Vehicle getting repossessed

2016-02-01T10:31:00.002-07:00

You know I sat here and thought about this all day long. Why when your vehicle is getting repossessed they take whatever is in the vehicle, and then they charge you to come and pick up those belongings? Wouldn't it be easier for them to politely put the stuff out just like if you get evicted from your residence? I recently encountered such activity and the tow truck guy did try to get that person's attention to let them know they was towing the vehicle. Then when that person went to get the stuff out the vehicle the guy then said I tried to warn you and knocked off $25 from the fee. You don't get to many honest driver's out there....

Pet Peeve's

2014-05-31T13:18:00.002-06:00

I have been holding on to this for a long time. I have a bad pet peeve about some people's driving. It really irritates me to see how either someone can merge onto traffic and go slow. I thought you were suppose to merge and flow with the traffic? Then you have those that like to weave in and out of traffic. Like that really really scares me, because I pray for them that they do not cause an accident. I seen a motorcyclist do this one morning after me dropping my mother off at work, and I was on my way home. Something told me to look on my side view mirror, and there he was a motorcycle coming up between the cars while we were at the stop light and the light was about to turn green. Since then I have not seen the motorist, so I hope he/she is okay. Then you have the ones that like to ride your bumper. Ummm didn't anyone tell you that you are "supposed" to leave at least a car length between you and the car in front of you? They tell you that so if that car has to stop suddenly you are not going to hit that car. If you do oh boy, you get a following too closely ticket. I know you do not want that!? The state that I am in now has a lot of this going on, and you see multiple accidents a day. I really think this state of Florida which I have grown to love re evaluates driving classes, or the laws on the street.

My work

2014-05-11T13:27:00.001-06:00

It has been a long time and I have started back doing what I love to do. I have started back making my gel candles and etchings on glasses. It has been a slow comeback but they are moving. Right now I have one location in Florida inside of the MagicMall. They are in the everything else dept. It is so amazing and I have come a long way with my work. I love it. I have added something new to my work, like doing in memory of glasses/candles, Freemason glasses/candles, and Zodiac glasses/candles. I can also do two tone candles with it looking like a color is running down the sides. For those who go to Orlando and visit go to the Magic Mall on Colonial check out the EverythingElse Dept.

Football!!!

2012-12-23T09:36:00.001-07:00

Yesterday December 22, 2012 my boyfriend and I was watching the Atlanta Falcon's (my favorite team), and Detroit Lions play. Well we were sitting there talking and out the blue he stated that since some teams ranks are not good the coach gets fired. So I stated that the coach shouldn't be the first to go! The Defensive Coordinator should be the first. The reason I say that is because 1. The defense are the ones that is suppose to stop the offense from scoring, if they do that effectively then when it's their turn to play the offensive side then they can score. So that is the reason I state the Defensive Coordinator should be the first to go then the players. Yes I said the players because, If the player is not making his tackles; protecting his Quarterback; or making good plays then they need to benched or let go. Then the coach. But that is my opinion and feel free to critique or comment. Thank you.

A prepaid card for a Teen

I love this card. I bought this card for my used to be 16 year old for Christmas in 2011 and this card you can put a hold on the card if your child's grades are not good, not doing chores, or whatever the case may be. You can load the card directly from your card or bank account, and add people to load like grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, etc. A year later my son is still using this card, and we love it. Also you both get messages on purchases. So you know how and where your child is spending. There is a monthly fee of the card but it's under 4 dollars. I suggest this card to anyone with a teen that gets allowances and such.

Helping out individuals with serious health problems

2012-09-06T12:50:00.003-06:00

I work for a company named Cutco, and recently ran across a company called "The Front Row Foundation" now this company caught my eye because it lets people with life threatening health issues see their favorite team play or get to meet their favorite Idol. Well I signed my oldest daughter up because she has an life-threatening ailment. Today I get a phone call from a nice lady letting me know that she did receive our application and is currently on the waiting list since they have a good response and is right now working with a 2 person team. I am still excited that a company can do these things for their people. Thank you so much Front Row Foundation I can't wait to have my daughters wish come true. You can also find them on Facebook for more information.

Skate city Fun

2012-08-12T14:45:00.001-06:00

Okay so we went to Skate City for my daughters birthday. I can say that I have not been in a while. It was so fun and did not know that they have a skate walker for the little kids. I was like "Oh that is sooo cute!" So I got one and of course you had to rent it. I said, "Are you serious?" You know I got it because my little ones need help and did not want them falling. They did pretty good in their training skates. They did not really fall at all. All the other kids fell so many times I was getting worried for them. By the end of the day I was in pain.

A new Project

2012-08-08T21:48:00.001-06:00

I have been trying to come up with some ideas for a new candle. Earlier this year I was at a gas station and seen this beautiful over-sized martini glass. It nearly took my breath away, and I stated "that is what I want for my next candle". The owner then says, "I don't know about a candle, I think you should have a few friends over and drink out of it". I laughed. Nah I think a candle would look beautiful in it. Hmmm I wonder if he still has it because I do want to try to make a martini candle out of it. Or maybe I should find a store that would carry those type of glasses. Decisions decisions.
