Heart

Heart main part of the blood circulation system. It is roughly conical in shape and located in the middle of the chest cavity. It is made up of thick cardiac muscles. it is covered by a double-walled membranous sac called pericardium. In this sac, there is a liquid called pericardial fluid which protects the heart from shock. The human heart consists of four Chambers. The Upper to Chambers are auricles and lower two chambers are called ventricles. The Heart is divided into left and right part by spectrum.

Two large veins called superior vena cava and inferior Vena cava opens to right auricle. A valve named tricuspid valve is present between the right auricle and right ventricle. It lets the blood flow from the right auricle to right ventricle but not in the opposite direction.

Pulmonary artery originated from the right ventricle and growth towards the lungs. The pulmonic valve is present between the Pulmonary artery and right ventricle. The left auricle is connected with four pulmonary veins which carry blood from the lungs to the heart. Left auricle open to the left ventricle through a bicuspid valve. A large blood vessel named aorta originated from the left ventricle. it carries blood from the heart to various part of the body. The aortic valve is present between the aorta and left ventricle.

Blood circulation

Deoxygenated blood is collected from the upper part of the body by superior Vena cava and from the lower part of the body by inferior Vena cava to right auricles. From the right auricle, blood flow to the right ventricle through the tricuspid valve. The right ventricle pumps the blood to the lungs through the pulmonary artery. The pulmonary artery divide into your left and right pulmonary arteries. The left pulmonary artery carries blood to the left lungs and right actress carries blood to the right lungs. In the lungs, the blood is purified by taking Oxygen and throwing Carbon dioxide.

The oxygenated blood is carried from each lung to left auricle by two pulmonary veins. The oxygenated blood passes from the left auricle to left ventricle through the bicuspid or mitral valve. From the left ventricle, blood is carried by an aorta to the various parts.

The aorta divides into small arteries then to the arterioles. The arterioles further divide into capillaries inside the organ. The capillaries supply oxygen to the organ. Capillaries also collect carbon dioxide and supply to the veins. Veins combined together to form vena cava. From the venacava blood come to the right auricle. In the same way, blood circulation continues.

Pulmonary circulation

Systematic circulation

Why was Vision the weakest in Avengers Infinity War if he's the most powerful out of all the heroes?

Basically because of that.

When it initially happened Vision mentioned how Corvus Glaive’s, well, glaive had prevented him from phasing but another effect which wasn’t directly stated but very clearly shown was that it also prevented him from repairing the damage which it had caused him. It was Wanda who had to initially seal the wound as Vision obviously wasn’t capable of doing so himself and from that point on throughout the rest of the film it was pretty clear that it was still an issue for him both with him constantly holding the area where he was stabbed and also looking in considerable pain at various points when he was seen throughout Infinity War. It was more obvious immediately following the stabbing as, even when in the Waverley train station, you could see the yellow energy fluctuating and pulsing over his body.

Although Vision is an android, his body is a mix of (synthetic) organics and inorganic materials so, for all intents and purposes, it functions as a living body. That means that the wound he received as well as his inability to heal/repair it would affect him just as a “normal” person would be affected by it and it would impair him just the same.

But I certainly wouldn’t say he was the weakest in Infinity War though. The wound he’d received from Corvus early on would, most likely, have been fatal to any of the other Avengers except, perhaps, the Hulk. After all, at the start of the film, Thanos used the glaive to execute Heimdall and where he stuck it was almost exactly where Vision was stabbed by it. Thor is stronger than Heimdall, sure, but at the end of the day, both of them are still Asgardians so if it was enough to kill Heimdall then, likely, Thor would have died from it too. So the fact that Vision was shown capable of not only not dying to the wound but also able to carry on fighting with it speaks volumes about his strength.

I suppose you could argue that he was the “weakest” in Infinity War in terms of those fighting but that was simply down to him needing to be hindered for the sake of the plot. But an argument could also be made for Bruce Banner being the weakest in it because all he done was had his arse handed to him in the opening sequence of the film as the Hulk and other than being shown to manage to take down a few Outriders he wasn’t particularly effective in the Hulkbuster armour. He killed Cull Obsidian, aye, but spent that fight having his arse handed to him as well until an opportune moment allowed him to take advantage and kill Cull.

So, with the wound Vision had I’d say an argument could be made that him fighting on as he did was one of the biggest displays of strength during Infinity War. Obviously not physical strength or usefulness in battle but, in terms of character, with pushing on through a wound that would (like I said) likely have been fatal to pretty much all other characters in the film then he showed a helluva lot of strength to do so.

कलकार निखित उप्रेतीले राजनीतिक पार्टी र सरकारप्रति आक्रोश पोखेका छन् । शनिबार राजधानीमा आयोति कार्यक्रमलाई सम्बोधन गर्दै उनले राजनीतिक पार्टी र सरकारप्रति आक्रोश पोखेका हुन् ।

सत्य र न्यायकाे पक्षामा बाेल्नेहरूकाे अवस्था सञ्चारकर्मी रवि लामिछानेकाे जस्तै हुने बताए । उनले प्रश्न गरे- ‘आज हामी सबैले राजनीति पर्टीकाे झन्डा ओढ्न जरुरी छ र ? राजनीति पर्टीकाे झन्डा ओढेको मान्छेले बोलेको मान्त्रै सही हुन्छ ? र सही सावित गर्नलाई एउटा न एउटा राजनीतिक पार्टीको झन्डा ओढ्नै पर्छ ? विशुद्ध नेपालको झन्डामुनि बसेका कसैले सत्य बोल्न खोज्यो भने कुरा रविजीको मात्रै होइन तपाईँकाे पनि यहीँ अवस्था हुन सक्छ ।’

हामीले भाेट दिएर सत्तामा पुर्याएका व्यक्तिले नै हामीलाई धोका दिइरहको पनि बताए । उनले भने, ‘जसलाई हामीले भाेट दिएर सबैभन्दा माथिल्लो तहमा पुर्याएका छौँ, ठूलो सपना देखेर ठूलाे मान्छे बनाएका छौँ, उनीहरूले नै हामीलाई धोका दिइरहेका छन् ।’

उनले हामी बाठाे हुन मात्रै खाेजेरकाे तर मेहनति र सच्चा बन्न कहिल्यै पनि नखाेजेकाे बतए । ‘यो देशमा हामी पनि बाठो हुनुपर्छ भनेर आफ्नो बच्चाहरूलाई, आफूभन्दा जुनियरहरूलाई सबैले भन्छन् बाठो हुनुपर्छ, सबै व्यक्ति बाठाे हुन सक्छ ? बाठो व्यक्ति हुन प्रत्येक हाम्रो कर्तव्य होइन र ?, उनले भने, ‘मलाई जहाँसम्म लाग्छ बाठोको अर्थ अरूलाई लाटो बनाउने कोसिस गर्नु होइन ।’

बाठो बनेकै आधारमा हामीले चुने पनि शक्ति केन्द्रित भएर मान्छे आफू शक्तिशाली हुँदै जाने समेत बताए । ‘जब शक्ति केन्द्रित भएर मान्छे शक्तिशाली हुँदै जान्छन्, तब एक किसीमको नशामा डुब्दै जान्छ, नशाको आफ्नै प्रकृया छ, कति नशाहरू पिएर लाग्छ, कति नशा यस्तो हुन्छ कि त्यो ठाउँमा पुगेर बसेपछि नशाले तृप्त हुन्छ ।’ उनले भने,’सबै किसिमको नशामा एउटै रूप देखिन्छ, अर्को व्यक्ति पावरफुल भएकाे देख्न सकिँदैन, यो राजनीति परिपार्टीले ल्याइएको अहिलेको अवस्था हो ।’

उनले यहाँ ध्रुवसत्य भन्ने चिज नै नभएकाे पनि बताए । ‘यहाँ ध्रुवसत्यको कुरा गर्‍यौ भने एउटा पार्टीले भन्दिन्छ कुन चाहिँ ध्रुवको कुरा गनुभयो, यदि कमरेड ध्रुवको कुरा गर्नुभयो भने हामी मान्छौँ नत्र कुरा नराख्नुहोस्, अब ध्रुवसत्यलाई पनि पार्टीगत रूपमा लग्यौँ भने मात्रै त्यो सत्य हुन्छ’, उनले भने ।

राज्य नै राजनीतिक पार्टीभित्रकाे डर र त्रस चलिरहेकाे पनि बताए । उनले भने, ‘एउटा राजनीतिक दललाई मात्रै भन्दिन, यहाँ कुनै पनि सत्य निष्ठावन व्यक्ति र सहि पक्षमा मिडियामा काम गरेको मान्छेले न्यायको पहल गर्छ भने त्यसलाई कसरी खतमा पार्ने भनेर अर्का शक्ति लाग्छ ।’

शक्तिलाई केन्द्र बनाएर बसेको राजनीति पार्टीको लागि कसैले राम्राे काम गर्याे भने उसका लागि त्यो सैतेनि व्यवहार हुने पनि बताए । उनले भने, ‘रवि जस्तो त्यति स्ट्रोङ्ग व्यक्तिकाे त याे अवस्था परिदियाे भने अरू बोल्न नसक्ने मान्छे कति परिरहेका छन् यहाँ ?’

उनले कानूनमा लेखिएको कुरालाई व्याख्या गर्ने व्यक्ति नै गलत भएकाे पनि बताए । उनले भने, ‘कानूनमा जे लेखिए पनि त्यसलाई परिचाल गर्ने मान्छे त्यो ठाउँमा बसेका छन् भने कानूनले कसरी काम गर्ने गर्छ ? यो हामीले सोच्नु पर्ने कुरा हो ।’

देशकाे झन्डा भन्दा अरूकै झन्डा बलियाे भएकाे पनि उनले बताए । ‘हामीले नेपाली झन्डाको मुनि बसेर काम गरौँ, यहाँ नेपालकाे झन्डा भन्दा अरू नै झन्डा बलियाे भयाे, यो अवस्थाबाट रविजीलाई मात्रै होइन हामीलाई पनि आउन सक्छ ।’

कुनै व्यक्ति न्याय लागि लागे भने रविकाे जस्तै अवस्था हुने बताउँदै भने, ‘जसले अपराध गरेको हुन्छ उनीहरू डराउँछन्, उनलाई आफ्नो सत्ता व्यवस्था सारा गुमाउनु पर्ने हुन्छ ।’

सत्य पार्टीले आफ्नो गोजीमा राखेर हिँडिरहेकाे आराेप समेत लगाए । ‘पार्टीबाट स्टाम लागेपछि मात्रै मानवता हुन्छ ? सत्य भन्ने चिज त हरेक पार्टीले आफ्नो गोजीमा राखेर हिँडिरहेका छन् ।’ उनले भने, ‘सूर्य पूर्ववाट उदाउँछ भने भन्याे पनि यहाँ मानिँदैन, अर्का पार्टीले त्यो पार्टीले पूर्वबाट उदाउँछ भनेर हुन्छ, दुई इन्ज कम छ भनिदिन सक्छ ।’

रविकाे लागि चाँडै सबै एकजुट हुन आग्रह समेत गरे । उनले भने, ‘हामीले रविजीको सर्पोट गरौँ, हुन त यहाँ सही व्यक्ति र कुनै पनि पार्टीमा नलागेको व्यक्तिलाई अप्ठ्यारो छ, कानूनले सही तरिकाले नियर्ण गरोस्, रविको सत्य कुरा पनि जनता भएको ठाउँमा पुगोस् ।’

टीकापुर घटनाको चार वर्ष : कैलालीको सुरक्षा व्यवस्था कडा

थारुवन प्रदेशको माग गर्दै जारी थरुहट आन्दोलनका क्रममा भएको टीकापुर घटनाको आज ४ वर्ष पुगेको छ। ०७२ भदौ ७ गते अथात् आजकै दिन टीकापुरमा भएको उक्त घटनामा वरिष्ठ प्रहरी उपरीक्षक लक्ष्मण न्यौपानेसहित ७ सुरक्षाकर्मी र डेढ वर्षीय बालक टेकबहादुर साउँदको ज्यान गएको थियो। तर थारुवन प्रदेशको माग गर्दै फेरी आजबाट टीकापुरमा थरुहट÷थारुवानको सम्मेलन सुरु भएको छ।

स्थानीय प्रशासनले फेरि विगतको जस्तो घटना नदोहोरिओस् भन्ने उद्देश्यले उच्च सुरक्षा सर्तकता अपनाएको छ। कैलालीका प्रमुख जिल्ला अधिकारी गोविन्दराज बोहोराले टीकापुरमा कुनै किसिमको घटना नहोस् भन्ने उद्देश्यले सुरक्षा व्यवस्था कडा पारिएको जानकारी दिए।

उनले टीकापुरमा बाक्लो संख्यामा नेपाल प्रहरी र सशस्त्र प्रहरी परिचालन गरिएको बताए। टीकापुरमा केहीबेर अघि मात्र सम्मेलन सुरु भएको छ। थारुवन प्रदेशको माग गदै आएको थारु कल्याणकरणी सभाले फेरि टीकापुरबाट सोही मुद्दा उठाउदै संविधान संशोधन सहित थरुहट÷थारुवन स्वायत्त प्रदेशको माग गरेको छ।

‘थरुहट एकता र सामाजिक सद्भावका लागि टीकापुर राष्ट्रिय सम्मेलन, संविधान संशोधनसहित थरुहट÷थारुवान स्वायत्त प्रदेशका लागि हाम्रो आन्दोलन’ नै कार्यक्रमको नारा तय गरिएको छ। सम्मेदलनामा सहभागी हुन पूर्वप्रधानमन्त्री तथा संघीय समाजवादी पार्टीका नेता बाबुराम भट्टराई पनि टीकापुर पुगेका छन्।

5. AIDs is found mostly with a generalized skin cancer called Kaposi's sarcoma

7. Untreated wounds for a long. of time
8. Disturbance of hormonal activities in the body

1. Abnormal growth and thickness of body part

Prevention and control of cancer
1. Modification of Cancer causing behavior to a healthy behavior is advised
2. Adoption of healthy habit like proper exercise and rest, intake of healthy and hygienic diet, yoga, and meditation, etc. It estimated that about 40% chance of Cancer is reduced just through healthy habits only
4. Excessive exposure to sunlight and any other strong rays should be avoided
5. Early diagnosis of cancer and timely attention to any abnormal growth or tumor or unhealed sore and wounds.
6. The mother should continue breastfeeding to her baby throughout the full lactation period.

पहिलो पटक, शासक पार्टीका विधायक ओली प्रशासनको विदेश नीतिको आलोचना गर्छन्

प्रधानमन्त्री केपी शर्मा ओली पछि दिन युरोपको एक हप्ता लामो भ्रमण पछि फर्किए, विधायक तथा विपक्षी पार्टीहरूले आफ्नो प्रशासनलाई विदेशी नीतिको हस्तक्षेपको आलोचना गरेका छन्।

सभाको नियमित सत्रमा बोल्दै बजेटबारे छलफल गर्दा विदेशका सेवकाईमा आवंटित भए तापनि पार्टीका सम्पादकहरूले ओली प्रशासनको विदेश नीति आचरणको "स्वतन्त्रता र प्रभावकारी" प्रश्न गरे।

"हामी गैर-पङ्क्तिबद्धताबारे कुरा गर्छौं, तर कहिलेकाँही हामी दक्षिण झुकाउँछौं र अन्य समयमा, हामी उत्तर झुकाउँछौं," एक वरिष्ठ शासक पार्टी नेता जननन शर्माले भने। "कहिलेकाहीँ, हामी पनि पश्चिम तिर हिँडिरहेका छौं। यसले हामीलाई अल-संरेखणको सिद्धान्तको रूपमा हाम्रो कूटनीति सञ्चालन गरिरहेको छैन भनेर देखाउँछ। "

"हाम्रो मिशनहरू के गर्दैछन्? हाम्रा राजदूतहरू के गर्दैछन् र हाम्रो चार नयाँ राजदूतहरूले के गर्नेछन्? "शर्माले आफ्ना पात्रतालाई राजदूतको रूपमा नियुक्त गरेका थिए।

सत्तारूढ दलका संसदका लागि पहिलो आलोचना, ओलीको तीनवटा युरोपेली राष्ट्रहरूको हालको भ्रमणको व्यापक संवेदना भएको छ जुन कुनै ठोस परिणाम छैन।

सांसदहरूले विभिन्न विदेशी दूतावास र अधिकारीहरूको कार्य र बयानमा पनि चिन्ता व्यक्त गरे।

शर्माले नेपालका अष्ट्रेलियाका राजदूत पीटर बुद्धले 5 जून को बयान दिए, जसले भने कि नेपाली नेताहरूले विदेश जाने कोसिस गर्न सक्छन् भने पारस्परिक न्यायको उल्लेखनीय समस्या समाधान भएनन्।

"हामीले सिकेका छौं कि नेपालका शान्ति प्रक्रियामा धेरै राजदूतहरू टिप्पणी गर्दै छन्, तर विदेशी सेवकाई के गर्दैछ?" शर्माले भने।

देव गुरुङ, नेपाल कम्युनिस्ट पार्टी (एनसीपी) का प्रमुख हरि शर्माले भने, "केही" सेनाले विदेशी अभिनेताहरूको युद्धभूमिमा नेपाल फर्कने प्रयास गरिरहेका थिए।

"अमेरिकनहरू हरेक महिना काठमाडौमा आउँदैछन् र नेपाल नेपाल-प्रशांत रणनीतिको एकदम धेरै भाग रहेको बताउँदैछन्। तर सरकारले तिनीहरूलाई प्रशंसा गरेन, "गुरुङले भने। "विदेशी सेवकाईले दृढ कारवाही गर्नुपर्छ र भारत-प्यासिफिक रणनीतिको विरुद्धमा उभिनै पर्छ।"

नेपालको प्राथमिक चुनौती भारत-प्यासिफिक रणनीतिबाट उत्पन्न खतराको सामना गर्न चीनको विरुद्धमा निर्देशित गरिएको गुरुङले पछि पोस्ट गरे।

गत वर्ष डिसेम्बरमा विदेशमन्त्री प्रेप गौवलीको भ्रमणमा संयुक्त राज्य अमेरिकाको भ्रमणमा "मुक्त र खुला इंडो-प्यासिफिक" मा नेपालको केन्द्रीय भूमिका खोजी गरिसकेको थियो। नेपाल भ्रमण गर्ने अमेरिकी अधिकारीहरूले तथापि, यो रणनीति कुनै देशको विरुद्ध होइन भन्ने बताउनुभएको छ।

"हामीलाई सरकारबाट स्पष्ट जवाफ चाहिन्छ। हामी कुनै पनि सैन्य गठबन्धन मा शामिल नहीं हुनु पर्छ, "गुरुङ ले भन्यो।

अन्य सत्तारूढ पार्टीका नेताहरूले स्वतन्त्र संस्थाको सट्टा प्रधान मंत्री कार्यालयको हातको रूपमा काम गर्न विदेश मंत्रालयको आलोचना गरे।

सत्तारुढ पार्टी पामफा भुमुले भने "विदेशी सेवकाईको प्रधान कार्यालयको छाया कार्यालयको जस्तो देखिन्छ।"

एउटै सत्रमा, विपक्षी नेपाली कांग्रेसका संसदहरूले ओली सरकारको विदेशी नीतिमाथि कब्जा जमाए र सत्ताधारा पार्टीका आलोचनाहरूबारे वर्णन गरे।

नेपाली कांग्रेसको विदेश मंत्री छाड्ने नारायण खड्काले "हामीलाई विदेशी सेवकाईमा एक भयंकर व्यक्ति चाहिन्छ।" "हामी कसैलाई चाहिन्छ जो कुरा गर्न सक्छ र विदेशीहरुलाई संग कुराकानी गर्न चाहन्छ। एक पटक, बी.पी. कोइराला विलम्बित एक व्यक्तित्व थियो। "

गत वर्ष प्रधान मंत्री नियुक्त गरेपछि, ओलीले बेलायत, फ्रान्सेली र स्विट्जरल्याण्डको हालैको भेटघाटको अलावा, कोस्टा रिका, मंगोलिया र कम्बोडिया सहित धेरै देशहरू भ्रमण गरेका छन्। उनको विश्वस्तरीयले राज्य लाखौं रुपैयाँ खर्च गरेको छ र साथसाथै ठगी परिणामको कमीको लागि विवाद निम्तो दिने।

वित्त मन्त्रालयको तथ्याङ्कअनुसार ओलीले विश्व आर्थिक फोरम जनवरीको जनवरीमा भाग लिन स्विट्जरल्याण्डका दावोसलाई 11.81 करोड रुपैयाँ खर्च गरे।

भियतनाम र कम्बोडियाको ओलीको भ्रमणको संयुक्त लागत 21.28 करोड रुपैयाँ थियो र गत वर्ष सेप्टेम्बरमा नेपाली प्रतिनिधिले संयुक्त राष्ट्र र कोस्टा रिकालाई राज्यको 40.37 मिलियन रुपैयाँ खर्च गर्यो। आफ्नो सबैभन्दा हालैको युरोपेली यात्राको बिलहरू अहिलेसम्म पेश गरिएको छ, वित्त मंत्रालयले भन्यो।

बझाङ । बझाङमा जीप दुर्घटना परी मृत्यु हुनेको संख्या १० पुगेको छ । सदरमुकाम चैनपुर नजिकै रहेको डुङ्रीबाट मष्टा गाउँपालिका जाँदै गरेको से १ ज १०७२ नम्बरको जीप मष्टा गाँउपालीका वडा नम्बर १ डौठी भन्ने ठाँउमा दुर्घटना हुँदा १० जनाको घटना स्थलमा नै मृत्यु भएको हो ।

दुर्घटनामा परी ५ जना घाइते भएको प्रमुख जिल्ला अधिकारी सुरेश सुनार बताए । घाइते ३ जनाको अवस्था चिन्ताजनक रहेको र उनीहरुको उपचारका लागि 9 N AKD नम्बरको सीम्रीक एयर हेलिकोप्टर मार्फत नेपालगंज पठाइएको उनले बताए । घाइते अन्य २ जनाको जिल्ला अस्पताल सिमखेतका उपचार भैरहेको छ ।

दुर्घटनामा परी एकै गाउँका ७ जनाको मृत्यु भएको छ भने एकै परिवारका ३ जनाको मृत्यु भएको नेकपाका जिल्ला सदस्य तथा स्थानीय रामचन्द्र रोकायाले बताए । मष्टा गाँउपालिका वडा नम्बर १ कोटदेबलका ४० बर्षीय कलक खड्का, उनकी श्रीमती ४८ बर्षीया जुनधारा खड्का र उनका १२ बर्षीय छोरा सरोज खड्का रहेका छन् । यस्तै सोही गाँउका १९ बर्षीय हिक्मत खड्का, ५२ बर्षीया धौली देवि खड्काको समेत ज्यान गएको छ । यस्तै कोटदेबलकै १५ बर्षीया जुना खड्का, ८ बर्षीया विपना खड्काको समेत ज्यान गएको छ ।

दुर्घटनामा परी मष्टा गाउँपालिका वडा नम्बर १ रनाडाका ३० बर्षीय भक्त द्धाल र ३५ लक्ष्मी द्धालको समेत मृत्यु भएको वडा प्रहरी कार्यालयका सहि माहानन्द जोशीले बताए । उनका अनुसार चालक मष्टा गाँउपालिका वडा नम्बर १ जिनाडाका २२ बर्षका सुरेन्द्र थापाको समेत मृत्यु भएको छ ।

यस्तै घाईते हुने ३ जनालाई हेलिकोप्टर मार्फत नेपालगंज तर्फ लगिएको छ । तिनै जनाको अवस्था गम्भिर रहेको जिल्ला अस्पताल सिमखेतका डाक्टर सन्दिप ओखेडाले बताए । उनका अनुसार मष्टा गाउँपालिका वडा नम्बर १ का १२ बर्षीय गणेश खड्का, २३ बर्षीय गोकुल शाहि र ३३ बर्षीया जनक द्धाल गम्भिर घाइते रहेको र उनीहरुको टाउकोमा चोट लागेको डाक्टर ओखेडाको भनाई छ ।

यस्तै वडा नम्बर एक कै ३५ बर्षीया अनिता द्धाल, १५ बर्षीया संगीता खड्काको जिल्ला अस्पताल सिमखेतमा उपचार भैरहेको उनीहरुलाई समेत नेपालगंज रिफर गरिएको डाक्टर ओखेडाले बताए ।

मृतक सबैको सब पोष्टमार्टमका लागि जिल्ला अस्पतालमा राखिएको छ । मष्टा गाँउपालिका वडा नम्बर १ शोकमा डुबेको छ । एकै वडाका १० जनाको मृत्यु भएपछि गाँउ नै शोकमा डुबेको हो । आईईए र ईआइए नगरी जथाभावी सडक कटानका कारण पछिल्लो समयमा सवारी दुर्घटना हुने दर बझाङ जिल्लामा बृद्धी भएको पाईएको छ ।

जिल्ला प्रहरी कार्यालयका प्रमुख प्रहरी नायब उपरिक्षक सुर्य बहादुर केसीका अनुसार दुर्घटनाको कारण क्षमता भन्दा बढी यात्रु, उकालो र साँघुरो बाटो फोर ह्वल फेल भएको कारणले जीप दुर्घटना भएको बताए । जीप सडकबाट झण्डै ४/५ सय मिटर तल खसेको उनको भनाई छ । सेती नदीमा पक्की पुल नभएका कारण काठे पुलको सहायताले केहि महिना अघि मात्रै सेती नदी पारी उक्त जीप लगायत ३।४ जीप मष्टा गाँउपालिकामा संचालनका लागी राखीएको थियो । उकालो सडक क्षमता भन्दा दोब्बर यात्रु हालेकै कारण जीप दुर्घटना भएको स्थानीय बासिन्दाले बताएका छन् ।

Organ of United nations organization

A. General assembly
General assembly is the parliamentary organ of the united nations. All UN members are the members. Every member state can send up to five candidates to the assembly but have only one vote. Two-third majority is required to pass a resolution there. As the supreme organ of the united Nation , General Assembly has some very important power and functions. they includes the passing of budgets,discussing international issues and problem,amending the charter and electing the member of the Economic and social council as well as the secretary General . This organ also has a power to recommend the membership to a new country or withdrawal of the same. In this way, the general Assembly can be considered the most important organ of the United Nation.

B. security council
The security council is considered the executive organ of the United Nations. It has altogether 15 members of which 5 are permanent . USA,UK,Russia,China,and France are the permanent member and temporary member are elected for a term of 2 years by the general Assembly. Every permanent member can exercise veto power in order to prevent decision from taking place. The main function of the security council are to monitor the world peace and stability , promote disarmament and enforce the UN charter . It can recommend the general assembly to adopt a new member as well as to exclude an existing member when it seriously violates the Charter. The security council mobilizes its peacekeeping force in troubled countries to resolve their conflicts. This organ also recommends the appointment of the secretary general as well as the judges of the International court of justice

C. economic and social council
There are altogether 54 members in the economic and social Councils. They are elected by the general assembly for a term of three years; therefore every 18 (one-third) member retired every year. This organ monitors the condition of the world in terms of economic, social cultural and educational aspects. Another main function of this organ is to coordinate with the UN specialized agencies suc
as ILO, UNICEF, WHO, and world bank.

D. Trusteeship Council

According to the Charter of the united nations, there is a provision for a trusteeship council that consists of the five permanent member of the security council as well as some other members elected
by the general assembly. The main function of trusteeship council is to work in favour of the former colonies in the past second world war period. However, the council was dissolved in the end of 1994 AD as all the 11 territories under its trusteeship has either attained independence or merged into other states. This means the trusteeship council is not operating now.

E. International court of justice
The international court of justice is the judicial organ of the united nations. It consists altogether 15 judges elected by the general assembly and the security Council . The judges remains in their post for 9 years so every 3 years one-third judges retire. The selection of the judges is not made no the basis of their nationality but on the basis of their qualification and expression. However, no two judges ccn be appointed from a single nations. The major function of the international court of justice includes legal advice to other UN organ and specialized agencies and settle bilateral or multilateral disputes existing between the UN member. It is also a responsibility of this judicial organ to control the violation of human rights and international laws . The headquarters of the international court of justices lies in the Hague , the capital of Holland

F. Secretariat
The secretariat is the main administrative organ of the United Nations. In addition to the running of day-to-day administration, the secretariat enforce the UN decisions, organizes discussion on world issues, communicates to the member countries, publishes various report and keeps records of the UN decision and activities. The secretariat consists of the larger number of officials in addition to a secretary General and a deputy secretary general . The secretary general is the administrative chief of the UN system . He is elected by the general assembly under the recommendation of the security council for a term of 5 years; and he can be reelected for a second term . The secretary general may come from any UN member nations except the five permanent member of the security council. Currently, Antonic Gueterres, a Portuguese diplomat is the secretary general . He was elected in the beginning of 2017 AD

Archimedes' Principle

Archimedes' principles state's that when an object is immersed in a liquid partially or completely it looses the weight equal to the weight of displaced liquid or upthrust acting on it, i.e. loss of weight in liquid =weight of displaced liquid =up thrust take a stone and tie to the hook of spring balance and measure it weight in air. Suppose the weight of stone is W1. Take an the overflow can filled with water up to it's spout. Place an empty beaker just under the spout of the can on the top of pan balance and note it's weight W2. The stone is then immersed in the water of overflow can and measure it's weight in water. Suppose W3.the water which is displaced by the stone is collected into the beaker . Suppose the weight of displaced liquid with beaker W4. Now here,

loss of weight in water= up thrust =W1-W3

Weight of displaced liquid =weight of the beaker and water -weight of beaker=W4-W2

here, W1-W3=W4-W2

This way, the atmospheric pressure is measured . At sea level the height of mercury is recorded 760 mm. So it is called atmospheric pressure at sea level is 760mmHg.
