Deep red and ruffly, if you look in the center you can see how the petals form the outline of a heart. In addition to this sultry rose, we are offering the variegated beauty of "Malibu," a rose that fades from pink to cream; and "Ocean Song," a lavender rose with purple flecks on it's outer petals.

Floral Design Classes

Does your sweetheart love flowers? Our floral design classes are a great way to learn insider tricks and techniques for floral design. Designed to give the beginner a head start in floral design and to polish the skills of an experienced floral designer, our classes are informative and a lot of fun. Give them a gift certificate for a class and they can pick a class that fits their schedule. Classes are $150. At the end of the evening the students take home a floral design with a value of $125 that they have created and a gift bag with tools to use at home. Floral Design Class Schedule

Improve your floral design skills with our fun classes in pave design. From beginners to experienced floral designers, there is something for everyone in our classes. Learn how to build the foundation for your floral arrangement, to finishing touches as well as tricks of the trade. We teach secrets to making your floral arrangements last longer. At the end of the evening take home a beautiful floral arrangement with a value of $125 that you have created and a gift bag of tools worth over $20 to make it even easier create beautiful florals on your own.

Our 3 hour floral design classes are from 6:00 pm to 9:15 pm at our downtown studio. Classes are $150 and include tax.

We are thrilled to announce that Fiori Floral Design has opened a boutique in Nordstrom's flagship store in Downtown Seattle. Nordstrom's great fashion style is a perfect match for our stylish, temporary works of art.

So what is different in the boutique than in our studio? While our studio will continue to focus on beautiful custom designed floral arrangements and orchid plants, the boutique will have pre-made hand-tied arrangements, vased arrangements, plants and cards. It will be the perfect place to drop by and pick up something that is ready to go. If you don't see what you are looking for we can create something for you in our studio and deliver it to the recipient or the boutique for you to pick up.

In addition to our traditional Fiori pavé style arrangements, we have designed a few things that are only available in the boutique.

Hand-tied Arrangements

For a quick grab-and-go gift, we have a selection of pre-wrapped hand-tied arrangements with Fiori Floral Design's inimitable style. We put these together using only premium flowers and always include a packet of flower food and care tips to make sure they last. Our hand-ties feature season flowers or roses and begin at $25 and are available exclusively for pick up in our Nordstrom boutique.

Loose Flowers

Not finding what you want in our pre-wrapped arrangements? We will be glad to custom design something for you from our selection of flowers by the stem. Our selection of loose flowers will constantly vary to match our weekly color palette and what is in season, as well a wonderful selection of rose varieties you won't find in most flower shops.

A Little Fiori

These adorable miniatures of our classic floral arrangements are sure to please. They are the perfect size for a desk or side table and make a gift when you need just a little something to express your feelings. Beginning at just $30, they are a great little pick me up. Available exclusively for pick-up in our Nordstrom Boutique.

Bring your empty vase in on Friday and we will refill for you to pick up on Monday so you can enjoy flowers on your desk all week, and we will take $5 off your fresh arrangement.

Vased Arrangements

Of course you will find vased arrangements with our inimitable style in our Nordstrom boutique. We've also designed some special florals like our Texture Box pictured above using all premium elements in a wooden box. Delivery is available on all vased arrangements $50 and over Monday through Saturday.

Orchids and Plants

Fiori Floral Design has long been known for our beautiful potted phaelenopsis orchid plants. We've added a wonderful selection of exotic orchids as well as green and blooming plants, all beautifully potted and dressed and available in our Nordstrom floral boutique. Perfect as a housewarming gift or a thank you, potted plants begin at $15, orchids at $50. Delivery is available on all plants $50 and over.

Floral Design Class Special

Fiori Floral Design has teamed up with The Mountain 103.7 radio station to offer a special pavé floral design class at a special price. We are offering a basics class where you create a $100 floral arrangement that you take home for just $50 through Seattle Perks. Certificates can be used for any of our special Basics Classes just for My Perks members or you may upgrade to our regular classes where you create a $125 floral arrangement and receive a gift bag of tools for just the $50 difference.

You can purchase more than one certificate and take as many classes as you like or give them as gifts. Get together a group of at least 6 friends who each take advantage of this offer and we will schedule a private class for you.

A final class schedule will determined when the promotion ends on May 23rd. The number of classes will be determined by the number of certificates sold. Classes are held from 6 to 9pm weekdays or 10am to 1pm on Saturdays in our studio downtown. Each class will have a different color or flower theme.

Mother's Day 2011

Mother's Day is coming up on May 8. We've assembled a beautiful collection of flowers including lilac, hydrangeas, orchids, roses and tulips to create mixed florals beginning at $55. In addition, we've created a beautiful collection of floral arrangements to help you honor your mother. Our sister store Lavender & Vine Florists also offers a collection of beautiful arrangements for Mother's Day.

Delivery
We will be open Saturday, May 7 to deliver flowers that express the perfect sentiment to your mother. In addition to Seattle, our local delivery area extends from Edmonds to Burien and east to Woodinville, Kirkland, Bellevue, Mercer Island and Issaquah. On Friday, May 6 we can extend our delivery area from Everett to Tacoma and Olympia and west to Bremerton via a courier service. We can accommodate orders for this extended delivery area that are placed by May 5.

Mother's Day Classic

We've wrapped a cylinder vase with seafoam green sequined fabric and filled it with hydrangea, lilac, Dolce Vita roses, Mokara orchids, Dusty Miller and mint. We love the way the Dusty Miller echoes the shape of the cutouts in the fabric. Our Mother's Day Classic floral is available from $100 to $135.


Mother's Day Deluxe

Our Mother's Day Deluxe floral features Versilia roses, hydrangeas, cymbidium orchids, stock, Queen Anne's Lace, and scented geranium in a fabric wrapped and lace trimmed vase. This beautiful fabric reminds us of Mom's old suits. Our Mother's Day Deluxe floral is available from $120 and up.

Orchid Plants

Floral Design Classes

Our floral design classes are a fun way to learn new skills and tricks of the trade for the creative mom on your list. For our signature rose floral offering, we have chosen three extraordinary roses. For our red rose, the silky, deep red of Black Bacarra. This sultry rose is darker and richer in color than a traditional red to better show your deep affections for the one you love.

For non-traditionalists, we have selected Cherry Brandy roses; an exquisite combination of hot pink on the outside and yellow in the inside. Pair this fabulous color combination with exceptionally large blooms and you have a rose that says "I love you" in more ways than one.

Our signature rose floral features accents of hydrangeas, Sweet William, scented geranium, seeded eucalyptus, cymbidium orchids and ti leaves in a tall, aralia leaf lined glass vase with polished rocks at the base.

Florals with 7 roses come in a 10" vase and are 15" tall; dozen rose florals arrive in a 12" vase and are 17" tall and the vase for arrangements with 18 or more roses is 14" tall for a finished height of 20".

Black Bacarra rose florals begin at $110 for florals with 7 roses, $160 for dozen rose florals, $200 for florals with 18 roses and $235 for 24 roses.

Improve your floral design skills with our fun classes in pave design. From beginners to experienced floral designers, there is something for everyone in our classes. Learn how to build the foundation for your floral arrangement, to finishing touches as well as tricks of the trade. We teach secrets to making your floral arrangements last longer. At the end of the evening take home a beautiful floral arrangement with a value of $125 that you have created and a gift bag of tools worth over $20 to make it even easier create beautiful florals on your own.

Our 3 hour floral design classes are from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at our Capitol Hill studio. Classes are $150 and include tax.

Our classes make a great gift and private classes are available for groups of six or more. Call or email for more information.

Holiday Wreath Class

Our annual holiday wreath class is Saturday, December 4th from 10 to 1 in our studio. There are still spaces available. Learn how to put a little magic into a holiday wreath using fruit, pinon cones and ribbon. The class is $150, including tax, and you take home the beautiful wreath that you create. We've custom designed the space to help us serve you better, whether it is creating florals of exquisite beauty to help you express just the right sentiment or teaching how to create beautiful floral arrangements. We're very proud of our new space and here's a sneak peak.

We are pleased to announce the addition of R David Adams Flowers to the Fiori Floral Design family of fine florists. We look forward to continuing to provide fine florals and outstanding customer service to the many long-time customers of R David Adams.

Founded over 15 years ago by R David Adams, the noted landscape architect and designer, R David Adams Flowers originated in a flower shop in Safeco Plaza, the former Seattle-First National Bank Building. From their retail space, their talented staff created floral arrangements incorporating elements of high-style, Asian and English traditions with an end result of unique beauty that were new to Seattle at the time. In 2007 they moved from their long-time downtown location to a studio space in the Cherry Hill Neighborhood of Seattle.

When the current owner of R David Adams Flowers chose to retire, we couldn't allow this storied brand of unique floral design to end. After discussions with the owner, we are honored to be trusted with the stewardship of this Seattle institution.

We welcome the customers of R David Adams and look forward to carrying on the tradition of providing fine florals in R David Adams unique style.

It's All About the Details

This was one of the most intriguing weddings that we have ever worked. The bride and her mother did not have a lot of familiarity with flowers but both have an exquisite eye for detail. This sort of situation is right up our alley. It is in executing the details that we really shine as wedding florists. From ruching of the double-satin ribbon on the bridal parties' bouquets to match their dresses, a crystal button accent on the bride's bouquet, to tons of candles on altar for the ceremony, this wedding had so very many details that made it special.

When South American hydrangeas weren't white enough, we located the perfect pure white hydrangeas from a grower in Canada.

Phaelenopsis orchid blooms added an ethereal quality to the ceremony flowers.

Dusty Miller was a wonderful complement to the bridesmaid's silver dresses.

The famed Columbia Tower Club on 76th floor was the perfect setting for a beautiful sunset reception dinner. We combined tall florals with a lower version and tons of candles to create visual interest in the room.

Deep blue ribbon to match the table linens was accented with a sprig of rosemary - another one of the details that made this a truly splendid wedding.

Clusters of flowers accented the gathered linens of the cake table and matched the cake flowers in the Mother of the Bride's vintage silver bowl.
