The IRS (Internal Revenue Service) recently revealed their Cincinnati, Ohio office was involved in illegal activities engaging in politics with tax exempt applications. Applications filed by conservative groups with “Tea Party” or “Patriot” in the listing were pulled for extra scrutiny. This was done to around three hundred applications.

The IRS claims this was done independently by low-level functionaries who will not be subject to any discipline for their illegal activities. Of course not action will be taken for fear they might reveal the higher up political appointees who authorized this illegal activity.

When articles of Impeachment were drawn up for President Richard Nixon, Article 2, section 1, listed using the IRS for political purpose.

Also part the President Nixon’s Articles of Impeachment was his involvement in the cover-up concerning the break-in of the Watergate building in Washington, DC, Democratic Party headquarters.

According to Chinese academics Okinawa, Japan should be Okinawa, China. The academic commies claim Okinawa belongs to China, not Japan. Just another example of commie aggressive behavior in stealing lands and territorial waters not belonging to The Middle Kingdom (current day China).

The academics at the commie “Chinese Academy of Social Sciences” published a paper in the commie “Peoples Daily” making the claim Okinawa belongs to China. Their assertions to bolster their hallucinations are:

1 - Way back in history Okinawans paid tribute to Chinese emperors. This payment of tribute is interpreted as meaning Okinawa belonged to China. Truth is Japan through their island of Okinawa paid tribute to China thus allowing Japan to engage in trade with China. This “tribute” thing has legs because using this line of thinking then other countries belong to China.

The following countries also paid tribute to the Chinese emperors:

Korea, Vietnam, Cambodia, Borneo, Indonesia, and Central Asia (the current nations constituting “Central Asia” are: Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan). At one time China paid tribute to Tibet. Does that mean China belongs to Tibet?

2 - Resulting from the Sino Japanese War (war between China and Japan) was a treaty of 1895 the “Treaty of Shimonoseki.” The commie academic claim this treaty awarded Japan the island of Okinawa. They claim when Japan lost World War Two it negated the 1895 treaty. Huh?

Does that mean in the 1895 treaty there was a part stating if Japan lost World War Two the treaty becomes void? How did they know in 1895 there was going to be a world war forty-four years into the future?

The commies in China continue to behave like bullies in Asia with their neighbors. They stole islands from the Philippines, about the confiscate territorial waters belonging to Vietnam. They continue to violate the territorial integrity of Japan’s Senkaku Islands. These commies behave as American liberals do: they are never satisfied. Once a goal is achieved they then advance on to another.

What the commies in China are missing is this belligerent behavior is helping Japan’s Prime Minister Abe. Mr. Abe wants to enhance Japan’s military and modify Article 9 of their constitution. Article 9 of the Japanese constitution severely limits the role and activities of Japan’s “Self Defense Forces.”

The Italian company in Milan a maker of iPhone, iPad, iPod cases and other devices recently issued an apology on their Facebook page for one of their cases. The so-called offending case illustrated a flag known as Naval Ensign of Japan, the Rising Sun Flag, Kyokujitsu-ki, currently the flag of Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force.

The company received many complaints from Koreans claiming seeing that flag was insensitive and equivalent to the Nazi flag. Huh? Why the controversy over the flag? The Korean peninsula was part of Japan for about thirty-five years from 1910 to 1945 (Korea was annexed by Japan in 1910 - “the Japan-Korea Treaty of 1910”). Koreans claim the Japanese were brutal during this period while the Japanese respond Koreans were elevated out of poverty, built infrastructure, educational institutions, and other improvements. What happened during those thirty-five years is a subject of debate between the two.

Currently some Koreans use anything Japanese as a vehicle to express hate as illustrated with this
iPhone case. The Koreans complaining see evil in the Japanese flag because of the thirty-five year history. Now take this west across the Pacific Ocean to the United States of America, the American flag, the Stars and Stripes, Old Glory.

For about one-hundred years under the flag of the United States of America, Native Americans (Indians) suffered. Lands were stolen, massacres, broken treaties, children forced and shipped off to boarding schools. The Native Americans have around 100 years of bad history with the American flag as oppose to the Korean 35 year relationship with the Japanese flag.

Yet Native Americans harbor no hate to the American flag. There are many Native American reservations in the United States all of which proudly display and wave the flag of these here United States of America. Native Americans have served in the American military under and for that flag in many wars.

When South Koreans look at the flag of North Korea, the Hermit Kingdom, do they also see a Nazi flag there? Japanese forces left the Korean peninsula sixty-eight years ago. While recent history with North Korea has been hostile: artillery shells hitting a South Korean island, sinking of a South Korean vessel, shooting tourist and the list continues of North Korean crimes against South Koreans. Why only the hate towards Japan?

Under the United States flag two atomic bombs were dropped on Japan. How come today the Japanese do not find the American flag to be offensive?

Back to claiming the Japanese Naval flag is the same as the Nazi flag: During World War Two in Nazi-occupied Lithuania a Japanese diplomat Mr. Chiune Sugihara was responsible for saving the lives of nearly six-thousands Jews from extermination.

Seeing the police playing army on the streets of Watertown was a scene we should not have had in the United States. When this pretend army searched homes did they have a search warrant? Did they violate the Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution?

The police playing army in Watertown missed searching the boat where the bomber was hiding only to be discovered by a man smoking a cigarette. The terrorist was located by a private citizen and the Constitution was violated by the authorities.

The surviving Boston bomber is currently being protected in politically correct America by the administration and a compliant news media, and news media guilty of Constitutional malfeasance.

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev upon being arrested the U.S. government announced he would not be read his Miranda Rights citing the “public safety” option allowing the FBI to question him for valuable information. The Obama administration also announced the terrorist will not be held as an enemy combatant, instead being held as a common criminal.

Within sixteen hours of Dzhokhar’s arrest U.S. Magistrate Judge Marianne B. Bowler interrupted the FBI investigation by reading Dzhokhar his Miranda rights:

Censorship or Quality control?

A recent video “Qatar, Olympic statues, and pornography” commented officials for return to Greece two Olympic statues. The statues illustrating two Olympic athletes were nude with defined private parts. This area of the statues did not meet with the Muslim sensibilities of Qatar. Qatar requested to place a veil around the offending areas, Greek officials balked. The two statues were sent back to Greece.

The previous video, named above, commended the officials in Qatar for their actions. Many comments on that video cried censorship and claiming the pornographic statues were works of art.

What is censorship to one is quality control to another. The people of Qatar are the arbitrators of what is acceptable and not acceptable as public displays of art. These statues would be met as art in many parts of the world, but not in Qatar. Perhaps Qatar is attempting to prevent the cultural rot many of us in the West suffer with.

The Middle Eastern nation of Qatar had an Olympic exhibit at one of their museums in the city of Doha. Qatar requested from Greece (the birthplace of the Olympics) some artifacts to bolster the exhibition. The nation of Greece complied and sent numerous ancient Olympic artifacts to the museum.

Two of the objects did not meet with the approval of the officials in Qatar, a Muslim nation. The two statues are of nude men exposing their private parts. A Qatar Culture Ministry official requested to place a veil on the offending regions of the two statures. They did not want to offend the sensibilities of the Muslim females in Qatar. They were being sensitive to the feelings, customs, and beliefs of their citizens.

Greek Deputy Culture Minister Costas Tzavaras said the statues should be displayed as they are or shipped home. The officials in Qatar shipped the pornographic statues back to Greece. These statues are two to four thousands year old works of art. Works of art in Greece, while being works of pornography in Qatar. These statues because of their age, and art classification does not immune them from be labeled as pornography. Believe it or not there was pornography two to four thousand years ago and to some these statues serve as proof.

All my videos uploaded in the last few years have been HD. However recently when they post they post at a lower quality rate of either 240p or 360p.

This can easily be corrected. On the lower right of the screen is an icon resembling a gear.

- Click on it, and another box will appear.

- There you can enhance the video quality by selecting either 720p or 1080p.
- If you select 1080p, please do so only if you have a fast Internet connection.
- The preferred method to maintain a good quality is to go to “account settings.”
- Then click on “playback.”
- Then check “Always choose the best quality for my connection and player size.”
- Undernet that click on “Always play HD on fullscreen (when available).
- Top right click “save.”

For some obscure reason this setting does not remain for me.

Sea Shepherd recently with their “Operation Zero Tolerance” in the Southern Ocean continually rammed a refueling vessel attempting to refuel the Japanese whaling fleet. Sea Shepherd’s Cove Guardians in March ended their campaign in Taiji, Japan harassing the locals in this remote village.

Now they are on the Columbia River in the USA on the Oregon and Washington border harassing outhouses, the locals, and Native Americans. They do this with the donations from Sea Suckers around the world who continually coughs up money. With this money the cult group engages in reckless and destructive behavior with no regard to cost as they are receiving a continued supply of

On the Columbia River between the states of Washington, and Oregon there are a series of dams. The first dam before reaching the ocean is the Bonneville Dam. There are water steps at this dam for the salmon to swim up to mate / spawn further upriver.

At the bottom of the dam by the steps sea lions have arrived to eat the salmon. These sea lions are causing a problem in the salmon reproduction cycle and harming the livelihood of the Native Americans further upriver.

The United States government, the states of Oregon, Washington, and a Federal Court of authorized, and approved the eliminating a certain amount of sea lions at the dam’s location. Meaning it is legal to hunt these sea lions.

Sea Shepherd Dam Guardians and the outhouse attack

Sea Shepherd in an attempt to stop the eliminating of sea lions has initiated a campaign titled “Dam Guardians.” They are asking volunteers to protest, and document this sea lion hunt. Basically they are trying to harm the livelihood and food supply to the Native Americans along the river.

Sea Shepherd drones claim the Bonneville Dam on the Columbia River has caused more harm to the salmon than the sea lions. They claim the dam should not be there. The Dam Guardians are divided into two groups: One group is housed in that odor emitting ramming crashed RV, while the second group is housed in the comfort of two palatial suites. They only emerge from the warmth of these two suites when photo / video opportunities arise.

The hypocrisy here is those two palatial suites are heat by the electricity generated from the Bonneville Dam on the Columbia River they claim should not be there and is causing harm. Power supplied from the Bonneville Power Administration – BPA.

The Dam Guardians have also photographed themselves standing at the water’s edge with their arms crossed is self-righteous indignation just as their counterparts did in Taiji, Japan.

A recent video posted on this channel defending the right of people in Japan, both politicians and average citizens being able to visit the Yasukuni Shrine without shrill criticism from abroad. The video soon became the object of extreme hate and criticism. Causing the poster of the video (me) to rethink my thoughts on the Yasukuni Shrine.

After considerable self inflection I realized when I return to Japan later this year I will once again visit and pray at the Yasukuni Shrine. I find the belly aching about this Shrine to be rooted in pure outdated hate in which I do not intend to participate it.

To the left of the Yasukuni Shrine are two smaller shrines. One of which house the names of some American soldiers. So should I ignore the Yasukuni Shrine and grounds causing me to ignore my fellow Americans? In the USA, Arlington National Cemetery the resting place for Union soldiers (the North) from the American Civil War. In this same cemetery is a monument to the Confederate soldiers (the South, those who fought against those very Union soldiers interned in the same cemetery). Where are the complaints?

Across the river from Arlington National Cemetery is the Vietnam War Memorial Wall. Inscribed on this solemn wall are the names of those Americans who died during the Vietnam War. According to the commies in Vietnam, the current government of Vietnam, the Americans during that war committed numerous atrocities and war crimes. How come the commies in Vietnam have been silent about the Vietnam War Memorial Wall in Washington, DC?

The Yasukuni Shinto shrine is dedicated to the soldiers and others who died on behalf of Japan, registering near two and a half million names enshrined. A visit to this shrine by foreigners and notable Japanese brings with it scathing criticism from some neighboring nations. Their complaint is out of the two and a half million spirits honored at the Yasukuni Shrine; around one thousand were convicted as war criminals by the International Military Tribunal for the Far East (IMTFE or known as Tokyo Trails or Tokyo War Crimes Tribunal). Should be noted the legitimacy of tribunal is in question by many.

The commies in China object because they are commies and that is what commies do, very simplistic. South Korean constant moaning over this issue is interesting. South Korean and Japan share similar security issues in reference to red-China and North Korea, yet the South Koreans allow this issue to widen the distance between Tokyo and Seoul.

The gray wolves in the USA are currently listed as an endangered species by the federal government. The United States Department of Interior is considering lifted the wolves from that list, allowing individual states in the lower 48 to make that determination.

An article from The Associated Press – AP, appearing in the April 27, 2013 issue of The Dallas Morning News is riddled with political correctness seeming to side with the animal rights and their hallucinations.

In the article it reads in reference to wolves attacking livestock, “…..whose stock at times become prey for hungry wolf packs.” “At times become prey?” We are to believe occasionally livestock fall victim to wolves and that is why ranchers want to reduce the wolves’ population. Further in the article the AP list the diet of the gray wolf, and list: Elk, moose, deer, caribou, smaller mammals: scavenger.

Notice dogs, goats, cows, pigs, and chickens were left off the diet list. That is political correctness attempting to cleanse the dietary habits of wolves that include the livestock of farmers and ranchers. Proving these animal rights and environmentalist are in essences anti-capitalist, and to some degree anti-human.

Sea Shepherd drones claim the Bonneville Dam on the Columbia River has caused more harm to the salmon than the sea lions. They claim the dam should not be there. The Dam Guardians are divided into two groups: One group is housed in that odor emitting RV, while the second group is housed in the comfort of two palatial suites. They only emerge from the warmth of these two suites with photo / video opportunities arise.

The Dam Guardians have also photographed themselves standing at the water’s edge with their arms crossed is self-righteous indignation just as their counterparts did in Taiji, Japan.

Republican Governor Rick Perry of Texas recently attended a news conference in the wake of the tragedy in town of West, Texas.

The shirt Governor Perry was wearing during the news conference was notable. Embroidered above the left pocket was a lone star, a canon barrel, and the words “come and take it.”

“Come and take it” is part of Texas history. The canon was in Gonzales, Texas when Mexican troops tried to retrieve it. The Texas of the town pointed to the canon and told the Mexican troops “come and take it.”

Discounting the one-thousand, what about the other over two million spirits? What about those who died during World War One when Japan was part of the Allied front (a U.S.A. ally)?

From 1930 through 1943 around eight hundred thousand Koreans applied to join the Japanese Imperial Army. Out of that number only around seventeen thousand were accepted. Could this mass rejection be the cause of current day objections towards Japan? Does this analysis read to be a bit of a stretch if not outright unreasonable? Meaning no need to clear out videos on the card as when it is filled, the camera starts taping over the oldest one. The microSD card used in this video is 12GB which holds around two hours of videos before it starts to loop over older videos.

Lawyers, liberals, the news media, and Hollywood will then portray terrorist Dzhokhar Tsarnaev to be the victim here. They will argue he was an all American boy exploited by his older brother who found it difficult to assimilate. Never mind the fact his older brother Tamerlan Tsarnaev wanted to represent the United States in the Olympics.

Liberals and lawyers will illustrate how unfortunate Dzhokhar is young, confused, torn between what was right and family loyalty, and throw in the cultural aspect. The cultural aspect will be illustrated and demanded Americans accept and excuse.

This young man will be granted television interviews to soften his image. The media and Hollywood will shed tears over his earlier childhood travels to escape the horrors of his war-torn homeland Chechnya.

Oklahoma City bombing terrorist Timothy McVeigh was executed six years after his crime was committed. We can expect between now and 2019 (six years from now) Dzhokhar will still be among the living enjoying a celebrity lifestyle either in the USA or Chechnya.

The trial of Philadelphia doctor, Kermit Gosnell who operated an abortion clinic is virtually being ignored by the news media in the USA. Kermit Gosnell is accused of murdering several babies after birth. It was reported he specialized in late-term abortions and if an aborted baby was born live, he or his staff would then murder the baby outside the womb.

Authorities discovered his shop of horrors only by accident. The authorities visited his clinic to investigate an allegation he wrote excessive prescriptions for oxycontin. That is when they discovered the gruesome evidence of the murdered babies. Such as baby feet and other parts in jars.

The American news media is ignoring this trail because it would shed a negative story on abortions and infanticide. The news media is invested in political correctness and protecting abortions. If all these babies were murdered by an automatic rifle it would be front page news for days.
