The Company's processing plant is about 70 kms from Pune in Maharashtra. Spread over 40 acres, the Company's state-of-the-art processing plant with a capacity to process 10 tonnes of any fruit per hour is equipped with contemporary machinery sourced from internationally-renowned manufacturers.
The processing of the fruits is fully mechanised right from the washing, sorting, chopping, preheating, filtration, evaporation, sterilization to the aseptic/frozen packaging, freezing in blast freezer and storage in cold room.
The ability of the plant to switch processing from one product to the other in less than a day's time enables Tricom Fruits to deliver large quantities on time.
