First of all, they are meant only for symptoms control not disease healing; by this way they keep us coming back for more and more, until we find out that we just need a different and more effective one besides adding another kind for the side effects generated by the previous, and these profitable malpractice entangles you up like a spider web, draining all your wealth and joy for living longer… So sadly many people are just hanging-there instead of truly living the best they could be.

Well not so long ago the pharmaceutical industry has just learned to harness the vital power of many natural substances; since then modern medicine has been synthesizing elements actually coping nature’s healing power; which at first hand does not seems so bad but eventually by isolating some components that would regulate chemical reactions, results in great side effects, many times these synthetic drugs help up healing one disease but ends up causing another one even more serious than the previous.

Let’s start with nutrients; in order to function properly our bodies need a consistent and well balanced nutrients intake, by nutrients I mean the right amount of vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, proteins, fruit’s and vegetable juice preferably naturally raw, just make sure they are well washed and don’t forget about drinking plenty of fresh water to hydrate and rinse out all the excess, luckily we were designed by our beloved God to keep what we need and expel every excessive component there are, and even naturally fight diseases; but for that we must to be fit.

Fitness is achieved by a well balanced diet followed by a systematical exercising routine, more like a real life style… Let me ask you a question how many people do you also know that every year only start working out about a month or two before summer begins? Not a few I bet, the problem with that is simple, there’s just not enough time for our bodies to assimilate such great changes that fast.

There we go again I think that the majority of us knows that in order to have a healthy living a person must be aware of balance; just for reference I do like to compare us with a car, but don’t fool yourself it could be any make from a simple Beetle to a top class BMW, they need many things to function well, what I mean Is besides oil and a good gasoline for fuel it needs also water and air otherwise the engine would over heat and even explode; the opposite is equally bad enough if we let it seat to long in a garage without turning it on, the inner parts would certainly jam, next thing to do is to call the mechanic for help and that would cost us not only money and time but a big head ache as well.

So our advantage over those machines is that we’re not so dependable on others like them, we are able to reason and take action when needed, hopefully soon enough before things get worst and only a trustful physician would if you lucky help up; that’s why having a healthy living lifestyle is so important to keep not only us but also our families and friends happy.

As I said in those former articles a healthy living means a good balance between exercising and eating smart with sensible portions at a time; God created us much better than any machine ever made by men, because we are able to heal ourselves in most cases, we only need to have faith in Him for a peaceful mind, which would be sharp enough to make us understand and respect nature.

For a healthy living we should as on a regular practice try to eat mostly natural foods, for two simple facts: their nutrient richness, besides avoiding malfunctions on our system due to ease digestion, pay attention to this if you will: God created us and gave the whole variety of herbs, fruits, vegetables and even meats from fish, cattle and birds for food; at the end He blessed and called everything good.

First keep it simple; what I mean is nowadays not so many people are able to grow their own crops, because most of the world’s population lives in flats, only a few blessed ones are lucky enough to have a back yard garden like I do, and one of my great pleasure is reaping those fresh herbs and vegetables right on cooking time… Please don’t you be dismayed because I’m about to share the key points to look at when we go out for food shopping.

So when buying a great ‘variety’ as we should of fruits, vegetables and herbs in general the main thing to look for is: firstly their color appeal, because when the sun light hits the plants, a reaction called photosynthesis happens, which is basically transforming carbon dioxide and water into a vital healthy living nutrient, the well known carbohydrates which is basically what gives not only their lively looks but also scent and a sweet flavor, yielding the best of each one of them according to their kinds packed with all sorts of vitamins.

I truly believe that you are getting the point of healthy eating here, which is having a vary diversified meal, and that goes for meats, seeds, vegetables and so on, just make sure not to overcook them as they would lose most of their vital nutrients which are responsible for enhancing our bodies defense against diseases.

The true meaning of the famous Latin saying “Mente sana corpore sano”is a proved theory, because knowing how to live a healthy lifestyle will determine the way we face the everyday challenges that though aware or not, we are indulged to deal with…
To get a healthy living our body needs the right nutrients because this is fundamental to maintain health steadiness, we must make sure that our diet is first well balanced and then supplement it with high protein foods; going for natural instead of highly processed and junky foods, by watching out for calories and nutrients intake, soon the benefits of healthy eating will be visible not only to you but for everyone else.

Successful health is achieved only by a combination of exercising and eating right. This will ensure that our metabolism burns all the extra calories we are eating.
By exercising I mean anything that keep us moving, it could be: using an indoor rowing machine, running, cycling or if you choose playing any game of your taste will do just fine “as long as you do it continually” it will be ideal for body training; There is no doubt that keeping a balance between all important ingredients is crucial for top health; making sure we have a sound night of sleep, it would insure a very good rest, so that our body can recover completely.
