Det blir derfor lite tid til blogginnlegg. Men her kommer uansett et lite tips. I GeoGebra fins det ikke en egen innebygd kommando eller verktøy for å lage retningsdiagram for differensiallikninger. Men det er ikke så vanskelig å lage et selv. Dersom du åpner dette vil du få følgende kommando tilgjengelig: Retningsdiagram[&amp;lt;f(x,y&amp;gt;]. Du kan med andre ord bruke dette til å tegne retningsdiagrammer til differensiallikninger på formen y’=f(x,y). &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Dersom du liker dette verktøyet vil jeg anbefale at du lagrer innstillinger i GeoGebra. Denne laster jeg ned og eventuelt endrer litt på størrelsen. Så høyreklikker jeg på søylene og velger Egenskaper. Vi ønsker da en knapp som virker slik at hver gang vi trykker på knappen så kastes terningene og at resulatet blir lagt til en liste slik at vi hele tiden har oversikt over alle kastene så langt. Vi ønsker også få en frekvenstabell over alle kastene så langt. I tekstfeltet under er det godsakene skal stå. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Siden vi skal Zoome litt ut etter hvert som vi får flere kast må vi skrive inn VelgAktivtOppsett[1]. Dette gjør at vi nå vil zoome ut i Grafikkfelt 1 (og ikke 2 som vi er i når vi klikker på knappen). Så må vi kaste terningene. Det gjør vi ved å skrive inn a=TilfeldigMellom[1,6]+TilfeldigMellom[1,6]. Dette tallet ønsker vi å legge til listen L. Marker så hele tabellen og lag tabell som vist i et tidligere tips. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Deretter lager i søylediagram ved å bruke kommandoen &lt;/p&gt; &lt;blockquote&gt; &lt;p&gt;Søylediagram[{2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12}, B2:12]&lt;/p&gt;&lt;/blockquote&gt; &lt;p&gt;Siden vi ønsker å zoome ut etter hvert som flere tall blir lagt til vil vi gjerne holde orden på hvor store frekvensene er. Skriv derfor inn m=Maks[B2:B12] i intastingsfeltet. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Høyreklikk nå på knappen og velg Egenskaper. Velg fliken hvor det står Scripting. Da kan det være ok å bla tilbake til den kommandoen du tidligere brukte. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Det fins to måter du kan gjøre dette på. Den ene er å klikke på de to trekantene helt til høyre i inntastingsfeltet. Trykk enter når du har funnet kommandoen du vil gjenbruke og gjør eventuelle endringer. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Det kan også være nyttig å vise alle slike kommandoer når du gjennomgår noe for elevene. De vil da se hvordan du har jobbet i kronologisk rekkefølge. Dersom du ikke selv gir de ulike objektene navn vil GeoGebra gi dem navn i alfabetisk rekkefølge etter visse regler. Det vil da for eksempel stå a=45.77 i algebrafeltet uten at jeg lett kan se hva a egentlig er. Men det kan lett bli litt rotete når du bruker GeoGebra siden du ofte blir en mengde med sirkler på figuren. Disse kan du selvsagt skjule, men da vil ikke den som ser «konstruksjonen» ser hvordan du har konstruert de ulike punkta. Prolemet med denne strategien var i tidligere versjoner at du ikke lett kunne finne y-verdier for en gitt x-verdier. I versjon 3.2 ville vi da i stedet brukt regresjonen RegPoly[liste, 1]. Denne vil gi oss et polynom f og vi kan da lett finne hva y må være når x er for eksempel 3. Vi kan rett og skrive inn f(3).&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;I versjon 4.0 kan vi nå bruke «Beste tilpasset linje». Dette er et program som tar opp det du gjør på skjermen. Det fins en hel mengde med slike programmer, men det som er litt greit med Wink er at du lett kan lage sekvenser der skjermvisningen stopper til du klikker på en pil for å gå videre. Nedenfor ser du et eksempel på en slik visning. Det har vært tre meget intense, men veldig lærerike dager i Hagenberg nær Linz i det nordlige Østerrike. Her holder Markus Hohenwarter til på Johannes Kepler University. I Hagenberg finner du Softwarepark Hagenberg og Research Institute for Symbolic Computation (RISC) grunnlagt av Bruno Buchberger. Sistnevnte er kanskje meset kjent for sin aloritme for å beregne det som kalles en Gröbner basis til et ideal. Men uansett: dette er et senter for forskning og utvikling innen Computer Algebra. Det er også et viktig senter for utviklingen av GeoGebra.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Jeg har lært mye disse tre dagene, men det som har fascinert meg mest er å se hvordan utviklerne av GeoGebra jobber. Dette er frivillige som jobber bokstavelig talt døgnet rundt for å utvikle og forbedre et program som elever, lærere og andre kan nyte godt av. Å se et slik miljø med arbeidsglede og innsats er veldig inspirerende. En annen ting jeg sitter igjen med er den humor og ydmykhet som utviklerne viste. Her var det ikke noen eksperter og oss andre noviser. Her var det ingen som var bedre enn andre.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;h3&gt;CAS først i 4.2&lt;/h3&gt; &lt;p&gt;Hva er så nytt i GeoGebra? Den første, og kanskje mest oppsiktsvekkende nyhetene er at det ikke blir CAS i versjon 4.0. Årsaken&amp;nbsp; til dette er at de har bestemt å bytte motor for CAS-modulen fra Maxima/Mathpiper til Reduce. Siden det er litt ekstra arbeid å gjøre etter dette valget, så blir atlså CAS å finne først i versjon 4.2 som kommer ut på høsten en gang. Dette valget er gjort ut fra to argumenter: (1) Reduce er et godt utviklet system og som ser positivt på et samarbeid med GeoGebra. (2) Det blir mulig å legge CAS-vindu inn i en Java-applet slik at vi kan embedde arbeidsark uten begrensninger i en nettside. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;h3&gt;GeoGebraTube&lt;/h3&gt; &lt;p&gt;Det blir nå veldig lett å dele arbeidsark med andre via GeoGebraTube. Dette er en web-tjeneste der du lett kan laste opp det du har laget i GeoGebra og så dele det med andre på ulike nettsider (med embedd-kode). &lt;/p&gt; &lt;h3&gt;Implisitte kurver&lt;/h3&gt; &lt;p&gt;Det er nå (i 4.0) mulig å plotte kurver gitt ved en likning av typen f(x,y)=0. Dette var tidligere kun mulig for kurver av grad 1 (linjer) og 2 (kjeglesnitt), men nå kan du gjøre det for andre kurver. Jeg kan stikkordsmessig nevne: muligheter for å kjøre skript, sannynlighetskalkulatoren, dynamisk tekst, drag and drop, utrolige ting i regnearket, Penn, etc. &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Til slutt: Vi fikk også demonstrert GeoGebra 5.0 (under utvikling) i aksjon. Her får vi 3d-felt og jeg ble meget imponert når Mathieu Blossier (som står bak GeoGebra 3D) delte ut 3d-briller og vist at du nå kan se det du har tegnet i tre dimensjoner. Test selv. I filen under viser jeg hvordan dette kan gjøres med et eksempel. Det fins en mengde måter å ta gode utvalg (selections) i Photoshop og nyere versjoner har forbdret dette betydelig.
