Wearing a Bra In the Winter Time

I do not know about where you live, but this winter - in my apartment - it seems like it is a much colder winter. Part of the problem is that I only have space heaters for heating, but still cold is cold - no matter what the reason.

And this leads me to the hassle I have every morning - putting on my bra. I do not want to take off my layered clothing that is keeping me warm - for the brief time that it takes to put on a bra. Brrr!

Taking off the bra - is not a problem. I have that figured out.

Many years ago - I saw a scene in an early Alfred Hitchcock movie: A young woman is in her bedroom and she needs to change clothing. She has on a dressing gown and from underneath this, she removes her bra and stockings, etc. without removing the dressing gown itself. And then she puts on new clothing.

Hitchcock gives us this wonderful moment of intimacy - a woman undressing without showing us any nudity.

This scene has stuck in my head - although I am sorry that I cannot give you the title of the movie itself. Besides my general appreciation for this wonderful bit of cinema, from it, I also learned how to remove a bra and still keep warm.

You reach through the sleeve openings to grab the bra straps. Pull the straps over and off your arms, turn the bra around so the hooks are in front and unsnap the hooks... All while keeping your shirt or t-shirt on.

I just haven't the coordination to do the process in reverse - and thus I must face the cold each morning I wear a bra. Oh well, spring is not too far away...

What Will My Breasts Look Like?

As I embarked on my male breast enlargement journey, I had this idealized picture in my mind of what my breasts should look like. You probably do, too.

My mental image was, no doubt, created partially by all the "perfect" breasts that fill our media. Breasts that have been enhanced, airbrushed, supported by cosmetics and clever clothing. And the other source of my imaging were breasts that were many years old. All the naked breasts that I have seen, are basically on women who are over 18. This means that their breasts have had several years of development and sculpting by gravity and life.

My natural breasts are about 2 years old and they do not match what I was expecting them to be like. Don't get me wrong, I love the way they look, it is just that my old mental picture and reality do not exactly match. But eventually they may match as gravity and movements and life itself will change the way my breasts look. And what will that be like?

My breasts are not fake and I am not going to be a model or actress, so my breasts will continue to change and look more like a regular woman's. But which regular woman?

Recently, I came across a website which is dedicated to showing normal breasts in a non-sexual way. I believe it was set-up so that concerned women could be reassured that there breasts were normal, too, in comparison to others. They also support public breastfeeding...

Kudzu, Another Breast Enlarging Supplement

Kudzu or Pueraria omeiensis is a vine like plant originally native to Japan and other parts of Asia. It was introduced into the United States in the 1800s, as a means of erosion control, but it quickly got out of control. Many states consider the plant to be an invasive weed. But men (and women) who are interested in breast enlargement have found a use for its phytoestrogenic properties.

Kudzu has many active components including the isoflavones: Puerarin, daidzin, genistin, daidzein, formonontin and genistein. Observations on Breasts by a Man Who Has Grown His Own

I have rarely gone into areas of intimacy on this blog, focusing mostly on how to grow female breasts and my experience from that. But having breasts has given me new insights into many things including the art of lovemaking.

One often learns to touch, from how they would like to be touched.

For many years, I made love to several different women, and then I made love to one woman for many years. I thought that I had become a good lover, but it was not until I had my own breasts, through my male breast enlargement program, that I truly understood how I should be touching my wife's breasts.

To induce lactation, Bengtsson is using a breast pump to stimulate his nipples and breast area. This, in turn, should cause the pituitary gland to release the hormones that cause the production and release of milk from breasts.

The following video illustrates what Bengtsson is doing.

What is even more daring, is that Bengtsson is using his breast pumps in public as needed. To stimulate lactation, the breast pumps must be used every three hours or so. Good for him and good for all of us males who are growing breasts!

Collagen and Breast Enlargement

Being an adult male of some years, before deciding to grow feminine breasts, I have had a chance to learn about many different breasts. This experience helped form an image in my mind of what kind of breasts I wanted to have. Of course, I knew that I would grow breasts according to my DNA, but still I wanted perky, firm breasts that were nice and large.

Was there anything I could do to help this happen? I took all the main phytoestrogens that help you enlarge your breasts. I began eating better and getting a good night's sleep, etc. I also decided to take collagen supplements.

Why add collagen to my diet?

Collagen has an important role to play in all of those tasks.

There is a good chance that your daily diet provides enough collagen for these new needs as you pursue your male breast enlargement program, so collagen supplement may not be necessary. Certainly women in the teens must have enough collagen in their systems as they go through puberty.

A Sensative and Hairy Situation

Pubic hair is an almost taboo subject, but let's face it - having a neatly groomed bikini area is an important part of being a modern woman. So if looking as much like a woman as possible is your goal, this is something you need to look at.

How bare should you go?

It seems common feminizing sense that you should, at least, get rid of any hair that sticks out of your underwear. And, if you're extra daring, try taking it all off! You may find that you feel extra sexy going this bare...

Here are three pubic hair removal tips:

1. Trim first.

If you've never shaved your pubic hair before, you're going to have a LOT of hair to deal with. You should trim the hair, just as you would if you had a full beard. This will avoid you clogging up your razor when you get to that stage. Use a scissors or trimmer and crop the hair as short as you can.

2. Use a bikini razor.

Regular razors are hard to navigate, making it easy to cut and nick yourself. Instead, look for a bikini razor with a narrow head. This makes it easier to shave the nooks and crannies of your crotch.

3. Avoid ingrown hairs.

A final note ...

If you've never shaved "down there" before, you will probably experience irritation. It takes about a month for your skin to adapt to being shaved.

Use aloe vera gel to sooth any temporary irritation.

Transgender Issue: Employment Non-Discrimination Act (ENDA)

Representative Barney Frank, along with 118 co-sponsors, recently announced the introduction of a fully inclusive Employment Non-Discrimination Act (ENDA) - which would extend the existing federal law prohibiting employment discrimination to protect people on the basis of sexual orientation and gender identity.

If you think that people should be allowed to hold jobs irregardless of their sexual orientation and gender identity, you may want to tell your local Congressperson and Senator to vote for ENDA when it comes up for a vote.

Wearing a Bra In The Summer

I don't know what the weather is like where you live, but there are days when it is over 100 degrees around my home. And the bras that kept me warmer in the winter, are making me feel hotter this summer. Of course, when I sweat there is that nice coolness the envelopes my bosom, still I seem less tolerant to the heat this year. Perhaps, it is hotter or maybe my hormonal balance has changed my metabolism (women traditionally have less tolerance for hot weather.)

In the past, I would just go shirtless, but I can't do that anymore. Because, as a man with breasts the question arises: If I am in public nude from the waist up, am I going without a shirt or am I going topless? Legally, I may still be a male and thus allowed to bare myself this way, but mentally, I feel feminine, and I can't show my breasts this way...

We do not allow our women to show their breasts in public - we barely allow them to nurse in public. And generally, women who are breastfeeding, now wear garments that cover the baby and their mammary glands.

I wish we could practice the wisdom of all those tropical civilizations that wore (and some still wear) their clothes based upon the weather, instead being under the influence of the Religious Control Mechanism. Tell a person what they can wear and you can control their lives in other ways. And too many religious and social leaders are eager to control us...

Men and women in the tropics are (or were) freer to wear fewer clothes, to basically go naked in society, if they so desired. But that is not happening here.

So, I guess, having breasts changes your life style in different ways (gotta wear a top, etc.). How has your lifestyle changed with your new breasts?

Past Lives and Male Breast Enlargement

If one is of a philosophical mind, he may wonder where the urge for a man (me) comes from to grow breasts?

All of my life, I have had my feminine side and yet I pursued the normal heterosexual lifestyle and was happy with that. Then I learned that it was possible for males to grow breasts and I immediately went for it. I did do some thinking before I actually began to take herbs and use a breast cream, but somewhere deep within me something said this was right - this is what I needed to do.

I am not sure, but since starting down this body changing path I have become --- simply a nicer person. I am less angry and listen more.

Perhaps my new state of gender is part of the larger example all of us guys are giving to the world. Perhaps we are showing that there is more to our species than just "Male and Female." That there is room for and a need for all varieties of gender.

The Joy of Having My Own Breasts

As a man, I find it is wonderful having my own breasts - it is just very special.

If you get a chance to hear women talking about their breasts candidly, you will find they they, too, get ongoing joy from having breasts. Much of this has to do, I think, with their self-esteem and gender identification.

Consider this, when a woman looks into a mirror, the most obvious sign that she is a woman is her breasts - the rest of her genitalia is basically hidden. When she looks downward - there are her breasts, again - validating her.

And, of course, men give women a lot of attention through their breasts - just by staring, if by no other means.

Deep in their subconscious, I suspect women become very wrapped up in their breasts. There are, of course, the physical aspects - the feeling the breasts create just by having them. Then there is the bonding with their babies and the sensations that happen when breastfeeding. And, of course, the sexual aspects of breasts are entwined as well.

All this may explain why, at a deep level, that I get such a joy, everyday, just having breasts. Just that they are there is very satisfying. Their physical presence is comforting as well.

One particular moment of joy occurred not too long ago. I woke up in th middle of night and my breasts were warm and inside them, I had this wonderful sensation - I could feel them getting larger.

If you are a man thinking about enlarging your breasts, you may find, as I have, a daily inner need has been satisfied.

One of my reasons for growing breasts is to reflect my feminine side - in public - when I want to. I have also let my hair grow - it is now down below my shoulders. And while I normally just keep the hair bunched up in a ponytail - I do play with different styles... Of course, that is one reason why I am actively making sure I keep the hair on my head.

Male Breast Enlargement Formulas vs. Female Breast Enlargement Formulas

As a male, once you know you want to grow female breasts, you start looking for products to help you. Searching the Internet will bring you many, many product results, but so many of these products seem to be just for women.

Are there any products to enlarge the breasts that are just for men? Yes and no.

Let me explain what I mean by that ambiguous answer.

First off, you have to understand that for every man who wants to enlarge their breasts, there are probably a thousand women who are looking to do the same thing. That means that the marketplace is geared to providing breast enlargement creams and supplements for women because that is where most of the demand is.

Still some companies recognize the male market and have a section on their website dedicated to men. Usually though the product they are promoting is the same one that they sale to women. And even when they label a product differently - guess what? It is still the same product in the container.

I have purchased products from several different companies - checking things out - and so far all of them have sent me what they send to women. When I ordered a bottle of Transfemme, which is marketed to men, for example, I still received a bottle of Bountiful Breasts (their woman's product).

But there is no problem with receiving a product that was originally produced for women! Why? Because our bodies and our cells react to the same supplements that a woman's body reacts to. These products, whether marketed to women or men, work for both in the same way. Fenugreek works on men, just as it does on women. Perfect Woman is a breast cream that works for both men and women and so on.

So stop worrying about whether the breast enlargement product you are interested in seems to only be for women. If it works on making a woman's breasts larger, it should help you grow breasts, too.

Man Boobs or Real Breasts?

There are psychological worries that you might have as you proceed in growing feminine breasts. I certainly had a couple. And one of those is the question of is this really working?

Of course, if you start out being flat chested and 2-4 weeks after you start taking herbal supplements and applying Perfect Woman Breast Cream, you begin to see the area around your nipples start to push out and expand, you know its working. (You will also be sensing some delightful feelings in this area as well.)

But what if you already have man boobs that are A, B or C cup in size. These man boobs could be from just being overweight or from being older or some other cause - and yet they are not real breasts. And with these man boobs already in place, how can you tell if your breast enlargement program is working? Size changes (in the beginning, anyway) won't be a clue, but are there other signs that your breasts are becoming feminine?

Yes there are! First of all, you will be feeling sensations in your chest that are new and unusual and pleasant - that is one sign that something is taking place. But there are more physical changes that you can expect.

If you may have read in one of my earlier posts or from several of the comments posted here that many men experience a "jiggly" period while their breasts were changing and growing. If your "man boobs" begin to feel more jiggly as you walk - this is a sign that your breasts are changing.

The phytoestrogens that you are applying to your body are giving instructions to change the type of fat cells that reside in your chest area. The fat cells in women's breasts are different than those that are associated with being overweight. So even though the size remains the same - you will feel, from jiggling or other sensations, that this transition of new feminine breast fat cells filling into the space created by your "man boobs" is taking place. You program is working.

Not too long after that, don't be surprised if your breast begin to firm up. Another instruction from your phytoestrogens is for the breasts to build new support tissues - lattices that connect your milk duct cells and keep the new breast fat cells in place.

Eventually, as your breasts continue to fill out they will change shape, looking more like the feminine breasts you desire. And depending upon what cup size your man boobs started out as, you may eventually grow larger than their original size.

While it is natural to wonder if your breast enlargement program is working (I do suggest you start out with both supplements and breast cream), there will be many signs that it is working. You will actually feel new sensations in your chest and physical changes will become apparent either by growth you can see or by internal reconstruction that you can feel.

Soon those man boobs will indeed be real breasts.

My Growing Relationship With My New Breasts

I am just recovering from a very deep chest cold and I noticed a couple of reactions that my breasts had while I was sick. First I did a fair amount of rough coughing, which stressed my breast tissues in a way they were not used to. They told me by having that kind of stretching, bruising pain that the body can get.

Earlier in my illness, the skin of my breasts were also painful to the touch for a couple of days. I don't know if this was because they were swollen or due to some other reaction to the flu or cold virus I have been fighting with.

I never had these sensations with my chest before my breasts grew.

My breasts have changed the way I move in the world. My arms move differently (the breasts get in the way otherwise) when I wash dishes, for example. And I have to carry and hold items differently as I don't want to smash myself.

I have had to modify my sleeping position to one that accommodate my breasts, which is even more difficult when sick...

And the interactions with my breasts are also emotional. You have seen women folding their arms across their bosoms. Perhaps this is to protect their breasts, but I think they draw comfort from them. I certainly do. Hugging myself gives me a sense of comfort and ease that flow from my breasts that I never knew before. They are pillows of reassurance...

These now activated organs have their own set of sensations that I have tried to describe before, but I still don't have the words. Perhaps they are telling me they are ready to produce milk if conditions warrant. But all I can really say, is they often just feel very pleasant - all on their own.

Of course, there are sexual feelings from the area as well, but all that I have talking about today seems to be in a different arena than sexual sensations. My breasts are giving me new, unknown kinds of experiences which I am continuing to try to figure out.

Hiding Your Breasts When They Get Big Enough to Notice

Those who have started on a male breast enlargement program will soon experience this phenomenon - you look in the mirror and your chest has begun to look very feminine! But as we have touched upon in this blog - the world isn't always ready for you to show your changes...

Depending upon your current physique - your breasts will, sooner or later, grow large enough to be noticed with the most casual observation. But if you are not yet ready to let the world know about your breasts - or there are certain places - say at work - where you don't want folks to know about the new you, here are some tips on how to hide your breasts.

1. Wear a tank top under your regular shirt. Wearing a tight tank top will flatten your breasts and make them less noticeable.

2. Use an ace bandage. If your breasts are large in comparison to your torso, you may need to go a step further and bind your breasts with an ace bandage. Wrap the bandage tightly around your chest, fasten, and cover with a tank top. Of course, as soon as you can unwind - do so, it is better for your breast circulation.

3. Wear shirts with pockets. Shirt pockets can help hide big breasts. Wear woven, button down tops with pockets, rather then tee shirts or knit tops that accentuate the breasts. Put pens in your pockets or other items - as this can also break up your frontal curve - visually.

4. Put on a jacket. If it's not too hot, you can hide your breasts under a jacket. Wear a blazer if you work in an office and a light jacket for casual settings.

5. Wear a side pack - put your extra tools - glasses, notebook, pens, scotch tape, etc. whatever you might use in your job or daily life. The side pack will break up the visual lines of your increasingly curvy figure.

Human Breast Milk to Replace Cow's Milk in Foods?

A movement is slowly growing to replace the use of cow's milk in food products with human breast milk. For example, a Swiss restaurant is planning to serve breast milk instead of cow.

Peta has petitioned Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream to replace their milk with human breast milk.

A recent taste test with cupcakes made with both cow and human milk found that testers preferred the cupcakes made with human breast milk.

And there are other uses of human breast milk as well. It can be applied to the eyes to help with pink eye, gargled to heal sore throats, drunk by older children and adults to fight colds and flu. You can use it to remove make-up and heal skin irritations. It has many topical medical uses.

Breast milk can be made into soap!

By the way, another study has found that male breast milk is not as nutritional as female breast milk. Oh, well...

3 Top Male Breast Enlarging Herbs
