Eggcellent!

2013-01-07T12:03:00.001-05:00

Our little ladies are coming of age! They were born July 31st, so it's taken about five months for them to start laying. We've found eight eggs so far... We have ten hens total, but I'm not sure how many are laying since we were out of town over the weekend. We'll find out soon enough, though! I expect at least half a dozen eggs a day, ladies! ;-) These 'baby' eggs are so tiny and so cute!

Getting Back to Normal... Maybe?

2012-02-27T10:22:00.001-05:00

Things have been super busy these days. With the addition of #4, life is a blur! We are trying to get our life more organized, and with that effort, I also hope to get back to regular updates here on the blog. Having a new computer also helps matters, since ours has been out of commission for what feels like a year (it's pretty close, though...).

For now, I'll leave you with a picture that Felicity took with my cell phone:

So Fresh and So Clean!

I love it when grandma brings little man to eat lunch with me! He brightens up my day. :-)

2011-09-10T16:25:00.001-04:00

When they crash like this after 'skipping' their nap, it is all too evident they are still my sweet babies and they still NEED that afternoon snooze. ;-)

2011-09-10T15:01:00.001-04:00

They look like little Divas.

2011-09-09T07:56:00.001-04:00

My new favorite pic of Felicity.

2011-09-05T18:36:00.001-04:00

Felicity was having some difficulties putting her sneakers on ... we hear Lorelai chime in with, "Felicity, you just have to put your back into it!" (And I have no idea where she picked that up... I'm blaming kindergarten!)

2011-08-15T08:12:00.001-04:00

Her first morning of being the big kid at pre-school... she is so excited! The next move will be Kindergarten, July 2012.

Lorelai's Hair Cut

2011-08-13T10:42:00.001-04:00

Lorelai's first official salon hair cut. All the rest have been in-house jobs. ;-)

It's Fall Picture day. Does that mean there will be another picture day in say, Spring?

2011-08-09T08:57:00.001-04:00

Waiting at the bus stop with her brother. :-)

2011-07-31T15:15:00.001-04:00

It might be 40 years old, but it was free! Now to plan our next camping trip...

2011-07-25T08:13:00.002-04:00

Second week of kindergarten! :-)

Beautiful Sunset!

It's Red, White, and Blue day today at school (Lathel wanted to be in the picture too).

Shopping with grandma!

2011-05-31T10:35:00.001-04:00

They caught a frog at daycare and Felicity is super excited, as you can clearly see!

2011-05-26T09:38:00.000-04:00

Waiting and watching with his hands in his pockets like Daddy... at the dentist (from yesterday).

2011-05-07T19:32:00.001-04:00

Lorelai did this at school for Mother's Day... I got a good chuckle out of it! Kids say the funniest things. She also gave me a card that said, "Mommy I love you. I can't wait to go to high school!" :-)
