Do we need a paracetamol for depression?

It's rightly said, "Depression is a war - you either win or die trying". With this piece of text, I want to highlight the reason for depression among the students and which leads to suicides in worst. In our country suicide cases are rising at a very rapid rate with around 800000 people die every year within the age group 15-29 years.

An article in The Hindu newspaper dated 29th Jan 2020 gave an estimate of 28 people lose this war with depression every day. When discussing this topic with my parents, they just turned the head & replied, "these students were lazy enough to compete with other students & out of laziness took a shortcut path".Is it right to only blame students. Let's unfold the pages of the darkest & worst policies of our education institution, this would be the first article which shall be speaking on such cruelty over students.

Case study 1:

Central board secondary education (CBSE) around 7 to 8 years back launched a scheme known as CCE(continuous comprehensive evaluation). In this scheme, they said that students need not study the entire book for final exam but can study half book for 6 months & rest half book for 6 months. Among which

40%--> half yearly exam

40% --> annual exam

20%---> internal test & project

Fine nice scheme and everyone followed it. It was a jackpot for 10th class students as 60% of the marks were with the school & rest 40% were in the hands of board. Suddenly after 7 years the board removed this scheme and now students have to score from zero onwards from board exam itself with zero marks from school side. It's like board wanted to test a scheme on students to check how does it work. Now for those students who were studying half the syllabus till 9th & suddenly have to study full syllabus in 10th with no internal marks. It's like first they want us to carry 25kg uptill 9th then shift on to 100kg. Even when a vaccine is made, it is first tested on animals and then on adults but not on children.

After 10th every parent want thier ward to be either doctor or engineer so with that vision they are sent to kota or any other city for coaching classes. There's a story of a student who couldn't qualify JEE and had to jump off the train while returning from kota back to his home. Every year lakhs of students compete to get a seat in a IIT college, there are 23 IITs in india with 11k seats and the participants are around 10 lakhs in 2018 & 9.36 laks in 2019 the chances of getting seats are minimum of minimum but we have the pressure of relatives that sharma ji son is in IIT. Now every parent wants his child to get a seat in IIT such that they can boost among their circle. Not every IITian is a successful engineer and not evety Non-IITian is jobless. I can give a countless examples of students who being from IIT left engineering & took up other profession & who were Non-IITian are leading companies dominating the research & development sector....

Would end by saying, it's ok to fail - just get up and try until you succeed. Remember we didn't learn to walk in one try, we fell again we started walking again fell... It is said people only remember FIRST RANK, i say you need not be in the rank list itself. Find a list where you are only one leading, king of that field with none second, none first rank.. One of ur kind, different from the rest.

You have the capability & u can do it, just take a step forward.....

STARMAN

Hey guys,

What is this StarMan? Is he a superhero? Who is he? Where is he? and most important question is how is he? Some of you may know it already.

Okay so, Did you know that there is a CAR in space at this moment?

We know that we have sent a lot of unusual things to space like Guitars, Golden record, AI Robots, and so on. However, none of that compares to what Elon Musk sent up at the start of 2018 his very own Tesla Roadster with an only passenger was the dummy driver named StarMan at the wheel strapped to the most powerful rocket in the world The Falcon Heavy (On the 6th of Feb 2018, The Falcon Heavy launched starman in a Tesla Roadster into space). It was wearing the same spacesuit which NASA astronauts wore for the Launch America mission(31st May 2020).

and as you can see the dashboard screen reads "DON'T PANIC!", and some extra accessories were added to this Roadster for its journey including a circuit board with the words "*Made on Earth by humans*"

The Falcon Heavy is a reusable launch vehicle designed and manufactured by SpaceX.

What makes it so special is the reusable boost rockets that detach and flight returned to earth and land safely.

Since this was Falcon Heavy's maiden launch they didn't want to risk a satellite payload, but they required a payload as a test one so Elon Musk decided on utilizing his car Tesla Roadster.

Once the car was launched into space it orbited the earth for 6 hours, capturing beautiful images and it was live-streaming orbiting Earth on youtube until the batteries on the camera ran out.

But where is starman now?

At this moment Roadster is traveling through space at thousands of km per hour quicker than any jet, but unlike a jet, the roadster is not consuming any fuel because it doesn't have to, when it launched The Falcon Heavy gave the car an initial boost and speed like a slingshot that's been powering it through space. The roadster is as of now on an elliptical path around the sun.

what's more, will we ever observe him again?

So now, if nothing surprising happens like space-rock(asteroid) strike that could break the vehicle into pieces, researches predict that the roadster will orbit the sun for the next few million years.

A team at JPL utilized the data provided by SpaceX and predicted that starman would pass by earth in the year 2091, getting within a few thousand km's. and also thanks to an observation of the Roadster seen from a Telescope in South Africa, JPL was able to refine their measurements and accurately predict starman's path for the next 50 years. they concluded that starman is on a path that will pass by Mars in the year 2020.

so maybe one day, numerous years down the line the age that experienced the notable Falcon Heavy launch will be brought together with Starman and his roadster.

Or perhaps it is best to let him wander the solar system forever.

Elon Musk replied "may be discovered by future Alien race..and thinking what the heck.. what were these guys doing? did they worship those cars?"

One of the biggest action stars Tom Cruise has become famous for his willingness to get physical and never shies away from doing his own stunts, in spite of the fact that many of them are dangerous. Now he is aiming for the crowning action movie achievement of them all: Shooting a movie in space.

Deadline, a Hollywood news publication was the first to report the possibility of a project between Tom Cruise and NASA saying that Tom Cruise will be working with Elon Musk's SpaceX to take him there.

Just In: A SpaceX rocket will be carrying two astronauts to the International Space Station (ISS) on May 27, in the first crewed space mission launched from the United States since 2011. NASA, the US space agency, has given Elon Musk’s space company the go-ahead after six years of work to develop and test their crew Dragon spacecraft.

Tom Cruise might become the first actor in the world to film a movie in space. NASA's administrator, Jim Bridenstine confirmed on May 5th that the agency has had discussions with Tom Cruise about shooting a film at the International Space Station.

The movie will be an action-adventure one but not a part of the 'Mission: Impossible' film series. But the important question is why space?? There is a difference between taking cinema to the next level and risking all, just to say you were the first. Space is a whole other boundary, last year Marvel released Avengers: Endgame, they shot it in a studio and it became the highest-grossing film of all time and it was mindblowing and they didn't build an actual Quantum Realm to shoot Avengers through time to retrieve the Infinity Stones. But Tom Cruise has proven himself time and time again, that's why this news is a Huge.

Hey guys,

A third of the global population is on coronavirus lockdown. There are plenty of direct negative effects of these lockdowns. It stated that "As the nation battles coronavirus, the Indian economy at this point is in ICU. Meanwhile, the govt at this moment is contemplating stimulus 2.0".

People quite commonly say that "See the positive in negative events".

So let's not talk about the economy, bcoz when the environment begins to become better, the economy almost fall.

Let's talk about something that you must have been witnessing around you during this lockdown. Is it lathi-charge? ah, NO.

It is the positive impact of these lockdowns. What is the impact of coronavirus and lockdown on the environment?

Ganga and Yamuna are flowing cleaner.

Air and the water in rivers have been getting cleaner thanks to the coronavirus lockdown. The same effects have been observed in India where the blue sky is now visible across major cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata. When you look up at night, you can actually see the stars across the whole world, air pollution has been decreasing drastically. DR P.K Mishra, an IIT professor in the BHU states that a 40-50% improvement has been seen in the water quality of the Ganga.

If the government constructs sewage treatment plants in the right manner and makes strong regulations for the industries to treat their waste themselves, then this can happen and our rivers can appear this way.

The air has become so clear that the Himalayan peaks are visible from Jalandhar in Punjab, situated 140 km away. Such new reports are pouring in from worldwide.

Nitrogen dioxide (NO2) is a toxic gas that is emitted by the engines of vehicles and from factories. NO2 causes a range of harmful effects on the lungs. For most severely exposed, death can occur immediately. Now due to these lockdowns, factories have shut down and the number of vehicles on the roads is less and hence, the concentration of NO2 in the air has fallen drastically.

You would not even be able to recognize it, it seems as if it is a city from a foreign country. This tells us how much difference does air pollution makes in the beauty of a city.

As of now, all these positive effects are temporary, as soon as the lockdowns are withdrawn, the entire situation is going to revert to the same! (but I hope for the best).

We live in scary times. Many people across the earth are sick of Coronavirus. India, Spain, and France are on lockdown. The US has issued a travel ban. Some of the countries even closed their borders, blocking non-citizens from entry. Those who aren't, are being encouraged to stay away from public spaces. Schools, Colleges, movie theaters, restaurants, gyms, playgrounds, bars😉: all closed.

All this while we use to think Humans are only a threat to humans!

and we have been thinking that if something is gonna destroy humanity that could be another war like world wars or in the worst case it could be an Alien entity from different planets.

but at this point, we should admit it that we could easily be destroyed by a microorganism to which we beautifully call it as Virus.

Were we prepared? Are we Now? -Not at all. We people sometimes are not even prepared for the guest that suddenly knocks into our door.

So we are now well aware of this Corona Virus(COVID-19), this virus happened to be like a fire that gets caught into our neighbor's house and we are sleeping peacefully thinking this won't get into ours. this is what exactly happened with China and other neighboring countries of the world.

So now this virus is a part of our lives, how about learning more about it?

So, the overall point of this article is that we should really stop taking this as a joke. Making memes acting over smart would lead us to Rest In Peace.

MY FIRST GHAZAL ( غزل ): BATA-NA-SAKE ( بتا نہ سکے )

Hey everyone🙂.

Guys I am sharing here a 'ghazal' written by me. and I don't want to convey this message to anybody😇.

As you all know every poetry has some message, that could be advice, warning, experience, feelings, expressions, thoughts. The whole idea is to convey a particular message to particular ones.

before going directly to the ghazal let me say something about Urdu.

what do I say about Urdu?

It is a very beautiful and sweet language, This is not a normal language, it has evolved from several languages.

Urdu has adopted most of its words from several languages mainly Arabic, Persian, Sanskrit, etc. and Urdu is a language of poetry. Urdu is not just a language, but it also represents a culture.

The language in itself is like poetry I feel. there is something about Urdu the couplets, the poetry it all becomes so profound.

below are some beautiful Urdu couplets,.which define themselves.

and some of my favorites:

"Zaahid sharab pine de masjid me baith kar
ya wo jaga bata mujhe jahan par khuda nahin.."

(Let me imbibe in the mosque, O priest, let me there drink my wine
Else show me someplace God doesn’t go, where his light does not shine)

"masjid Khuda ka ghar hai peene ki jagah nahin

kafir ke dil me ja wahan par khuda nahin.."

(A mosque’s no fitting place to drink, its purpose is God’s praise

Oh man look at those, all from different legends and yet related. Five great Urdu poets of different personalities or characters, from different ages and with different outlooks towards life.

whatever!!,..look at the quality man😍😍😍. A great example of the wit and versatility of the Urdu language.

So coming to GHAZAL-A ghazal may be understood as a poetic expression of both the pain of loss or separation and the beauty of love in spite of that pain. the ghazal is a centuries-old, popular form of poem and song in Persia(Iran), Pakistan and India. it can be an interesting challenge, but fun, too.

The ghazal was initially composed of a purely religious theme. Now it is more likely to lean towards romantic themes. All the lines of a ghazal have the same meter. It is common in ghazals for the poet's name (known as takhallus) to be featured in the last verse (a convention known as the maqta).

I am inspired by Mirza Ghalib, Allama Iqbal, Mir Taqi Mir, and particularly our high school's Urdu teacher Mrs. Famida begum,. and my buddy Mr. Imran khan(Naam toh suna hi hoga😀),..and fully inspired by my dearest sister Ms. Khalida Afroz(Naam toh suna hi nahi hoga💗)

After reading to those epic couplets of the legends, maybe you should not read my ghazal(oh god I still call it a ghazal, don't know why!😆😆 maybe because this is my first) Anyway guys here it is,.

Writers : Bejoy nambiar (story),Akarsh khurana and Adhir bhat (screen play),Hussain dalal(dialogue).

Cast : Irrfan khan,dulquer salmaan,mithila palkar,Amala Akkineni,kriti kharbanda.

Two friends and a chirpy teenager take a road trip from Bangalore to Kochi. I don't really think its a road trip,karwaan is Life - a journey, filled with unexpected miracles, hurdles, and detours — 'Karwaan' is just that. it's an emotional and joyful ride.

dulquer salmaan who has had a series of hits, he makes a mark in his Bollywood debut.

he plays a Avinash, his effortless screen presence makes him likable, dq salmaan is a quite an amazing actor, it does not look like his debut film.

and here comes THE magnificent Irrfan khan ,Irrfan khan as shoukat yet again proved that his acting is just mindblowing, maybe I think his character should have better sketched out but the way he nailed every part is just fantastic..he is a legend!!.

and beautiful Mithila Palkar does her job well, she is so adorable.

it's definitely one of the best movies of the year. and yes the non-stop comedy and heart-melting conversations!.i laughed a lot. each everyone has done equally wonderful work. its a must watch a movie. am definitely gonna see one more time..so guys here is my review.thanks
