The Internet of Things (IOT) describes the network of physical objects - things that are embedded with sensors, software and other technologies for the purpose of connecting and exchanging data.

This devices range from ordinary households to sophisticated industrial tools.

INTERNET( The world wide internet , used here in

the form of connection – could be through a WIFI

or Mobile data.)

THINGS (Any Electronic device that

has the capability to sense.)

INTERNET OF THINGS (Devices that have sensors,

that are programmed to act in a certain way,

are connected together to achieve a certain result)

How IOT works

Here are the 4 fundamental component of IOT

system , which tells us how IOT works.

1.Sensor / Devices

First Sensors or devices collect data from their

environment.

2.Connectivity

Once the data is collected it is transferred to the

cloud infrastructure ( also known as IOT

platform) via Bluetooth,

Wifi , Cellular Network etc.

3.Data processing

Once the data get to the cloud , software

performs some kind of processing on it.

4.User Interface

Next , the information is made useful to the end

– user in some way. This could be via an

alert to the user (email,text notification etc)

Three Layer IOT Architecture

It is a very basic architecture and fulfills the basic idea of IOT.

1. Perception Layer

It is known as sensor layer. It has the

responsibility to identify things and

collect the information from them.

2.Network Layer

Network layer is also known as

transmission layer. It acts like a bride

between perception layer and application

layer.

3.Application Layer

Application layer defines all applications

that use the IOT technology or in which

IOT has deployed

QUANTUM COMPUTER

INTRODUCTION :-

One of the major areas of research and development to get most hype in recent time is QUANTUM COMPUTING.

The holy grail of the computing revolution that is supposed to be the next big advancement.

It is fundamentally different than classical computing and help the technology to solve many problems that are intractable with current technology.

WORKING :-

Quantum computing uses quantum mechanical phenomenon such as superposition and entanglement to perform computation.

Normal computer uses binary digits (bits) i,e. 1 & 0 whereas Quantum computer uses quantum bits or qubits.

Quantum computing takes advantage of the strange ability of sub - atomic particle to exist in more than one state at any time .

This superposition of state allow quantum computer to be faster and more efficient.

FUTURE USE :-

Weather & climate: More accurate long term climate assessment to predict the effect of climate change.

Personalized medicine: Decoding your DNA and your unique microbiome in crucial for future doctors to prescribe drugs that are perfectly tailored to our body.

Space exploration: The space telescope of today (and tomorrow) collect enormous amount of astrological imagery data each day that tracks the movement of trillion of galaxies, star, planet, and astroids. Sadly, this is far too much data for today's supercomputers to shift through to make meaningful discoveries on a regular basis. But with a mature Quantum computer combined with machine learning, all this data can finally be processed efficiently, opening the door to discovery of hundred to thousand of new planet daily by the early 2030.

According to Musk, the “Hyperloop is a non-scheduled service which leaves when you arrive, is immune to the weather and never crashes.” Technically, according to Musk, “Hyperloop is a not a vacuum tunnel, but it is a cross between Concorde, a railgun and an air hockey table.”
