will be able to solve this error.

To solve this error we need to inject NIC drivers to the

Boot.wim File.

How to Inject NIC/LAN/ETHERNET drivers to Boot.wim

Create a new folder in your C: dive called Tempwim

copy boot.wim file to your C:\tempwim\

image:-

in C:\tempwim folder create 2 more folders named Mount & drivers

copy your NIC/LAN/ETHERNET drivers to drivers folder

but make sure that files are extracted & must contain .inf file

now run Command prompt as Administrator

type the following command one by one :

dism /mount-wim /wimfile:C:\tempwim\boot.wim /index:2 /mountdir:C:\tempwim\mount

the above command will mount Boot.wim file to

C:\tempwim\mount folder

now type the following command

dism /image:"C:\tempwim\mount" /add-driver /driver:"C:\tempwim\drivers\driver.inf"

this command injects drivers to Boot.Wim file

be sure to replace the word "driver.inf" with the name

of your NIC drivers .inf file

Now type the last command

Dism /unmount-wim /Mountdir:C:\Tempwim\mount /commit

You have successfully injected drivers to Boot.wim file

Now just replace your current Windows deployment boot image

with the new which we have modified.

command with

dism /mount-wim /wimfile:C:\tempwim\boot.wim /index:1 /mountdir:C:\tempwim\mount

Go to Windows Deployment Services

navigate to following path

Windows Deployment Services>Servers>Server/Domain name>Boot images

at right side you will see the Existing Boot image

Right click the image & select option Replace Image

Now Select your desire image & now press

How to Make a Domain User the Local Administrator for all PCs

I got lot's of queries from system administrators & tech support

engineer's ,like how to allow domain user's to install software or

make any configuration changes on the client's without prompting

for password. & How to make a user group to allow performing

system changes on client's but they should not be able to perform

any changes on domain controller & Server Computer's.

So here I am sharing this article with you so you can solve this

issue:-

So Let's Start:

We are going to Complete this demand using GPO & I am using

Windows Server 2K8 R2

First go to Group Policy Management

Navigate to

Forest>YourDomain>Group Policy Objects

Right click Group Policy Objects & select New , now type

any name to your policy & press OK (in this case I am naming it

Local administrators)

Now right click policy & select edit & it will open Group Policy

Management editor.

now navigate to

Computer Configuration>Policies>Windows Settings>Security

Settings>Restricted Groups

Right click Restricted Groups & click Add group

Now add the group to which you have to assign local Administrator

Rights.In this case I had created a group IT admins so I am adding

IT admins group (If you do not have any group created then go to

Active directory user & computers & create a group called Local

admin & in local admin group add the user to whom you want to

make local admin)

then you will see the new window

Now Click on Add which is under This group is a member of

& Add Administrators group.

Now Click on apply >OK

Now the most Important thing is you should link this policy to your

Computers container (built in computer container is hidden in

Group policy management) If you link this GPO on the top of the t

tree then the this policy will also apply to Domain controllers &

Server Computer's & the users group in the policy will able to gain

access to Server also as an Administrator, so if your computers are

in built in Computer OU/container then create a new container &

move your local computer into that container & now Link the

policy we have created. Like shown below:

In this case I have my Client computer's in Windows 8 Client OU

hence I had link the policy to Windows 8 Clients.

Now close all the windows

go to RUN & type gpupdate /force <press enter>

now restart client login & you got the Local administrator Rights..

How to allow local user group to login on domain controller

If you had try to log in on Domain controller with domain user

account then you will not able log in & you will get the error :-

You can not log on because the method you are using is not

allowed on this computer. Please see your network

administrator for more detail.

So Let's Fix It

First go to Group Policy Management

Navigate to

Forest>Domain>Group Policy Object

At right side you will see Default Domain Controller Policy

Right click it & select Edit

now it will open Group Policy Management editor

now navigate to

Computer Configuration>Policies>Windows Settings>Security

Settings>Local Policies>User Rights Assignment

Now at right side you will see Allow Logon Locally

double click it & then Click on Add User or Group

Now click on browse & add your Desire Group or user

(But always keep in mind this creates a Security hole)

After adding user or group close add windows & goto run & type

the following Command

gpupdate /force <press enter>

Today I am sharing article on how to fix Windows explorer missing

on Startup , Many end users asked me that after login in to

Windows 7 then there is no Icons & Taskbar.

First log in into windows 7

now press CTRL+ALT+DEL

& select option Start Task Manager

now click on file > new task (RUN)

Navigate to

at right side you will see the String value called SHELL

Double click it & type EXPLORER.EXE

123.123.123.123 is my Primary DNS

124.124.124.124 is my Secondary DNS

Replace all above addresses with your network addresses & save the

Notes:

You can change the password by replacing yourpwd from the script

to any desire password..

First open your file that you have made

Now click on file menu >> Save as

Now it will ask you for location to save ,in this dialogue box at the

bottom there is option Tools click on tools & select General options.

after clicking general options you will see the new dialogue like below...

Here you will see the option & you can add password to open a

file or Password to modify the file..

That's it., add your desire password , Save it & stay secured....

How to ping Multiple pc's using batch file & generate log file

I am working as System admin ,every morning i comes to office i

need to ping all servers to check they are alive or not & the list of

server is huge so if i will ping to every server by typing I adress for

every server it will take more time & energy but finally i write a

batch script which ping all the servers or host on the network &

saves a log file & all this happens with a single click...

Ok let's start creating batch file.

Now paste it into notepad & save it as autoping.bat

now the fact is in your case the ip address  will change so you just

replace the ip address  with your IP address in the batch file, &

you can add more ip adresses for ping there is no limit...

To Auto ping just double click the file & it will automatically

generate pinglog.txt in your batch file's directory by opening

pinglog.txt you can see the whole report....
