Technically our charcoals: barbecue, restaurant, ayin, shisha, fingers and fine charcoals are made from biomass, through a process called pyrolysis - ie. thermal decomposition of hardwood materials such as - Acacia, Mangrove, Oaks, Kosso´s at elevated temperatures in an inert atmosphere. It involves the change of chemical composition and is irreversible. In this treatment, materials are exposed to high temperature, and in the absence of oxygen it goes through chemical and physical separation into different molecules often known as bio-charcoal, Charcoal, alternative and renewable energy resource.

Sometimes some of those notification pop-up can be really annoying and can make us become ill too
if we dont take proper action against it ...! so for i have decided to give my own tips for those of us Smartphone junkies and ninjas alike!!!
It´s obviously not a blessing for all of us in the universe to have the apps showing on the homescreen, not to talk of how many updates new messages and entries!
Hardly had we put the iphone away for a quater of an hour, then the display with red dots is littered, like it had a measles! ..and also the notifications list of Android phones fuses up with WhatsApp news, Facebook fotos, Twitter news and other special offers that no need or reads! So i want to share with you today few things i do to stop some of them and save my batterie live too.

First of all why are we staring constantly on the phone?

Many folks check their smartphones more than 35 times in a single day for updates of different kinds! and some even more. So why do we stare always at our the screnn? The only simple explainnation is that the humane being as always wanted to know whats going on around them! It was very important for the Cavemen! and with the Smartphone it´s as easy as anything never before!
In Germany, almost every second person is suffering from the so called - Phantom Ringing! ie. her hears his handy ringing laud even when it´s set to be in silent mode. Or he feels it vibrating in his pocket. For many people the, do-without-phone causes the symptoms very similar to renounciation of alcohol and cigerate or other nicotine products.
That´s simply why we finds it very difficult to adjust those notifications.

This is what you could do against the thing that steals your concentration.

You can adjust the notifications settings under = Settings = Messages on your ihpone. There you will find Apps that are allowed to send you messages. Muck out consistently and turn off "Allow Messages" functions for as many Apps as possible. With this youre already doing something against Iphone measles!and red dots.!!

Some Apps will even ask you during the first use, if you will want to recieve push - notifications. Just say no!!

Set you phone to "Don´t disturb" with this you wont be bothered anymore! though you can make your calls or WhatsApp!

You also have the possibility to set who can call you for example your kids!.

At Android, you can also set your phone to a quite or silent mode if you will. But it´s better to use the "Do Not Disturb" Apps which is free.
This is how you could find peace! and you won´t miss anything important!

Congratulations Hamilton. I have put together some of the best fotos captured during the fantastic race. For Nico Rosberg it was a catastrophy from beginning to finish! The german started from the pole position but falls back as soon as the race kicks off. Could not stand the pressure!! Never mind next time!

12 healthy foods that can be dangerous to our body

We all know by now that even 3 glasses of milk in a day can be dead wrong and dangerous . And now every one is asking - when this is true! how is it in our other foods? what about them? are they
also dangerous too? Well, the answer is YES! - and you should know them.
Ofcourse there are lots of books out there explaining the best and dangerous food we eat and what we drink. We are going to talk abit of it right here.

Mineral Water
More than 5 to 10 liters of water in a day depending on the body weight can be really very dangerous
because the luquid and salt content of our body react in a confusing way or mixed up!
Result: We become dizzy or some sort of drunkenness , intoxication ecstasy etc because our nervous systems are disturbed. Nausea and vomiting are also among the usual reactions especially if you are drinking gas water.

Salt
Do you know that : if you take in ( Eat ) say about 150 gramms of salt or even drink it when desolved in water that you can die instantly! Reason: Our electrolyte system will be out of balance and this will threaten heart circulatory problems. But the good news: Usually a lot of such quantity will not stay in our body and so we must vomit it out.

Butter
A normal daily intake of butter is 10 to 20 grams and so if you take say about 100 grams a day you are bombarding your body with the most dangerous of all fatty acids, trans-fatty acids and increased LDL level in you blood as well as heart and vascular risks and diseases. You may also suffer heart attack or even stroke.
Anchovies
Anchovies: for example in Pizza! contains purines, which can trigger a gout attack mainly at people already suffering from elevated level of uric-acid.

Muscat
Muscat nut is actaully a spice but if you try to abuse it as a hallucinogenic drug then you might have a severe vomitting. This spice contains Myristin, an essential oil which can cause hallucinations on children and youths. A big amount of this can even lead to death. For adults, a big amount of this in the body can lead to an euphoric state, which can last for several days. Even when big amount of this spice leads to vomitting, yet it cant be used as a drug either.

Green Beans
Watch out raw food fans! if you eat raw green beans it can be life-threatening. Reason is the included Phasin - a toxic protein that bonded our blood cell which is usually destroyed during cooking. If it enters your body it leads to Nosea, bloody diarrhea, and it can also paralys your respiratory organ.

Honey
Normally honey is not dangerous - but not for infants! It can be life threatening for them becuase occaisionally contaminated honey contains bacteria called Clostridium botulinum. It can germinate the stomach of babies, multiply and then moves into the blood. Possible consequences includes the muscle paralysis and also paralysis of the respiratory system leading to death.

Dark Chocolate
Just a half slab of black chocolate can cause blockage due to its high proportion of cocoa.

Wheat Bran
It is very good for diggestion - and it´s true! but: more than 5 tablespoons can reduce the iron, zinc and calcium supply on the body. Reason: The bran binds the minerals, so they are eliminated rather than to get into the blood. Result: Iron deficiency and among other things this leads to anemia - immune weakness , fatigue and concentration problems.

Grapefruit Juice
We know that health fans love grapefruit! Right! But it doesnt like drugs!
Ofcourse grapefruit is healthy. But what most dont know is : If you down-flushes your drug with grapefruit juice, then youre making things even worse. Because the ingridients in the juice will change the effect of the remedies - either they tone down extremely or the amplify them immensely.
Both are not recommended so take your drugs with lost of water.

Grape Sugar
Generations of studenst most of the time during examination always have small package of grape sugar in the box with them in the classroom - beacuse it aims to improve the ability to concentrate. Unfortunatley the opposite is the case since glucose has a high insulin result which lower the blood sugar level and causes that we can quickly under sugar concentrate even less than before! So, for this to improve us as we wanted we needed to eat only a small portion of this a good intervals - or better - eat an Apple rather!!

Yes, grapes are fruit and fruit are in large healthy! But too much of it in day is really not good any more. Because grape have the highest content in calories than any other fruit. The sugar content can make you go fat quickly than you think.

This sounds also a bit paradoxical but it´s true and possible! You can still get ill from eating lots of healthy food. The nutricional physicians speaks of "Orthorexia" in such a case. It´s a special form
eating disorder!
But how did we get to this kind of unusual disorder? When is healthy food actually unhealthy? Finally we live in a time when the subject of nutrition is increasingly becoming sort of religious-surrogate!
So, what exactly is behind the diagnosis of "Orthorexia"?
Orthorexia is believed to be a problem associated with the atitude of eating healthy foods at all circumstance! - in other words a self impossed violation of the natural way of eating. Those affected experiences a massive guilt and loss of control....!
Since when is this form of eating disorder known?
The term was first discovered in 1996 by an American doctor by the name - Steven Bratman in his case study of Neural-related loss of appetite.
When can one get sick from eating healthy food?
If you´re going to make a choice to choose only from few healthy foods and stick to it at all time for a very long period of time. There are chances that this form of radical choice of a particular healthy food can lead to nutricional disorder.
In conclusion: There are actually no healthy food.Only how you eat can make it a poison! and that´s also the same in this case right here. So we dont only get sick on our body but also on our mental development because you may develop a deep sense of lost, depression and fear. The experts warn!
What are the symptoms of this kind of disorder?
Volks suffering from this kind of disorder are fixed on healthy foods only and try to avoid unhealthy foods. They wonder what they can eat, they check always the nutritional labels, such as the vitamin contents of the food they consume and even try to get more healthier atitude! This is sickness!!
What happens to volks like this?
They are always going to be busy sorting out what they are going to eat all the time. Mostly, they suffer from deficiencies symptoms and loss of weight, concentrations and sleep disorder and also performance disorders. ( See also my blog about deseo ). They also isolate themselves socially since they can longer eat in the public or at fast food canteens. The ability to live a normal daily life, work family and friendship will be lost in them.
How to treat this disorder:
It´s treated like every other nutritional disorder to rebuild normal eating habit and the joy in eating pleasure.
