Khalil Gibran: A literary hero of Lebanon.

Kahlil Gibran, Arabic: جبران خليل جبران, (Jan 6, 1883 – April 10, 1931) was a Lebanese essayist, novelist, mystic poet and artist. He was born in Lebanon and spent much of his productive life in the United States. His writings in both Arabic and English have influenced many readers. His first name is sometimes spelled Khalil.

Gibran was born in the village of Bsharri in Maronite Christian Lebanon, on January 6, 1883. His given and family name was Jubrān Khalīl Jubrān or Jibrān Khalīl Jibrān. In 1895, he and his mother Kamilah and siblings, Butrus, Maryana and Sultana immigrated to Boston, where he studied English. In 1898, he returned to Lebanon and , at 15 years of age entered the Maronite School in Beirut. In 1908, he went to study art in Paris for 2 years. He later studied art in Boston. In 1912, Gibran moved to New York, where he lived until his death. Gibran's multi-cultural upbringing greatly influenced his writing. In the Arab World, Gibran is regarded as a political and literary rebel. His romantic style was at the heart of a renaissance in modern Arabic literature, especially prose poetry, breaking away from the classical school. In Lebanon, he is still celebrated as a literary hero.

Gibran's writing teach a philosophy of universal love and religious tolerance based on a spirit of love that transcends cultural differences. He wrote in Arabic until 1918, when he began writing in English. His writings are all reflective of his deeply religious and mystical outlook. The publication of The Prophet (1923) established his fame in English-speaking countries. A book, The Prophet, composed of 26 poetic essays and accompanied by a number of his own mystical drawings. It remains famous to this day, having been translated into more than twenty different languages. The book is divided into chapters dealing with love, marriage, children, work, joy and sorrow, crime and punishment, freedom, pain, friendship, beauty, religion, death and other subjects that are bounded up with human existence. This book was sold well despite a cool critical reception, gaining popularity in the 1930s and again especially in the 1960s counterculture. He is the third best-selling poet of all time, behind Shakespeare and Laozi. Some of his writings deal with Christianity, condemning the corrupt practices of the Eastern churches and their clergies during that era.

Gibran held his first art exhibition in 1904 in Boston. During this exhibition, he met Mary Haskell, a respected headmistress ten years his senior. The two formed an important friendship, and she provided him with financial support for the rest of his life.
In addition to poetry, Gibran wrote fiction and non-fiction. His books in English include The Madman (1918), The forerunner (1920), Sand and Foam (1926) and Jesus, the Son of Man (1928). Many of his works are collected in Treasury of Writings of Kahlil Gibran (1989).

One of this most notable lines of poetry in the English-speaking world is from Sand and Foam. Which reads: 'Half of what I say is meaningless, but I say it so that the other half may reach you'. Gibran died in New York City on April 10, 1931.

माथिका पङ्क्तिहरुमा अन्डरलाइन गरिएका शब्दहरुमा अन्तयानुप्रास मिलेको छ र अन्तिम शब्द एकै छ ।

गजलको कुनै पनि सेरको पहिलो पङ्क्तिलाई मिसरा–ए–उला र दोस्रोलाई मिसरा–ए–सानी भनिन्छ ।
मतला अर्थात पहिलो सेर (अनुच्छेद) दुवै पङ्क्तिमा रदिफ मिलेको हुनुपर्दछ । रदिफ माने अन्त्यानुप्रास हो ।
रदिफ जो काफियाको पछिपछि आउने शब्द वा शब्दहरु दोहोरिने समूह हो । रदिफ अन्त्यको शब्दहरु एउटै हुनु हो ।
रदिफको अघिका शब्दहरुमा अनुप्रास मिलेको हुन्छ र त्यसता शब्दलाई काफिया भनिन्छ जसलाई नेपालीमा पूर्वान्त्यानुुप्रास भन्न सकिन्छ ।
रदिफ दोहोरिने शब्द हो र काफिया चैँ अघिल्लोको अन्न्यानुप्राससँग मिल्ने अर्को शब्द हुनु हो ।

मतलाको अर्थ उदय हुनु वा सुरुवात हुनु हो । गजलको सुरुको सेरलाई मतला भनिन्छ । यदि गजलमा दुईवटा मतला भए पहिलो मतला–ए–उला र दोस्रो मतला–ए–सानी भनिन्छ ।
मकता गजलको अन्तिम सेर हो । जसको अर्थ काटिएको वा समाप्ती हुन्छ । हिन्दीमा यसलाई अन्तिका पनि भनिन्छ । मकता गजलकारको नाम वा उपनाम जोडेपनि हुन्छ वा नजोडेपनि हुन्छ ।
काफियाको अर्थ अनुप्रासयुक्त रदिफ भन्दा अघि आउने शब्द हो । यदि रदिफ छैन भने मतलाको दुवै पङ्क्तिको अन्तिममा आउने र गजलको चौथो, छैटो र आठौँ आदि जोरमा पर्ने पङ्क्तिको अन्त्यमा आउने शब्द हो ।
रदिफ ः यो शब्दको अर्थ हो पछिपछि आउने हो । गजलमा रदिफ भन्नाले काफियाको पछिपछि आउने शब्द वा शब्दहरुको समूह भन्ने बुझिन्छ ।

सेरः गजलमा रहेका दुई पङ्क्ति हुन्छ जसलाई सेर भनिन्छ । अरबी भाषामा यसको शाब्दिक अर्थ यौटा कपाल र अर्को स्त्रीपनि हुन्छ । गजलमा प्रत्येक सेर स्वतन्त्र सहन पाउँदछ । त्यसैले गजलको शीर्षक राख्ने गरिदैन तर खोज्न सजिलोको लागि शीर्षक राख्ने चलन बढेको छ ।
लय विधानः मात्रा (अक्षर) विधान मिलाएर लेख्छ । छन्दोवद्ध हुन्छ र सुन्दर पनि हुन्छ । त्यसकारण विभिन्न ताल गन्तीमा (छन्दहरुमा) लेख्दा यति र गतिलाई पनि ध्यान दिएर शब्दहरुको संयोजन गर्ने हो भने अझै राम्रो हुन्छ । गजलमा मुख्य पं्राण भनेको गेयता/लयात्मकता भएन भने गजलको पूर्णता प्राप्त हुँदैन ।

जनरल डम्बर समशेरका नाति समर समशेर तथा कीर्तिराज्यलक्ष्मीका छोरा बालकृष्ण समको जन्म वि.सं. १९५९ साल माघ २४ गते भएको हो । उनको पारिवारिक वातावरण शैक्षिक रूपले सचेत एवम् आर्थिक रूपले सम्पन्न भएकाले उनले सानैदेखि शैक्षिक तथा साहित्यिक वातावरण प्राप्त गरेका थिए । आठ वर्षको उमेरमा वि.सं. १९६७ सालमा भाषा (खा) मुठीको सबलाई हेरि । राज हुन्छ नाराण विष्णु मेरी भन्ने श्लोकबाट कविता यात्राको आरम्भ गरेका समले आफ्नो जीवनको सात दशक लामो कविता यात्रामा एक खण्डकाव्य, एक महाकाव्य र चार सय भन्दा बढी फुटकर कविताहरूको रचना गरेर नेपाली साहित्यको काव्य भण्डारलाई समृद्ध तुल्याएका छन् ।

साहित्यका विभिन्न विधामा कलम चलाएका बालकृष्ण समले कथा, कविता, निबन्ध, एकाङ्की तथा नाटकहरूको रचना गरेका छन् । तापनि साहित्यकारका रूपमा उनी मूलतः नाटककार हुन् । उनको नाट्यक्षेत्रको मूल प्राप्ति कविता–नाटक हो भने त्यस पछिको दोस्रो प्रमुख क्षेत्र कविता हो । कविता विधासँगै समको भावात्मक सम्बन्ध छ । किनकि साहित्यको आरम्भ र अन्त्य उनले उसै विधाबाट गरेका छन् । नेपाली कविताको आधुनिक कालमा लेखनाथ पौड्यालसँग सुरु भएको शास्त्रीयवादी काव्य परम्परालाई अगाडि बढाउने कार्यमा उनको अविस्परणीय देन छ ।

आफ्नो सात दशक लामो कवितायात्रामा कवि बालकृष्ण समले पद्य नाटक, फुटकर कविता, खण्डकाव्य तथा महाकाव्यको रचना गरेका छन् । उनले आफ्ना प्रायः सबै कविताहरुमा दार्शनिक चिन्तनहरू व्यक्त गरेका हुनाले उनका कविता बुझ्नका लागि दार्शनिक समलाई बुझ्नु पर्दछ । नियमित आकस्मिकता (२००५) का दार्शनिक समले व्यक्त गरेका दार्शनिक चिन्तनहरू निमित आकस्मिकाको प्रकाशनपछि उनका कवितामा व्यक्त भएको पाइन्छ । यस पूर्वका सम विशेषतः अध्यात्मवादी दर्शनबाट प्रभावित छन् र यस पछिका सममा अध्यात्मवाद र भौतिकवादको द्वन्द पाइन्छ । स्वर्ग र देवता (२००४) मा छिटफुट रूपमा देखापरेका भौतिक–आध्यात्मिक चिन्तनहरू नियमित आकस्मिकतामा आइपुग्दा प्रष्ट दर्शनका रूपमा देखापर्दछन् । नियमित आकस्मिकतामा व्यक्त दर्शनलाई कवितात्मक रूप दिएर उनले दार्शनिक ग्रन्थको कवितात्मक संस्करणका रूपमा आगो र पानी (२०११) को प्रकाशन गरेका छन् भने चिसो चूल्हो (२०१५) महाकाव्यसम्म पनि उनको यो चिन्तन व्यक्त हुँदै गएको पाइन्छ । उनी मूलतः स्वर्ग र देवता फुटकर कवितादेखि नै चिन्तनशील र बौद्धिक कविका रूपमा देखा पर्दै आएका हुन् र यो चिन्तनले उत्तरोत्तर विकसित रूप प्राप्त गर्दै अगाडि बढेको छ । भावनाको बौद्धिक कोमलता नै कविता हो भन्ने मान्यताका समको प्रमुख कवितात्मक प्रवृत्ति चिन्तनशीलता र बौद्धिकता हो ।

चिन्तनशील कविका रुपमा रहेर समले एकातिर बौद्धिकता प्रस्तुत गरेका छन् भने अर्कोतिर उनी मानवतावादी दार्शनिक कविका रूपमा पनि देखापरेका छन् । ईश्वरको मृत्यु भयो र पृथ्वीको अधिपति नै मान्छे हो भन्ने घोषणा गर्ने नित्सेको ईश्वर मृत्युको घोषणा, माक्र्सको माक्र्सवाद र डार्विनको विकासवादले स्वीकारेको मानव सत्ताको सर्वोच्चतालाई उनले पनि स्वीकारेका छन् । उनले स्वर्ग र नरक अर्को कुनै ठाउँ छैन र देवता तथा राक्षस पनि अरू केही होइन, पृथ्वी नै स्वर्ग हो र मान्छे नै ईश्वर हो भन्ने मानवतावादी चिन्तन स्वर्ग र देवता कवितामा व्यक्त गरेका छन् भने आगो र पानीमा आएर आगो र पानीको मिलनबाट नै जीवन फुल्न सक्छ भन्ने समन्वयवादी मानवतावादी चिन्तन व्यक्त गरेका छन् ।

लय विधानका कोणबाट समलाई हेर्दा उनी अनुष्टुप छन्दका कविका रूपमा देखापर्दछन् । अनुप्रासहीन अनुष्टुप छन्दको प्रयोगका दृष्टिले उनी नेपाली काव्यसाहित्यका उत्कृष्ट कवि मानिन्छन् । यस छन्दको प्रयोग उनको कविता यात्राको सुरुमै देखापरेको हो तर २००४ सालपछि उनी परिस्कृत र परिमार्जित गद्य शैलीको सफल प्रयोक्ताका रूपमा स्थापित भएका छन् । आगो र पानी, स्वर्ग र देवता एवम् चिसो चूल्हो उनका गद्य कविताका उत्कृष्ट नमुना हुन् ।

शास्त्रीय कविका रूपमा समले आफूलाई लेखनाथका समवर्ती कविका रूपमा प्रस्तुत गरेका छन् । उनी शब्दलाई पुछी–पुछी, माझी–माझी र छानी–छानी प्रयोग गर्दछन् । विभिन्न प्रकारका सुगन्धमय फुलहरूलाई छाँटले टिपेर सुन्दर बैठकको टक्टकाउँदो लुगाले छोपेको टेवलमाथिको कतात्मक फुलदानामा सजाएको दृश्य समको संरचना हो भन्ने तारानाथ शर्माको भनाइले उनी सचेत शास्त्रीयवादी कविका रूपमा प्रष्ट हुन्छन् । उनी एक सचेत बौद्धिक कवि हुन् । उनका केही कविताको शैलीलाई मात्र झिकिदिने हो भने उनका कविता कविता नभएर दर्शनका रूपमा मात्र बाँकी रहन्छन् । बौद्धिकतालाई भावनाद्वारा कोमल तुल्याउनु र शैलीद्वारा उच्चता प्रदान गर्नु समको निजी वैशिष्टम् हो । उनले कवितामा छन्दलाई अनिवार्य तत्त्वका रूपमा स्वीकारेका छैनन् । उनको कविता सृजनाको विधानलाई हेर्दा उनले कविताका लागि आवश्यक तत्त्वका रूपमा छन्दलाई भन्दा भावना, बौद्धिकता र कोमलतालाई स्वीकारेका छन् । यही अर्थमा उनी सफल कविका रूपमा प्रसिद्ध छन् ।

सात दशक लामो आफ्नो काव्य यात्रामा उनी एक सफल शास्त्रीयवादी कविका रूपमा देखापरेका छन् । कविताका फुटकरदेखि बृहद् रूपसम्मको रचना गरिसकेका समका अन्य काव्यप्रवृत्तिहरूमा अध्यात्मवाद, भोतिक–अध्यात्मवाद, आत्मपरकतामा भन्दा वस्तुपरकतामा रम्नु, हार्दिकतालाई भन्दा बौद्धिकतालाई बढी जोड दिनु, वर्णमात्रिक अनुप्रासहीन अनुष्टुप छन्दको अनुसरण गर्नु आदिलाई लिन सकिन्छ ।

Application of Mathematics

Generally, we consider mathematics as a different subject from science. But in fact, mathematics is an intimate part of basic science and daily life activities.

Mathematics can be used to find the rate of disintegration of radioactive isotopes and to find its half life.

It is used for periodic function and periodic motion such as:

(i) simple harmonic motion,
(ii)progressive sound waves and
(iii) A.C. current.

Using logarithmic function it can be used to find the concentration of P.H. value of acidic, basic and neutral solution in chemistry.

The concept of increasing and decreasing function in mathematics can be used for the diagrammatic representation of Boyle's Law, Charles Law and Ohm's Law in chemistry.

Using the anti-derivative of mathematics we can find the gravitational potential and electrostatic potential as well.

The concept of anti-derivative can also be used in laws of thermos-dynamics and so on.

Here we will discuss how the periodic function of mathematics is used in Simple Harmonic Motion.

What is periodic function?

In mathematics, a periodic function is a function that repeats its values in regular intervals or periods. Thus a function y=f(x) is said to be a periodic function of period P if P is the least positive real number such that f(x+P)=f(x).The most important example of periodic function are the trigonometric functions, whose values repeat over certain interval.

For example: sin(2π+x)=sinx, cos(2π+x)=cosx ,so sine and cosine are periodic functions of period 2π.

Also, tan(π+x)=tanx , so it is a periodic function of period π and so on.

Periodic functions are used throughout science to describe oscillations, waves, and other phenomena that exhibit periodicity.

For example, the sine function is periodic with period 2π, since for all values of x, this function repeats on intervals of length 2π. (see the graph above).

Periodic functions frequently arise in various fields of science and engineering, business and in some daily life activities such as:

i. Brain waves and heart beating are periodic.
ii. Household voltage and electric current are periodic.
iii. The cash flows in seasonal business are periodic.
iv. The seasons and weather are periodic.
v. The motion of wrist watch and pendulum clock are periodic.
vi. The phases of the moon are periodic.

What is Simple Harmonic Motion?

In mechanics and physics, simple harmonic motion is a type of periodic motion where the restoring force is directly proportional to the displacement.

Equation of simple Harmonic Motion

The mathematical representation of simple harmonic motion can be expressed by the relation y=A sint ; where y=displacement from mean position ,

A= Amplitude , = angular velocity with = 2π/T; T = time period & t = time.

This simple harmonic motion can be represented by the motion of simple pendulum.

By the equation of Simple Harmonic Motion, i.e. y=A sint,

So from above, its clear that position of the bob of the pendulum repeats in every T/2 interval. Hence the motion of simple pendulum is periodic.

We will find all these aspects in mathematics .We should also be aware of the wide importance of Mathematics, and the way in which it is advancing at a spectacular rate. Mathematics is about pattern and structure; it is about logical analysis, deduction, calculation within these patterns and structures. When patterns are found, often in widely different areas of science and technology, the mathematics of these patterns can be used to explain and control natural happenings and situations. Mathematics has a pervasive influence on our everyday lives, and contributes to the development of our mind.

Everyone has their own taste of using the browser. Google Chrome is mine best Internet browser. It has lots of unique features that makes our web surfing faster and easier. Google Chrome saves useful data in its Cache Folder which contains some heavy content files like images as other browsers do. It stores cache folder under (user profile)\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Cache.

This Cache Folder helps us to access quickly and easily to visit previously visited sites without any problems. We can access and see which files are being accessed by the Google Chrome with the help of app named ChromeCacheView . It helps us to get detail information about the content saved in the Cache Folder.

Features of ChromeCache View:

It is a small but very useful utility software which reads the cache folder made by Google Chrome Browser, and lists out all the files that are stored in the cache. It helps you tog get the detail information as URL, Content Type, Last Accessed time, Expiration time, Server response, Server name, File size and many more information.

Human culture, being the product of human society has played the role of translator and transmitter, to pass on the beliefs, values and norms of human society from one generation to another generation on their social constructions and activities.

The knowledge which the man has learnt from interaction, skills develop to adjust the nature, social behaviour, community identity with "We feeling" of the community from one generation to another generation, spreading the same feeling from one member to another member of the community and to develop unity towards the society and culture among the members of the community and in different cultural international activities. The human behaviour should be looked in any form or the other. Therefore, the "Barha Bhairav Dance" of Newar community of Pokhara is observed as religious and cultural heritage of its own.

Pokhara is a city which is rich in cultural diversity and there has always been some kind of effort to modify different traditions to give them a new look. In the twenty first century that is not really a big issue. There are many such traditions which will lose their charm and identity if they are changed and modified instead of improvement the tradition will keep on losing its charm. The charm, identity and importance, the tradition used to have in the past may get spoil forever and never to recover again. Barha Bhairav Dance is a unique dance. It is also a very old dance and has its own interesting history behind it. It was brought to Pokhara by Jitaram from Bhaktapur more than 236 years ago according to the Guru Mr. Sarbagyaman Pradhanaga who is 101 years now. The raga, the song, sung in this beautiful dance indicates that it was started at the time of last Malla king of Bhaktapur, Ranjit Malla. This dance was originated in the famous place Bhaktapur and brought to the beautiful city Pokhara while Newari peoples migrating to Pokhara. It is performing in every 6 years in Pokhara to fulfill its cultural role although it was performing in every 12 years. Barha Bhairav Dance of Pokhara has its own identify and is in a way representing Pokhara and its past culture. If we can preserve this Barha Bhairav Dance, its originality, then there is no doubt that this dance will keep on gaining popularity and will not only be cherished in this century but also in many upcoming centuries also. In keeping minding above all these things, it seems very necessary that we should preserve Barha very necessary that we should preserve Barha Bhairav Dance of Pokhara in its original form.

During Ghantakarna Chaturdashi every year the Barha Bhairav are worshipped in the evening because people because people believed that God Mahadev involves himself in worshiping place that day. After the ritual and worshiping are over the Bhairav Dance Committee will organize a meeting to decide whether they will conduct Bhairav Dance on that year on not. In the past, Barha Bhairav Dance was conducted every six years. This is mainly because if the period is too long then they may face some difficulties related to the people participating in the unique dance. It will be difficult for them to continue the dance if they have long gaps in between. So, they decided to conduct Barha Bhairav Dance every six years. Last time, it was conducted in the year 2067 and thereafter in 2072 in duration of 6 years. So, the Bhairav Dance Committee decided to conduct Barha Bhairav Dance every 6 yearly. In future it may be conducted in 2072.

There is a tradition of keeping twelve masks of twelve Bhairavs in a very ancient and traditional box. During Ghantakarna, the box is worshipped and each of the tunes which is being played in each phase during Barha Bhairav Dance is played very shortly. Every year during Gaijatra, early in the morning the masks of Barha Bhairav are displayed outside the courtyard of Bhairavnath temple in Bhairav Tole so that the local people as well as the people visiting from different parts of the country can worship. And in the evening the masks of Barha Bhairavs are once again brought back into the Bhairavnath Temple. If the Barha Bhairav Dance is going to be conducted in that year then the masks are not kept inside the ancient and traditional box, once they have been displayed.

The members of Barha Bhairav Dance Committee, the people engaged in different profession and those people who have faith in Barha Bhairav Dance can bring their religious offering when worshiping Natheshwor God placed in Bhairavnath Temple and also worships the place where a first dance rehearsal is going to be conducted for about twenty to thirty days. The dance is conducted according to the Tantrik rituals and cannot be conducted without it. According to the Tantrik rituals the main priest conducts worshiping in the evening on Thursday and with his meditation he transfers all the souls of Barha Bhairav to twelve separate rituals post i.e. Keshi. Transferring the soul from the masks first the soul from the masks first the soul of Bhairav then after that the souls of Bhudhi (Kali) Bhairav, Indrayani, Barahi, Kumari, Baishnavi, Brahmayani, Maheshwori (Gangaju), Ganesh, Dakini, Kwang and Bhuchcha are transferred serially.

In the past, only the Ranjeetkar castes belonging to the Newar community use to paint. Nowadays the mask are painted by none other than the famous cartoonist Durga Baral and other artist like Gopal Shrestha (Gopal Art), Ramesh Shrestha and Kiran Ranjeetkar. After the painting is finished, the main priest transfers back all the souls which he had taken back into the masks with his sheer meditation. After the Tantrik rituals and worshipping are over on that very morning, the summon worshiping (calling the Gods) is done. The main worshipping of Natheswor Gods is conducted in Bhimsenthan. And on that very day the dance is first performed in Bhimsenthan. The dancers taking part in the dance should have bath and come to Bhairavnath Temple around five pm. About hundred people are involved in each Barha Bhairav Dance. They include the dancers, singers, musicians, and the volunteers. Then the priest conducts the worshipping the Barha Bhairav Dance ahead towards the destination.

After reaching the spot, the Barha Bhairav dances first. Then people start worshipping and the dance in conducted. There is a great belief that if the person calls the Barha Bhairav Dance then it brings lot of good lucks and prosperity for their family and takes away their bad lucks. The Kali Bhairav dances along with two i.c. Quang and Bhuchcha. It looks as if the two are teasing the Kali Bhairav and the dance which is very popular amng the crowd which is popularly known as the light dance (Jyoti Nritya). Likewise, all the dance will be performed in their own style on last stage of the dance. Once again the Barha Bhairav Dance returns back and will perform the dance together as in the beginning. The Bhairav Dance comes back to the Bhairavnath Temple in Bhairav Tole after worshipping for the final time.

On first day, Barha Bhairav Dance is conducted in Bhimsenthan, then in Saraswoti Temple, in Bindhyabasini Temple and on the same day the light dance is performed in the Ganesh Temple respectively. On the fifth day, the Barha Bhairav Dance is conducted in Guru's home. Afterwards, Bhairav Dance goes to those person's home who invites for the Dance. The dancers, musicians, singers and the volunteers need to walk on foot to their destination. And white sheet of clothes placed on the road and the dancers walk on those clothes until they reach the spot for the dance. The last dance is conducted in the courtyard of Bhairavnath Temple and is known as Shanti Nach (Peach Dance) and the ending of Bhairav dance is declared. People have to wait eagerly another six years to witness the cultural heritage with entertain the Barha Bhairav Dance in Pokhara.

I've faced this kind of problem manytimes that I've lost mine important files and folder from usb drive as well as memorycard. The main problem is the memory card and pendrive shows the file capacity but if I open the usb drive and memory card then there are no files and folders. Later, I knew this was happened by malwares.

I got mine files and folders using these steps.
Step 1,

Click on the Start button and select "Run".
Type in "regedit" in the box and click "OK" to start up the Editor.
Once regedit appears, navigate through HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\¬Explorer\Advanced.
Right-click on hidden and select modify.
Change the value to 1 and click OK to save your changes.

Step 2,

Click on Start > Run > Type cmd and Click on OK.
It opens up the command prompt windows.
Type in this command.

attrib -h -r -s /s /d g:\*.*

Here, I assumed mine external hard drive as G:
It should look like this

C:\attrib -h -r -s /s /d g:\*.*

Then Press Enter

Note: Replace the letter g with your external hard drive letter.

These two methods does the works as charm that made my face happy afterwards using this methods

Let's Make A CHATAMARI

#Creating the Main Base:

Firstly, take about 150 grms of rice flour.
Put one glass of water into it and stir it for a while.
Keep adding water until it goes semi liquid creamy white.After creating semi liquid mix of watr and rice flour, add some butter as ur wish to it and stir it again.
You can also add very little amount of sugar and salt, but is optional.
Then keep it in separate bowel for a while and cover it with a lid.

#For the VEGETERIANS:

Cut small pieces of Onions, but don't grind it.
Take 3 medium sized tomatoes, and cut it uniformly.
Chop down few corianders(Dhaniya).
Cut one medium sized steamed potatoes, into minute pieces or you can grind it. We need to fry it in a fry pan.
Put some olive oil(oil as ur wish) in a pan
Fry all onions and potatoes until it's browny.

Old English Literature/period is also called the Anglo-Saxon period. It covers the age of 600-1100 A.D. Language in that period was also unrefined. NO one could understand or read Old English Literature. "Beowulf" is the most famous epic poem with 3000 lines. The writer of this poem is unknown. The poem 'Beowulf' is divided into two parts, it is about the hero Beowulf (Sweden). In the first part of the poem there is a description of Beowulf's fight with the evil creatures with the visited. The palace of the king of Denmark.

The famous epic poem of this period is "Beowulf" and the writer of this epic poem is unknown and the language also could not be understood easily.

After long fighting Beowulf kills that evil creature and saved the life of the people. In the second part of the poem Beowulf's tragic death is described in poem. Among all the poets Caedmon & Cynewulf are the two famous poets of this period. An old English literature give an interesting picture of life in those days. It also tells us the fear fight and brave deeds of Beowulf. By reading the poem, we came to know that they had hard life. They didn't enjoy life much. Anyway It was an Old English poetry description of sad event or cruel situations are commoner.

Interpretation of the poem:

Federico Garcia Lorca's poem is Farewell translated from the Spanish by W.S. Gerwin is a romantic lyric, which expresses a desire for the senses to feast on even after death.

The poet or the person (the speaker of the poem) asked someone, perhaps one of his family members, to leave the balcony open if he dies, because from his balcony he wants to see the little boy eating oranges and hear the reaper harvesting the wheat.

There are some people who say that this life on the Earth and the physical world here is a world of illusion, meaningless and our senses are not real, only the life after death is real. They give preference to the spirit or the soul. And want to forget the physical world. There are others who give preference to the physical world and condemn the existence of the spiritual world. Unlike them, the poem seems to suggest that this world and the life here is real and we must enjoy it. Our senses are real what we do, hear, or feel have importance. Life is not illusion. We have to make meaningful by enjoying different activities here in the Earth. The poet is not fed up with the worldly activities. So much so that he even after death wants to return back and enjoy the little boy eating oranges and the reaper harvesting the wheat. Eating oranges is symbolic of enjoying earthly activities with pleasure, so is harvesting the wheat.

The poet wants to keep the balance attitude towards the physical and the spiritual world. He seems to believe in both. The world 'balcony' hare is this poem stands for a vintage point from where both inside and outside can be seen. Here inside refers to the soul and outside refers to the physical world. This world 'balcony' has been repeated four times in the poem. This repetition has great significance. He seems, thus, to suggest that souls are real, so are bodies. Acting the present, enjoy it and make it meaningful.

The little 'Farewell' suggests ironical situation or irony of life. The poet does not like to leave the Earth and bid farewell but he has to by force. He is not ready to die because he wants to enjoy the sensory activities here but he is compelled to say farewell. This shows the disparity between human wish or desire and the actuality.

यहाँ पुग्न अत्यन्त सजिलो बनाएको छ बाग्लुङ्ग राजमार्गले पनि । जहाँ आउन र जान सजिलै विभिन्न प्रकारका साधनहरु पाइन्छ । पोखरा उप–महानगरपालिका वडा नं. २ मा अवस्थित यो माताको मन्दिर समुन्द्र सतह देखि लगभग ३००० फिटको उचाईमा रहेको छ । यहाँबाट प्रफुल्ल मुद्रामा रहेका सुन्दर हिमश्रृंखलाहरु देख्दा मन पनि हर्षित हुन्छ । पोखरा मात्र नभई पश्चिमाञ्चलमै प्रसिद्धि कमाउन सफल साथै विशेष महत्व राख्ने देवी देवताहरु मध्ये एक विशेष महत्वपूर्ण देवीको रुपमा पुँजिदै आएको तथा सुन्दर नगरी पोखराको गहना र शोभा श्री विन्ध्यवासिनी माताको उत्पत्ति सम्बन्धमा रोचक प्रसंगहरु सुन्नमा पाइन्छ । इतिहासले वर्णन गरे अनुरुप यथार्थतामा ठोस तथा प्रमाणिक प्रमाणहरु भेटिँदैन तबसम्म विभिन्न तर्क एवं किंवदन्तिहरुले नै स्थान पाउने गर्दछन् । यस विन्ध्यवासिनी माताको सम्बन्धमा पनि यस्तै तर्क तथा किंबदन्तिहरु पनि जनजिब्रोमा रहेका छन् । ठोस तथा आधारभूत प्रमाणहरुको अभावमा किंबदन्ति एवं जनश्रुतिहरुलाई पनि केही हदसम्म आधार मान्नु पर्ने हुन्छ । तरपनि चलनचल्तिमा रहेका जतिपनि तर्कहरु छन् त्यसलाई पुष्टि गर्ने कुनै ठोस प्रमाणहरु उपलब्ध छैनन् । साथसाथै सवै कागजपत्र तथा जनश्रुति एवं किंबदन्तिहरुले (पोखराको वीच विन्दुमा स्थापित गराइएकोले विन्दुवासिनी नाम रहेको भन्ने एक तर्क बाहेक) विन्ध्याचल पर्वतबाट ल्याई सिद्धिनारायण शाहले स्थापना गर्न लगाएको तर्क नै अर्को बलियो तथा स्पष्ट प्रमाण नपाइने बेलासम्मको लागि ठीक मान्नुपर्ने अवस्था छ ।

यस मन्दिरमा नवदुर्गा जस्तो महत्वपूर्ण दिनहरुमा विहान ३ बजे देखि नै खुला रहन्छ भने अन्य दिनहरुमा विहान ५ बजे देखि १२ बजे सम्म् र बेलुका ४/५ बजे देखि खुला रहन्छ । माताको नित्य नैमित्य पूजा अर्चना बाहेक विशेष चाडपर्वहरुमा पनि माताको सद्धा पूर्वक पूजा आराधना गरिन्छ । प्रत्येक वर्ष बडादशैँको सप्तमी तिथिमा सैनिकहरुबाट (सैनिक गण तथा बाहिनी) यस विन्ध्यवासिनी माताको मन्दिरमा फूलापाती ल्याई बढाँई गर्ने परम्परा छ । उक्त दिन सम्पूर्ण अड्डा, अदालत,राजनैतिक पार्टिहरुका प्रतिनिधिहरु तथा पुलिस, सैनिक अधिकृत तथा जवानहरुको उपस्थिति र फूलपातीमा पुलिस तथा सैनिक व्याण्ड साथ ल्याउने परम्पराले विन्ध्यवासिनी माताको भक्तजनहरुको उपिस्थिति हुँद सहजै अनुमान गर्न सकिन्छ कि त्यहाँ उक्त दिन कत्तिको घीड तथा रमणीय हुन्छ भनेर । भगवतीको मन्दिर भएकाले यहाँ राँगो, बोका, परेवा, कुखुरा आदिको बली दिईंन्छ । तर बली दिनको लागि मन्दिरको बाहिर प्राङ्गणमा मौलो खडा गरिएको छ । त्यसै मौलामा बली दिन्छ । यहाँ एकादशी, औंसी, वुद्धजयञ्ती, राम नवमी, शिवरात्री बाहेक अन्य दिनहरु तथा बाहेक अन्य दिन, बारहरुमा बलीपूजा चल्दछ ।

यस क्षेत्रका निवासी मात्रै नभई विश्वका कुना काप्चाबाट नेपाल भ्रमणको क्रममा पोखरा पाइला राख्ने वित्तिकै विन्ध्यवासिनी माताकोे दर्शन नगरी छाड्दैनन् । माता वास्तवमा पोखरा तथा यसको आसपासका क्षेत्रका वासिन्दाहरुका लागि मात्र नभई देशको विभिन्न कुना काप्चा तथा विदेशीहरुको लागि पनि त्यत्तिकै आस्थाको केन्द्र बन्न पुगेको पाइन्छ । विदेशीहरुमा विशेष गरेर भारतीयहरुको लागि माता नेपालीहरुको जत्तिकै आस्थाको पुञ्ज भएकी छिन् । विन्ध्यवासिनी माता मुलुककै एक प्रख्यात तथा स्थापित देवी भएका कारणले विन्ध्यवासिनी माताको मन्दिरलाई श्री ५ को सरकारले वि.सं. २०४५/६/३० गते देखि हुलाक टिकटका रुपमा व्यवहारमा ल्याएको थियो । यो पनि माता प्रतिको लोकप्रियताको एक सशक्त प्रमाण हो ।

यो मन्दिर ढुंगाको गारोमा बज्रलेपन गरी निर्माण गरिएको छ । गुम्बज शैलीको यो मन्दिर एक तलेको छ । पित्तलको गजुरमा सुनको लेपन लगाइएको छ । मन्दिरको भित्र गारो तथा भुँईमा टायल लगाइएको छ । मन्दिर भित्र प्रस्तरमा कुँदिएको माताको अष्टभुजायुक्त एक ठूलो मूर्ति राखिएको छ । मन्दिरको वरिपरि घण्टाहरु झुण्डाएका छन् । जस मध्ये सवैभन्दा पुरानो वि.सं. १८७९ मा चढाएको घण्टा देखिन्छ । मन्दिर परिसर भित्र एक ठूलो पिपलको रुखको फेदमा ढुंगाको पेटी चिनी त्यसमाथि ढुंगाकै खोपो आकारको बनाई हनुमानको प्रस्तर मूर्ति साथै हनुमान चालिसा पनि कुँदिएको छ । साथै वरिपरि गणेश मन्दिर, श्री सरस्वती माताको मन्दिर, श्री कृष्णको मन्दिर, यज्ञ भवन, शिवपञ्चायनको मन्दिर र पञ्चदेवताको मन्दिर पनि रहेको छ । विन्ध्यवासिनी माताको मन्दिर के हिन्दु, के वौद्ध सवैद्वारा सम्मानित तथा श्रद्धा र आस्थाकी पुञ्ज भएकी छिन् ।

माता विन्ध्यवासिनी सम्बन्धि किंबदन्तीः

माता विन्ध्यवासिनी सम्बन्धि केही किंबदन्तीहरु भए पनि एक घतलाग्दो किंबदन्ती यो पनि छ कि — एक दिन कास्कीकोटका राजा सिद्धिनारायण शाह अचानक बिमारी हुँदा उनका मन्त्री तथा सेवकहरुले राज–पुरोहितलाई बोलाई श्री शक्तिको विशेष आराधना गरेछन् । त्यस आराधनाका प्रभावले राजा सिद्धिनारायण शाहको विमार निको भएछ । त्यसपछि उनको देवीप्रति अत्यन्तै आस्था बढ्न गई अहोरात्र माता भगवतीकै आराधना गर्न लागेछन् । उनको आराधना यति माथिसम्म पुग्यो कि एक दिन भगवती श्री विन्ध्यवासिनी स्वयं स्वप्नमा दर्शन दिएर उनलाई यस प्रकार भन्नुभएछ –“हे राजन् ! तिमी छिट्टै विन्ध्याचल पर्वतमा जाऊ र त्यहाँका पुजारीहरुसँग मेरै स्वरुपको एउटा मुर्ति माँगेर ल्याई दरबारको नजिकै स्थापना गरी पूजा गर्ने गर । तर मूर्ति ल्याउँदा तिमीले एउटा कुरा अवश्य ध्यान राख्नू कि मूर्तिलाई बाटोमा कही पनि नबिसाउनू यदि भूलबश बाटामा मेरो मूर्तिलाई कतै बिसाइयो भने म त्यस ठाउँबाट उठ्ने छैनँ ।” स्वप्नमा राजा सिद्धिनारायण शाहलाई माताले जो आदेश दिनुभयो, सो आदेशलाई शिरोधारण गरी उनी आफ्ना अरिया–भरिया डोलेहरुका साथ विन्ध्याचल पर्वत पुगे । वहाँ पुगी त्यहाँका पुजारीहरुसँग माताले स्वप्नमा आदेश भएको कुरा यथार्थ बताई माताको आदेशबमोजिम मूर्ति माग्दा त्यहाँका पुजारीहरुले राजाको कुरालाई अस्वीकार गरे । माताले भनेबमोजिम मूर्ति नपाई जब उनी त्यहाँबाट खाली हात नेपाल फर्कन लागे तब ती पुजारीहरुलाई उसै रात माता श्री विन्ध्यवासिनीले स्वप्नमा आई भन्नुभएछ –“पुजारीहरु हो ! हिमाल (नेपाल) बाट आएको मेरो अत्यन्त प्रिय भक्त सिद्धिनारायण शाहलाई मेरै स्वरुपको एक मूर्ति दिएर पठाऊ । यदि कदाचिद् मेरो आज्ञाको उल्लङ्घन ग¥यौ भने तिम्रो समूल वंश नाश गरिदिनेछु । यदि तिमीहरु आफू र आफु र आफ्नो वंशलाई बचाउन चाहन्छौ भने मेरै स्वरुपको मूर्तिलाई हिमाल (नेपाल) तर्फ पठाईदेऊ ।” माताजीद्वारा पुजारीहरुलाई स्वप्नमा यस प्रकार आदेश दिइबक्सेपछि, प्रातःकाल स्नानादि नित्यकर्मका साथै माताको आराधना गरेर पुजारीहरु राजा सिद्धिनारायण शाहका सामु गई माताद्वारा स्वप्नमा आदेश भएका कुरा उनलाई बताए । त्यसपछि माताको आज्ञानुसार उनको दिव्य मूर्तिलाई केही आफ्ना भरिया र राजा सिद्धिनारायणका भरियाहरुलाई बोकाई सिद्धिनरेशका साथ नेपाल पठाए । राजा सिद्धिनारायण र डोले– भरियाहरु माताको मूर्तिलाई बोकी अनेकौँ देश प्रदेश, जङ्गल, पहाड हुँदै महिनौ लगाएर कास्कीकोटको फेदमा अवस्थित यस दिव्य मनोहर नगरी पोखराको उत्तरमा रहेको यही विन्दुमा आइपुगेछन् । माताको आज्ञाबमोजिम बाटामा त यिनीहरुले मूर्तिलाई कतै पनि बिसाएका थिएनन् । तर यो बिन्दुमा आइपुग्दा माताको उक्त आज्ञा राजा लगायत सबैलाई विस्मृत हुन गई यसै बिन्दुमा मूर्ति बिसाई रात्रि विश्राम गरेछन् । भोलिपल्द बिहान नित्यकर्म आदिबाट निवृत्त भई डोलीमा सवार गराउनका लागि मूर्तिलाई उठाउन खोज्दा उठाउन त परै जाओस् अलिकति पनि हल्लाउन पनि सकेनछन् । त्यसपछि राजालाई माताले स्वप्नमा भनेको कुरा याद आउन गई माताजीको उक्त मूर्तिलाई विधिवत् यसै बिन्दुमा स्थापना गरी वहाँको यस प्रकार स्तुति गर्न लागे–
यहीं बस्तै बक्स्योस् हिमशिखरमाला वरिपरि ।
म बस्नेछु तिमै चरणजलको सेवन गरी ।।
तिमीलाई हर्दम् शरद ऋतुको मौषम भरी ।
पुजौँला ती पञ्चै बलिपुजन विन्ध्याचल सरी ।।
मूर्ति स्थापना भइसकेपछि जुन विधिअनुसार विन्ध्याचलमा राजोपचार पूजा हुन्थ्यो सोही विधिअनुसार माताको पूजन गर्नका लागि राजाद्वारा पुजारी खटाइएको कुरा उक्त किंबदन्तीबाट स्पष्ट हुुन्छ ।
