This restaurant bring me a very good experience , first time I try lamb brain in a Italian restaurant . How they did it was fried them. so when I bite it you really can see whats the lamb brain looks like . but taste plain as tofu . The desert is very nice . good finishing .

Melbourne was very cold , don't even want to get out of the hotel. but glad the hotel surround by a lot of yummy restaurant that I can just roll down and order. this is one tasty Frutti De Mare , come with the very fresh local seafood , must say I am in love with the herb over there . The strong aroma and the freshness combine with the seafood is like a match in heaven .

Always look out for texture paint. cos there is so interesting texture can use for high light your painting . for me I like to make the painting to be part of my home accessories. This 3 little one will frame it and hang it in the toilet.

I went to try the Chinois @ Resort World Sentosa , The crab rice with the light refreshing soup base come with the rice that been deep fried. so it give a bit of the crunchy texture. The rest of the dish was standard good. But this place have a funny way of serving the water , first they will pour the bottle water. that they charge $6 , then they won't ask you weather you want to open more or not, so they open another one , then they will serve you with the tap water. but guess what , the bill end up shown 3 bottle. Warn the foodie about the water charging issue. some what I felt cheating with out asking.
This kinda trick are just lame !!!!!!!

I finally get a chance to try this place out after pass by so many time, normally there is a long queue , so never thought of go in there , but today I run out of idea, so stop by to have the set lunch, the steak was horrible and the tea was not something I expect .So I told the staff ,the dessert better be good enough to make up for bad , So he said sure I will pick this "Singapore surprise". The first spoon down was like OMG it taste so good , it make my day even. The texture was just smooth mix with the signature pastry.

It was a good surprise for Singapore !!!

I heard of this place for 4 years but never get a chance to found out where is it. until one day I saw it on Facebook . This place is own by a Artsy fartsy guys. The whole cafe is surrounded buy the old school furniture, This place is quite uncommercial in the commercial city. Hop in for a tea and get some peace from the busy Causeway bay .

I personally like the special that they do , the soup base is much more stronger and thicker, with an aroma of the mushroom . You just ask them for the special they will know which one , then you can add what kinda pork into it .

The noodle texture is different from Aoba . is more like a Shanghai noodle texture . But both are good in different way.

No reservation unless you are VIP ...................... even ramen place have VIP ?? Singapore is slowly turn into the Hong Kong foot step.

This Osia have the really yummy Cod that make me come back twice with in a week . I suggest people go try the lunch out. the dessert is just detail. I think out of the whole resort restaurant this is the one will be a place you want to come back again and again. to just eat the Cod and dessert .

Another Sands Casino is Open , of course the first thing is to check out the new dinning spot . At the hotel side there is couple of restaurant, But is all full , So I force to try out the buffet , Well the display of the food look really attractive , but is really so so , the dessert need to improve. Plus I am not a buffet Fans . Instead I wanted to try the Chinese restaurant next door . But if you are buffet fans you may like the oyster and the parma ham section.

This "Kelture" is my third one, I go for Tomo San . he is good updated Japanese stylist, He can for sure perform a great Japanese cut for Asian hair. You will have a care free morning, no product need , cause the cut is already complete the rest for you.

So far he is the best out of the 3 Japanese stylist I tried.

Is been a long month staying in Hong Kong. It was a serious shopping trip, Once I step out of the door, my head is almost full of shopping ideas. You will just have the crave of BUY!! BUY!! BUY !!
I spent till I burn a hole in my pocket. But I am seriously satisfy, finger cross that my shopping crave will be settle for couple of month before I go back to Hong Kong again .
There is few things I am happy with this trip.
- I made couple of Long maxi dress for the summer. turn out to reach expectation.
- Brought 4 pair of sandals for the Hot summer in Singapore.
- Brought 2 bags.

Today I wake up early feel like to reward myself after the long week. So I throw myself into the natural nature get some fresh air, fresh food, fresh idea. It is quite a long way but I still wanted to go see some ginger and banana trees LOL. Smell some real herb.
"The Poison Ivy" serve very fresh veggie and brown rice. but the must try item is the dessert the Kueh Kosui is so delicious.
The service was fantastic and the owner smile is like bringing the sunshine into the room.
