    In recent weeks, we’ve seen signs that our economy is growing stronger and creating jobs at a faster clip. While numbers and figures will go up and down in the coming months, what cannot waver is our resolve to do everything in our power to keep stoking the fires of the recovery. And the last thing we should do is let Washington stand in the way. You see, at the end of the month, taxes are set to go up on 160 million working Americans. If you’re one of them, then you know better than anyone that the last thing you need right now is a tax hike. But if Congress refuses to act, middle class taxes will go up. It’s that simple. Now, if this sounds familiar, it’s because we’ve been here before. Back in December, Congress faced this exact same predicament. Ultimately, thanks to your voices, they did the right thing – but only after a great deal of bickering and political posturing that put the strength of our economy and the security of middle class families at risk. We can’t go through that again.
[What I'm not telling you:    Here we go again! We going to create enormous amounts of drama over $17.50 in the average Americans' weekly paycheck. For my part, I intend to continue my various 'warfares' right up through the November elections. Oh, by-the-way; that election is a mere 270 days from today, on November 6, 2012.

     Neither major political party really cares about this $17.50. It's nothing more than a 'political football,' to be kicked back-and-forth across the aisles of Congress. Essentially, we're fighting over 8 and 3/4 loaves of store-brand Italian bread; 4 and 1/2 pounds of hamburger; 4 and 1/2 gallons of gasoline; less than two trips around your lawn by the neighborhood kid and his-or-her lawnmower!! As he did with the 'General' Holder-sanctioned Brian Terry and Jaime Zapata murders, the George Soros media and political manipulation 'machine' is developing plans as we speak, to force Speaker John Boehner to weep before the cameras, then back down on this class-warfare issue. You might remember the last time: Soros forced Speaker Boehner to back pedal on Rep Darrelll Issa's insistance that 'General' Holder be charged with perjury for his knowledge and participation in the "Fast'n'Furious" scandal; vast amounts of evidence and testimony notwithstanding!!]
Congress needs to stop this middle class tax hike from happening. Period. No drama. No delay. And no ideological side issues that have nothing to do with this tax cut. Now is not the time for self-inflicted wounds to our recovery. Now is the time for common-sense action. And this tax cut is common-sense. If you’re a family making about $50,000 a year, this tax cut amounts to about $1,000 a year. That’s about $40 in every paycheck. I know there are some folks in this town who think $40 isn’t a lot of money. But to a student or a senior who’s trying to stretch the budget a little bit further? To a parent who’s filling up the tank and looking at rising gas prices? To them, $40 can make all the difference in the world. And so can your voice. I hope you’ll pick up the phone, send a tweet, write an email, and tell your representative that they should get this done before it gets too late. Tell them not to play politics again by linking this debate to unrelated issues. Tell them not to manufacture another needless standoff or crisis. Tell them not to stand in the way of the recovery. Tell them to just do their job. That’s what our middle class needs. That’s what our country needs. In the wake of the worst economic crisis of our lifetimes, we’re getting things going again. And we’re going to keep at it until everyone shares in America’s comeback.
[What I'm not telling you:  Notice how we just 'picked' the annual wage of $50,000?!? That number is purely policitcal in that it makes the potential 'tax-hike' appear much larger than the amount that really affects the majority of American wage earners.  2007 statistics are the most recent available to the general public. Those statistics--from the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development--reveal that the United States' median income is $31,111--a far cry from the $50,000 I read from the teleprompter!! When actual numbers are considered, the tax benefits are reduced from $40 per paycheck ($20 per week!!) to a far more relevant amount of LESS THAN $12.00 per week!! It's all about class warfare; about economic warfare.
    As I urge the public to contact their representatives in support of this tax scam, the public might consider that tax obligations are far from the most immediate peril to their paycheck; FEDERAL SPENDING IS!! The informative 'U.S. Debt Clock" (http://www.usdebtclock.org/) indicates that currently, there are approximately 140,979,180 'souls' in the American workforce. My 2012 budget proposal suggests that I MIGHT BE HELD TO deficit spending of $901 BILLION.... Whoop-tee-doo!!!
For the ease of computation, let's assume that all nearly 141 MILLION workers are median wage earners, earning the aforementioned $31,111; that there are 2,080 work-hours in the standard work-year; that given the previous assumptions, the median hourly wage is $14.96.
Essentially, that means just this year, the INDIVIDUAL median American worker must work 4,274.5 HOURS!! Does the reader realize that to accomplish this, the median worker will work his standard 2,080 hour work year at the $14.96 hourly rate.  To satisfy just this year's projected annual deficit, each median worker must work an additional 1,463 hours at 'time-and-a-half!!' This will result in a workday--EVERY DAY, five-days-a-week for an entire calendar year--of 13.85 HOURS-PER-DAY!!  AND.... EVERY-DAM'-DOLLAR of said annual earnings would have to be GIVEN to the federal government to satisfy JUST this year's deficit spending!!
    Every year of my dictitorial rule, I'm amazed at the numbers of spineless, whiney-assed, 'go-along, to-get-along' congress-persons who're elected to try to reign me in!! As much as I hate to admit it; the "Tea Party" Movement is on the right track; less spending, smaller government and reduction or elimination of entitlement programs. It'll never gain enough traction to stop me--actually, stop George Soros--from massive 'credit-card' spending; from growing said entitlements as a method of 'voter-base enhancement!']

    "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist"--while having the standard 'policital' degree of Juris Doctor--has got to be the most-hugest 'dum-bass (dumb ass)' of both the twentieth and twenty-first centuries for whom a presidency was purchased!! Remember--on February 4, 2010, while speaking at the National Prayer Breakfast--when the incompetent boob occupying barackingham Palace referred to Christian Brossard as a Navy 'Corpse'-man rather than the 'Core'-man?!? (and he said it TWICE!!)
     The same type of gaffe occurred during "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist's" teleprompter blather yesterday at the Eisenhower Executive Office Building, when he said:
"....with the help of Democratic and Republican attorney generals from nearly every...."
O.K., 'Dum-Bass!!'  The complicit miscreant-morons you referred to are ATTORNEYS-GENERAL, not attorney-generals!! With all of my great, great, great-grandchildren's--as yet, unearned--money you've pissed away in the last three miserable years, can't you withhold some union-bribery money; some donor pay-off money, to hire someone with--at least--a passing acquaintance with the english language?!?

    The words 'trickery; trick, are being redefined by the owe-bama Regime. The 'Funk 'n' Wagnalls' version:

1. An act or procedure intended to achieve an end by deceptive or fraudulent means.
2. A mischievious action; a prank.
3. A stupid, disgraceful, or childish act or performance.

    As his blather opportunity at the Eisenhower Executive Office Building indicated, the "Clown Prince" and his miscreant 'General' Holder are happier-than-a-pig-in-sh*t!!! And of course, he had to parade a group of 'the offended' before the national pamphleteers for effect. As many before me have factually stated--and the "Clown Prince" and many other owe-bamacRATics refuse to acknowledge--this whole residential mortgage travesty began with the "Slick-Willie" Clinton administration. "Slick" and his HUD Secretary--the current New York Governor--Andrew Cuomo pressured both the GSEs and private bankers to issue mortgages to those of marginal qualifications. All presidents since, exacerbated the kerfuffle with the added pressure of their own vote-buying schemes.
    Now with George Soros finally admitting "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist" is no longer the 'shoo-in' for a second term that everyone believed, they've got to do something--ANYTHING--to shore up their voter base. My guess is: privately, George is wondering how he could have picked such a stupid individual to buy a presidency for!! The "Clown Prince" daily proves that advanced education does not indicate advanced intelligence.
    The "Clown Prince" and his minions would have you believe that bankers all across the country looked out their office windows one day, saw some unsuspecting folks walking down the street, ran out to them and individually ordered them into his office. Using the 'presidential version of trickery,' said bankers then cajoled these some-millions of unsuspecting passers-by into signing mortgage papers for some house that's most probably beyond their means. Have you ever known anyone who was dragged--kickin'n'screamin'--into a bank to sign the paperwork for a mortgage they didn't want?!? NEITHER HAVE I!!!

No, NOT The 'Change' Yer Thinkin'
        Speaker of the House, John Boehner is proving to be ever the leader that "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist" is... NOT SO MUCH!! Very much mimicking the owe-bama leadership principles that has led us into a national debt of $15.330 TRILLION among other atrocities, Speaker Boehner has decided to forgive the "Clown Prince," 'General' Holder and the DoSJ their many and malicious lies to Rep Darrell Issa's House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform.
    This whole saga came to light with the untimely and tragic deaths of Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry and--UNARMED--ICE Agent Jaime Zapata; revealing the "Fast and Furious"--high level--coverup. Then--after the "Tea Party" Movement claimed a House majority during the 2010 mid-terms--Rep Issa's committee initiated their on-going investigation into the causes of said MURDERS sanctioned by the owe-bama Regime. The House committee has 'General' Holder and high-level members of his DoSJ dead-to-rights with continual lies and obfuscations to said committee. Speaker Boehner blocked Rep Issa from filing a charge of perjury EVEN AFTER documents proved 'General' Holder was LYING THROUGH HIS TEETH!!
    Here it must be noted that in addition to a charge of perjury, Rep Issa could very well have charged 'General' Eric Holder with two-counts of lesser degree murder, two-counts of conspiracy to commit murder, two counts of accessory after the fact as well as two 'wrongful death' civil suits. This slimy bastard is getting off easy, actually getting off scott-free!!
    There seems to be three possible outcomes to this kerfuffle:
a) Speaker Boehner goes on another weeping spree and continues to "go along to get along!" This pandering-to-the-regime will not set well with 'the masses.'
b) Speaker Boehner grows some balls (hopefully, figuratively!) and joins Representative Issa to hold "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist" and his miscreant appointees to the same standards the taxpayer is held to!
c) Speaker Boehner is replaced. The speakership is an elective position within the House of Representatives, and actively campaigned for by those who think they can handle the duties. There are many capable members of the House, far more conservative than John Boehner!!
I choose option 'C'; leave me a comment with your choice!
I must confess though, most probably option 'A' will be the case!!

"Soros And Company" REALLY Scared!
    Each and every day, more evidence is uncovered, confirming that "Soros and Company" must be privately admitting that a second "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist" term of rule is 'iffy' at best!! Now the news is that military chaplains--of all branches; of all denominations--were ordered NOT to read a letter from the pulpit during last Sunday's services.

    Archbishop Timothy Broglio--Chief, Catholic Chaplains--wrote said letter which stated in part:
"The administration has cast aside the First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States, denying Catholics our Nation's first and most fundamental freedom, that of religious liberty."
"And as a result, unless the rule is overturned, we Catholics will be compelled to choose between violating our consciences or dropping health care coverage for our employees (and suffering penalties for doing so)."
"We cannot--and will not--comply with this unjust law."

    George Soros through "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist" through RINOwe-bamacRATic Army Secretary McHugh through the Office of the Chief of Chaplains of the U.S. Army forbade reading the Archbishop Broglio letter from the pulpit!
Business Insider (dot-com) reported on February Third:
"More than one Catholic chaplain who spoke to us off the record confirmed that many chaplains disobeyed this instruction and read the letter anyway. Others sought instructions from their Archbishops."
    A confidential letter from the Catholic Archdiocese for Military Services to the many military Catholic Chaplains, stated in part:
"The Archdiocese believes that any attempt to keep a chaplain from freely teaching and preaching the Catholic faith, for which you were indorsed, is a violation of the First Amendment of the Constitution. If any of you are in any way punished or slated for punitive action, I ask that you kindly call our Archdiocesan Attorney [Name and phone number] and he will immediately put you in contact with a Religious Freedom Law Firm that will be most willing to take your case free of charge."
From Representative Ann Marie Buerkle (r, NY-25) as quoted in the Syracuse (N.Y.) Post-Standard:
"This issue is not a Catholic Church issue. This is really a war on all religions. If they [the owe-bama Regime] can make this rule on the Catholic Church, all religions should be very concerned about this."

Senator Marco Rubio (r,Fl.) has introduced a bill, the Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 2012 (S.2043; Related: H.R. 3897). Senator Rubio's bill currently (02/07) has 23 co-sponsors, not surprisingly-NO senators from New York!!!!
    The owe-bama Regime's stance on this issue is tantamount to establishing a federal church within the several military branches with "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist" as the titular Imam, or the titular Bishop, or the titular Pope, or.... what ever title he wants; it's THE federal religion!!   Remember: if the 'Ruling Arschloch' can regulate what's said during a military church service, it won't be long until he will regulate the civilian church services as well.

Supreme Court Justices NOT Gods!!
As Ruth "Buzzy"--er, Bader--Ginsburg has just proven during a visit to Egypt, the United States Supreme Court is NOT made up of 'gods' nor are they infallible!! (Well, she DOES look like Ruth Buzzi!!) Mrs Ginsburg travelled to Cairo and Alexandria, Egypt in January to meet with that country's judges, law professsors, legal experts and invited guests to discuss the United States Constitution and the American legal system in general. During her Egyptian visit, Mrs Ginsburg demonstrated distain for the very document she has sworn to uphold, to support and defend.

    Justice Ginsburg made the following statements:
*[The Justice advised her audience:] "....to achieve the goals of this revolution and to continue to strive to create a government of the people, by the people and for the people."
*"....the spirit of liberty has to be in the population, and then in the constitution ....should safeguard basic fundamental human rights, like our First Amendment, the right to speak freely, and to publish freely, without the government as a censor."
    Then Mrs Ginsburg took a 'left turn:'
*"I would not look to the U.S. Constitution, if I were drafting a constitution in the year 2012."
Instead, she pointed toward those countries whose people look to government--as opposed to the Almighty--as the creator of their rights.
*"I might look to the constitution of South Africa. It really is, I think, a great piece of work that was done."
Mrs Ginsburg then referenced that bastion of freedom and liberty, Canada which enacted their Charter of Rights and Freedoms in 1982:
*"Yes, why not take advantage of what there is elsewhere in the world."
South Africa once was a proud and self-sufficient nation-now, not so much.
South Africa has been on the edge of anarchy for the past two decades.
South Africa has seen over 1,000,000 citizens flee the country since the implementation of 'democracy.'
Canada has been slipping further into socio-fascist 'democracy' for several decades.
Canada's 'democracy' includes 'hate speech' laws which quash or penalize opinions not approved by the ruling authority.
Conservative columnist John Hayward, writing in Human Events, takes us on a 'right turn:'

Another turn, even further to the 'right,' is from Mathew Staver, founder and chairman of the Liberty Council as well as Dean, Liberty University School of Law:
*"[Justice] Ginsburg's comments were nothing less than an insult to the venerable document she is commissioned to protect."
*"When given the opportunity to promote American liberty abroad, Justice Ginsburg did just the opposite and pointed Egypt in the direction of progressivism and the liberal agenda."
*"For a sitting U.S. Supreme Court Justice to speak derisively about the Constitution she is sworn to uphold is distressing, to say the least."
*"Justice Ginsburg's comments about our Constitution undermine the Supreme Court as an institution dedicated to the rule of law, as well as our founding document."
    It's my guess--if we had conservative federal legislators with balls--that Mrs Ginsburg has opened herself up to impeachment! Yes, Supreme Court Justices are subject to removal from the bench by impeachment, as demonstrated by the impeachment of Justice Samuel Chase in 1804. Justice Chase was acquitted by the Senate and subsequently returned to the bench.
    All this 'talk' about the Supreme Court and it's justices brings a FAR MORE IMPORTANT point to the fore: With four justices being of advanced age, Ginsburg-78; Scalia-75; Kennedy-75; Breyer-73, the successful Soros purchase of a "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist" second term of rule could potentially put 'The American Dream' in a hole it may NEVER get out of!!   A second term would allow George Soros' choice of nominees to mirror the socio-fascist views of both 'owe-bama' appointees, Justices Sotomayor and Kagan.
    Those of conservative mind and thought as well as those quasi-conservative GOP candidates have a lot on their plates going into the nomination process as well as into the general election.  Everyone must pull out all the stops in promoting and advancing the conservative mindset as it relates to the Supreme Court in addition to the upcoming election!!

Which Candidate Is Most Capable?!?
    A given truism: "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist" has proven time-and-again over the past three-plus years that neither is he up to the task of righting the American economy, nor is he adept at finding those advisors whose advice will point the country in the right direction!! As most of my blogs state: at any given moment, in any populated room "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist" is the least experienced amongst said population.
    At the end of January, the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) released it's projections covering the years 2012 through 2022. If we continue along the same path--with the same 'players'--a dismal future, indeed!! "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist" has the country facing a deficit exceeding $1.1 TRILLION for 2012 and about the same level each year of the ten-year projection.
    The onus--dear friends--is on you and I to determine the most electable GOP candidate best equipped to manage the budget, reduce spending and bring the deficit under control. Given the vast divergence of the three possible contestants, the act-of-choosing--as well as the resultant choice--will be of gargantuan importance!!
Willard Mitt Romney:
*Mr Romney was offered and subsequently accepted the position of President and CEO of the Salt Lake Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2002.  Mr Romney's crowning achievement as the olympic chief was the reversal of a $379 Million projected loss into a $100 Million profit. (Not only did Mr and Mrs Romney donate $1 Million in personal funds to the olympics, Mr Romney donated the entirety of his $1.4 Million in salary and severance payments to charity.)
*As 'Candidate Romney,' he ran for the governorship of Massachusetts as a self-proclaimed 'moderate with progressive views.' As Governor of Massachusetts, Governor Romney was faced with a democRATically controlled legislature.
*In the business world, Mitt Romney went into consultancy after graduation from Harvard--both the business and law schools--initally working for Boston Consulting Group (BCG). He was then lured to Bain and Company. Bain was initially organized by former employees of BCG.  Mr Romney left Bain and Company to co-found Bain Capital in 1984. Mr Romney's early successes were the formation of Staples, Inc., and the Sports Authority as well as turning around Domino's Pizza.
Newton "Newt" Gingrich:
Newt--finally, after his third campaign--was elected to the U.S. House, taking office on January 3, 1979 and continued to be re-elected until he left his House seat (at other republicRATics' request) in January 3, 1999.   Newt's notable--and not-so-notable--accomplishments were the formation of the Congressional Military Reform Caucus (MRC-1981), the Congressional Space and Aviation Caucus (ASC-1981), the Conservative Opportunity Society (COS-1983). While Mr Gingrich claims to be--and is viewed as the author of--the "Contract With America," the plan was actually authored by allegedly conservative economist Larry Hunter with lots of help from the Heritage Foundation, Representatives Gingrich, Robert Walker, Dick Armey, Bill Paxon, Tom DeLay, John Boehner as well as several principles from "Ronaldus-Magnus'" 1985 State of the Union Address.
    During most of his Congressional career, Mr Gingrich is viewed as a 'whiney-ass,' invariably ready to roll-over-and-play-dead to complete a personal objective, regardless of the affects on the American citizen; the American taxpayer. While revealing and complaining about the House Banking Scandal , Gingrich was a lesser-participant--22 kited-checks including paying his taxes: IRS $9,463.00--compared with the worst violators: Rep Robinson (Ar,d) 996 kited checks; Rep Mrazek (NY-d) 990 kited checks!
    Newt Gingrich--so far as I can find--has never worked for wages in a private sector business as did Mr Romney and Mr Paul. Before and after his stint in the House of Representatives, Mr Gingrich was either in acedemia or in public policy and consultancy positions. Most recently, Mr Gingrich was noted for his fiery responses to the national media debate moderators. These actions seem entirely for 'public consumption,' and Gingrich would never 'take-it-to' "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist" in a presidential debate!!
Richard J. "Rick" Santorum:
A career politician and lawyer, Mr Santorum thus far, has spent 4 years in the U.S. House and 12 years in the U.S. Senate. During his federal tenure, he has been 'all-over-the-map' in political philosophy; from prohibiting employers from permanently replacing striking workers to exposing members of Congress involved in the House Banking Scandal. Mr Santorum has been accused of pandering to various ideological positions such as zionist organizations with his 'ideologocal diversity' which has been described as 'policing thought.' Although never proven, it's been alleged Rick Santorum was involved in the 'K-Street Project.' The 'project' involved demanding Washington lobbyists hire republicRATics for high-level positions and rewarding GOP lobbyists with access to high level republicRATic politicians. As a debater 'Rick' can be proud of standing on his positions within the debated topics, rather than descending into name-calling and quasi-defamation.
Rick Santorum's private sector employment has been as a lawyer. Most of his non-federal employment has been in the state and regional political arena.
Ronald E. "Ron" Paul:
In August 2012 (and on his improbable inauguration), Mr Paul will be 77 years old, plenty 'seasoned' for the U. S. presidency. Never has an individual in his seventies been inaugurated president; "Ronaldus-Magnus" being the current oldest president at his first inauguration at 69 years, 11 months. In comparison, "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist"--in all his shining inexperience--was 47 years, 5 months at his first, last and only inauguration!
Mr Paul was educated in Pennsylvania, achieving a B.S. in biology as well as Duke University, School of Medicine, earning his medical degree in 1961. Much to his credit, Ron Paul has refused to sign up for an entitled government pension, saying it would be 'hypocritical and immoral.' During Mr Paul's 22-year tenure, he's sponsored 468+ pieces of legislation. If the entire Congress had the same tenure and the same propensity for saddling the American citizens with ever more loss of independence and liberty, we'd have had 203,580 pieces of legislation!! Who's to say we haven't had?!?
Ron Paul has not faired well during the 2012 GOP presidential nomination campaign. He--in some races--scores fairly well, but not with the voter percentages needed to continue to be a viable candidate. He gains voter support with his libertarian and foreign policy views; he fails to gain additional voter support for the same reasons! During the seemingly daily debates, Dr Paul--rather than articulating his opinions on the posed questions--verbally jaunts off on a foreign policy; on a 'bomb-the-Fed' rant!
    All-in-all, the daunting task here is to settle on the most conservative, electable candidate who can take-it-to "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist" both in any presidential debates and in the general election. The "Clown Prince" is an excellent speaker when left to his teleprompter. How would he be if there were an unscripted debate?!? Will there be an unscripted debate?!? We have to also realize that all the questions in any debate will be approved by the debaters; no surprises, no actual questions on the problems facing the country, just those to boost the value of either or both competitors.
    As I see it, Dr--Representative--Ron Paul is pretty much a 'throw-away' candidate; in the process to drag support away from the one or two viable, electable candidates.
While most staunch conservatives--libertarians--enjoy the fiery discourse between Newt Gingrich, the debate moderator and the other candidates, his polling ups-and-downs garner only moderate net support. The 'fire' is fun to watch but if nominated, will Mr Gingrich have the same 'fire' in any presidential debates?!? I think not!! There's an unwritten rule that no one is to attack "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist" on the issues. It's a given the media will be biased toward the "Clown Prince," so any GOP nominee will have automatically two foes on the debate stage, right from the start. Said candidate must be prepared to battle both foes!
Mr Santorum seems to have no 'ignition switch;' how and where do we turn him on?!?  He speaks well on most issues, but where's the fire?!? Where's the passion?!? I've not seen it before, I'm not seeing it now!! He tries to give the impression that he's the 'lone outsider' in the crowd. Nay, Mr Santorum is every bit the insider that all other candidates are!
Mr Romney is a conservative much the same way "Ronaldus-Magnus" was a progressive liberal; neither are or were, Mr Romney is a conservative in voice only; President Reagan NEVER would have been a progressive liberal-in voice or in action!!  As Mr Romney tries to pander to every possible voter in the country, he continues to attempt to justify RomneyKare and has never taken responsibility for increasing the Massachusetts taxpayers' financial obligations relating to said force-fed health care. In a presidential debate, the first thing "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist" will do is to thank Mr Romney for the basis for--and his consultancy on--owe-bamaKare!! This immediately takes one arrow from the sparcely populated Romney quiver.  Mr Romney has two degrees; one we are in dire need of: the MBA; the other we have too many of in government, aleady: juris doctor! I'm beginning to believe 'the fix is in!'     There are periods when the international system undergoes radical shifts in a short time. The last such period was 1989-1991. During that time, the Soviet empire collapsed. The Japanese economic miracle ended. The Maastricht Treaty creating contemporary Europe was signed. Tiananmen Square defined China as a market economy dominated by an unchallenged Communist Party, and so on. Fundamental components of the international system shifted radically, changing the rules for the next 20 years.
    We are in a similar cycle, one that began in 2008 and is still playing out. In this period, the European Union has stopped functioning as it did five years ago and has yet to see its new form defined. China has moved into a difficult social and economic phase, with the global recession severely affecting its export-oriented economy and its products increasingly uncompetitive due to inflation. The U.S. withdrawal from Iraq has created opportunities for an Iranian assertion of power that could change the balance of power in the region. The simultaneous shifts in Europe, China and the Middle East open the door to a new international framework replacing the one created in 1989-1991.
    Our forecast for 2012 is framed by the idea that we are in the midst of what we might call a generational shift in the way the world works. The processes are still under way, and we will therefore have to consider the future of Europe, China and the Middle East in some detail before drawing a conclusion. Last week, I wrote on the strategic challenge Iran faces in its bid to shape a sphere of influence stretching from western Afghanistan to Beirut on the eastern Mediterranean coast. Scandal: For incompetence alone, Attorney General Eric Holder should resign in the wake of the illegal "Fast and Furious" gunrunning scandal. But fresh news that he knew of it and is covering it up warrants impeachment.
    In the latest Friday night document dump — news released as to minimize its scandalous impact on the White House — congressional investigators learned that Attorney General Holder knew all along that a gun his Justice Department intentionally let fall into the hands of Mexico's cartels was used to murder U.S. Border Patrol agent Brian Terry on Dec. 15, 2010.
    Holder must have known right away because his Deputy Chief of Staff Monty Wilkinson received an email from then-Arizona U.S. Attorney General Dennis Burke telling him just that: "The guns found in the desert near the murder(ed) BP officer connect back to the investigation we were going to talk about — they were AK-47s purchased at a Phoenix gun store." According to the Daily Caller, the emails also showed that Wilkinson then "alerted" Holder about the killing of the U.S. agent. Since then, Wilkinson has taken the Fifth in congressional testimony and told investigators, "I don't recall," while the Justice Department on Monday [....]

Today’s release of Mitt Romney’ tax return information for 2010 and 2011 makes clear that if he becomes President of the United States, he would be among the richest individuals to hold that office. But not the richest.
Romney reported adjusted gross income for 2010 of nearly $22 million. Of that, $8 million was interest and dividends. In this current economic environment of low interest rates and minimal dividends, an $8 million haul alone implies assets in the range of $200 million to $250 million. That’s in line with previous estimates and his own candidate’s financial disclosure statement, which lists broad ranges.

Wealthy Americans occasionally lost all of their money through land speculation—leveraging the value of one piece of land to buy additional property. Since there was no reliable national banking system and almost no liquidity in the value of private companies, land was the asset likely to provide the greatest yield, if the property yielded enough to support the costs of operating the farm or plantation.
Because there was no central banking system and no commodities regulatory framework, markets were subject to panics.
    The panic of 1819 was caused by the deep indebtedness of the federal government and a rapid drop in the price of cotton. The immature banking system was forced to foreclose on many farms. The value of the properties foreclosed upon was often low because land without a landowner meant land without a crop yield. The panic of 1837 caused a depression that lasted six years.     Mali has experienced perhaps the most significant external repercussions from the downfall of the regime of Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi. Stratfor has discussed the impact of the conflict in Libya on the wider region since international intervention began in March 2011. Instability in Libya due to that country's deep internal fault lines meant that re-establishing a government would prove difficult. As we pointed out, that instability could spread to neighboring countries as weapons and combatants flow outward from Libya.
Reports now indicate that thousands of armed Tuareg tribesmen who previously served in Gadhafi's military have returned home to Mali. The influx of this large number of well-armed and well-trained fighters, led by a former Libyan army colonel, has re-energized the long-simmering Tuareg insurgency against the Malian government. Media Act As Though Only Republicans Misbehave

Journalism: What's the difference between Republican and Democratic political operatives who end up on the wrong side of the law? In the "unbiased" press, only the Republicans' party ID and connections merit attention.
    In a blog post on Publius' Forum this week, Warner Todd Huston noted the glaring difference in how the media treated the recent arrests of Zachary Edwards and Tim Russell. Edwards, an Iowa Democrat, was charged last week with trying to commit identity theft against Matt Schultz, Iowa's Republican secretary of state, in order to pin unethical or illegal activity on him. Russell, a Wisconsin Republican, was accused of stealing money intended for relatives of veterans killed in action.
    Both are terrible deeds, to be sure. But as Huston notes, only Russell's party affiliation and connections got played up by news reports. Russell, you see, was an aide to Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker, much-hated by liberals. The New York Times made this connection clear in its headline, as did Reuters and just about every other story about the arrest. [NY] State Assembly considering raising minimum wage

Assemblyman Phil Palmesano (R,C,I- Corning) hasn’t seen a copy of a proposed bill that would increase New York’s minimum wage, but he already has concerns about such an action. Citing census data stating that almost half of United States citizens have fallen into poverty, Assembly Democrats announced Monday their intention to present legislation that would raise New York’s hourly minimum wage from $7.25 to $8.50, according to Associated Press reports. The increase would also be tied to the rate of inflation, meaning in future years as inflation rises the minimum wage would also increase accordingly. Palmesano said state minimum wage is tied to the federal wage, and that it would be better continue the same system and allow the market to determine what businesses pay. The state needs to be careful about increasing minimum wage because it could further hinder growth in a time when businesses are struggling financially due to the economy, added the assemblyman.
“Based on what I’m hearing, I’d have concerns supporting the legislation as is,” he said.

WASHINGTON (AP) — President Barack Obama has preached that all Americans should pay their fair share in taxes, but a government report finds that tens of thousands of federal employees — from staffers in Congress to federal agencies and even Obama's executive office — collectively owe the government billions in back taxes. Data from the Internal Revenue Service found that more than 279,000 federal employees and retirees owed $3.4 billion in back income taxes as of Sept. 30, 2010. The data showed that 467 employees of the House of Representatives, or about 4.2 percent of the workforce, owed more than $8.5 million. In the Senate, 217 employees, or about 3 percent of the workforce, owed $2.13 million. Venezuela Prepares as Chavez's Health Deteriorates

    According to a report published by Spanish newspaper ABC on Monday and Tuesday, Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez may only have 9-12 months to live as a result of his decision to prioritize presidential duties over personal health. Chavez's prostate cancer was reportedly discovered in January of 2011, at which point his prognosis was five years. Since that initial diagnosis, Chavez has repeatedly postponed treatments or skipped them altogether in the interests of concealing his illness and protecting his political position. The leaked report, which ABC says was given to the paper by "intelligence services" (much like a November leak to The Wall Street Journal), is dated Jan. 12 and reviews a medical examination Chavez underwent Dec. 30. According to the report, the South American president needs to undergo a painful, debilitating treatment that, while preventing him from working for more than a month, could extend his lifespan. If he defers the treatment, he will likely to die within the year. According to ABC, when presented with a similar conundrum in November, Chavez chose to stay in Caracas rather than travel to Russia for treatment -- out of fear that the political situation in Venezuela was not secure. We have no way to be completely certain that the report accurately represents Chavez's medical condition, but the tenor of the report matches a series of accounts given to Stratfor and other open sources.
    Competition within the Chavista inner circle dominated 2011, as each of Chavez's closest associates sought to take best advantage of the turmoil that ensued when Chavez's bout of illness became public in June. The upcoming October elections have added urgency to this struggle. There is no clear successor to Chavez among the Chavista elite. However, Chavez in recent weeks appointed Diosdado Cabello as first vice president of the Venezuelan United Socialist Party and later named him President of the National Assembly. Clearly, a single faction has taken the lead. Cabello represents the pragmatic, militaristic wing of the Chavista elite. However, although powerful, Cabello is not particularly popular, and he is not likely to be a suitable replacement for Chavez in October.
    The most believable political alternative to Chavez may actually come from the Venezuelan opposition. After years of disunity and infighting, the opposition is presenting its most credible challenge to Chavez since he came to office in 1999. Miranda Governor Henrique Capriles Radonski appears most likely to secure the backing of the opposition parties in the Feb. 12 primaries. Corn, soybeans, rice and wheat are the most important food staples consumed in the world. We monitor these commodities because market fluctuations can lead to domestic unrest in import-reliant countries. Below is an assessment of these vital commodities.
Analysis
Most countries have domestic agricultural industries. However, the majority of these countries do not produce more than what their populations can consume. Only a handful of countries are able to export significant quantities of key food staples to countries that cannot meet their consumption needs or experience temporary setbacks in their agricultural sectors.
    Output from exporting countries is an important geopolitical issue. Increased demand for global food supplies can cause localized shortages and price spikes. Food shortages and price increases, in turn, can lead to political turmoil and social unrest in countries whose populations depend on these imports for survival. The most important staple crops consumed by populations around the world are corn, rice and wheat. Soybeans have also become an important alternative source of protein, particularly in Asian diets. Corn and soybean exports are largely dominated by states in the Western Hemisphere, while global wheat supplies are primarily grown by states in the Northern Hemisphere. Asian states account for the majority of all globally traded rice, but China, the world's largest producer of rice, consumes almost all of the rice it produces. CFPB Wields New Powers with Director

    Within hours of Richard Cordray assuming the role of director[1] at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), agency officials began exercising their newly expanded powers. Their immediate target is all manner of “nonbank”[2] financial services used by millions of households. While proponents contend that the new regulations will benefit consumers, the structure of the bureau—its unparalleled power magnified by an absence of accountability—bodes ill for most Americans.
New Director Prompts New Powers
The CFPB became operational on July 21, 2011, but was limited by statute to enforcing existing rules over banks and credit unions (with more than $10 billion in assets) until a director was nominated and confirmed. With Cordray in place on January 4, the bureau immediately launched its supervision of “nonbank” mortgage originators, brokers, and servicers, as well as payday lenders and private education loans, as permitted by statute following confirmation of a director. The bureau is also now authorized to supervise “larger participants” in other nonbank services. The CFPB has identified six such services for regulation, including debt collection; consumer reporting; prepaid cards; debt relief services; consumer credit; and money transmitting, check cashing, and related activities. The designation of “larger participants” must be finalized by July 21, 2012. Reflecting the overly broad nature of its powers, the agency may also supervise any nonbank that it deems as posing a “risk” to consumers or engaging in “unfair, deceptive, or abusive” practices. While unfair and deceptive have been defined in other regulatory contexts, the addition of the term abusive, which has not previously been defined in law, grants CFPB officials inordinate discretion.
Regulatory Excess Harms Consumers
There are some bad actors in the nonbank sector (as in all endeavors, including government). Germany's Role in Europe and the European Debt Crisis

    The German government proposed last week that a European commissioner be appointed to supplant the Greek government. While phrasing the German proposal this way might seem extreme, it is not unreasonable. Under the German proposal, this commissioner would hold power over the Greek national budget and taxation. Since the European Central Bank already controls the Greek currency, the euro, this would effectively transfer control of the Greek government to the European Union, since whoever controls a country's government expenditures, tax rates and monetary policy effectively controls that country. The German proposal therefore would suspend Greek sovereignty and the democratic process as the price of financial aid to Greece.
    Though the European Commission rejected the proposal, the concept is far from dead, as it flows directly from the logic of the situation. The Greeks are in the midst of a financial crisis that has made Greece unable to repay money Athens borrowed. Their options are to default on the debt or to negotiate a settlement with their creditors. The International Monetary Fund (IMF) and European Union are managing these negotiations. Any settlement will have three parts. The first is an agreement by creditors to forego repayment on part of the debt. The second is financial help from the IMF and the European Union to help pay back the remaining debt. The third is an agreement by the Greek government to curtail government spending and increase taxes so that it can avoid future sovereign debt crises and repay at least part of the debt.

And that t-bar, the only ski lift in the whole valley, was on its last legs. But rather than let it die, locals raised enough money to update it and then went a step further: They built the world's first solar-powered ski lift. It's more than solar-powered, in fact -- it's a smart investment. The Tenna lift generates 90,000 kilowatt hours a year, or three times the juice needed to run the lift, and the extra power goes back into the grid, which makes money for the town, which can pay residents back. So what happens to the 82 solar "wings" when it dumps? Not a problem, because they rotate to follow the path of the sun in the sky and can be tilted to perpendicular during a storm, so there's no load and the snow slides right off.     Over the last couple of weeks, I’ve been traveling around the country and talking with folks about my blueprint for an economy built to last. It’s a blueprint that focuses on restoring the things we’ve always done best. Our strengths. American manufacturing. American energy. The skills and education of American workers. And most importantly, American values like fairness and responsibility. We know what happened when we strayed from those values over the past decade – especially when it comes to our housing market. Lenders sold loans to families who couldn’t afford them. Banks packaged those mortgages up and traded them for phony profits. It drove up prices and created an unsustainable bubble that burst – and left millions of families who did everything right in a world of hurt. It was wrong. The housing crisis has been the single biggest drag on our recovery from the recession. It has kept millions of families in debt and unable to spend, and it has left hundreds of thousands of construction workers out of a job.  But there’s something even more important at stake. I’ve been saying this is a make-or-break moment for the middle class. And the housing crisis struck right at the heart of what it means to be middle-class in this country: owning a home. Raising our kids. Building our dreams. Right now, there are more than 10 million homeowners in this country who, because of a decline in home prices that is no fault of their own, owe more on their mortgages than their homes are worth. Now, it is wrong for anyone to suggest that the only option for struggling, responsible homeowners is to sit and wait for the housing market to hit bottom. I don’t accept that. None of us should.
[What I'm not telling you: Most of those lenders who sold loans to families that couldn't afford them, were the recipients of extreme pressure from Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, the Department of Housing and Urban Destruction as well as regime members and those Members of Congress with the most to gain with the placement of as many mortgages as possible!!   All this pressure afforded said lending institutions very little in the way of profits; those most needed to satisfy their fiduciary responsibilities toward stock- and bondholders. Basic logic explains the reasoning behind the bundling of toxic mortgages: It gives the lender a method of getting out-from-under those loans they'd never collect on. The mortgage bundling put the onus of collection on those greedy owe-bamacRATics in the private sector looking for double-digit payoffs as they continued the sales on down the line!! These toxic sales continued until said owe-bamacRATics found no greedier 'guppies' further down the 'food-chain!' As the citizen should be aware, there's not an owe-bamacRATic--including myself--that will EVER take the blame; EVER take a loss if the federal government, the federal congress can be cajoled into taking financial responsibility.
    One of my few NEAR-truisms of the week:
'The housing crisis has been the single biggest drag on our recovery from the recession.'
To start with, this 'recovery' is probably the thinnest in recorded economic history; at least since the FDR-era, federally protracted recovery. The housing crisis has been a drag on any hoped-for recovery, primarily because of federal meddling with market forces; bailouts, TARPs, HARPs, et al. A far better solution for the entire economic kerfuffle is to let the logic of market forces act in the ways they should. Rather than buying auto companies--and then giving 37% of the federal ownership to the union hierarchy--they should have been left to the consequences of said market forces: bankruptcy! "Bankruptcy" is not a four-letter word!!   Bankruptcy serves a very useful purpose in basic economics; it allows for the subject company to restructure liabilities into re-payable expenses in a timely manner; it allows the boards-of-directors to weed out ineffective board members as well as ineffective members of management at all levels; it allows the boards to re-write an outdated, unmanageable business plan. Housing foreclosures allow the same changes on a personal, family level.
    Now IS THE TIME to allow market forces to take their toll, such as it may be. Now IS THE TIME to reinstitute that basic American value: personal responsibility. The foreclosure issue and it's seemingly devistating effects IS--at least partially--the responsibility of the individual homeowner. Many are those underwater homeowners who bought--against all human logic--during the housing bubble of seemingly ever-rising home prices.... They Couldn't Lose!!! Ah, but they did as a result of their personal greed-there'd always be another greedy fool to sell their home to!   At some point along the line, there's a last fool. Those who've been caught as that 'last fool' are now looking to the federal government to bail them out much like the aforementioned auto industry. This should not be the theme of the day: Bailouts for Votes!!]
    That’s why we launched a plan a couple years ago that’s helped nearly one million responsible homeowners refinance their mortgages and save an average of $300 on their payments each month. Now, I’ll be the first to admit it didn’t help as many folks as we’d hoped. But that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t keep trying. That’s why I’m sending Congress a plan that will give every responsible homeowner the chance to save about $3,000 a year on their mortgages by refinancing at historically low rates. No more red tape. No more endless forms. And a small fee on the largest financial institutions will make sure it doesn’t add a dime to the deficit. I want to be clear: this plan will not help folks who bought a house they couldn’t afford and then walked away from it. It won’t help folks who bought multiple houses just to turn around and sell them.  What this plan will do is help millions of responsible homeowners who make their payments every month, but who, until now, couldn’t refinance because their home values kept dropping or they got wrapped up in too much red tape. But here’s the catch. In order to lower mortgage payments for millions of Americans, we need Congress to act. They’re the ones who have to pass this plan. And as anyone who has followed the news in the last six months can tell you, getting Congress to do anything these days is not an easy job. That’s why I’m going to keep up the pressure on Congress to do the right thing. But I also need your help. I need your voice. I need everyone who agrees with this plan to get on the phone, send an email, tweet, pay a visit, and remind your representatives in Washington who they work for. Tell them to pass this plan. Tell them to help more families keep their homes, and more neighborhoods stay vibrant and whole. The truth is, it will take time for our housing market to recover. It will take time for our economy to fully bounce back. But there are steps we can take, right now, to move this country forward. That’s what I promise to do as your President, and I hope Members of Congress will join me.
[What I'm not telling you:   This latest proposal from my regime is nothing more than the 2009 $300 checks the regime issued as individual payments to those who chose to breathe the air! A regime-scheme to entice more voters into the owe-bamacRATic fold; to sway their choices as to who's the most helpful to their individual situation. It started in Detroit--as reported by WJR newsman Ken Rogulski--as "owe-bama money!" The various--mostly miscreant--recipients had no idea the original source of the money.... only that it came from me, from the gracious hand of "Clown Prince" owe-bama!! The federal government, me-the "Clown Prince" of Amerika, cannot give away, spend, allocate the first 'red-cent' until and unless we--the federal tax system--first confiscate it from a working individual or investor!!
    Congress' passing legislation IS NOT the answer!! Congress in session is the LAST THING the American taxpayer wants or will benefit from!! If they're in their home districts; their home states woo-ing the constituents, they're not in the District of Corruption, dipping their hands further-and-further into the private; the taxpayer's figurative 'pants-pocket!!' More Congressional 'help' will only serve to put the American Citizen; the American Taxpayer further in distress with respect to paying off the national debt.
    The American economy--the free-market system--will only continue to suffer with added tinkering. To improve the current climate, conservative principles are needed, rather than those socio-fascist, marxist principles exercised during my regime. They clearly--with incontrovertible evidence--have not worked!!   What will work are tax cuts; cuts deep and permanent! As the President Bush-43 tax cuts--and the "Ronaldus-Magnus" tax cuts before him--have proven: with said DEEP tax cuts, more monies flow into the treasury than without them.]

Must "Clown Prince" Continue Demonstration?!?
    Since "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist" came on the political scene in Illinois, he's been "the most inexperienced guy in the room." Throughout his 143-day U.S. Senatorial term he continued to display inept inexperience. Now that the presidency has been purchased for him, the demonstration continues.
    Seemingly--and most probably--never having read the complexities of the 2,300-page Dodd-Frank monstrosity, he continues his 'blame-game' with the republicRATs; blaming them for 'detesting simplicity' as Dodd-Frank relates to the housing and mortgage industries.  The Dodd-Frank legislation created the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB); the "Clown Prince" circumvented both the Constitution and the Congress by appointed Richard Cordray as it's first director with the Congress still in session. The CFPB vastly complicates both lenders' and comsumers' lives by--among other demands:
1) Requiring lenders to report 'tons-and-tons' of new data relating to race,
2) Requiring studies on the fairness of the FICO credit scoring system,
3) Requiring an 'Office of Fair Lending' to police banks and 'target areas of greatest risk for discrimination,'
4) Requiring and overseeing a 'diversity czar' in each federal financial agency, including the Fed and it's twelve regional banks.
All this additional bureaucracy adds exactly zero-point-crap in protecting America from another housing/mortgage kerfuffle!! Essentially, it provides yet another avenue for more-and-more "Clown Prince" political payoffs!!
With his remarks during a 'taxpayer-funded' campaign stop in Falls Church, Va., the "Clown" continues to blame everyone but himself and the regime's owe-bamacRATic henchmen who promoted housing-at-any-cost, instead blames the lenders who approved inappropriate mortgages (albeit, at the regime's demand!); blamed lenders who bundled and sold those illogical mortgages in an attempt to recoup some of the anticipated losses they were forced into. But.... no blame for the "Clown Prince!!"
    As the nation enters into HARP (Home Affordable Refinance Program) Number 3 or 4, those promoting the various programs--the owe-bama Regime--are doing so to 'cash in' on the additions to their voter bases. Judging by the lackluster participation of the first couple of HARPs, said voter bases won't be all that enhanced!! As "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist" blames everyone but those at fault,  he increases pressure on Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae to make even more unrecoverable mortgages than they have in the past!
    Mitt Romney--both campaigning in Nevada and during last Tuesday's debate--is proving he understands 'the free market system;' at least a far better understanding of the concept than "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist." During an editorial board meeting with the Las Vegas Review Journal, Mr Romney said:
"As to what to do for the housing industry specifically and there are things you can do to encourage housing: One is, don't try to stop the foreclosure process. Let it run it's course and hit the bottom."
During the most recent debate, Mr Romney said:
"The idea of the federal government running around and saying 'We're going to give you some money for trading in your old car....or we're going to keep banks from foreclosing if you can't make your payments.' The right course is to let markets work."
    Had George Soros--one of the planet's greatest 'marketeers'--allowed the markets to work, "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist" wouldn't have been able to reward his buds in the labor, auto and service unions as well as the several contributors, donors and supporters. Nor would the "Clown Prince" have been able to 're-distribute the wealth' by paying private bondholders mere cents-on-the-dollar as a reward for their investment. Bankruptcy as well as the foreclosure process, weeds out poor business plans, ineffectual management teams much like they weed out those who can't afford or have no intention of paying, a mortgage.  Had George Soros allowed the markets to work we would be seeing--if not now, soon--the housing market shake-out and starting to right itself.

    Even the dupe that is "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist" can't be so stupid as to 'attack' one of the most cohesive voting blocks in the country!! The general owe-bamacRATic voter base as well as the particular "Clown Prince" voter base is dwindling quickly. Neither George Soros or the owe-bamacRATic campaign whiz-kids can afford to alienate any more voter blocks, no matter how much they have to lie to keep said block in line!!
    "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist" has been on a 'warfare' bent for some time now, honing in on class-, economic- and race-warfare. Apparently, he's decided to add religious-warfare to the mix.

On January 20, 2012 the HHS Department issued a final ruling that "women with health insurance coverage will have access to the full range of the Institute of Medicine's recommended preventive services including all FDA-approved forms of contraception." This means--among others--the Catholic Church must provide conraceptive services to those whom the church provides health insurance--at no cost to the recipient--even if those services aren't included in the insurance offerings.
    This ruling satisfies other voter bases:
The women's movement--including the federally-funded Planned Parenthood--have bullied their way into the teachings of the catholic church.
The dependency class have their 'right-to-boink-without-consequences' position reinforced AGAIN by the federal government.
Another example of the infectious over-reach of the owe-bamaKare travesty; with little interest in caring for the reproductive health of the recipient, rather a great interest in the ever-increasing power and control this ruling will provide the federal government. This is a restrictive plan with it's greatest goal of driving private insurance plans out of business; driving more-and-more individuals to the federally controlled insurance 'exchanges.'
    In late November, 2011, Belmont Abbey College, Belmont, N.C., filed suit against the owe-bama Regime alleging the HHS Department has infringed on the college's First Amendment right to freedom of religion by requiring employers to offer health insurance coverage for sterilization and contraception. While he doesn't think the action will go that far, College President, Dr William Thierfelder assured the Gadsden (N.C.) Gazette: the college would close it's doors before it submitted to the latest in outrageous owe-bama Regime mandates.
Dr Thierfelder opines: "not even the ministry of Jesus and the early Christian church would qualify as religious because they did not confine their ministry to their co-religionists or engage in a preaching-only ministry."

Is The "Clown Prince" Eligible Or Not?!?
Will we FINALLY find out if "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist" is actually eligible to hold the office of president or is he nothing more than the highest paid illegal alien in American history? Is "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist" actually a dead-guy in Connecticut or did he just "borrow" the Connecticut dead-guy's Social Security number?!? Speaking of 'history,' here's some concerning legislative actions in the State of Georgia:

The law in Georgia says that "any elector who is eligible to vote for a candidate" can file an objection to that candidate's inclusion on the state ballot.
These filings go to the Georgia Secretary of State's office wherein the Secretary determines whether to overrule the objection or to pass it to the Administrative Court for disposition.

There have been several filings around the nation objecting to "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist" being included on those several states' ballots. Those filing have been dismissed because the plaintiffs 'lacked standing'--were unable to prove direct, personal damage if "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist" were to remain in the office or to run for re-election. The filing in Georgia apparently has merit; the ZERO-bama lawyer is whining to get the case dismissed!

The players in this drama:

"Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist," the questionably-legal president, and
Brian Kemp, Secretary of State, State of Georgia, and
Michael Jablonski, Lawyer for ZERO-bama, and
Michael Malihi, Administrative Court judge, and
Some mysterious person or persons, unknown--filer(s) of the objection.

The day before said hearing, Mr Jablonski lettered Mr Kemp, advising that "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist" will 'suspend participation in the administrative hearing.' Other--somewhat sarcastic--points in the Jablonski letter:

Concerns with "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist's" eligibility to hold office in the United States are a 'wholy discredited theory.'
Judge Malihi has exercised 'no control over' the proceeding.
The objection is baseless, costly and unproductive and should be withdrawn.
There is no legitimate issue here.
The ALS [Administrative Law Judge] has decided to lend assistance through his office--and by extension, yours [Secretary of State's]--to the politically and legally groundless tactices of the plaintiffs.
The [Georgia] Secretary of State has no authority to determine the qualifications of someone named by a political party to be on the Presidential Preference Primary ballot.

In his reply, Mr Kemp advised Mr Jablonski that "....I do not believe such a request [to withdraw the case referral] would be judicious given the hearing is set for tomorrow morning."   The hearing on this matter of eligibility was on the docket for January 26, 2012.
Earlier, Judge Malihi ruled that "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist" must--in order to be a candidate on the Georgia ballot for president in 2012--meet the constitutional demands for candidates for the office.   A hearing has been scheduled for later in February for evidence on this issue.
    This is raising all manner of questions for me:

Will the "Clown Prince" actually be forced to show up in court, or will he just ignore state law as he routinely ignores federal law and the Constitution?!?
Will the "Clown Prince's" handlers have enough time to re-doctor the previously doctored long-form birth certificate?!?
Will the "Clown Prince" produce the Connecticut dead-guy's Social Security card or the Connecticut dead-guy himself--preferably still containerized--OR BOTH?!?

We shall see what we shall see!

    Now, fast-forward to the "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist" Regime. The regime's notion of 'social engineering' vastly outpaces the "Slick-Willie" concept. Not only does the "Clown" both continue and inhance the numbers of individual recipients of monetary benefits, he extends it to unsustainable--quasi-experimental--solar and wind energy production as well as payoffs to several of his 'favorite' politicians: Anyone remember the vote-buying payoffs involved with owe-bamaKare?!? Senator Mary Landreau ring a bell?!?
    With "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist" building on his successes (of national destruction) by gutting the Defense Department, here comes my suggestion of LOGICAL social engineering:
With the lagging NON-recovery; with the problematic U-3 unemployment rate in the 8.5% range; with the more accurate, actual U-6 unemployment rate in the 23% range, actually consider the short, mid and long term effects of military "down-sizing" (reduction-in-force [RIF]) relative to the unemployment rates. Currently, approximately 80,000 military "souls" have--or are scheduled to have--their asses 'kicked-to-the-curb,' both the decision for the RIF as well as the numbers involved in said RIF should be relative to the current and projected U-3 and U-6 unemployment rates. A U-3 rate of 4.5% is considered full employment. Have the RIF figures be based on national full employment, example: if the fascists want to dis-employ 100,000 military "souls," they should do so at 4.5% unemployment; 85,000 at 5.0%; 70,000 at 5.5%; 55,000 at 6.0%; 40,000 at 6.5%; 25,000 at 7.0%; 10,000 at 7.5% and ZERO at 8.0% and above!!
    Not only have the vast majority of said "souls" put their lives-on-the-line on a minute-by-minute basis, they are subjected to long tours of duty away from family and friends; subjected to international moves with minimal notice! Given these military "souls" do the work "most Americans won't do," do they deserve to be tossed out of a chosen career 'on their proverbial asses?!?' I think NOT!!!

That unconscionable figure indicates AN AVERAGE of $12,186.38 owed, PER FEDERAL MISCREANT!! Don't misunderstand! This is not only applicable to the owe-bama Regime; hirelings of all parties, of all branches of the federal government are taking advantage of this "wealth-redistribution" plan!!

House of Representatives: 467 employees owe $8.5 MILLION (average: $18,201.28), and
The U.S. Senate: 217 employees owe $2.13 MILLION (average: $9,815.67), and

    Within my own family, I've always promoted education as the last thing the federal government has yet to figure out how to tax! Hence, the more one can get, the farther they can 'travel' in their lifetimes. I have NOT always promoted a formal education as the way to go; an education can be as simple as the information a kid gleans from talking with the grarageman he takes his bike to when the chain won't stay on the sprokets. A far more valuable education can be had at a technical or a two-year junior or community college, at far less money.
    Let's have a look at the statistics of financing said college education. Since 1982 AVERAGE cost of a bachelor's degree (tuition, room & board, books, et al) has increased 439%!! That rate of increase is twice the rate of medical care; four times the rate of inflation over the same period.
The current tuition annual averages: 2-year public college-$2,713; 4-year public college-$7,605; 4-year private college-$27,293.
Most students qualify for student aid. In a single year that pool of funds dropped 23%; from 2008-$37Billion, to 2009-$26Billion.
Projected AVERAGE total college expenses (bachelor's degree): public college in 2006-$12,796 versus 2018-$112,638; private college in 2006-$30,367 versus 2018-$267,308.
How the hell is anyone going to afford an 'Ivy League' education?!?
    Relative to graduate loan debt, one study compares Simmons College (Boston,Ma., http://www.simmons.edu/) with Holy Cross College (Worcester, Ma., http://www.holycross.edu/):
Simmons enrollment: 4,933

    In recent years the job market--those not destroyed by the current regime--has been flooded with college graduates. In 2009 there were 1.6 MILLION graduates entering the job market. At graduation, 81% (that's 1,296,000) had no job!! Even if graduates find work, 45% of them are still only earning $15,000 TWO YEARS AFTER GRADUATION!!
    Big Ed is a bubble! When it will burst is anyone's guess; how it will affect the parents, the students, the grads, those indebted is--again--anyone's guess. But.... rest assured, it will burst. The parent, the student could take steps to insulate themselves from 'getting splattered:'
Start with several institutions and compare ALL costs carefully;
Is it really worth attending a costly private college over a public one;
Fully investigate all financial aid and grant options before considering private loans;
If the student must consider private loans; insure the major choice will provide career opportunities to support the added debt;
The consensus is an individual--over a lifetime--is better off with a degree than without.  A prior cost-benefit analysis is a must!!
My personal take on a technical versus a traditional college education:
Far more college grads hire plumbers than plumbers hire college grads!!

    On Jan. 12, Thai authorities arrested a man they say was a member of the Lebanon-based Shiite militant group Hezbollah who was plotting an attack in Bangkok. In uncovering the plot, Thai police cite cooperation with the United States and Israel going back to December 2011. Bangkok is indeed a target-rich environment with a history of terrorist attacks, but today Hezbollah and other militant and criminal groups rely on the city as a business hub more than anything else. If Hezbollah or some other transnational militant group were to carry out an attack in the city, it would have to be for a compelling reason that outweighed the costs.
    The suspect was identified as Hussein Atris, who was born in Lebanon but acquired Swedish citizenship and a passport after marrying a Swedish woman in 1996. Atris was arrested on immigration charges as he was trying to board a plane at Suvarnabhumi airport, Bangkok's main international airport. Police said another suspect is still at large and possibly already out of the country. Atris's arrest on Jan. 12 was followed by a statement the next day from the U.S. Embassy warning U.S. citizens in Bangkok of the potential foreign terrorist threat in the country and encouraging them to avoid tourist areas.     On Tuesday, in my State of the Union Address, I laid out a blueprint for an economy built to last – an economy built on American manufacturing, American energy, skills for American workers, and a renewal of American values. This week, I took that blueprint across the country, and what I saw was people who work hard and believe in each other. They believe in the America that’s within our reach. But they’re not sure that the right thing will get done in Washington this year, or next year, or the year after that. And frankly, when you look at some of the things that go on in this town, who could blame them for being a little cynical?
Just two days ago, a senator from Utah promised to obstruct every single American I appoint to a judgeship or public service position – unless I fire the consumer watchdog I put in place to protect the American people from financial schemes or malpractice. For the most part, it’s not that this senator thinks these nominees are unqualified. In fact, all of the judicial nominees being blocked have bipartisan support. And almost 90 percent have unanimous support from the Judiciary Committee. Instead, one of his aides told reporters that the senator plans to, and I’m quoting here, “Delay and slow the process in order to get the President’s attention.”   This isn’t about me. We weren’t sent here to wage perpetual political campaigns against each other. We were sent here to serve the American people. And they deserve better than gridlock and games. One senator gumming up the works for the whole country is certainly not what our founding fathers envisioned.
[What I'm not telling you: This 'blueprint for an economy to last' is nothing more than just so much blather; blather I'm ever more famous for. In this context, "an economy" is based entirely on the survival of our current representative republic; that, a pseudo-democracy. History tells us the longest-lasting democracies have succumbed in 250 years, or less!! This means--statistically--the United States has a mere 14 years left (2026) in it's current lifecycle. For this reason--among others, more self-serving--I'm doing what I'm told: transform the United States away from said pseudo-democracy.
    My federally (read: taxpayer-thus illegal) funded campaign stops across the country this week, I could have chosen any topic to blather on about. I chose this one for the very reason of continuing the disguise of my 'jobs-killing' decisions as good for the country; good for the environment. I have--single-handedly--practically killed domestic energy exploration and production. Pandering to opposite sides of the "Keystone XL" pipeline project has left me in the untenable position of not satisfying either side; nor doing what's most beneficial to the American people. Rarely do owe-bamacRATics do "what's most beneficial to the American people," said party does what's best for the party, for the supporter, for the donor, et al. This "Keystone" kerfuffle seeks to pacifiy the labor and construction unions on the 'pro-construction' side; while the 'anti-construction' side appeases the environmentalist whackos. Thus, my decision--if one can call it that--placated my handlers in that it failed to allow 20,000 IMMEDIATE jobs as well as hundreds-of-thousands of FUTURE jobs!! This decision will go far in the 'timeline of demise' of the current form of government.
    As I'm well known for, the current campaign season is developing into some form of warfare be it race, class, gender, economic or party!! When I appointed Richard Cordray, I appointed an individual that will eventually have control over every financial and economic decision ANY American makes. The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) is structured such that it can 'self-correct' it's path of over-reach into the citizen's financial life; taking more-and-more control over said decisions.  Some members of the current 'class' of legislators have taken exception to this individual; such an exception that they intend to oppose every appointment, nomination I make. Check out this quote:

There's never been a more false statement written by, for or about me!! This entire exploration into socio-fascism has been ENTIRELY about me!! The truth is, neither party has been blameless in tactics like these. But it’s time for both parties to put an end to them. I’m asking Congress, both Democrats and Republicans, to stop this kind of behavior by passing a rule that allows all judicial and public service nominations a simple up-or-down vote within 90 days. We should also stem the corrosive influence of money in politics. The House and Senate should send me a bill that bans insider trading by Members of Congress, and I will sign it immediately. They should limit any elected official from owning stocks in industries they impact. And they should make sure people who bundle campaign contributions for Congress can’t lobby Congress, and vice versa. During my Address on Tuesday night, I spoke about the incredible example set by the men and women of our armed forces. At a time when too many of our institutions have let us down, they exceed all expectations. They’re not consumed with personal ambition. They don’t obsess over their differences. They focus on the mission at hand. They work together. If you agree with me that leaders in Washington should follow their example, then make your voice heard. Tell your Member of Congress that it’s time to end the gridlock, and start tackling the issues that really matter – an economy built on American manufacturing, American energy, American skills and education, and a return to American values. An economy built to last.

(Without massaging, the U-3 unemployment would be 11+%; the U-6--everyone unemployed--rate would be approaching 16%!!). This is how we reward said dedication, bravery and faithfullness?!? Casting these selfless warriors off into a society that can't help them support their families?!? Only in owe-bamanomics; only in socio-fascism!!!
    Do you ever get sick of it?!? The way I whine about every little action that doesn't go my way?!? Now I'm choosing to whine about the Congress not adhering to my suggestions; the path toward ever more controlling socio-fascism!! I pretend to not understand how the Congress can not see the benefits to the country as a whole; so I whine-and-whine until I get the college kids; the welfareRATs; other socio-fascists, on board with my wants. Most of these followers have NEVER had an original thought; they look to rulers like me to fill their heads with 'oatmeal, like' suggestions, as well as 'pay them not to work!!'
    To 'go-off-teleprompter, here: Did anyone see my interview with Diane Sawyer about Newt Gingrigh calling me 'the food-stamp president?!?' Let me quote:

Ya jis gotta love that Jan Brewer!! Ms Brewer--Governor of Arizona--for the second time in recent history, has handed "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist" 'his ass on a silver platter!!' The first time came after Arizona passed into law (April, 2010) SB-1070 and the subsequent HB-2162, which "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist" apparently took offense to. At the time of it's passage, "Clownie" said,
"....[the bill] would undermine basic notions of fairness that we cherish as Americans, as well as the trust between police and our communities that is so crucial to keeping us safe."

    The Incompetent Boob in barackingham Palace had--and still has--no interest in enforcing federal immigration laws so he ordered 'General' Holder to sue the State of Arizona FOR ENFORCING FEDERAL LAW!!  The pair had a somewhat contentious meeting in June, 2010--in barackingham Palace--where the "Clown Prince" treated the Governor as if she were one of his underlings; very condescending, very patronizing, very 'lecturing.'  Governor Brewer wrote of the incident in her book: "Scorpions for Breakfast."
    Yesterday (January 25th) upon their meeting on the airport tarmac, the Governor proceeded to hand the "Clown Prince" his 'ass-on-a-silver-platter,' yet again!! owe-bama has led such a sheltered life, he's not used to anyone standing up to him. With his informal education by the likes of socio-fascists Saul Alinsky and Frank Marshall Davis; added to his close associations with the felons Bill Ayers, Bernadine Dohrn, Tony Rezko, Rod Blagojevich among MANY others, the "Clown Prince" has never had to justify even his very existence. "Clownie" has--since early childhood--been treated as royalty--groomed for any position bought for him.
     It's highly likely that Ayers and Dohrn collaborated to ghost-write both owe-bama books: "The Audacity of Hope" as well as "Dreams of my Father." Income from the books has allowed owe-bama to live like the royalty he perceives himself to be!! Not only did owe-bama buy a far-below-market-value house from Tony Rezko , owe-bama was instrumental in helping Rezko's firm; Rezmar obtain $43 Million in federal funding for various building projects.

You'll NEVER Get The Truth!
    Given that George Soros, The Bilderberg Group, et al, control the North American and western European media, no one will ever hear the truth so long as "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist" is in power.  The truth is a powerful negative, relative to the owe-bama socio-fascist plans, programs and policies.
    Those in control of the flow of information are continuing to cloud the issue of Mitt Romney's federal taxes and tax rates. In 2010 Mr Romney earned $21.6 Million and on that, paid $3 Million in taxes. This--per the articles--equates to a rate of 13.9%. Granted this rate is below the normal capital gains rate of 15%, why I don't know. Here's the part that Soros and Bilderberg would like to keep hidden:
That $21.6 Million is earnings as a result of the investment of a much larger amount. This 'much larger' amount has already been taxed at the 'earned income' level of 35-40% as Mr Romney's salary; more-than-likely, several years' salaries. Can you see why the aforementioned international miscreants--coupled with the federal miscreants--want this information to stay hidden?!? The more they can keep hidden--unreported--the more they can cloud the issues with innuendo; the more they tarnish Mr Romney's--and by extension, every member of his family--reputation, honesty, etc!!
    In addition, the miscreants at every level would rather you not learn that in 2010, the Romneys gave nearly$3.5 Million to various charities. This equates to over $6.5 Million in income the Romneys no longer have control over!
Compare this to the "Hairplug" bidens' ANNUAL donations: 1999-$120 (0.1%); 2007-$995 (0.3%); 2010-$5,350 [including $950 in dirty drawers](0.014%).
    If "plug" and his wife were to use the Romneys charitable-giving percentage (16), their donations would look more like this: 1999-$38,398; 2007-$48,000; 2010-$60,670. Can you imagine any socio-fascist owe-bamacRAT EVER giving that kinda money away?!? Hell, NO!! There's a government program--somewhere--that can cover serf class problems!!

"Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist" proved but one thing during his blather opportunity:
He's in love with his own voice!!
'His Incompetence' blathered on for one-hour, six-minutes!! That's sixty-six minutes you'll never get back; that's 3,960 seconds you'll never get back!!
Here's where I'd normally do a "What I didn't tell you:" segment; here's where we depart from normality. I can't stomach reading this crap AGAIN!! While--from a 'fact-checking' perspective--there's not too many lies, crucial facts have been left out, like:

"....there are no Americans fighting in Iraq...." is not the same as no Americans in Iraq--which is what most Americans see, rather than what they read; and
"....An economy built to last,where hard work pays off, and responsibility...." Plainly the "Clown Prince" did NOT mean those of us who actually invest in ideas, invest in entrepreneurs, invest in companies, put their capital at risk, use their good fortune to create jobs. His class, gender and race warfare--"The Buffett Rule--is a clear indicator; and
"....In the last 22 months, businesses have created more than 3 million jobs...."
The "Clown Prince" fails to mention that over one-million jobs were lost in just one of those years, alone; and
"....we've agreed to cut the deficit by more than $2 Trillion...."
Considering the nearly $5 Trillion "Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist" added, this is seemingly a drop-in-the-bucket. The cuts said "Clown" is referring to, won't occur until late in the 'next-ten-years,' and
"....We got the industry to retool and restructure....General Motors is back on top....Ford is investing billions in U.S. plants and factories...."
A significant amount of the $787 Billion PORKulus bill went to the auto unions as did 37% of GM's new stock issue; the 'pre-bailout' bondholders were screwed by payoffs of CENTS on the DOLLAR; the federal government took over the auto unions health, retirement and benefits plans unfunded liabilities--which were underwater. Ford--even after being 'ordered' to take bailout funds--refused and did it all on their own--as GM could have chosen to do--without federal PORK. Bailouts do little more than reinforce ineffectual management and poor business plans, and
"....for the first time in 15 years, Master Lock's unionized plant in Milwaukee is running at full capacity...."
Why?!? What's changed?!? Certainly not any union concessions. Most probably an increase in crime caused by the Regime's failed economic practices; meddling, and
"....Soon, there will be new cars on the streets of Seoul imported from Detriot...."
That seems highly doubtful, the vast majority of Seoul's streets are too narrow for American cars, except possibly the little sh*t-boxes and electrics that won't sell here at home, and
"....Over a thousand Americans are working today because we stopped a surge in Chinese tires...."
That statement is laughable!! The labor number is essentially bogus-the gain of 1,100 jobs took almost two years; the tire imports were just switched from China to Thailand, Mexico, Indonesia and others, and
"....We know a good teacher can increase the lifetime income of a classroom by over $25,000...."
That's not even worthy of a "Clownish" brag! If the average class size is 25, the LIFETIME increase is but $10,000; given there are 2,080 work-hours in a year; given the student can expect to work for 50 years, the gain amounts to a NINE and ONE-HALF CENT hourly increase, BUT: don't forget the ravaging, reducing affects of--the currently unreported--inflation rate, and
"....At a time when most Americans owe more in tuition debt than credit card debt...."
As noted on national 'debt clock' (http://www.usdebtclock.org/index.html), every American--EVERY AMERICAN, from infant to the OLDEST American--owes the (Clown) Princely sum of $48,810 at the instant of birth!! Now couple that with $100,000-$150,000 in student loans to see just how disingenuous the "Clown Prince" truly is!!

Believe-it-or-not--for someone who actually gives a sh*t about the country--this is dam' grueling work!! I'm not gonna do any more of this owe-bama blather opportunity; if I thought he actually cared about the country and it's citizens; if he wasn't hell-bent on destroying the representative-republic in favor of a dictatorship, I'd continue.... ”Clown Prince ZERO-bama, the Narcissist” is certainly ‘putting a face on’ the definition of INSANITY!! We’ve seen many of these proposals enacted in the current regime as well as past administrations, to NO POSITIVE EFFECT!! This is his feeble attempt to make the upcoming campaign and election about the role of the government and the future of the middle-class; not about his inept, incompetent rule!! The “Clown Prince“–in his attempt to reinforce his ‘income inequality’ philosophy–clearly doesn’t understand the ratio between “exertion extended versus compensation achieved.” This is nothing more than another attempt at cementing his ‘racial and economic warfare’ philosophy in the American mind.

Til Nex’Time….The net-affect of the ‘Buffett Rule‘ will be a reduction of taxpayers’ monies to the Treasury Department. If one can't keep ”the fruits of his labors” then why ’labor?!?’ Why invest or labor any more than the amount which will earn UP TO the one-million-buck limit?!?Why–in the face of the Keystone XL pipeline jobs rejection–is this even relevant?!? Given the dismal graduation rates, the abysmal drop-out rates: clearly-money is NOT the answer! Monetary control must be at the district or county level rather than with the teachers’ unions. A teacher’s salary of $120,000 is not uncommon…. for six-months work!! This is nothing more than extending the students’ ignorance; extending the unions’ power and control!In this proposal, the word ‘incentives‘ is defined as: “payoffs to my supporters and contributors who were tipped-off to invest in the particular company we’ll give money to.“ Do we all remember “Solyndra?!?” This company was already failing when the Energy Department–at Soros, owe-bama‘s insistence–approved giving them $528 MILLION! Lazard (an asset management, advisory company [offices in 42 cities in 27 countries-WORLDWIDE]) told the Energy Department that Solyndra was already failing prior to the give-away. It happened anyway!! Solyndra took the money, promptly split it among it’s officers and “investors,” laid off 1,100 and filed for bankruptcy!! REMEMBER: Solyndra is but one of nearly a dozen failed businesses the regime has “invested” your money in!! It has been suggested by economists–of either party–nationwide that to bring jobs on-shore, cut the corporate tax from the current 35% to 15, 12, to ZERO!! Again, it’s the spending addiction that drives America’s current tax policy. While “Clownie” purports to be a tax-reform mouth-piece, he continues to propose ‘band-aids’ for budgetary problems.We’ve seen several of these bailout plans over the last three years. Of those homeowners who qualify, few took advantage of the plans. What ever happened to personal principles, personal responsibility?!? Do the math before you buy a house; if ya can’t afford it now, ya can’t afford it in the future!! When homeowners receive bailouts from the federal government and subsequently sell said house, how much of the profit do they owe the taxpayers who are majority stake-holders in the property?!?
