THINGS WEREN'T THE SAME BEFORE

2015-05-31T14:52:00.000+08:00

We'll never knew how a person could have drastic changes between starting as friend, courting, and became couples.

People stop doing things when they are comfortable with each other. From being sweet at the beginning and slowly it faded became nothing else to talk about. Worst still became friends and courting half way and stop the sweetness. Is there even a need to continue such way?

Does that kind of relationship still need to continue? If that courtship period could not go on, how could the being couple relationship go on further?

Sad thing is that, people doesn't keep the sweetness and thoughtfulness to maintain the beautiful relationship they first thought it was important. It turns sour when, in between the relationship started to have big differences between the beginning till middle of the courtship.

(E.g from being so attracted to each other to none, from I will wait for you to sleep to say goodbye till go to sleep without saying goodnight anymore, from I woke up saying good morning till not saying at all, from calling sweet names till lazy to call, from sharing everyday till nothing to share, from couldn't stop talking to each other eventhough playing games or watching show till no replies and being ignored, from informing earlier on the scheduled till no inform at all, from replying as fast as lightning till slow reply or even no reply at all). How sad? It's sad case.

From the courtship you will need to check out on them few months to see if that person that is courting you is sincere enough to want you.

Regretted myself to have given chances too much earlier for guys who aren't supposed to be given chances to. They were Yea as usual to be that good, thoughtful and sweet just 1-2 months and then they got bored probably and started to forget what they even said and promised along the courtship. Taking me for granted that I will always be there when you find me?

If I were to feel differences compared to the beginning, there's when I will of course not be myself too.

Learnt to love and protect myself from a no sincerity courtship.... ☺

[DAY 2: ESCAPE TO KUCHING, SARAWAK]

2015-03-08T18:21:00.000+08:00

WO JIA LODGE -- BAKO NATIONAL PARK -- TEMPLE -- WO JIA LODGE -- JALAN PADUNGAN

Left room about 7.30 a.m., passed by the foodcourt at Carpenter's street. Went to try out this kueh chap.

~ Kueh Chap, RM 6.00 ~

Cooked by a middle age lady. I don't think is that special as there's nothing much but cost RM 6.00.

Check out the one below later which is tastier and more things inside.

~ Pork Porridge, RM 3.50 ~

~ Old Courthouse ~

Has converted into a western restaurant, but was a little run down as attractive from the exterior but not the interior.

Finally, it's time to travel to the jetty.

Bako National Park.

Bako is a unique place where nature combined with spectacular landscape of steep coastline cliffs and eroded rock formation.

~ The jetty, becareful of crocodile ~

~ On the way by speedboat ~

~ Reach, it takes about 30 minutes ~

~ Entrance from the Bako lobby ~

~ The Jungle trail tracks ~
Image from: Bako National Park

~ The wild boar roaming around the chalets ~

~ Special dragonfly ~

~ Different kind of pandan leaf ~

~ Pathway to start the trail ~

On the way along the tracks, you can see natural scenery, habitats, plant life and wildlife.

~ Uncle Billy is showing us where are the Proboscis Monkey ~

~ Other than that, hitting the tree hard and loud also another way of S.O.S, because the sound is loud and clear from far ~

~ Swarm area ~

~ Small stream for the fishes, tortoise and soft-shell turtle (Family of Trionychidae) ~

~ Proboscis Monkey ~

~ They are taking their afternoon nap ~

~ Flying Lemur ~

~ Red Dragonfly ~

~ The small restaurant for our lunch ~

Food wasn't that good, but just to make sure our stomach has something so we just ate a little since it's covered in the tour fees.

~ Continue another side of the trail ~

~ Able to find Hermit Crab around here (but difficult to find) ~

~ Also able to find a lot of Fiddle Crab ~

The crab which has only 1 side with large claw (Male),

claw with both same sizes (female)

~ Looking at it, it's scary ~

~ We are going to climb thatttttt ~

~ Finally reached the other side of the mountain - Telok Paku Beach ~

~ The Beach scenery ~

~ Little shells ~

~ The sea is so rough, kinda scary ~

~ The Sea Stack, signature Icon in Bako ~

~ Different angles create different images ~

It depends on you imaginative imagination to derive what does this stack portrays

** If you feel like tracking the jungle, appreciate the nature as well as looking out for strange things in the jungle, you seriously need an experienced guide to show you around.

Or else you gonna missed a lot of things that you wouldn't know or thought off if you track alone.

Next, very kind of Uncle Billy to give extra service to us to this Temple.

~ Muara Tebas Temple ~

~ Such amazing scenery from the top ~

After finishing the trail, went back to Kuching City for food.

~ Small: RM 6.00, Big: RM 7.00 ~

~ The Carpenter Street ~

This is nice, only opens in the evening (cooked by a man).

This is to separate the North Kuching and South Kuching.

Uncle Billy said North Kuching are more to Malays while the South Kuching is more to Chinese.

The below restaurant is the so called famous kolok mee descendent.

Wasn't able to taste as it closes early.

Shops in Kuching closes at about 6p.m. plus.

~ Kolok Mee (Chinese style), RM 3.00 ~

The Chinese one is better than the Malay Kolok Mee.

~ The 9 Cats in the night ~

Whole day tracking is seriously tiring. Ouchhh.. Finally is time to get some rest before another tracking the next day.

[DAY 1: ESCAPE TO KUCHING, SARAWAK]

2015-03-07T17:51:00.000+08:00

Date: 7 - 9 March 2015

SENAI AIRPORT -- KUCHING AIRPORT -- WO JIA LODGE -- CARPENTER STREET -- BISHOPGATE STREET -- ALL MUSEUMS -- TRIO'S BOUTIQUE -- KUAH

Such an early morning to catch a flight to Kuching.

Didn't expect to be that early, as left to friend's to decide to buy the tics.

~ Sleepy face ~

While waiting for my friend to reach the airport.

Journey took about 1-hour plus to reach Kuching Airport.

Thought of taking a bus to Waterfront which is where the guesthouse situated.

NO bus services at the airport to anywhere in Kuching. Even asked the customer service person. She said there isn't any bus to take from the airport, the only public transportation would be CAB.

Well, in that case, we had no choice but to take CAB which cost RM26 to our guesthouse - WO JIA LODGE.

~ Our Guesthouse, NO private washrooms available ~

~ NO Parking facilities ~

For more info please visit: Wo Jia Lodge Official Website

~ Actually is just side by side with Kuching Waterfront Lodge ~

Anyway, if you think it is just sleeping then probably you could choose this guesthouse, but for relaxing I don't think this is a good catch.

~ Along the walkway, the board is a little small ~

Went up, however, check-in time is at 2p.m., so we are very early because we reached Kuching about 10.30a.m.

~ Nyan Shin Cafe, Carpenter's Street ~

Address: 24, Carpenter Street, 93000 Kuching, Sarawak.

GPS Coordinate：N 1∘33.493' E 110∘20.760'

It looks dark because I took in the night, hahaha. Forgotten to snap in the morning

~ Lemon Tee ~

~ The chilies they provided, can't satisfy me. LOLzz ~

~ Chilies with vinegar ~

~ Hakka Mee, RM 4.00 ~

After food, is time to start walking.

First stop we went to the shopping mall (Plaza Merdeka), just opposite the post office (one of the oldest structure in Sarawak).

Then while we walk out from the mall, we saw the textile museum just at the side of the mall. No worries, all museums in Kuching are free.

But on the way out, if you would want to donate some, you can. There'll be a box at the entrance or exit for you to donate any amount of money at your convenience.

~ Textile Museum ~

For more info please visit: Textile Museum Official Website

~ The Old General Post Office Building ~

~ 9 Cats represents 9 ethnic groups in Sarawak ~

~ Near Jalan Padungan ~

~ Chinese Museum ~

For more info please visit: Chinese Museum Official Website

This is a private chinese Museum opened by all the Chinese Associations in Kuching.

After checking out the museums, finally it's time to care out tummy.

Back to Carpenter Street for the famous food.

~ Food court here but it's with the opera stage at the back. Front is the Chinese temple ~

~ Nescafe ~

~ Sarawak Laksa, RM 6.00 (small), RM 7.00 (special = big) ~

~ Pork Satay, RM 0.60 per stick ~

After food, we went to Ooo Haa Tours & Travel to join their tour to the national park.

After negotiating, we then went to Satok Night market which is now shifted to Kubah Ria in Petra Jaya (No more in Satok).

You'll need to get a cab to go there (RM 20, fixed rate).

~ Kubah Ria, Petra Jaya ~

Find it very weird that all the stalls have their own boss's name and the things they sell.

It's easier for the people to search the stalls.

Nothing really special at this night market. Said as night market, but opens on Saturday evening and closes on Sunday afternoon.

Be there at the right time aite!

~ Such big Coconut, RM 3.50 ~

~ Fried Kuey Teow, RM 5.00 ~

~ Weird because added sausage and chicken ~

~ Kolok Mee - Malay Style, RM 4.00 ~

After food, since there isn't anymore things to shop, we went back to Waterfront and went to Trio's boutique for gelato.

From Kubah Ria is kinda difficult to get a cab when you are not lucky where there's no cab waiting there. If you plan to be there few hours probably you will need to get the cab driver's hp who sent you over there just in case.

~ Gelato, RM 16.00 (2 Scoops) ~

~ Vanilla Chocolate Chip and Salted Gula Melaka ~

Address: 7, Jalan Main Bazaar, 93000 Kuching, Sarawak

Official Website: Trio's Boutique (The Ranee)

~ Few shops after Wo Jia Lodge ~

And finally it's time to go back to the room to have my rest before using my full energy the next day.....

Some of them are very fierce so do not mess with them.

Anyway, do not worry, there's uncle over there to explain about their histories, It'll not be boring.

You actually bring back extra knowledge from this farm.

Not every shops opened, concept is something like KLCC.

Not really that bad. Almost all are high-end kind of shops.

Food was awesome!

Next round party and relaxing time at Puteri Harbour.

~ Skybar, Traders Hotel ~

~ Strawberry ~

~ Royal Oporto Tawany Wine ~

Time: 12 p.m - 6.00 p.m.

Venue: Subang SS15 -- Setia Alam, Shah Alam -- Publika, Mont Kiara

Met niece and we went round Selangor since we're too free.

Didn't know where to go till she told me the new mall in Setia Alam. Without hesitation we went there straight.

Since it's very new so the place is still consider very clean and well maintained.

There's even garden outside the mall which you can view the fountain facing the mall's main door.

Totally awesome.

After finished walking around the mall, the next stopping is to Publika for some dessert to pamper my tummy.

Wanted to go to Semenyih to experience the beautiful paddy field, but it was kinda far and there isn't much time left till sun set.

~Namoo Cafe, Korean~

Wanted to try the recommended cake from the house, but there wasn't any when we reached.

Then they recommended the cake below which is definitely very sweet. Just can't stand the sweetness and it was terrible.

Well, particularly is not what I wanted so probably you would think differently.

~ Mousse chocolate cake ~

~ Cafe Latte ~

This even don't taste good too. Just so-so.

~ Red Bean Latte ~

I can't accept the red bean mix with latte taste. It's really weird.

I wouldn't really recommend you to come to this cafe as it seriously nothing special, desserts and coffee weren't really good though.

Prices are still about the same as other cafe, so probably you might want to consider going to other cafe if you happen to drop by in Publika as there are various of other cafes around that you can choose.

~ Seriously packed and crowded ~

Most of the people wearing Habook. Such fascinating event.

~ As a souvenir ~

~ This is expensive, but sorry forgotten the price :) ~

~ Actually it's just biscuits ~

Overall it was full, just that because of the rain made the event quite dirty and difficult to walk from 1 point to another.

Enlighten me the Japanese culture as they are performances wearing their traditional clothing, instruments as well as dances.

After work we went to relax for coffee.

Finding more and more lovely environment cafes, nice coffee and desserts to enjoy.

~ Time for coffee ~

The Brew Orchestra, place is nice and cosy.

Boss is a korean :)

~ Drinks ~

From the Milk column, you can see there are a list of coffee with milk.

The highest coffee in the list has the strongest espresso.

~ Food ~

There are cakes, but they are not in the menu.

There is a place (a crystal box) where they place the cake inside and the waitress or waiter would come over to explain what cakes are there.

Magic is what I ordered.

The name sounded special so attracts me.

This coffee eventhough there's milk but espresso taste is very much stronger.

Among all the cakes above, I love the Matcha Tiramisu the best (without alcohol).

Thanks boss for the treat.

~ Aussie Stew Beef Steak (RM 22.50) ~

The food was really nice. You must try.

But if you think a lot of black pepper is too spicy, then probably you shouldn't try.

~ Flat White - Large (RM 7.80)~

This flat white not really that nice.

Ryan said flat white wasn't supposed to be a lot of foam, but this was a lot foam (must has problem :p).

~ Our Picture ~

Currently only us as there are another 2 still haven't finish their work.

But joining later on.
