Sometimes in life we await the Lord to earn for us our daily bread and set our lives straight but fail to understand who this God truly is. We do the all we think we are supposed to do and we set things right according to the book and principles set by the book or by the Leaders in the church....

We make a journey into the path of grace without a plan to set us first in the right tract. For He is the Lord our God and nothing can make up for his goodness in the earth beneath, the earth above and the heavens as a whole...

Our God needs food as we need food, so does he yearn for something as we do. We yearn for greatness in our lives. We want to achieve anything good that will come our way. We want to be the first in all that we do. We want to lead and show that we are Good people. We want to be free from the shackles and trials of the evil one and we want to set ourselves above the ancient serpent who is in control of the rulers of this earth.

What food does the Lord our God needs from us? Our God needs to be pleased to please. Hebrews 11:6A says" ... But without faith, it is impossible to please him"

What is faith? Can we believe in the unseen? Unknown? Unsure? Impossible?

Your believe is not the thought that you might get a good education or not. It is

Jesus Is My Shepherd

"I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down his life for the sheep. He who is a hired hand, and not a shepherd, who doesn't own the sheep, sees the wolf coming, leaves the sheep, and flees. The wolf snatches the sheep, and scatters them. The hired hand flees because he is a hired hand, and doesn't care for the sheep. I am the good shepherd. I know my own, and I'm known by my own; even as the Father knows me, and I know the Father. I lay down my life for the sheep. I have other sheep, which are not of this fold. I must bring them also, and they will hear my voice. They will become one flock with one shepherd." John 10:11-16

I Have Everything I Need

"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:19

Jesus Makes Me Lie Down in Green Pastures, He Leads Me To Still Waters, He Restores My Soul.

"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light." Matthew 11:28-30
"They will never be hungry, neither thirsty any more; neither will the sun beat on them, nor any heat; for the Lamb who is in the midst of the throne shepherds them, and leads them to springs of waters of life. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes." Revelation 7:16,17

Jesus Guides Me In the Paths of Righteousness For His Name's Sake.

"This I pray, that your love may abound yet more and more in knowledge and all discernment; so that you may approve the things that are excellent; that you may be sincere and without offense to the day of Christ; being filled with the fruits of righteousness, which are through Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God." Philippians 1:9-11

When I Walk Through the Valley of Death I Fear No Evil For Jesus Is With Me.

"Don't be afraid of those who kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul. Rather, fear him who is able to destroy both soul and body in Gehenna. Aren't two sparrows sold for an assarion? Not one of them falls on the ground apart from your Father's will, but the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Therefore don't be afraid. You are of more value than many sparrows. Everyone therefore who confesses me before men, him I will also confess before my Father who is in heaven. But whoever denies me before men, him I will also deny before my Father who is in heaven." Jesus' Rod and Staff Comfort Me

Jesus Prepares a Table before Me In the Presence of My Enemies,

"Blessed are those servants, whom the lord will find watching when he comes. Most assuredly I tell you, that he will dress himself, and make them recline, and will come and serve them. They will be blessed if he comes in the second or third watch, and finds them so. But know this, that if the master of the house had known in what hour the thief was coming, he would have watched, and not allowed his house to be broken into. Therefore be ready also, for the Son of Man is coming in an hour that you don't expect him." Luke 12:37-40

Jesus Anoints My Head With Oil, My Cup Overflows, and Goodness and Loving Kindness Shall Follow Me All the Days of My Life.

"For our citizenship is in heaven, from where we also wait for a Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ; who will change the body of our humiliation to be conformed to the body of his glory, according to the working by which he is able even to subject all things to himself." Philippians 3:20-21

I Shall Dwell in Jesus' House Forever

"Don't let your heart be troubled. Believe in God. Believe also in me. In my Father's house are many mansions. If it weren't so, I would have told you. I am going to prepare a place for you. If I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and will receive you to myself; that where I am, you may be there also." John 14:1-4

Now may the God of peace, who brought again from the dead the great shepherd of the sheep with the blood of an eternal covenant, our Lord Jesus, make you complete in every good work to do his will, working in you that which is well pleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be the glory forever and ever. He who Carries your Burden

In a village, a poor woman was carrying a bundle of clothes on her head to proceed to another village. As she was old and weak, she was hoping someone would take pity and give a helping hand. A young man passing by in his car took pity and gave her a lift. People can help to carry heavy loads and to perform heavy tasks but there is no one who is able to carry the burdens of her heart.

The young man, who gave the poor woman with the load a lift, was able to relieve her only of her physical burdens but was not able to understand or to bear the burdens of her heart. People who are heavy hearted will not be able to progress in life and eventually will break down due to increasing pressures, illness and worry. There are people who have been known to suicidal and too have mental breakdowns.

The burdens of a man cannot be relieved or borne by man or for that matter physician. Only God who created mankind is able to relieve the burdens and give meaning and purpose to life. The Lord Jesus Christ said, "Come unto me, all you are weary and burdened and I will give you rest. (Matthew 11:28)

Your sickness, sins, sorrows, weakness and curses was carried on the cross by the Lord Jesus Christ (Isaiah 53:1-12) (Galatians 3:13).

Dear friends, you who are reading this blog, you may not have anyone who is able to understand your sorrows and heaviness of your heart. You could be suffering because of others who are giving you much trouble and problems and this is giving you sorrows and heaviness of heart. In spite of helplessness, you do not have anyone to turn to. You may not be able to talk of your burdens to anyone and there is no one to really understand and this could be causing you to shed tears. Do not worry. The Lord Jesus Christ is there to help. He who carried all your burdens on the cross, wants to give you rest.

Believe in Him and accept Him as your Lord and savior Jesus Christ. Confess your sins and you will be saved. A great peace will flood your heart and your burdens will be lifted.

My Shepherd Part 1

Our God is Jehovah Raah-the lord my shepherd. Jesus is referred as the good shepherd who gives his life for you, the sheep. And he knows you and you will know him (see John 10:11, 14)

PART 1: With Him there is no lack

With the lord as your Shepherd, you will and suppose to experience Him for your self that truly when you have him, you have no lack of anything

“The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want (Psalm 23:1)

· A shepherd tends. Leads, guides, cherishes, feeds and protects a flock.

· David lived in an intimate love with God. That relationship grew out of a Life long practice of worship, prayer and quiet contemplation, which David first learnt during long nights in the fields near Bethlehem keeping his father’s sheep.

· The bond between the shepherd and his sheep which David paints in the 23^rd psalm is a beautiful picture of love and trust that exist between the Lord and those whom he draws to himself.

· David states the nature of the relationship clearly and plainly. The Lord is his Shepherd; there is no doubt or uncertainty here. He who has been a shepherd himself now rote from the perspective of a sheep.

· In natural, sheep are totally dependent on their shepherd for food, water, shelter, safety- even life itself. Basically, they are helpless, needy creatures.

· In the spiritual, we humans are just as helpless and dependent on God as sheep are on their shepherd. In many ways, we are also just as needy, because many of us so often fail to recognize or acknowledge how dependent we are on the Lord for everything.

· “The Lord is my shepherd” is also a statement of ownership. If the lord is our shepherd, that means He owns us. He has bought us with a price “I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd gives his life for the sheep” (John 10:11).

· He bought us with his own blood; we now belong to him. This fact of divine ownership was a source of grate joy and confidence for David, just as it should be for us.

· No man has their right to consider himself the lord’s sheep unless his nature has been renewed, for the scriptural description of unconverted men does not picture them as sheep, but as wolves or goats(Luke 10:3; Acts 20:29). A sheep is an object of property, not a wild animal.

· It is bought with a great price. It is well to know, as certainly as David did, that we belong to the LORD. There is a tone of confidence about this sentence. There is no “if” nor “but”, nor even “I hope so” but he says “ the lord is my shepherd” The spirit Himself Bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God (Romans 8:16)

· When we are in fellowship with God and commune with him spirit to Spirit that “the Spirit Himself testifies with our spirit that we are children of God”

· David spoke with a strong sense of Pride and devotion and admiration. It was as though he literally boasted aloud “look at who my shepherd is-my owner- my manager! The Lord is!” David Knew that with The Lord as his shepherd, his every need would be provided, so he could proclaim with confidences “I shall not want” Oh fear the Lord, you His saints! There is no want to those who fear him. The Young lions lack and suffer hunger; but those who seek the Lord shall not lack any good thing (psalm 34:9-10)

· Whether temporal or spiritual, every need we have will be supplied by our shepherd the great lover of our soul, if we trust.

· The word wants here a broader meaning than simply not lacking anything. It also carries the idea of being utterly contented in the Good Shepherd’s care and as a result of that not craving or desiring anything more...

· Our shepherd supplies more than just our daily needs. He supplies us with himself. When the Lord is our shepherd, he fills us with his presence and satisfies our deepest longing and greatest yearning., so that we no longer need or want anyone but him

· He fills the God shaped Vacuum in each of us that only he can fill. When we have him, we have everything. There is nothing more we need. No one else and nothing else can satisfy us completely, body, soul and spirit, the way He can.

· The further we go in Christ, the simpler we become, and the clearer our focus that Jesus is all. The deepest yet simplest truth in all of scripture is Jesus Christ crucified and risen.

· That says it all. He is it. Jesus is our everything, In Him we are complete.

· It is hard for us to understand that or truly believe it- until we have learned to separate ourselves mentally and emotionally from the attractions and distraction of the world.

The Lords Prayer

Father…

We call our Lord our God father because he is the true identity of a father. This verse which Christ himself used as a shiny example.

Luke 11:11 say “Which of you fathers, if your son asks for a fish, will give him a snake instead? Or if he asks for an egg, will give him a scorpion? If you then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him!”

hallowed be your name,

Greeting to his holy name. Our Lord is good, all the time. He does not need food from you rather is he interested in the things of this world. He rather wants your believe in his name and how do you show your honest believe in Christ and his words? Praises and worship. Exultation and Glorification. He wants to hear his name praised higher and higher like the angels do for eternity.

Matthew 3:9, Luke 3:8

Your kingdom come

Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven

The prayer of the kingdom come was before the death on the cross. Before he left us and went to hell to take the key away from the devil. He opened the gates of heaven to us and laid down just two commandment that we should follow… Love God above all things and love your neighbor as your self.

Give us each day our daily bread.

This is his duty to you as Children who believes. Your daily bread will never fall off your hands and his mercies will be with you forever. All your desires and wants in your life that will make your success as a man or woman all links with your daily bread. Your aspirations toward good things in life and your desires towards assisting others in your whole wide world.

John 4:14

Forgive us our sins,

For we also forgive everyone who sins against us

Here you are made to understand that forgiveness is reciprocal and that your forgiveness must be as you want your heavenly father to do like wise to you. If your lord God can forgive you all you iniquities and erase your name from the book of death and writes your name in the book of life. Throws a party over your as the lost sheep that was found or the prodigal son that came back home. If your heavenly father will rejoice over your arrival back home to your position of authority by his side, why don’t you have mercy too likewise? Forgive all that offend you for they are not to blame for love is all that matters. Mathew 5:23-24

And lead us not into temptation

No body is above temptation. Even Christ himself was tempted at the point of hunger in the wilderness after he fasted for 40days and nights. He was tried as to know his limitation as a child of God and his responsibility to others. We pray not to fall into temptation because we don’t want to fall at anytime it comes. At this time we call most importantly for the Holy Spirit to take charge of our senses and our desires, because the evil one is very tricky and coy. We always ask for his grace at all times.

The Lords Desire

· Our believe, is not the thought that you might get a good education or not.

· It is not the do or die affair in the world of strength and might.

· It is not the believe in the things of this world that surely fails.

· It is not the idea of a man that weighs him to the grave.

Believing in God is a sure thing like the sense of hunger and the thirst for water.

It is as sure as the desire for good life and the desire for greatness. It is greater than these mentioned but it comes with its power because it is divine.

1. Do you believe that Christ is the son of God made man?

2. Do you also believe that that he died on the cross for you and me?

3. Do you accept the fact that he resurrected on the third day?

4. Are you aware that he sent his divine Holy Spirit to keep his words of wisdom going?

5. Do you want to stand on these facts or be like the scientist who never believed that the earth is spherical even when professed in the bible until they went out to space? Job 26:7 says “ he stretched out the north over the empty place and hanged the earth upon nothing”

Hebrews 11:1 “now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen”

There is a common saying that heaven helps those who help themselves. This saying has mislead a million to zillions of people because they believe that they must do something even it be bad for the lord God to bless the works of his hand. No…

The blessings of God are upon his children and his children are those who keep his commandments. John 14:21 "He who has My commandments and keeps them is the one who loves Me; and he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and will disclose Myself to him."

How can heaven help those who help themselves? How can you help yourself? Faith! All he needs from you is the sense of believing his words and obeying his commandments. Believe ceaselessly and with full faith in the Lord. John 20:24-29 says” …. Blessed are they that have not seen. And yet have believed”

Acts 8:37 also says” …and Phillip said, if thou believest with thine entire hearth, thou mayest. And he answered and said I believe that Jesus Christ is the son of God.”

What more faith do you need to have but the fact that Christ was sent for the sole aim of regeneration and restructuring the scriptures to our benefits and bringing heaven on earth for the grace of God to be proclaimed and the hope of a new life here on earth

Isaiah 53 says”…but was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was upon him…”

All he wants from us, you and I is for all these he went through to be believed and understood with the grace of the Holy spirit that he sent to be with us.

Matthew 17:20 says “And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief; for verily I say unto you, if you have faith as a grain of mustard seed, you shall say unto this mountain, remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.”

My Encounter with Christ

It all started that i visited the Lords Chosen Charismatic Revival on the Palm Sunday before Easter, I was touched by the word of God mentioned but not moved by the spirit. We were invited for the New comers workshop on the Wednesday of the Holy Week and there i met with Christ and when i realized how much God loved me and how he was willing to carry my burdens for me, i wept and tears rolled out of my eyes for the first time in a long time.

I met with Christ Jesus. I got home and without thinking Cleared my room of all the Cigarettes i had left, the pots of "ganga" and my condoms and Viagra. I asked God that day that all these i do not want to do them no more. I felt free and since that day till this moment i give thanks to God that it has never occurred to me that i ever once smoked. Some of my friends who tried to do it on their own felt seriously sick but with God all things are possible. Smoking as i came to realize in not just harmful to the body but takes away the grace of God from You there by exposing you to the tricks of the devil who utilizes you like a piece of rag for the work of destruction.

I must say that Lord be praised and i believe the God who has taken this fog out of my eyes will do the same for you once you are willing to live right and do his will. Please note that it is worse if you ever tasted salvation and backslider, the devil can do things to you at any cost. Once you have chosen to give your life to Christ behold all things shall become new, old things passes away. The spirit of God will lead you in this new Life you have chosen for your self and i believe a visitation to a Good house of God will allow your faith to wax stronger but if you don't have any around you, i can assist you in faith with books, words, emails, sms and guides as my Lord continues to bless you in Jesus Name.

My Bitter Confession

I have lived under the addiction of Cigarette for close to Nine years and all that i personally did to stop it was to no avail. Tobbaco has an elder brother and his name is Canabbis (IGBO or POT), they work pari pas u. In one single day, i could be through with three to four complete packets of cigarettes.. I lost friends to it yet nothing aided my support to stop it. Some of my friends introduced me to Cannabis smoking(known As POT) saying it will push off the cigarette addict but it rather made my mentality worsen. I fell deeper in it.

I started loosing interest with women on a daily basis, though active and having at that time eight girls or more at my beck and call, it was a game to me and fun in putting my life in full danger of many things. With these activities, i clinked to masturbation more devotedly, in the absense of any of the girls on a daily basis.

It never stopped my cigarette addiction. I grew more desperate and desirous in the want for a puff and it kept on till i had had enough and just could no longer control my habit. i was now a slave to cigarette, cannabis and alcohol(strong spirit). In my confusion, i had reasoned out some thriving measures on how i could live my life for the better but in the environment i saw my self, i just couldn't stop taking it. You know what, i was running a bar spot and cigarettes and beer were sold there alongside some wines and eateries like fish and turkey.

I continue to wallow in my painful defeat for close to the number of years mentioned above till i grew tired and weary of the life i had chosen above all others. I got cut off communications from friends and my business sucked up all my effort and ventures to itself.

My Journey To Salvation

It was another lonely day in the streets of Awo and all i could do with the sun light hitting my eyes was another round of walk down the streets carrying upon me the work load of frustrated thoughts and worries. I had always wanted a more active life rather than the self frustrating life of failures and disappointments. I felt at those times that i was the embodiment of failure and wanted to end the life i never knew how it came about. My friends were always complaining about my loss of forgetfulness, my outright reserved life, my unnecessary flair ups and my lost of appetite.

I was taken from this environ by an assisting brother, and found my self in the mist of my likes and i felt i was a king, making the saying true that says that in the land of the blind, the one-eyed man is a king. I was in a some worth a brothel, working as a manager and trying to earn for my academic demean ours but to God be the glory, i did raise the cash as at when needed but it still insisted in making me the laughing stock of my inmates. I was far more less than humans, i dug deep into relieves like cigarettes, alcohol, Indian hemp and womanizing. All was to get solace of ease and comfort which should last for only that period they are with you.

I ventured deep into strong spirits and still resulted in partial satisfaction of my desires but the inward peace was not ever found. I occupied the mind with more activities, working my self to death for the sake of the money and for the grace of a certificate, it was frustrating that i had spent a whole eight years for a four year course, yet nothing to show for all the money spent, all the stress wasted and all determinations drained.

I grew weaker and weaker in the faith i had in God and men were a night mare to me. I was always thinking i was under a spell of some worth i don't know. I grew more inward and reserved and lost the appetite to call or visit friends, pretends to be too busy and actually loosing it completely.

The Grace of the Lord is sufficient for all of us in our deeper most thought and the Lord only wants something unique from the already chosen. I found out that i was a chosen son from God who the devil wants to ruin his life and frustrate.

I realized who truly this Father we have is on a good Thursday, i was in a church service when i saw my future and my present and what i had been through in a flash. I felt i have been struggling for nothing, dying to attain a position i have already attained, fighting for financial break through i had already, struggling for a certificate when i saw so much ahead of me, thinking of a family i should have started when i saw a home he built for me. I broke into tears and i really allowed my pains flow. Men it was relieving...

I was just at that point a victim of faithlessness. I was far from the understandings and grace of the blood of the Lamb. Behold i was not in Christ but in Crisis. I was far from divinity and did not realize what the Lord was showing me along those journeys of pains and frustration.

He is in the higher most place... Psalm 121:1

God of Resurrection... Matthew 20:19
Saying who he truly is...Isaiah 44:24

The messenger and the Master... John 13:16
The God of Deliverance...Daniel 3:16

The thoughts of who he is is a subconscious thought that the Devil uses to draw conclusion in us and who ever accepts these thoughts will surely fall apart and backslide. These verses are for you to know that the God you have given your life to is real and can do all things, through Christ Jesus who strengthen us in this Generation and forever.

Call To Divinity

I am by His grace, a servant of God, not worthy to call his name, having gone through all the atrocities of life in one lifetime having a change of heart towards evil and renouncing sin for real. The blessings of God upon his children are eternal life and happiness and peace. All these you can achieve here on earth and not till you get to heaven. Many of us remember Christianity as in the parable of the rich man and Lazarus, who both received their rewards in heaven, but God himself in the form of his son, Jesus Christ has redeemed man from the Devils activities and asks us to receive him in truth and in spirit for the shame to fall upon the devil and all its angels.

"...For i am the way the truth and the life, no man cometh to the father except by me..."

"...Come onto me all ye that are burdened and heavy laden and i shall give you rest..."

I met Christ on an encounter of trial and he showed to me all of his goodness and the meaning of divinity, himself and ever since devoted my life to him awaiting his blessings and grace which have been great in its ways, however.

Please know that the kingdom of God is not the only benefits of Christianity available, for the Lord your God created the first man in his image and gave him all things that is good until he sinned and the fruit of life was taken away from him and a new life was given to him... a life of turmoil, pains, crying, sweating, laboring, scavenging and then the devil evoked more like anger, disobedience, revenge, murder, slander, backbiting, swearing, fornication, prostitution, and so on.

"...For he that is in Christ is a new creature... behold everything has become new... "

A new creature is like the Adam of old, placed in the God's presence, with his influence and Greatness flowing round and round all around him/her. Being in the presence of the Holy one is beginning of better things to come, which strengthens thy faith and thy ways, making thee a shinning light to all around you and far from you.

When you are in Christ everything will be made available for you through Christ who strengthens you... troubles erased, worries out, battles won, struggling over, divine favors in, missions accomplished etc

The gift of eternal life starts from this life and all you need to do is sin no more, for Christ is sinless and expects you to be same like wise. By his grace we shall over come temptation and shall conquer but the price of eternal life is a sinless life. A sinner is of the Devil and not of Christ and note that sin is neither big nor small but the Lord is calling you today, tomorrow may be too late...

A christian is not a sinner and a sinner is not a christian. No man shall see God if born of sin but by Christ Jesus in whom all Good things come we have been saved and redeemed with his blood, that the Devil may flee and and our relationship with God be restored, blessed and freed indeed.

You still doubt Christ Jesus, then you are a thief who is trying to use the window to salvation and no thief entered the kingdom of God. For Christ is the only way to salvation and no one comet to the father except through him.
