Pentru chiftele: &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;carne de pui 1 kg (piept dezosat sau pulpe dezosate)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 cepe&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 capatana potrivita de usturoi&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;sare,piper,cimbru&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 oua&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
Se da carnea prin masina de tocat cu ceapa, usturoiul. Se amesteca cu ouale, se potriveste de sare, piper, se adauga cimbru. Se amesteca bine toate ingredientele si se modeleaza chiftelute rotunde. Se incinge intr-o tigaie uleiul si se frig chiftelutele. Le dam deoparte pana pregatim sosul.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Pentru sos avem nevoie de:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;usturoi 1 capatana mica,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 ceapa,&amp;nbsp; &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;bulion&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2-3 linguri faina&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;500 ml apa&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;patrunjel verde&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;sare, piper, boia de ardei dulce&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
Punem ceapa la calit in uleiul in care am prajit chiftelele. Cand este aurie adaugam faina, amestecand continuu sa nu faca cocoloase si sa nu se lipeasca, apoi apa, bulionul si condimentele. Dupa ce faina este aproape fiarta si se ingroasa sosul punem chiftelutele in sos si mai fierbem 5 minute. La sfarsit adaugam patrujelul tocat marunt.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;li&gt;2 - 3 oua (depinde de cantitatea de galuste pe care o faceti) &lt;/li&gt;

Preparare:&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;li&gt;sare, piper, rozmarin&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;ulei&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;zeama de la o lămâie&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Se taie ceapa rondele, se pune într-o cratiţă termorezistentă.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Peştele se spală, se crestează, sărează, piperează şi se adaugă deasupra peste ceapă&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Morcovii şi cartofii se taie cuburi mari şi se adaugă peste peşte&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Se adaugă uleiul, zeama de lamâie si apa cat sa acopere legumele.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Se pune o folie de aluminiu deasupra si se introduce la cuptor&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Când peştele e aproape gata se scoate folia şi se pune deasupra usturoiul pisat. Se mai introduce un pic la cuptor până se rumeneşte.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Se serveşte cald. Poftă bună! &lt;/li&gt;

- 1 lingura ulei de masline &lt;br /&gt;

- zeama de la o lamaie&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Pregatire: Taiem ceapa si ridichiile ca in imaginea alaturata, adaugam uleiul, potrivim de sare si punem zeama de lamaie. Amestecam bine si o servim ca garnitura la o friptura de pui la gratar sau porc,cum doriti voi.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;li&gt;2 cepe&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 ardei grasi rosii &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 ardei grasi verzi&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1/2 kg ciuperci proaspete ( 7 ciuperci mai mari)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;bulion&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;150 grame cascaval vegetal&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;masline&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;oregano, piper&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
Preparare: Dupa ce s-a dospit aluatul, intindem 2 foi subtiri cam de 1 cm, pe doua tavi. Intindem bulionul amestecat cu oregano, piper si sare, adaugam ardeiul taiat rondele, ciupercile taiate, cepele taiate joulienne, maslinele taiate pe jumatate si se baga la cuptor pentru 5 minute. Apoi se adauga cascavalul ras si se mai baga in cuptor pentru 10 min. Se serveste calda. La fel se procedeaza si pentru cealalta pizza.&lt;br /&gt;

Preparare: &lt;br /&gt;

 spala bine pulpele&amp;nbsp; de pui, se sareaza, se pipereaza si se pun in 
uleiul incins sa se friga putin cam 10 min si pe o parte si pe alta, &lt;span class="b9ta420n372" id="b9ta420n372_3"&gt;pana&lt;/span&gt; devin aurii. Apoi se scot si se pun deoparte. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;In
 uleiul in care am fript pulpele se adauga ceapa, morcovii, radacina de 
patrunjel si telina taiate joulienne, in bucati mari. Se adauga putina 
apa cat sa acopere legumele. Dupa 5 minute adaugam ardeiul taiat 
rondele.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&amp;nbsp;Se lasa pana se inmoaie legumele, cam 20 minute, apoi se adauga bulionul. &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Se mai lasa putin, se scot si se servesc alaturi de pulpe, calde, presarate cu patrunjel verde tocat &lt;span class="b9ta420n372" id="b9ta420n372_5"&gt;fin&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;

introducem la cuptor pentru 15 - 20 min la foc potrivit. Dupa ce se scot
 se tavalesc prin zahar pudra. &lt;li&gt;Ciupercile se curata, se spala bine apoi se taie in felii ( impreuna cu cozile )&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Se topeste untul intr-o cratita si se caleste ceapa taiata solzisori&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Adaugam ciupercile dupa ce s-a aurit ceapa, se lasa sa fiarba iar la sfarsit se pune sare si piper dupa gust. Presaram verdeata tocata marunt.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Se serveste calda ca garnitura pentru carne de pui sau porc.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;fasole verde 200 g&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;patrunjel verde&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;ulei&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;sare&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Cartofii si morcovii se taie in cuburi si se fierb separat in apa cu sare.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Patrunjelul se taie marunt.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Intr-un vas cu ulei incins se inabusa fasolea si mazarea adaugand treptat cate putina apa&amp;nbsp;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Se pun cartofii si morcovii fierti si jumatate din cantitatea de patrunjel verde si se mai tine pe foc 5-10 min. Se potriveste de sare.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Se servesc calde cu patrunjel verde presarat deasupra.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;&lt;b&gt;1 pic sare&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;b&gt;150 g ciocolata amaruie&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;b&gt;250ml lapte&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;b&gt;2 oua&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;b&gt;75g unt&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;&lt;b&gt;Se amesteca intr-un castron faina, praful de copt, sarea si ciocolata rupta bucatele.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;b&gt;Separat se bat ouale cu zaharul, se adauga laptele si untul topit. Acest amestec se toarna peste faina si se framanta un aluat ca o smantana groasa&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;b&gt;Cu aceasta compozitie se umplu formele de briose unse cu unt si tapetate cu faina, si se coc la cuptor la foc potrivit, le scoatem dupa ce s-au racit din forme. Puteti pune pe deasupra orice doriti, zahar pudra, nuca de cocos, glazura de cacao etc.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;300 g zahar&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2-3 linguri cacao&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;250 g margarina&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;300 g nuci&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;500 g rahat&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;300 g stafide&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 pahare apa&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;esenta rom&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
Mai intai sfaramam biscuitii, in bucati mici, rahatul il taiem in patratele mici si amestecam cu stafidele. Din apa, esenta de rom, cacao, margarina si zahar se face un sirop pe foc care se pune peste amestecul preparat inainte. Se amesteca totul bine si se impatureste compozitia in pungi sub forma de salam ( ar trebui sa va iasa mai multe salamuri din compozitie, in jur de sase sapte bucati, depinde cat le faceti de mari). Apoi se introduc bucatile la rece pentru cateva ore. &lt;li&gt;1 radacina patrunjel&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 radacina pastarnac&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;pasta de tomate&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;tarhon verde 50g&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;patrunjel verde&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;un fir de cimbru&lt;a name='more'&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&amp;nbsp;Fasolea boabe se spala in doua ape, se adauga ceapa, morcovii, radacina de patrunjel si pastarnac taiate marunt. Tarhonul se curata, se spala si apoi se opareste separat, il taiem marunt si il lasam deoparte.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;span style="font-family: inherit;"&gt;Dupa ce a fiert fasolea cam o ora, taiem cubulete costita afumata, o inabusim in ulei, adaugam pasta de tomate&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; si totul se stinge cu putina apa. Acest amestec se adauga la fasole impreuna cu tarhonul, continuand fierberea inca 15- 20 minute. Se serveste fierbinte cu patrunjel verde deasupra.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;li&gt;&lt;b&gt;morcovi&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;b&gt;2 cepe&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;b&gt;arpagic 500 grame&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;b&gt;ciuperci proaspete 500 gr&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;a name='more'&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;b&gt;Pestele se curata, in jumatate din cantitatea de ulei se prajeste pestele un pic, dupa ce a fost condimentat cu sare si piper. Se pun ceapa si morcovul taiat rondele la calit in uleiul in care s-a prajit pestele. Se adauga faina, se mai prajeste putinpana devine aurie si totul se stinge&amp;nbsp; cu bulion si vin rosu. Se lasa deoparte. &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Arpagicul se curata, se spala si se pun la&amp;nbsp; o parte din in cealalta jumatate de ulei ramasa. Ciupercile se pun separat in uleiul ramas si se prajesc in apa care o lasa. Peste sosul de vin se pun ciupercile si arpagicul. Bucatile de peste se introduc in sos si se tin la cuptor la foc potrivit timp de 20 minute. Cand se serveste se toaca patrunjel tocat marunt.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Se bat albusurile&amp;nbsp; spuma, se freaca galbenusurile cu zaharul, se adauga grisul si la final se amesteca cu albusurile spuma.Compozitia se pune intr-un vas termorezistent si se adauga laptele cu vanilia. Se introduc in cuptor pentru 15 - 20 min. la foc potrivit. Se amesteca toate ingredientele in afara de chimen, se intinde o foaie, se adauga pe deasupra chimen si apoi se taie fasii cam de 1 cm. Se coc la foc potrivit.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;li&gt;1 lingura miere&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 lingurita amoniac&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;50 g unt&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;400 g faina&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
Se pun ouale, zaharul, amoniacul si untul pe foc mic pana se topeste acesta din urma. Se ia de pe foc si se adauga mierea si faina. Se fac 3 foi si se coc pe dosul tavii.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ingrediente crema:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;200 g&amp;nbsp; unt&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;200 g zahar pudra&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;4 linguri faina&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;500 ml lapte&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 galbenus&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
Untul se freaca cu zaharul. Laptele si faina se fierb la bain-marie apoi se adauga galbenusul. La final se amesteca cu untul. Crema se imparte in doua parti, o parte se amesteca cu vanilie, in cealalta se pune cacao.&lt;br /&gt;
Se lasa sa se raceasca putin.&lt;br /&gt;
Intre timp pregatim o glazura din 1/2 pachet margarina, 2 linguri cacao, 4,5 linguri zahar, 3 linguri apa.&lt;br /&gt;
Cand s-a racit un pic crema o adaugam intre foi, un strat de vanilie, unul de cacao iar peste foaia de deasupra punem glazura.
