Drain pears and reserve juice. Heat juice and add water to equal 3/4 cup. Heat juice to boiling point. Add gelatin. Mix well and cool.&lt;br /&gt;
Place pears and cream cheese in blender and blend until smooth.&lt;br /&gt;
Place into large bowl and fold in cooled, but not congealed, gelatin mixture and whipped topping. Mix until smooth.&lt;br /&gt;
Pour into individual dessert dishes. Cover with piece of plastic wrap and chill.&lt;br /&gt;

Place all mango slices on dinner plate and cut into bite size pieces. Pour 1 1/2 cups of mango juice and water, if necessary, in saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour over gelatin in mixing bowl and mix well. Add crushed pineapple.&lt;br /&gt;
Add cream cheese and start mixer very slowly. Gradually increase speed until cream cheese mixes into gelatin. Pour in mango pieces and place in refrigerator until it congeals lightly.&lt;br /&gt;
Fold in whipped topping. Pour into 7x11 inch dish and chill.&lt;br /&gt;

In a saucepan place cranberry sauce and crushed pineapple. Cook until cranberry sauce liquefies.&lt;br /&gt;
Fold in sour cream.&lt;br /&gt;
Pour into molds or muffin tins and freeze.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
Heat cinnamon red hots in 1 1/4 cups boiling water until candy melts.&lt;br /&gt;
While&amp;nbsp; mixture is still hot, pour over gelatin and mix well.&lt;br /&gt;
Add applesauce and chopped pecans and mix well.&lt;br /&gt;
Pour into 7x11 inch glass dish and chill until firm.&lt;br /&gt;
When serving, cut in squares.&lt;br /&gt;

Pour into 8 inch mold and chill.&lt;br /&gt;

Cool Whip&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cup of mayonnaise&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Combine Jellos with boiling water. Dissolve Jello. Add gooseberries (undrained) and sugar. Let sugar dissolve. Add celery and 3/4 cup of the cheese. Refrigerate all until firm. Then mix Cool Whip with mayonnaise and spread on top. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Put in an 8 x 13 inch casserole. Refrigerate overnight. Serves 12.&lt;br /&gt;

Add slightly thawed strawberries and pineapple. Chill until slightly thickened. Stir in mashed banana. Pour 1/2 in ring mold. Chill until firm. Cover with sour cream. Pour remaining Jello over above and chill until firm. Can omit sour cream and jell in a bowl.&lt;br /&gt;

Dijon mustard&lt;br /&gt;3 drops Tabasco&lt;br /&gt;1 clove garlic, minced&lt;br /&gt;1/2 to 3/4 tsp. lemon-pepper season&lt;br /&gt;1/2 to 3/4 tsp. oregano&lt;br /&gt;1/4 tsp. thyme&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Wash and drain the beans in a colander to keep dressing from clouding when mixed with the salad. Gently mix all salad ingredients together. Let sit at room temperature for 1 hour before serving. Pour on dressing. Dressing is also good for salads and artichokes.&lt;br /&gt;

3 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese&lt;br /&gt;
1/3 cup of sliced water chestnuts&lt;br /&gt;
1 cup of croutons&lt;br /&gt;
Vinaigrette Dressing&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Spread almonds in a shallow baking pan and toast in a 350F. oven until nuts are golden (about 8 minutes)&#39; set aside.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Tear lettuce into bite size pieces. In a salad bowl, combine lettuce, turkey, cheese, water chestnuts, croutons and almonds. Prepare dressing and pour over salad. Mix lightly until well coated. Serve immediately. Makes 6 to 8 servings&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Vinaigrette Dressing. Combine 1/4 cup each of salad oil and olive oil (or all salad oil), 3 tablespoons of white wine vinegar, 1 teaspoon each of dry mustard and&amp;nbsp; lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon of Worcestershire, 1/4 teaspoon each of salt and liquid hot pepper seasoning, and a dash of pepper. Mix until well blended.&lt;br /&gt;

Ranch dressing&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Layer salad in clear glass bowl in same order as above. Then spoon dressing on top sealing edges with dressing. Spread evenly. Cover with saran and chill 3 hours or overnight. Serve straight down so each person gets all of the layers.&lt;br /&gt;

Mix all ingredients and let set 20 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;CRANBERRY TOP:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Beat 1 can cranberry jelly until liquid. Add 1 package lemon Jello dissolved in 3/4 cup hot water. Add 1/2 cup orange juice. Spinach Salad 2&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;8 to 10 ounces of raw spinach, washed &amp;amp; dried&lt;br /&gt;Salt &amp;amp; pepper&lt;br /&gt;2 teaspoons of sugar&lt;br /&gt;1 pound of bacon, cooked &amp;amp; crumbled&lt;br /&gt;4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped&lt;br /&gt;3/4 head iceberg lettuce, washed &amp;amp; dried&lt;br /&gt;1 purple onion, thinly sliced&lt;br /&gt;1 pkg. raw Bird&#39;s Eye frozen peas, thawed (any brand is fine)&lt;br /&gt;1 cup each low fat mayonnaise &amp;amp; low fat sour cream&lt;br /&gt;2 ounces of Parmesan cheese, grated&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;DRESSING:&lt;br /&gt;1 teaspoon each salt, paprika, celery seed &amp;amp; dry mustard&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cup of sugar&lt;br /&gt;1/4 cup of cider vinegar&lt;br /&gt;1 cup of oil (olive or vegetable)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;SALAD: Using a large bowl, layer the following ingredients in order: spinach, sprinkled with salt, pepper and 1 teaspoon sugar; onions, peas, bacon and eggs. Top with combined mayonnaise and sour cream. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Mix all ingredients well in blender, except oil. Gradually add oil, blending well. Chill. Serves 10. Heat the pineapple. Do not drain. Stir in softened gelatin until dissolved. Add the lemon juice and sugar. Chill until the mixture is partially set. Fold in the whipped cream, cheese and nuts. Mix in bowl. Avocado slices may be first dipped in lemon juice to prevent browning. Toss with La Martinique dressing, then add crumbled blue cheese and croutons on top of salad.&lt;br /&gt;
