Scrub potatoes and rinse under cold water. Pat dry.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Cut each potatoes into wedges or thin steak fries (about 6-8 wedges per potato).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Add the potato wedges to a large mixing bowl with rest of the Ingredients.   Toss meticulously to coat.  Spread the potatoes over a baking sheet&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4. Bake the potatoes at 425 degrees F for 20 minutes &amp; turning to the other side for 10-15 minutes.  Bake until they are lightly browned, crisp outside, and tender inside. Make a paste of Maida, Rice flour, Corn flour, Baking soda, Red chilli powder, Pepper Powder and salt. Check the spice level &amp; make a smooth paste. If u like manchurian crispy add more rice flour and less maida. Add water to make a smooth paste.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Marinate the Tofu cubes in this batter, each tofu cube should be well coated with the paste. Allow to marinate for 1/2 hour. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Deep fry coated Tofu till the color changes to dark brown. Keep aside &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped Ginger and Garlic, chopped Onions, diced Capsicum &amp; chopped Green chillies to it. Saute for 2 mins so that the onions and capsicum are still crunchy.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5. Now add the Red chillie sauce, Tomato sauce, Soya sauce, Vinegar, and Ajinomoto. Mint leaves&lt;br /&gt;Cloves - 3 nos&lt;br /&gt;Cinnamon - 2 sticks&lt;br /&gt;5-6 tbsp Oil&lt;br /&gt;Salt to taste&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Method:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Heat oil in a preassure cooker , Add whole garam masalas allow till the aroma comes out &amp; Transfer to a bowl and keep it aside. &lt;br /&gt;In a kadai/pan, heat a tablespoon of oil, When the oil is hot add cumin seeds, and then add chopped onion to it and sauté it until onion turn slightly transparent.&lt;br /&gt;Add the ginger garlic paste and saute them for few more minutes, now add tomato puree and mix well. &lt;br /&gt;Add red chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt to taste and mix well. &lt;br /&gt;Add fried tofu &amp; peas to it. As cumin seeds crack add turmeric. Stir-fry for a few seconds.&lt;br /&gt;Add tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, green chili, salt, coriander, and chili powder. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and reduce to half.&lt;br /&gt;Add mushrooms, and peas. After coming to a boil reduce the heat to medium.&lt;br /&gt;Cook until mushrooms and peas are tender. Seperately in a bowl mix together ginger paste, garlic paste, red chilli powder, and plain yogurt into a smooth paste. Marinate chicken pieces in this mixture and set aside for 30 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Heat oil and butter. Add all the whole spices. Then sauté in Onions till they are brown in colour, add ginger garlic paste. Soak black channa over night in water and pressure cook them till they are soft &amp; drain water and keep aside.&lt;br /&gt;2. Heat a little oil in a pan add mustard seeds, curry leaves and a pinch of hing. &lt;br /&gt;3. After the mustard seeds splutter, add in chopped green chillies and onions. Once the onions begin to turn golden brown, add in the cooked Channa and salt as per taste cook for few minutes. &lt;br /&gt;4. Peel and cut Bottle Gourd in to small pieces.&lt;br /&gt;2. Cut onion in to pieces. &lt;br /&gt;3. In a pan heat oil, add hing, curry leaves, mustard, fenugreek, urad dal, groundnuts and red chillies fry till golden brown and add chopped bottlegrourd, onion, green chillies, fry and close the lid for few seconds.&lt;br /&gt;4. put everything in blender, add salt, tamarind and grind it for few seconds, now u can taste and adjust spice &amp; salt again. &lt;br /&gt;5. Mix well and garnish with chopped coriander leaves. (Once again at the end u can do tempering by mustard &amp; hing optional)&lt;br /&gt;6. &lt;br /&gt;1. Heat oil in a pan, toss cumin seeds, green chillies, onion &amp; ginger and garlic paste, saute until they start turning light brown. Then add salt, turmeric, garam masala and red chili powder stirr well &amp; keep aside.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Cut the thawed pastry into 6 strips about 3-1/2 inches wide by 5 inches long (approx). Cut chicken breast to bite size pieces and dry them with paper towel and marinate with pepper powder, tenderizer and squeezed ginger garlic paste and keep in fridge for 30 min before adding to other marination&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Second step is to make marination by making paste of mozzarella cheese, add curd ( thick ) or sour cream , cream corn flour, green chili and coriander paste, salt, oil, cardamom powder and mix well &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Marinate the chicken with this marination and put in the fridge for another hr &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4. Boil the pasta in water until it is soft [Let it cook well for about 20 minutes] then drain water and keep it aside&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Heat oil in a pan, Add Mustard, Cumin seeds, Onions, Saute for two minutes so that the onions are still crunchy &amp; Add ginger-garlic paste and fry for few minutes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Then add green chillies, diced tomatoes, salt, pepper, turmeric, fry for few minutes, as the tomatoes cook soft smash them then reduce the flame and add garam masala powder mix it well. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4. soak it for 20 mins)&lt;br /&gt;Beans, Carrots -(cut at an angle) - 1 cup&lt;br /&gt;Onions(medium) - 2 nos (sliced thinly) &lt;br /&gt;Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tbsp&lt;br /&gt;Oil - 2 tbsps &lt;br /&gt;Ghee or Butter - 2 tbsps&lt;br /&gt;Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp&lt;br /&gt;Slited Green chillies 8-10&lt;br /&gt;Mint leaves(chopped) &lt;br /&gt;Coriander leaves(chopped)&lt;br /&gt;Water - as required&lt;br /&gt;lime juice- 1tbsps&lt;br /&gt;Salt to taste&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Whole garam masalas:-&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cloves - 3 nos&lt;br /&gt;Cinnamon - 2 sticks&lt;br /&gt;Cardamom - 3 nos&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;METHOD: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1)Heat oil and butter or ghee in a pressure cooker. Add whole garam masalas allow till the aroma comes out &amp; add chopped Onion fry till onions become light brown in colour.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2)Add ginger-garlic paste and fry for a few mins.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3)Add cuted vegetables, mint leaves, coriander leaves and fry for a while around 8 min, or till they become soft.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4)Add required quanitity of water as per the ratio given in basmati rice package for water measurement. Now close the lid and turn the flame to high. When the steam begins to rise, reduce the flame and let sit for a few seconds. Now open the lid and add the washed strained rice. Peel and cut cucumber in to small pieces.&lt;br /&gt;2. Cut onion &amp; tomato in to pieces. &lt;br /&gt;3. In a pan heat oil, add hing, curry leaves, mustard, fenugreek, urad dal and red chillies fry till golden brown and add chopped cucumber, onion, green chillies, tomato fry and close the lid for few seconds.&lt;br /&gt;4. put everything in blender, add salt and grind it for few seconds, now u can taste and adjust spice &amp; salt again. &lt;br /&gt;5. Mix well and garnish with chopped coriander leaves. (Once again at the end u can do tempering by mustard &amp; hing optional)&lt;br /&gt;6. Take chicken pieces in a non reactive bowl-(We use dark meat so that it is nice and juicy when fried.Add salt, Aji-no-moto,1 tsp ginger/garlic paste, pepper powder-pinch, cornflour and mix-Then add 1 egg and mix in completely-(Egg coats the meat and keeps the juices in)&lt;br /&gt;2. Heat oil in a frying kadhai-Add chicken pieces few at a time(Do not crowd the kadhai) and fry until lightly golden brown-Drain and remove on a paper towel.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;To make the sauce:-&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This does not need to be very salty-so control salt Heat 2-3 tsp oil in a pan-Add cumin, add the chopped ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant-Add chopped chillies, curry leaves,1 tsp ginger/garlic paste, remaining pepper powder, chilli powder, salt,chilli/garlic paste,Red Chili Sauce, aji-no-moto, red color and mix-Cook for a few minutes. Make a paste of maida, rice flour, corn flour, baking soda, red chilli powder, and salt. Check the spice level &amp; make a smooth paste.  If u like manchurian crispy add more rice flour and less maida. Add water to make a smooth paste.&lt;br /&gt;2.  Marinate the mushroom in this batter, each mushroom should be well coated with the paste.  Allow to marinate for 1/2 hour.  &lt;br /&gt;3.  Deep fry coated mushrooms till the color changes to dark brown.  Keep aside  &lt;br /&gt;4.  Heat oil in a pan and add chopped ginger and garlic, chopped onions, diced capsicum &amp; chopped green chillies to it.  Saute for 2 mins so that the onions and capsicum are still crunchy.&lt;br /&gt;5. Now add the red chillie sauce, tomato sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, and ajinomoto.  Saute for a minute&lt;br /&gt;6.Add the fried mushroom to this and saute, until the masala and the florets get fried together nicely. Boil the spinach &amp; green chilli in water and after draining the water make a puree of it and keep it separately.&lt;br /&gt;2.  Pour ghee in a pan add cumin seeds, peppercorns, sliced ginger &amp; sliced garlic . Fry it for 2-3 mins. &lt;br /&gt;3.  Add salt, turmeric powder and the puree of spinach to it also add the soaked rice after draining water from the rice. Fry it for some time and then add water to it. Wash and clean the brinjal, Cut each brinjal in to two corssed slits like 'X' in the centre till the stem, so that the Brinjal remains intact as a whole. &lt;br /&gt;2.  Marinate the grinded masala to Brinjal for 10 minutes. &lt;br /&gt;3.  Heat 3 tbsp oil in a heavy bottom pan at low flame, add mustard seeds, clove, cinnamon, curry leaves allow till the aroma comes out, add chopped 1-onion, turmeric fry till onions become translucent.  &lt;br /&gt;5.  Add marinated brinjal &amp; salt to it fry for 10 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;4.  Add remaining ground masala &amp; 1/2 cup water or required amount of water to it cover and cook for 10-15 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;5. Heat Oil in a medium sized pot.&lt;br /&gt;2. Add Ginger and Garlic and saute for 30 seconds or so.&lt;br /&gt;3. Add Corn, Green Beans, Peas &amp; Carrots, - saute for 1-2 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;4. Add Vegetable Broth, Salt, Black Pepper and Noodles.&lt;br /&gt;5. Bring mixture to a boil and simmer until Noodles are tender but not overcooked.&lt;br /&gt;6. Add 1/2 of the green onions, Chili Sauce, Soy Sauce and Vinegar - bring to a boil.&lt;br /&gt;7. Mix 2-3 Tbsp water with the Corn Starch and add it to the soup - bring to a boil.&lt;br /&gt;8. Garnish with Spring Onions and serve hot! &lt;br /&gt;9. Wash palak leaves properly and then chop the palak leaves. &lt;br /&gt;2. Add water to besan, rice flour, chopped green chilies, cumin seeds, red chili powder, salt, Oil-1tbsp and mix it well &amp; then add palak leaves to it.&lt;br /&gt;3. Heat oil in a pan fry small portions of mixture in oil till they turn golden brown.
