The February 25, 2026 Message from Our Lady, Queen of Peace!

Thank you, dearest Mother, for this message! Please do awaken us, that our hearts may be alive to your call, and we will shine with holiness!!

Today I want to share a powerful message that Our Lady gave us back in 2007. It shows for a moment, a glimpse of God's overall plan for Medjugorje! And it is breathtaking:

June 25, 2007 "Dear children! Also today, with great joy in my heart, I call you to conversion. Little children, do not forget that you are all important in this great plan, which God leads through Medjugorje. God desires to convert the entire world and to call it to salvation and to the way towards Himself, who is the beginning and the end of every being. In a special way, little children, from the depth of my heart, I call you all to open yourselves to this great grace that God gives you through my presence here. I desire to thank each of you for the sacrifices and prayers. I am with you and I bless you all. Thank you for having responded to my call."

This message is mind-blowing!! Let's take it line by line!

"Dear children! Also today, with great joy in my heart, I call you to conversion." Conversion is always the starting point in our relationship with God. Every day, even every moment, we need to convert, to turn again towards God and make him first in our lives!

Next, she says, "Little children, do not forget that you are all important in this great plan, which God leads through Medjugorje." God has a great plan for Medjugorje! It is far greater than we can imagine. And she needs each one of us to be a part of it!!!

Then comes, "God desires to convert the entire world and to call it to salvation and to the way towards Himself, who is the beginning and the end of every being." God wants to convert the entire world!!!! He wants to draw every being to Himself!! This is mind-boggling! But I believe her. She means what she says. The entire world!!

But that's not all: "In a special way, little children, from the depth of my heart, I call you all to open yourselves to this great grace that God gives you through my presence here."

"In a special way"??? This is important!

"From the depth of my heart..." Our Lady really means what she says!

"I call you all to open yourselves to this great grace that God gives you through my presence here!!!" We can't afford to let this moment pass us by. This is very serious!

"I desire to thank each of you for the sacrifices and prayers. I am with you, and I bless you all." She does not take our response for granted. She is grateful to us??!!

Thank you for having responded to my call." Mother needs us!

It is important to pray over this message to be sure we have allowed Our Lady's words to penetrate our hearts. Our Lady's presence in Medjugorje is far more important than we can understand. May we pray over this message with seriousness. It is not too late.

As we approach the weekend, very aware of the tensions in our world today, let's pray the Rosary as much as possible! I have gathered five messages from Our Lady in which she calls us to live peace and give peace! May she lead us on the road to peace from this day onward! May we not just talk about peace but make peace!!

The Agony in the Garden:

February 25, 1991 "Dear children! Today, I invite you to decide for God, because distance from God is the fruit of the lack of peace in your hearts. God is only peace. Therefore, approach Him through your personal prayer and then live peace in your hearts and in this way peace will flow from your hearts like a river into the whole world. Do not talk about peace, but make peace. I am blessing each of you and each good decision of yours. Thank you for having responded to my call."

The Scourging at the Pillar:

January 25, 1996 "Dear Children! Today I invite you to decide for peace. Pray that God give you the true peace. Live peace in your hearts and you will understand, dear children, that peace is the gift of God. Dear children, without love you cannot live peace. The fruit of peace is love and the fruit of love is forgiveness. I am with you and I invite all of you, little children, that before all else forgive in the family and then you will be able to forgive others. Thank you for having responded to my call."

The Crowning with Thorns:

December 25, 2016

"Dear children! Today, on this day of grace, in a special way, I am calling you to pray for peace. Children, I came here as the Queen of Peace and how many times have I called you to pray for peace. But, children, your hearts are restless. Sin is preventing you from opening yourselves completely to grace and peace which God desires to give you. To live peace, my children, is to first have peace in your hearts and to be surrendered completely to God and to His will. Do not seek peace and joy in the things of this world, because this is all passing. Long for true mercy and peace which come only from God; and only in this way will your hearts be filled with true joy; and only in this way will you be able to become witnesses of peace in this peaceless world. I am your mother and intercede before my Son for each of you. Thank you for having responded to my call."

The Carrying of the Cross:

January 25, 2000 "Dear children! I call you, little children, to pray without ceasing. If you pray, you are closer to God and He will lead you on the way of peace and salvation. That is why I call you today to give peace to others. Only in God is there true peace. Open your hearts and become those who give a gift of peace and others will discover peace in you and through you and in this way you will witness God's peace and love which He gives you. Thank you for having responded to my call."

Little children, pray and prepare your hearts for the coming of the King of Peace, that with His blessing He may give peace to the whole world. Peacelessness has begun to reign in hearts and hatred reigns in the world. That is why, you who live my messages be the light and extended hands to this faithless world that all may come to know the God of Love. Do not forget, little children, I am with you and bless you all. Thank you for having responded to my call."

Our Lady tells us that God sent her to us to awaken us! She has come to turn our eyes towards Heaven and be filled with light! We need that Heavenly light in these days. We need to be awake in the Holy Spirit, as She has told us.

Below, the Medjugorje Visionary, Ivan Dragicevic, shares with us some wonderful words of hope! They are truly words of light and hope!

People often call me these days and ask if Our Lady has anything to say about the Gulf War. My answer: Our Lady's message of peace in the context of today's wars.

Dear brothers and sisters,

We live in a time when the news almost daily speaks of wars, divisions and unrest. The names of countries, alliances, interests, powerful people are mentioned... but behind every piece of news there are people - families, children, mothers who cry.

Our Lady does not speak politically in her messages. She does not analyze strategies or military plans. Her message is simple but profound:

"Peace, peace, peace - and only peace."

This is not a slogan. It is the cry of the Mother.

1. War begins in the heart

Our Lady teaches us that war does not begin at borders, but in the human heart.

It begins when forgiveness disappears.

It begins when pride takes hold.

It begins when a person forgets God.

Today we see conflicts in the world – from the Middle East to Europe, from tensions between nations to divisions within families. But Our Lady takes us back to the beginning: peace begins within me.

If there is no peace within me, how will there be peace in the world?

2. Prayer and fasting – weapons of peace

On several occasions, Our Lady has said that even wars can be stopped through prayer and fasting.

This is a spiritual logic that transcends politics.

The world believes in the power of weapons.

Heaven believes in the power of a kneeling heart.

When a family prays together, walls are torn down.

When a nation fasts and converts, the spiritual climate changes.

We may not be able to negotiate between countries, but we can:

• pray the rosary for peace

• fast for the conversion of the world

• forgive those who have hurt us

This is our responsibility.

3. Peace as a personal decision

Our Lady does not call us to be observers. She calls us to be bearers of peace.

In a world full of noise, she seeks silence.

In a world full of hatred, she seeks love.

In a world full of fear, she seeks trust in God.

Today's wars show how weak man is without God.

But they also show how hungry the world is for witnesses of peace.

4. What does this mean for us today?

This means:

• Not to spread hatred with words.

• Not to judge nations and people lightly.

• Pray for everyone – even for those we do not understand.

• Build a culture of forgiveness in our homes.

Because if peace reigns in our families, the world becomes different.

Our Lady calls us to offer our lives to God so that He may lead us towards the resurrection through our personal conversion. She wants us to truly give ourselves to God this Lent because we need conversion, and it will only happen to us if we stay close to Jesus, who will help us to repent and change. We can't convert on our own. It is too hard. We need Jesus to walk us through it, guiding us, teaching us, and encouraging us. We need Jesus!

Here is a litany based on a litany written by St. John Henry Newman! It will help us to offer our lives to Jesus this Lent!! Jesus can walk us through this Lenten time towards the Resurrection, powered by our conversion and repentance!!

Litany of Repentance

God, the Father in heaven, have mercy on us.

In this time of grace...offer your lives to God...

I don't think we realize the very special time we are living in. Our Lady has been coming every day for 44 years!! She has given us countless messages which we cling to as light from Heaven. She has helped us to find Her Son through prayer and Scripture! She has grounded us in the Church, where we are being nourished by the Sacraments! And She has been leading us into the future, under her Mantle! This truly is a time of grace!

Now She asks us to "offer your lives to God"! This offering is not just a gesture. It is a powerful gift of love that will propel us into a life of service and prayer. Our Lady will lead us in it! I believe that this Lent we will be asked to step up in new ways, to help Our Lady in Her Triumph!

I found this message from 2020, which I believe is helpful. Mother Mary wants us to choose holiness through forgiveness and love, so that we will be carriers of the holiness and love of God to a world in dire need of it. Pray about this call! The time is now!

January 25, 2020 "Dear children! Today I am calling you to pray even more, until you feel the holiness of forgiveness in your heart. There must be holiness in the families, little children, because there is no future for the world without love and holiness – because in holiness and joy, you give yourselves to God the Creator who loves you with immeasurable love. This is why He sends me to you. Thank you for having responded to my call."

Again, let us take in Our Lady's call. It is a call for us now!!

There is nothing more important than offering our lives to God! This is the first thing to do every day and the last thing to do every night!

Here is a simple prayer, written by Fr. Peter Rookey, that we can easily do each morning and night, and several times throughout the day!! (You may already have a prayer you use!) Take it slowly...pondering each petition and doing what we promise. This is the beginning of the new life which Our Lady is calling us to in her message!

A Prayer to offer our lives to God:

Lord Jesus, I come before You, just as I am!

I am sorry for my sins!

I repent of my sins!

Please forgive me.

In Your Name, I forgive all others

for what they have done against me.

I renounce satan, the evil spirits and all their works.

I give You my entire self, Lord Jesus, now and forever.

I invite You into my life, Jesus.

I accept You as my Lord, God and Savior.

Heal me, change me,

strengthen me in body, soul, and spirit.

Come Lord Jesus,

cover me with Your Precious Blood,

and fill me with Your Holy Spirit.

I love You Lord Jesus.

I praise You Jesus.

I thank You Jesus.

I shall follow You every day of my life.

O most merciful God, who for the salvation of sinners and the refuge of the wretched, has made the Immaculate Heart of Mary most like in tenderness and pity to the Heart of Jesus, grant that we, who now commemorate her most sweet and loving heart, may by her merits and intercession, ever live in the fellowship of the hearts of both Mother and Son, through the same Christ our Lord. We have a knock-your-sox-off Gospel reading for today. Let's take it into our hearts:

The Gospel according to Matthew 25:31-46

Jesus said to his disciples: “When the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, he will sit upon his glorious throne, and all the nations will be assembled before him. And he will separate them one from another, as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. He will place the sheep on his right and the goats on his left.

Then the king will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father. Inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world. For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, a stranger and you welcomed me, naked and you clothed me, ill and you cared for me, in prison and you visited me.’

Then the righteous will answer him and say, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you drink? When did we see you a stranger and welcome you, or naked and clothe you? When did we see you ill or in prison, and visit you?’ And the king will say to them in reply, ‘Amen, I say to you, whatever you did for one of these least brothers of mine, you did for me.’

Then he will say to those on his left, ‘Depart from me, you accursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the Devil and his angels. For I was hungry and you gave me no food, I was thirsty and you gave me no drink, a stranger and you gave me no welcome, naked and you gave me no clothing, ill and in prison, and you did not care for me.’

Then they will answer and say, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or naked or ill or in prison, and not minister to your needs?’ He will answer them, ‘Amen, I say to you, what you did not do for one of these least ones, you did not do for me.’ And these will go off to eternal punishment, but the righteous to eternal life.”

The Gospel of the Lord.

We see in this Gospel the economy of Heaven. If we give of ourselves for the sake of others, God will give to us in return when we enter eternity! Our hearts must be open and giving, out of love for God and one another. Do we not have an amazing God!!!

In this message, Our Lady speaks of this kind of love for others, a love that reflects God's Heart:

January 2, 2020 "Dear children, I know that I am present in your lives and in your hearts. I feel your love, I hear your prayers and direct them to my Son. But, my children, according to motherly love, I desire to be in the lives of all of my children. I desire to gather all of my children around me, beneath my motherly mantle. This is why I am inviting you and calling you, apostles of my love, to help me.

My children, my Son pronounced the words of the 'Our Father'- Our Father, [you] who are everywhere and in our hearts - because He desires to teach you to pray with words and feelings. He desires for you to always be better, to live merciful love which is prayer and limitless sacrifice for others. My children, give to my Son love for your neighbors, give words of consolation, compassion and acts of justice to your neighbors. Everything that you give to others, apostles of my love, my Son accepts as a gift.

I am also with you, because my Son desires for my love, as a ray of light, to bring your souls to life; for me to help you in the search for peace and eternal happiness. Therefore, my children, love one another, be united through my Son, be children of God who all together, with full, open and pure heart, pronounce the 'Our Father'. And do not be afraid! Thank you."

May we again this Lent, rededicate our lives to loving as Jesus and Mary love! May we live merciful love which is prayer and limitless sacrifice for others!!

Friday after Ash Wednesday

Dear Family of Mary,

Every Friday, we remember Jesus' Passion and Death on the Cross. And Lent is the time to deepen our reverence for the Cross, because it was through His Crucifixion that Jesus saved each one of us. Our Lady has encouraged us to meditate on the Passion and Death of Jesus in Lent. Here is one message in which she calls us to "live the passion of Jesus in prayer"...

March 25, 1991

"Dear children!

Again today I invite you

to live the passion of Jesus in prayer,

and in union with Him.

Decide to give more time to God

who gave you these days of grace.

Therefore, dear children, pray and in a special way

renew the love for Jesus in your hearts.

I am with you

and I accompany you

with my blessing and my prayers.

Thank you for having responded to my call."

When Our Lady mentions "these days of grace...", she is referring to Lent. Lent is indeed a time of grace! And Mother Mary wants us to renew our love for Jesus during Lent. One way to grow in love for Jesus is by remembering how much He loves us! Here is a litany we can pray today to "renew the love for Jesus in our hearts"!

Here is an early message given during the Lenten season in 1989. She calls Lent a "Season of Grace"!! And indeed, it really is!!!

"Dear children!

Today I invite you to prayer of the heart.

Throughout this season of grace

I wish each of you to be united with Jesus,

but without unceasing prayer

you cannot experience the beauty and greatness

of the grace which God is offering you.

March 6, 1986 "Dear children! Today I call you to open yourselves more to God, so that He can work through you. The more you open yourselves, the more you receive the fruits. I wish to call you again to prayer. Thank you for having responded to my call."

March 13, 1986 "Dear children! Today I call you to live Lent by means of your little sacrifices. Thank you for every sacrifice you have brought me. Dear children, live that way continuously, and with your love help me to present the sacrifice. God will reward you for that. Thank you for having responded to my call."

We are offered great graces during Lent. Let's pray for each other as we enter this time of prayer, sacrifice, and penance!! Our Lady is with us to help us!!

Today, let's pray the Litany of Our Lady of Lourdes, since we just celebrated that holy day on February 11. The story of Bernadette is so touching. She was poor, disbelieved, and treated badly in the convent where she died at an early age. But she bore it all with great peace, and love for Our Lady, which was a sure sign that she was telling the truth! We are all a bit like Bernadette, in that we witness to Our Lady's coming in Medjugorje, and we may have experienced some skepticism from our peers in our day. But how could we ever deny the presence of Our Lady in Medjugorje!! Impossible! I am sure Our Lady says to us: Thank you for having responded to my call.

“Dear children, Today, I am calling you to be prayer and a blessing for all those who have not come to know God’s love. Little children, be different from others and be positive people of prayer and love towards God, that with your lives, you may be a sign of God’s love to others. I bless you with my motherly blessing and intercede for each of you before my Son Jesus. Thank you for having responded to my call. (With ecclesiastical approval)

"I bless you with my motherly blessing and intercede for each of you before my Son Jesus."

Our Lady has blessed us with Her Motherly Blessing so many times that we may have become used to it. We may not realize how incredible this blessing is for us!! The Immaculate Conception...The Mother of God...The Queen of Peace...The Help of Christians...the Seat of Wisdom...The Gate of Heaven...The Mother of Good Counsel...Queen of Heaven...is blessing us with Her Motherly blessing!!

We need to let Her Blessing sink in!! We need to open our hearts to that blessing and receive it with deep gratitude and expectation!! We are blessed by the Mother of Jesus!! Talk about a Be-attitude! We can only marvel at our Blessedness! We are blessed!!

Here are five messages in which Our Lady tells us that she is blessing us with her motherly blessing. Let's pray these messages with our Rosaries today, and drink in the reality that Our Mother is blessing us!! Say yes to her blessing!!

June 25, 1990 "Dear children! Today I desire to thank you for all your sacrifices and for all your prayers. I am blessing you with my special motherly blessing. I invite you all to decide for God, so that from day to day you will discover His will in prayer. I desire, dear children, to call all of you to a full conversion so that joy will be in your hearts. I am happy that you are here today in such great numbers. Thank you for having responded to my call."

June 25, 2001 "Dear children! I am with you and I bless you all with my motherly blessing. Especially today when God gives you abundant graces, pray and seek God through me. God gives you great graces, that is why, little children make good use of this time of grace and come closer to my heart so that I can lead you to my Son Jesus. Thank you for having responded to my call."

May 25, 2007 "Dear children! Pray with me to the Holy Spirit for Him to lead you in the search of God's will on the way of your holiness. And you, who are far from prayer, convert and, in the silence of your heart, seek salvation for your soul and nurture it with prayer. I bless you all individually with my motherly blessing. Thank you for having responded to my call."

September 25, 2008 "Dear children! May your life, anew, be a decision for peace. Be joyful carriers of peace and do not forget that you live in a time of grace, in which God gives you great graces through my presence. Do not close yourselves, little children, but make good use of this time and seek the gift of peace and love for your life so that you may become witnesses to others. I bless you with my motherly blessing. Thank you for having responded to my call."

September 25, 2010 "Dear children! Today I am with you and bless you all with my motherly blessing of peace, and I urge you to live your life of faith even more, because you are still weak and are not humble. I urge you, little children, to speak less and to work more on your personal conversion so that your witness may be fruitful. And may your life be unceasing prayer. Thank you for having responded to my call."

Dear Family of Mary,

Here again is our message for this month!

The January 25, 2026, Message from Our Lady, Queen of Peace!

Our final Be-attitude from this message is "...that with your lives, you may be a sign of God’s love to others."

As we grow in all the Be-attitudes, we will grow in love for others. The good we will do, the good we will say, the good we will pray for, it all will help us to be a sign of God's love to others. When we will be remembered, it will be the good we have done that will stand out. And it will be a sign of God's love to everyone!

Today is the Optional Memorial of Our Lady of Lourdes! This wonderful apparition took place in 1858, when Our Lady appeared to Bernadette Soubirous, a poor girl who had very little schooling. She was the only visionary. And she was interrogated and disbelieved. But she stuck to her guns even though the rest of her life was not easy. But many, many people did believe her, and came to the grotto to encounter Our Lady. And there have been many, many healings from "The Lady" who appeared to Bernadette.

Here is a quote from Bernadette that actually demonstrates this Be-attitude we received from Our Lady through Marija, "...that with your lives, you may be a sign of God’s love to others."

Bernadette said, "I shall spend every moment loving. One who loves does not notice her trials, or perhaps more accurately, she is able to love them. I shall do everything for Heaven, my true home. There I shall find my Mother in all the splendor of her glory. I shall delight with her in the joy of Jesus himself in perfect safety."

Bernadette's resolve to spend every moment loving can become our resolve as well. We want to spend every moment loving so that we can be a sign of God's love to others!! This is true fruitfulness!! It is the only witness that matters!

Our Lady asked us to "be different from others" in this message. We talked about how amazing it is that each one of us is unique, and so by nature different from others. We also realized that it is good to be different. How much good can be generated in our relationships if we use our differences as a gift to help others.

Her next Be-attitude is this:

"Be positive people of prayer and love towards God..."

She tells us to be positive people!! What does this mean? It is fun to think about it! Here are some adjectives that could apply to our being positive people:

"Positive people" are optimistic, hopeful, supportive, constructive, joyful, friendly, encouraging, kind, lovers of the truth, believers in the good, those who trust in God, those who rely on God's promises, peacemakers, and faith-filled people.

"Positive people of prayer" are those who truly believe that God loves us and who cast all their hopes and needs upon His love. They have strong faith in God! Nothing is outside of God's control, and so they pray with deep faith and trust.

"Positive people...of love are those who love very deeply because they have such a deep relationship with God through which they can love with God's love, purely and freely. Positive people who know God know love! They love because God loves them, and they learn to love from and through Him.

Our Lady continues: "that with your lives, you may be a sign of God’s love to others." I believe that if we live in that positive relationship with the Lord, we will become a sign of God's love to others! Why? Because God will be able to work through us, and our works of love will be a sign of God's love to others. We will live love! We will spread love, God's love, everywhere.

There is a song written by Sebastian Temple that we all know, that expresses this call to be positive people:

Make me a channel of Your peace.

Where there is hatred, let me bring Your love,

Where there is injury, Your pardon, Lord.

And where there's doubt, true faith in You.

Oh, Master, grant that I may never seek

So much to be consoled as to console,

To be understood as to understand,

To be loved as to love with all my soul.

Make me a channel of Your peace.

Where there's despair in life, let me bring hope.

Where there is darkness, only light.

And where there's sadness, ever joy.

Make me a channel of Your peace.

And in dying that we're born to eternal life.

"Little Children...be different from others..."

This "Be-attitude" is challenging. I have had to think about it. What does Our Lady ask of us? I feel on one level, that she is asking us to think for ourselves. We have only one life to live, and we do not want to waste that life by letting others tell us what we need to think and do! It is easy to seek the safety of others, making decisions that please the people we work with, live with, or admire. But in the end, we know that God created us with a purpose, and we can only be at peace if we try to live a life in union with Him. When we are united with the Lord in prayer, we will be different! We will be walking a singular path with the Lord, one that God has designed for us!

Our Lady gave us this message, in which she guides us into the kind of prayer that will help us to live for God and see everything differently.

May 25, 2017 "Dear children! The Most High has permitted me to call you anew to conversion. Little children, open your hearts to the grace to which you are all called. Be witnesses of peace and love in this peaceless world. Your life here on earth is passing. Pray that through prayer you may yearn for Heaven and the things of Heaven and your hearts will see everything differently. You are not alone; I am with you and intercede before my Son Jesus for you. Thank you for having responded to my call."

If in prayer we "yearn for Heaven and the things of Heaven," our hearts will see everything differently!! This different sight will lead us to become different. We will be living for God! We will have eyes to see the things of Heaven, and we will begin to live for Heaven and for God. That is the kind of "different" that Mother Mary desires for us!

"Little Children...be different from others..."

We need to lose our fear of being different. Being different does not mean that we lose our friends or families, but that we place God and His plan for our lives in the first place, and then love all those around us! We will be different for the better!!

I want to share a message that Our Lady spoke to Mirjana in 2015. In this message She teaches us how to be those who are a blessing for all those who have not come to know God's love.

February 2, 2015

"Dear children!

I am here, I am among you.

I am looking at you, am smiling at you

and I love you in the way that only a mother can.

Through the Holy Spirit who comes through my purity,

I see your hearts and I offer them to my Son.

Already for a long time I have been asking of you to be my apostles,

to pray for those who have not come to know God's love.

I am asking for prayer said out of love,

prayer which carries out works and sacrifices.

Do not waste time thinking about

whether you are worthy to be my apostles.

The Heavenly Father will judge everyone;

and you, love Him and listen to Him.

I know that all of this confuses you,

even my very stay among you,

but accept it with joy

and pray that you may comprehend

that you are worthy to work for Heaven.

My love is upon you.

Pray that my love may win in all hearts,

because that is the love which forgives, gives and never stops.

Thank you."

To be Our Lady's apostles implies that we will be those who pray for those who have not come to know God's love! This petition occupies our Mother's heart more than any other. She longs for her lost children to be found. She longs for those who do not know God's love, to come to know it! It is our job to help her!!

Thank you all for responding to her call. I do think that if we pray in this way, we will begin to see the Triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary!!
