I know, the cold weather has finally arrived and I'm already having withdrawal symptoms from the hot weather, any one fancy coming on a hot holiday with me? Like soon..

It seemed a bit of a coincidence that on Monday morning as soon as everyone was back at work/college the weather was cold, miserable and wet. And that's why my blog took a little break as I was adjusting to the cold weather and extremely early morning's which my body's not quite used to yet. but finally its the weekend and my outfit post is up!!

I got this top in Zara a while back for a fiver, and although they didn't have my size I bought it anyway because I knew I would wear it one day. Its a size medium (I'm normally a XS) and there's over sized.. and then OVER SIZED but actually I didn't think it looked to bad with this outfit. I also wore this top to V fest, yano I though all the bright aztec colours would be fab for a festival so I did some weird tie a bobble in the back and tuck it up the back of my bra to make it into a crop top sort of thing and me being all spontaneous and everything it actually looked pretty good. ( I think). I think you all know I'm obsessed with shopping so when I wasn't even planning on buying this hat my will power wasn't helping me out. I just kind of saw it and bought it as I decided that instant I needed a hat for winter and so far I've worn it twice hahaha!! One last thing I've been at college all week and not don a single bit of online shopping- be proud of me people.

A very casual outfit today, black, denim and biker boots. My biker boots which I am so totally in love with- RI you have done me proud. And of course my 'fake' celine bag which I'm still obsessing over even though I'd had it for like a month now..

I'm sort of having a 'black' stage at the minute; I love everything black!! My inner NYC is definitely coming out at the minute. This outfit took me about 2 seconds to put on as I was in a rush and I actually really liked it! I just LOVE this whole shirt round your waist and biker boots thing that's popped into my style recently. I don't know how it happened but I really love it and I feel 10 times more my self when wearing it so yeah its staying for the new season whether its in or not ha ha!

Although I must say I am loving the tartan for new season, I really really want a tartan shirt to add to my wardrobe, not sure which one yet but I'm sure one will be added to my shopping bag very soon. Black, white, denim & col bolt blue are my colours for new season though, I love every single one! I'm hoping H&M bring out a col bolt blue tank top for new season because for 2.99£ I can't really complain, H&M is my bargain shop this season- I've bough so many of their basic tee's for no more than a fiver and I wear them all the time! So yeah I think I'm ready for new season.. let the cold days begin :(

Pancake breakfast at Balthazar

Just pouring a good old British tea- excuse the morbid face.

So yeah I had a lovely time in London for the bank holiday weekend!! We traveled down on Sunday to see some family then went to Central London for Monday&Tuesday! The weather on Monday was gorgeous hence the shorts, Cami top and RED BOOTS! I kinda bought these especially for London as I was planning on wearing an all black outfit with bright red boots and that's what I did! I love the red Celine bag and Red Chloe boots and think they look gorgeous with all black so for £13.99 I got a pair of these fab boots from eBay, yep bargain. (Still wanting a red Celine bag). We went to somerset house for coffee and cake and to sit in the early morning sun on Monday, then to covent garden for a bit of shopping (the beautiful Micheal Kors bag which I didn't buy) and then to Camden for lots more shopping. Camden is literally my favourite place ever in London!! Me & my mum were literally dying to see Mamma Mia at the theater but because my dad and brother literally despise it we went to see Rock of ages instead, and lets just say Mamma Mia would have been 100 times better!! The next day we have a lovely breakfast in covent garden and then some window shopping on oxford street before heading home! It's still safe to say London is my favourite place ever!

I actually stole this cardigan of my mum, I went for the ' not really caring ' look and thought this cardi would look good slouched off one shoulder as its slightly over sized, yep I like it.

Yes, these shorts are new. And they really shouldn't be new as I have no money and I'm trying to save for a car (ha ha never going to happen) but somehow they ended up in my bag at Topshop for £32! I mean why would I even spend £32 on a pair of denim shorts when we are going into winter practically and I already have a pair. But my others are getting old and shape less cause they've been washed so many times so that's my excuse - I really really really needed a new pair.

I went down to London for the bank holiday weekend; well Sunday- Tuesday actually and this was my travel down/dinner with the family look! We had steak, chicken, sausages and salmon all of the BBQ- my favourite! This is probably one of my more simple outfits as there is not really much to it but I kinda like it - deffo 100 times more with my new boots! Oh did I just say new again- yep a car is not coming my way any time soon!!!

I've fallen in love with 'biker boots' if that's what you would call them, yano the black ankle boots with all the buckles and zips; yeah those I LOVE THEM! I think they make any outfit 10 times better and are definitely my favourite thing for the new season!!

I finally made tumblr!!! I've been wanting to make one for ages but couldn't quite think of the perfect name and today it just came to me! V FESTIVAL!

There was a wall full of all the acts performing!

I think I'm still hyperventilating over HOW BLOODY AMAZING RUDIMENTAL WERE! The fact we were soooo close to the front, and the crowd was HUGE and I mean huge from right to left you could see endless people it was class. The amount of bottles that were being chucked up was ridiculous but heeey isn't that part of the festival experience! When 'Feel the love' came on everyone made a love heart with their hands and omg I had goose bumps the whole time- but now my new favourite song is 'Right here' -I love it!!!

Very.co.uk had their own tent where they were doing FREE face art so I got some little daisy's down the side of my face to match the ones in my hair. I loved the VERY tent! They also had a free photo booth which was so cute.

on at the same time?!?! I wanted too see both so bad! We stayed at CH for an hour and then ran to KOL and caught Use Somebody, Radioactive and Sex on Fire which was ON ANOTHER LEVEL.. and the best end ever to the best day!! Through out the day we also saw Scouting for girls, John Newman, Tom Odell, Ellie Goulding, and a bit of Rita Ora, Olly Murs and Stereophonic(who looked amazing on TV and I wish I had of seen them all :(! So yeah my 1st festival was sooo good and I can't to go to another!!! Have any of you been to festivals this year?

The colour is my favourite part about this top, not so much the beads. I mean I love the beads but when putting the top on and taking it off all I hear is beads dropping to the ground and I can never find where they have come from!!

I wasn't even meant to be shopping when I bought this top. I had gone to Meadowhall for a few last minute holiday things and after buying a leather jacket in Zara (sale of course- this is all I can afford) I though well I might as well spend all my savings now and so splashed out on this top! I don't really have 'evening tops' so I justified it like this. I'm so addicted man! I bought it for £36 and now its in the sale for £18, this is another reason I really need a Topshop card but if I get one my debt will be unspeakable & I'm not 18 yet anyway..which could be a good thing.

Now I love these shoes from Primark and lets just say £12 for looking at a pair of shoes every day ain't bad- yep I can't walk in them ha ha!!! I have no hope but I manged to stumble around in them for these photos which is a step forward.

Oh and this is my 100th post, hence the name :))

I love these kind of outfits.. shorts, top and a shirt around my waist has been a favorite of mine this 'summer'. I mean I'm sure I used to wrap my jacket around my waist when I was about 5 but my young style has returned to me and I love it.

This has probably been my most worn outfit this summer and also one of my favourites. I got the top a while back in Topshop but have never really worn it till now; once I paired it with my black shorts( I got these in the sale for a tenner when I was on a spending ban opps) and denim jacket I liked it a whole lot more than when I first bought it hahaha the joys of shopping. Now please don't get me started on my new sandals because I could probably right 4 paragraphs on how much I love them but I wont as you can all see in the photos how gorgeous they are.. yes they are gorgeous ok! I got them just before I went on holiday from Zara in the sale for £30.. I know £30 shouldn't even be classed as a sale price but I did pretty much wear them every evening on my holiday (I really have no holiday/summer shoes) so that makes them about £2 per wear and I'll be wearing them a whole lot more! I lack on the whole shoe game thing, the list of shoes I want it endless but I always end up buying clothes instead and then the list of shoes I want gets longer!

The suns been shinning today so I've had a lovely day doing nothing- I still have post holiday depression! See ya soon!

So firstly how cute is this little bag I got off iOffer! After seeing Kylie Jenner post photos of her Celine bag on instagram (now who isn't jealous of that girl) and falling in love with it deeply I knew a 'fake' 'look alike' would be in my hands very soon! As expensive as my taste may be I can't quite afford a real one yet so I'm settling for 2nd best. Sigh

OK blogger you can stop turning half my photos upside down. WHY?! I have no idea and because I'm not a technical genius you might have to turn your laptop upside down to see 2 of the photos, sorry guys!

I while back I put a photo on instagram on both celine bags I wanted..The black one and the black and cream one. I actually also want the red one and dark green one but I though no Caitlin, control your self 2 bags is enough (I do picture my self with many colours of celine bags when I'm older though) and anyway most of you said get the black and cream one so I did.. and 3 weeks later a black one showed up at my door and a lot smaller than expected, that's

After having a lovely holiday I'm now sat at home in Sheffield wishing I was back abroad because I love the sun and pool way to much. Hope you like all the photos, we stayed in a beautiful apartment in Benalmadena called the 'Mediterra' with 3 pools a great view of the sea and a gym(which I didn't go in once) opps! We travelled to Marbella for 3 nights and the Old town there is one of the best places ever! I recommend a restaurant called 'La cuisine' they do amazing Spanish food- their crispy potato skins are the best! They also have a sky bar right on top of the building which has the best view ever- we went back twice it was so good! I'm looking out my window and the sun has popped out finally so for the rest of the day I'll be sat in the garden catching the rays- my tan is going no where quick! Hope you've all had lovely holidays too or are off on a plane soon!

My blogging routine is back as I'm in Sheffield for a while now and I have so many outfits I can't wait to show you so keep a look out!!

Finally I get to show you a few of my prom photos! I literally had the best time ever at prom, the previous year 11 were all like 'yeah its shit' blar blar blar but our year had the best time ever! I got my dress and bag both from Ted Baker.. yes TB you have done it again- I LOVE U! I got the black strappy shoes from M&S, I mean I never shop in M&S but I was getting desperate and these were my last resort but I've fallen for them and for 25 quid I couldn't complain.. and the belt PRIMARK!

We had a photographer before and you can check out her facebook page here.. she does lovely photos, some of her wedding ones are beautiful! We then traveled to the Mecure Hotel in Sheffield which is such a lovely place and MICHEAL BUBLE was staying there the same night as us!!! Although I didn't get to see him :( I wish I could go back and do it all again!

My blogging is poor recently I need to get back into the spirit of things! I've been away for the last 2 weeks on the NCS summer program thing which I have loved and met some really nice people and on Wednesday I go on holiday for 2 weeks yayyyyyy!!

I also might do a huge youtube vid as no joke I've bought like 20 tops this past month! So yeah look out for that before I go! Hope everyone's enjoying this English weather!

I can't believe I'm actually wearing something what could be classed as 'girly'- a flowery dress isn't really me but I definitely love this one, I'm normally a grunge/boyish style but yano what the suns out so time for my summer wardrobe to come out too.

Dress:Miss Selfridge, Belt:Primark

I picked this up in Miss Selfridge yesterday for £19 something with student discount, not bad ey. Yes you may wonder why I was at Meadowhall on such a lovely day but basically I go on holiday on the 17th and have barley any summer clothes and I was away last week camping and I'm also away this week at derby uni so theres no time for shopping(or maybe a tad of online shopping).

I actually though this was a dress when I tried it on as my covers my bum and everything like that but when looking for it on the Miss Selfridge website I slowly worked out it was a top.. but when your tiny at 5'2" a long top/ dress is practically the same thing! They also have this in a lovely peachy colour which I was so temped to buy as well but I've just ordered a bag off line so that's my money pretty much gone hahahah.

Hope you are all enjoying the sun! I will try and post again next weekend and before I go on holiday as not sure I will have Internet connection next week except on my phone! Back off out in the sun now to top up the tan (nearly tan) and for a BBQ with the fam!

saving my bank balance

I always need new tops I mean if there's never a single top you want you must have something majorly wrong but 3 tops for £7 I cant complain, primark you have saved my bank balance, I mean literally I was down to my last tenner; who ever though eBay was so expensive?! with a watch list 3 pages long I may have gone a little crazy, in a good way though.

I never ever shop in Primark but since my 'things I need to buy' list is extremely long and unhealthy at the minute eBay, Sales and Primark have been heaven- not exactly heaven, but close enough! I can never find clothes in Primark well actually I can never be bothered to look but the men's section is actually pretty cheap, I got the Kate Moss top for A QUID which is slightly ridiculous, I mean a quid I should have bought 10 and sold then on eBay and made a profit(oh gosh I actually should have done that). It was one of those buys where on the label it says £3.50 and when you arrive at the till its £1, I'm sure every shopper has experienced this before and if you haven't, well you don't shop enough! But seriously when this happens its the best feeling ever because its as if you've made money in a weird sort of way. So basically I saved £2.50, or made £2.50 because I was going to spend that. I got the other 2 tops for £3 each which I think is so cheap!! With these two tops I'm going to cut the sleeves of and cut down the side seam a bit so that I can wear them baggy and tucked into shorts! I also thing they will look really good if I buy some more lace cycling shorts but which are a bit longer and wear them over the top of them as a sort of t-shirt dress when the weather hot.

Lace cycling shorts.. something else added to my list of things I need, do you see what I mean? My list if forever growing. I may have to go back to Primark though because they have so many t-shirts which I can cut up to look good and I love how they all follow the grungy style in a weird way. I'm now waiting for a Cara Delevingne tee to come out I LOVE CARA DELEVINGNE!

I'm now away till Friday Camping with no internet connection(please kill me) and I will only have twitter on my phone till the battery runs out so yeah wish me look and see you all soon!

Just a quick update post, I have a BLOG SALE yayyy!! I create another page for it on my blog which you can click on at the top and browse through my things, being a skint teenager and wanting expensive clothes isn't a good combination!

Also my Prom is this Friday which I'm quite excited about and cant wait to show you all what I'm wearing and of course what all my friends are wearing so look out for that post :-)

My outfit posts will be back soon, just finding it so hard to post at the min cause I'm away for practically all of July on Holiday and other things but I'm going to do some post scheduling before I go!

saving money on fashion

I LOVE shopping and I mean who doesn't but now its the holidays my shopping habits are coming slightly ridiculous as most of my free time is spent online shopping, and I don't just mean a bit of shopping here and there; oh no, yesterday I spent the whole say online shopping, I don't even know how it happened but one minute the clock said 11:00 and the next it said 18:00 and at this point I realized I was addicted! While online though I have found some life saving bargains, (Cartier love ring £2.20 instead of £1,150) yes!!! I'm obsessed with these because of the Kardashians! I mean its obviously not real but it looks the spitting image of the real one so I'm sure no one will notice, anyway I though I'd do a post about the best ways to save money when shopping- cause this is what I'm best at!

First of all I must start with eBay (where I got the Cartier love ring from!) I'm literally obsessed with eBay and could ramble on about it for hours, they have rings at such cheap prices I'm talking like 99p which come from china/hong kong and yes they do take a while to get here but when postage is free I don't even mind! They also have great look alike's of the more pricey high street items for much cheaper and the best tip I have for you.. type in the search bar 'topshop(then your size) and hundreds of topshop clothes come up mostly starting at 99p and some can be brand new!! Its like heaven I'm so obsessed!

Another online website I love is BooHoo ,not as much for their trousers/dresses but they do some of the best basic items, yesterday I bought a charcoal maxi skirt and white crop top for £13! And the best part is they do smaller sizer 4&6 which it like my dream come true as I'm so small :-( I also love the cut out tops and basic polo neck tops boohoo do, they are a fraction of the price you would find any where else! Boohoo also has some really lovely jewelry which I always find my self browsing through!

Now I'm pretty sure every one in the blogging world has heard of 'Fashion Vouchers' and If you haven't I suggest you take a look at their website right now as they have some great deals! I also look on their website before purchasing encase I can get any money off! They also have their own blog which I love reading through so I'd say using Fashion vouchers is definitely a great way to save money and specially for bloggers like us!

Another way I love to save money on fashion is blog competitions, twitter competitions and blog giveaways! Although I've only ever won a BB cream and a couple of make up brushes when I first started my blog I think they are such lovely gifts and I still use the make up brushes now which have been super handy! Twitter have great competitions and sometimes all you have to do is 'follow' and 'RT' to enter and you have the change of winning a dress/top/makeup or what ever they are giving away! Ted Baker had a competition a few weeks ago to choose your favourite pieces from their new collection to win some TB vouchers which would have been super handy to who ever won them!

My last tip on how to save money is of course SALES! I'm in love with these things and Topshop their mid season sale today and have some lovely little bargains! Before online shopping I suggest always look on the sale section first as sometimes they have alternatives you could buy instead of something really expensive- just remember sale shopping is the best!

Other than that places such as everything5pounds.com, H&M, New Look(especially for shoes) ASOS, Miss Guided & Primark are all great places to shop if your looking for affordable fashion!

girly for a change

Finally my exams are over!!! I now have 10 weeks off to do absolutely nothing and blog! As the suns been shining recently I though a good summery outfit would be good to get back into the jist of things :) All the things I'm wearing are actually from last year's summer wardrobe, there's thousands of summer clothes I want this year and I've got them all saved on my iPad I just don't know where to start.. maybe I shouldn't start as I will probably never stop!

I actually love these shorts, I practically live in denim shorts so these are a nice change, something quite girly which I never go for! I much prefer the grunge type looks but the print on these shorts it way to pretty not to show off! So thankyou so much Holly for giving them me!! I just went for a plain black top and denim jacket as I wanted the shorts to really stand out. I practically live in my converse at the minute, all my other shoes are a tad to wintry so shoes is definitely of the 'things to buy next' list! So off to the internet shopping I go...

So Chloe Green has released her new collections in Topshop and I love everything, if I could buy every single pair of shoes.. I would, but of course we are talking almost designer prices which teenage girls cant exactly afford right now :(! I've put together my favourite things from her summer collection but my ultimate faves are the black wedges with the wooden heel, IT WAS LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT! I love how Chloe has detailed them with the scalloped edges and I love how the heel isn't majorly high so they could be worn on different occasions. Basically I really really want them and I'm officially saving from now, if I worn them every day of the year it would be less than a pound per wear, not bad when you think of it like that hahaha!

Sorry for the whole not blogging thing recently, I promise I will back very soon! I had my geography exam today so fingers crossed that went okay! I have 4 exams next week then I'm officially free from school for 10 weeks yaayyy!!!

You probably all ready know I have a massive obsession with Ted Baker partly because we share the same last name but mainly because they have so many lovely things which one day I will buy! My prom dress and bag are both from TB but I'm not showing you guys yet.. put the 28th June in your diary's ;-)

Anyway TB have a competition (here) for style blogs at the moment and all you have to do is pick your 3 favourite items from their spring/summer13 collection- easy you say.. not. Lets just say I could have chosen every item!

I'm going on holiday soon(ish) and spotted this bikini when 'bikini shopping' on ASOS and I've all ready decided I'm buying the bottoms as they are beau-ti-ful. So of course I had to choose this bikini to feature on my blog as the print, colours, design and everything are so so pretty! I chose this bag a) because of the colour (love green at the mo) and b) because for years now I have always used my little white TB bag with the gold bow for my beach bag on holiday as they are so easy to carry around and fit everything in! So the look I have chosen is more of a 'beach look' but yano I love the beach and both these 2 items!

Sorry I have been so absent from my blog, I've had so much school work to be handed in over the last few weeks and my GCSE's started last week and now I'm sat in bed with tonsillitis and a fever.. fabulous! You don't wanna be seeing my face on here till I'm better.. ok enough with the excuses! My exams finish on the 13th June so I'll be back to regular blogging then but for now I'll try and do as many posts as possible for you guys! THANK GOD ITS FRIDAY!

GUYS!!! I made my first ever you tube vid! woooo! Bralet- My textiles product, Jeans- Topshop, Chelsea Boots-eBay

Yayyy finally my textiles product is finished!! Yes it took me a while but finally its like a massive weight lifted off my head!

We had to choose to make a cultural piece for an occasion so I chose the culture Egyptian and did a festival type Bralet! The inside and buttons on the back are my favourite! The lining is this beautiful Egyptian print black and cream lining! I love it! Then the buttons are covered in the same fabric! I'm actually really proud of it as I never though it would look like an actual piece of clothes which I could wear hahaha! What do you think of it?

So yeah I'll probably never wear this item out but yano its getting me my GCSE's! Exams start in 2 week and dahm Im I nervous? Yes! I need to start revising but once again my night has been spent internet shopping and eBay bidding- I LOST IN THE LAST 10 SECONDS! It was heart breaking cause I really wanted this ankle bracelet from Asos :(

lace biker shorts

Do you notice anything strange? Better quality blog photos.. I know I know such a rare thing to happen on this blog but I think (touch wood) I finally have my camera work properly! Woooo!! I was testing around with the different settings and the photo sizes and have set them to 600 pixels wide, what do you guys have you width pixels set on? I just took a guess really haha!

Ok so onto my outfit, how cut are these lace short things? I was just sat making a mental list of the many clothes I would like to buy and thought ok if I'm going to sit here and make this mental list then does this mean I can buy an item afterwards? Yes that's what it clearly meant. So I decided to start at the top of my list and buy some lace biker shorts (I don't actually know if this is what they are even called but I decided it was an appropriate name) I just googled and looked on images and found hundreds of people selling them but I only wanted a cheap pair so found these for a fiver! Not bad at all, although I would have got the next size up as they are quite tight(they only had smalls) but for a starter pair they are fab and I will probably end up buying some more very very soon. I've seen the 'Celine Paris' tees floating about the blogging world for a while now so about a month ago ordered my self one( I think it was from china so took a while to come)! I think they are great casual little tees to wear with denim shorts in my case and the cost per wear will probably end up being really low- possibly around 50p which is a huge massive bargain and you know me.. I love a good bargain!

Sheffield is finally sunny(well was on Saturday when I took these photos) which has put me in a much better mood although I have been sat in bed since Sunday feeling sleepy, poorly and sorry for my self *sympathy please*

a beautiful print

So how gorgeous is this print already? Yes I know your loving it as much as I am! The print trend is one of my favourite's this year because you can go as bright, bold or subtle as you like so its always completely up to you want kind of print you want! On the #Look3 on my Denim Shirts post which can be seen here I am also wearing a print dress, yet the print is much heavier and a lot bolder, more African colour's whereas this top has a more more elegant print showing as it has such lovely colours!

There is also matching trousers for this top- not sure if i would go that far but hey ho some people may. I chose to wear black detailed shorts and black tights to match this look. I wanted to keep the rest of the outfit quite plain so that the top could really stand out. But seriously how gorgeous are the prints on this top I can't stop staring at them, they are just so pretty!! I also finally bought the matte top coat from Rimmel- its amazing! I've always wanted to try the 'black nails' look so finally i got it, most things are on 3 for 2 at the minute from boots so of course i have 3 brand new nail polish's yayyy! Black matte is definitely my favourite nail colour now( It was red last week ) and i still do love having red nails but I'm just dreading taking these of for school tomorrow, ok maybe i could keep my hands in my pockets all day? Yes my schools is stupidly annoying and no nail varnish is allowed!! Its suppose to be 19 degrees today- I don't see any sun yet.

company high street edit- my favourites

So I read fashion magazines every week and though why not share my favourite pieces from each one with you guys? I know right, why didn't I think of this sooner? I bought the company street style edit around Christmas time and absolutely loved it- like the best mag i have ever read, so when i found out the high street edit was on the shelves I had to get it straight away! Company is my fave my favourite fashion magazine out there by far so though I'd start of with this mag! I love the style in which they do things and the front covers are always gorgeous! So yeah just a few fashion snaps for you to enjoy!
