3 xícaras de Farinha de trigo&lt;br /&gt;
2 gemas&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher de café de sal&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher de café de fermento - opcional&lt;br /&gt;
1 lata de leite condensado Moça - Nestlé&lt;br /&gt;

Modo de Preparo:&lt;br /&gt;
Misture tudo em um recipiente até que a massa esteja homogênea. Coloque em forminhas pequenas (empadinha) e logo em seguida preencha com o recheio de leite condensado, que pode ser já cozido ou cru mesmo.&lt;br /&gt;

Em uma assadeira untada e polvilhada com o açúcar crestal, faça uma canada com o abacaxi. 115 g de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
115 g de farinha de trigo&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher (sopa) de água morna&lt;br /&gt;
Recheio de frutas:&lt;br /&gt;
150 ml de creme de leite fresco&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher (chá de baunilha)&lt;br /&gt;
75 g de iogurte natural de consistência firme&lt;br /&gt;
125 g de morangos pequenos, cortados em fatias&lt;br /&gt;
1 pêssego (ou nectarina) maduro, picado&lt;br /&gt;
Para decorar:&lt;br /&gt;
2 a 3 colheres (sopa) de açúcar de confeiteiro, peneirado&lt;br /&gt;
Algumas fatias de morango e pêssego (ou nectarina)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preparação:&lt;br /&gt;
Preaqueça o forno a 200°C. Unte um tabuleiro de 33 × 23 cm e forre-o com papel-manteiga. Bata os ovos e o açúcar numa tigela grande com a batedeira elétrica até a mistura ficar bem espessa e clara, deixando um rastro na superfície quando se retirarem os batedores. (Se usar um batedor manual, coloque a tigela sobre uma panela com água quase fervente, tomando cuidado para a água não encostar na base da tigela.)&lt;br /&gt;
Peneire metade da farinha sobre a mistura batida e incorpore-a aos poucos, usando uma colher de metal grande. Peneire o restante da farinha e misture, acrescentando a água morna.&lt;br /&gt;
Despeje a mistura no tabuleiro e dê uma sacudidela para que a massa se espalhe de maneira uniforme nos cantos. Asse por 10 a 12 minutos ou até que a massa tenha crescido, adquirido uma coloração dourado-clara e, depois de pressionada com o dedo, volte à forma original.&lt;br /&gt;
Desenforme o bolo sobre uma folha de papel-manteiga um pouco maior que o tabuleiro e retire a que forrou o tabuleiro. Apare as pontas crocantes com uma faca afiada e faça uma marca a uma distância de 2,5 cm de uma das extremidades mais curtas (isso facilitará enrolar o rocambole).&lt;br /&gt;
Enrole o rocambole frouxamente, mantendo o papel no interior, e deixe-o esfriar sobre uma grade, com a parte da junção virada para baixo.&lt;br /&gt;
Quando o pão-de-ló estiver frio, desenrole-o cuidadosamente e remova o papel. Bata o creme de leite fresco com a baunilha até formar chantilly, depois acrescente o iogurte. Espalhe a mistura sobre o bolo, deixando uma borda de 1 cm em todas as extremidades. Espalhe as frutas sobre o creme. Com cuidado, enrole o rocambole e coloque-o num prato de servir, com o lado da junção virado para baixo.&lt;br /&gt;
Por cima do rocambole, disponha tiras de 2 cm de toalha de papel ou papel impermeável, formando listras diagonais, com espaços iguais entre elas. Depois polvilhe com açúcar de confeiteiro e remova cuidadosamente o papel. Decore com pedaços de frutas e leve à geladeira até a hora de servir. manteiga e farinha de trigo para untar e polvilhar&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
GLACÊ&lt;br /&gt;
1 xícara de chá de açúcar de confeiteiro (115g)&lt;br /&gt;
1 clara&lt;br /&gt;
2 colheres de sopa de suco de limão (30ml)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preparação:&lt;br /&gt;
Preaqueça o forno a 180ºC. Unte forminhas de empada grandes, e polvilhe com farinha. Passe a farinha de trigo por uma peneira, reserve.Bata na batedeira, na velocidade media, a manteiga e o açúcar e bata até obter um creme fofo. Acrescente os ovos, um a um, batendo entre cada adição.Diminua a velocidade da batedeira e adicione a farinha de trigo, o cravo da india, a noz-moscada, a canela, e as nozes moídas.Bata de leve, apenas para misturar. Desligue a batedeira e misture delicadamente com uma colher os ingredientes restantes.Coloque a massa nas forminhas. Leve ao forno e deixe assar até espetar com um palitinho e sair limpo.Retire do forno, desenfore e decire com o glacê.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
GLACÊ&lt;br /&gt;
Misture os ingredientes até obter um glacê homogêneo e utilize.Para colorir coloque corante alimenticio em gel ou pó.Caso prefira prepará-lo com antecedência, deixe-o coberto com um pano úmido até o momento de utilizar.&lt;br /&gt;

Dica: Para decorar o bolo, coloque sobre o glacê, algumas nozes, cerejas, &amp;nbsp;fatias de kiwi, damasco e outras frutas da época. Fica um show!!&lt;br /&gt;

Modo de fazer:&lt;br /&gt;
Derreter o chocolate e a manteiga em banho maria. Reservar...&lt;br /&gt;
Bater os ovos e o açúcar em batedeira até ficar um creme esbranquiçado e denso.&lt;br /&gt;
Acrescentar a baunilha e a farinha aos poucos e continuar a bater.&lt;br /&gt;
Juntar em seguida a mistura de chocolate com manteiga já fria ou morna.&lt;br /&gt;
Colocar em assadeira untada e enfarinhada e levar ao forno em média temperatura até fazer uma casquinha por cima, e não sujar a faca quando introduzida no meio do brownie. (+ ou - 40 min).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
A receita cabe em uma forma pequena/média. E também não cresce quando vai ao forno.Mas também não é pra ficar alta (no máximo uns 2 a 3 cm). &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Obs: Se quiser pode fazer com metade do chocolate ao leite, pois essa receita ai o gosto do chocolate amargo fica bem forte.&lt;br /&gt;
Coloquei nozes ou castanha no meio da massa para dar um crocante. 1/2 xicara de cha de açucar&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 xicara de cha de creme vegetal&lt;br /&gt;
2 gemas&lt;br /&gt;
1 1/2 xicara de cha de farinha de trigo&lt;br /&gt;
2 claras em neve&lt;br /&gt;
2 colheres de cha de fermento em po&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 xicara de ADES morango&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Creme&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher de sopa de maizena&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 colher de cha de açucar&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 xicara de cha de ADES chocolate&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Modo de Preparo&lt;br /&gt;
Bolo&lt;br /&gt;
Unte enenfarinhe 15 forminhas para muffins pequenas - 6 cm de diametro. Reserve. preaqueça o forno em temperatura média. Bata na batedeira o açucar, as gemas e o creme vegetal até ficar cremoso. Acrescente aos poucos, a farinha alternando com o Ades de morango. Retire da batedeira, junte o fermento e as claras em neve e misture. Coloque a massa nas forminhas e leve-as ao forno por 15 min. Reserve.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Creme&lt;br /&gt;
Em uma panela, dissolva a maizena no Ades de chocolate. Junte o açucar e cozinhe em fogo médio, mexendo sempre por 5 min. ou até engrossar levemente. Reserve até esfriar. Coloque em um saco de confeitar com bico perle e injete o creme em cada minibolo. Sirva a seguir. 200ml de leite de coco&lt;br /&gt;

4 colheres de sopa de quaijo permesao ralado&lt;br /&gt;

50g de queijo parmesão ralado&lt;br /&gt;

Recheio&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 xicara de cha de leite de coco&lt;br /&gt;
500g de salsicha&lt;br /&gt;
2 colheres de sopa de azeite&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 cebola picada&lt;br /&gt;
1 dente de alho picado&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 xicara de cha de molho de tomate refogado&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 xicara de cha de requeijao&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher de cha de oregano&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher de sopa de salsinha picada&lt;br /&gt;
sal e pimenta a gosto&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Modo de Preparo&lt;br /&gt;
Bata no liquidificador o leite de coco, ovos, queijo, maizena, fermento e farinha de trigo. Despeje a metade da massa em um refratario retangular untado, distribua a metade do recheio, coloque as salsichas cortadas ao meio no sentido do comprimento e o restante do molho. Finalize com a massa e polvilhe o parmesao ralado. &lt;div&gt;Faça um refogado: corte as cebolas em meias luas finas e pique os alhos. Leve tudo para uma panela grande, junte o azeite e leve ao fogo baixo até a cebola ficar macia.&lt;br /&gt;
À parte cozinhe o bacalhau e desfie e guarde a água da cozedura do bacalhau. Deita-se o bacalhau no refogado e deixa-se tomar gosto.&lt;br /&gt;
A seguir junte um pouco da água de cozer o bacalhau ao molho bechamel (na mesma quantidade do molho) , mexa bem para depois juntar ao bacalhau e deixar apurar bem. Tempere com sal, pimenta, salsa e coentros picadinhos.&lt;br /&gt;
Finalmente misture o creme de leite e dexe cozinhar em fogo baixo. Depois é só esticar uma placa de massa folhada e colocar no centro o recheio, pincelar com gema de ovo e levar ao forno.&lt;br /&gt;

Ingredientes&lt;br /&gt;
1  xícara (chá) de farinha de trigo&lt;br /&gt;
4 colheres (sopa) de adoçante dietético em pó próprio para forno e  fogão&lt;br /&gt;
2 colheres (sopa) de cacau em pó&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher (chá) de fermento em pó&lt;br /&gt;
3 colheres (sopa) de margarina sem sal light&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 xícara (chá) de leite desnatado&lt;br /&gt;
1 ovo&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Modo de Preparo&lt;br /&gt;
Misture em uma tigela a farinha de trigo, o adoçante, o cacau e o  fermento. Reserve. Derreta a margarina. Reserve. Bata o leite com o ovo e despeje sobre a mistura reservada juntamente  com a margarina derretida. Misture até que fique homogêneo e coloque em  forminhas de papel. Lembre-se de colocar a massa até três quartos da forminha. Leve para  assar no forno preaquecido (200 ºC) por 15 minutos ou até que estejam  dourados.&lt;b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Ingredientes&lt;br /&gt;

- 1 tablete de fermento biológico (15g)&lt;br /&gt;
- 4 colheres (sopa) de açúcar (48g)&lt;br /&gt;
- 5 xícaras (chá) de farinha de trigo peneirada (600g)&lt;br /&gt;
- 5 colheres (sopa) de manteiga derretida (60g)&lt;br /&gt;
- 2 ovos médios batidos (100g)&lt;br /&gt;
- 350 g de margarina vegetal para folhados&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="inbox"&gt;Modo de preparo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span class="inbox"&gt; Leve ao fogo uma panela com a metade do leite por 1  minuto, ou até alcançar 60ºC. Retire do fogo e transfira para uma  tigela. Junte o fermento e o açúcar e mexa até ficar homogêneo.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;/b&gt;Acrescente 1 xícara (chá) de farinha de trigo  e misture até ficar homogêneo. A seguir, cubra a tigela com o filme  plástico e deixe crescer, em local aquecido, por 30 minutos.&lt;b&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Assim que a massa crescer, junte, aos poucos,  a farinha e o leite restantes, a manteiga e os ovos. Misture bem e  transfira a massa para uma superfície enfarinhada.&lt;b&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Sove a massa por 15 minutos e coloque de  volta na tigela. Cubra com o filme plástico e deixe crescer, em local  aquecido, por mais 1 hora.&lt;b&gt;&lt;/b&gt; Em seguida, coloque a  massa sobre uma superfície enfarinhada e abra até obter um retângulo,  deixando 1 cm em toda a borda sem margarina. Observe bem que é só na  metade da massa.&lt;b&gt; &lt;/b&gt;Distribua a margarina para folhados na metade  do ângulo, deixando 1 cm em toda a borda sem margarina. Repita a operação mais duas vezes. Esta massa pode ser congelada. Para  isso, estenda uma folha de filme plástico numa superfície lisa, coloque a  massa aberta e enrole-a como um rocambole.&lt;br /&gt;
