A Happy Ending of Korean Drama Pinocchio

Pinocchio is one of the best Korean series that I recommend for all of you guys out there. Every unpredictable, gives me thrills and a lot to learn how hard the reporter life is.

What really makes me happy is the happy ending of the story of Choi In ha(Park Shin Hye) and Ki Ha Myung(Lee Jong Suk), they end up having a wedding after all the difficult and hard time they suffered from the issues that they encountered in their lives as reporters.

Seo Bum Jo(Kim Young Kwang) applied as reporter again in MSC News after losing all his family's riches due to her mother's confession to the police for her dirty doings just to become rich and popular.

Yoon Yoo Rae(Lee Yoo Bi) became one of the nosy and stubborn reporter in YGN News and still doubtful and don't know that YGN captain have feelings for her.

I really want to see more of this kind of korean dramas this coming 2015. Good storyline and actors.

The romantic-fantasy KBS2 drama “High School – Love On” premiered on July 11 starring Nam Woo Hyun, Kim Sae Ron and Lee Sung Yeol. The drama revolves around the life of high school students who go through maturity and different stages of love. The story is not like any other common high school story. One of the angels comes down and becomes a human to save one high school student.

High School Love On airs during Fridays only.

I definitely recommend this Korean drama to the teens out there and to all people who loves to be in love or to feel kilig again. I really like the main actress here "Kim Sae Ron" she's so cute and her role here as an angel is so very realistic with her cute & adorable image. I can't wait to watch the episode 2 of the drama.

Dylan Sprayberry joins ‘Teen Wolf’ season 4 as Liam

The recent episode of Teen Wolf Season 4 entitled "Muted" was unpredictably amazing and romantic. Aside from the romantic scenes of Scott & Kira with the kiss at the Beacon Hills High School stairs and Stiles and Malia's kiss while studying Math subject, there comes Dylan Sprayberry who's the new cast of Teen Wolf in the role of the recently announced Liam.

Our main question at this point is what kind of impact could his character have on our heroes next season, and if he’ll end up becoming a supernatural entity himself!

Surprisingly, I love this recent episode (S04E03). The new characters were introduced and they are back on the lacrosse field :)

Delta Discovery Park

One of our itineraries for my latest vacation at Butuan City last January, 2014 was to try the longest zipline in Asia in Delta Discovery Park at Brgy. Bonbon, Libertad, Butuan City.

Seeing from the bottom to the top view, woah, that was so scary because the ride is 1.3km long and it takes almost 2 minutes. But still I decided to try to do it. Actually, we were 6 on the team composed with 4 girls(Dianne, Donna, Richel and me) and 2 boys(John Joven and Antonio) and amazingly the 4 girls only who were decided to try the zip line. I don't know with John Joven and Antonio maybe they were scared :D (joke)!

Before ziplining we had first our mentoring session with the zipline staffs. They told us what are the do's and don'ts during ziplining. Of course, you need to pay attention, it is for your safety anyways.

So what I really like most aside from this is the longest zipline in Asia is that it was not scary at all, at first maybe but when your are halfway through the zip line it'll slow down to the speed of the cable car for you to be able to view the beautiful city of Butuan. And I'm happy to say that I wanted to try it again and that was another successful activity I achieved.

Badminton Play Date at Naga City Plaza

I just got home from playing badminton with my brother and his friends at Naga City plaza. What I really liked most of Naga City, Cebu because of unlimited and free use of their badminton courts for badminton enthusiasts. Of course not only they allow people to use badminton courts for free but they have tennis, basketball courts and an open field for sports minded people to hang out with their family and friends. I hope we have that in Talisay City too someday.

Actually, the fare is cheap since we are from Talisay City, it costs P42.00 only back and forth rides.

So to all badminton addicts there who are looking for free of use of badminton courts you can go there anytime you want. Sorry, I forgot when they will open and close but I think from around 8am-10pm.

La Vie Parisienne

Last weekend, I had a great night with my friends at La Vie Parisienne at Lahug, Cebu City. La Vie Parisienne, a French bakery and wine library. The place is so beautiful, comfy and very amazing because of its artificial cherry blossoms.

A year ago when I was still working in IT Park I always had a plan to go there because every time I passed on that place on my way to work, the pink blossoms mesmerizes me. I really love the glittering lights and the design of the place which really gives you a touch of Asian - cherry blossoms garden. Actually, I really thought that this place is for rich people only because aside from the very difficult pronunciation of its name since it is French, the place is somewhat for elite and famous people because of the very classy and elegant ambiance. Though French breads are new to me but I like it so much especially the croissant and the very cheap poulard cookies.

The La Vie Parisienne wine library is so cool too with the different and countless kinds of wine. So many choices of wine to order but the real problem is that we are not familiar with wines. So we asked the staff there if what is their best seller wine with low % of alcohol. We're actually not into wine thing but at least we have tried to drink one. Achieved!

There is also pizza stand in the same spot and it's called World Pizza with the 80 kinds of pizza around the world which craves you for more other than the pastries. So we ordered the Reunion pizza with tomato sauce and with sausage and spices because it was actually a reunion day with our friends from Butuan City, Shane and Van who came here in Cebu because they have some very important thing to do here.

I suggest that its better to go there during day time so that you have good quality of pictures when you are into photography and you will really see the whole beauty of the place.

This is one of our itineraries during my Butuan-Surigao trip last January. 2014. I highly recommend this place when you are looking for cheap food house to dine in. Their cheapest viand is the small and so cute barbecue which costs only P3.00 so I ordered 5 of it. They have this non-fat chorizo which made us laugh because of its name, we thought that there's only low fat chorizo. I so loved that dinner because I spent only P27.00 and I was very full already.

By the way, Eat Avenue is located at J. Rosales St., Butuan City. Fyi, this food house transforms into car wash during the day.

I watched the movie The Fault In Our Stars, based on the best selling novel of John Green yesterday together with my brother Ed Stephen at Ayala, Cebu. I was very excited about it since I finished reading the novel last month. I was hoping that it will bring me tears while watching it. And yes, I was right, I cried because of the ending part, so sad and horrible, so you should watch it. I was emotionally unstable up until now. I think that was the saddest epic love story I have seen. I hope there will be a second book and it will give a happy ending.

The Voice Kids Philippines Premiere Season 1

I was really excited last weekend because of the premier of The Voice Kids Philippines in ABS-CBN. This is actually the first season of the reality singing competition for kids. Lea Salonga, Sarah Geronimo, and Bamboo Mañalac are the coaches of the show. They were also the coaches of the adult version where Mitoy got the first place of The Voice PH.

The show is hosted by Luis Manzano, along with Alex Gonzaga, who's still in the house of big brother for the reality show Pinoy Big Brother All In as the show's backstage host. The show aired last weekend, May 2014 where amazing kids were heard on their blind auditions.

What mesmerized me was the blind audition of Lyca Gairanod, she's 9 years old from Cavite and a daughter merchant parents. I really loved her powerful rendition of the Aegis song "Halik" which also amazed by not the coaches and even the viewers.

Sarah Geronimo did mentioned on the show after turned her seat for Lyca that they were match made in heaven and even throw this line "Bigay na bigay yung puso mo sa pagpe-perform, tsaka dun sa kanta kaya ako umikot para sa'yo."

I was also captivated by Zack's rendition of "Sunday Morning" by Maroon 5. His performance was so good that even Bamboo went to the stage and sung one of the lines of the song. What so cool with Zack's performance was he was playing the guitar while singing and that voice of him was so calm and you might fall in love with the kid.

Wat Ever Family KTV Butuan

KTV, super loved it! Extremely one of my stress relievers and hobbies. It's my favorite pastime too. In Wat Ever Family KTV-Butuan was exactly our first hangout in Butuan City when we arrived there last January 31, 2014. Who have thought that there's Wat Ever KTV in Butuan. So we're dumbfounded and excited especially Dianne, who's my best buddy when it comes to singing. You don't really know guys how I and Dianne we're so good in singing :D (lol joke!).

I really find the place so creative and the rooms we're clean. Inside the ktv room, it sounded like someone's having a concert, a live concert. I love the way how they designed each room and how they put the awesome sound system and the dancing lights. Each room also is fully air-conditioned. What so cool about Watever is that they have new songs, current songs that you have heard from your radio and new artists.

Sorry, I forgot the quirky names of each room in Wat Ever Butuan. They don't have the same room names in Cebu, where there are "Wen Ever", "Wer Ever" and such.

Barbecue Madness at Cordova Home Village

Last Saturday, May 17, 2014, I had a great time with my friends where we spent our weekend at Cordova Home Village Resort. After not seeing my closest friends Dianne and JJ for a month, I really missed them both so we have decided to go on swimming and eat out. I really wanted to see Rueno, the businessman and also Ate Lady, my former workmate together with her son Dwayne. Well actually, we have been planning to go to Cordova Home Village since last year but we're not able to go because of busy schedules of our other friends. So, I was happy that last week we're able to bond again and really pushed the plan to go to CHV.

I loved it when there's eat all you can to all of our hangouts. I'm really super greedy (matakaw) when it comes to food. What I really liked most at CHV aside from the eat all you can is the pool. Woah, I enjoyed swimming :) and we had fun a lot especially when we took groupie videos and photos underwater using Dianne's GoPro camera. We also roamed around CHV which I find it very exciting after seeing those cute big Disney characters and animals and we even took pictures of each one. I highly recommend this place for summer getaway, parties, reunions and other big events to celebrate.

There are so many things you can also do on Cordova Home Village aside from swimming and eating. You can take advantage of listening to a live band. What I also liked about that adventure was I had time also to listen to the group of female singers or the band where I find their music very relaxing and comforting. You can also have an unlimited time of taking photos to the beautiful view of the resort especially the captivating and attractive designs of rooms. I was really fascinated by the designs of the rooms because it looks like that you are from other country.

P35.00 - vhire - from Ayala(since we decided to meetup there) to a jeepney stop(ask driver to where to stop so that you can ride jeepney for Cordova) where you can ride a jeepney to Cordova

Here are some of the tips I would recommend for you:

1. Call in for reservation of table.

2. It's better to go there early so that you can take nice pictures during the day. The barbecue madness starts at 5pm but you can absolutely starts swimming around 2pm.

3. Since 5pm the eat all you can will start better reserve more food for dinner that means get more food and barbecue while the buffet still open because that will end at exactly 8pm.

4. Don't leave your things unattended.

Spending Time at Cafe Noriter after Cancelled Flight

What a sad day it was, January 10, 2014 after a cancelled flight with my friends for our Butuan-Surigao escapade. Therefore, we just spent the rest of the day at Cafe Noriter for a replanning of our iterinary for Butuan-Surigao trip. You know what I was so excited at that time because that will be my first time to ride a plane. Though, I'm not alone also my friend JJ that will be his first time too. Unfortunately, the flight was cancelled due to bad weather in Butuan. The eye of the typhoon Agaton was in the Caraga region. So sadly we need to reschedule our vacation. And with regards to that, we decided to go to Cafe Noriter for re-planning our itinerary.

Cafe Noriter!

This was my friend Dianne's idea to hangout in Cafe Noriter from the airport. As we arrived, I was really fascinated by the ambiance, the place looks very comfortable and I so loved it because of the Korean culture touch. I highly recommend it for a place of relaxation and chit chats with your family, friends and workmates. This very much likely for coffee drinkers. I really like that they have cushions, big stuffed toys, cute hairdos and eye glasses.

Why Noriter? Simply because it is now one of the new hangouts for students and friends and it is located at the heart of Cebu. Noriter is a Korean word for playground. So very Korean that it has Kpop magazines, it is a wifi area where you can take photos and upload it on your SNS(social network services) and the Post It notes where you can post anywhere you like with your dedication.

Follow Rules:

Of course, every cafe has its own rules to obey. You can actually stay 3 hours during weekdays and 2 hours during weekends. You are advised to re-order for extension of stay.

Hello readers, I'm back! This will be my first post this year. Sorry for not updating my blog recently because of very much important family emergencies, struggles and still giving myself a time to grieve and trying to moved on from my sister's death. (ouch! I really miss her so much!) Anyways, this post today was a dinner date with my friends and her siblings that happened last February after my vacation in Butuan-Surigao. This was a remarkable supper in Bucket Shrimps.

This was actually my friend Dianne's idea to dine-out at Bucket Shrimps since we really love to eat seafoods especially our favorite shrimps. And when she let me saw the resto's pics it was so inviting and made me salivate.. lol.. That picture of a bucket of delicious shrimps really wanted me to go there asap and made me crave for that.(Omg! now I'm craving more of it.)

So, how to get there!

Bucket Shrimps, a new restaurant in Cebu is located at Gov. A. Climaco (ORCHIDS) Street, Jones, Cebu City, near Capitol. It is across S.T.K. Ta Bai! (Sugba, Tuwa, Kilaw) restaurant which is also a famous seafood restaurant.

Actually all food is served in buckets. Since we're 6, we ordered 2 buckets of shrimps, the cajun sauce and gata, 3 buckets of rice, 2 buckets of chicken wings and 1 1.5liter of Coke. That was really a sumptuous dinner, the fact that we're eating by hand.

I was fascinated by the ambiance because of the open air accommodation and the fans with full speed really made me comfortable. Everything was simple especially the menu in the center table, plastic wraps as plate, paper bib with the Bucket Shrimps written on it and the plastic gloves to use in eating.

I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. It is a good seating for a meal together with your family members, friends and workmates. Aside from different sea-foods they also serve beers and soft drinks.

Why Introduction to Love? Well, I think you have seen already the korean drama series "When A Man Falls in Love" in ABS-CBN telebabad, that's the OST of the drama.

It was sung by Baek Ah Yeon, the kpop star finalist. The song is catchy and has good melody sounds like it really makes you cry especially when you experience broken heart. lol... Anyways, I really love that song it reminds me my high school days when I was so much in love (of course, in love of study.. I'm super very studious at my high school life hahaha.. ). It's a korean song of course about love, since it's romanticized in Korean therefore, I can't understand.but when I heard that song it really makes me understand when you were going through such hard time in love. Speaking of in love, I hope I can be in love this year to someone special. (laugh) Valentine's day is nearly approaching, hmmm.. I'm sad I don't have a date. I hope there's someone out there to ask me out and begin to introduce me about love. hahaha hoping!

So, let's go back to the main topic Introduction to Love. Since I and my friends are very much Korean drama addicts we decided to do a cover of the song. But unfortunately, only one did it. She's my bestfriend, Meryll Ibut who's also waiting for the right man for her. I hope someday she will find true love. Meryll Fighting! Aja! Airsoft 101

I remember when I was a kid I used to play toy guns with my friends, we shoot cans, firing on tree leaves and even shooting each other. hahaha.. reminiscing those times when I was very naughty and stubborn and always scolded by my parents when I got home :( If only I get back the time, I'll be a good kid, I promise!!

Have you watched The Walking Dead, a terrifying zombie apocalypse American TV series? If not, then you should watch it and be thrilled and terrified with the zombies.. hehehe.. So what's the connection of it with the airsoft which is my post all about? Well, The Walking Dead comes first in my mind when Dianne invited me to play airsoft, a deal she bought at beEconomic site. I imagined shooting on zombies, shooting them non-stop and of course head shot always since that's the way they'll surely be dead. So, I got excited actually.

I, Dianne, JJ, JJ's brother, Roxanne and her friend Kim, we're 6 who played Airsoft Shooting last October 23 at QBC, Cebu City. We really had fun. T'was so extreme adventure for me since I got chills and scared of being shot. I was really afraid to got killed first during the game since I will be out and can't help my team to kill our opponents hahaha.. (kill-kill lng ang peg..) and the hurt I'll get from shots. Sadly, I really got fair bit of pain and a nasty bruise when JJ's brother shot me. So, if happens we will be playing again, I will surely revenge on JJ's brother.. <evil laugh>.. lol

When I just knew that Jang Geun Suk will be the leading male actor in the Beautiful Man, I got excited and what really makes me more excited and happy was that when I knew IU will be his leading lady in the drama. So, I shared the good news to my bestfriend Meryll, who's an avid fan too to the both of them. We're really excited and can't wait to watch it.

First Time To Bowl

I had a great time with my friends, the masters which I prefer to call them since they are web developers last Saturday, Oct. 5. Our plan was about to have a badminton play date at Metrosports, IT Park but unfortunately there was a change of plan because the unlimited play which cost P100 was until 4pm only, beyond that time we need to pay P400/hour.. (oh noh! too expensive) then we arrived there past 2pm already. So, we tried to ask their wall climbing activity since we are there already and we our eager to at least have an activity to call it a day for us four.

Therefore, the brilliant idea comes from Shilloh, first time to meet her, to have a bowling session at Gaisano Country Mall Bowlingplex, an unplanned event. I was really excited at that time since that will be my first time to step on that bowling lane and I was really thinking how to bowl (first time ko kaya! hehehe)..

Omg! At first game I had some embarrassing moments, woah! remembering my faults lol.. because the ball was so heavy so I dropped it. I had many errors too when I can't get the right timing to bowl, so I can't knock over pins which gave me a score of 0. As a trying hard me, I aimed to get the ball as close to the target as possible and with the very much appreciated advices and suggestions of my friends, I bowled 2 strikes (lucky me, as a first timer) but t'was in the second game. So, they called me the most promising and improved player on that day which I guess right.. hehehe (feeling proud lang ang peg!)

Btw, it costed P300 only for 1 hour which doesn't exceed to 6 players.

Discovering Esoy Hot Spring in Catmon, Cebu

Last August 3, 2013 I had full blast experienced on the newly found adventure, Esoy Hot Spring in Catmon, Cebu. I'm with the same college friends again.. they're super active and very much adventurous, Dianne and John Joven and meeting first time with Jill :)

So, this was a really planned event but 1 week in a making of decision if this will be happening or not lol... T'was us planning ahead, but very much close to the date keke.. So, when everything were ready, the foods, the cameras, the outfits and etc. we planned to go. First stop to get there of course to the North Bus Terminal, we decided to go at dawn because on that day the IronMan Triathlon happened too. We arrived at Catmon public market which was very quite at that cold morning after 2 and a half hour of bus transpo, then we rode a single motorcycle commonly called habal-habal in our place to took us to Esoy Hot Spring.
