A recent Yemenese study, conducted by the center of Food and Post-harvest technologies, has showed that Pomegranate, besides its healthy nutrients, can be very useful in treating many diseases.

Pomegranate seeds destroy the bacteria that cause diarrhea, strengthen the heart and stomach, cleanse the blood, dissolve kidney stones, soothe the body heat and cures indigestion.

The study pointed out that pomegranate flowers powder is used against diarrhea and boiled peel is good to get rid of tapeworms as it contains fluorides and organic acids.

It is also used to heal nervous debility and certain tumors that affect the mucous membrane especially if used with honey, and digest fat properly.

BMCE Bank releases a new product for electronic commerce

BMCE Bank issued a press release about its product on the new electronic payment card on the Internet.

With this card E-PAY BMCE, Moroccans can make purchases, book travel, tourism and other public services internet payment safely, especially on Web sites that accept credit cards such as Visa.

This new credit card can be used within the limits of the annual amount devoted and approved by the Exchange Office.

The Card is affordable according to a bank account intended to contain the annual amount of the guarantee specified in the interval 10.000 Dhs.

Users of the new card can view the purchases they made online and the remaining amount in all BMCE agencies.

This initiative comes revive the field of electronic commerce in Morocco and the implementation of the project objectives Digital Morocco 2013.

Banque marocaine du commerce extérieur (BMCE Bank) a publié un communiqué de presse sur son produit sur la nouvelle carte de paiement électronique sur Internet.

Avec cette carte BMCE E-PAY, les marocains peuvent pour la première fois effectuer des achats, réservation des voyages, tourisme et autres services publiques de paiement sur internet en toute sécurité, en particulier dans les sites Web qui acceptent les cartes bancaires de type Visa.

Cette nouvelle carte de crédit peut être utilisée en particulier dans l'exécution des marchés publics dans les limites du montant annuel consacré et approuvé par l'Office des changes.

La carte est conçue selon un compte bancaire censé contenir le montant annuel de la garantie spécifiée dans l'intervalle 10,000 Dhs.

Les propriétaires de la nouvelle carte peuvent consulter les achats qu'ils ont fait en ligne ainsi que le montant restant dans toutes les agences bancaires de la BMCE.

L'initiative vient relancer le domaine du commerce électronique au Maroc et contribuer à l'ouverture au marché mondial et à la mise en œuvre des objectifs du projet Maroc Numérique 2013.

Morocco aspires to export energy to Europe

Shares of the Tunisian company «Transport» listed on the Casablanca Stock Exchange declined in performance. «Princess Holding» has branches in the sectors of cars distribution and light and heavy tourism, yachting, private air transportation, real estate and Islamic finance through the Bank “zaytona and agriculture” and the press through «Dar Al-Sabah» and Islamic Radio «Zaytuna».

Tunisian TV station “Nessma” said, last Friday, Sakhr El Materi relatives of the family of former Tunisian president, Zine El Abidine Ben Ali who left the country to Saudi Arabia,were arrested.However,the news agency «Reuters» reported Materi’s assistant, saying that sakhr Materi has been in Dubai since last Friday.

Then,as it was absolutely unacceptable to leave the illegal camp growing day after day when the group got all they wanted,the Moroccan forces went to remove it.

The operation took less than an hour and no "civilian" in the camp was killed or badly injured by the moroccan police and military.

In the meantime,false news was spreading very quickly in Laayoune that many Sahraouis got killed by this intervention.the terrorist group of polisario unveiled the masks and started what they couldn't wait for:Killing Moroccans.They killed 12 Moroccan Muslims,one military was burnt alive many were stabbed and they cut off the head of another.Outlandish vandalism was all over the city .

This is exactly what happend.

Now,let's say it like it is.Our Sahraoui brothers, that I love and respect so much, don't have any social problems or any tough life.it's absolutely the opposite.They re enjoying exceptional welfare in Morocco.Each adult gets a monthly amount of money of 1000 DHs for NOTHING.The majority get lands to build houses or even ready houses.ALL Sahraoui students get scholarships for post-bac studies (ALL) and they don't pay for transport.Many get scholarships to study abroad on the expense of the Moroccan nation.Yet,we're accused of all sorts of false allegations.

This is not about a band clashing with police to achieve social goals.This is about the crazy Algerian generals who have been trying for 35years to destroy Morocco by funding an imaginary state in Tinduf and nurturing hatred among Moroccans.

These are some of the main steps to take:

Accept yourself

   "Be yourself", you hear this all the time. In fact, it is to mean: Accept yourself. The more you do so, the more you get spontaneous. You don't want to look phony as you pretend to be what you are not.

Be helpful

    Many people think it is a kind of weakness in personality when you offer help, but I think it is a huge liability if you can not give help to those who need it or expect it from you. The selfish and the mean are often very hated. Imagine yourself intensely in big trouble, how would you feel about people who try to help you? And those who let you down?

Have self-confidence

    People will admire and respect you if you are self-confident.It is a sign of stength and charisma.But be careful,too much self-confidence isn't healthy.when it goes over the edge,it becomes arrogancy.

    Finally,I would say that anybody can be likeable and so loved.Each one has his own and distinctive charm ,but the question is how to develop it and use it.
