Who was go to Stadium MBPJ on 3rd Dec 2011 for MLive Mo.A 2011? It’s was awesome and powerful performance by Miss A, B1A4, f(x) and of course Super Junior!!! yessss!!! finally i meet the boys again..

Before the entrance gate opened, the ELFs singing Super Junior’s songs such as Sorry Sorry, Bonamana, Marry U, Superman at the entrance.

As an opening, Miss A performed Good Bye Baby.. Then, continued by B1A4, f(x) and Super Junior.. The crowds are so supportive, they even sings the song together..

During that night, Super Junior sing 7 songs; Superman, Mr Simple, A-Cha, Marry U, Memories, Sorry Sorry and Bonamana.. Plus, 1 Yesung solo performance..

Even, Baki Zainal also attended the concert coz he is one of the ELFs also.. hihihi..

Everyone felt enjoyed that night!!

Apple officially announced the iPhone 4S at today’s event. It will be available to pre-order on Friday October 7th, and will go on sale on October 14th.

The iPhone 4S will launch in the U.S., Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, France, Germany and Japan on October 14th, less than 2 weeks away.

Animal Cruelty

Recently we heard the news on animal cruelty by P****** happened during Eid holiday. I can't imagine how they could do this to animal.. Its are Allah creatures same like humans.. Some more, the owner are been paid by the pet's owner and P******* should be ASSHAMED!!! They supposed be responsible with the faith given by the pet's owners specifically cats..

According to Veterinary Services director-general Datuk Dr Abd Aziz Jamaluddin said that anyone caught being cruel to animals will face a fine of up to RM100,000 and a jail term of not more than six months under the Animal Welfare Act to be tabled in Parliament next year.

Say sorry is just to easy.. But, please consider the pet's owner feelings..

Someone cured from HIV???

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS 5) — A 45-year-old man now living in the Bay Area may be the first person ever cured of the deadly disease AIDS, the result of the discovery of an apparent HIV immunity gene.

Timothy Ray Brown tested positive for HIV back in 1995, but has now entered scientific journals as the first man in world history to have that HIV virus completely eliminated from his body in what doctors call a “functional cure.”

Brown was living in Berlin, Germany back in 2007, dealing with HIV and leukemia, when scientists there gave him a bone marrow stem cell transplant that had astounding results.

“I quit taking my HIV medication the day that I got the transplant and haven’t had to take any since,” said Brown, who has been dubbed “The Berlin Patient” by the medical community.

Brown’s amazing progress continues to be monitored by doctors at San Francisco General Hospital and at the University of California at San Francisco medical center.

“I’m cured of HIV. I had HIV but I don’t anymore,” he said, using words that many in the scientific community are cautiously clinging to.

Scientists said Brown received stem cells from a donor who was immune to HIV. In fact, about one percent of Caucasians are immune to HIV. Some researchers think the immunity gene goes back to the Great Plague: people who survived the plague passed their immunity down and their heirs have it today.

UCSF’s Dr. Jay Levy, who co-discovered the HIV virus and is one of the most respected AIDS researchers in the world, said this case opens the door to the field of “cure research,” which is now gaining more attention.

“If you’re able to take the white cells from someone and manipulate them so they’re no longer infected, or infectable, no longer infectable by HIV, and those white cells become the whole immune system of that individual, you’ve got essentially a functional cure,” he explained.

UCSF’s Dr. Paul Volberding, another pioneering AIDS expert who has studied the disease for all of its 30 years cautioned that while “the Berlin Patient is a fascinating story, it’s not one that can be generalized.”

Both doctors stressed that Brown’s radical procedure may not be applicable to many other people with HIV, because of the difficulty in doing stem cell transplants, and finding the right donor.

“You don’t want to go out and get a bone marrow transplant because transplants themselves carry a real risk of mortality,” Volberding said.

He explained that scientists also still have many unanswered questions involving the success of Brown’s treatment.

“One element of his treatment, and we don’t know which, allowed apparently the virus to be purged from his body,” he observed. “So it’s going to be an interesting, I think productive area to study.”

Volberding continued, “Knock on wood, (Brown) hasn’t had any recurrence now for several years of the virus, and that hasn’t happened before in our experience.”

As a result, at the San Francisco AIDS Foundation some are now using the word “cure” after so many avoided it for decades.

“You sort of felt like you couldn’t say ‘cure’ for a number of years. Scientists and clinicians and people with HIV alike felt that was a promise that was never going to be realized and it was dangerous to direct a lot of energy toward it,” said Dr. Judy Auerbach. “And now things have shifted.”

The California Institute of Regenerative Medicine is currently funding stem cell research in the Bay Area based on Brown’s case in the hopes of replicating his success for broader populations of people with HIV.

The institute said it plans to begin clinical trials next year.

Rare Triple Sky Treat: Lunar, Solar Eclipses in June and July

Over the next month, the world will experience three eclipses: two partial solar eclipses a month apart and one total lunar eclipse exactly in between, and it all starts with a so-called "midnight" eclipse of the sun.

A solar eclipse at midnight? How is such a thing possible?

It can happen near midsummer in the high Arctic, the land of the midnight sun. And it will happen this week on June 1 and 2, visible in the northernmost reaches of North America, Europe, and Asia.

These two solar eclipse detail what observers could see during some of the upcoming eclipses of the sun and moon in June.

'Midnight' solar eclipse of June 2

The eclipse begins on Thursday, June 2, at dawn in northern China and Siberia, then moves across the Arctic, crossing the International Date Line and ending in the early evening of Wednesday, June 1, in northeastern Canada.
That’s right: The eclipse begins on Thursday and ends on Wednesday because of the International Date Line. Because observers in northern Russia and Scandinavia will be observing it over the North Pole, they will actually see it in what is, for them, the middle of the night of June 1 and 2.

Solar eclipse no one will see on July 1

Exactly a month later, on Friday, July 1, an equally bizarre eclipse will occur in the Antarctic.
Because this is the southern winter, the sun will be below the horizon for almost all of Antarctica, except for a small uninhabited stretch of coast due south of Madagascar. The only place the eclipse will clear the horizon will be in a small area of the Southern Ocean, far to the south of South Africa.
Chances are that this eclipse will be witnessed only by penguins and sea birds.

Lunar Eclipse of June 15

Exactly halfway in between these two partial solar eclipses, there will be a total eclipse of the moon on Wednesday, June 15.
The eclipse will be visible for millions of people in Africa, the Middle East and southwestern Asia. It will be visible as the moon rises in the early evening in South America and Europe, and as the moon sets before dawn in eastern Asia and Australia.
Unfortunately, it will not be visible anywhere at all in North America.

FB's Forbidden Love Story

A 23-year-old Singaporean facing objections from his family to marry his 47-year-old sweetheart went public with his tragic love story he posted their plight on Facebook.

Sin Chew Daily reported that both their family members refused to attend the wedding.

The couple apparently posted their plight on the popular social network site to gain public support and blessings for their relationship.

The man and the woman, who has a daughter, also uploaded intimate pictures of themselves on Facebook.

The daily added that the man said he would not give up.

The woman also admitted that her daughter and family members strongly objected to their marriage as she was 24 years older than her boyfriend.

“But we love each other very much,” she said.

The daily reported that some Netizens felt that the couple were just staging a show, while others described it as a mother-and-son relationship.

Only a few sympathised with the duo.

China Press reported on a Hong Kong magazine speculating that superstar Andy Lau's Malaysian wife Carol Choo was pregnant.

The Hong Kong media had been talking about Choo's pregnancy even before Lau admitted that the former Malaysian beauty queen was his wife.

The daily reported that Lau, who has a busy schedule, insisted on accompanying Choo when she returned to Malaysia for the Qing Ming Festival as she was pregnant.

Lau hired assistants and bodyguards to protect his wife, it reported. It added that Choo was also seen wearing loose clothes.

Social media is named aptly so because it's a tool to be social. Unfortunately, there are many amongst us who do the most inane things on Facebook and Twitter that makes you roll your eyes, drop your jaw and sometimes is downright pathetic.

1.People who think their every movement should be announced.

We know you're bored whilst sitting on the toilet. But maybe, instead of tweeting about your bowel movements today, as you always do, maybe you should read about what's happening in the world on Yahoo! News for a change. Likewise, we don't need to know how much milk your "hardworking breasts" lactated for your newborn. True story!

2. People who change their relationship statuses every other week.

Make up your mind - are you single? Are you in a relationship? Is it complicated? It's not too hard

3. People who are in a relationship with their BFF

You might think its so kawaii to be in a relationship with your girlfriend, because you are best friend forever- its NOT! Grow up.

4. Setup Facebook accounts for your 2-year-old kid, or worse, your dog!

We'd like to see the day your dog gets trained to log on to his own Facebook account.

5. Woe is me statuses.

You know those people - ‘my life sucks because my daddy doesn't want to get me a yacht for my birthday' or ‘this is the worse day of my life because my husband cancelled on dinner because he had to work to support my extravagant lifestyle.' Suck it up and stop.

6. Adding People You Don't Know

We're not sure what it is - to up your ‘friends' numbers or to seem like you're friends with the cool kids. When you add somebody, a pop up screen comes on telling you that you should "only send this request if you know him or her personally." How do people miss this disclaimer?

7. Write on a Facebook Wall instead of communicating privately

The driving force behind the success of Facebook is...vanity. People love the idea that others are watching what they're doing. But seriously! We don't need to know what names you call your boyfriend and what you're planning to do to him tonight.

8. Tagging drunken pictures of your friends

Yes, it's funny. But chances are, his boss and his mother are also on Facebook. You don't want to go out for a big one on a weeknight, have to call in sick for work the day after only to have your boss tell you that he's already seen photos of you sh*tfaced crawling in the gutter on Facebook. If you don't want that to happen to you, don't do it to your friends.

9. Children on Facebook

Facebook bans 20,000 kids from their site everyday, and we're glad this is done. Parents need to be more diligent with policing their children on social media, and they should be educated on social media etiquette in school. Sexual predators are nothing to joke about.

10. Animal Farms and Fish Tanks

I have a job, I don't want to feed virtual sheeps. You need to get off your computer and get a life.

Washington, April 4 (IANS) Do you know that fasting, long associated with religious rituals, diets and political protests, also ensures good health and protects your heart?

New evidence from the Intermountain Medical Centre Heart Institute in Utah shows that periodic fasting not only lowers one's risk of coronary artery disease and diabetes, but also causes changes in blood cholesterol levels.

'Fasting causes hunger or stress. In response, the body releases more cholesterol, allowing it to utilise fat as a source of fuel, instead of glucose,' says Benjamin D. Horne, the study's principal investigator. 'This decreases the number of fat cells in the body,' says Horne, director of cardiovascular and genetic epidemiology at Intermountain Institute. 'This is important because the fewer fat cells a body has, the less likely it will experience insulin resistance or diabetes,' adds Horne, according to an Intermountain statement.

Researchers also found that fasting reduces other cardiac risk factors, such as triglycerides, weight and blood sugar levels.

'These new findings demonstrate that our original discovery was not a chance event,' says Horne.
The discovery expands upon a 2007 Intermountain study that revealed a link between fasting and reduced risk of coronary heart disease, the leading cause of death among men and women in the US.

The participants' low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (bad cholesterol) and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (good cholesterol) increased by 14 percent and 6 percent respectively, raising their total cholesterol level and catching the researchers by surprise.

These findings were presented at the annual scientific sessions of the American College of Cardiology in New Orleans.

Women's perceptions towards FACEBOOK

A new survey conducted in the name of market research by daily deal company Eversave revealed some surprising and some not so surprising statistics about what women really think about their Facebook friends.

The results of the survey, which was conducted among 400 women in the USA, were published on technology blog Mashable on March 30.

While 400 is not a large sample size of the female population on Facebook, the survey found that the majority of women were annoyed by some common personality types and traits shared by their friends.

The most annoying habit of Facebook friends, according to 63 percent of women surveyed, was "complain[ing] all the time."

Other annoying traits of Facebook friends included posting political opinions, which annoyed 41 percent of women, and "bragging [boasting] about their perfect lives," for 32 percent, while 16 percent got peeved at Facebook friends who were "always posting updates about their precious kids."

The women surveyed were also asked to indentify personality types they were friends with on Facebook. The results are as follows:

65 % were friends with a "documentarian" - someone who constantly documents his or her life
61 % said they were friends with "a drama queen"
57 % were friends with '"a proud mama"
46 % were friends with "a liker" - someone who constantly "likes" Facebook posts
40 % were friends with "a poser"
35 % were friends with a "frenemy - an enemy whom both parties pretend is a friend
30 % were friends with a "one upper" - someone who constantly tries to do things better than others.
26 % were friends with an "airbrusher" - a person who alters photos to appear more attractive
Also, worryingly, 25 percent of the women surveyed were friends with a "stalker" - a person who follows their posts and activities through Facebook.

The Zone, the cabbage soup diet, the Master Cleanser lemonade diet -- how can you tell what is a fad and what really works? On March 4, health and science website LiveScience reported on seven diet tips that really work.

1. Skip the corn syrup: One study revealed that rats who guzzled drinks made from high fructose corn syrup gained much more weight than those who drank sugar-sweetened drinks, even when the drinks contained the same amount of calories. High fructose corn syrup is found not only in soft drinks but frostings, bacon, candy bars, donuts, sausages, hot dogs, snack cakes, and a number of processed foods.

2. Deal with your junk food addiction: Research reveals that junk food can affect your brain in ways similar to hard drugs, signaling dopamine receptors and changing behaviors, so that eating junk food becomes a top priority. One way to avoid the junk food temptation, experts say, is to avoid going long stretches of time without eating and watch portion sizes when you do indulge in a junk food treat.

3. Eat at structured times: To avoid energy crashes, plan meals and snacks in advance and allow your body to settle into a predicatable routine. Avoid waiting more than three hours to have a small meal or snack.

4. Eat your breakfast: Ideally, eat a protein-rich breakfast, such as scrambled eggs and toast, to feel more satiated throughout the rest of day, experts say. Plus the extra fat in the egg can have a long-lasting effect, leaving you feeling less starved at lunchtime and tempted to overindulge. In one study, men who had eggs and toast for breakfast ate about 400 fewer calories over the course of the day than those who ate a carb-heavy meal of a bagel with low-fat cream cheese and low-fat yogurt.

5. Choose foods low on the glycemic index (or eat closer to nature): Selecting high-protein, high-fiber foods lower on the glycemic index, which refers to how quickly foods affect blood sugar, can stabilize energy levels. Foods higher on the index (sweets, white rice, white flour breads) spike blood sugar but then subsequently lead to an energy crash. Or as a backup plan, simply favor fresh foods, such as vegetables, meat, and fruits, over processed ones.

6. Change your environment: A new study by Cornell University suggests that to be more successful in your diet, adjust your surroundings. Use a smaller plate, keep second helpings out of reach, and hide the sweet stuff to avoid mindless eating.

7. Enjoy your food: When we pay attention to what we're eating -- color, texture, freshness, and seasoning -- "we are satisfied in a deeper way than stuffing of our stomachs could ever accomplish," reports LiveScience. Put down the smartphone or other distractions, take your time, and savor every bite.
