reputation of your entire nation.
Looking through the civil code shows there is huge room for improvement, and as someone that has come from a country where laws span hundreds of years, Turkey is a developing country that needs to learn and adapt to respond to everyones personal rights, man or women.

There are changes that will adopted in 2012 on a commercial level and there are changes that have been made on a personal level. The Civil Code for Turkey is available to download below.
Lagina is an ancient cult site of important archaeological and touristic value dating from the Carian period and extended under the Seleucid kings that is situated in southwestern Turkey (adjacent to Turgut, a municipality in the Muğla Province) and which is famous for its Hekate Sanctuary. The site is situated at 9 kilometers distance from the Yatağan-Milas highway, served by an asphalt road bifurcating shortly after the Yatağan Power Plant when coming from Yatağan.
The small town of Turgut itself was until recently named Leyne, a name that is still used among the locals and in the region, thus echoing its name in antiquity.
Recent studies have shown that the site had been inhabited and/or employed in an unintterupted manner during a time span stretching back to the Bronze Age. Seleucid kings have conducted a considerable reconstruction effort in the sacred ground of Lagina and have transformed it into a foremost religious center of its time, with the nearby (at a distance of 11 kilometers) site of Stratonikeia becoming the administrative center. The two sites (Lagina and Stratonkeia) were connected to each other in antiquity by a holy path.

The archaeological research conducted in Lagina also presents a particularity in that they were the first to have been done by a Turkish scientific team, under the direction of Osman Hamdi Bey and Halit Ethem Bey. In 1993, excavation and restoration work have been resumed under the guidance of Muğla Museum, by an international team advised by Professor Dr.Ahmet Adil Tırpan.
The friezes of the Hekate Sanctuary are currently being displayed in İstanbul Archaeology Museum. Four different themes have been depicted in these friezes. These are; on the eastern frieze; scenes from the life of Zeus; on the western frieze; a battle between gods and giants; on the southern frieze; a gathering of Carian gods.

The Mor Ev is a fantastic restaurant located on the Road Milas to Akbuk road opposite the turn off to Iasos.

As you can see from the photos, it has a lovely natural feel with hand made wooden structures throughout. The view is fantastic across the fields towards Mandalya - Gulluk bay. The location is quite isolated, and there is no electric supply and is self sufficient using solar panels with a backup generator.

The lounge area is very comfortable and off the the side is a small room with craft-ware for sale.

Having visited this restaurant on numerous occasions, I can recommend the food at very reasonable prices
Holiday home insurance in Turkey

Is your property in Turkey properly protected?

As the owner of a holiday home in Turkey, you already understand the importance of protecting your valuable asset. Until now it has been hard to find an insurer who provides comprehensive protection combined with a flexibility that covers all eventualities - but that has now changed.

The Intasure policy offers a host of benefits, but one of the key advantages is the UK based English speaking team which resolves any problems that may arise. In addition, all policy documentation is written in English - so you know exactly what you are getting.

Wider cover for your protection

Intasure's cost effective policy provides far wider cover than most standard European policies. It also covers your specific property unlike local community insurance, which can be deceptive.

Some of the Benefits with Intasure*

Up to 40% risk-related discount

Property covered whether occupied or unoccupied

Property covered if let short term to holiday makers or long term

Cost of emergency travel following a major claim

Policy covers swimming pools as well as buildings

Loss of rent included following a claim

Cover during exchange of contracts and completion

Covers temporary accommodation following a claim

Wider cover than a standard buildings and contents policies

Underwritten by Lloyds of London and other international insurers

(*dependent on policy type)

Add £5 million worth of essential public liability cover, which is important for anyone who lets their property - particularly with our trend toward litigation - and you have truly comprehensive cover at a very competitive price.

Don't risk turning your dream home in Turkey into a nightmare.
ALICARNASSOS (HALICARNASSUS/BODRUM)
Alicarnassos, the city of the Leleg and Kar peoples who are thought to be among the first inhabitants of Anatolia and who fought against the Greeks in the Trojan war, is the Bodrum of today. Although the Kar considered the mainland of Anatolia their homeland, it is thought that they were a seafaring people who migrated here from Greece.
The father of history Herodotus, a native of Bodrum, estimated that the history of his birthplace dated to the first millenium BC. However, findings at the Peynir Çiçeği cave point to civilization on the peninsula as far back as 5,000 years ago.
There are signs that the Lelegs and Kars lived in the area together. However, after the occupation of Anatolia by the Persians, a Carian (of the Kar) city was founded in the region of Caria, but kept under Persian control. The Carian people are mentioned in many historical documents as one of the seagoing races and in 480 B.C. Artemisia I, a famous Carian ruler, fought at sea with the Persians against the Greeks, becoming the first female admiral in the world. The historian Herodotus tells the story of this female hero, his compatriot, at length. The Carians, who had proved themselves many times at sea, gained new importance when the satrap Maussolus moved their capital from Milas to Bodrum in 367 B.C. The most brilliant period of Alikarnassos was under the rule of Maussolus and his sister and wife Artemisia II. The Mausoleum built during this period is today considered one of the seven wonders of the ancient world. This memorial tomb is not the only legacy of Maussolus's reign. The city was developed in a manner fitting to the seat of government, and the theatre still in use today is one example of this. After the death of Maussolus, the Carians won a new victory under their new female leader, conquering the island of Rhodes in 353 B.C.

As in ancient Egypt, brother and sister married each other. Like Artemisia II and Maussolus, Queen Ada also married her brother Idrius. She ascended the throne after the death of Idrius, but there was dissent in the family about this and she was banished to Alinda. She stayed there until Alexander the Great's forces arrived, and only returned to Alicarnassus under the famous commander's protection.

The peninsula put up great resistance to Alexander's army and did not regain its former power following the occupation, becoming smaller and having frequent changes in rule. During one period, it was recorded as having been a bishopric connected to Aphrodisias. After Roman and Byzantine rule, it came under the Ottomans in the 11th century.

Rhodes became an important stop for the Crusaders on their way to Jerusalem, and at the beginning of the 15th century they got permission from the Ottoman Empire to build a castle in Bodrum harbour. The Knights of St. John of Rhodes spent about one hundred years building the Castle of St. Peter (Petrum), known today as Bodrum Castle. Stones from the Mausoleum, which had been partly ruined by earthquakes and the passage of time, were used in the building of the castle, and some of the marble was melted down to make lime.

The castle was used as a prison during the late Ottoman period, and was bombed by the French in World War I. From the 1970s, due to the writer and thinker known as the 'Fisherman of Halicarnus', Bodrum became well-known once more and today is one of Turkey's major holiday resorts.
THE BODRUM CASTLE
In one of the most important books recording the Ottoman Navy, "Kitab-i Bahriye", the Ottoman Admiral, Piri Reis, identifies the Castle with the town of Bodrum during his visit in 1521:
"... The town of Bodrum is a small castle, in front of which is a nice big harbour. A godly place where people (infidels) have piled up huge stones to protect it from the northern winds... leaving an opening as an entrance for the ships to shelter."
First built at the beginning of the 15th century by the Knights of St. John whose earlier stronghold in Izmir was destroyed by Timurlane, warrior monks of Catholic origin named their new location St. Petrus and the area Petronium.
Situated on the cliffs called Zephyria in ancient times, the Castle comprises of a three-fold enclosure with the English, French, Italian, and Spanish (Snake) Towers, while the German Tower was home to a Gothic chapel.
Built using the rare stones of the Mausoleum which had been taken by the knights, one can see the original reliefs on the tower walls.
Later in 1525, Suleyman the Magnificient turned the chapel into a mosque. The outer walls of this medieval castle were built by the German architect Heinrich Schlegelholt between 1415-1437.
The Italian Tower, which was built by Angelo Mascettola, and the English Tower were added in 1480. The last classical restoration took place between 1476-1508.
There are a total of 265 Coats of Arms, with lion and dragon figures on which the colours have mostly faded, but they retain their mystery.
The middle emblem on the interior of the main entrance door belongs to Jacques Gatineau, the Commander at that time; under this emblem the eagle figure with a crown is thought to belong to another commander between 1517-18, Cornelius Harmsbrook.
Monsignor Wallahim Berges used the same symbol; another coat of arms is thought to belong to a knight named Jacques Aylmer de la Chevalerie.
The third gate is the best preserved among the seven gates to the Castle. The Coat of Arms on the fourth gate opens to the vaulted stairs, and celebrates another Commander (1510-12) Antoni de San Marti.
If you follow the western moat lined with trees instead of ascending the stairs, you will see the altars and sarcophagae. At the sixth gate you will read the script in Latin saying, "Protect us our Lord while we sleep, save us while we are awake. Without your protection no one can save us."
As you proceed to the inner castle through the undecorated vault, you will find yourself in a cistern. Some of the fourteen cisterns which provided water during sieges are still in use.
Around 1895, Abdulhamit II had the Turkish Baths constructed. The castle became a prison for both captives and exiles during the Ottoman period.
The fourth tower known as the Snake Tower was re-opened, housing an exhibition hall displaying the cult of the snake, a particular phenomenon of antiquity, which represented the symbol of life and death and is also the symbol of the God of Health, Aeschlepios.
To the east of the Snake Tower, you can visit the German Tower to see a section from the daily life of the knights- the embrasures in the parapet between the two towers were restored together with the repairing of the front walls (1480-1522).
To the east of the German Tower, fourteen skeletons with heavy iron chains shackled to their ankles found in the medieval rubbish heap of the Knights of St. John are displayed quite realistically.
There are more of the horror scenes a little bit further on, where there are two unnamed towers with the chimneys and embrasures blocked.
Descend 23 steps in the tower and you will see the torture room (actively used between 1513-22) with an inscription on the door saying "Inde deus Abest" (A place where God does not exist).
The French Tower, which stands about 50 meters above sea evel, dominates the whole town with its rich history.
On May 26, 1915 the castle was bombed by the French battleship "Dublex" to be restored once again in 7 963.
You will now need a break to enjoy refreshments within the Castle and perhaps choose souvenirs while enjoying the shade of century old bay and myrtle trees and a variety of animals from ostriches to peacocks wandering amongst the oleanders. Pigeons gather around you for food.
Afterwards, it is time to start a new journey through the Museum of Underwater Archaeology.

THE MAUSOLEUM
'Mausoleum' means 'the memorial tomb of Maussolus and it was built for the Carian governor of that name and completed in 340 B.C. Maussolus made Bodrum the capital and cultural center of Caria and, with the dream of resting after his death in a place that rivalled the city in its glory, began building his tomb while still in good health. Unfortunately, he died before it was finished, and so never saw the tomb which his sister wife Artemsia II completed after his death. The Mausoleum is not only remarkable for its massive and spectacular structure, but even more so for the fact that, despite a change in conditions for the artists on the project, they didn't abandon it. Although it was completed amid financial hardship, they created an immortal work, the finished tomb standing 55 metres high with four floors.
The tomb and the foundation of the building were on the lowest floor. Above these was a pedestal base supporting the rest of the structure. On this base was another pedestal built to resemble a temple surrounded by columns. Above this was a pyramid with twenty-four steps, and at the very top there was a statue of Maussolus and Artemisia II in a chariot pulled by four horses. The architect was Pytheos and the artwork on the building was done by famous sculptors of the time: Scopas, Leochares, Bryaxis and Timotheos.
The tomb is known to have been whole until the earthquake of 1304, but over time it fell into disrepair and deteriorated. The Knights of St John of Rhodes wrote how they used the stones of the tomb in the building of St Peter's Castle. Heinrich Schlegelholt, one of the knights, says 'We tore it down, broke it and burned it!'
Pieces uncovered during archeological excavations by the British in the 19th century have been diplayed in the British Museum since then. Although the site of this monumental tomb, considered one of the seven wonders of the world, is now a museum; only the remains of the foundation and a few friezes can be seen.
The name 'Mausoleum' is used today in Latin based languages as the word 'mausoleum', meaning 'monumental tomb'.

THE OTTOMAN TOWER AND SHIPYARD
Whereas Bodrum’s distant history is full of pirates and tyrants, its recent history is more about fishing and sponge-diving. Now, it’s equally famous for its traditional boats, whose traditional shapes have been handed down for thousands of years. The Ottoman shipyard was founded in 1775 in order to construct new ships for the Ottoman fleet. We know that the first ship was launched in 1784 and the walls of the shipyard were fortified in 1882, together with its tower, which had been erected as a protection against attacks by pirates.
Nowadays, the building houses an art gallery and, from time to time, cultural events and entertainment.

THE ANCIENT THEATRE
On the slopes of Göktepe Hill overlooking the harbour lies the amphitheatre. Constructed during the Mausolus period in the 4th century BC, it is renowned as one of Anatolia’s oldest. Capable of seating approximately 10,000 spectators, its original width was 110 metres. As in its heyday, the amphitheatre is now once again the focal point for entertainment and cultural events

THE MYNDOS GATE
This entrance gate to Halicarnassus is thought to have been constructed in 360 BC. When Alexander the Great came to storm the city, he was unable to pass the deep, broad trench in front of the gate. When the gate was restored a couple of years ago, archaeologists found the remainders of the trench and found its measurements to be exactly as contemporary texts had reported. Next to the gate there is a Turkish cemetery and some vaulted tombs from Hellenistic and Roman periods.

I had asked you for a large balcony and you exceeded my expectations it was huge with fantastic views, one way looking across the pool at the med [a really beautiful bay].

The view in the other direction [ the balcony bent around the apartment front to side ] was looking down into the valley with a partial view of the lake, superb all put together with friendly inexpensive restaurants who come and pick you up and drop you off home again after your meal [transport free] it was my idea of heaven.

Reading this email back i realize it looks like you could have created it yourself so you are at liberty to pass on my email address or telephone number to any one who would like to hear me wax lyrical about the place, a great big thanks from my wife, daughter, and myself for a really great holiday.
when you rent your apartment to guests for one week, they should only be supplied linen for that week, unless you are happy to pay for the cleaning costs.

In the majority of cases, when more than the usual supply of linen is made available for the guest, then it will naturally be used with the owner of the apartment or villa paying for the laundry costs.

The answer to this is to have a lockable linen storage area, whether it be a linen bag or closet. We at Idealworld Bodrum have had requests to make wardrobes and cupboards for storing linen and personal items. Some of you may have underbed storage units. They can be made secure by fitting a Yale/Chubb high tensile patio door bolt on the side. Idealworld Bodrum are able to supply and fit these.

Retreat into the Lakeside lifestyle knowing that it has all this to offer you, and more...

Tuzla Lake and Region: Tuzla Lake and its extensive wetlands lie at the end of a deep inlet from the Gulf of Güllük and Mandalya Bay. The site is unique as it is where the Lake unites with the sea. Embraced by rolling mountains covered with a rich combination of wild shrubs, Olive groves, Pine and Tamarisk trees, this is perhaps one of the most beautiful locations in Turkey. Ancient remains can be seen emerging from the still calm of the lake under a sky that, whenever you look up, seems to be the most spectacular yet.

Bogaziçi Village: The fishing village of Bogaziçi nestles on the shores of Mandalya Bay. The village holds an important place in history as the site of the ancient city of Bargilia. Today, a few fish restaurants fringe the seafront offering the days fresh catch and other Aegean specialities. Original old stone houses line the road and testify to Turkey's traditional village life.

Bird Heaven: Tuzla Lake has been a nature reserve under international protection since 1994. A huge variety of birds take sanctuary here in the rich wetlands. Greater Flamingos flock to the area by the thousand and you can also see the largest population of White Storks in the region. Pelicans are also frequent visitors. Among other species you can spot the Heron, Mallard, Water Chicken, Grey and Hungarian Duck and Swallow. Butterflies also breed here and the Two-tailed Pascha is an unforgettable find. For nature lovers and bird watchers alike, Tuzla is paradise.

The Royal Heights Beach, Restaurant and Cafe-bar is just 700m from away from Lakeside Gardens. The bay looks out across the Gulf of Güllük and can be reached by cable car or on foot. You can take part in the water sports facilities, swim in the turquoise bay and soak up the fantastic sea view from the beach-front restaurant or cafe-bar knowing that this is a part of your home.

The Vita Park Golf Course has received huge media interest and promises to be one of the top golf locations in the world. The project has one 18-hole and two 8-hole Golf courses in this privilaged place overlooking the spectacular lake and mountains.

Milas: Milas (ancient Mylasa) hosts miles of blue coastline, and numerous sites of ancient civilization (dating back to 3000 B.C) to explore. Milas is also known for its fine carpets. This age-old tradition still thrives and the weavers can be seen at work in the town today. The 'Milas Houses' are also well worth a visit: the beautiful carvings and latticed windows have been restored to their former glory.

Bodrum is the site of the ancient city of Halikarnassus, the location of the famous Mausoleum of Halikarnassus (built after 353 BCE) - one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. Unfortunately, the ancient monument was destroyed by earthquakes in the Middle Ages - some of the remnants can be seen in London's British Museum.
Bodrum is a fascinating place as it has a pleasing contrast between the Ancient city - where there are discernable fragments everywhere in the town -and a playground for rich Turks and an array of foreign visitors. It is one of the centres of the Turkish Tourist industry and is the market town for the Bodrum Peninsula which consists of a number of towns and villages nestling on the edge of the Coast.

Please note, you can pay via bank transfer. Paying via a Turkish bank in this case is advisable as chasing up payments may be difficult given the language barrier.
Bank transfers and credit card payments are official methods of payment which require no receipt. It is only cash payment that requires a receipt.

Your online account will be updated to show your payment. This may take a week if paying by bank transfer, but paying online gives you an instant result. When a payment is made by credit card you will get an online payment notification and also an email with the payment information.

Please follow these stages:
First go to the website.

http://www.milas.bel.tr/genel_bilgiler.php

There is an option to translate the site into English, but this is a scaled down version of the website, although it does have some local tourist information if you wish to view it. For now, we just need to select e - BELEDİYE.

A new tab or window will open up with ENGLISH TÜRKÇE. I suggest you select the ENGLISH option!

A completely new window will open...

Select DEBT ENQUIRY

Select the payments you wish to make using the tick boxes. You will see the total payment change as you do so to reflect your selection.

Once you are happy with your selection, just click ONLINE PAYMENT.

Type your full name, use a Turkish phone number (02521234569) as there is not enough room for the international code for the UK, and then your email address.
Then, using the virtual keyboard on the right, complete the card holder name as it appears on your card, the card number, dial in the cards expiry date and using the virtual keyboard again, the last 3 digits of your security number on the back of the card.

That's it, press FINISH PAYMENT

The website will now process your information. If all went well, a screen should open showing your payment information. An email will also be sent to the email address you filled in just previously confirming payment. The account balance will now reflect your payment. If this does not happen, the chances are the website was unable to process your payment due to a fault, which happen sometimes. If this happens, try again later or let us know if you are a client.

To pay taxes on line first request a password by sending an email as follows:
If you are not an Idealworld client then you will need to claim your username and password form the council. This is the procedure (thanks to Brian Watts from this):

The route from the airport to the resort is reasonably easy as the majority is along the D330 highway. From the airport you take the D330 heading towards Bodrum. Some 10km later you will come to the Tuzla / Bogazici inlet /lake. There are two access roads leading to the resort from the D330, the first is signposted Bogazici (to the right) which takes you across the causeway, with the inlet on both sides of the road, and then to a small roundabout. Take a left here and then a right when you see the sign for Lakeside Garden. The road is narrow and bumpy here so drive with caution. In about 1km there is a fork in the road which you turn left on (sign posted to Lakeside Gardens). Travel through the small housing complex and turn left again when you come to the end. You should now be able to see the sea. Drive down the hill, past the entrance to Lakeside Gardens (to the left) just over 1.3km further on you will see the entrance to Flamingo Country Club on your left. Continuing on the main road, Royal Heights Resort is a further 300m to your right, with the Turquoise Homes Resort entrance road about 300m to the left. All resorts have security, so stop at the gatehouse and present your travel documents to gain access to your apartment. The resorts apartment names are sign posted but the guards may be able to help if they are not too busy. The total travelling distance from the airport is approximately 16km.

The second option is to travel a further 4km along the D330 highway until you see the turning to the right (past the shops and garage on the right). As you turn off you will see a large office and a large tree. This road is very windy and you will drive for about 5 km until you get eventually get to the top of the hill and the Sunset Cafe and taxi rank. Turn right here and to the right of the roundabout. All the resorts are positioned on this main road. Firstly, immediately to your right down the hill is the Turquoise Homes Resort, a further 300m to your left is the Royal Heights resort (sign posted). Do not go to the reception area as your key is in a keysafe at the property, just show your documents to the security guard. Although this is not always the case, it would be a good idea to see what they have to offer during a visit to Turkey. One thing to their advantage is that they you have already built up trust with them so it is normally the easiest path to take but not always the best path.

One of the reasons we started the supply of furniture packs is to improve on the services offered here in Turkey together with offering furniture of a better standard than normally offered. The reason why we have our furniture made to measure is to be able to guarantee the quality. We use 1st quality MDF board for the tables wardrobes etc. 90% of furniture found in Turkey is chipboard which has a lower life expectancy and of course it is cheap, and of inferior quality.

The made to measure aspect makes it possible to choose any size table for example and match the wood with the coffee table, bed head boards etc for a consistent look rather than a mix match of designs and colours that we often see in properties where the client has used a D.I.Y approach using local suppliers and Ikea furniture fro example. This also applies to the sofa, where any size can be chosen to fit the lounge exactly, rather than having to compromise on designs and colours. We have a huge range of faux leather and material to choose from.

Whether it is the construction company or your chosen property management company that hold the keys, we work with them for access. It takes 4 - 6 weeks to supply all the items, we can normally install within about 3 days.
White good can also be supplied as part of a furniture package and some the the latest price include:
eg. washing machine (5kg) - 580TL
Dishwasher - 580TL
Oven - hob - extractor fan set - 720TL (ceramic hob option available)

Air conditioning and hot water heater may also be required if not included in your property spec.
