Excellent and one of my favorite romantic movie. If you want to get rid yourself out from the boring action movie or nonsense science fiction movie you can enjoy "Dear John" with your Husband/wife girl friend/boyfriend or alone(no problem) .

Story: John Tyree(Channing Tatum) is a soldire When he was in a vacation, he meets an idealistic college student, Savannah Curtis (Amanda Seyfried), which is the beginning of a sweet romance. Over the next seven tumultuous years and separated by John's increasingly dangerous deployment, the lovers stay in touch through their letters, meeting in person only rarely. However, their correspondence triggers consequences that neither could foresee.

Within a week you will be amazed to see the results. The skin has tremendous powers of self-regeneration when properly cared for and it is never too late to start.
Cleansing
Whatever the texture or type of your skin, it requires thorough cleansing. If we could have a look at uncleaned skin through a magnifying glass, we would realise the absolute necessity of a proper cleansing routine. Before it is cleansed, the skin surface is covered by a film of dirt, stale sweat, oil deposits, stale make-up and other pollutants. All these are potent skin irritants. They not only upset the normal balance of the skin, but also hamper its natural functions.
Cleanse your skin, according to your skin type. Splash your face with water then massage with a gentle facial wash and work it up to a lather for about 30 seconds. Take the opportunity to lightly massage your skin, as this will boost the supply of blood to the surface of your skin - which means a rosier complexion. Rinse away with clear water untill every soapy trace has been removed from your skin. Then pat your skin with a soft towel to absorb residual water from the surface of your skin.
Toning
Toning is necessary for all skin types. It follows immediately after cleansing and helps to refresh the skin. A good way of toning the skin is to keep cotton wool pads soaking in a bowl of skin tonic in the refridgerator. After cleansing the skin, wipe with the skin toning pads and then pad the skin briskly. This stimulates the blood circulation to the surface. Gentle stroking movements can also be followed.
Moisturizing
The most important part of the skin care routine is moisturizing. Smooth your skin with moisturizing lotions. Dot onto your face, then massage in with your fingertips with light upwards strokes. This will leave a protective film on the skin, allowing make-up to be aeasily applied and ensuring there is a balanced moisture content.
Nourishing
Nourishing is a way of supplying emollients to the skin so that it can hold moisture better and performs its other functions. Use the nourishment cream with Vitamin A, which is of utmost importance to the skin helping to relieve dryness and maintain skin elasticity and the nourishing cream with Vitamin E (anti-oxidant) which helps in minimizing cross linking damage.

Tips for skin care

Never rub your cheeks against anything nor let them be pressed or pinched.
Never try to pluck out your pimples. If you do so they will leave an ugly mark on the skin.
Try to be always happy and cheerful. In fact it is medically advisable to laugh daily for about 10 minutes not only for your cheek's up-keep, but even for your normal health.
Don't use any artificial coloring material like rouge etc. to make your cheeks acquire rosy hue. The best way to do so is to mix a few fresh rose leaves in raw milk and crush them to a paste form. Then add a little honey to the paste and apply on your cheeks every morning for 5 minutes. Then rinse it off.

Shape your Eyebrows

Cleanse your skin with a washcloth which naturally exfoliates the skin. If you want to go all out, use a facial scrub (see my list of the best facial scrubs). Worried about pain? You can actually apply Anbesol, Orajel or any teething gel for babies.

Brush brows up and out with a clean toothbrush. I usually use my fingers.

Situate yourself near a window with light pouring in or under a bright light with a good mirror (magnifying mirrors are best, but be sure and flip it over to see your overall effect in the regular mirror).

1. Make sure you have a good pair of tweezers with a slanted edge (my favorite, hands down, are Tweezerman slanted tweezers (buy Tweezerman online). They last forever because the company will sharpen them for free.

2. Tweeze hairs in the direction they grow. Don't grab too many hairs at a time. You can hold skin taut as you pluck.

3. You can start anywhere, but I usually tweeze the area under my arch first, then I move above the brow and I clean up in between my brows last. It's a myth that brows should never be tweezed from above. You want both the bottoms and tops to be smooth. So be careful, but tweeze the top AND the bottom.

4. The best brows have a slight arch. To find yours, take a long eyeshadow brush or pencil and hold it parallel to the outside edge of the colored part of your eye (the iris). Where the brush meets the brow is where the highest part of your brow should be. Tweeze the hairs underneath the arch.

5. The space between your brows should be equal to, or a little wider than, your eyes. To find where your brow should go, take the brush or pencil and hold it parallel to the side of your nose. Where the brush meets your brow is where your brow should begin. Tweeze the strays in between.

6. Stop every few hairs to step back and look at the job you're doing. If you overpluck, you're stuck. Unlike most hairs on your body, your brows won't always grow back once they're yanked.

7. Once you're done plucking, you can apply aloe vera gel, which will calm the redness right away.

Feet are often, the most neglected part of the
human body. We seem to take our feet for
granted, lavishing care only when we experience
discomfort and foot pain. However, regular care,
foot hygiene and exercise can go a long way to
healthy feet which will look good and support the
body weight easily. We suggest the following
home remedies for relief for common foot
problems. Foot care starts with good posture,
always stand straight, well balanced on both
feet with the toes pointing straight ahead.
Do lift the arches of your feet slightly so that body

weight is supported by the outside edges of the soles of the feet. Good shoes are
important for healthy feet. The shoes should not be too tight and should not squeeze
the toes. They should allow space to move the toes. High heels are a strict no, for
everyday usage and should be restricted to special occasions. In hot weather, it is
advisable to wear open sandals to provide maximum ventilation to avoid excessive
sweating. Regular foot exercise helps to keep feet fit. Curl your toes simulating the
action of trying to pick up something with your feet. Do this for ten minutes every
day to strengthen muscles and provide relief to aching feet.

Herbal - Natural Foot Care Tips*

To soften rough feet, before going to bed dip the
feet in warm water containing a teaspoon of
(preferably herbal) shampoo and one teaspoon
of baking powder. Let them soak for 10- 15
minutes, before drying them. Apply a foot cream
and then go to sleep.For dry skin and cracked
heels, prepare a mixture with equal quantity of
glycerin, fresh cream and honey. Apply this
mixture to the feet, especially to the cracked heels
and let it stay on for 15 minutes. Wash off with
warm water. Try this every three days
(before sleeping) to find smooth feet and heels.

Add a few (4 to 5) drops of vinegar to 4 or 5 table spoons of curd and mix well in
a dish. Rub this mixture well on the feet, ankles, heels and the soles of the feet
especially between the toes. Let it stay on for ten minutes and then wash off with
warm water. This process will revitalize the skin on the feet, removing dead cells and
stimulating blood circulation.

For painful cracks on heels, dip feet in warm water to which 10 ml lemon juice and
20 ml coconut oil has been added. Scrub the heel area after 20 minutes with a pumice
stone. Dry thoroughly and apply a foot cream.

Home made moisturizer for the skin specially the feet, mix rose water and glycerin
in equal proportion and store, to be used when ever required, especially after foot
care treatment. Replace this mixture every one month.

We have shared many useful foot care tips and natural remedies. It is now up to you
to take the initiative and start caring for your feet. Keep 15 to 20 minutes of your
time before you go to sleep for your feet and the feet will thank you forever.

Captain America: The First Adventure

If Thor was Marvel’s Superman: The Movie, then Captain America: The First Avenger is its Raiders of the Lost Ark!

It may seem a bit of a stretch to compare Captain America: The First Avenger to Raiders of the Last Ark, but it takes the essence of the comic book character who first appeared in 1941 and presents it in a way that recalls – without imitating – the way that Raiders took pulp adventures and serials and turned them into something fresh and magnificent.

Director Joe Johnson [The Rocketeer] and screenwriters Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely have managed to hit every note required to make a movie about the Star-Spangled Avenger work. Though Cap’s Simon/Kirby origin is filtered through Marvel’s Ultimates take on the character, all the key parts are there: the sickly Steve Rogers – a 4F kid from Brooklyn with a big heart; a German-American scientist with a technique to create ‘super soldiers’; a traitor who destroys the project and kills the scientist so there can only be one super soldier; Steve tracking down and catching the killer, who commits suicide rather than face interrogation. World War II takes on a strange alternate existence in the Marvel Universe.

There are fresh twists, too – like Peggy Carter [Haley Atwell], an agent of an organization that is the forerunner of S.H.I.E.L.D., from the Iron Man and Thor movies; Steve’s best friend, Bucky Barnes [Sebastian Stan] is the same age as Steve; Cap puts together the Howling Commandos [Sgt. Nick fury’s squad in the comics]; the Cosmic Cube [see the tag/stinger at the end of Thor] is folded into the story [though here it’s called the Tesseract], and Cap’s skintight costume appears only in a propaganda act he does with the USO to sell war bonds. There’s even a neat weaving of the Iron Man movies into the proceedings, with Howard Stark [Dominic cooper – who bears a more than passing resemblance to Robert Downy Jr.] being one of the scientists on the Super Soldier Project.

Xavier was a wealthy son of English gentry and had studied at Eton, excelling in physics, calculus, and chemistry as well as captaining the school's la crosse team. Lensherr was the son of a Jewish physician in Germany pre-WWII. His parents and nearly all extended family were gassed by Nazi death squads at Auschwitz. Lensherr's mutant ability to control metal via magnetic manipulation allowed him to break out of a cattle stock car and escape to France where he served briefly in the guerrilla resistance. After the Allies stormed the beaches at Normandy, Lensherr volunteered to act as an interpreter for British Intelligence (he spoke French, German, English, and Hebrew) as liberated Jews were re-located to the fledgling country, Trans-Jordan (now Israel). Impressed by his linguistics, Lensherr was awarded a scholarship to study at Oxford, where he met a charismatic young Xavier. The two students became fast friends, based on respect for each other's intellects, while maintaining a rivalry on politics, ethics, and religion. In 1965, Xavier revealed his psychic powers by manipulating student uprisings via peaceful means. Lensherr was intrigued by the possibilities of controlling other people's minds, while Xavier asserted a universal Right to Free Will. Through a clandestine operation funded by Britain's MI5 and the CIA, Xavier & Lensherr opened the first School of Mutant Resources to study the new phenomena of "homo superior"--humans with a mutant "X" gene, which enabled preternatural powers. Among the first students to enroll were Scott Summers (Cyclops,) Hank McCoy (Beast,) Jean Grey (Phoenix,) Ororo Munroe (Storm,) Raven Darkholme (Mystique,) Mortimer Toynbee (Toad) and Emma Frost (White Queen). Rival factions surfaced as half of the students empathized with Xavier's dream of peaceful co-existence with humans vs Lensherr's belief that humans were inferior and deserved slavery. These ideals started to solidify as more human civilians became aware of mutant-kind and generally reacted with fear and hatred. Meanwhile, the U.S. military began its own black-ops program titled "Weapon X" capturing and brainwashing powerful mutants to serve as alternatives to nuclear or chemical programs. Xavier and Lensherr designed and built Cerebro in a secret, underground facility in Westchester, New York in order to track "wild mutants" i.e. mutants who did not know they had powers or how to control them. Again, Xavier hoped these new mutants could be trained for (and would choose) peace, while Lensherr maintained a more aggressive stance. After an angry xenophobic mob killed a young mutant boy (Banshee), who had developed gills and webbed fingers, Lensherr struck back against the perpetrators, "outing" himself by causing metal garden tools to fly through the air and impale 4 people. He then began calling himself MAGNETO and urged his students/followers to take on a code name reflecting their individual powers. Chasing Magneto and his Brotherhood of Mutants to a secret base in the middle of Antarctica, Xavier and his followers (now calling themselves X-Men) sought to extradite Magneto to the United States', Guantanamo prison, but in the battle Magneto used a shard of metal to sever Xavier's spinal cord, leaving him paralyzed. Using the combined powers of Cerebro, Jean Grey, Emma Frost, and himself, Xavier wiped the collective memory of mutant-kind from 99% of humans on Earth. However, Colonel William Stryker used an adamantium shield to preserve his own memories and secretly took over Weapon X's training facilities (located underneath Alkali Lake in British Colombia) and wild mutants for his own purposes. *Note: Magneto also created a helmet to shield his brain from Xavier's control.
